Mark Koernke discussed the 2009 swine flu outbreak, criticizing government and CDC failures to contain the virus at its source in Mexico and secure the U.S. border. He argued that despite advance warning and resources, authorities allowed infected individuals to cross into the United States. Caller Dave provided market reports on stocks, metals, and commodities, then discussed census fraud, including how zip codes are used to misallocate congressional districts and how census data is illegally sold to commercial companies. The show covered concerns about invasive census questions and the history of county incorporation as a tool for government control. Mike then provided preparedness advice on maintaining first aid supplies and medical equipment before emergencies occur, followed by detailed medical training on airway management techniques including oral pharyngeal airways, nasal pharyngeal airways, and endotracheal intubation.
What would happen if every human being on Earth... disappeared? This isn't the story of how we might vanish. It's the story of what happens to the world we leave behind. Building off the success of history's two-hour special, Life After People, this series continues the exploration of a world-wiped clean of humanity in even more vivid detail. Don't miss Life After People, the series, Tuesdays at 10 p.m., starting April 21st, only on History. Live 365. We could have stomped on it. It was in a location, they knew about it a week in an actual, almost two weeks ago now. Instead, they let it expand in Mexico. Obviously, they let the carriers move across the border. They suspected this thing was developing. They had plenty of time to respond. They still have the modern keyboard. In fact, listen, hear this. They have the same thing in Mexico in all the hospitals, don't they, Mike? Yep. Think they're connected to the... Looks like they're given supplied by us. Yeah, exactly. In fact, they probably got our hand-me-downs, or they got brand new, paid for, but with your tax dollars. So these people are all tied into the CDC. So, guys, what do you think? They sent it by bean picking burrow. Juan Valdez knew it was urgent, so he took his silver studded carrier and put it on his little burrow and put a little mailbox in the back and they sent a letter. A week later it showed up over at the border where some old guy with a teletype, actually with a little two key telegraph with gray hair and sitting there waiting for him with cobwebs building up around him. He got on the keyboard and went by telegraph to Atlanta. Oh no! Went by telegraph to Cheyenne and then they sent carrier pigeon to Atlanta. Do you think that's how this works? Everybody is tied in by the miracle of the keyboard. So, this is the same as any of this other BS. It's like trying to make me believe that four planes are flying in the eastern seaboard in circles for an hour and a half and not a single government agency did anything about it and let them smack into a couple of buildings. Oh, and don't forget the pentagram on top of everything else. And nobody did anything. With the most anal-retentive control freak organization in the world, the Federal Aviation Boys, sitting there picking their nose and rotating thumbs between one orifice and the other. Now, we have this situation which, oh by the way, they finally reported about on Friday, where we covered this Thursday and Friday of last week, where they already knew it was happening in Mexico. This thing could have absolutely, positively been contained within a few days at the most, right at the source. Instead, this fabricated avian swine and human bug The human vectors were allowed to wander around and waddle across the border and everybody just kind of went, la, la, la. Well, we had to have Israelis controlling our border checkpoints. We have Israelis watching our border, which why I don't know, except that those swine, kind of like the people who made swine flu, that's probably where it came from, Yahooty Flu. Anyway, Yahooty Flu, I'm sorry, swine flu, those employees there, which aren't our employees, are watching the border and doing nothing for us. We have $4 trillion we spent in national defense. That didn't do us any good. We could fire all these people. We would be just as safe guys. But we wouldn't be in debt. For all the tempest in the teapot they're creating, this is my emphasis on this. For all the tempest in the teapot, we need to know who to blame. And we don't blame old, poor Americans, because after all, if Americans weren't here to be contaminated, Mike, then Mexico would be perfectly safe. Wait a minute. That doesn't seem like any. But that's like the gun grab-ish. Oh, wait a minute. Yeah. Kind of interesting here, they were interviewing some people that had just arrived from Mexico up here in Phoenix and they were getting off of a bus. and they had left Mexico a day or so ago. And this was yesterday evening and now while they were still down in the interior of Mexico they were told that the border that they would be screened and they gave them papers to fill out if they'd been sick and with the usual questionnaire. But when they got up to the border they didn't collect the papers, they didn't screen the people, they didn't nothing. And the first time that they were questioned here is when they got here and the news reporters were asking them what was going on down in Mexico and what kind of precautions were taken at the border. So, oh, I saw it firsthand account of there doesn't appear to be. It's the same report we got from people coming back on airliners. They said, oh, a much more intense scrutiny of all the people. Everybody coming back has said not. In fact, they said just to reverse, everything was absolutely loosened up almost as if they were told, people were told in security not to ask any questions and just let everybody slide through. Now, my point is, what did we, you know, this is the same thing we've had with this Transportation Authority BS. When it comes to searching grandma and groping your wife at the airport, these buggers are great. All of a sudden, and every time over and over again, close the border, close the border, close the border. That would be the common sense single thing to do. You only have one line. It's very narrow. You don't have to play Keystone Cops because that's what this old Tempest, when I say Tempest in the teapot guys, that goes back to over a century ago with the old teapot dome scandal. That's where the term came from and it's been used in other ways, but it really wrapped around that issue. But in this case, this Tempest in the teapot, this whole little hurricane fabricated, is because somebody wants to stir the jug. You get the drift of what they're doing here. This could be completely contained. They are not in the Stone Age down in Mexico despite what everybody says. They actually do have television, they have telephones, they have internet, they have keyboards, they have monitors, they have all the BS to communicate. So nobody in America that's in the chain of command can feign ignorance. Washington, DC knows what's going on and has failed us completely. If this proceeds and they try to come up with some BS that this is the end of the world as we know it, then we need to go and arrest the people in Washington and the people at the CDC and they need to be the first ones to be tried for open treason because they have absolutely failed us. See, the problem is they're going to do the, it's all America's fault. And America needs to be punished and the whole key is going after our liberty, guys. If you go through the last six months of their checklist, every step of the way was, oh my goodness, look, we discovered the drug lords in Mexico and they're mean and evil. Guys, we've been reporting on that, Mike, for how many decades? A long time. They came out with a movie called Romancing the Stone. How many years ago was that? That had to do with the drugs and the cartels and Cartagena and all that stuff. All that cool stuff. When did that movie came out? So here we are step by step and now the latest is, oh look, this thing is flooded north because they have let it go north. Whatever it is, if it's major or minor, and they still mix up, in other words, they got the tea leaves in there, spin them around and look inside and divine the, oh look at the fiasco in there, look at all that motion. It's really important when in reality, again, it is important by the way, this could all been stopped. What are we spending $4 trillion in National Defense on? between Homeland Security and their inner lieutenant control freaks there and worthless as they are because they obviously didn't secure the border. They're not doing their job there. Washington knows about this. They even made claims, oh yeah, we're keeping an eye on it. Well then obviously they've known what's going on in the White House and Congress has intentionally failed us. If they come up with any BS to try and claim that this is ultimately the end of the world as we know it, then we know that the people who push the button and turn the door knob and open the door to let the bugs in are those people right there who are supposed to have the authority and do have the authority to make sure the door is shut. Now, we can't trust them. They've failed us. If they don't go any farther, you turn and look at them and you cannot trust them. They have failed us. That's the only thing I'll argue with this. Everything else is irrelevant as far as what's going to happen from this point forward. If they want to try and rah rah rah this and beat the drum on it more and it is more serious, fine. We won't forget that. Know who to blame and know who it is that needs to be tried, arrested, tried, and then they also need to be dealt with accordingly for treason. Civil War, we did this with people who built bad weapons and got people killed. They hung them. You get madrift? They really, really, really need to be properly punished because all these controlled freak nut cases, in fact with Sam of Amadindong, the Kenyan, the illegitimate, this sucker, of course, yapped all about how there was going to be transparency and oh, how he was going to get rid of the police state this and the police state that. No, he didn't. In fact, he signed everything right back into place. So they can't claim, guys, that the police state BS isn't there. Oh, we just don't have enough. Guys, they've been given vast amounts of control freakism to use as they wish. And here, when we have a situation that's supposed to be life threatening, they have completely failed us. I'm going to rub that in over and over again as long as I can. Anyway, I'll tell you what, Mike. We have Dave who's been waiting so long, and he's got to come up with a special report. Dave, jump in there, please. Yeah, good afternoon gentlemen first of all let's get rid of this Dow Jones industrial. It was a fantastic today on the New York Stock Exchange Stock Market was down eight points at noon or up eight points excuse me at noon and at closing it was down eight points Whoopee what a roller coaster ride that was Well, I was eight point closing at eight thousand sixteen hundred and ninety five silver dropped 41 cents to 12.49. Crude oil dropped back to 49.33 and gold dropped down to $893. Everything down, down, down. And what's interesting, the last two days, Indian rupee, well, it's been 50 to 1 against the Yankee dollar. I don't think they're doing so good there in India. They're, I guess, on their way trying to catch up with Japan. Though Japan's back to 96 to 1 instead of 100 to 1. Metal market has something's going on wrong yesterday I reported metals were down well they're down again today copper down seven cents closing at $1.89 nickel down 16 closing at $4.89 aluminum unchanged zinc unchanged and lead is down to 2 cents closing at 58 cents uranium unchanged That's the market for the day on that. However, we got this idiot sea of this swine flu. Eat garlic, eat garlic. Hey folks, did I mention eat garlic? It kills the virus. Eat lots of garlic. In any case, we got 28 outbreaks now here in New York. All of them that they've reported so far are in Long Island or New York City area. However, they have reported today sort of sheepishly that 20 some odd people have recently returned to Rochester, New York from a vacation in Mexico. And there was an indication that there was supposed to be a report on tonight's news, a special briefing from Rochester General They didn't want to say what it's all about, but guess what? Rochester's now got one too. That's what it boils down to. We'll know here in just a little bit when they give that briefing on that. General Motors closed out at $1.87 today. Not so good. GAS locally, it jumped all the way to $2.24. Downtown Rochester, it's still $2.10. Good old president Obama nation is going to be given a address the nation I guess on this epidemic and at 8 o'clock tonight and interesting enough Fox News told him he could take a hike. They're not going to air his broadcast. They're going to play their regular broadcasting That's sort of an arresting touch yesterday on the Sunshine Network Jimmy Swagert's broadcasting his son Donny was on there with Francis and they were having a good old goal on the H.R. 1388 Brownshirt bill which passed two to one in Congress last week if people are not aware of that. That's that mandatory volunteer bill where you're going to have to voluntarily volunteer to give service to the government. They also covered the new census. What was interesting they spent an hour going through the census form reading the thing it not only wants to know your name your age your date of birth your your national origin it wants to know that for everyone in a house and it wants to know for everyone in a house if they own stocks bonds if the house's mortgage your rent how many cars or vehicles does your household owner have on the property and how many people are attending school, what grades they are attending school, how many rooms are in the house, how many toilets do you have in your house. and the list goes on. What time you go to work, what time you come home, how many minutes it takes you to get from home to work, what type of work do you do? And this is to be listed on the census record for every member of the household. Do you think they've gone beyond enumeration? It was really nice that sunshine did that. The only purpose behind the census was to identify the number of people respectively in the states so they could identify the number of representatives for the Congress. That's it. Actually for the House of Representatives and for your respective states representing the states, House of Representatives the way they're established. This is a profile mark. They are profiling with this thing. And Jimmy Swaggart's network yesterday, his son Donny and Francis, both of them said they're not going to fill it out and they recommended everybody else not answer the questionnaire either. Even though there's a law making it mandatory that you've got to answer the questions. Yeah, well, I want to see what happens there. Go right ahead. Yeah, go ahead. My understanding is that it's only for enumeration of heads that live in that household. That is irrespective of race. Is that not correct? That's correct. Okay. Thank you. But they're demanding right now that you've got to disclose your nationality, national origin, your race, and all that's on this form. This is way beyond. But you don't. Oh, but they've got a law, they passed the Congress, passed the law mandating it, you have to answer it. It's under penalty if you don't. Oh yeah? Oh, watch and see what happens and what kind of penalty. I won't answer it, I didn't answer it the last time. And yet I used to work for the U.S. Department of Census. I helped set up the Beast System in 1988. I actually worked on the program and issued thousands of people the Beast number. A lot of people said, why did you take the job? I took the job because I wanted to know how the system works. I know how the program is, I know how the numbers work, I know how it's issued, I know how the blocks are laid out, I know everything in their system, how the whole system operates. I won't answer their questions. Let's go down to where the rubber meets the road. How do we act when they come and say, okay, I live alone here, my wife died, okay, there's one person who lives here. That's it. There's no law requiring you to answer your door. That's true. You don't have to answer the door if they knock on the door. What means you have to go answer the door? You don't. That's the easiest way not to get in the conversation with them. But the issue is it says under the law that they can go ask your neighbor or anyone else that knows anything about you and get them to fill a question out for you. A third party can give the answers on your behalf. Oh really? Oh yeah and Swagger. I had dealt with that yesterday as well. They were really ticked on it. But I also can remember, and they also mentioned that people who are taking it are sworn not to divulge any of the data or information. I couldn't disclose any of the data or information I collected about people. Not only did I collect information about them, but the color of the house was brick stone, brick wood frame, concrete driveway, two-car garage, color the roof, color the house, how many feet it was to the nearest intersection. I had all that information was all put on a card and now they're doing this map spotting so now they can geographically actually pinpoint you to an exact location with their GPS nonsense. That way they can drop the missile right on the right house without missing just like they have the transponder underneath the driver's seat in your car. So when they shoot a missile at you they get the driver. I guess I'll just play it by ear when I come here. You have to play it by ear, correct. I have a good recommendation. After they take the US Census, folks, the easiest thing to do is move. Just as soon as they take it. But the issue was the whole thing, Mark, in taking of this nonsense. Within two years after the U.S. Census was taken in 1990, as a sporting goods store operator, I received solicitation from two commercial companies wanting to sell me information about people. And all the information that they were listing that I could purchase from their companies was the very information I collected for the U.S. Census. And I was against the law for me to divulge the information, but here there were companies selling the information that the U.S. Census collected. So how did they get the information? State of Michigan was doing the exact same thing, by the way, and they got caught doing it three different times. And this came out as this ended up being lawsuits, there ended up as a series of lawsuits and they settled out of court on this very subject. So what they were doing, they were using it to create actually a series of demographic studies based upon and in fact utilizing directly information that had been collected illegitimately by the census bureau through these laws that had been passed. So this tells you again who the characters are that are really behind a lot of this. as a side trail with regard to profiteering. Which is another problem we have when you let all these corporates and all these parasites get into government where they should not be. And this comes down to people say, well, we've always been like this, only since 1963 is all this BS, actually since the early 60s. And the first county that was incorporated was in Ohio, northern end of Ohio, right there where Bowling Green University is. Until that point, the majority of the counties and the states didn't have the parasites entrenched the way they have been in the last several decades, you know, a couple of decades, I won't say several, because this has been a cascading affair. They've tried to bankrupt counties from one direction to get them into the corporation, then tie them up that way, and they've done the same with townships and even with whole states. Now, the states still can't get the counties involved. until they lure them in with the baskets of money in the buckets of short-term BS to tie them in by contract. And that's what this has all been a fight over. I found something interesting too yesterday on this point. I was at the local hardware and I mentioned this issue about the census thing with the owner of the hardware store. And he says, I know exactly what you're talking about. He says, this business is incorporated. And he says, we're doing business as. We have a DBA. And he says, that's all it's published as a DBA. He says the corporate name is unregistered for public view. Only the state knows the actual corporation name. But he says we're continually getting solicitation here all the time in the actual corporate name. He says the only one that could have sold that name was the state of New York. Nobody else has it, he says. This came in the 70s, which is the other reason that you can't disclose specific information. However, and remember that there are specific fees and charges for violating and actually disclosing this information. So, and they're not immune. Nobody is immune. In fact, this is one of the few cases where congressmen, senators, All the bureaucracy are completely liable under the law and are punishable by fines and time in prison. where they can't try to weed a lot of it. And I'll tell you why I know this because when I worked as an Intel analyst, one of the many jobs that we do as an Intel analyst is out process people for their security clearances, where you give them their final notice about how long they're actually tied up with a non-disclosure statement, et cetera. And one of the other things that you do is you the first thing you cover is the Privacy Act and the Right to Privacy Act. And that takes longer than the actual debriefing does. And included in that is an explanation of the fact that I myself would be liable with a, it was a, at the time it was a, first it was a $10,000 fine and up to 10 years in prison. And later on it was a for disclosing private information collected in a file that you had to authorize in the first place. So if I later on it went to $20,000 fine and this included and I could go right through it I used almost memorize most of this. This includes any representative, any senator, any of the executive branch, all individuals involved with any of the bureaucracy to include all federal, state and county agencies. So this is one thing you don't like to talk about where this information or data has already gone out. Somebody is in violation of the law and they can try to come up and pull out of their arse anything they want, but there is superior law that they have generated that is been out. They have tried to make it dusty. They have tried to make people forget about it, but it is still sitting out there waiting to be used and it is what we need to do every chance we can. You chop their legs off underneath them. You make it so expensive that if they're going to continue to generate resources, the majority of it goes right back to us and not into the system to be fed with. Mark, there's one other fraud. I might as well bring it up, which is what ended up costing me to quit my job back in 1989. It is the issue of how the U.S. Census is being used in a fraudulent means by which to enumerate. Numeration is for the purpose of heading congressional districts. However, George Bush, when he became President of the United States in January of 1989, ordered that the enumeration or the placing of people where they live would be based solely upon their zip codes. Now, you may not realize, but zip codes do not go along county borders. Some zip codes may extend into a neighboring county. In my particular incidences, I know of at least two areas where I worked that the zip code extended into a neighboring county and resulting in over 5,000 people in the neighboring county being enumerated as if they lived in the other county because their enumeration is only based upon where their post is, the military post. Therefore, they were counted as if they were lived in the other county. I came back and I was ordered to map spot all 5,000 of those people into the other county. No matter where I was to put it, if it just drew a line down the swamp and claimed they lived in some swamp. That's total absolute fraud. The county that was cheated of the 5,000 actually had less population in 1990 than they had in 1980 because of the fact of 5,000 people. And yet there was numerous trailer parks and plus a major influx of Mexicans that had moved into that county. And what the government was trying to do under the Bush administration was to deprive them of a congressional district and give it to a neighboring county where there was predominantly Republicans. and it went on all over the country and it's still being done today, they address you by your zip code. If you don't live in that particular post office area and you're receiving mail, You're not being enumerated in the county in which you live. Well, the difference is, though, my problem with part of what you just mentioned, and I think everybody listening has said the same thing. I'm sorry, if the illegals moved in, you don't get more votes. You don't get a greater number of votes in the Congress for having illegals in your county. Okay, that's not a problem. I don't have any difficulty with that. But they weren't illegals. It wasn't illegal that was in the county. I don't care if they're illegal, if they're temporary and they're here, if they're permanent citizens, it would be one thing. But if they're illegals or they're here in a work visa, no, they don't have any voting rights because they're going to leave. Of course they'd vote everything they could for themselves. Anyway, I'll tell you what. But that's something that people need to know that's going on. Everything they're doing in the census is a fraud. Well, again, myself, probably best example, I used to live 13 miles from my actual mailing address, not because we tried to hide anything, but simply because the actual mailing post was 13 miles away. So the actual locations for everything that had to do with the address were every one was at a different point of the compass and not one of them was related to the actual location. That's just how off everything was and of course that's how they would be counting the numbers for the census with regard to voter you know with regard to voting block and also allocation personnel for the for the seats the congressional at the state level and at the federal level we got to let you go Dave because I'd like to take over. Thank you. God bless. And it was Dave with the PBN report and Mike jump in there yours yours take it over. Okay, very good. Hey, kind of one observation that I've made all about this swine flu. You know, we've heard all about this. Oh boy, what we don't want is everybody running out here and having a run on the bank on Tamiflu. Don't have to go out here and get your masks and everything. I know that this is something that we've talked about for about a year and a half now, and a lot of people are starting to catch on, that we've hammered on what needs to be in your first aid kit. We obviously, and it doesn't matter whether it's a first aid kit or something happens to a water main, we've all seen or at least heard of where a water main breaks and then everybody rushes down to their local grocery store and then pretty soon there's no bottled water. And so therefore it's up to the listeners to make sure that they have these things on hand and we can buy them at our leisure when they're plentiful on the store. and we're not in with that frenzy of people in this panic buying. We've got to go down here and buy something. Just because we're here, we feel obligated. We drove all the way into town to purchase something. So once again, what we need to do is make sure that we have these things on hand. Now, I'm not sure. Now, we had a caller that called in last week that his son was possibly suffering a heat exhaustion. Now, I don't know what type of how long you've been listening or what type of first aid activity has or anything like that. But that is a prime example, you know, to use an analogy. You don't wait until you have a house fire before you decide to get a smoke detector or a fire extinguisher. You don't wait until you have a flood before you decide you get flood insurance. You don't wait. before you decide that it might be a good idea to have auto insurance. So the idea here, whether it's with your arms and the ammunition and the protective masks and it goes out in a collection of his family and the people that he is responsible for. So then when the small blank happens, all of a sudden, then you don't have to go out here and run around town and hit three or four different places to find what actually And I know that you know, this is one thing that we've talked about some of the things about Medicine is not real pleasant. I don't know how old his son was but how do you explain to your son? Well, I'm gonna roll you over and let her put this thermometer where the time for locker room humor is over Shelly in a heat injury case where the patient is still awake and alert if all we have is a oral thermometer and we've already cooled down their mouth by letting them cool. If we would go ahead and take an oral temperature it is going to give us a spin. I know that there still are glass thermometers. I was one of these corner and they had all kinds of thermometers, the ones that you take here and the one that you can scan and do that. And of course they had the quote unquote old thermometers. So these are some of the things that we need to have them on hand. Say for instance you live 20 minutes from and then you would have a he didn't have a mother and then you'd have to drive into town back and there's a third place that you have one at 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back when you're going to do tell the person to hold on until I Drive into town. So as once again whether it's with a water main break or a first aid emergency or a house fire emergency has occurred before we fill in the blank and realize what we need to do. and maybe obviously not today because we only have about 12 to weekly on some of the recommendations. And a lot of times the things that we're recommending may be beyond your that is still have a particular. Then again on the other hand you may have two or three different types of films. You may have spare magazines that you've picked up over the years. And you still have those on hand even though you don't have a firearm that is that particular caliber or that particular magazine size. But you still have them on hand because maybe possibly down the road you may encounter that selection of those items just like it's a good idea to have those selections of those types of medical supplies because the possibility that somewhere down the road that something may happen and then there's going to be a run on the bank and all of a sudden you're going to get down there and the cupboards are going to be there. Or you're going to be paying three or four different prices for the very item that if a week or a month earlier that you could have gone down here and bought these things at your own leisure for a reasonable price. But now, if you can find them, they're going to be very expensive or you're not going to be able to find them at all. These are some of the things that we need to think about. Take a step back. Don't fall into this feeding frenzy about all this camouflage and the masks and protective gloves. Oh boy, we need all these things because we need to have acquired this stuff. ahead of time, long before when we actually needed it. In the name of kind of making this a little bit shorter today, I see we have about 10 minutes left. I'm going to drop the IED part of that and we're going to continue where we dropped off yesterday with airway management. We were discussing the oral fair and geolairway. We came right up towards the end. We were talking about after we had talked about about the description and the different sizes and the insertion. Some of the specialty, they have been trained in their uses, properly inserted, exacerbate your compress against the using the gag reflex be used in the conscious or the semi-conscious patients, makes the gag reflex when the back of the tongue or the posterior ferrinipitate vomiting or laryngeal spasms. The next one here is the nasal pharyngeal airway, abbreviate that the MPA. They're usually approximately about 20 centimeters in length. It's designed so that the opening is going to permit, and it's usually well tolerated in the semi-con. I'm not going to have to worry so much. It's indicated when the insertion of an oral pharyngeal airway. The line of thinking with that, with the OPA anymore, they're kind of being spaced. Now the adult sizes, they're going to be indicated in millimeters for the internal diameter of it. And the length of the tube varies with the diameter. And then measure from the end to the earlobe. And your recommended sizes for a large adult, whether it's going to be either an 8 or a 9 millimeter, I chins and ID. A medium adult is going to be a 7 or a 8 millimeter ID. And for a small ID. Now with the insertion we're going to select the appropriate airway size, lubricate the tube with us into the nose, by going to place the bevel, place that against the sephs lighting the tube along the floor of the nostril and try a little twist. Very flexorations of the nasal mucous.
