There's a chipper grinder system that's actually an industrial. You might, now here's a suggestion, if you're looking for, in other words, you want to grind it is what you want to do, but you don't want to completely, thermally change it. You don't want to end up with a hot piece of metal there that decides to convert itself. The grinder wheel, we're designed to do just that. In a little more effective way, the effect that's now one direction to go is grangers. just to see what they have in the industrial retail end for operations and service. They have many different divisions. What you do is tell them, hey, I want to grind aluminum. I need to do it in a course. I want the final product in particulate form. If not, you'd want to go into that way looking for, again, metal processing, for metal grinding, grinding for process purpose, not grinding for changing the structure of a particular object. Although the wheel may still serve the same purpose or the tool. It may not be just a grinding wheel. It may actually be a machined tool with that particular purpose in mind because that's typically what they do. You have a series of banked wheels, kind of like you've seen all the sci-fi or comic movies where you have the drop mechanism, and it literally is a chipper. It's like you have a plastics chipper. I've never seen those before. When you do, you get what's called chip. It's whatever grade It comes in, it goes into a hopper, it gets fed, it's then poured or injection processed into a mold under pressure. If you have rejects, you don't throw them out, you put them over in a category B bin and then above your processor you have a rechipper. And all it does is you throw all the stuff that didn't mold right up into the rechipper and the progressive two-faced wheels break the material down to the exact same size chip comp... that the original raw material came in. There's aluminum and there are also other metal chippers in the same way because aluminum is such a soft material. Probably going to be a carbide, a carbon steel. You could use one part of that depending on how it shafts mounted. You could use one part of that, put it on say a five horse motor or a half horse motor or whatever you got off a, you know a washing machine or a, and actually create a fixture. You'd have to, well you want to shield it covered, but what you can do is actually create the same kind of process. so you could take individual pieces and actually feed them in. You'd have to mechanically control them or handle them. But it would feed them in and drop it into a catch chipper slash hopper. That would be the option. That's the only thing I was thinking I could do is put it on. Yeah, otherwise real course. Now here's the slow way, but let's say that like the Vietnamese did in the middle of nowhere, courses, trimming, do the same thing. Because that's basically what the does. If you can imagine, if you've ever seen how rat tail files work, you've seen how they're cross-part and how they're cut, you have different cuts for different types of trimming. If you'll notice, there's little different rasps. We have little, just nothing more than dollop cuts. The way they're, before this, is not hardened. It is in whatever grade of steel they're using. What they do is they dimple it every so many inches enough with a checkerboard pattern, every so many, probably an eighth of an inch. And then what they do is they harden that and then when you draw that over the metal, everyone, which are basically just a dimple with creating a raised surface, and that's a very, very coarse fit, something that's done for just exactly what we're describing, breaking down the material quickly and getting, you know, to a certain level where you then do all the rest of your finish rasp. I was also wondering if a really coarse belt standard. That would yeah it would have to be a real high you know the even there are nothing to sing about that and again what I was mentioned before is thermal issues because You've got to be careful depending upon the metal that you're trying to you know Break down because some of it may have a higher magnesium content You may not know about you want to experiment with that by doing a little grind with a regular grinder just as a tester to the side you want to have a wheel on a motor and there's a spot check just to see what happens with this of whatever you're going to be chipping because even a sanding system with a different power combined with whatever grid. If you're going to use that system, obviously you want to go to the core system, you can. There are different types of belts that are better quality. In other words, industrial grade designed to run for longer periods of time depending upon what machine they're supporting. And you may have to come up with a way to fix that. But yeah, there's a number of different belts in different gauges of different levels of what you're looking at there. Again, Granger's supply might actually have those on the shelf because they have both there what is basically for they also have Industrial and they have them all this these kinds of items We're talking about are used in different points or different processes for after infusion casting or after forging the forging which you have Remember you've seen even you do a good chunk you have that seam line Which in most cases if they design it right is irrelevant to stay you know the casting or the or the seam line from the forging stays with the material but In some cases, the part where it's forged, obviously, like an era 15, all surfaces are all complete and that's what this type of grinding surface would be. Break down those course points and then finish work as... That's my question for today and Jimmy's my idea, where to look and thank you very much and enjoy the show. Thank you. No problem. Appreciate it. Well, a good question too, especially technology wise. One of the things you guys remember is searching around. Another option here is going through, obviously the internet is one direction nowadays, there's a lot of industrial, and it's not really waste, that's industrial leftover technology where the country has been stripped, but the ported, the manufacturers, are out there to whatever they have left. And this may not be cutting edge state of the art, they haven't bothered to pilfer. steal it yet or they just didn't pick up on it because they only wanted the core mechanism that all the other companies supported. They then knew that that would destroy their infrastructure so they could then pilfer everything they have. They were step by step by step parasitism until there's nothing left of the host. And that's exactly what's been going on. Otherwise, the one thing to be cautious of when taking metals and breaking them down into, especially, what we're looking at aluminum. Some things may be suspected to be aluminum, but in reality, there may be a magnesium or a high magnesium alloy of some kind. One of the things to remember is magnesium is, shall we say, burnable. Poor man's arc weld are waiting to happen if you're not going to. So you want to, again, do experiments with the material. If you don't have it specced out, a lot of stuff like with aluminum chip and stuff, When we've done that for certain projects, usually we can get it right from the industrial site where it's being used and we can get a spec on the scrap or the... If you're really lucky, now here's another consideration too. Certainly we don't want to send stuff to the scrapper at all. If we can help it, we'll figure out a way to work it as it is. On the note of industrial processes, one of the options is to try and find a company that's working the metals that you want to use and to see if they have a process hopper where they take their dust waste store the grind up in buckets and then sell it back as scrap they're not getting that much for the scrap and so if you offer a reasonable amount of money they've already done all the work they burned all the calories to get it to where it needs to be and you just have to figure out if there's any other secondary process that needs to take place everybody goes secondary process we talked about well usually when stuff being cut an industrial process there's a lubricant or there's some kind of uh... uh... show we say processing support system that's going to throw a contaminant in there that's typical of it. It will almost always be a POL product, petroleum oil or lubricant product. What you want to do is to be able to evacuate that from the metal while still not compromising the metal. Now, this is where prilling comes in. And this is where you can make your own variation of Pro Tower. where you just run an air source or a combination air with a little bit of heat source through the material. This means using nothing more complicated than layers of window screen, putting the material in limited quantities in a container where the window screen can prevent any passage of the material. And it can also be filters too, because remember, you're just trying to move the air progressively through or the air and the heat through. The heat is designed to the POL product more malleable. In other words, make it actually more fluid, allow it to move. Think about it, when grease is in its normal form, it doesn't go anywhere guys. But if you heat it, then of course its original properties, you know, it becomes fluid, no, but movable. And you can either use gravity or you can use the actual air passage to move the lubricants out of the material. This eliminates a contaminant that otherwise has to be taken into consideration with any other process that you're working on. something you might not want in the vat. That's right, it's something to think about guys. And there's also boiling processes that's where we actually, what this is, is kind of a boiling process that you're actually creating where you're going to cook the material off, kind of like a metal barbecue. Yep. Is the way to describe it. So anyway, tell you what Don, we're going to our first break, second hour here. Watch this before it happens. the character of the spent to slob politician one-on-one is going to do this he's plastic he's eyeballing the audience off to the side he's smiling but he's he if you look at him when he looked at the audience he's not looking at his part of the audience he's looking at it how can i use you how can i manipulate you watch and pay attention to these characters and then he's going to come out he's going to start like he's acting like he's going to start his speech and he's going to go all all wait a minute over exaggerate on like he's he's gonna make his arms move because he's gonna unbutton his coat and you know pama has been to basic shyster one oh one when i see this for that point forward that politicians get me to play just work with the part of the concern because of the logic of the we don't get out of this but he'll unbutton his jacket take it off any hands off to somebody but it's amazing how this is supposed to be spontaneous and yet the person who walks up as a coat hanger in his hand But wait a minute, you know, that should be a little prop-off thing that tells you that this wasn't spontaneous. If you came dressed for the way you're supposed to be, why are you doing the strip tease in front of me? Well then the next thing you'll do is you'll loosen up his tie, or they'll even be told so far as step B is to loosen up your tie and take it off completely, and then unbutton your collar. Oh, and the piece de la vista is to ceremoniously roll it up. And what does this show? This is supposed to make us peasants think that the huckster is trying to, you know, roll up this and get down. Because you guys know you got to roll up your sleeves, keep them out of the dirt if you got a good shirt on. Now my problem is this, why'd you come out here to do that in front of me? Do you remember during the primaries with Reagan and Bush back in the late 1970s? I mean in the 80s? And you need to start tracking and throwing those debates up on the air because nobody's done it. Nobody. I am telling you, your center of the universe for the next two to three days is that task. Seriously, no one, nothing else. I don't want to hear about you on the air. I don't want to hear you up on a radio station until you come back and can say, yep, we got the first of these debate pieces up on YouTube last night and up on ViewFlex last night. And that's exactly what the scenario is here, but well of course the density is such that you can walk down there, you can patrol down there, you can sit a camera down there. Look at some of the hideaway cameras people have put in and what they've caught on film. And if they're catching on film like that, you tell me how difficult it is for the government to do its job if they do it right. The borderline is all you need to manage. You don't need to manage two, three, and five counties into the United States. All you need to do is secure the border. It's like any other combat operation, guys. You have an archipelago to an area who pincers the base off and the rest of it dies out for lack of supply from being fed. The same is true for the Slaver and Dope Supply Line. All you do is secure the border. Don't have to harass the rest of the population. Don't have to do a whole lot of anything else. Don't have an excuse for a big, deep police state that, of course, the target, the illegals, target the population. Because all these alphabet soup agencies spend lots of time brawl-beating and beating on the American people. And that's what they are. Cuff every day that they waste time against the American people, fine-less, yes. first hand which is critical a lot of people don't but you got a chance to go down there and see it first hand participate as you mentioned the money is going overseas and being stolen somewhere but sure as hell isn't being spent on so the don't have instruction is completely wasted us and actually betrayed us too hasn't it obviously they aren't going to do their job obviously the alphabet soup agencies aren't going to do their job now the states are finally realizing that they've sent money to a parasite that is failing us completely And the states providing the funding have decided they don't really want to be part of that game anymore. Now more states are going to have to make a decision, but Texas governor is going to have to do his part. Here in New Mexico, we don't know what their status is because they were invaded before but didn't get the publicity and their population isn't that great for the size of the state to begin with. But Arizona, that's right in your face guys. California, yeah, terrain has slowed them down to a degree there, but not much.
