Summary
Mark Koernke discussed militia training exercises and deployments, particularly a 24th Regimental Combat Team field exercise at Camp Emmerich in Michigan and ongoing Arizona border operations. He covered preparedness topics including food preservation techniques (pickling, vinegar production), gas mask training, and equipment needs for deployed militia units. A caller from New York described ongoing harassment by attorneys attempting to access his property to remove beaver dams, causing environmental damage and flooding downstream. Koernke also provided economic updates on stock markets, precious metals, and currency exchanges, noting bank payment failures and currency fluctuations.

Live 365 As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled, each God given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Is this still the land of the free? I want to say thank you for the message we got over the break time and we appreciate that. And thank you for the gift from one of our friends who took care of a little bit of a donation there and will be taking care of the things that he needs very, very shortly. We are on AM and FM micro stations, CB base stations, and Ultra Net technologies both east and west of the Mississippi along with southern and central Alaska. We are on the hallmark network on the eastern seaboard from the top of Maine to the bottom of Florida. From the bottom of Florida across the arc of the Gulf of Mexico, headed towards Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, little chunk of Nebraska. The third of, forgive me, Wyoming, Iowa we cover completely, so I'm not going to worry about you. Iowa slash Iowa, you're taken care of. Congratulations. Also, good work on the training exercise in Nebraska this last weekend. Got some feedback on that already. And we got everybody's, I think we're having a video that will be up on YouTube for the Nebraska militia. Another one, they already posted one last, the end of last week, so we can assume there will be one coming out of this exercise. Everything goes well. Anyway, we are on the Hallmark network on the eastern seaboard, top of Maine, the bottom of Florida, bottom of Florida across the ark of the Gulf of Mexico. Headed towards Louisiana, well let's see, hmm, Texas, Oklahoma where they still have oil and always have had oil. and yet all over the map across the border from one end of the plains to the other if we keep it up. I'm really happy with the fact that those guys combined with, oh that's right, our friends over there on the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Golden Spike Project, overlapping completely, in fact integrated completely guys from all points of the compass. I want to get into something here real quick. It is the 20 2-2 June, the second year of Fabian Socialist and Soviet Socialist Occupation of America with a K. Again, KK to our friends out there in TR4 land. We appreciate the guys that have been rebroadcasting in Iowa. We understand 95.7. Want to say hi to the guys there. Apparently using that frequency in more than one location. That can be done because FM drops off pretty quick. So also to our friends up here in the 101.5 range and to McGillagorilla out there in Arkansas. Oh yeah, we know who you are. And let's see, Patriot Bear says hi. You know what I'm talking about. We want to say thank you to our friends for all the work they're doing. Deployment down in Arizona, we've covered that the last hour. Ideas, remember it's going to be hot. It's hot everywhere. The weather front that we got yesterday probably is hitting Pennsylvania right now, I would assume. So again, batten down the hatches there and pay attention. Thunder and lightning. Wind wasn't too bad, but this time around more noise than anything else and then a medium to light rain. No fatalities. We did have a couple of deaths on Friday. People have been asking about that again. In fact, I had somebody just down the road here. It's with one of the other militia units. Ran into them when I was at one of the little projects. Yeah, we had one person killed in one direction down the road, another person killed in another direction down the road with windstorm on Friday. A lot of damage. I understand somebody else over at the site said that Whitmore Lake got hit pretty heavy too, by the way. They got slapped with the same front that hit us, went a little to the north of Ann Arbor and stomped. So a lot of wind, major damage in that area, a lot of big trees pulled right up out of the ground. Well, I don't know, but you know we're isolated from the far side of Michigan and every year at this time when this happens here, usually they get hit with little tornadoes and other stuff over like in the Battle Creek Kalamazoo area. So, you might want to check the news service. Chances are it didn't get any coverage, but with the weather front that we saw, chances are again, west of 27 guys, it's like the state is divided right down the middle. And what happens on the east side, we don't necessarily hear about it on the west side. And what happens on the west side, we don't necessarily hear about it on the east side. That sounds weird, but it's the way the kosher mafia's got communications divided up. One's in the Toronto mob pool on the east side. The other one's in the Chicago kosher mafia pool on the west side. That's how it works. Anyway, real quick here, a couple other announcements. 24th Regimental Combat Team Colonial Marines. You guys are definitely a go for this weekend. 24th Regimental Combat Team, RCT, for a field exercise at Camp Emmerich. Camp Emmerich is going to be the host location. And in addition to that, forgive me, I want to make sure, let's see, the 471st. 472nd companies are going to be participating. That's the 471st and the 472nd. I somehow, and I don't know why I did that, I wrote down the wrong number there. Anyway, that'll be Colonial Marine Militia along with a couple of independent militias, one from Jackson that are going to be deploying. There are no changes in the schedule. Advanced party will be Friday. The call-in frequency for the facility will be channel 20 or 21. The primary is 20, secondary is 21. So the primary CB channel is 20, and the secondary is... 21. So you'll be monitoring those. If it looks like there's a little too much clutter on 20 for whatever reason, 21 will be active. So pay attention there. And again, for the 471st and the 472nd, those are sister units in the CM, Colonial Marine Militia here in Michigan. There are some of the older units that are in place. The second, third, fifth, and seventh RCT, regimental combat teams, here in Michigan are probably some of the oldest, actually they're some of the best organized. They're gonna be doing some filming by the way too, one of our mechanized units is gonna have some fun, plus they're doing some filming under recommendation stuff that we need for one of our next LTR videos. We're gonna have that pretty well squared away hopefully, this up-and-coming weekend and we do have things that are in the works planned for the weekend of, let's see, days of 22nd, well obviously the 24th, 25th, 26th, right around there guys, so pay attention and be ready. Advanced party will be in place in most of the facilities. There are also, let me double check this again, There are no operational changes for any of the facilities here in Michigan. I don't know about Iowa, I don't know about what's going on in Nebraska and the other states as far as any changes yet. But we don't have, the week is young, could be other problems. We are going to be talking with one of the Pennsylvania militias here, I will be talking with them tonight, probably in the wee hours of the morning. And we're going to be discussing a joint exercise, bringing some of the guys from Pennsylvania over here to Camp Emmerick. and also probably to the long ranges at Ogemaw. So we'll see what happens with that. Again, for everybody listening from the Pennsylvania end, want to say hi. We appreciate the support there. And we got the letters in the mail yesterday. So everybody is squared away. And thank you. We appreciate the support from that direction. One more time on this for people who are asking. We've had a whole bunch of emails, by the way, too. I got to go through. Forgive me. I get about 1,000 emails a day. It's just the way it is. So what I've got to do is I've got to go through everything. Needless to say, we can imagine some of those probably aren't really useful. So it's kind of like sort. First of all, it's a general sort and then it's itemized and go through. We had several emails the last couple days and several spikes from the alternate system. I'm asking that we repeat this again. So we're going to try to do this every hour. ArizonaMilitia at Hushmail.com ArizonaMilitia at Hushmail.com ArizonaMilitia at Hushmail.com That's H-U-S-H-M-A-I-L dot com Alpha Romeo India Zulu Oscar November Alpha Mike uh, Ilyn uh, India Lima India Tango India Alpha at symbol Hotel Union Sierra Hotel Mike Alpha India Lima Dot Charlie Oscar Mike Anyway, that should give you an idea. It's arizonamalicia at hushmail.com. If you want to participate in the deployment that's going on or if you would like to donate. Again, if you've got old gear, OD Green uniforms are fine. Got a whole pile of them? Ship them down there. The guys will use them. OD Green will work just fine. If you've got specially ripstop, old ripstop, old hot weather uniforms, they're going to need them. These guys are not rich, but they've got a lot of people who are motivated to participate. So any web gear will help. Boots, socks, guys, I don't think they can worry about how pretty they are. You know what I mean? In other words, as long as they're serviceable. So it doesn't have to be the latest best Corcoran jump boots. But if you've got something out there that's usable, canteens, camel backpacks, etc etc etc etc etc there's a long list you can imagine anything you might have a whole bunch of I would also put it this way a lot of office supplies come in real handy too you guys got a source for rubber bands anybody out there doing newspapers getting piles and piles and piles of rubber bands from the work that they do tell you what box a bunch of mop and ship them down there. Rubber bands especially the larger format ones come in awfully handy for bundling up things, tightening up and cinching down that poncho so it's not flopping around. And especially if you got lots of them, guess what? If you lose one, you're not going to cry. Okay, so there's a lot of things that just you may have a pile of. Pencils are gonna come in really handy. Hey, got extra couple of little Chikom pencil sharpeners, want to help out? Throw a bunch of stuff together, put it in a box, ship it down to Arizona Militia. How to do that? Get all of them at Arizona Militia at hushmail.com. Anything and everything will help as far as supply goes. The idea is to send actual material. That way you know where your resources went. If you can send down batteries, that's fine. If you got something in the way of like flashlights or cranker flashlights, whatever you think can be useful. Ship them down, let the guys play with them, let them work on them. When somebody is in garrison, their job is to fix it, not you. I don't ever want to hear this BS, well I'm just a warrior! No, no, you're in everything. You're a seamstress. You're going to be probably helping with KP. You're going to be able to operate a shovel. We're going to put fighting positions in. We're going to prevent all of our supplies. You're going to get up if you're dead, hunting dead, and you're going to move. Now if you have a real injury or something, that's a different story. I'll keep you in the wheelchair, give you a shovel, and you can still dig. How do you like that? Anyways, is Mark mean? No, Mark's not mean. The bottom line is guys, we got manpower. Take advantage of it and for all of you down there, that's why you showed up. This is not fun. This is a job. Got a job to do. I always hear that. Got a job to do. You're darn right. It's not a two-hour movie. It's a whole lot of other, you know, BS you got to do to get through this. everything from latrina operations, making sure that you got a place so you aren't just going anywhere. Proper hygiene is going to have to be maintained. There's no reason not to improvise and have showers in place. You don't have to go find a place down the road. Build one. Be creative. Again, start thinking ahead. Work on this. Get it done, get it done right. You got plumbers, we got tradesmen. All you guys going down there have had some kind of background in some direction. Use it. you know provide the skill. Right now Arizona militia they do need mechanics. We've got a bunch of vehicles down there they're using them a lot. There's a lot of wear and tear. They've got apparently the spare parts. They got everything piled up. They just need to connect everything and put it together. Fantastic! That's the kind of thing we need to hear about. Now you got a lot of people out of work. Got a lot of people don't have anything to do. Some of you are retired. Some of you have done that job for 15, 20, 30, some of them 40 years. Kind of nice just so we can borrow you for maybe a week. Long enough to get everything back up and online or to make sure everything's squared away and tag team. Here, click, you hit the next guy, you see shows up and you tag team the operation just like big time, big time wrestling. Anyway, Arizona militia at hushmail.com. One more time too, Johnny Filco and the band, Poker Face, Yaw King, Deadhead, Jambone, and others are going to be there for a family friendly festival. So bring the kids, it's a family oriented event. Free camping, free vending, better bring the bug spray. And it's 17953 Baird Road, Wellington, Ohio, 44090. That's 44090, Sammy's Place, Baird Stage. This venue has a nice covered stage and a separate mixing platform area along with plenty of room for camping and campfires, a pond, and great staff. Wait a minute, staff, that's an infection. Oh no, probably not with this group. This is a family friendly event, so bring the family. Festival will run from July 2nd until July 4th, 2010 and will be an annual event. Bring any supplies that you will need. Vendors will be on hand for food and drink. Be prepared to have fun. And donations, $10 per person for the adults and children are free. Don't tell me, don't ask me what the cutoff date is, I don't have that here, for birth date. I guess you're gonna have to be creative on that one, you'll find out when you get there. But $10, pretty reasonable, that's to help cover operations, to get everybody in place, and that's a plus plus event. It's gonna be annual if everything holds together. So, anyway, or is that Luke? Luke, use the force. Wait a minute, these aren't the droids you're looking for. Anyway, a couple things here real quick and we just got a request for... actually in order for a number of different manuals. Those are being packed up even as you speak. We still have a PM10 that's got to go out and several others that are in the envelope right now. So for some of our listeners, watch your mailbox. Stuff is already out and on the way. Got a couple big boxes. Just went out yesterday. Those are going to be showing up at certain people's doorsteps. One of them is in Pennsylvania. The other is over in New York, as a matter of fact. So New York. Anyway, other stuff going on. I don't see anything that's going to be urgent for the moment, although I want to double check here because we had a bunch of little pen notes that came in. And let's see. Forgive me. And again, we get so busy. Even in the breaks, we don't have breaks, people. Does everybody understand that? Even at the breaks, we don't break. We could use an extra 3 more hours into our 26 hour days. Anyway, a couple things here real quick. I mentioned earlier in the program and also last night about GSA department of defense vehicles. A lot of other stuff is sold there guys and you never know what you're going to run into. Some people have better connections than others. Some people have more resources than you have. So on the one hand you'd hope to try and bid on things but you probably can't afford them. Surplus, that's what a lot of these people do. They put their money where their mouth is, they have the resources on hand, they buy the stuff. So what you want to do is shop around or try to find the people that are doing volume. If you're going to be sending aid and supply to the Pennsylvania militia, or forgive me, the Arizona militia, I got Pennsylvania in my mind now, of course. But we do have Pennsylvania militia down there. There's Virginia militia down there right now. I understand we even have some of our friends from as far up as Maine down in the Arizona AO. They're going to be Actually, down there to do some scope work to survey the areas of operation. The major units are going to be participating in here shortly. It is obvious that we're not, we're going to see, and we have seen total failure by the federal government, intentional, not accidental. It is intentional. It is intentional. They have failed us and they have failed it with a reason, people. It's blackmail. All Semibamadinkdong is doing is trying to buy more votes and then he will do nothing about the border. They will do nothing to secure anything. If the American people don't fix it, it isn't going to get fixed. It's that simple. And I ain't talking to the people in government. They're pretty much worthless as far as the majority of the bureaucracy. They have their own agenda which is to... to whoever it is that's in power. That's all there is to it. So we got a lot of work cut out for us, but we have a lot of people, many of you who are trained and have been in the particular areas of industry or in operations that allow you to effectively participate in this deployment. I hate to use the term professionals, but that's exactly what a lot of you are. You were paid, you did that job, you did a number of different tasks. Either the tasks we're talking about that are cognizant, that are relative to what it is we're doing, related to what we're doing, or you had a similar position, which is almost identical, but may have had just a different title and location, big deal. So we do need assistance here in every form. I was joking but I wasn't joking. You're in a wheelchair or if you're in a situation where you can get there but you're not as physically capable, don't worry. There's plenty of work for you to do. That'll free up that guy that's a 24 year old or a 19 year old or a 30 year old to jump out there and help with all that physical work that needs to be done. Everybody can do their part. We need everybody out there that we can that's willing to actually perform and again, maintain a standard, guys. That's the most important thing. Now, on the horizon, Battle for the Republic, the videos, guys, we've got a whole bunch of stuff edited. The biggest problem is, gee, what a surprise. YouTube's not picking it up. The system's having problems. But don't worry, ViewFlicks is probably going to be the other area where we're going to be throwing up all the rest of the Battle for the Republic videos. We've got all kinds of cool stuff done. The problem has been getting it loaded up into the system. If we look at a schedule here, probably by the end of next weekend coming up, we will have a couple of new videos posted across our fingers. Nancy has at least two other videos that are finished that were ready to roll. And if we can't get them up as quickly as we like with YouTube, And we still would be posting them on ViewFlex anyway. We'll focus on perhaps ViewFlex first and see about getting those up where they need to be so you guys can see the rest of the canning and food preparation videos that Nancy did. Again, very, very critical right now in light of what we're seeing. We have these tricks of the trade and these technology ideas, especially when it comes to traditional or older or simple food storage processes are critical to overall operation. compress the time so whatever time you spend is going to give you that much more product. If you can simplify the recipes, or again, guys, people already did this 100 years ago. It's like the pickled eggplant that's up there on the web page right now on the YouTube page. That is an ancient recipe. It goes back to Roman days and has survived pretty much intact with variations, depending upon your flavor choice, of since time immemorial. Other techniques and technologies from Europe, from Germany, from England, from France, stuff from even China, or from the Korean menu, are things that we're going to be covering because it's stuff that is easily prepared, set aside, and forgotten about. That's the whole idea. It works itself. You don't have to, you know, it doesn't make another job for you. You're going to be busy harvesting. You're going to be busy putting food production place. Oh, did I mention physical security? Yeah, that's right. There's a whole bunch of things you're going to be doing. So the idea behind this is you're going to have to be able to free yourself up, become more efficient. Well, one of the things to do is with some of the food preparation, you can make yourself more efficient and produce good quantity, very good quantity, not let any of your food resources go to waste. Now another thing on that note, if you are producing a garden this year, and a lot of you are looking at, man, I don't have enough time to do this kind of prep or that kind of prep, pickling. You can pickle everything. You can pickle pears, guys. You can do pickled pears. You can do pickle pickles. You can do peppers. You can do beets. You can do everything in a pickle form. All fresh vegetables can be pickled. One of the advantages of this is it almost guarantees at least a better storage system in general as far as survivability. And again, remember there are different technologies out there and different presipes that allow you to even open air pickle, of course using Crocs, etc. or one gallon jars with proper containment systems. The idea behind this is for you to be able to do it quick and get the volume on the shelf that you need. Now, pickles. Everybody goes, pickles? Oh, pickles. Some people don't like pickles. I understand that. Congratulations. That'll be the low point of your meal cycle. So all the rest of the stuff will look really good. If you don't like pickles, well, live with it. I think you'll learn real quick to collect a taste for the idea of pickling because it's one of the few techniques that is, again, off the shelf, quick and easy. Remember that to produce what you need, vinegar is another easily produced product naturally available. Anything and everything in the way of apples or whatever you've got for drops can be used to process and make the base vinegar that you need for all the other work you're going to be doing. And then you can distill or whatever you've got to do. On that note, my favorite with the pickles, forgive me, I have been trying to find this movie, I have it on the shelf. But it's one of the old pirate movies, it's black and white, and there was a colorized version of it by Turner Broadcasting, remember when Turner was colorizing everything, all the old black and white movies. Well, what was funny is, you know, everybody's talking and there's this old sailor who's, of course, obviously got high mileage. He's an old man. He's been working the sea forever and he's back in the back and he's always got a voice like this. And of course, what it is is it's one of those mutiny movies where the pirates or the scallywags have gotten in amongst the crew. They signed on with the intention of creating a mutiny on the ship. And the guy is working the crowd and working the crew, you know, so to speak, and he's got them all pumped up. And finally it's like, yeah, we're going to take the captain's quarters and we're going to get this and we'll be able to get that. And you know, they've got this and you know, we don't have it and they've got wine and we don't have it. And from the back of the crowd, you way over in the corner, you hear the old guy going, oh, they've got pickles. And it's like, it's like, whoa, when you think about it, that was one of the treats, guys. That's one of the things about storage, you know, food storage, is That's why we have, it's recipes, relish recipes, dill pickle recipes, sweet pickle recipes, mixed vegetable recipes, onion recipes, pickled in every form you can imagine in variations with different spices. So consider the wide menu available. Ignore the idea that some people are going to lament. You don't like it, you'll starve. Guess what, give those to me, you can just stick with the simple mush that we have over there because that's all we can make. Or the soup is all we got because that's the best way to make things stretch. You got lots of food, you make soup. Add more water, it goes farther. Add a little flour, you can thicken it to make everybody think it's something else there. Oh, and it actually helps to fill you up, by the way, too. Anyway, point is, we are going to be putting more videos up shortly, so pay attention there. We do need your assistance if you can, and I want to say thank you to our friends that are helping out. We have a number of books and manuals and videos. Pretty much all the videos are up to speed right now. I think we have, not a mass backlog, but we've been trying to make sure we have at least so many on the shelf. We went through some of the night vision already yesterday, so I'm going to have to double check to see how many we have left. Again, we've got enough to cover any orders. I'm not worried about that. We can crank them out. The biggest thing is making sure they have the nice labels properly packaged so that everything is up to snuff. Anyway, if you can, go to our www.libertytreeradio.4mg.com page. and then go over to the right there's a donate key. When you go to the donate key, it says donate, okay, below it says in little tiny letters PayPal on the same key. Well then when you get there, Make a point of going through the inventory of what's available. Don't forget that we have Johnny Filco, we have Robert, actually we have Robert, freaking me, we don't have Johnny Filco, we have Robert Lloyd's videos in the inventory. Robert donated all of those to us, so whatever you see listed, those are available. Plus, of course, we have some poker face discs. We have our own selection of American Peril, the equipping videos, the night vision DVD video set, two discs, that's $25. The same with the NBC equipment and training. That's a two disc set. In both cases, I will ask that you not compress those to one disc. We could have done that. I mean seriously, we could have gone, oh, we're going to cheaper it on this. But my problem with that is we would have changed the quality of the videos. So the only thing I ask, I expect you to copy everything we've done. Anything you've gotten is going to be photocopied. It's going to be recopied on the machine, whatever. But do not compress the two disks into one. The night vision video especially, because we want to maintain the highest standard of quality with regard to the copies of all of the night vision imagery. It was designed to save your night vision scope hours and it will. You'll understand we're talking about it. If you haven't already seen it, you guys in the chat room that have can please comment on it. I'm pretty sure Joe Buds had a chance to see it all the way through. I don't know if Joe's in there right now. Forgive me. But if you can, take the time and let everybody else know how this thing appeared to you. What did you get from it? I think that's one of the most common things that the biggest thing we're concerned with is did the teacher get what he needed, expressed to the student, and could the student easily understand what was being said? Don is a very patient teacher. He has been an instructor for a long time. We have, of course, night vision one, the disc, which is the primer. That, as much as anything, is designed to cover the technology, the history and the technology and how it works and what it does. Show you a couple of the ideas we've had with how we've used or we've employed first generation over the years and taken advantage of and swept over third generation equipment because we knew how to use it. That's critical, guys. We have a number of different pieces of equipment, a number of different systems that are tied into that. So equipping one overlaps with some of the technology, but the night vision system is a specialized disk set that is very, very particular. Please copy it in its entirety when you copy it, and copy it as two disks, not as compressed in one. The other thing about that chair. Take the time, set people down in a classroom environment, and use the disks for what they were intended. Certainly it's personal expression and it's a great way to personally train someone. You can sit a person down at a monitor, plug it in, and they can go, actually what they can do is go, ooh, ooh, until they've absorbed too much and you go, oh, looks like their eyes are glazing over, shut it off. Go take a break. When you come back, we're going to start where you stopped. All right, there you go. See, that's the nice thing about the disks like that. The instructor never gets tired. Simply the student, it's a matter of fatigue on his end. Well, the important thing is that you allow the stuff to saturate. So again, take the time. You use this database to reinforce, reinforce, and reinforce. Take the time to go to libertytreeradio.4mg.com. That's libertytreeradio.4mg.com. the numeral for mg.com Once you get there, then go to the donation key. If you can, take the time to provide a little resource there and that'll help to make sure the light stays on and everything is plugged in when the time comes and everybody will be happy. There are a number of manuals I would recommend people. Well, what's the first thing? Hey, militia SOP guys. Quarter page your book, fits in your pocket, gives you all the basics on how to use your gear to include hand signals, basic NBC instruction. One nice thing about that too is whatever you see that pertains to the M17, pertains to the M10 gas mask that you're probably carrying. We have a bunch of them here. We have both the M17, a lot of them. Actually, a bunch of them that I built from pieces, from components. And then M10 standard check and East Sherman masks. Also, we have many, many others. I probably have an example of virtually every mask out there, at least one of. And in most cases, I have cases of masks. As you know, every place around us, no matter where we are, in any room, in any building, we have gas masks on standby. That's just a mandatory, I mean, come on, for what we paid for them back in the day and what we're still paying for them, because I got to remember, we're getting them at jobber prices and Maine's giving us a great price there, but I buy them from the place that all these people buy from. Have the gas mask on hand, know how to use them. The SOP manual covers the basics and it's something you keep on your web gear and keep in your pocket. Make sure it's where you have it so that if you've got time you're sitting around, study it. If you want to make that into a classroom text, you textbook, you can. It's not a problem at all. Anyway, it is about, oh my goodness, 6.37 already. We're better than halfway through the hour. If you want to call the number is 218-844-8060 that's 218-844-8060-437-9296 and the pound sign is the second number. Again that's 218-844-8060-437-9296 and the pound sign is next. If you want to get hold of mainmilitary.com Then main military 8776 is 080179. That's 877-608-0179. Sounds like we have a caller. Hey Dave, what's going on? In any case, I might want to touch something real quick here, which we normally do. It's the Dow Jones today. They had a little bit of downhill, which we haven't covered here in a while. back over the right page here. They took a hit on the Dow. It went down a hundred and some odd points today, but it still closed out above 10,000. At 10,293.5, it took a 149-point hit. Gold, though, has climbed. Gold is now $1,240 on closing today. Silver closed out at $18.85. That is up about $0.40 from what it was last week. In the metals market, it is basically on the base metals. It is about the same. It is not a whole lot of change. Copper is $2.97. Nickel was $8.90. Aluminum $0.86. You think at 80 cents and lead was 81. No big deal on any of that. Though what I thought one might be interested, we talked about it on one of the other broadcasts. We didn't get to bring it here before your listeners. 91 banks did not meet their top payments this past month. Eight of those. Oh, one, two, three strikes. Well, actually, eight of them are five times they've missed the payments. One of the things about that, Dave, too, is when you bring that point up, is remember Europe's in no better shape right now. In fact, they're having just as much trouble as we are in the US with the banks jumping one from the next to the next to the next to the next, playing musical pinata. Hopefully passing it on and nobody taking a stick and smacking open the thing to find out there's nothing there. As far as Europe goes, the currency today exchanged. Japanese yen is at 90.49 exchange versus the dollar where it has been running up around 95.98 all the time. So the Japanese yen is against the dollar. The Russian ruble It is now at $30.92 exchange. It has normally been running $35.38. Both those currencies have increased. The others are down except the Canadian dollar today. Oh well, it is exchanging at $0.98 on the dollar. So it is only $0.02 difference on it. The euro is showing today at $0.81. The dollar is $23 versus the US dollar. But the rest of the currencies, they are all way off. You are right, they are down. But that is where the currencies change. The Euro is lost terribly. The Canadian dollar, the Russian ruble and the Japanese yen all have gained against the dollar. with the expenditures being the way that they are and we know that they're not cut back in any any way shape or form guys. Somebody has basically been arguing the same point that we've been bringing forward now that it appears they're trying to run the economy into the ground through the government spending, not to reboot the system but rather to buckle the system. So there's a couple of last gasps in a few areas as far as you know some people are trying to rebuild in certain points but There's nothing moving. There's nothing that's moving in any sufficient quantity. And unemployment, well we know where that is, way, way over 31 million plus. In fact, they're acknowledging that that number is not realistic now. Interesting quote from the federal government itself, from the Bureau of Statistics. So we'll find out more about that. Sounds like, oh, stay where we are today for a second. Sounds like we have another beep. Who else have we got? Maybe just a patient listener. That's okay. What else you got, Dave? I heard a beat too, also too. They've got major flash flood warnings throughout northern Iowa. It's headed your way, Mark. We're under severe weather right now. Here it's been raining most of the afternoon and it's real heavy throughout central and northern New York, heavy downpours. protects the beaver today. Gee, the water probably up in those morons and be back tomorrow. We expect it in the day, but they don't want to go out and get wet. We've tried calling here with the sheriff. The sheriff keeps giving me a ring around the Rosies that he's trying to investigate, though he hasn't received any paperwork yet from the courts. I keep telling him, why don't you wake up? There is no paperwork. What do you want to do? Give him time to create some? Is that the idea here? So I have no idea where the beaver is going with this. I don't know. Maybe we ought to get some ego freaks out here to just call the sheriff and say, hey, why don't you protect the beaver and stop these attorneys from molesting the beaver? I don't know. What do you think? Will that work? I'm going to What do you think? Maybe people just started calling the sheriff and saying, hey, when are you going to protect the beaver against these criminal trespassers? That would do any good or not? Well, it's up to you. You can try if you have the number. I'm sure there are people who... I have the sheriff's number. Now, mind you folks, he's a nice guy and he's a real gentleman. He's soft spoken. Be nice! Be nice! Pay! Protect the beaver sheriff. When are you going to stop these guys from criminally trespassing? They are French Canadian beavers on top of everything else. They are visiting the country. What is wrong with you? It's Sheriff Wells, W-E-L-L-S, and the phone number is 315-379-9. He is not there now. It will be tomorrow before the calls should go in. Ask him why he is not willing to protect the beaver and the beaver's rights against being molested by attorneys. Those who have not heard, we have been hit here twice. Two attorneys and a city cop from a city that is 20 miles away, he is their personal bodyguard, have entered on the property with shotguns and an MP-5 and have threatened at least two people here in premise sticking shotguns in their face, threatening them to get out of their way and let them molest the beaver. They claim they have a judge's order. They haven't produced it. They claimed they had a permit, but I checked with both Conservation Office that issued permits. No permit was issued. The last Thursday they came up with what they called a permit. It's dated December 30, 2009, but the problem I find with it, it's unsigned. And when they were questioned, when they came in here last Thursday again, I called the deputies on them and they went up and talked and were confronted with the people up there. And they said, well, yeah, we've got to permit, but it ain't signed yet, but we'll get it signed next week. It's dated 2009, so you're going to get it signed next week. That's the type of thing that's going on here. It's just been continual harassment now for ten days. They were here yesterday, but guess what, Mark? The guy went karin' out of here like a bat out of hell. He went racing by the house, squealed around the corner and put the hammer down and went on up the highway lickety-hoot. Mad as heck. Gee, there's gates up, fence up. They're locked and posted signs are in place. He couldn't get in yesterday at 3.15. Poor fella. Interestingly enough now, you've got the no trespassing signs posted, etc., etc., correct? Yes, the posted signs are up and I spent $300 and bought gates and we put the gates up and they are locked. And he definitely was mad because he just tore out of here like crazy. He couldn't get in yesterday, the molest of the ever. But I expected him to be back today. But with this rain, they're not going to go out and get wet. Fair weather. Fair weather are torners. Liars and twisters. OK, now, otherwise, again, an overview here. Remember, most people are not familiar with the situation. It had individuals that accessed the property, took it illegitimately, ransacked it while they had it, then abandoned the house and the property itself. You've recovered it. There's a lot of repair and work to send. And these attorneys also stole a half a million dollars worth of timber off of this pristine wilderness wildlife preserve. They took a half a million dollars worth of timber out of here, which had never been timber in 35 years. Well, that would have been money to pay for the taxes, money to pay for repairs, could have been able to fix up the property, could have put a golden bonnet over each of the little beaver huts. They've done nearly about $300,000 in damage so far to the property that these attorneys have done by carrying out these beaver dams massive amounts of land erosion. When they pull them, they dump it with flash flooding. Well, the other thing here too is you've already got a lot of water right now built up anyway. They've got the rains and everything else that have taken place. So this isn't just bad for the immediate area, but downstream it's causing a lot of other problems too, especially where they're not, I guarantee they're not warning anybody. I already saw the lake downstream. It's already high water. The water was lapping the docks. These clowns dumped out here. A 3,000 acre lake is what they've just dumped. They've lowered it by 9 inches. Get your pad out and your calculator and figure out what 9 inches times 3,000 acres equals. Gallons just went downstream to a lake that's already They are at high water. The other thing here too, go ahead and give out the information if somebody would like to call the sheriff and say, hey, we are worried about the beaver in the great state. We want to know more about what is happening with you in your county. I'm worried about not only the beaver, it's going to affect the geese, the ducks. which are nesting in the area above, it's going to become nothing more than a swale or a mosquito haven when the water drops down. We already noticed in the last three days a massive buildup of algae, seaweed, just scum floating on the water because the actual water cable being lower is now causing areas to just become stagnant instead of being able to have a full flow. We've lost nine inches and if we lose a foot more, we're in trouble there. I know that all the wildlife up through there, especially geese and ducks, will become very susceptible to the coyotes because they won't have very much area in which to be able to protect it. The majority of these 3,000 acres is shallow water, about 3 to 4 foot deep, so you drop off 18 inches 2 feet. It doesn't leave a whole lot of water left. The sheriff's number here again is 315-379-2365, 315-379-2365. Give that one more go and go ahead slowly. One more time for everybody, not too fast. 315. We have a call. Yes, sir. H.D. from Arizona. Sorry to interrupt. I just wanted to thank everyone for all the tremendous response we've had. As you know, we were looking for mechanics. We have one that I put in contact with our border county unit leader, and he's going to help him with the deuce and a half, some of the home feed. and we've got some friends that are in the upper part of Michigan here that have a whole little fleet. They might be able to cut a person free or actually have to do two. You can't go by yourself. You've got to have people with you. So we can't be traveling alone, guys. I can't emphasize that enough. The closer you get to the border area, the more obvious the threat's going to be. Now, HD, a couple things. What's the temperature down there today? Just reinforce that for everybody. What's your temperature there in your AO? Well, my AO is a little bit further north, so we're only up around 90. Down where the rubber meets the road it's about 104. There we go. So again, over the 100 mark. It's Arizona. I mean guys, don't be surprised. Better take a look at a weather map, okay, and look at a consistent weather map over the years. That's southern Arizona. So most of them... HT? Go ahead. HT, I had a question. The deputy that was killed down there, would you clarify what happened and when that was? You were talking about the shooting back in April? Was it that far back? Yeah, there was a deputy who was shot in Fennell County. He survived, but he was ambushed by drug cartel members with AK-47s. Okay, because that's what I wasn't clear on. I know there was talk of a deputy being shot and I didn't know when or exactly who it was that was involved. That's your main problem you're dealing with, too, isn't it? Drug cartel crossing the border. Well, yeah, the weird thing is that this shooting occurred in the same area where Mike Nisser conducted his training that I attended back in April. It happened about a week after the training concluded. And then just about three weeks ago, again in that same area, two of the drug cartel members got whacked and were found dead in the desert. And then they got whacked by a revival gang? That's the speculation. They have not apprehended the people who shot deputy Feral. They have not apprehended the guys who shot these two drug cartel members. But keep in mind that all this happened about 80 miles north of the border. This is still in the desert, it's still in the drug smuggling corridor, but this is 80 miles north of the line. Right, we're not talking down on the border. This is deep inside American real estate. That's more than an hour's drive at 60 miles, 70 miles an hour, guys. Think about that. That's if you can get there from here, so to speak. If it's a straight line, if you were flying as a crow flies, 80 miles inside the US border, that's an hour's travel time. That's not a short way. That's a very safe area. Yeah, there's no safe area now one of the other things that we discussed before and I truly believe this is where we're headed is The whole issue of them trying to turn this into another line just like everybody's been discussing New Mexico the reason we don't hear about New Mexico is They've already got everything pretty well, you know locked up. They've got every they've got Listing posts. They've got a whole spy network and they're running that place ragged talked with a friend and Actually, somebody I've known for 9-40 years, they used to go down to Arizona, they still, not used to, they still go down to Arizona and they've been right down in that little neck of the woods there and been rock hunting, you know, they do, they do, even the speedlunking a little bit, they used to do cave work. And they recover rocks, they bring back up to Michigan. And the other thing they went down there for was, for instance, geodes, which down there in the Nogales area are pretty heavy. There's a lot of them. Well, every time they've gone down there now, these people they've dealt with for years and the properties and such are all saying that they're all scared. They're all in fear. Not of the American people, not of the militia. They're scared to death of what's coming across the border. And these are people who figured they were gonna go down there, they were gonna retire, everything was gonna be okay. They got all this image of people with sombreros and everybody, everybody loves everybody, see. And it turns out they got down there and now in the last, especially in the last two years, the one thing, these are people that otherwise have been neutral to everything. So this is unique, I got this feedback from another direction. And they said, especially in the last two years, it's sinking and it's sinking fast. So that's an independent position from people who otherwise figured they were going to be out of this, they could be on the sidelines, they'd watch the world go by, and these characters are coming to eat them. So this is a very, very, very real threat that everybody needs to help to deal with. It's like any other war, guys. We can send assistance as far as troops go, but the guys that are down there are on the front lines, and I know that nobody's rich down there. It's just like everybody would say, well, it's the same all over the country. But everybody's got some resource they can send. Everybody's got something. If everybody pitches in, many hands make for light work. We don't have to put everybody, one single person with a burden on their shoulders, it's going to be inordinate. Everybody can do a little bit. And especially if we can rotate personnel, run manpower down there, the mechanics, as I said this morning, and I'll repeat it again this afternoon, guys, tag team, just like doing a relay and a race. One group goes down, overlap, overlap. That way we get constant maintenance, constant support, many more troops. People don't fatigue. The other thing that's going to happen here, and I'm going to send you down one of the original War Department studies on fatigue. for that very reason because hot weather, you know, slash hot weather, hot environment, moisture problems, but with every passing day in service, with multiple days in service, with nonstop patrolling, with improper rest, it plays on the troops. So we don't want that fatigue issue to happen. We got a lot of good people down there. Let's keep them sane. And the way to do that is to provide the manpower and the support and the technology. Quartermaster we can deal with. Manpower, we've got a lot of people who are either retired or just like somebody else said, hey, they're out of work, they are experienced, they can do the job, get them over to where they need to be. Blend the two groups together, get them to work together as a team. That's how it's gotta happen. And we'll make sure it does. So anything else, Jacy, what's been happening today so far? Anything jumping off the shelf there? Uh, just the latest that's on the news that uh, I'll tell you later. Okay, we're going for now. Dave, thank you sir. Gentlemen, I'll tell you what, there's three of us here. HD, you can stick there for the moment. Uh, God bless the Republic. Yes, nothing will, uh, we shall prevail. The Empire's on the run. We're on the march both day and night. And night. Thank you gentlemen, and we'll do our part to help support the guys down there on the border. Where have all the military surplus stores gone?
