teachers to look over students' shoulders and point out wrong answers on standardized tests. A principal in Norfolk, Virginia pressured teachers to use an overhead projector to display answers to a state reading test administered to special education students. The most sweeping scandal reported was in Georgia, where the state school board ordered investigations of 191 schools. A computer analysis discovered pencil erasures and flagged as suspicious classrooms in which the change from incorrect to correct answers was far above any statistical norm. Eleven teachers and administrators may lose their licenses for changing test answers. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that some schools reported improvements that were a statistical impossibility. Indiana and Nevada also reported educator cheating. Many experts blame the federal No Child Left Behind law for the pressure to show academic improvement. Chances are we pick up a little moisture and it gets into the air, which is supposed to be and it kind of happens when you have heat and you know water evaporates and then it kind of gets in the air and it stays there oh I forgot and it's not predictable for a reason because it's you know weather other than that other fun things happening well guess what we have this weekend the operations taking place as his old weekend but this weekend especially If you want to set your ham equipment up, remember when we have the Labor Day weekend radio, it's going to be linked in all over the country, not just right here in the Ann Arbor area. So you want to check there and then play with the variable rheostat and then plug in, you know, eventually you'll tune in so it doesn't sound like a Star Wars pilot, edit for the, uh, for in the first of the old movies. Coming up right behind that is an overlap from 10 a.m. in the morning Sunday. Until 5 a.m. Or dawn our obligation allows and when we probably a pretty good propagation of the looks of things if this weather continues as it is At least for this part of the country we'll see and we'll find out more about what's happening around the the globe Because you're talking to the planet here guys. We've got people in Florida, Oregon Southern California, Maine and all the points of the compass in between So the possum net starts at 3 a.m. In the morning Sunday and goes until 5 or dawn or 3 comfortably with a wire we got here and the station that is just to our east. People are always asking, how will we stay in communication? By working our Fanny off and operating our rigs, that's how it always works. It means that you've got to do some physical things to actually make the systems get function. And that's another part about this, is WORK. There's a lot of involved. Here, I'm going to remind you to map and maps. In addition, at Quartermaster Friday for us on a regular basis. But maps, Now guys, if you don't know where you are, if you don't know if you can't, without electronics, without GPS, everybody's terrified of, they're gonna attract me with you. Well good, if you think that's the case, I like people that are thinking that way. Now, what's the solution? Mapping. We have the best battlefield computer on the planet sitting between our ears, our brain. All artificial intelligence is trying to duplicate what you were given naturally, okay? So, what do we do? What do we do? Well, it's real easy. What we're gonna do, going to plug in the gray matter. Now to do this we need certain cases available and then our fingertips is mapping. Now these are two government sources, where else you go, and any free maps you can get you want to grab. Any mapping is good mapping, doesn't mean it's perfect. Some of them may be in style like traditional old maps used to. Even the maps work the same way. Look for, look like, you smack white men in head. War Club of Mesa, or War Club Hill, War Club Stone, Good and Jaw River Junction, looks like a broken jaw. When you're standing on the hill overlooking the area, like a broken jaw. See that's how a lot of the stylized that have little images on them, fine. That gives you basic and key benchmarks or notable feature in your community. It could also be buildings. Neat little stylized if you're trying to get people to orient them or to make people understand mapping. Use these things if nothing else for class to explain to them the different styles and techniques. And you have a whole bunch of class A you can pass out to everybody and you can even have them keep them if you can get enough of them. so that they can keep them in their portfolios have part of their classwork you know what they're mapping information uh... text and uh... binders uh... they should be keeping the stuff anyway if they're local and they need to help find more platt maps from your local community or local uh... township or your county uh... starvation on uh... you can find where you have village uh... those are critical if it's in your area of operation and even if it's not right in your operation nearby collect them put them unless you put them on the shelf portfolio that you're setting up And that way when the time comes you have what you need to move through the area. The battlefield that you're going to be fighting on is, well, first of all, assumed to be your local air piece of real estate. What's around it? What's behind it? What's over there in the back 40? Now have you walked and seen to ID all the police, you know, variations on what could be happening out there right now. And know where all the nooks and cramps are that are sometimes completely concealed from overhead. by the very nature of the type of overhead canopy slash tree cover that you have, especially if you have pine trees. Oh my goodness, they're there year-round. Protection or at least limiting fogging protection from overhead observation. It's pretty well. So anyway, we have here, let's see, well, mapping direction. In the morning, Mark, it's 9-22, I'm partially asleep and I'm sitting in the bed. Okay, well, exonerate you from having to take notes. But a lot of you are awake right now, it is 9-22. It's 822 if you're out there on the plains. So grab your pen and grab a little bit of it and you can go check that USGS.gov. The maps that you need to get the job done, but the topo maps, as far as I'm concerned, traditional topo maps are your first choice because they are going to be identifiable with the other types of topo maps you're going to run into that you're also GSAOK, US Geological Survey, typically. Now, you can order older from the USGS unless they've burned everything or thrown everything away and I doubt it. The older maps offer information that may not be on the newer maps. One of the reasons is the Fed information on mines and access points for tunnels and things like that as far as unique stuff. They're trying to deny information to the general population. Another thing is if you run into an area, and this thing we've warned everybody about time and again, if you run into an area where there is mapping information missing, an example is everybody else in the area every other quadrant has complete one to fifty thousand scale or up to date uh... mapping information across the board going to but then there's this area that doesn't have surveys since the nineteen forty seven nineteen fifty five beware of those because what they're doing is they've already been denying mapping information because those areas have something in them they don't want people to look at they don't want to look at even in detail and they don't want anybody to see what update the grid during or whatever you're taking place only the older maps. Now in some cases the problem with that is that there are also some of the odd skills that were generated at different times and that's all you can get. Now I would take those, take the money, I'll tell you a little story, take the money and run. Get what you can that will cover the area and then compare it to unique modifications that are now on the map. See that's a problem, the bad guys one way or another. No matter what they do, you're the database because it's all right there. I mean you've got the original roads from how many years ago, I did before. Now we go around the township area or around that part of the county and look there's another spot that's going to be there. And this is very obvious in sections right here in Michigan that us to identify where underground complexes are or such or you know special air sites that have been built and were built you know years and years ago vectoring and have been expanded upon accordingly you know today. And they continue to dig deeper and deeper and tunnel into you know for instance the connective tunnels that run around the state that kind of thing. So we've got those pretty well pegged. They're not that hard. They're concealed, come up inside buildings. Some of course are just exposed, but it's kind of like, rather than having an invisibility screen, everybody remember the time tunnel? Remember the guys who were running along on the salt flats and all of a sudden it's like the mirage disappears and there's an access tunnel, you know, like a ramp and the car drives down into it and they're down into the whole scientific research facility. They don't even have to do that. They can just put up and warning and toxic waste and danger and you know, little Robinson, you will be burned alive if you do this, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And pretty much everybody goes into the fog of crack and whatever other drugs are doing. And they don't even pay attention to their surroundings, you know, that are below what's happening. You know, I mentioned the salt mines. How many people have been down in the salt mines? I can remember being down in the salt mines in the necessary Taropian from Afghanistan to the point where they don't care and they don't have a clue unless they felt they could steal something from down there, but it looks dingy enough and it's all locked down, there's security on it. Focus on just cutting the pipes out of the local school and siding right off your neighbor or more black car opium. They won't be paying attention to what's happened other than avoiding anything. It looks like it might be a threat and carrying them off. Like more aluminum, we get more crack out of it. Interestingly about mapping is, guys, once you got it, it's yours, so to speak, but here's really cool today. In the past, we did not have the glories. You can buy a map source. In other words, if you're going to buy it from the You could always use a drop address with a relative that's passed away or very, very ill. And then pick the thing up when you go to visit and then carry that away and call a photocopy shop and have full-size prints made or if the machine is runnable by you, how about just doing 8.5 by 11 format blocks of the area that you need around, for instance, your house or your retreat, and then doing collages. based upon the uh... print that you have you can actually would have a few for each of the full time for so we did a state of michigan which is hard to help it because what i was saying there are different parts of actually m i a the compulsive maps leader just out there uh... we've got the conventional mapping military mapping if you can access a few things will give you something from a window but not the one do you need anyway uh... the point is that we've got a whole state-size maps and one to fifty thousand scale by doing collages You can do the same thing with the photo color copier and leave the original maps intact. You don't have to modify them, don't have to cut them out, don't have to eliminate the borders so that everything lines up. You can color photocopy and create an entire wall, even make it 8.5 by 11. Or how about 4 by 8? You know, I mean feet, guys. so that you can actually set up a wall board mapping system to study what's going on. Here's another cool thing, you can also expand on it. Yeah we got stuff here, but in the same breath we also have solar cells. And we also understand the basic technologies. You can turn right here and I've got oil sconces, I've got candles, I've got other technology laying around, yep, it's laying all over the place so I've got a mess in all directions. But it's my mess and we know what the stuff does and we know what it's useful for. If we had to shift to a certain technology we don't have to even improvise, we simply have to just use it. Now what does this do to have simpler technology in place? Well the very thing we've been talking about is we're not going to lose civilization. We are going to lose no more civilization than we are foolish enough to let slip through our fingers. Here's how much civilization you're gonna lose. And your civilization is held together by mindset. You're only going to lose as much of civilization as you are stupid or foolish and socialist drag away from you. You're not smart enough to fight for it, which means kick them the slats off the socialists, run them out of town, drop them in the ocean, let them in over the backpack full of rocks, and send them back over to their buddies on the other side of the planet. that'll settle the whole problem real quick.
