Summary
Mark Koernke discussed the swine flu outbreak spreading from Mexico to the United States, arguing that the government deliberately allowed the virus to cross the border rather than implementing immediate containment measures. He criticized federal officials for failing to seal the border and blamed Congress and the Obama administration for inaction. The show covered preparedness topics including the upcoming Dayton Hamfest (May 15-17), the Liberty Net shortwave frequency (3960 kHz, Saturdays at 10 PM), and equipment recommendations for communications and surveillance. Callers provided updates on swine flu cases in California and North Carolina, and military exercises involving multinational forces at Mayport Naval Station in Florida.

We have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each god given right, we only watch and tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep, and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave, is to still the land of the free and home of the free? and good afternoon ladies and gentlemen this is the afternoon intelligence report i'm mark corny and dot ponnell butcher one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in active duty and operationally secure in all of the continental united states konos south southwest southeast and central well ladies and gentlemen you are listening to us on LibertyTreeRadio.4MG.com, PBN.4MG.com, and we are on live 365, then go to Liberty Tree Radio. You will also find us on AM&FM microstations, CB base stations, and ultra-net technologies east and west of the Mississippi, along with southern and central Alaska, and the Aleutians. Lower left-hand corner of Alaska. We are also in the Hallmark Network, 8 colonial states, but expanding into several others. The Golden Spike program is now in motion. Three separate, totally independent from the Internet mechanisms are coming together. They will be free and independent grids, but they are going to be joined so that we cover the country and overlap in so many ways you cannot count them all. Don, today's date is? The 28th day of 8-2009. You're a viral. Big stick with a nail in it, a big spike. Wait a minute, you have to have more than one, because that way just in case you're a little off you don't miss. Ever see, just a real quick note on that, Escape from New York. Remember the gladiator scene, what they gave the guys? A trash can lid and a baseball bat with big spikes running all directions. Yeah, the trash can lids don't last long. Anyway, a lot of interesting things happening today is Communications Tuesday, but we have many other things to cover. Keep your pen and paper ready. and understand that we're trying to give you solutions not just lament about the problems but you know, Don, you never know what you're going to see on television. This is true. I could do my best Andy Rooney and say, did you see those three foreigners on television this weekend? Enough of the imitation. Again, I would pose that. Did you see those three foreigners on that whole parade of propaganda generated in Washington and the Beltway area there? I pose that question. Three foreigners. historically denies that the quote he talked about from the former he talked about why these groups picking up our top a gene there he's told the as you know we have to have a power or we heard from he tells us that no longer happen to have to wonder mark when you're listening to three foreigners even though one of them is you know sit telling us about what's going on in another region of the world you have kind of you know majority that wouldn't that fit in here you know because i think in this instance that more people are going to want to get the truth out about andy if we've got fearless leader telling us that That's where we're going to go next, no matter who's voted in. or do we hate him the same? or are we supposed to shake our fist and wait until we get somebody that does like a Nickelodeon kind of pronunciation class okay here's the person you have to hate today picture little cartoon figure smiling and pointing at the picture and then they phonetically spell out so you'll all be able to rant about the person in Iran because you won't be able to probably pronounce his name otherwise isn't that how they do it? yep and again you know I just wanted to point that out Usain? to plug in and observe and pay attention. And once you have thieves doing open stuff like this and they are right in everybody's face and telling you it is just the opposite, any other propaganda they try to generate does them no good. That's right. Have you noticed that? Really they don't understand this. They are like, I can't comprehend why the BS isn't working. Well, other than the Obamaites, the red shirts, the red shirts, yellow trim, the Soviets that are dancing around with their little red books waiting to tell everybody they need to be in mandatory volunteerism. there's no such thing it's just mandatory slavery uh... and of course ranting how you're different up with the party than not comrade worker you will be uh... taken to the reeducation camps and that really is what they're hoping to do guess what guys uh... everybody else is pretty well looking at this and going through i see the problem and i think i'm going to vote with my wallet let's go to the ganjo away white or go to the court show exactly what might appear and i think that's what our buddy feels right now and so all of their nonsense Nobody wants to go play in the sandbox with them. The Opium war that we've been fighting to keep dope spread across the planet in Afghanistan, even the soldiers can catch on to real quick. They're just trying to stay alive through whatever BS tour they're on over there. Other than that, why opium production is right through the roof and it is not a concern. In fact, do we hear anything about an opium wave of control of the opium fields in Afghanistan? Have we heard about that? Did I miss something, Don? I don't think so. In fact, just to reverse guys, I think it just kind of happened. So it's very interesting to see how it just happened all in its own, without any interference at all. Ain't that special. Ain't that cute. Anyway, things are proceeding as expected. These characters have got a lot of other game plans are trying to plug in. But, and of course we didn't forget about the thing with the border and with what's going on with the latest planned virus spread because you can't say anything else other than it was planned and that they let it happen. And I will point out something, and I talked about this again this morning, but let me remind everybody of something. When you think Mexico, don't think Sombreros and don't think your Mariachi bands and don't think everybody just sits at the hotel waiting for you so they can serve something, guys. That's not how it works. There are a lot of thinking people down there in Mexico and there are a lot of people that are very well educated. Now, one thing about the CDC, it is completely interconnected with all of these other institutions. There are eyeballs and spies, and shall we say just well actually, monitors, whose job it is to stay in touch with all these other institutions around North America and the world. But wouldn't you think, maybe Mark's a little crazy here, but you see, You know Mexico is tied into an internet system and they have a prioritized signal system whereby they communicate and That hospital down there that had the initial outbreak. Do you think they were working in a vacuum? Does anybody out there not believe that as soon as that that hospital saw a battery of casualties? That that battery of casualties not reported to a central institution like the CDC of course it was Do you think it went by what? Coffee bean picking burrow across all of Mexico to the nearest telegraph or some little operator with gray hair tapped out that they were having problems in Mexico City? That's not the case. Guys, just in reverse. Same keyboards, same flat screen, although some of them just regular old TV monitors. It depends on what hospital you're in. They are still interlinked with the same high speed or mid range systems that you all know and love called the internet. Even as this outbreak was taking place, they were fully cognizant and were aware. In fact, I guarantee the hospitals communicated with specific institutions to try and receive assistance to identify the threat. Don't you? That means that way before all of the controlled media covered this, This activity was already known to the disease control personnel, medical support personnel, homeland security, and briefed to other administrative personnel up through the chain of command, whereby if they saw a specific near threat that they were not communicated to, say, in Washington, I guarantee they were. And even if it were, say a little slow, slow today is, oh it might take, make at the most, and this would be ultra slow motion, it might take a day. Otherwise people, every flag, every key indicator, purely a matter of when the person is signaled or called or given a flag to show that there is an incident developing in a certain area. You don't take days, it doesn't take weeks, it doesn't take months, they're not hand carrying it by courier, wrong. All the technology you have at your fingertips and more is available to all of these people. So this is the same issue that I brought up the other day. This is like you trying to make me believe that for an hour and a half in an environment where seconds count as you would count minutes and minutes count as you would count hours. All of a sudden, four airplanes are orbiting around the east coast for an hour and a half hijacked and nobody responds and nobody knew what to do and nobody had any clue about standard operating procedures. They just all went to BrainFART, LOH, loose operator headspace. Now, you're going to try and make me believe that for about a week and a half going on two weeks while this situation was forming down in Mexico in the Mexico City area, where already the CDC and even foreign medical institutions knew about this outbreak. That we didn't stop everybody from crossing the border, that we didn't work towards immediate containment of this spread of this virus. In fact, it is an absolute lie, just as these people stealing the money lied about who was stealing it, where it was going. This lie nobody can believe now and if you're a thinking person and you walk through it step by step people The only way that this disease this virus is getting America is Because certain people have wanted it to get there and that has to be government We can blame the presidency right now. Of course, he's not the president. He's a usurper. He is not qualified. He won't let anybody see his birth certificate. He spent $3 million to make sure nobody does see his birth certificate. The usurper, the meat puppet for the characters that are actually behind him, he obviously was told, sit on your hands. Congress, made up of a whole bunch of cowards who should be standing up right now in front of the Congress, It's demanding, we're looking right at the television, and demanding immediate action by the Congress to order the ceiling of the border. They could do it, people. And they have the ability, Congress has the ability to mobilize the military and to tell the President what to do. This is a situation where we don't have to limit the liberties. That's the whole gist of this thing. To limit the liberties of the United States and to attack the American people, that's the only reason these failed politicians have allowed this to proceed. They have absolutely failed us in a situation where the decision is very straightforward, very simple, didn't require attacking the liberty of the American people, didn't require playing Keystone Cops or running around in circles inside the US. all you have to do is cut the border. Shut the border, deploy the boats, nothing gets through. That's all there is to it. Settle the whole problem. Spread the rumor south of the border that anything you want, tell them people are being shot, whatever, they don't have to be. Trust me, word of mouth, everybody will think that maybe it's not a good idea to spend $3,000 or $4,000 on a coyote to get across the border because you're just going to get picked up and carried right back. See, the whole system stopped with just the Minuteman deployment. Can you imagine what would happen if everybody is told that, oh no, the U.S. government is going to do its job for a change. Right now we have absolute failure in Washington. None of nothing these fools can tell me I'm going to believe anymore. They're in fact directly involved in absolute failed policy and they're now not bordering on. They're involved in criminal activity against the American people. We don't have to quarantine the American people if we seal the border and we keep any more activity from going, well that's right, from Mexico to the US and we could have done that right away. The first two locations where there was any outbreak was San Diego and Texas and it was on the border. What does that tell you people? This whole thing, even as it happened, and of course the benchmark everybody is saying, well it started almost at the time that Osamabemidinong, the Chinese and the Mexicans were all down there talking in Mexico City. As soon as they left, this thing kicked in, almost as if a button was pushed. And I would have to agree that that is exactly the case. So everybody out there, know who to blame. period because even if they claim, well we didn't start it, well you sure as hell could have stopped it and nipped it right in the bud. Instead, they intentionally are leaving the border open so the drugs and the slave trade proceed. And now we see a disease spreading series of typhoid marries that all could have been stopped at the border. Nobody gets across. Everybody stays over there. We all stay over here and smile and wave. Anyway, want to make sure we drive that point home. Now, another thing, remember we have the Dayton O'Hara Hamfest coming up. We've been talking about this before the program. Guys, if you're going to pick up a radio gear, if you've got batteries, one of the discussions where this came from is talking about the fact that you may have certain batteries that are needed for certain radios that are hard to find or difficult to get. Guys, if you go to the Dayton Hamfest, you will find all kinds of stuff laying there. Another thing and it's on the checklist that we're looking at is linear amplifiers for CBs not the really really super big ones the smaller ones that were you know used to be out there in force and a lot of the guys have gotten away from that because CBs kind of diminished for a little bit that's gonna change real quick and it's already expanding so for everybody out there that was looking for linear amplifiers, hey there's the place to go. Now you might find that even of course, especially with a good price, it might be something that's even damaged. And they'll tell you typically, well this is a burned out unit, you can get it for about 30, 40 dollars, 10 dollars, whatever. Well, depending on what it is, and if you are into electronics, remember, a base system that you can rebuild, you know how the things put together, you've got all your board information right there, and you can put it back up and online and that is a consideration for you guys who are willing to get into projects. Remember, finding the equipment in its base form is becoming more difficult as production has stopped in certain categories. So even a unit that might require work is desirable because you can rebuild it, you'll know it's gone into it, you know it will work first time every time, you know what its limitations are, you know how to make it continue to function properly. That's important. Now everything from solar panels to batteries to LEDs to electrical components, tubes, you name it, all the transmitters from the oldest stuff to the absolute state-of-the-art cutting-edge newest stuff is going to be at the Dayton Ham Fair Arena and this is coming up the second weekend of May and we should have one of our regular callers giving us a spot check on that and bring everybody up to speed there. So, we'll pay attention to the programming, we'll give you the dates, times, places. It's always Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Now, a little point, if you show up on Saturday, a lot of stuff, forgive me, Sunday, a lot of stuff's going to be gone already. But, one of the other things, if you're close enough, or if you want to take the trip and make it a two-day weekend, remember that on Sunday, when people pack up the pavilions, the little ones out in the massive parking lot, it becomes one big radio bazaar. What they'll do is they'll box stuff up and leave it there. Now I've gotten a lot of good free buys that way. What's the best? Oh that's right, free. The time it takes for you. Well it takes time to pick it up, put it on a little trailer, and walk it out to the truck or pile it up on a place where you can keep track of it, and eventually take it all out to the vehicle on one trip. That's why you want to bring a little wagon or a little trailer along with it you can pull behind you. and what you do is as you collect stuff you just keep piling it up. That's one of the solutions guys. But most important is it can be computers, it can be radios, it can be boxes, it can be electronic components. It can be anything you can think of. Speakers, antenna mass, antenna arrays of any kind you can think of. Everything is at the Dayton O'Hare Arena. everything for the hamfest and this is the big like this is the equivalent to knob creek for radio radio operations in the midwest and a lot of people all roads will lead to date net weekend for radio radio people also if you're in the two meter remember that out there in the periphery uh... with two meter uh... you've actually can talk to the net that setup uh... going into uh... dating uh... to cover the hamfest so the guys will be a broadcasting both going in And as they leave through the whole of the event, and that web usually is set up all through the night, operates constantly for a quite extended period of time while everybody is broadcasting, everybody is there for the hamfest itself. Now I'm trying to find and forgive me, I'm trying to do three things at once here. There we go, I found it. Another thing, and now write this down for all of you who have shortwave radios. 3960 is the frequency for shortwave. 3960 is the frequency for the LibertyNet. That's the base frequency that LibertyNet broadcasts on Saturday night. So for a lot of you that are listening, if you have shortwave capability and if you have a shortwave transceiver, you can actually plug in 3960 is the base frequency. Now they may drop down to 3950. And that happens because it depends on how much traffic is on the frequency they start out at. So again, you want to play with the dial a little bit. It's the Liberty Net. It starts at 10 o'clock every Saturday night and goes on till dawn as propagation develops across the country all the way out to California. So if you want to listen in, if you want to talk, if you just want to listen to what's happening and feedback from around the country, here's a chance to get involved with our shortwave broadcasters. 3960 is the base frequency, but let's figure that they may drop down to 3950 or up to 3970, but most likely down. So let's check 3960 from 10 o'clock on and then you might hear some squabble, you know, just saying, well, it sounds like something from Star Wars when the fighters are going in the first movie. Remember that? You know, that's what it sounds like. If you're a little off on the frequency, so you tune in. You might tweak it from 3960 down to 3950. Either way, they're up every Saturday night. It's the Liberty Net. You can sign in, give them a call on the radio, and you can talk. You can participate, guys. So this is a chance to build up more camaraderie and to test your rigs to see how they receive. A lot of people just tune up their equipment and then tune in to see whether or not they can use their equipment. You know, you run your wire, check your rig, power everything up, and try to tune in to find the Liberty Net and just listen in. That's fine. You don't have to be broadcasting. A lot of you have equipment, and maybe you don't have one of those old official licenses. Guys, you don't have to have an old official license to listen. Okay, you see how that works, so if you have transmitters this gives you a chance to power up and then listen in so again That's from 10 o'clock until sunrise 3960 is the base frequency 3960 is the base frequency and They may drop down to 3950 if there's a little chatter on the 3960 it'll be going down to 3950 scan up and down just a little hair off of the 3960 and you'll find what you're looking for. So again, answers, not just lamenting about the problems. Also, for our friends with the Hallmark Network, there's a meeting at the restaurant this Sunday, mandatory meeting at the restaurant this Sunday. Please double up, triple up, quadruple up because there's only so much parking space and the guys want to make sure that everything is secure on site. So that's up to you guys. You work that out with your teams, or that's how it is. And of course, that's where the homework on the east coast. This is going to be a very important meeting. There are some decisions being made about how best to deal with the Golden Spike Project. And we'll see what happens there, get more information on Tuesday or Wednesday, probably by the time everything's done. But communications, another thing. Real quick here, guys. Watch your yard sales right now. A couple of guys just picked up some nice little VHF handhelds. There's some UH stuff showing up out there. You'll find any number of pieces of equipment. Even little GI Joe walkie-talkies. As long as they power up. I'm going to tell you something. Older's better, of course, but any of these little walkie-talkie sets, even if they're kiddie sets, guys, it's better than shouting! And remember, somebody says, well, they don't have very much range. Well, they're tactical radios, guys. You don't want that much range. In fact, the cool thing about this is it's another radio set that will be sitting off to the side in an odd frequency that's separate from everything else so it's not cluttering up your tactical bands. Think about that. So that's a solution. I've heard a number of pips. We might have some callers. Do we have callers there? Yeah, you got me Mark. Don, your neighbor. Hey, go right ahead. Jump in there. Yeah, the hand-vention. It's called the hand-vention down Ohio, down Dayton. It is the third weekend in May. It's May 15, 16, and 17. There we go. So everybody make sure again, get your dates right. 15, 16, and 17. And what are the opening up on Friday? Does it give the opening hour opening hour? It doesn't give a time right here. But it is Friday the 15th, 16th and then 17th. I'm all set there. Very good. Okay, that's what we need to know too. Excellent. And I've been down there a couple times and people, this thing is huge. You wouldn't believe the square footage involved in the energy enough to get out there and communications going. I guess one of the biggest things I try to say, well, it's just bigger than Coble Hall, but everybody goes, well, where the hell is Coble Hall? And Coble Hall is a big expo center that's down in Detroit. And even Coble Hall isn't even near as big as this complex. That is correct. This is a big old, it has been added onto, and added onto, and added onto internal theater. They do all kinds of public events. Plus, better than half of the parking lot becomes a radio bazaar. That is correct. It is huge. You have to bring rain protection just in case, but be prepared for sunshine. Because for whatever reason, they have done a really good job of picking sunny days. So, you want to bring a booney hat or take your favorite gardening hat along, something with a brim on it, big brim all the way around. Or you can bring your Ho Chi Minh hat or you can bring your sombrero, I don't care. It'll look kind of cool. We wouldn't miss you in a crowd then. If we were looking for you and when you're wearing a sombrero, it'll be easy to find. Of course, we might grab you and send you back to the border in a minute. Oh no, we wouldn't do that, but especially not around. Not around Dayton anyway. But you'll be able to get in there, make sure you've got sun cover, take a notepad and pen with you. Make sure that you bring a little wagon or two-wheel dolly because what's going to happen is you're going to go I'm not getting that much done and Then all of a sudden it's like oh look at that. Well. How much they want well I think they want $40 for the whole pile what $40 grab it now, and then you're like how do I get this back to the car? It's like hey if you brought that two wheel dolly along it wouldn't be a problem would it or if you bring that four wheel cart along you'd have been able to just drag it back and be comfortable enough to make two or three trips. What's wrong with that? At the very least take a pack with you. That's right. And a shoulder bag or a backpack and you can always stuff it full of goodies. Don everything's there. Radio batteries, solar cells, you name it right? That is correct. solar panels. Last time I was down there we were picking up solar panels. But anything in the line of electronics you will find down there. It's basically a show, but it's in a sky of a flea market where you're going to find lots of things beyond the two-way communication radios. As a matter of fact, television rebroadcasting equipment, television broadcasting equipment, cameras, video cameras, I think pretty much anything you can think of from Ice Cube. Actually now they're dot cameras. You got not fly spec, but there's another term they're using for them, but basically I call them fly spec. You got fly spec cameras, those are expensive, but you can go back one or two generations to Ice Cube cameras or to Sugar Cube cameras guys, and it's purely a matter of the lens you want to put on them, and you've got all kinds of cool stuff to work with. And with today's economy it may go way beyond their normal variety of ... It's true, because people are ... the soft economy, people are going to be bringing stuff out, they're going to want to move, other stuff is ... are things that are being disposed of by the industry. And so a lot of cool stuff shows up there from Motorola, Raytheon, you name it. Every company that's in the industry in one form or another shows up there. So that's why you want to check it out. If you have an older piece of equipment, we were just talking about that Don, then for instance radios. If you have a certain battery pack, take the radio along. The worst that's going to happen is you find out you can't get it and you can sell the radio rig to somebody maybe there that wants it that might have a greater use for it. Or trade out to another piece of equipment that's more in line with the stuff that you already have. That's absolutely right. I heard two beeps. Uh oh. Well, we might not have another caller immediately, but I'll tell you what, I know we got Mike coming in here a little bit. And so, Vicky, he should be here right now. Well, we'll see what happens. I should be here soon. Mike Ness will be with us. And with the Hamfest also, guys, remember, if you've got a piece of equipment that you might need a microphone for, maybe you need a power jack for, maybe it's an old piece of equipment you've been thinking, man, I probably won't be able to find what I need for this. Wrong. Take that piece of equipment. I'm serious about this you got older pieces of radio radio rigs You got maybe a pile of them and you don't have extra battery packs, or you don't have extra chargers, or you don't have adapter cords or coax cords And they're a unique set of pins and fixtures guys at this ham fest you take it walk through and find the guys that deal in those items You'd be amazed what's sitting there sometimes you have all never find any of these and there's about another boxes and bins So, what you want to do is match your equipment up. Tune it up so that everything you need is in the kit for that radio. Take it along with you. Now you've taken care of signal communications. Also, just regular old CB equipment there for a lot of people because old Citizen's Band is still very reliable, very desirable. One of the little things that we've set up another net of is Australian CB. Now, everybody goes, what's the difference? Okay, when you see like, here's my favorite, remember Mad Max the Road Warrior. Well, okay, guys, the CB radios that you see the operator using in Australia were way, way ahead of what we use here in the way of Citizens Band. They were high-low transmitters. Okay, frequency in, frequency one frequency in, one frequency out. And they actually could read each other and ID each other. And of course, each one jumped from one frequency to the next, dependent upon what frequency you set your outbound band to. And most important, guys, is that these things were one step away from being military PAC radios. So, if you run into any of the Australian rigs, ask a few questions, amazingly enough, we have a few of those, well more than a few. We've been gradually collecting the old Australian Citizen's Band radios for a long time, and they're awfully handy because they work in a unique little niche separate from everything else out there. There's a lot of equipment that's like that. old mine radios, Motorola's and of course Crystal radios. If you need crystals for a radio to do different frequencies, there are guys there that have trays and trays of the little plug and play crystals and you can buy a quantity of one crystal to replace and have it on standby so you can shift out those older handheld radios that were frequency specific. They're not outdated, they're not junk. In fact, think about it this way, if you have those radios working a certain mission for let's say rescue and service support, they're not going to clutter up your combat frequencies for your tactical communications with your headsets and other equipment that you want to make sure is available to your troops front line. See how that works? You can also use them for LPOP, so they're on their own frequency, standing free and separate from everything else, and unique so that they will not be interfered with, and typically will not be intercepted. Oh, that's right. That's part of OPCEC, Operational Security. There are many different techniques that can be used. Another real quick thing is the little ice cube cameras and the little sugar cube cameras. Make forward observation posts. Make excellent, shall we say, LPOPs unmanned that can be monitoring an area where you don't have to expose yourself. or you don't even have to be near the area. Think about it guys. You take a little ice cube or a little sugar cube camera, hook that up to a little retransmitter running off of a little power pack. Again, you can add a solar cell to this by the way so it repowers all day. And you can be watching during the day, typically they're IR sensitive at night, and you've got yourself another set of eyes and ears far to your front. Your little monitoring unit can use little 2 inch, 3 inch, or 5 inch LCD fluid television plates which are available in cheap right now, actually the whole system. I just got one for free here the other day by the way. And these systems allow you to monitor for motion and activity. You don't have to be able to count the freckles on their nose. You just want to be able to see that something is moving through the area and figure out that it's something other than an antelope or a moose. Okay, in other words the two-legged kind of mooses what you're looking for in the funny black uniforms or whatever You know you get my drift and the cool thing is because a lot of the new equipment being used by the bad guys does not have any thermal protection That means that in a high camouflage environment. They still stand out like a sore thumb and are easily targeted So remember that means that forward electronically activated weapon systems can also be utilized to deal with the problem in conjunction with monitoring systems Wow, think about all the cool creative things you can do with electronics. Be creative. Think outside the box. Anyway, time right now is 5.40 Eastern Standard Time. Or Eastern Time, I should say. There we go. And I will remind everybody too that if you can, if you would like more information, there's a bunch of stuff we just reprinted here we've been mentioning on the air. Now if you want, for instance, the Knob Creek resolution and if you would like a copy of the 29 Palms Questionnaire, please let us know. Send an SASE self-addressed stamped envelope. Ideally, a big flat envelope would be good. You don't have to send the envelopes. If you want to do it this way, send us an address label in about four stamps. And that will help out a great deal. Send an address label with four stamps. And that will cover getting the stuff back to you. If you want to put a dollar in there to donate for copying, that's fantastic. All right, this is on the Republic Broadcast Network. It is California declared a state of emergency to tackle the swine flu outbreak on Tuesday. As the authority said, they were investigating two deaths in Los Angeles for possible links to the disease. A statement from Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's office said that while there was no need for alarm, the emergency declaration was necessary to help limit the spread of swine flu. while there is no need for a lot of the governor's top priority to limit the swine flu spread as quickly and effectively as possible the statement said declaration came as authorities in los angeles confirmed they were probing the recent deaths of two men who had exhibited like symptoms shortly before dying at hospitals in the area one case involved a thirty three-year-old man who died on monday at a hospital in the suburb of bellflower second concerned a 45 year old who died on April 22nd at another hospital. LA County coroner's office spokesman Ed Winters said tests were being carried out on both men to determine if swine flu was involved. If confirmed, they would be the first U.S. First US fatalities from swine flu, which is believed to have killed 152 people in Mexico and 6,000 more. California officials on Monday confirmed 11 cases across the state, although none have been reported in Los Angeles County. The most populous county in the United States was slightly more than 10 million residents. However, Los Angeles health officials said they were fully expecting an outbreak in the region. It's here. It's just a matter of time, said Laureen Muscola, Director of the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, it's communicable disease control. Did you hear that clearly? Yes, we did. Thank you. Appreciate that. All right. Before I continue on, I want to make sure you're hearing me all right. North Carolina. This is from info wars.net. 12.02 PM today. North Carolina involuntarily isolating suspected swine flu patients. Disturbing reports have emerged that suggest North Carolina is involuntarily quarantining patients who have the flu virus that has sought to be spread across the US and the rest of the globe. The details appear in a report by Adam Owens of North Carolina based WRAL News. The state's health coordinator said Monday afternoon that there were... are suspected cases of swine flu in North Carolina but declined to say how many cases or where they were located. Dr. Jeffrey Engel said Monday evening that officials are involuntarily isolating patients who have the virus. He declined to specify how many Oh, excuse me, he declined. Declined to specifically say how many suspected cases were in the state, noting that the number is always changing. They need to decline to say where they were located. We're working very closely with providers, and they are investigating cases on a daily basis, Engel said. Investigators were gathering specimens and hope to know whether cases are probable sometime Tuesday, and we'll seek confirmations on Wednesday. And then their numbers for what's been going on are a little bit lower. Said, according to the last three days, according to government officials, there were 141 on Saturday, 119 on Sunday, and 110 on Monday, as far as the deaths in Mexico. So it's been going up on a daily basis. And as I just said earlier, it was 143 now. Dead in Mexico from this white flu or suspected from this white flu. One note off of that. You ready? Go ahead. So hear me? Okay. Multinational forces storm Mayport Beach for drills. The surprise scene at the shore startled beach goers but readied the troops. This is by Timothy Gibbons. Story updated 3.44 AM on Sunday, April 26. State owners and Marines along the beach at Mayport began moving amphibious vehicles, telling people to back up, left, the left, shape up over there. US Marines as well as Marines from other countries, 11 countries. We're in total. We've got a two-minute video that is also available. The source is the Florida Times Union and Saturday afternoon, just this last Saturday. Overhead, a brace of helicopters rented the sky. I saw five in the video, the assault on The beach at Mayport Naval Station was part of the Marines partnership of the Americas exercise held in conjunction with the Navy's UNIFAS exercise. It's really a learning environment for everybody, said Colonel J. Houston or Huston, commanding officer of the Task Force during the exercise. During the past week, the troops, Marines from the U.S., Six countries in South and Central America, as well as soldiers from Canada, work together at camp landing, fast-roping out of helicopters, firing weapons, and sharing tactics. They gelled quickly. The only difference in identity, said Lieutenant Colonel Jorge Garcia of Columbia is the color of the uniforms. We have the same objectives. If you don't mind, we've got, you'll only obviously hear it audio, but we've got a two minute audio clip. Can we play that for you, Mark? Go ahead, in fact. Yeah, we still have time. All right. Go ahead. Okay, go ahead. Welcome to a really rare opportunity. This is the first time, well, first. It's a great opportunity to always look there if the Navy Green 14 is something that we can do and what else we can do. It's really important this year because for the first time in 50 years the U.S. Navy Green 14 is being joined by the United States and the media from many countries throughout the last country. So it's really important event for us. I think it's been a long time coming. It's important because it demonstrates the importance. We have the relationships between our countries and how important it is for us to continue to work together. At Phineas Administration, we have the Marine Corps, U.S. Marine Corps. We have Carter Nation Marine Corps coming off the U.S. of Ashland and U.S. of Messeberde to do what we call an affiliate administration. As you notice, there is a spacecraft, help hack. and AAV as well as the OSPRAE and the PH46 helicopters and the PH46 helicopters coming in a synchronized demonstration of a landing force. It was not just the US landing force, it was a joint landing force of the US landing force and partner nations. How many partner nations? We have 11 partner nations, not including the US 12 total nations, which is a big new top goal. How do you think the people on the beach are doing it? I think with all the cheers I heard afterwards they enjoyed it. I don't know if they were totally expected to do everything, especially the Marine Corps, all the Marine Corps people coming out of the AAVs with guns drawn and doing a landing, but I think they got a kick out afterwards. What do you think of the attack? Good. Those are the arbors' tanks are like sworn in the name. They're like... They're saying something like it before? Yes, I did agree, but I gotta tell you this was well done. That's the end of the clip. Let me give you website information for that. Marines in Florida is at RepublicBroadcasting.org?T equals 1609. That's a republicbroadcasting.org slash question mark P as in all equals 1609 also Cali declare swine flu emergency For the California one I gave you is at the same republicbroadcasting.org slash question mark P equals 1614 that's 1614 and the North Carolina involuntary isolation is at Infowars.net. Just look at it from there. Just go to the Infowars.net and look at it. It's going to be visible from the top. Any questions for me, Mark? Well, very good. Appreciate the reports. And again, not a surprise. One of the things that bothers me the most, as I said, is this is not like everybody seems to think it's like the 50s where, man, it takes forever to... No, everybody has a keyboard. Everybody has a computer monitor. There's no reason for them to have to have shut down California or to be grabbing anybody in North Carolina had the border been shut down. and everybody could see this and everybody knows this, no hood of blame. We spent $4 trillion on all this Homeland Security BS and national defense, so these fools could absolutely fail us. And that's exactly what they've done. And if everybody is staying quiet and not doing what they should have done, which is shutting the border down, now we're having to what? Go after people in the U.S. Wow, shazam, Sergeant Carter. Like that wasn't planned. Another thing I would tie into this too is, again, I would ask the basic question. They keep doing this, oh a guy, a man. What man and where was he from? Was this a Mexican up in the US? If it was a white guy, it'd be a white male, was, you know, defound dead and blah blah blah. But anytime, and whenever I see this generic like a blobby description,
