Now we need to enhance that a little bit. But that spreadsheet is designed to help people plan food supplies. It's got a lot of built in data on the density and food values of some of our bulk grains and foods and some of our packaged food spam and treat and things of that sort. You can use that not only to keep track of and organize material that you have saved away, but also to see exactly how far that will run you. The thing that concerns me is that I think a lot of people out there have food stores and they think, oh, well, that's certainly a big pile of stuff. It would take me all afternoon to move. I'm all set. When in fact if they added it all up they would discover they have fewer man weeks or man months than they think they do. And they may be missing out in some areas. They may eat fat or low fat, insufficient proteins or what. Spreadsheet will help people keep track of and analyze those things. And if you use it, I think an awful lot of people will find, uh oh, for everybody to take a look at, patreon.com, download that spreadsheet, put it to use. That is written in a free package. People can download, runs on multiple platforms. You do have to enable macros when the thing loads. It says, do you want to enable macros? Yes. There's nothing evil in the macros. But by all means, I encourage people to take a look at that site, download that spreadsheet, download OpenOffice, fire it up, enter in your data, and see what you've got. Because I think a lot of people have less than they think they do. We'll repeat one of Butterny's mantras, there's anything. getting into the last days of being able to wrap up our preps. We really need to get organized and see what we've got here. The other thing is that if there are items and like, Paredy, Biforoni, or whatever it is, and items are not in the spreadsheet, there's an email link right there to Butter Knife, and you can send me the data off the line. And in that fashion your data will be shared with other people and the spreadsheet will be upgraded for your use and we will all benefit. Very good and again remember now give everybody a I repeat here again on working the spreadsheet and how it best will serve them because a lot of people don't realize we're looking at mapping out our supply system. It's not that difficult to really work with a spreadsheet like this, is it? It fires up. I've got some fake example data in there to show examples of how things can be done. Organized by tabs. There are two tabs that you'll normally use. You'll use the first tab or sheet. enter your goodies. They'll be 50 pounds commercial white rice. Enter 50 in the pounds and you'll say one of these. There's a field where you, storage location you can say garage or grandma's house or you know basement square one or however you have things organized. And spreadsheet will take 16 ounces and it will convert that to an internal format so that on the summary sheet is handled correctly. Some of these things such as bulk items, it knows the density of these materials. So if you say rolled oats, one gallon, it can calculate that and estimate pretty closely the weight of a one gallon jug for all those. It doesn't know what the jug weighs, but it knows how much that much will add in. And then when you switch to the summary sheet, you take a look and it will have added up. how much white rice you have in pounds, how much brown rice, how much rolled oats, how many cans of spam and what's the total weight. It will then calculate from those, knowing how many pounds or how many on the summary sheet, how many mandates of proteins, fats and carbs are down at the bottom what you have total. And you will see that you're way ahead in carbs, you're way behind in fats, you're okay on proteins or some other combination. One of the intermediate sheets will let you change spreadsheets idea of how many calories a person needs in a day and what percentage of fats, proteins and carbs you want to allocate because there's always a certain amount of debate and discussion regarding what's an ideal mix. So those things are all configurable. If you get on the first sheet and you enter a bunch of data, say, you know, the 50-pound bags of cans of spam, this many. Then on the summary sheet it will all just magically appear with all those complete calculations and you can see. that you do bring a platoon or a company together. Logistics and having the sheets like this established in advance and then incorporating them on a larger scale with regard to consumption. This is going to make systems management much more convenient. Now granted, it means you have to spend a little administrative time and the more you've got moving, the more works are involved in general. Physical work, not just administrative operations, so time is crucial. Well, you can save a lot of time in actually keeping track of and coming up with an itemized system for inventory in conjunction with an itemized inventory system in an impromptu warehouse, a holding area, whatever you're gonna do. It depends on how big the operation is and what type of unit you're supporting. So this can be adapted. This doesn't just have to work for Home use or personal use within the family can be used for other activities in the process. And that's why I want to bring that up. It's very user friendly. Most important thing is data in, data out. If you use it, you've got to take it off of the roster. That's one of the things about rotational inventory. It means you're going to need a little bit of a staff for quarter master too when you're dealing with a platoon or company strength unit. Somebody will be designated to work as a support clerk. and uh... that person still is an infantryman we treat this more like special forces then we do a state conventional army and that we have integrated in overlapping jobs that everybody assist with as the formation expands, as more manpower is available. Or, depending upon the crisis, for instance, we talked about this before, incorporating individuals that come into the system that are available as evacuees or dependents from other formations, individuals that are recruited in because of their technical prowess or specific abilities. Well, guess what? You're going to end up with personnel. who will be routed to you. The idea is to incorporate them into the system and lighten your burden. Allocate tasks. Okay, delegate responsibility here guys. Actually delegate authority. You cannot delegate responsibility. Forgive me on that one. That's a mistake. But by delegating authority, these individuals can help to deal with specific problems and neutralize a lot of the confusion. This is critical. An example of what we're seeing with communications is only the nonsense in the last couple of days. Guys, for any of you in the militia or in the Patriot in general, no matter what crisis pops up, we've already taken into consideration. There shouldn't be any shock or amazement or concern so much as most important, implementing standard operating procedure and then focusing on what may be the unfinished points. things that need to be accomplished. That's where the sheet comes in too, because we can use this as a constant reference to bring all of our systems up to snuff, specifically with supply and support, and obviously with Quartermaster with food resources. Because when it comes time to feed the troops, guys, we're going to have to be looking at accurate allocation of resources right away. Rationing is going to take place immediately. In other words, you're going to calculate only so much consumed per person, period. And the reason is, start it off right away, get everybody used to a regimen, everybody will be living in that style, that mode, and they will handle it accordingly. They'll work into the pattern. I think butter knife is going to make a big difference if you already have a plan in place before it happens, right? Exactly. Bear in mind that you'll probably be able to keep track of supplies a lot better if when you initially enter them you don't say 50 cans in garage, but instead say 12 cans in box 4. in garage, 12 cans in box 5 in garage. So when you hand out box 4 you can avoid that sheet out or avoid out that row in the sheet and the whole thing will adjust. As you said for personnel, there's absolutely no reason a bright 9 year old can't be in charge of the Grandma's garage depot. You know people may come in and say okay we need beans and rice and you know He or she looks in the little laptop and says, okay, points to this box, points to that box. Maybe that divisional quarter master can't even lift those boxes, but they certainly keep track of things. So everybody can be helpful in this stuff, and if you have the right tools, it can be done properly. This is one of the right tools, and it is zero dollars and zero cents from... Excellent. And the process here is, the idea behind this is to bring you up to speed by allowing you to watch certain videos in specific time increments. We're not going to overload you. They're only 10 minutes a piece. But the point is that you can watch. You learn. This brings you up to a certain level between this and what Butterknife's talking about for supply, and between all the issues covered with regard to NBC, nuclear, biological, and chemical defense. Food, water, ammunition, weapons, you name it, we're either giving you ideas or trying to point you in certain directions. And even then, again, think outside the box. We're not telling you, do this this way no matter what. You've got an idea, or hopefully like to say, what butter knife's talking about tonight, you might go, wait a minute. I got that system I used a few years ago, that program, and I think I've already still got it on my computer. I think I could use that. Well fantastic, go right ahead. If you're already familiar with something and it saves you time, you go right ahead and do that. We're not telling you to shift over to, because we're demanding anything, but again, a lot of you don't actually have this in your inventory of things to do. So, Butterknife, this is going to give them a solution. It's simple. It's straightforward, it saves you time, and it will save you money. Now, on that note, one thing I would point out, we're not telling you also be exact. If you're set a limit, if you're looking at balances, but let's say that you go to the store and you run into all of a sudden one day, they have a monster sale on a whole bunch of dry goods or canned goods or something that's in your list of your inventory of items or even if it's outside but it's still useful and super cheap. I don't hesitate to grab it and throw it in there. Why? Well, you know what? We may not eat certain things all the time. In fact, we may not even hardly eat that particular thing at all. But when the time comes, changing up the menu is priceless. The term is food fatigue. And although personally with me, I've never had that problem, guys. If you starve a little bit, you'll find out real quick. If it's edible, you'll appreciate it no matter what it is. OK? If you get stuff on sale, that just frees up funds for other categories, too. So by all means, go ahead and do it. Just remember that you also should include it in the inventory so you can get a better overview, and there's accommodation for that. Add in the supplemental, say, odd cuisine items, especially if you can get them in large quantities or in, say, whatever's the tail end run of something. The example, the other day, Butterknife, we went over to one of the stores, and in the markdown area, they had boxes of packets, dried packets of scalloped potatoes and potatoes au gratin. What's fantastic is there was a no name or store brand is what they were. They were about 54 cents a piece. Now guys they've got a date on them but I'm going to tell you something, I've never seen those out date. There are some of the older military ration type processes that were used years and years ago. Now freeze dried is more common if dried is used at all. These things work just fine. They are in a retort, foil pouch, they are dry packed, they can be subdivided and handed out to somebody for a field ration, or they are part of the off the shelf equipment that you are going to use to feed the family and feed the troops when the time comes. I do practically everything freeze dried if I can afford it. The biggest problem has been, like you said, the afford issue. So we have to make ends make ends meet. Now another thing, in the event, and I've talked about this several times during the week, if we got into a situation where they said, oh, we're going to shut everything down until we know in so many hours or we're doing it right now, if you had the option and you ran to the store, the first place guys that I would go is to the dried rice. And obviously people don't think about that. But the dried goods area with rice, beans, or whatever. If you don't have a lot of money and you're trying to put a lot of food onto the end of that cart and get it back to the house fast, go to the cereal aisle and grab every oatmeal container that's there. Oatmeal will last indefinitely, properly, kept dried and stored without a whole lot of problem for temperatures. No matter what, it will sit there and stare at you forever. Now I'm going to tell you something, you ain't going to be sitting there forever. If the food shortage or food shortage is developed intentionally by the system, rolled oats and whatever else you have on the shelf, rolled oats can supplement and bulk out everything you have. If you're going to have rice, put a handful of rolled oats in there. If you're going to make soup, put a couple of handfuls of rolled oats in with a soup. It's a stock. It's a bulk or it's like the rice or like wheat or like any of the other beans. Again, it's designed so that you kind of fill the person up, that little cavity there that's going to be grumbling after a while. If you can prevent that and still offer pretty good nutrition and obviously fiber, then rolled oats are a quick, inexpensive solution to all of your problems. Again, the idea is short term. You don't have much money. You've got to go in. You're going to buy a bunch of food. You get the most, the greatest number of pounds for the price. So that is a consideration. I'll tell you what, but it sounds like we might have a caller. Who do we have? I heard a beep. Uh oh. We just have a passive beep. Maybe we have a listener. That's possible. I'll tell you what, go ahead. I know you have a lot more. Please. Alright. I'd like to touch again a little bit on the box topic of last week. There is a tiny URL so that people can see what we're talking about here. It is http://tinyurl.com. T6 so that everybody can see what we're looking at. These are boxes that I constructed. Those are for the purpose of containing a dozen pint or quart mason jars. We discussed the desirability of doing that since the jars no longer come in Form Fit cardboard boxes. And when you are done canning things, you want to remove the rings that leave the lid sitting there stuck on by sticky and suction pressure. And those should be protected from mechanical impact, which can break the seal. So I built these boxes for the purpose of those jars. I should mention that when I originally started building boxes similar to these, this is before I was involved in making any preps for this sort of stuff. I built boxes very similar to these but with a vertical cut in the end piece to retain a divider. My original intention for that was to make boxes to type that you're looking at approximate dimensions of useful but the point of this is that these are very versatile and you can customize them by simply varying the dimensions a little bit. Construct a container for almost anything you want. elegant job of engineering something, an awful lot of the virtues of the design are not visible. The dog that didn't be that did not occur. One of the things that I'm pleased about this is there are certain elegance within the engineering. For instance, by putting the lid on the top and the bottom and overlapping like that, it is very, very easy to get the dimensions of boxes off a little bit, making an error in calculating the lengths of things. By putting the tops and the bottoms flush onto these guys, the width of the side pieces is only one of the three possible opportunities to make a measurement error. That is in calculating the width of the state, that when cutting. Aside from that, in this design you start with interior dimensions and that is most of the dimensions you will be cutting. It occurred to me while we were talking about the detox mix, for instance. My first thought was, well, this is an opportunity to use a glass set of bottles and a little capper that I have and so on. And then somebody pointed out, well, this is something you don't open the bottle and consume at all. You're using it in little drips and drabs. Maybe it would be better to use the Groesch bottles for those. And I think that's a good observation. If you want to build a box to hold a dozen Groesch bottles, or 18 of knowledge, you will do the job. You can customize these things to any purpose you need. If for instance we want to, with Mark's recommendation of reducing the package size of some things to make more easily handled, number six cans tend to come in, or number ten cans tend to come in a six pack. And if they're full of chili or something, that's a fair amount of weight. Maybe you want to build one of these boxes that will handle four cans instead of getting easier for people to handle it. Easily done. Get out your tape measure, see what the cans are, figure out the interior volume of the box that you need, and go ahead and make one. Now, if you wanted these things to be waterproof, given that we're using masonite and wood, you would have to get out a paintbrush or a spray. Go over these guys with some polyurethane that masonite can absorb. If you need them to be airtight, you're out of luck. Just going to have to go with an ammo can for that, and hope you can find one of an appropriate size. but for interior use purposes, because of automatic finger grips. For all of those considerations, design does work well, it's cheap, the materials are commonly available off the shelf. Remember the materials are 1 1 8 inch masonite, wood there is fir. You'll find that an 8 foot firring strip costs about a dollar. It is soft pine. They are finger-jointed together in a factory so that they produce them on a continuous basis. Ancillary materials are that I use hot glue to stick before everything is screwed together. Drywall screws, deep thread, aggressive thread. If you really wanted to go into production, it might be a good idea to get one of these powered miter saws. You'd clamp or something on the on the bed so that you've got a stop and then you just start feeding the material in, make a cut, toss the material in further, make a cut. You can do a hundred of these things in an hour once you've set up a tool like that. I recommend having the home center cut up your sheet of masonite into strips so that the work is already done for you. And proceed on that basis. I don't think anybody's going to be able to come up with a homemade cheaper or simpler container than this. It has a fair number of practical virtues. Now something you would want to store in a wet location if you can avoid it and it's not going to be airtight under any circumstances. Short of that I think this is people's purposes. Now with this system, any other special sealing techniques or any other, I can't say on the list of things to do, are there any other special say backup measures you might take for a special ceiling for weatherization? Pretty much not. I've taken the approach that these don't need to be sealed. In fact, the photograph that I have, you will see that some of these parts were made out of perforated masonite board. There's no super sophisticated reason why that's perforated material. It just happened that the center was out of the solid and the perforated was a dollar and a half sheet more and I grabbed a couple sheets. I basically approached these boxes as mechanical protection, stacking, and handling, I don't generally expect them to be watertight and all sealed. If you wanted to do that, I would suggest that you spray-rush them with polyurethane probably before assembly would be best, and then maybe one more squirt afterwards. But in general, these are sort of super versions of Card Figure that they're virtue is mechanical and that things up and keeping them airtight and so on and watertight is really not the purpose. Bear in mind that this particular bunch that you see, mason jars, which are typically waterproof themselves, packing and storing protection against general insult. But if you really, really need airtight and watertight, there's an option. You just have to go with an ammo can. If you needed to go with, say, a 20 millimeter can or one of these grenade cans or something along those lines, For watertight and airtight, there's nothing better than those guys. They come in only a certain number sizes, so you kind of take your pick. If you need them, you have to go that route. Other general miscellaneous purposes, very large. We can do here, especially since now, what was the, was there anything special in the way of any weight restriction by using the other material? Nothing that's going to cause you major problems, correct? I don't think so. These boxes, when they're empty, you can lift them in one hand. They probably weigh four or five pounds, I guess. They also come in at around two or three dollars a piece for materials cost, which is one of the prime considerations. I was determined to find a way of doing this at a reasonably inexpensive basis. Excellent. Okay, so one of the other things that a lot of people were asking, and I know this has become up before, Again, with constructed materials like this, remember the idea is to come up with a simple solution. Consistency is the big deal so that when it comes to transport shipping, you're calculating volume. How did you set these up? Now, you've got these images to its problem. We're not on television here. But the images that you have here, these are set up for stacking too. How high can these stack safely? These can safely stack as high as I can reach to stack them. I have another member of palletization. You could use pallets and use those for barriers. Again, one of the little tricks there, there are plastic flats that are available that show up out there in different industries. You might want to check if you have print shops nearby or if you have companies that do food stuffs, especially with a grocer. Sometimes they have a styrofoam or plastic. stand-off palette type device. They're the size of a palette. They're perfect for this type of project in that you could stack up the cases so tall, put one of these in place, and then stack up to the uniform height to the next tier. And this offers a little stability. It creates, again, a tier slash decker platform just to distribute the weight a little bit and change the dimension with regard to the geometric structure. Sure, and if you mixed these on a pallet with cardboard boxes, you put these around the edges and cardboard boxes in the middle, then you would achieve a hybrid of the rigidity and stackability of the different kinds of containers, for instance, too. That's what I was wondering about. Okay, now what else? We've still got a little bit of time. We've got plenty of time. We've got about 24 minutes left in the hour here, so what else? We have many, many. topics available. Okay, I have been watching some of the AGI videos, American Gunsmithing Institute videos, and one of the topics they discuss is they have their different approaches and they have their different hosts to demonstrate. One of the hosts does something a little bit unusual that I think is kind of remarkable. I think I was watching the 1911 one specifically. And what he does is he does a complete detailed disassembly, strip and disassembly of the weapon, and cleans it. And what he does to clean these things is he likes simple green. Basically, a very dilute solution of simple, grain warm, soapy water in the vernacular. He strips these things apart, all the parts. bucket of warm soapy water, simple grain, and leaves them soaked for, oh, maybe a whole five minutes or so. And then demonstrates pulling them all out, gives them about two seconds, just a couple three swipes with a toothbrush, and dips them through hot water rinse and sets them aside to dry. One of the things he says is that when you do this, not only does all the baked on carbon and the oil and the grunge and everything come out. 100% actually feel the texture of the steel and tell that the pores are all opening and that is stripped clean crust by that I Kind of like that Notion what he then does is he happens to be fond of break free CLP one of the popular cleaners Takes all those parts in a big he'd spread them out gives them a little spritz with his bottle of CLP and rubs it around so everybody gets a little bit of fun and then reassembles the weapon, a drop of oil in the key spots, and he's ready to go. This got me thinking, and it occurred to me that I think that's an excellent approach for basically an armory strip, a base maintenance of a weapon, maybe not exactly what you want to do in the field. warm buckets of water and everything completely detailed stripped is certainly not something you want to do out in the field. That's what field strip means. But for a home base, I put that together with the questions people have about corrosive ammunition and cleaning, especially in the field, to prevent side effects of the simple green dilute solution is an excellent approach. perosa stuff. It would also, if you're not careful, tend to strip. So how do we combine all of these things? It occurs to me that with the same materials on hand, Simple Green and CLP or Simple Green and Gibbs or whatever it is that people prefer, we can do something comparable to this in the field if we package things correctly. And what I would suggest for the field, squeeze bottle with one of those little shampoo bottles, lighter fluid, things of this sort. You flip the spout and it unseals. And that would give you the option of pointing your muzzle down, squirting some of that in the chamber, and being able to flow this fluid through the bore. Hopefully, swab it out a little bit. Without necessarily getting the detergent all through the action and rinsing away the oil that you want to remain in the action. Lubricant in around the other working part. Take care of anything that's rough. I think that would probably get you back to you can do a much more thorough job. The other thing that occurs to me is that spritzing the lubricant is useful in some of these weapons that have works in a drawer that you do not want to disassemble. The cans from Centerfire are very neat. I like them especially in part because they are cheap. They're just doubled in price, which works. But the one thing they can't do very well, you can put a patch over them and and shake them to get lubricant or whatever on the pad. You can dip a Q-tip or a toothbrush in there. But it's very difficult to get that lubricant into say the works on the drawer because there are places that you cannot reach. You've got all these little sliding metal plates next to each other and you want to get something down into the vicinity of the pin. Squirting it in is really the best way to get something in there. So there's much to be said for the spray head. You certainly don't want to carry around one of these trigger sprayers in the field, just like you don't want to carry around a 16 oz can of aerosol and so on. So, given that Centerfire has jacked up the price of their little metal oiler so much anyway, I went hunting and discovered that if you purchase them a dozen or two or four dozen at a time, a variety of commercially available small plastic bottles I contacted one of the vendors of these guys, explained what I was up to. I heard about the resistance of the end. They were a little confused. They weren't sure exactly which plastic some of these things were made out of. They knew about others. There are options of low density polyethylene, high density polyethylene. Some are HDPE treated with fluorine to their resistance tremendously. Propylene, there's PET. There are a lot of options, and they have different characteristics. So the bottle vendors weren't sure which ones would be particularly suitable for solvents. I contacted Sandbar, a manufacturer of break-free brand CLP. And they recommended HDPE, even though I kind of expected them to say polypropylene based on some of the chemical companies' pages. I've been doing a lot of research on this. So I'm rather confused regarding which plastics would be ideal. And the vendors are a little bit confused regarding which plastics are in the spritz head. So I set about solving this. I contacted one of the vendors of these things, gotten some samples, and as we speak, three different containers that are candidates for this sort of use sitting in a court mason jar at Butternight's house, drowning and soaking in CLP to find out who softens and who dissolves and under what circumstances these little s***. spritzers and so on hold up. So in a couple of weeks we'll have some results. There are two different veracely of military CLP. One of them is made by Sandbar, which is the break free, and that's exactly identical with the commercial break. And the other one is the same mil-spec, but they are different cage codes. And the stuff made by Royal does not have the micro-teflon particles. break-free does, but it has about double the solvent in it. It has 40% solvent instead of the 20%, and it's kind of stinking. So certainly people like the break-free brand better than the Royal Imagine, even in the military people are always trying to get the stuff that doesn't. But I chose to use the Royal for the test, A, because it's less popular by users, and B, with a higher solvent content, to reveal any problem by the solvent affecting these plastics. I've got a court mason jar basically full of this LP and these three bottles filled up. Spritzer's operated a few times to work everything through the actions and the bottles all submerged and soaking in this stuff. One of the containers is actually a spun aluminum container which is obviously not going to dissolve but it has a plastic or lacquer coating on the inside to protect the aluminum from corrosion. So we'll see whether that plastic or lacquer coating on the inside is affected by the solvent as well. Since it does have an interior coating, I included that in the test, not just as Spritzer had. So that's an experiment in progress. But if this works out and we find that certain of these plastics are suitable, then we can put together field kits. that contain a squeeze bottle with a flip spout, which I would recommend one fills with dilute, simple green, and water for flooding the barrel and chamber of anything that may have fired corrosive ammunition. And we will also have similarly sized small bottles with spritzers. which we can fill with CLP or light machine oil or gibs or whatever it is that you can lay your hands on and like as a lubricant for spraying down into the actions. And with a couple little bottles like that, these are typically about four ounces, definitely field size. I think that we can put together a nice little kit. for butter knife style distribution. This was all catalyzed by the fact that Center Fire's little metal Eastern block bottles have been doubled in price. And therefore, they are now pushing something like 80 cents apiece. And we can get these little plastic commercial bottles with the spritzer heads and everything for about that price. So, Centerfire, jacking up their price like that, has pushed their price up into the range where they're roughly equivalent to things that are more sophisticated and are accessible to us in less than insane quantities. We don't have to buy a whole pallet in order to get a reasonably good price on these little plastic bottles with the spritzers and so on. So, in a couple of weeks we should have results on which of those, if any of them. stand up well enough to the solvents and lubricants to be able to use for this purpose. Now again, this is the kind of testing we need to have that's fairly cheap. But the question is how long can we use it so by doing a field test like this and let's say thank you We're gonna know for sure what the endurance of a piece of equipment is because some things we may have to use understanding that we have to evacuate the chemical maybe we can temporarily use it evacuate it back into a larger containment vessel that will not be compromised and Then purge the material you know numbers wash it out or whatever to try and save the container so that it can be We could be used again several times. If it can't be safely stored, we may have to improvise accordingly to see what we can do there. That again gives us a rating. The military actually had done this for years. Truly, what they would do is they would actually test different equipment to failure. All the companies used to do this. Automotive industry used to do this. They would take their equipment and run it to failure. Some do, some still don't, in certain parts. But this is also true with basically is improvising technology, having to replace or utilize off the shelf material. We want to know what its endurance and its capabilities are, if it is usable or suitable at all. Some things just react improperly to the solvents, the chemicals, POL products, and are simply useless. You know, you pour it in and basically it just rolls out. the material of the container may actually disintegrate even as you're using it. So we have to caution people on that. And it's something as simple as a bore cleaner or it can be even oil. I've seen this many times a lot of the polymers or other containment systems or vessels may appear to be stable and certainly are for what they were intended for like household cleaning and such. But for application with other systems or other materials, they may be completely unsuitable. So you're going to pretty well be able to give us a final report here within a very short period of time, I would assume. I plan to let them soak for a couple of weeks and see who still spritzes and who shows any sign of softening. Most of these things are half covered in the solvent, so I'll be able to see a line if there's any real difference. This won't be a one year long test of destruction, spritz these things until the spring breaks. But it should give a feasibility indication regarding which of these to degradation by the solvents and which ones are not. Again, for a lot of you guys who are looking at weapons maintenance, remember there are a lot of surplus items. Centerfire Systems was sending some pretty cool goodies along with the things that you were ordering. If you bought like $20, $50, or $100, they were sending extra stuff in the mail. Or, I should say, in the orders that were sent, several of our guys have donated some of that equipment. One of the things they donated were that they donated. Yes, they were donated, but they're four units. We aren't disposing of any other way than giving them to people who need them. But the Russian oil bottles, metal ones, now we know those work and they're not going to be compromised. But there are variations on that that show up and one of them is a Chinese one in plastic and a lot of people have always kind of wondered because they showed up with the AK-47s when they first came in. There was a double and a single. They're not even in the phenolic plastic. That stuff we know works. This isn't like a plastic It's like a plastic squeeze bottle you'd find at the dollar store. You have to wonder, those may be great and they may not. It's kind of a dice roll. That's what this empirical test is all about, especially since the vendors I talked to were a little bit confused about what might be durable and what might not. Well, again, many people are looking at the type of application. Nor are they thinking as deeply. The average person today is to a degree still thinking throw away. Even these vendors are thinking in terms of cosmetics and some of them in food type products, various novelty type, retail type items. We're much more interested in more industrial type materials. So what else have we got for us? We've still got a little bit of time left. Okay, I would remind people that military gun supply has restocked on those Korean Glock magazines. They are now showing 70 and 90 10-packs available for purchase. So, obviously they're moving a bunch of these guys and people are sucking them down. They're 10-pack of magazines for $100. Oh, you can't beat that. Touch that. These are factory authorized, you know, Korean plant manufacturer. At $10 a piece in the 10 pack quantity you can buy them onesies at $14, $15, $16 at other members. If you have or plan to support a Glock, these are the 19s and the 17s. You take your pack. The 17s were the earlier pistols, so 19s are sort of the general purpose follow on with two rounds less in the grip. Those remain available. They also continue to list as available their full $100 apiece for those. considering how those have gone up. Still, that's not bad for that for a .308 battle rifle. I prefer it with a longer barrel, but right now it's catch. Real quick, back on these Glock mags. Case in point, guys, if you have a Glock, I would have at least 10 mags for each. Cool thing is, are these coming in a sealed, like a plastic clear bag? No, they are individually wrapped in the paper. I presume that it is corrosion-resistant paper. Probably a brown paper package per mag. Now here's the question, so again it's unlimited areas. Quickly you can get the order in. I would recommend 10 mags per gun, and especially for this price, it can pretty well map out for each of your weapons. Step one, if you have several of them, just get 10 right away. If you can afford to spend the money, guys, I'd pick up 10 for each of the weapons if you have multiples of the Glock in service. You're not going to get any better price, although years ago we saw them for as little as $5, but they were 10 rounders only. and the guy had them down in Mount Creek and I tried to get everybody to buy them if they could because for the price you couldn't beat it but that's from years ago, that's a decade ago. This is a good price especially right now. The Glocks are dominant out there, we've got to admit that. Like I said guys, the Megan Riddick deal is just to understand their limitations. And the Glocks are really a cool firearm to begin with for pilots, vehicle operators, you carry three and you don't even know you've got them. Now you carry 10 mags and they fit all your pistols. and they're ideal for garrison personnel. Yes.
