It's like, that's kind of 747, ah, it's okay, it's an act, you know, it's general, come on, it's beautiful, I predict it because of the imagery, you know, got the dirt paint because it's towards sunset, and the woman is clouded in the background, and the video's playing, you know, it's just music. Anyway, we got to call her, who do we? George from Texas. Good morning, George. Yeah, yeah, I've been reading about what you call the Buck Act. And you're right, I just think the Buck Act, like the NSA and the War Powers Act. But personally, I just start to think like anything past 1913, you know, the laws when the Senate was marginally elected, I just really think legally all these laws are null and void. So the important thing is, the next benchmark, let's consider what we're talking about. 1913. Well, 1913, December 24th of the year 1913 on Christmas Eve, the Federal Reserve Act was passed in the Senate with four, who by the way probably were not Americans anyway, so they really, you know, as far as they were concerned, they were just doing their job as a foreign invader. These swines out of the blue passed a thing in a closed door session in a situation where literally the halls of our nation were cold. Consider the era. I mean, everything would be tuned down, guys. Now, certainly they keep warm. They don't want any pipes freezing or whatever, and they don't want the toilets to have ice in them when everybody gets back from their vacation. These were shut. There was no lamp oil burning out of any crisis. There was no disaster. This was a bunch of skunks that walked into the Senate, waddled in, and they were a little stinking, you know, in their $1,000 suits for the day, and they opened it illegitimately. Now, I know our caller from the other day, you know, this goes back to Civil War. And that's why, hey, they were just doing whatever the hell they wanted. Well, the problem is, and for anybody who wants to prove how to qualify this again, remember guys, go to a coin shop, ask the Federal Reserve note from 1914, 1915, 1916, and read everything on it. Any other lie or any other course to deflect this like they have so many other things they've lied about, only to turn out that, oh, by the way, the regime, while they were doing exactly what we told you they were doing, duh. Now, let's think about this. The next benchmark here is 1933. Now most people say, 1929! No, 1933 is when FDR panics and the bankers panic. They did the depression in 1929. But what happens in 1929 is that people actually don't... it's past the initial shock of the Great Pump. Everybody starts looking at the problem and going, you know, we don't need these sheisters. We don't need the bankers. We don't need the... and so what happens is starts running itself again without the middle men. They figured, oh you're so used to using us, you just can't live without us. And instead everybody said, well what did we do before these stinking bankers were in the way? Oh we worked amongst ourselves, we made our own money, we printed our own money. Okay, well let's just start doing that again. We gotta make business work and these fools are trying to screw us, so let's get on with business. In 1933 Franklin Delano Rosenfeld, boy, comes into power and the War Powers Act, The Buck Act was a side act. The Buck Act is a precursor to, is designed to expand all of the other mechanisms. And it's interesting because in the history of the Buck Act, nobody knows where the hell it came from. Now most bills and pieces of legislation, you have a history, you know, you have a map out and somebody says, oh my goodness, we have a problem. We need to do this. We need to do that. We need, no, the Buck Act, even the character who proposed the Buck Act, there is little or no written history of the shyster. the sponsor of the bill. Yeah, literally. It was mapped out. It was already planned out in advance. That's the thing. I'll tell you what we're going to do. We're going to go through the break here. George, anything else we'll let you go and we can answer the rest of this stuff on the air. I'd just like to say, you know, I have to eat bills like the one hour back. Even the bankruptcy that the FBI declared. I don't really think it's a weapon that states would really survive the life of daddy. They weren't, then it's, well, first of all, this was an act of war. It's the War Powers Act itself when you read it. It's an act of war against the American people. Here go the government was betraying the nation right off the bat. The corporation is betraying the nation. I wonder what you go sir. We're gonna go follow through on this stuff through the bottom of the outbreak. Thank you. Thank you sir. This will happen on Tuesday, by the way. So I'm warning in advance. Don't tell me you don't know what's going to happen. So we're not going to take and have a vacation day today. We're going to work unless it's scheduled. If it's scheduled, as the English say, I say, if it's scheduled, then that's not a problem. But if it's not scheduled, somebody else is going to be right. Yeah, I left a tenant. I know. I'm saying, I know. Left a tenant there has decided that he's going to take a grenade on schedule. Now, you know, and again, we have other, I think we have other callers, 888-747-1968. Just in a time capsule here. for many of our new listeners. Yeah, we cover a lot of different subjects and this is history people, but it's history that they don't really want you to think about because if you start thinking about things, you'll ask some other questions that really they don't want to have to answer. Now, in 1933, by the year 1933, you know, the banker's boy, FDR, thought he was going to waddle in and that he was going to be able to baffle everybody with BS. Well, it did work to a degree only and piece of plastic over in that 10 mile square chunk of real estate known as the district of criminal. Well the district of criminals decided it was going to waddle out and try to take over everything. To do this they created an instrument and the Buck Act was the mechanism to present the instrument in legislation. Now the 10 regional governments actually, and in fact this directly violates specific elements of the Constitution. Let me remind you that it states uncategorically that you cannot take any number of states to create a consortium state, you know, a mega state that would overrule others, and you cannot take any single state and subdivide it to make a bunch of lesser states. In other words, once the mechanism is in place, once the institution is in place, it's anchored. This creates consistency in government, but also again, a heritage mechanism, something I talk about constantly. Heritage and history are critical. Now, the bad guys understand this completely. They only try to convince everybody else that history is. You see how that works? That way you can make mistakes over and over again, repeat, repeat, repeat. Well, the Founding Fathers understood the nature of how the Crown operated in England. and one of the many ways that they would do this, Don, let's think about this. In Braveheart, remember when at the beginning of the movie they had a little war conference and they're talking about what is, he wanted to try and have more influence in Scotland, so first of all he tried to motivate them by telling them they could have all the fair damsels first. What was he doing? He told them to take individuals from the southern part of the Kingdom and send them where? To Scotland. wait a minute and to do that he also subdivided yet again broke down and created other little you know titled state part of what is it going to be the bill in a movie that's still even three hours long or four hours long guys you know so much are going to be able to throw in but what it comes down to is the subdivision or there was breaking up uh... while persons holdings though everybody that was writing the declaration of independence everybody that was writing the constitution you know the further can be federation uh... you know statement the articles can bet And then the articles of the Republic understood the racket and how it worked back over on the other side of the water. And they were trying to pin them down, peg them. This comes from another document, an instrument from way overseas called the Magna Carta. Well, these are all little documents. What does that have to do with 1933? Everything. You start thinking in a small, little, thin corner. And don't pay attention to the rest of the Someone's going to come up behind you, take your wallet, club you in the head, steal your clothes, and probably then cut out your body parts and sell them to somebody else. All because you're not focused in the wrong direction. Okay, look at the world. Look at the timeline to understand not only where we've been, because that's not the purpose behind that. It's to understand how other people have acted and then use that as a litmus. The founding fathers in the age of reason repeated this over and over again. I know, you know, in other words, knowing history allows you to understand the aggressor's path, where they would go, because there's only so many things that the bad guys can do. There's only so many games they can play. Well, the Buck Act was the precursor, and in fact was instrumental in helping to support and create the fabricated slash fictional bureaucracy that would be part of the implementation of the War Powers Act. The War Powers Act is a declaration, basically, When they declared a banking emergency in the United States, they wanted to do this through an instrument they didn't have. They had no authority nor any power to do what they did. And where this comes from is 1913 Federal... The international bankers, the ten banks that were now sucking the life out of America, well, they didn't have any authority under our Constitution if it will part with our government. So what they did is they declared war against the American people. The War Powers Act was all about. It's an open declaration by the of the United States against the American people. In doing this, then of course, a number of other actions, and while they declared, well, what's one of the things they do? Disarm your opposition. So what other actions, oh, the Gun Control Act of 1933, it had nothing to do with the mobsters because, well, let's see, if the mobsters are out on the streets, and they were doing booze, and they were already doing dope, guys, dope was nothing new, heroin is not new. Might have been the new boy in the street back then, but Morphe and Opium were all over the place. Even cocaine, though most people didn't know what that was, but it was out there. And by the way, it was out there and publicly sold before. Can we say Coca-Cola? Cola? What's that first part mean, Don? Wait a minute. That's right in your face every day, isn't it? Yup, even today. In big advertising blocks. What's interesting about the situation, 1933 is the benchmark year for all these activities. They declared war against us, first change and alter, and ten nation states that are fictional bureaucracies that combine multiple states. Oh, that's right there in the Constitution, people. You're not allowed to do that. But the corporation, the United States Corporation, everything to its standing with the Buck Act pulls this over the country to create the illusion that everything is still in place. And it is. It's still sitting there, by the way, and I'm going to qualify that, too. Everything that is our form of government is still there. That's the other half of the mistake that a lot of our Patriot brothers and sisters make when they start talking about this. It's all still there. Possession is nine tenths of the law. One of the reasons they couldn't walk in with a gun and go, we're just gonna do this and this and this and change the name and you're not gonna be able to do this because people are shooting your hind ends so fast to make your heads swim. And they knew it. So they had to leave the set pieces in place and then hollow it out like a gourd. Now this goes back to a warning by our founding fathers that Eventually things would change they did that the regime would be attacked at our central system and our even state systems would be attacked to the point Where only this not none of the substance would remain but only the trappings your appearance Yeah, the appearance that they would the government would become that if we allow for a so listen think about a Central government were allowed to take charge would become so venial and so oppressive be virtually impossible to distinguish it from which we have driven from this country. Do you sound familiar? Now, the visitor from the past piece that we play, we promise, and like I said, for as long as I've done radio, I made a personal promise wherever we are, whenever possible, and we have, and it has worked quite well, because hopefully it has communicated what it is we've tried over and over again to the people about the threat. The founding fathers were the ones who first expressed it. Even as they consider this, even as they're writing a document, guys. I mean, Don, they just won. Eight years worth of war, didn't they just win? And here these guys are sitting here and they're all put in pain, all pen to paper, and they're all discussing this, that, and the other. And yet, even while they were fighting, but also after they were done fighting, they understood that the fighting truly wasn't over. The enemy, the nature of people. is something that had to be constantly monitored, constantly observed, especially when it came to any form of politics. It must be transparent. It must have checks and balances by the very nature of how people will act. And looking at the history, which is not a few hundred years of history, but rather thousands of years of history. Biblical history, the history of the world. And it can be the history of Asia, just as easily as the history of Europe or the Middle East. by the very nature of man, how can we put a system together that will allow for a peaceful, preferably a peaceable solution to prevent it? Because that was really what the purpose behind the American Revolution was to prevent tyranny from going any farther. The seeds of tyranny were already in motion. Do you let the plant grow or do you stop it dead now? That was really the position. It was 1765 and then obviously the final word was yes, we got to stop on it in 1775. the adventure continues. Here we are full circle. It is 2010. We have a president who just went to the United Nations to attack one of our states, one of the member states of the union. That's going outside the family to go get somebody a bully to come. Exactly the scenario played out here. But this punk is such a basketball that bounced around the planet as far as who the hell he doesn't know who the hell his family is. So what would you expect? There's a whole bunch of people ten times that number who turned to those people who went to those meetings and tried to say, I'm going to warn you in advance. That fool is not listening. It's interesting that now the nice people, the reasonable people, got to find out what features are really like. And it's interesting that the level of arrogance, where in the past they've done all these things and they've been able to baffle everybody with BS. In this last wave, they all thought that, oh well, now they're going to plug in the big scam and everything's going to go the way they want, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. So their level of facetiousness and arrogance and the way they look down their nose at everybody is identical to the way that the British acted with us 17, 16, 1770s people. If you wonder why it is that the American people, the colonists became so incensed, and you wonder what it is that could P.O. them to the point that it did, Just watch all those videos and remember what it said. The nation will become, the center of government will become so venial, so oppressive, and need I say so arrogant, that the people themselves will not be able to tell the difference between that which is in power and that which we drove from America. Think about that. You want to wonder what it is, why it is that the American Patriot of 1775 You just watch all of these pieces that you see that are on all these, and even when they try to soften it or somebody tries to angle it, only an idiot would be siding with these creatures. So the ones that are trying to pop, oh whoa, he's not so bad. Well if you think that's the case, then you're one of those people that, you know what, you probably aren't so much a criminal mind as an idiot, and deportation will save us a lot of trouble, which is gonna be the next thing after this war. And I gotta plant this because mine might not be here. But we do not want this to become the French Revolution and there's no need for that to happen. It does not mean that feud and vendetta and many other things will... That's gonna happen. I pity the enemy on the other side. There are people who just walk up and they won't even have a clue because there'll be no 24, you know, protection for our enemy. And there'll be people that just walk up because that guy tried to take my house or that guy, you know, muscled or, you know, over... that pummeled my wife while he was searching her at a checkpoint. You don't think that isn't gonna happen? I guarantee that's gonna happen. yeah they thought they were get their laughing for the case grandma and the woman of water and woman with three kids in front of three kids they stretch your right there in the rock but all the time although terrible and i'll do all propaganda do the violent thing it's going to come down to it somebody will have taken a picture and somebody will hunt down uniform thought it's don't get there's a side angle of kind of like the on and on the driving along you get side bar we imagine it's like the sidebar of what that's why I said you don't be where for the enemy on the other side it's be where you might get what you ask for they're all puffed up about this and there's all these BS reported by a bunch of slime learning from the United States and shame on the American peace officers they're not peace officers the ones that are these are the cops that are buying into this BS like dogs lapping up vomit into people who are alien to the United States and thinking How could they be so stupid? Well, they're the same kind of people that were working for the Crown that we tarred and feathered and ran out on a rail. Read our history. It's not like we didn't have this happen before. We did. It's not like we haven't had them. They've quartered British troops in our homes. If you can't live in the day, in that day you didn't have cameras. You know what you had? You put three soldiers in a house and tell them to keep an eye on the family there. Yes.
