Mark Koernke discussed the federal government's alleged unconstitutional actions against Arizona, arguing that appealing to the United Nations constitutes treason against the states. He extensively analyzed the American Civil War, contending that European bankers and Wall Street manipulated both North and South to weaken American sovereignty, and that slavery was not the primary cause but rather a tool for economic control. Koernke covered the post-Civil War Reconstruction period, the westward migration caused by northern banker foreclosures, and historical parallels between southern plantation exploitation and northern industrial labor abuses including the forced importation of Welsh and Irish miners. He fielded caller questions about constitutional law, admiralty court symbolism, and state sovereignty.

I want the people to know that they still have two out of three branches of the government working for them, And that ain't bad. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press. and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan. You've given government control for those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and see we farm and keep our country Put men of God in jail, harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit to their children. Leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores, and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children fear? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right. Freedom break, as Iowoc he vanished in the midst for whence he came. His words were true, we are free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now his tyrants trampled each god-given right. We only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? ultra net technologies both east and west of the Mississippi along with southern central a Walmart network on the eastern seaboard from the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida from the bottom of Florida along the arc of the Gulf of Mexico headed towards Louisiana Texas Oklahoma the third of Wyoming plus all these dates we are up north of there but we kind of like do a key here spike project on the eastern seaboard all along real quick note on that for our restaurant meeting is not going to take place this weekend there isn't one scheduled it's a weekend for you guys for a change. There will not be a general meeting, but there is a plan done being there. It's a small meeting, but it is for a country that are doing some tire announcement basically. I want to make sure that everybody understands you got a vacation weekend unless you already know you made a deal of an agreement to come in weeks ago now. Everybody else? We're coming, Rechman. Don, what is the day today, sir? We got the pitter patter rain. We got some yesterday and little spurts and I was trying to get the projects done outside real quick. that we had in motion. I got most of it kind of there. In fact, maybe break another fingernail. Oh my goodness, I broke an aeloi. Yeah, we got rain. It's not extreme. It's been a constant, the kind of rain you need to keep the grass alive. I can just see a haze across the southern old field, which is plowed but not finished. I'm back in there in the next day or two to get ready for the winter week for next year. The way things are looking right now. Of course, here we are now, so up in the country as we know, but here in Michigan. that moisture that kept threatening. We didn't get it here. They got another spot around us, but we didn't get it here. And then I was holding off, which is cool, and holding off. The gardens look great. Everything's alive and well with regard to the fade damp. It looks to me this is all there. There's going to be that little soaking gradual rain that we need every once in a while to... And we haven't had another thing here in Michigan. I was talking a lot of different things about camouflage. We still, like where I'm looking here, we have some brown because we turned the soil over to the south. There's a little bit of tan. that show up and more so because you get dead grass and you get a lot of stuff already dying for the season. That is not the case. We've had a really, we've had a good summer of combination of rain. So here, the greens and then they actually, I'd say more of the bright green, the old air form. Now, most people don't remember they were different Woodland uniform. Forest knows it was more of a lush green uniform they came up with during the end of the Vietnam era. Actually quite well if you have this kind of green, a good light, dark in combination. Doesn't work when it gets brown. you're like, wow, there's a guy over there, it's got some uniform on. So we've had such a great sense of moisture. And we had everything gets brown because there's no water and that's stuck out all they've got in the way of nutrients and you got wheat fields that are hay fields that are since she goes. But right now you'd be hard pressed through pretty cool. Otherwise, I hear we got to call her. Don, I mean, I get this out yesterday, but if you're here in Michigan, and it might most be kind of lousy. So what do you want to do? If you don't want to stand in the rain, you get under a roof. And I've been to some I've never been to So I can't, they build themselves, if that's the clear county fair, stand out in the rain, you might have to drive in the rain a little bit to get there and walk over Michigan and if rain this weekend, your family isn't going to want to go back to that call. Who do we have? Georgia, Texas. Good morning, George. I just got a question about Arizona. Doesn't the 11th amendment of the Constitution prohibit the United States for acting in the favor of the United Nations against Arizona? The problem we've got is that would still be of rights on the federal government in favor of and the sovereignty of these United States. The whole purpose behind any kind of Constitution or any Congress when it comes to go first, the purpose behind a Congress is to come together, read to a particular set resolution or series of resolutions, you know, the formation or the regimentation of what form of government you're to operate under. Once that's in place, you have a contract. If the contract, you know, this is not a frivolous thing. This action to go to the UN is not in any way, shape or form frivolous. And whoever says that is both a fool and probably a fellow. If you look, every step of the way they've lied, let's look at it this way. The control press, every step of the way has lied about so many things. In fact, beating the drum. Now here we are, it's in your face. You have, like I said, those three painted lines. There's a green line that's the Mexican border. The width of a painting line or the union line, which is red, white and blue. They're, you know, next. But because we are a group of states that have come together, that federal institution only exists to behest all respective states. Arizona is in contract to uphold the Constitution Bill of Rights of these United States, period. They undermine. If they go to another party outside the family, that is an overt act of treason. This way, because this is what it's supposed to do. It isn't doing Arizona. the Fed is not a separate entity that all of a sudden existed in what's up, but that's not how it works, kids. The federal government was a later lame, you know, mechanism. It's supposed to be lame. It's supposed to be hobbled. And this is an example of how far things have gotten out of hand, that we've got these swines in Washington now turning to somebody outside of our circle, outside our family, and is now trying to go find a bully or to go find someone to help strong arm one of the members of the family from outside the circle. And the Fed is alien to the states, or will be always has been. That's one of the other mistakes that's made. The states respectively are independent nation states. There are certain rights that are guaranteed, but they're guaranteed for the contractors. And by the way, Mexican illegals are not contractors. From here, it does not mean we have an honor system in place whereby we will treat people fairly. Before nationals, if they're involved or in violating whatever They do not have the same protections. That is wrong. We aren't going to beat them to death. We aren't going to, you know, blah, blah, blah, go right on down low. What do you mean you can do this? No, that's not what we're talking about. There is a specific Western standard for how? Now, let's say far west. I'm talking about Western civilization. But we have a bunch of shysters, skunk blooded. These characters want the international and Soviet clear. And while the body of the contract itself, we don't have to go even into the amendments. the body of the contract itself and itemizes what each element we keep what each party is supposed to be doing and if they fail then it's the uh... the individual members of this union are obligated to point out and in fact a corrected if states who were looking at right now this is a good act of treason on the part going to the u.n. that tonight that's an overt act that uh... make room for you to call thank you mark Again, because rolling over from the last hour of the whole discussion about the United Nations, now the Osama bin thing has gone to the UN to try and plug things in, especially with screwing America. We have another caller, caller, hold on, John, we're going to break. Yes, we are. Again, caller, give us about three minutes. It's going to take about that long to get out the emails. I don't think a president before Abraham Lincoln that went anything like, I mean open-horted into history, it might have been done in some smoke-filled room or some, you know, horror. But Abraham Lincoln was a f- So you know what? Another thing about they call him honest isn't that a- Oh sure, the- there was a reminder about his aggression against the South. The same thing is that was the first day from the Union and bought a number of different states. And of course we know that Carolina is where this all officially started. But that's not true. However, it didn't map out for the big for the ring knockers. So it really was, you know, this is a question. Wisconsin was the first state to actually try to secede. Mark, that vet is almost been swept under the rug of history. Yes. And the reason they did that is because it didn't fit their set piece for what they were planning and mapping out. Why? Well, what kind of a spot grid would you have it certain seats in the north and went along with the idea of the state's recall and therefore need the uh... upheld again one of the reasons because they were handling can have of course the congress it was the issue the states themselves but congress was supposed to get jobs so actually working for now the other question is this why press for a war in the first place all of the issues the real issue has to do with the bank and with the the attack on the american sovereignty because Up until that point, any other nation state that had, if slavery was the issue, which of course when we were younger, when I was growing up, guys, we grew up, Don and I grew up during the 100th anniversary of the Civil War. Civil War reenactments, people talking about it, and of course the for the version it was slavery, slavery, slavery. Until slavery was certainly no issues, but otherwise it was not addressed as a slavery of the beginning of the first shots against Fort Sumter. The point that, you know, A lot of people think, well, the Emancipation Proclamation freed the slaves. The slaves did not take away, you know, continuing. Now the interesting accomplishment of the Senate, well, it's both the Senate and the Congress. In fact, it literally was put under martial law because the people in general did not want this individual and in Wall Street and the bankers wanted the Civil War because they had an agreement with the foreign bankers, just like the later what would be the IMF and the Federal Reserve. divvy up the United States foreign bankers. Now the North had industrial capability, but the South had the exports, giving the money for the Fed, what little money the Fed could actually take in. Remember, cotton is king. Yeah. And the thing is that exports especially, remember exports leaving the border, it was possible for the federal government to levy taxes against those properties involved in international commerce. And the Fed's purpose to help regulate and maintain sovereign line that I mentioned earlier of these United States. Work together, nation, and ignore the threat. In reality where we are in no way shape or form truly serving the American people and they know it. That's part of the agenda. Back in the American Civil War, before the American Civil War, it has been demonstrated that the issue of slavery within many nation states, so many Americans, so much of the American infrastructure, is what it did. Now my argument for many years, combination is. There's many reasons, but one of the things to consider is this. No nation state in 1861 could truly match America's potential. America had become the giant in 1861 when Europe was an exhausted hulk. Asia was a con...America was the rising sun that was because, as with every other aspect of our nation state, internal strength what made us nationally and internationally a strong nation. Our internal strength which included the contract that we had, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and all other governments. After that, we started in 1775 with the American Revolt against the British Crown and the Corporation. By 1861, we had all the potential of, actually, we had greater potential than all of Europe combined and Asia. And I'll get on that in a minute, because we have a caller. I don't want to leave that caller hanging. was used. There were so many, see this is one of the things about the American Civil War. When we look at it, we look at it internally, you know, because it's north and south, blue and gray. I was kind of mentioning this. I was moving some siding, this sounds weird guys, but I was moving some vinyl siding. And lo and behold, I didn't pay any attention, but the two colors they're using, one is blue, northern blue, and the other is southern gray. And so I got the siding mixed together, and I'm thinking blue and gray, why did I ever see that before? I mean, it's just so interesting. That's how we think. We look close, And we don't step back and look at all of the other influences. The Catholic Church and the Holy See, you know, slash the influence from the Vatican. The Europeans and their banking system, mostly the Rockefellers, manipulated both sides simultaneously. And I think the biggest fear is an American system with American leadership literally was in the right place at the right time. What they did is they exhausted their military potential. That was one of the reasons they did it. And other groups cooperated. Now other sub-policies or categories of this included the element that could be motivated through the religious component. And that did happen. You think about this, one of the things that really got the South, they couldn't understand this, especially people from Virginia and the Carolinas, was the Irish and the Irish Brigades because just before the american civil war the south the only part of the united states that had any wealth that they could project outside the u.s. when the potato famine and all the other and the irish were starving only country in all of the world to send relief to ireland was the united states specifically the nation states of virginia north and south carolina and contributions from from georgia went loaded up food resources, clothes, everything you think of. They boxed everything up and they sent relief to Ireland that otherwise would not have existed. They were being kicked off their land system. And it was argued that one of the things that was going to happen here that was proposed, you know, the slavery issue, everybody says it's bad. We want to repatriate the blacks back to Africa. What they proposed and were starting to do. The problem was finding them a place because these people were a mishmash from tribes from all over. African emperors had sold their people. and so they came from all over africa so the idea was we created liberia the back to africa campaign will be ideas that will okay we're gonna we're going to repatriate the blacks they say they know that they've made it one ago we had please i'm certainly going to go out there yet yeah i very look at the names i mean take a look at the names we gave to the play this is all part of the peaceful solution to the whole issue of slavery or i mean but it really can do that with a very good week until he goes back to you before that by eighteen forty two the proposal to come up with a state to try and find a piece of real estate in africa was already in place so think about that that's almost twenty years before the american civil wars we call it already had discussed the idea that this needs to be disassembled it will not let me refer to this really for economic yeah here's what here's the here's it in a nutshell my attitude on what was going on european bankers told the of the idiots in wall street that hey you frag the south and we'll give you the money to buy it up death yet. Now what happened though is this, that's laid plans of rats and rodents. The European bankers are trying to bleed out America. There's an axiom I've used for many years. All of the armies of Asian Europe cannot buy force of arms, take a drink from the Ohio River, nor lay a track upon the Blue Ridge Mountains. If this nation is to fall, it shall fall first from treachery from within and then force of arms from without. God bless you sir. believe that that's what happened is here's the interesting thing about this is the the european bankers betrayed wall street because even though there were carpet baggers what happened in the twenty years after the war and then i think about that but if you go to the black color black-eyed people that link into the network yeah what people of the interesting thing is this for the twenty years think about why you know we could think about the reconstruction there's another period nobody talks about when they will be going to the east go look at the indian wars look out west look out west If we look at the 20 years of reconstruction before finally they just threw their hands up and said, whoa, whoa, go ahead and do it. 20 years is a generation, number one. Within that 20 years, the money that was supposed to come from the north into the south to keep all the, you know, they were going to just take over the plantations. They didn't want to, you know, they didn't want the 40 acres of mule scam running. They really wanted to take the agricultural system over. It was like they saw this gem. They didn't know how to run it. to begin with and they when they did did when they did fraggot they felt they could just waddle in and they become the new property owners and just walk right in the buildings what happened though is that they had destabilized the economy they unless that infusion of money came in from overseas there was no capital to exploit had started well guess what the Europeans got involved in a whole bunch of other fiasco's and wars because they backstab each other And what happens is the international bankers don't show up with the money bags. So the carpet baggers did go south and the carpet baggers caused nothing more than the kosher mafia out of Wall Street. And what happened is they're standing there with, you know, they got their luggage, but they don't have the substance. The farms and all of this real estate, the only thing that made wealth for the South is agriculture. Phenomenal growing real estate. They had cleared all the land with Armstrong, with Toil. all these lands, acres and acres of real estate, in 20 years it was starting to look like a fort. How long does it take for the land to be taken back by nature if nobody's able to get out there until the field's only to the degree that they're loose enough to feed themselves and make a few pennies off to the side? That's all most of the South could afford to do. So the northern bankers did something else that nobody talks about. While the South was suffering, so did the North, because what happened is in trying to bolster their thievery in the south, no monies were available in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, any of the banking operations there, so they sucked the money in just like this depression we're seeing right now. So what happens is this, all of these farmers start losing their land. That's part of the migration west. That's why you have people from Monroe who moved all the way to Wyoming. people from Illinois in the middle of some of the most fertile real estate in the world right here in the Monroe Basin, who abandoned their farms because they were kicked off by the northern bankers who foreclosed on their property because the taxes went higher and higher and because there was no market for what they produced, they couldn't get it out of the country fast enough, and the Wall Street group regulated what the prices were so they could keep them down and they could make maximum profit to compensate for their skullduggery in the south. That's why all of history is always misdirect to a degree. Think about this. Way out west there. I just described part of a history that, you know, when I was wondering about this, I was in a history class in high school, and we're talking about the Wild West. How do I know that's cool? What was happening back east? No, no, look, the poor Indians out west. Look out west. Well, the poor Indian thing out west being played in the 60s and 70s was propaganda to make us feel bad about the world. Well, let's talk about what happened in the North and the South. What happened to the economy? What happened to the industry? What pushed all these people from Illinois, Michigan, and Indiana, Wisconsin, and then, obviously, from like Missouri, even Missouri they left. If they were pushed by the carpetbaggers and the scallywags, step by step, the South had the same thing happen. We play these beautiful songs from the Zion Mountain, you know, talking about leaving the South and going over the Mississippi. They were in the same boat, but it happened on both sides. First, it was done to the south, but the creep, for you to think ahead, also damaged the north in so many ways with the regular working man, the regular farmer, and the people who cleared the land and done all the toils. For all their argument about slavery in the south, there weren't slavery in the north. Yet they got kicked off their real estate the same way. because of child labor laws. Let me point something out. Let's go into that discussion. They always like to point to the south. You know how many Welsh miners the mining companies bought? Let me give you an example. There were three waves of miners. Here's a bit of history most of you don't know. Welsh miners all companies stole. Remember that song? Okay, where that started was over in England with the Welsh miners and also there was Wales. A number of different states, even Scotland. They had a whole bunch of company workers that were owned by the store. Literally had debt and they kept the price of everything just high enough they were always in debt to the company store. Well guess what? The miners over there had, they had more miners, more Irish than they needed, more Welsh than they needed. They sold the Welch mining interests here in the US. And what they did at gunpoint is they loaded up the families and they loaded up the miners and they put them into stock cars over there. Two men on each train with a shotgun. or a rifle. They hauled them over to the coast and they put them on tramp steamers, put them as steerage, that's the term, where they put them down below where they are the first to go with the ship. Heating at New York, forgive me, were more trains and then they got them off the ship. They loaded them onto trains in New York. Two men with rifles on each roof of every train car, big old cattle cars, and they hauled them up to the Upper Peninsula. They hauled them over to Pennsylvania and they dropped them off there at gunpoint in their new shacks. Right here in the north, We're a mining state. We're a corn state, we're a farm state, we're a farming state, so a mining state. What state? Oh, we're in Michigan. And this is the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the history of the Upper Peninsula that they don't really want to talk about all the time, because these characters who would turn and waggle a finger at the South were the same people who did that in the North. Well, if I could, about slavery. The South, I understand, proposed numerous plans to end slavery before the Civil War, and it went from five years plans, the 10,000 year plans, all kinds of plans. And the North vetoed them because the North owned the ships that brought the slaves to New York, Yankee Jews owned the ships that brought the New York. The slave ships, one slave ship's favorite going because they made money off slavery at first, the captains of slave ships, and the numerous captains of slave ships, that cost them. The thing is that they really couldn't allow that to happen because they were formulating it. If you look at this as long term social engineering to undermine the country in different ways, One of the things that was argued is, all of that could have been done away with. Slavery would have been done away peaceably. 1835 to 1842, probably at least a dozen different programs were already initiated to start and to be as easy, especially with slavery activity in general. But it was being fought every step of the way by Wall Street. Not by the South, but by Wall Street. Think about that. One year before the Civil War. I'm asking you, is anyone could contact you? We'd like to invite you to use the text messages with this speaker at a meeting with the son of the Confederate Veterans, also another organization called the Civil War Roundtable.
