Mark Koernke discussed military personnel purges under the Obama administration, specifically the targeting of senior NCOs with 16+ years of service for denial of pension benefits. He compared this to Jimmy Carter's 1977 purge of battlefield-commissioned Vietnam officers and warned that experienced American military personnel were being systematically removed to make way for foreign troops and politically reliable forces. The show also featured an extended caller segment about judicial corruption in Minnesota, where a woman named Gail Lynn LaMasters faced a rigged divorce proceeding involving asset forfeiture, attorney removal, and alleged document forgery, with connections to her candidacy for lieutenant governor. Additional topics included environmental concerns about oil spill fumes in Louisiana, red tide cycles in the Gulf, and BP accountability.
Live 365. Party on the beach lasted until almost Monday as a matter of fact. Went on from Saturday to Monday, so everybody hopefully is home and safe now. Congratulations, appreciate all the help there. And we've got a bunch of little work crews that are out working, participating in certain projects right now, including serving a location that we've been kind of curious about. It matches one that's way up by the middle of the state that was oil land, still is. but it's being heavily modified as if it was being set up for military slash FEMA type operations. We'll let everybody know more. We're going to get a lot more photography and we're going to be posting it here as soon as we can. In fact, the way they're setting up right now, we're going to do a whole walkthrough and probably a complete review of the site to include modifications so they can give everybody an idea of what's going on there. I heard a beep. Who do we have? Yeah, George from Texas. Uh oh. Hello? What do you got, George? Go ahead. Yeah, I talked about like gas masks earlier about down Louisiana area where people are getting sick. I just ran through a couple of them. They were staying with their parents down at one of their ranches down the street. And the fumes are so bad they had to go like to Lowe's and get one of them painter's masks. Because the fumes are so bad so they can get out of the area. What part of Louisiana are they in? They are in Texas. They are like southwest Baton Rouge. Way down at the bottom of the state. In other words, give us an idea of the location would be nice. Way down by Baton Rouge, do we know what town they are from in particular? I would say it is in Henderson's Lop. Well, right now they've done the right thing. This is something we've been talking about. If it looks like it's so bad where there are so many problems on RCAO and head up inland now, but take your stuff with you. So if everybody is deciding that it's that bad and the crises are so great, then probably prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance. Head towards the hills. What else is going on? Well, would a painter's mask be sufficient for the pew? Well, if it's a paper mask, it would do a whole lot of good. It will block particles, but it's not going to block vapor. A lot of the lower end paper masks, or forgive me, painting masks, actually have an extensive filter comparable to what many of the gas masks have. It's just designed to protect the respiratory system. So under the logic that most of the stuff is either dry particulate, etc., and if it makes contact with the eyes, it might be an irritant. But it won't necessarily be taken to the system. Inhalation is a real problem because it throws it right into the circulatory system. That's usually why I want to block even with the painter's mask. They're fairly sophisticated because of the different paints, polymers, things that are used. It would depend on the quality of the system. Anything offers some protection. It's just a matter of what's in the air in the first place. Is it effluvia, as in dead material, dead matter? Does it smell like it's mechanical, as in man-made vapor, as in some form of petroleum offshoot? There are variations on this. One of the things to remember is that the oil when it lands, it's going to land in some organic areas. The stuff that's organic dies, it dies in mass, which it always does. It also happens during other die-offs during the season. Don't be around during the red tide. Most people forget about that, but every so many years, in fact, I'd be curious to see where we are in the cycle. When red tide hits the gulf, it's a natural occurring regurgitation of the seafloor. And I haven't even looked to see if that's what's going on right now because if that is the case too, boy, it would be perfect timing almost like they were paying attention to because red tide, you don't even want to go swimming, you get swimmers itch or worse. It creates all kinds of nasty stuff in the water. It doesn't smell good. It doesn't look good. In fact, that's why they call it red tide. So, look that up here. Anybody who isn't familiar with it, my family has lived down on the west coast of Florida since the 50s. In one form or another, we've had whole elements of the family live down there or retired down there. Back when nobody lived down there, in fact all there was was Palmetto's for as far as you can see. I remember that just like it was yesterday. Now it's all built up, of course. Every so many years, if you planned improperly and weren't thinking about it, when you went down there to visit, You may be hitting on the red tide year and if you did it was not a pretty experience. You didn't go near the beach and you didn't want to be on the beach and you didn't want to be near the beach even for that very reason. It was not a very happy experience. Just something to look up there. I'm curious. I haven't even bothered to check the cycle on that. In the area where they were, what else is going on? Anything else to report? I said, did you see any National Guards or any troops or anything like that? But all they seen was private contractors and they seen Wackinhut. Wackier Hut is a really honorable security company. Wackier Hut has been around for a long time. There are no tourists. We were stealing signs. We were doing the walk talking around the country. I have three or four magnetic signs. Stoloff, Wackenhut, Blackshirt vehicles that run I-75. We did it randomly as well as fun things to do while you're traveling around the country. So, it's a counting coup. The idea is to get in, get the stuff, and get out. We had a couple times we did it in broad daylight. It's just kind of neat. Kind of fun. I'm curious about that general in Afghanistan, I think I saw him and his staff, so I criticized the president. I'm hearing that I'm from some of the people in the military. That's how the officers got a feel about Obama. Everybody I've talked to feels the same way. It's just a matter of whether or not they've got a place to express it. The don't pass, I mean the crackheads, I mean the ghost of Rolling Stone. Whoa dude, Rolling Stone man, double wide rolling papers man, whoa. When Obama goes to Rolling Stone and makes all kinds of snide comments about America, that's okay. But when what? Some general staff officer is talking to some yap head from Rolling Stones in between drags, all of a sudden it's terrible that they kind of express themselves and just spoke about how they felt. I mean, think about it. That's really what this is about. It's like, he doesn't like me! Oh, he put it down someplace where people could hear about it! Oh, this is terrible! We gotta fire him! It's like, you know. Obama's father was a hamster in his mother's tank of elderberries. What can I say? Oh, I'm sorry. That's my Python. But you know, I kind of see like with the cyber security bill and you know, there's banking take-over bill. Thank you Robert Bird for serving so well. I'm glad you did your final service. You threw a monkey wrench into the cyber security bill by just assuming room temperature. In most cases, exactly. It's amazing how active god stuff, we've had this happen several times, where the major perpetrators or characters that were critical to the scam have just keeled over. I mean literally. Like, X's over the eyes, legs in the air, tongue out, and dead, dead, dead. So I don't think it's going to be a... it's not a surprise because there's only a handful of movers and shakers, so to speak. You look at the names and the bills and that will tell you a great deal right there because most of the bills in many cases are named after their key sponsors or the key movers and shakers. In some cases it's not necessarily a senator or a representative but rather somebody that they have that some schmuck or shyster off to the side that's throwing money at those that they aforementioned individuals, you know, padding their pockets that gets the legislation in motion. The pharmaceutical... I see the other side, like I said, Obama is going headlong with Keegan and all these bills and all that stuff. I kind of see like every person headlong, but the guy behind them is getting ready to slam shut or they can't get out of the room. Well, I think right now this is interesting too. Some of the feedback that you'll see in Army times, I tell you, I have never seen as much contradictory reporting as I've seen in the army times in the last four years to the regime. In the past they have been more toe-to-the-party line. But as the reality of what's going on with Afghanistan and Iraq has set in and everybody figures, hey we ain't got nothing to lose and everything to gain, I don't know how many people caught this. Has anybody seen the latest on them not allowing a whole big block of senior NCOs not to re-enlist? Our experienced NCO Corps. This took years to build up, guys. I'm going to tell you something. When I went to the General Staff War College at Fort Knox, one of the subjects that came up was construction of the NCO Corps, the Noncommissioned Officers Corps. What happened at the end of Vietnam was that it was gutted because everybody that was a worker, a mover, and shaker walked away. It was like they washed their hands of the operation. They were disgusted with what they saw. They had no use for a Carter, of course, especially when he came in, so he drove people away from the military left and right, so the Pufdist took over and the Pencil pushers. Well, because of this, an entire NCO development project was put into play to try and develop not just our lower E5s, but to actually build up the entire NCO core. and this includes senior NCLs which take time. I mean senior NCL means just that. You're looking at Sergeant Majors, Master Sergeant Majors, Command Sergeant majors, etc. Well what they're doing right now guys, and I just had the article in my hands here from the Donut of Destruction and from part of it, it's from Army Times, part of it's from one of the Marine magazines, that Obama is going to block, because it's an order that came from Obama to the Donut of Destruction, to basically fire by denial a massive portion of our senior NCO Corps with 16 years plus or minus experience. What they're going to do, mostly about 16 to 17 years as the cutoff, is destroy their ability to get pension. That's what this is all about. So if a lot of these guys listening to soldiers right now that might be say 16 years in or 14 years in, I suggest you start looking at your own publications because this just hit the bricks here. over the last week and I'm talking to some of the men who are senior NCOs, they're absolutely disgusted and a lot of them are going, how can I get hold of the militia? So if they weren't with the militia element to a degree, along with other officers right now that are being attacked, then they're very quickly finding out that we were right pretty much about everything. The men that right now are trying to get rid of are these people that through the 80s and into the early 90s, they developed and in fact were cultivating to create an experienced and competent in senior NCO element. That's the group, the middle and senior NCOs, are who they're attacking right now. My only logic, the only thing I can see there is they're trying to dramatically weaken the US military. They're trying to promote more of the Communists Soviet Socialists and Fabian Socialists that are in the ranks, that are from foreign countries, into these key Senior NCO positions. That's the only reason they'd be doing this. It doesn't mean we don't have all kinds of groups that are in that block. We've got people of all kinds in every tier and every year of experience, looking at the timeline for where people are in their career track. But right now, this is a direct attack on our experienced NCOs and officers. And it's going to be to get rid of the American military personnel and put into uniform foreign troops and American military forces that they can count on to betray or to murder Americans. But only as of late have I heard the thought of, and really since this general thing in the last 48-72 hours have I heard, the civilian authority over the military. Now that's been a firm civilian command of the military. One of the ways this was addressed, I believe it was yesterday, Mark, was we've never had a coup in America because the military has always been checked by people. They were the American people. It was balanced to the forefront again, that particular phrase, so that when they deploy, a sergeant doesn't go out with them, a political officer, a commie's art. I wanted to take everything and scan it so we can start sending discs out because I think these articles are critical in that if they're being generated by the press that is associated with military personnel and they're trying to get the warning out, that tells me this is a very bad situation indeed. It's worse than their printing. I believe that they know it too. They just can only get away with talking about so much and they're pressing the envelope at the risk of losing their job. because that's what will happen obama will fire if he's firing people have sixteen years of course lotties guys writing articles have sixteen years seniority lot of our senior ncls a lot of our middle grade officers you know the sixteen years in your career track guys are kinda locked in you know what i mean Yep, think about it. I mean, it's like man if I can just give four more years in here, dude I'm out of here. So and that's exactly what a lot of the guys are doing right now. They're realizing is Everybody's fed up with this whole nonsense overseas And so they're they're sticking it out for the four-year tour or the five years and well the candidates not five It's usually any combination of six. So let's say that they've already got two of those years in they're gonna stay active for another four and They might go active for four and then jump over to the Guard and Reserve. They've only got so many years more they want to pull maybe that with retirement points they can collect and they can actually retire from the Guard. So they're a double dip. This is stuff that I know is going on, has been going on for decades. So I can see that what they're trying to do is slit the tendons of all of these individuals that they feel are a risk to the regime and to the globalists because they're American fighting men. Again, you have to consider this. What is the other point that is coming up here? Oath keepers. A lot of people have talked about Oath keepers. They may not jump out and say, I am an Oath keeper, but they have all been forced to think about and realize that, hey guys, what are we here for? That is the key. What are we here for? What are we supposed to be doing? We are not serving that character. That schmuck in the White House is not an emperor. He may think he is going to be, but he is not an emperor. And here's a point. I wonder Mark, how many oath keepers are running over to the 100,000 volunteers that Obama called for to defend the nation. You guys remember that? Do you remember that? Maybe six or eight months ago, maybe most of a year ago now. We need 100,000 people to... And we talked about that on the air at the time and said, well, don't we already have the militia? Remember to boil it down to those youth. Now, You can't draw from a pool if you do not have anything in the pool or the pool does not exist. You see where I'm going with that one, Mark. If they've got 100,000 people, 50,000 people, willing to volunteer to defend the nation because Obama's put out the call, well, they didn't run and join the military, did they? Now, maybe they're wearing those red shirts in Thailand. Oh, no, that's a complete... But you get the drift, don't you? And maybe they will be the politicals, commisars, you know what we're talking about here, middle management. And you guys, you can read almost anything about the communists, and you don't have to read too far before you hear about them replacing the middle man, getting rid of, eliminating. I remember that from like fifth being told about communism. And this is another example of it, isn't it, Mark? Well, it's going to be funny to see. We'll have, I think, George, what do you got? When I got out the late 1989, I remember they started the QMP program. A lot of good non-commissioned officers were getting chapped out because they were past oral promotion. Believe me, the people that promoted them, they sent the PLDC, were all like derelicts. They were power hungry, but they didn't know the first thing about how to lead or how to My platoon sergeant got QMP, he was one of the best platoon sergeants. He got QMP and he got this barrel like that. They just wanted to roll over people. Well, that's typically the case. This happened in a wave in 1976-77. I don't know how many guys out there remember this, but two things happened. Number one, they attacked the NCO Corps rabidly. RABID was in frothing at the mouth. Another thing that they did that happened in 1977, a lot of you men were serving during Vietnam and received battlefield commissions. How many guys remember that? Battlefield commissions, you've heard that term before. During the war, they were promoted to second lieutenant, typically in the field, as battlefield commission. The commissionments stuck, they served and eventually moved up through the ranks during the war while in Vietnam. Several men that I served with were E6s or E7s in the middle of the war, say 68, 69. During 68, they were promoted because everybody was dead and they led their units to survive. In other words, they became the men in charge and it was realized not only did they excel, but they excelled under the worst of conditions. So these men became first lieutenants, first second lieutenants and worked up through the ranks. And at the end of the Vietnam War, many of them were captains, in some cases even majors. Now consider this, this is 1977, a couple of years after the war. These men have been working in the O-rating, they have been officers. And out of the blue Jimmy Carter said, oh by the way, all you guys got battlefield commissions, we're going to put you back at your rank that you were at when we promoted you to the O rating, to an officer. The wisdom of a peanut farmer. And everybody went, what? And he said, well, clarify this, clarify, I mean, you ought to see the paperwork. I was running paperwork from every conceivable direction you can imagine, but so was everybody else. And we're all going, they can't be doing this. I mean, they really can't be doing this. Some of our best officers, these were our best officers. They were the cream of the crop as far as the officer corps goes, guys, because they were men who had been both NCOs and officers. They knew how to deal with the men. They had moved up through the ranks during the war, middle of the war. and were very, very competent. They were cognizant of the management system necessary to keep the NCOs functioning, and they knew how to work as an officer to get the NCOs moving. And what they literally did was a political purge by Carter, and that's what I think is happening here right now. And I'm going to be speaking right to every soldier out there listening. You think you're safe? I'm going to tell you what's going to happen. I've been warning everybody about this for the last eight years. Ra, ra, ra. Let's go kill the Iraqis. With those plastic Chinese flags waving, they would only last so long. And now what's happening here, it doesn't mean you're not going to have your killing Iranians or Iraqis or Afghans for the dope peddlers or for steel and oil, but all the façade is going to disappear, guys. And because of that, what they're doing now is how can they screw the military, the American military, and in the process, try to, in generally so, they'll claim they're saving money, which in reality, I know what their plan is. Now guys, it's sixth, think about this. The guy has got 16 years in. What is he? Well, he's a kid who probably went to the military maybe when he was 18, 20, 21. May have just gone to high school. Let's see, finally went through BCT, got through his advanced training, got it picked up an MOS, may even have by now a PMOS, probably both a PMOS and a secondary MOS, and in other words, two occupational skills. He has worked extensively in his MOS probably. He's also been in one war at least, whose battlefield promotion points are up through the ceiling. People don't understand the promotion point system. We got to do that this weekend at the meeting. Every citation, every award, every battlefield commendation, all your presidential unit citations, all of your individual achievement badges like your mobile badge, your airborne badge, pathfinder badge, all those are retirement points, guys. And when you've got people, especially a whole big block of men and women who have 16 years in, that now may have two roars under their belts, guess why they may have stuck around for Desert Dust 1? Guess what? Well, they stuck around after Desert Dust 1 if they weren't kicked out because they were coughing themselves to death. and they stuck around to the adventure continues with Desert Dust 2. They've got two wars under their belt in many cases. They've got two operational service tours at least, even if they only went over a year each time, and it usually was much more than that. So that they've built up retirement points, they've built up all kinds of experience, and they're now being targeted for destruction. You realize how much of an investment we have in a 6-10 man with 15 to say, you're hitting the peak. Here's the best way to describe it. You're hitting the peak where the guy is up to speed in what he's supposed to be doing. He may be an E6 or an E7 or he could be just an E5, Elliot could just still be an E5, working his way up from private, you know, O1. And you know, E nothing as we say, O1. Forgive me, E nothing on up. Well, he could be a sergeant, he could be a staff sergeant or whatever, but the bottom line is he's probably the job he's working in, he's priceless. He's doing a great deal, he knows it. He can walk in and, as the old saying goes, do it blindfolded. And that's the crew that they're attacking guys because that's going to be everything from cargo handlers on aircraft like C-117 or C-17s and C-130s to air crewmen to all those guys who are warrants and such. But mostly air crewmen, you're going to see a lot of your sergeants that are handling platoon or forgive me, company and battalion strength positions, etc., etc., right through the whole operation. It will affect every branch from AG to quarter bastard to infantry to armor to whatever. The way I see it is this suggests the same BS purge by the communists that we saw with Toretto Shrobotni Carter back when he went in years and years ago in the same scenario. Same play. In other words, what they will bring in are going to be the gutter tripe. and there will be foreigners. Mark my word on this. They're going to be this time around. They're going to stick more and more foreign military into those positions of control. Remember what the 29 Times questioner said. Go ahead Don. How many of those illegal people who were here from Mexico on visas that expired or what not and then joined the American military in order to gain citizenship, how many of them do you think they're going to keep? 100% of them. Well, I believe that. They'll keep 100% of them. Oh yeah, even if they couldn't speak English. You talked about this from the get-go. You were telling people about this 10, 15 years ago. And the thing to watch here too, and I won't be surprised, again, with the deployments and whatever else they have here, whatever they're going to try and pull on the coast, what we're going to have to watch out for is we have naturally occurring problems that develop. And again, look up red tide. It's not just a movie, okay, that's you remember red tide. It's actually a condition that exists in the gulf that's cyclic about every seven to nine years. There's a lot, actually there's a couple others that are longer that takes longer for them to regurgitate up. And it is a combination of what is a naturally occurring waste factor or bacteria build up in the gulf. and oil and other products that are naturally occurring that zip through the system. Now this isn't because, oh gee, we're just trying to deflect what's going on there. No, not, just reverse. My argument from the beginning, get going, this thing could all been cleaned up, could already be done, they've done all the propaganda, so don't touch it! Whereas instead it would be suck it up and get it up as quick as you can, if it's such a threat. Then what we need is a massive effort, it's not been done. It's intentionally being allowed to develop. Personally, I think we, like I said, somebody needs to hunt down and deal with the BP problem. The characters need to be arrested at the very least. And later on, if we find out that there's a lot of fabrication here, and this was perpetrated as a manipulative action, I would say that this is the ultimate in terrorism as far as with these government shills. combined with BP employees slash management who fabricated this crisis condition. They are directly involved in criminal activity and need to be dealt with accordingly and to be arrested as quickly as possible. Is that going to happen? Well, a lot of people are comfortable communists. There's the problem. Anyway, George, anything else before you go? Go ahead. I'll just stop skipping the background. I heard another caller. Very good. Okay. And do we have another caller? Jump in there. Yes, good evening gentlemen. I have a report. This is David from New York. I really don't know where to go. I'll try to make it really short because we're going to do more at the seven o'clock hour on this one. Coming out of Minnesota, we have a case of La Master versus La Master. The woman is the petitioner. She was originally in separation. Her husband turned into divorce. They are the owners of a very large multi-million dollar corporation in the state of Minnesota. Plus they own a business in California and some condos or rental properties in California as well. In any case, about two months ago, a district court judge stripped Mrs. LaMasters of the family home without having a proper hearing. Merit's nothing. forced her into a rental situation and then cut off her support, refusing to hold the husband in contempt. The husband hired a Fortune 500 attorney, a Ben M. Henschel, a very expensive attorney. He lives in a million dollar home, the husband is, and what about 10 days ago the wife and children were put in the street. No place to go. They're staying with friends at the present. The petition for stay of proceedings. She was petitioned for recusal of the judge. Change of venue. The case is on appeal. The appellate court has jerked around continually, stalling for time. This morning she filed for an emergency stay. Trial is scheduled for tomorrow morning at 8 o'clock. She's without counsel. Extremely sick woman, an elderly woman. She's on SSI, not a good situation, and they're going to force her to trial tomorrow against a high priced attorney without anything. She has also filed criminal charges against the judge, the district attorney. With the district attorney's office, they have refused to bring it before the grand jury. She today filed with the sheriff's office, the state legislature, and the U.S. Attorney General's office seeking relief under the weaker act. I have seen paperwork including at least a half a dozen documents, bank instruments and internal revenue service instruments with her signature forged on the paperwork as well as two fraudulently filed false income tax returns. And even the IRS has refused at this point to take action. I talked to them in court. They gave me over the judge's court. The judge's court conveniently puts everything to an answering machine. I know that other reporters from other networks have also called and they got the same ring around answering. Nobody wants to talk. I finally got to talk to the head clerk and she was real nice but claimed to know nothing about it and the trial is scheduled for 8 o'clock in the morning. I went back and called the clerk of appeals, court of appeals. Mrs. LaMaster told me that the clerk had told her that the case would be set before a judge today and a decision would be made. I called and the clerk said, well, no case has not been set. Paper hasn't been sent over to the court. Nothing. I called over and talked to the law clerk at the Court of Appeals. She said she had talked to the Mrs. LaMaster, but no dad had received any paperwork. Then she gave me the song and dance that No, the court couldn't hear an emergency stay until the opposing counsel files an answer brief. Excuse me? I've taught law for a long time and an emergency stay can be heard ex parte K. They're trying to railroad this woman. She has no money, no means of transportation, no roof over her head, no means of feeding her kids. They are going to force her into a trial where they intend to strip her of everything without ever having access to deposition. She has asked for records, had an auditor come in and the auditor was refused records. It is in the gravity of justice. This woman has testified before the state legislature on judicial misconduct. Basically, they are showing her how much magitional conduct can really be. What they haven't realized is she's the independent candidate for lieutenant governor of the state of Minnesota. She's running on the ticket with Phil Ripe, the lieutenant governor of the state of Minnesota. I think it's going to come back and bite them. They're trying to railroad the wrong lady. I don't know gentlemen, I don't know what to do. I've got the number of the court but I don't know at this point where it doesn't again, they'll be closed in about 15 minutes. But this judge refuses to accuse himself and she's charging with RICO and I've seen the paper. There's no question about it. This judge for the last three months has entered into illegal act, illegal act, issuing orders from the bench without having hearing, holding, What is the basis of the Georgia trial, Kamau? It's divorce proceeding. Final deposition of dividing of assets. I have read the report that opposing counsel filed with of the corporation and personal assets, the thing is totally fraudulent because I personally know of a whole bunch of assets that are not listed on the report and she has nothing to report because she's had no access or not been privily to any of the records in five years. This had been an ongoing divorce case for five years and each time it goes to a trial, this woman is forced to go to trial without counsel. They remove her counsel from her and then they put it into trial. This is the third time she has had a go to trial on this case without counsel. Yet she has had attorneys and the court forces the attorneys to resign. Same judge through all of this? The first judge recused himself last year because he got caught with his fingers in the cookie jar. This one basically, he has got his fingers in the cookie jar. high price Fortune 500 attorney came on. They had an ex parte meeting in Judge's chambers which is a star chamber proceeding told her that it was on record and the court reporter was there. After the meeting was held, she finds out no court reporter, no record, no nothing and shortly thereafter her attorney quits. They bought him off. Well, maybe he didn't even get any money. Perhaps he didn't even get any money. Well, he was supposed to get $10,000 off an escrow account, which he never got. Well, if he never got it, then they didn't buy him off. Come on, Dave. Well, he quit. Yeah, if they bought him off, they always like to pay with other people's money, so one way or another they come up with a way to at least run fees out of the escrow. And since they haven't done that, they may have run him off, but I don't think they've been, well, if they did, they had to do with their own money for a change. And obviously, whenever they can, when they can use your money to do it, they will. So, for whatever reason, either because he's somebody's cousin-in-law, brother or sister, he might be somebody's sister-in-law, you know what I mean? Yeah, that sounds like the boss audition. Yep. And this judge was put on here, this case, because he supposedly was from another county and wasn't part of the good old boy system. However, we have uncovered that he was a former police officer of the city in which this case is held, and that he was also a former assistant district attorney, and that he and the assistant district attorney used to be partners. I think there's unclean hands. This begs a different venue. Well, she's moving. She can't deal with this at a local level. She needs to deal with this at a state level. She's gone to the state court of appeals and they're not giving her hearing. They told them that they can't do anything until they file an answer brief to her appeal. And it's an emergency stay of proceedings. Tomorrow they will give you up and I've read through and seen what's going on. What they've been doing is illegal foreclosures, seizing the property, then having share sales behind closed doors, only one bid being accepted. Each of the bids has been going to her husband's brothers, sisters, father, and his sister also as an attorney in this matter, which has probably been doing a lot of manipulating behind the scenes within I cannot believe the atrocity. I just thought people would like to know in Minnesota that it is a serious issue. If anyone wants to state in grievance, there are still a few minutes before the court closes. We will go ahead and give them a 5-1-2-6-7-4-800-651-6-1-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6-7-2-6 The sitting judge is Judge Thomas W. Bybus. I think they are doing revenge against her because she has testified against these guys before the legislature. Sort of a get even. Is that Bybus, B-I-B-U-S? Yes, sir. And that's 651-267-4800 if anybody wants to call and say, hey, we know what's going on, we're paying attention to this. We've got court watchers and people who are going to be rendering assistance. What's going on here? Ask questions. What's happening here with this case? And her name again is? Gail Lynn LaMasters. is Actually, it's only a bunch of Minnesotans who are trying to rape and pillage the property, but again, this has been going on for five years. Five years, this divorce case, and she's been through one attorney after another. The attorney before the one she just had, the judge forced the man to resign within two weeks. Well, again, the problem is... Co-ordering out the case. Unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable. I guess the guy couldn't be bought. Well, wait a minute, guy couldn't be bought. Which one couldn't be bought? What are you talking about? The one that was two attorneys ago. He lasted two weeks and the court ordered him off the case. Okay, I still notice, well of course, we'll have enough time. As far as how they ordered him off the case, I guess would be the big question is how could you do that? They set a trial when he couldn't be there when he was in trial in another case. You can't be in a trial in two cases, two trials at the same time. They deliberately set the trial in Mrs. Lomaster's case when he couldn't be there because he was already in a trial in another case and told him, well, if you don't cancel the other case, we're going to proceed without you, otherwise resign. Well, you know, that's why sharks don't need attorneys, like professional courtesy. And usually when an attorney says to the court, I'll be in trial in another court or even in that court, That's again, what is that? Professional courtesy? There has been no professional courtesy in this case. Wow. It's been ongoing. I've been monitoring it now for about two years. Randy Seltwall has been monitoring it for two years. Randy and I talked this afternoon and he threw his hands up and he says, I don't know what to do, Dave. Nothing works. These guys just keep on keeping on no matter what gets filed. Nothing works. And that's rule of law. I don't know where to go, gents. I'm at my what's in. I've called everybody I could call. And the fact that the appeals court tell me, well, we can't do anything to Mr. Hincald files an answer brief. Excuse me. It's an ex parte emergency stay. And you can't do anything. I can't believe. the That's Dakota County, Minnesota. I've been told by several attorneys that Dakota County is the most corrupt county in all of Minnesota. Consequently, Miss Lemaster has moved out of Dakota County. That's a change of venue, folks. Automatic. But they're saying we still got jurisdiction. They don't want to let go of that one, do they? No, they don't. It's the good old boys' club. And one of the rules of the good old boys' club is that it's okay for a member to lie, cheat, steal, commit embezzlement, to bribe, even commit perjury as long as they protect fellow members. Oyez, Oyez, page 184, handbook. Sounds like you're describing the Masons there. That's exactly what I'm describing. I know, Dave. And that's exactly what we're dealing with. All of them in bed with each other. Literally. Literally in bed with each other. Her husband has been charged with two counts of criminal charges fought against him for pedophilia and molesting of children. And the DA refuses to prosecute. Well that gets into the old story, when you have a divorce situation like this that can be pretty nasty anyway as far as people becoming vindictive. So beware, especially when a person is, you know, quite a ways away. But if other people's children mark, not hers, then I can't see why. Again, rule number one is you'll find out how well tied in they are by taking that to the Fed. You know what I mean? In other words, if it looks like there's a pattern, Then you have a serial problem and that's exactly how you address it. The mistake made is always make a point of calling these people in a situation where they're kind of forced to record it. But that's another story. Again, let's give out the context. I know we don't have much time, although it is. What time does the court close there? Five? Five o'clock. Central time. And we've only got a few minutes here. In fact, we probably will be seeing Ed here sliding the music up any minute now because Well, we're almost at the top of the hour here. Wow, what a surprise. Sorry gentlemen. Oh, that's okay. I'll take up your time. But I'm really concerned because it works to me like it's a political hacking and revenge for her testifying against these clowns before the legislature and giving them a bad eye. Plus she's filed some, she's filed several judiciary review boards, plus she's filed criminal complaints with the the Minnesota Bar Association against at least seven or eight attorneys and all of her complaints have been returned by the review board bar saying we don't have enough information in the world. We don't think there is enough to bring action against the attorney. Isn't it lovely? All of them protecting everybody. Again, page 184 of the Mason Handbook. Everybody kissing up and sweeping everything under the rug so the good old boys can do as they please. Of course the handbook also says as long as they don't commit treason, you can projure yourself to cover and hide everything else they do. As long as they don't hurt fellow masons or commit treason. That's what it says in the handbook. Thanks. Appreciate it, Dave. Catch you all at 7 o'clock. I'll be back up with Spike. And, uh, what? Naming the, uh, New World Order? That's right. Naming the New World Order was Spike. Actually, it's hammering the New World Order was Spike, I think. Hammering the New World Order was Spike. Although naming is correct, too, but the hammer is what uses the tool. Appreciate it, Dave. We've got another topic we'll be covering too also on law that people ought to turn in tonight and listen to in regards to foreclosures and other actions. And the state's looking at going back to common law. The foreclosure of their bonds, a lot of these places are in big trouble. Their bonds have expired. Catch you later. Very good. Appreciate that. And we are at the top. Don, if you've got to go or you'll be able to sit down. I've got to call Mark. Alright, well, I'll tell you what, give out your number for night vision and we've got a couple pieces left, I think, am I correct? Yes. Very good. Yes. Go ahead. That two are the first generation pieces, you guys. You can read about them, you can read two, three, one, seven, nine, six, three, one, nine, six. Thank you Mark. Alright, and again for our friends listening, PBN PO Box 194, Dexter, Michigan 48130, PBN PO Box 194, Dexter, Michigan 48130. Okay, what we're gonna do is we're gonna go to, well, we're gonna probably be shutting down here in a minute, I think. We'll see what happens here. That's right, we're on the top, and I know you gotta go. So I'll tell you what, God bless the Republic. death to the new world order. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. But we are on the march, folks. Well, I'll tell you what. Fix bandits, kick them in the slats. I know we've got a report coming up, or a share of reports coming up from the border. Also, like probably from Mike Lewis, everything goes well. We'll see what he's up to. And everything else went really well. The exercise this weekend was supposed to command the officers and NCOs of the 3rd Regimental Combat Team Colonial Marines. You guys were a participant in a major exercise this weekend. Everything went exceptionally well. I want to say congratulations to the new OAC and to the people in charge. A couple other special ceremonies coming up there. Well, Don, we'll take it easy. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave.
