Mark Koernke discussed the Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and criticized government cleanup claims. He fielded calls about California's political trajectory, comparing current state encroachment on liberties to pre-Revolutionary War colonial conditions. Koernke extensively analyzed the American Revolution, Patrick Henry's famous speech, and drew parallels to modern federal overreach, particularly regarding Arizona's border sovereignty dispute. He discussed the 1995-1996 Montana Freemen standoff as a near-trigger for armed conflict, examined technology transfers to China and manufacturing outsourcing under NAFTA and GATT, and promoted Minnesota gubernatorial candidates Gail Lynn Lamaster and Philip Ratay as pro-gun, pro-militia alternatives. The show concluded with discussion of judicial impeachment procedures and constitutional remedies.
Live 365 You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number and you've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. Meeting at the restaurant on Sunday. A meeting at the restaurant on Sunday. Dom, today's date is? Market is the fifth. I know we've got a call. And I know we spend a lot of time. people in the immediate area. But you know what, if you've been paying attention to you guys, I want to tell you a tale about a glass when I could go on or not. But you know what, you guys, we're not going to spend the rest of the hour on this. This just irks me to no end though because you know what, they've told me that 20 to 24 of that tank or spill is spilled into the Gulf from here. And I know we've got a caller. I'll be done with this in just a minute. You know what, Mark? They say they've vacuumed up, cleaned up, skimmed up, and cleaned off of the beaches about half of the oil. Quarter of the oil out, stretch my head a little bit off the beaches about, well, that might be true. And then they kind of sneak in there like the magician, you know, tigers sneak around too. That's how they get their dinner. A quarter of the oil disappears and then they go on to, well, it's about a quarter of the oil still left. They're cleaning because of the done deal here. Now, they tell, what about that, Mark? They tell us a quarter of the oil. Evaporated, I think, was the word they used. Evaporated. Now, I know that there's some high volatile for where we get this, that's where we get that. Evaporated. That must be the, maybe the quarter evaporated to the well on this, you guys. But you guys in the local area, you know, BNP tells us this isn't gonna caught their people. So you guys along the coast, you know, I know this is America's problem, and I know, well, gee, someday I'd like to, you know, go and dive again in the Keys and not see all that dead coral. You guys don't let them get away. Hold on to their belt buckle. Again, we have on the line. Morgan here. Hey, Henry. You up in there? I was thinking about something you said the other day, Mark, about in California, Albion. And that's a natural fact. And I'm thinking about it. What have they lost in doing it? And I mean, a couple of us resisted and a handful of us. I mean, I think we're sitting around waiting for them to let them keep on doing it. They're taking a little forward or two. I think some people lie. I believe they do lie. Left and right. We do not have a constitution in the United States that does not exist. And it's California's day with the people. I mean the people come out and say, we're going to take care of this. And they go to the ballot box and they go for life. You cannot be removed from being a marriage between two men. Then there is a difference between a man and a woman. Well, I beg to differ. Fruitful and multiply. man and a woman. I mean, I'm not, when I was married, it wasn't my wife, and it was, and that's what the marriage, and all these games, like they knock down, can't be removed. Pointed for life, no, I'm not gonna do that. And then they're gonna, and they're gonna keep backing them, backing them up. And like I said, go ahead and take the whole place, so we can use them to blow our own, so we can't stand it. What do you think? Well, I think it's like the American Revolution, the period before. There are states that the other side had colonies the other side technically controlled up until the fighting started. I see this the same way. What you said to a degree is true just exactly as what happened in the American Revolution. Everybody was sure in 1765 it was kicking off, and in 1775 it did. Yeah, well, yeah, and that wasn't the other one. Lost a massacre, but just the idea of the taxation and everybody just kind of said, well, I think we can lump this or, well, we don't want to rock the boat. And then there were all the arguments you're talking about. You know, let me put it this way. Find Patrick Henry's speech. Don, do you have your pocket constitution there? Yes, I do. If you look in the front, I believe it has a give me liberty or give me death speech in there. I believe it's in the front. Now, there's a reason I hate to paraphrase this. But we might recall that Patrick Henry was not speaking in a vacuum. There is a comment made that is the qualifier for his speech in which he comments on the man who just finished speaking. But the man who just finished speaking wasn't speaking the way Patrick Henry. In fact, he was arguing just the reverse. No, let's not rock the boat. Let's see if we can be a little nicer. Okay, so they're taking more from us, but come on. It could be worse. Now, it's kind of interesting that, and of course I know why, because needless to say, the focus is on Patrick Henry's speech, but the other question is, that other guy's speech is written down somewhere. Wouldn't it be nice to hear what the, you know, the limp-er-us had to say at the same moment, at the same time? because there were plenty of them. I mean, it doesn't mean that they were the majority. They weren't. And I don't agree with the... You know, there's an interesting thing. And kind of Ron Paul brought this up. And I would go back and forth about where we think about what Ron Paul's situation. But the thing is that I think that this whole third and third thing, because I can't find it anywhere. It's kind of like ejection Christianity. You can't find anything about ejection and seek Christianity until the late 1800s or the early 1900s when they were socializing the school system and they were invading the churches. Before that, you're here for a purpose and don't think you're getting out of it. all of a sudden somebody goes all i found it actually quality you can pick it up and do nothing because when the time comes you just going to be ejected women you're not christian you're jewish yeah i know i got this scam for you i'm gonna plug it in or am paulina so the ejections he christianity thing has been pushed where you know you won't have to worry about going through all the stuff of verbal other schmucks you know just the only really through the field they'll kind of thing You have the same characters who want to get along to go along. Before the American Revolution, there were plenty of those. In fact, there was a bunch that thought they even wanted the war, and then after they found out what it was about, they decided to a degree that, well, maybe this is a little tougher than we thought. And of course, that wasn't true. Most of them thought about it before they got into it, really did know. There were some that wanted to some percentage of the uh... quandary of the end of the injury of the pain of the uh... and you know the anxiety that would come with it the angst so i don't think it's any different today i think that the states are taking again my problem is is that this is just as bad as what we saw back then because he was never being perpetrated from say the capitals of the colonies Everything that attacked or encroached upon our liberties was an attack from outside our realm of contact, was from across the sea, from literally another part of the planet. And everybody looked at that as like they have no contact, they have no understanding. And by the way, they also threw us on these beaches. That's something that Washington brought out several times. We got Chuck here. Most everybody got chucked here was like well, what can we throw more? I know we got that place all the Indians what yeah, let's throw more there Yeah, well you lost about 50% each wave, but you know they will dump some more over here You know to a degree that's what the references in the Fairfax Resolves, and it's even brought forward in the Declaration of Independence Need we remind you of the conditions of us being you know of being put here. That's right So all of these things are things that we've seen before. I see that the whole California, Oregon, and Washington fiasco west of the Rockies is a combination of the ring knockers and spit swappers thinking they're making their deal with what I said yesterday, the Chinese and others which have always been in the picture. Now it's the Chinese for the moment. But it was the Japanese before that. The Japanese were never given the leeway, never given the access or the physical resource that they've given the communist Chinese. But the communist Chinese, well, key word there, Soviet Socialist Chinese, are right in line with their final agenda, which is why they're being allowed to influence the West Coast. And obviously that will be their target area, along with Mexico proper, which is why I've said many times in the last couple of weeks, I pity Mexico. Mexico doesn't really understand the big picture, at least not the people. The management, they do. But the general population with all the bull there being fed and all the big flag waving, well we've seen that before here. And you know what? When the time comes, they're going to feel a sharp pain between their shoulder blades. And I don't think it's any different. Like even with these shysters in Seattle and the ones you have, right down the coast. Let's go right on down the coast. Every major city has got these peckerwoods there. and they've done the it's like the it's like mine with her animals but mine with pathetic and yet arrogant herd animals they the only thing they know what this path they keep repeating they come from one go from one place to the next they defecate the psychosad they defecate urinate the swimming pool with everybody else in there until they can't stand the color of the water of the the Hershey bars floating by so they jump out they don't even like their hind end they run to the next neighbors pool jump in and started immediately in fact they probably had to go while they were running to the next pool so soon as they jump in they look around to see if nobody's paying attention immediately start defecating that's this discussed that how that's how i look at a socialist that's why look at every one of these thinking swine that i've ever i've ever experienced as far as how it's going to start with them I don't, I, no matter what, you know, they, I don't, they're not gonna, they can't afford, and they're not gonna let us have the weapons. They can't let us keep them. That's just not gonna happen. The reason I say that is because the other, the keyword here is arrogance. And it's something we've seen over and over again. Look at the characters that were the players on the, on the field of battle and in the actions before that drove the American people to, you know, the brink. Arr-sh-ts was the key to everything that they did. Right now, with what you're dealing with, these characters are arrogant. They're out there in front of us, they're in our face. Most people really don't know how to deal with that. They don't know how to get into somebody's face back because they've been told, oh, you've got to be nice, or you've got to be understanding. We're all told we need to walk a mile in their moccasins. They're all telling their own people behind closed doors, steal all the bars. I agree with that. That's the problem. The thing is, I don't know what it's going to take. I'm sitting here and I'm telling becoming unbearable. The people who are a president, I mean, I got a prostitute and to a man, I guarantee you, not one communist, I mean, you know, they keep making more communes, stuff you see on the television is more community this, everything is commune, commune, commune. And I mean, to get between me and that guy over the street in about 15 seconds, the hand here, and I mean, the only way here as a refugee with nothing but the clothes on my back to try to get somewhere else, would conquer yet so I can and you know, the people here, I don't know, understand the people. You talk to them and now they don't swear they're cowardly. I mean, I know maybe I've struck different, a lot of people, but they're cowardly. That's the Sovietization that every person that we've ever talked to, every man I've ever talked to that was a defector, he just exactly, and he became a refugee from his land. One gentleman, he was just here yesterday. You know, he couldn't, when he defected, he couldn't tell his mother, he couldn't tell his sister, he couldn't tell his brother. because they were at it him out because they had that is how the romanian system was and the area they were the everybody effective later on if you remember the numbers came out the estimate the the the low-end estimate that fifty four percent of the population was was over the emperor crushed a bread and for a group for junk i mean not even for anything of quality Because of the stupification of the education system through the education system, the dumbing down. That's what we're fighting in the American Revolution the same way. There were a whole bunch of people who really, really, really figured that one way or another they're going to be on top of the feces pile even if this stuff was raining down on them. Their pile would be a little taller than yours, so they'd be able to lord over you. and those characters were brushed aside very quickly and i am an example on this you know i always argue and it's true because we we have a plastic or shallow history progressively that is presented to us the farther it is away from us the american revolution technically stopped with the technically stopped with the battle yorktown okay after yorktown the brits were all over your stay were killed between their leg and let's make a deal yeah that's true But many of the British forces combined with the Tories, who were of course in their work, Tory militia, remember they actually bring that forward in, you know, the Patriot. He's from the Tory militia. Remember that one guy that joins the Dragoons? They were all over the place. We fought right till the closing of the contract, this cessation of hostilities. until they signed that, even though the regulars were pretty well encamped and were licking their wounds after having trudg-ed to death for five years, because they really did, these guys were scarecrows. If you look at the descriptions and you read the accounts and you look at the number of able-bodied men, even at Yorktown, at Yorktown they were better fed, but they still had the ravages of how many years? The core of that formation couple thousand men had been all the way back to valley forage you know so what happened but what happened is this the very thing you're talking about one c there again but is not your face do you think i'm not going to forget them i'm remembering every one of them i'm watching all of the only reason i watch certain articles in youtube stuff is i'm just looking at faces and i'm just remembering names i need to know that we need to know that at the attitude we all have to have But the Tory militia versus Patriot militia that developed here, the fighting that took place, go and read. And this is cool because of course you're way out west, I know how that is. But for our listeners that are in the east coast, go read the Battle of White Plains. Now what do I mean by that? Well back in 1776 they had all this federal money that went around and rejuvenated all these old monuments that had been in place for a couple hundred years. and there are there's a whole plaque history that was done originally by the state on the battle of white planes i suggest everybody read it if not look it up look at some of the other battles that there you know in conjunction or that were part of it uh... by the way the same problem we had before but we have to date new jersey was never reliable does everybody understand that new jersey was never reliable as a state of the colony or as a state If you look at all the actions, the battle for the jerseys and also the retreat across the New Jersey, read the accounts of that. When everybody felt safe that they could throw rocks and tomatoes at our troops, they did. And whenever they could try to figure out maybe making some special conversation under the table, they would. And right now, very history, full circle, where do all these kosher mafia rats and skunks come from right now that are betraying the country? they're part of this new jersey click now that's the group that that's the one group you know for instance like chair top that's what he's from but then let's go you know we'll look at it an extension of that we've got another state that's just as bad illinois and look where the shyster come from it's in the white house right now he's from the jewish mafia click there So there's two states separate from even what you've got to worry about with Washington or gone in California. And Washington or gone are completely gone. They've got to keep the... I want to say they're key points because they're not key if things go to hell in a hand cart. How long are the cities going to last? I mean, no matter what they try to promise, the problem is getting food and whatever where it needs to be. And the fact that the very bureaucrats that are described in Ann Rand's Atlas Shrugged are the bureaucrats that are now running the Soviet system and all of these little city states they've created. parasites when the time comes they already have a plan to on RCAO and abandon everybody that they want to lord over I guarantee it it's just the nature of the creatures now some of these just plain won't we'll go to brain fart because they'll they're for them they worship the machine and the machine that they've helped to create they figure is never ever ever gonna break or that people it's futile resist you'll be absorbed yeah really okay well watch this you know moose hunting season some of them know I mean some of them know this whole thing Virginia then old Virginia maybe that's why beginning you've heard a shot of people that that that are anywhere in this country and i mean i've i've been open for you to these are the yellowest people i mean people who just will grovel for smallest thing it's just it's an i mean to be to a person like me i mean i'm sitting here i'm just i've got his ring my hand i just think world can you people just will for the scraps of the edge treated like dirt with his feet or your your modernizing a lot of what actually patrick henry was saying in his speech though Mark. He made the same comment. Okay, we've got Dave there too. I'm going to back out and let you know. No, he can say you stay. Oh, Henry, stay for a second. Dave wants to probably just talk mandatory. What part of Henry's speech do you want? Well, okay, just read the very beginning, the first paragraph. It is, mute, natural to man to indulge in the illusion of hope. We are apt to shut our eyes against a painful truth. Is this part of the Wise Men engaged in a great and arrogant struggle for liberty? Are we supposed to be of the numbers of those having eyes, see not, and having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation? For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth. and to know the worst and to pro for it think about what he just said you know it's a nutshell read the very thing she they were there there was no difference in the what's going to happen and this is why what i've argued it and i i i've argued for years we could get this thing started sooner we'd be done or we have to be over sooner if we didn't start in the nineties we've been done long ago we've finished would've been finished As it is, it has protracted out. Is it something that we would have preferred to see happen maybe in 1995, 1996? Yes and no. Yes, and if that had been the case, ta-quah, price of freedom. Okay guys, that's how it works. But again, right people, right place, right time. this what happened the american revolution is happening to a degree now people have to i guess eventually be slapped enough by the head that they you know start to think wait a minute i guess i'm not i guess i am on the menu and that's what eventually happened enough people finally had to figure out finally had to acknowledge that they weren't the pet puppies they thought they were In fact, their logic was, and this is true, the foundational elements, even the overlapping laws that are foundation to what we do today were in place then. The Magna Carta, all of the common law issues were already there, they were already demonstrated, everybody understood them. If you wanted to be a free man or if you wanted to embrace your liberty, you better understand them. And even if you didn't know all of your letters, The basics of the understanding of liberty were ingrained into everyone, especially those who landed on this piece of real estate. That's the problem that they faced at that time. There were a bunch of people who simply wanted to be in La La Land. They wanted to find any excuse they could. They wanted to kiss Ruppus any way they could. They'd lick the boot any way they could. You've got an element here today. It will always be vocal. And of course the other basic rule as we know from the art of war is remember always convince your enemy the war is lost before it even starts. How many people do you have repeating this over and over again where it's like well it's feudal to resist blah blah blah blah blah they have whatever. Now anybody who has ever been in the military knows better. Not anything we have works perfectly or works right most of the time. And if the foundational mechanism, which is why, and I'll qualify this, guys, everybody listening, why do you think I keep mentioning that 60 cents off out of every American dollar spent on national defense is spent overseas? They already have looked at the fact that were they to fight us, and again, this is where in 1995 if the war had started then, they would have been absolutely finished, because the industrial power base was still mostly here. And if we're not building trinkets for them, and if they can't get the trinkets built, attrition is very rapid, especially with a mechanical warfare machine. The widgets stop coming, the parts stop being built, the wretched machine for lack of spare parts, not just operatives, but spare parts would grind to a halt. You know, all I ask is anybody out there who's listening who's in the military, guys, Think of the five, and I'm going to do it this way because this is what we were taught in the military. If you were looking at fighting an aggressor strategically, what are the five key parts of each of the weapons systems that you would take out of the picture that would stop the equipment from running, that would virtually halt it in its tracks? And the idea is to not only look at the pieces that are the best choice, but then look at the parts that are the most susceptible to destruction. And that's how you make a priority list for aggressive strategically against your enemy's manufacturing base. What can you do? What are the pivoting parts? Remember guys, that's why, what was that little round thing that we prioritized for the 8th Air Force in World War II? Don, remember what those were? Weren't they sent after the bomb factories? Yeah. And they because... Another send an aviation fuel. exactly what its value was. So what happened is they already looked at this and said, oh, you know what, America already is against us. They know this. That's why 60 cents out of every tax dollar spent is going overseas with its spent on the donor destruction. so all right off the bat they've all they've shifted which means had we gone to war in the nineties their industrial capacity would have had to we own take a major hit in effect it will people say what they would have shifted stuff over no what happened is they would have to have accepted the poor quality technology available to their third and second parties that means the quality of all their equipment would have degraded Now, the cool thing is instead they thought they'd give the machinery to people who barely could handle a monkey ranch, a pair of players, not a monkey ranch, a pair of players. And guess what? What they don't talk about is the attrition on the machinery. Not just the attrition on the machine, and lack of quality. It has great finish. It looks great. But no temper, no proper fit. And when you try to make it fit in the widget it's supposed to, well it's got the right shape, but it doesn't have the proper dimension. Well, you know, let's mix a couple of those thoughts together about it. Wasn't there a big scan 14 or 18 years ago going to one of our enemies? Oh yes. The ability to build a guidance system. Remember that? And also size, the micro bearings needed for the launch system and for the astra navigation for the gimbals. Now remember another scan? Well, didn't this one go to our Chinese far more silent? Absolutely it does. This is key technology. Anybody who is truly trying to defend the United States would not, under any circumstances, relinquish that technology. We had the laws in place to do it until NAFTA and GATT was signed. This is what we told everybody before, guys. Everyone that's called in and everybody listening, we repeated this over and over again. NAFTA and GATT and what it was going to do, well you know what, hammer that as a big we told you so. Hammer it. and over again the latest thing coming out of congress guises or we need to pass a law to tax these things so that we can balance this all you mean character and trade taxes like we've always had and that we traditionally had in this country mean constitutional yeah well but you know i hear guys in and another thank you and re-preciate i'm sorry i think i understand the frustrations that they did that's one of the things to for everybody out there dying and again don't be discouraged but understand the nature of people and also especially the noisiest or those would that will be given the podium that are your enemy when somebody else has the money to burn and that is another that's nothing to consider and what is its purpose why are they do you know what is what is the you know again what's the reason behind that type of engineering psychologically well there's that great good at that though didn't that help have so did the ball bearings remember and that was uh... no i think about it you guys uh... you know bill he made a whole lot of money doing these so he played a whole lot of you make the you guys i would be willing to bet that he did have to spend any of the book much weaker for a couple that was all i'd be willing to bet on the other seven thousand dollars for a cake i wonder who got their cut out of that we have gave with us somebody else i think it there but will do we have this cold in we might just have a friendly listener any any case for the word it will show us your henry The markets right, 95, 96, in fact probably May of 1996 was probably the closest we ever came of doing what we should have done. I don't know Mark, you remember, I imagine you would, but in May of 96 we had over 13,000 boots on the ground and there was a stand out against the federal government. 3,000 men were already in place. They called up to the National Guard. The Louisiana militia asked for mutual aid and 10,000 men responded. They backed down. We shouldn't have let them back down. The whole thing, that stand out was solely over the issue of a killing of a dog and it escalated to 13,000 men responding because of ill, legal activity on a part of federal agents. They shot a place up over a misdemeanor warrant that they didn't have the right to execute killed eighty-year-old woman dog stupid thing to create a war over but the federal agent well interestingly enough you know when consider this and and this is when we try to explain to people about recording and keeping our history intact people because the bad guys will be at the uh... freemen stand up we have a everything that happened after the oklahoma city bombing one of the things you gotta remembers the bad guys could not and were not allowed to report it's what we have talked about before about straight stripping things from the history books public to make sure they never entered okay so one year after the oklahoma city bombing we have a whole series of actions now you everybody if you listen all and read all the bs generated by the control flap It's like, oh, yeah, the Oklahoma City bombing, the militia just sort of disappeared, really? Well, one year later, they found out real quick, in fact, that is why they decided, you know what, if a stroke like the Oklahoma City bombing done by the Mossad and the federal government could not put down the effort, despite all of the other shenanigans polled and all the other things they attempted, then they better ratcheted it down, and they did. all negotiate all will talk to the whole local ok of course they started you know they they went into siege mode and because of that the only casually friends with the with the uh... freemen standoff with the federal agent who got drunk up in town because he wasn't allowed to kill more people babies and women and uh... on the way back out of town to the encampment he uh... took his uh... four-wheel drive vehicle what they're over in a cow ditch busted his neck You know, there you go. There's, you know, land of the field, rah, rah, rah, alphabet soup agencies. They were all getting drunk and soused and they were all getting PO'd because they were all planning with their little bring knocking buddies to sacrifice and murder some more women and kids. And everybody said, my fault, your fault, anybody's fault, it ain't just going to start here, it's going to start everywhere. And that's what the Knob Creek resolution was all about. And that's what the, again, delivered the next Monday after the event. All of these sieges and actions mobilized not a few people. It literally, as Henry was asking, that is a good point. Henry's probably listening right now, so I know he's hearing what's going on. The thing is that that is an example of just how close it got. It didn't put people, oh my goodness, hide! There were some people that did, wet their drawers, they showed you how their knees knocked together, you know, and they clack, clack, clack, clack, clack, and they fled for the shadows. But a whole bunch of other people, with sound logic and intelligence, turned and said, you know, ain't no doubt, if they start this, they ain't gonna stop, there's no negotiation. Tell you what, let's just go to, just go for it, go ahead, let's just do it. But, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, but, I don't think they have a clue. I think we've got the dumb bunnies of the bunch. I think they're dumb as a box of rocks. I don't believe that they are truly... they don't have a finger on the pulse of what's going on. I think they're going to get their own nose whacked right off. And they're going to get their neck snapped. Simply because they don't understand. There's nobody... I can't... the number of people... this is what's interesting... and the people that aren't afraid to talk... I'm in a very liberal area. Don, you can attest to that. This is the Ann Arbor area. Oh, it's like Comptroller. Yeah, there we go. That's not an exaggeration, you guys. It's like Liberal Town, USA. Yeah, and what's interesting is pretty much anybody and everybody who's a regular person has sat back, looked at the situation, some of them even would embarrassingly say, oh my God, I was still putting up that book for Obama. What do I do? Buy ammo. Buy guns. Buy food. Oh, okay. I guess you were right after all. I was hoping. It was like, yeah, well, it was the wrong kind of hope. You got it in stupification mode. But most everybody else is just saying, guys, it's inevitable. I mean, it's like, you know, whatever they're going to try. And again, reinforcing this, guys, the thing with Arizona is what is turning the tide. Our federal government is attacking one of our states for trying to protect the sovereignty of its borders and the borders of the rest of the states respectively. What does that tell you about the traders in Washington and how far around the corner they are? Now, another thing, we've got Dave here still, right? Yes, sir. Uh-oh. There we go. I'm still here. Uh-oh. Do we have another Dave? I heard a second voice maybe. No. Okay, very good. Dave, here's the thing. One thing that last standout, that was, you know, people don't know the turmoil, the pressure. over some stupidity that the federal government, we had already assembled in Florida and we were having a meeting when the call came in for the mutual aid. We all looked at each other, you know, my land, this is it. They asked, will we support? We said, give us a minute. We discussed at the meeting and the answer came back, you have our support. What shocked us even worse is that both Don Boulder guard and I were asked to assume command of Southern command and that just absolutely shocked us at the point and We were to arrive at command center at noon the following that following day It was going to be an all-out war Over the killing of a dog and shooting up at 80 year old woman's house house stupid No warrants, no nothing, no justification for what the federal agents did. They just did it trying to create a problem. And he spoke of Ron Paul. I've got one I want to put a plug in for. In the state of Minnesota we have a critical race right now for governor. And there is a gentleman by the name of Ron. I'm sorry. Gail Lynn Lamaster is running for Lieutenant Governor with Philip Ratay as Governor. They are running on the independent party ticket. Both are strong advocates of the right to keep and bear arms. Gail Lynn is also a strong advocate and supporter of state militias. as well as private schools, homeschooling, right to life, and a lot of very interesting other points. The news media in the state of Minnesota, like they did to Ron Paul, have chosen to totally black them out as if they didn't even exist. The only mention that Gayle has had of her candidacy is there was a mention that her name was on the ballot. Whoop! Be! Any case. Gail has set up a website. It's simply GailLynn.com. G-A-Y-L-E-L-I-N-N. G-A-Y-L-E-L-I-N-N. I would highly recommend anyone take a good look at that website, especially if you live in Minnesota or if you know anyone in Minnesota. I'll send them a copy of the link. They need to look at it. The election is next Tuesday and there hasn't been one word about these people's candidacy. Total blackouts. And this is the 13th time that Phil Ratay has actually run for public office in Minnesota and he has run for governor three times previously. Not going to find a strong pro-gun candidate as these two. very often running for governor where Henry was just talking about the enemy has already taken over other states. Hey, let's take one back. Let's take Minnesota and turn it into an open carry state. That is a real possibility if these two become the next governor and lieutenant governor of the state of Minnesota. Take a look. gaillyn.com I thought I'd put that plug in because it's down to the wire, gents. If we don't defend it, the ballot box, gentlemen, it's the cartridge box once again. make the effort to do likewise in other words because we don't have a problem being the sword and the shield but it's going to take deep it's going to take a deep supply system to get this done and it's going to take cooperation from a lot of people you know they've one of the things you're going to touch up and we've already had worked on this in the past guys uh... with regard to the judges they can be impeached it is a lengthy process uh... date we've worked on this before It depends on the level of the tier, which level of government. Judges can be brought out of office, but it is a long and tedious task. It does take action work, but it's something that can be accomplished. In the state of Minnesota, according to the state constitution, the legislature has the right to impeach judges. Gail Lynn has testified twice before the state legislature in regards to corruption and the need of judicial reform. The judges in Minnesota are appointed, not elected by the people. There's a considerable amount of stuff on her website in regards to corruption in the judicial system. Guess what, gentlemen? The state of Minnesota has never exercise its right to impeach judges never they don't even have any rules or procedures that if they wanted to do it pretty well actually they're probably they're here's the thing they're probably there but where you would have to look is in the congressional guidelines that were originally established because in each case they looked at each one of these offices and i guarantee that in the history of the state at some point I would guarantee that the most likely window of activity would be around 1900. As we know, there was a flurry of populist activity during that era, 1880 to about 1907, 1910, in opposition to a lot of the BS that of course was being pushed for, including the Federal Reserve, by the way. The interesting thing is that in each case, first of all, petition processes is normally anticipated. has to be fulfilled. The obligation to demonstrate the majority of the population or a significant percentage of the population want this motion to go forward. With different actions, it requires different numbers of signatures, a different percentage of the society, of the population. So that's something that needs to be confirmed and identified. And the basic rule, guys, is you don't get to whatever the spec is and go, oh, we're finished. you always far exceed whatever the standard is because they're going to try to disavow or overturn every person that signed the same time petition if at all possible into effect also trying to disavow people who'd be on the shadow of doubt are eligible that's just a trick that the shasters viewed for years the only problem as we saw with votes cam is that the other thing is knowing where to hand the position the particular petitions to his critical and even then the mistake that was made is assuming that all we dropped him on the dock now we'll be taking care of well once somebody makes a telephone call says off and i got these petitions or before all are you know there for your uh... your impeachment all all well-well what would it be a real snow about this Did you tell your supervisor? No. We'll go get the forklift and put them in the dumpster and I'll have a truck over there a little bit. Big rumbly noise. Ah, it's nothing. I had to get to throw some stuff in the recycling bin. Ah, a truck will be here to pick it up in no time. That's actually what happened with millions of petitions generated because of the boat scam issue and the success of the boat scam tapes. They went through the process. They filed all the paperwork. The petitions went in there by the truck load, people. and unfortunately they were delivered and then they were made to disappear so part of the problem is understanding the process where the stuff has to go in advance and not assuming that it's going to be transferred in other words you actually have to was quite happy i was called custodian of documents whose job it is to stay with the instruments to ensure that they're safe and it would be more than one obviously one person can step twenty four seven May I read? Go ahead, Dave. May I read the last paragraph of Patrick Henry so we know the mindset of Patrick Henry versus the man he was opposing? We may have just enough time. Go ahead. The last paragraph. The gentleman may cry, Peace, Peace, but there is no peace. The war has actually begun. The next gale from the north that sweeps shall bring to our ears the clashing and resounding of arms. Our brethren are already in the field. Why stand we here idle? What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear? Or peace so sweet as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty Creator. I know not what others may take. But as for me, give me liberty or give me death. that can be found in the first page of the florida militia handbook and by the way on that note will be gentleman that he's talking about what i want to bring the tobacco beginning of the sari on again henry brought up some good points but i i i i again i would have to remind people you know patrick harry was speaking to the crowd but who are these other people that he was speaking about the speech guys the virginia legislature yeah and there were people who were doing the Thank you, Dave. You're welcome, sir. God bless her. God bless the Republic. God bless the World Order. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. But we are on the part. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said. We fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free. and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame You've taken Satan's number You've traded in your name You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land.
