As it is, that didn't work because there's an attachment, the Bill of Rights. Now, one of the things that always happens is people say, no, it's the amendment, the second amendment, or the first amendment. No, no, those are articles of the amendment. The first ten articles were attached as a single amendment, which if it was not passed, the Constitution was not going to be ratified at all. That works. When we say it's Article 2 of the, you know, which is an amendment to the Bill of Rights, or I should forgive me, an amendment to the Constitution. is part of the original 10 articles of the Bill of Rights. Now, that was the cork. That's what really has, they've tried to get around, they've tried to weed a way past, you know, in other words, when you're in Amoeba, you try to see how far to the limit you can go to get past the border, say the edge of something, and they found that they couldn't get around. They could try to push through and they could attack, only to find that many people would push back. And somehow, I don't know what the hell it is, they thought that, well, I guess we just aren't going to read or find what they're doing when there's millions of us and only handfuls of them. Their logic is that, Don, if they only have thousands or tens of thousands of little spit-swapping butt buddies, that obviously they have, that we wouldn't have any more potential for collecting information than they would with their limited manpower when it comes to who they have. In either case, there are points where you have different tiers of activity. Unconventional warfare does not work. This is something you don't want to talk about. It does not work if you do not have some paraconventional and conventional assets. This is part of the formula.
