But in this last week I'm not sure if they're ramping up people to send them to Afghanistan or some other thing that they're getting ready for. Just the other day six Apaches flew by, which is not unheard of out here being that this is where they make the Apache helicopter. But there was a string of six of them, three of them were the long bows and three of them were the brand new modified Apaches. Tuesday night coming down the highway, a whole lot of flare activity. They're training F-16s out at Luke Air Force Base, and it's not uncommon to see them flying down the back way between my house and Hila Bend, and then they'll make a bend and drop flares and things like that. But at the same time, on the other side of the mountains, more towards the west from where I am, they're firing howitzer from 155 parachute flares, but they were dropping them from the helicopters. Just a whole bunch of them, a continuous in addition concurrent with these F-16s. Just a half ago, a C-130 flew, which again is on the C-130, which was headed west. It was a different configuration that I've ever seen before. Most C-130s between the outboard and the inboard engine, they'll have a wing tank on there. The 30 had six side of the number one engine. There was another wing tank between number one and number two, and then a third wing tank between number two and the fuselage on the opposite side of the aircraft. Tremendous amount of air activity and things going on. 17 of May, maybe we'll touch on this a little bit farther up, but just as a heads up to right now, the swing from about 30 degrees Fahrenheit at night to 70 degrees during the day. And we've got a little bit of a rabies problem in the state of Arizona from January to April of last year. There were about 50 cases of rabies. This year, we're closing in on the same period of time. We're close to 100 cases of rabies. There was even just north here in one of the little birds outside of Phoenix. had a bobcat that came into a bar inside there, just a small little bobcat, not a full-sized one. And it was positive. Coconino County, I guess, between October 31, 2008, March 31, this year 2009, 14 foxes, one ringtail cat, and a partridge in a pear tree in the Flagstaff urban area were confirmed to be infected with rabies. Rain or shine, Flagstaff meet up 4-17 of May. uh... just the other day we had the whole land security uh... out here the high priestess uh... given us an earful about why they can't feel the southern border I noticed that the high priests were all up on their dais and they were all bringing in the governor and the attorneys general and all these panderers and these police chiefs and everything begging them and everything for money. I noticed that they have no problem, these Zionist lovers, they have no problem making some semi-secret arrangement with Israel that over 10 years they're going to supply them with. $30 billion worth of military hardware over a 10 year period. They'll have no problem passing some emergency spending deal so we can send bunker busting bombs so Israel can invade and bomb another one of its neighbors Lebanon in 2006 and they can get that passed most ricky pick. But for some reason now they want to tell us that it's going to, oh well we can't do that until the so and so that you judiciary committee meets later on this year. It was really sad. What needed to be done was we had the governor and the attorneys general and the They need to be up on the dais and bring in people like Joe Lieberman and John McCain and the Zionist lover John Kyle and question them one at a time of why they are failing to uphold their defend the constitution that seems to me with all this talk about the state sovereignty movement something slip here and it seems to be the public servants elevated themselves to the position of authority and then they want to bring our true representatives of the state of arizona in their one at a time and have them grovel and day again I'm begging for these people to do something. You know what the governor of the state of Arizona needs to do is obviously the Congress, if they really are concerned about doing anything, they can pass this stuff in a week. As I recall, a couple of years ago with the telemarketing stuff, they debated it in the House and the Senate and passed it in 24 hours to get that done. And of course, they gave themselves an exemption to that. So this whole deal about pawning it off and giving it to somebody else that they're going to tackle it later on this year is a bunch of hooli. You need to bring these people in here, and you need to tell them that this is the way it's going to be. And if you don't do what your job is supposed to do, Then we're going to bring in somebody like Chris Semcox and we're going to deputize him and the rest of his people and we're going to let them go down to the border and stop this flood, this illegal invasion at the border. We don't need to worry about some Jack Harris over here, some police chief in Phoenix peeing his pants about how many people have been kidnapped in Phoenix. Why don't they bring in the sheriff from Yuma County or the sheriff from any other number of the counties down, Pima County Sheriff down here, and let them tell what's really going on down here. About one month ago there was the high head of security over in England. He's overhead of MI5, MI6, and he had gotten out of a vehicle and he had a couple of binders in his hand and on the top of it was a piece of paper or multiple papers stapled together. It was some secret operation that they were going to carry out. Now, the reporters were there and took pictures of him getting out of the cab and inadvertently this was on the top and the pictures were clear enough as to where they deemed it was a security lapse. He stepped down from office and they were investigating some quote unquote Islamic terrorists over in Britain. So they ramped it up and went out here and busted all these people. Now the US media, all they didn't talk about this guy with the security breach and dropping the ball and him quitting, all they did was talk about them going and arresting all these people that are associated with Al Qaeda and the Taliban and oh boy we got these guys. And now the other day it was I think it was Tuesday maybe Wednesday oh in the BBC I was watching it they released all of those people that had been arrested a month ago without charges. There was nothing that they could find them guilty of holding them for and they've held them for one month and I noticed that we haven't heard One keep about this, we hear all about the one Somali pirate and some guy off of Craigslist endlessly out here all about this, but nothing about once again Britain drops the ball. Okay, one other deal here locally, a little town outside of Phoenix called Gilbert. I used to live there. There was this domestic violence deal. What this guy, his name is McNutt, allegedly to have done, he pushed his girlfriend down some steps, doused her with alcohol, and threatened to set her on fire. Somehow either she got away or whatever it is, somebody called 911. Of course now all the cops get to play with their guns and all their toys and justify next year's budget. Oh so they had to, you know, organ off the area with all their crime tape and 30,000 police cars and directing traffic and here comes the SWAT team, here comes the armored personnel carrier, oh here comes the dynamic entry, let's ransack the house and lo and behold, there was nobody in the house. The owner of the house gave the police the permission to go in the house. There was no need to get a search warrant and do the dynamic entry or anything. The media interviewed somebody from that neighborhood. They only identified him as homeowner. And he stated he nailed it right on the head. All this was was a training operation. There was nobody there, there was nothing going on, and all they'd done, and then the media showed the inside of the house, and it was trashed. I mean, there was, sofas turned over, and the cushions pulled out, and the lamps knocked over and everything. Now bear in mind, they're looking for one person, so I don't know why they had to look under the cushions in the couch for, I guess maybe they thought he was hiding underneath there or underneath the lamp. But there was absolutely no call for that. That came out, they made a big deal about it in the morning when it was first evolving. And I saw one station in the afternoon here locally that reported on it. But then everybody, hey we got to look over here in Boston in this Craigslist killer and everything. So don't forget about the police running a muck. One other deal, I think we covered it on Monday or Tuesday about this Red Flex van deal. and I made the comment about maybe this guy had been studying Mount St. Tungs. Well, you know, lo and behold, they did catch the guy later on that day. But Red Flex has decided to pull every one of their speed bans until further notice. So that was kind of interesting. Two more items. Florence, that's way outside of Phoenix. We covered this last year or so when it first occurred. The illegals aren't coming up by 10 anymore and having their shootouts going up by 10. Now they're taking some of these back roads and there was this van. I think it was loaded with 30 illegal aliens. Well, the highly skilled driver lost control, went through a wash, flipped the van, killed 10 illegal aliens. Well, he was facing the death penalty, so he decided to plead guilty to life in prison. to avoid the death penalty. And I'm sure everybody's heard about this script search deal being that occurred here in Arizona. I guess it went to the Supreme Court the other day. Now I noticed that the way that they were always skewing it in the media saying that these were prescription string fibrofoam. Now, all that is, is means that you can go down to the dollar store and buy a bottle of them and they're 200 milligrams. Prescription strength is 800 milligrams. So really, technically, all you've got to do is take four of them instead of two of them. And that's the only difference between a regular and a prescription strength. So I have no idea why they had to strip search a 13-year-old girl to look for some basically over-the-counter medication unless they have some ulterior motive. But as I understand that the black robe dictators in Washington are most likely going to hold up the school's rights to have 13-year-old girls take off all their clothes so they can be searched. Now that I have ranted on for about 20 minutes, I do have other things to cover, but I don't want to hog up all the time. I know Dave's out there. It bounced back 3 7th 10ths or whatever you want to call it, 3 7ths. On Tuesday, 128, it went up. yesterday it lost two-thirds of what it gained and it fell 83 points yesterday. Well, today it gained back again. It was up today, 70.49. However, it didn't make it to 8,000. The Dow Jones closed today at $7,957.6 on the Dow Jones Industrial. Silver though took a big jump today, climbing up to $12.82 on the future market. And gold has now jumped all the way back to $903.80. Wow, that's about $40 has climbed since Monday. Crude oil closed out at $49.57. Metals market though took a hit. Copper drops 7 cents closing at $1.96. Nickel dropped 21 cents closing at $4.99. Aluminum unchanged at $0.64. Zinc fell 2 cents closing at $0.62. Lead fell 2 cents closing at $0.65. And I don't know what's going on but Uranium took a big jump. It went up $1.50 today. That's the metal market. GM, their stock was down to $1.70 today for General Motors. Gasoline in the city of Rochester is running right now at $2.10. However, locally here in the suburbs, for some reason or another, yesterday they jumped the price to $2.21 a gallon. So what is the increase again for? Now in Michigan we have a case we have talked about for over a year. Two weeks ago some federal judge re-entered on that case in the federal court with Nancy up there in Detroit and re-opened the case. Then assigned it to some stinking lawyer to evaluate it only to have it to be trashed again this week. Next week they have to do a response back to it. They open the case, close the case, it was dismissed with prejudice, they're just playing games. And the judge that Nancy sued, he's issued a warrant for her arrest with a half a million dollar bond to be attached to it. For a crime she supposedly committed three years ago. None of that makes any sense. So, court systems are gone absolutely mad. In Minnesota, we've got a young lady out there who's had all sorts of problems in a case with her, what would you call it, respondent. The party she's suing being in conspiracy with a judge. Two weeks ago, she finally was able to get the judge to remove himself, file the petition to recuse, and within 48 hours he immediately removed himself and he wrote a whole page of diatribe complaining about all the terrible things that she had to say about him and the motion to recuse. But then he never signed any of the paperwork that he filed and issued a recuse. I never saw a judge recuse so fast. However, last week, a deputy threatened her. struck her, pushed her, tried to get her into a fight with him when she was at the courthouse. She was back there yesterday filing criminal complaints with the district attorney. Two other deputies tried to prevent her from giving paperwork for a grand jury investigation to the DA. Then after she did turn it into the DA, it appears that the deputies got the clerk in the DA's office to allow them to read the criminal complaints. Oh well, justice as usual. However, state of New York today, we got some good news. In Buffalo, the district attorney or assistant DA here of Buffalo, well, she got convicted today in court by a special judge they brought in from out of town to hear the case and he sentenced her for 15 days in jail for falsifying records in a case. And the judge that was sitting on the case was also charged as a co-conspirator and last week he submitted his resignation from the bench. So that's two crooks gone. So somebody's waking up that's nice and the DA all she could do on the news was, they can't send me to jail. Most of those guys are in jail. I put them in the jail. They'll kill me. You're sending me to my dad. Aww, too bad. What do you got? The question was it a male or female prosecutor? Female prosecutor? Well, don't worry. The guys might be fixing her food for her, and it might be a little salty, or it might have a strange smell, but other than that, I'm sure everything will be fine. Wait a minute. Do you recall this from a few years ago? coming out of this thing with with Gus going into Iraq and Afghanistan the new lerps the new guys and I know you prep Maybe you haven't heard about this I was dealing with some people on this and they said oh yeah the latest thing is that if you're stuck in a situation you only have so much water that These things can actually be rehydrated with urine this was a special program they had set up and they were working on these special rations and I noticed that the idea kind of disappeared Now I can't imagine why duh? It would at least make sense that maybe you have a special filtering system you'd issue and then when you're done with that very expensive and special space age filtering system, then maybe you can convince people. The whole idea behind this is literally just drop your drawers, rehydrate that lerp, and get to business. You know, though, Mark, if you're at sea and you were stuck, you're safer to drink your urine than it is to drink that seawater. Yes, I know. And there's a whole process. But here's again, that's what it is. But you can only do it for so many days, and then you're going to be in big trouble. Well, the most important thing there is, again, there are filtering systems. Remember, even the Berkey type. Remember, the way they originally were advertising these types of filters is taking a regular beer. and pouring it into the filter and then of course everybody would say, man this is a terrible waste of a beer. And then on the other end it would come out purified water. There'd be no way to determine that actually it had ever been beer. So it's not that we don't have the filtering systems, the gravity filtering systems to do it. And in fact they do have a lot of different types of desalination kits and such that are in the lifeboat rigs. It depends on how much money the company spent on the boat. But there are systems available and there are water purification systems that are as simple as gravity feed that can be used for the very purpose we're talking about. But this is something where they flat out said, no, no, no, no special technology. You just use it as is. And I've noticed that that disappeared from the discussions and inventory. A lot of people, Mark, that probably don't realize out here with a lot of new listeners, you don't drink seawater. It will make you as thick as a dog. Well, for obvious reasons. We know the situation there. And you list basic growth. Don't drink the salt water. Don't drink the seawater. But anyway, just a case in point, if anybody has any feedback on that, maybe you've got a friend that said, oh yeah, we got the urine rations. My question would be, really? It used to be, you see, we'd focus on making sure the troops had fresh water and we'd have a supply system that was, actually, if you spent billions of dollars on national defense, you sure as hell better get water to the troops and where they need it. Just like you better be getting food to where it's needed. Oh, wait a minute, that would also include armor, clothing, you know, all the accoutrements, but that isn't happening either. So it's rather fascinating that on the one hand they want you to bleed and die, but their logic is now better to spend the money on an overpriced ration that is basically designed to be rehydrated with urine rather than to come up with a process that ensures that the troops get what they need. See my problem there is that again, oh but while still charging you not even the same, probably more money for a solution that is cool under extreme worst case absolute last ditch circumstances. Now it doesn't mean you can't take these rations and rehydrate them in water, that's the whole idea. But there's a whole program that was plugged in there and I know some of the guys listening are kind of chuckling because they know it's probably in place. But we just did one of those things they may disappear to the wayside. And I guess I have to jog people's memories, you might recall this. Anyway, Dave, anything else? Go ahead. Yeah, one of the one of the cities here in New York is talking about using recycled water and putting it into their drinking system now here as well. Eat recycled food. It's okay for you. Yes, recycled water. Well, actually, we always joke about that because our water supplies here in Michigan even are from the rivers. And the water that we drink today, Detroit will have four days from now. Did I say that? Yes, I did. But don't worry, between there and Detroit, there's about four or five or six or ten other communities doing the same thing. Water goes in, water gets used, water gets processed, water goes out. Yep. So it's not just recycled. Yeah, it's recycled already. We let the natural filtering occur to a certain degree. And as everybody's always joked, even in some of the ads about the Berkey filters, Eww, what is that floating in the water? And how many animals and insects and other things have bathed in it before you got to it? Well, that never really stopped anybody from jumping in the gun, Jeez. I would like to touch quickly on what Tom brought up there. In regards to the Trespass, there's three things that you have to do to be able to set this stuff up for Trespass to make this thing really expensive on them. is you have to do a security agreement. There's a UCC financing statement that needs to be recorded and a surety bond needs to be posted. Once you have those in place, you then can do a presentment if you get the name of the trespasser and send him a presentment, a bill for criminally trespassing. You have to give him 30 days to answer the bill, just like the IRS does to you. At the end of the 30 days, you then serve him a notice of fault that he has failed to comply with the bill or the contract. If he doesn't comply with correcting the fault, then he will be held in default. It gets to be real pretty because at that point you then can wean or file weaned notices with the department or with your credit bureaus and when his wife can't use her JC Penne Carter anymore, you've got his attention for why he shouldn't have criminally trespassed. So then they can take the information back and then you can disseminate this information. We're going to be covering a tremendous amount of information this time. You're up. uh... idea i wanted to talk to you about a situation that might come in i experienced and thirty-first of of our mom march in an argument he's eighteen years old the police were called it was total horrible argument next thing you know the two of us are being arrested i've got uh... sergeant detective nia feel assured steeper pointed finger in my face tell me i'm an effort and liar that we had physical contact because my boyfriend told them that my son had his hands around my throat. I told the officer that was the total lie that it had never happened. Got taken to jail. Once I got out of jail, I found out that my boyfriend was with another person when he talked to this detective. He had never stated anything like that to this detective. He was lying to me. We wind up getting put in jail. I've got medical problems, major medical problems. In concrete, in a drunk tank for 34 hours, my son has and he was on concrete for 30 hours. Found out neither one of us and then I got bonded out. I had to take off because there's no contact order. I can't be around my son. I can't be around alcohol, firearms, stuff like that. And I live in northern Michigan. We have everybody hunts up here. So you're not going to find very many homes where there is not of some type of alcohol. And so my son, he had to relocate himself. He had to go 200 miles to get a place to stay. I get two checks in the mail with no form of explanation. outside of the factor from the 77th District Court. They're giving back our bond money. With no explanation as to why they're giving you back, we appear at our court day at the 21st of April. They didn't have us on the computer. We are not on the docket. They don't even know what I'm talking about. I'm outraged at this. We were falsely arrested. I was imprisoned for 34 hours against my will. I'm contemplating suing. What do you think about that? Don't contemplate. Do it. I'm serious. Absolutely. Because this is the kind of nonsense, again, goofiness that we've been seeing happening more and more and more. Arrest somebody. Arrest everybody. Now, the problem is, their logic is everybody's going to let it ride. The only thing that's going to put an end to this is for everybody to take the township, take the county, and take the individuals, and press them right to the wall. Because the bottom line to this thing is, you're not the only one. We've got cases like this all over the country where they're pressing the limit. They've been told, these idiots, these absolute idiots, buy into these BS briefings that they get from these goofs at the federal end. And I'm going to walk you right through it in the compressed version. Here's how it works. At the federal end they have the latest du jour agenda. They don't like the color of people with red hair and light complexion. Because of that they have been told they have a class on how you can set up people with red hair with a light complexion. First of all they set the standards at the federal end. Then they go to the states and they have regional individuals who go to all the prostitutes and to the police departments and explain to them how to get around the law to attack red-haired people with like complexion. That makes it even worse because I know I'm right. Now the point is that what happens is then they give these briefings and what has to do with this money. There's either money or power manipulation. The power freaks have this agenda they want to plug in. Now, they know that when they take and they'll tell everybody, oh yeah, we're the Fed and we're with all our friends at the state level and we're all in this together. And then of course they also say this to the same poor fools and goofs that are at the local level. And the poor fools and goofs, many of them ring knockers, you know, kissing each other's spit, you know, swapping spit and kissing each other's rings there and squeezing each other's butt. They all listen to this BS and buy into it too. Except, here's the thing. The whole program was illegitimate to begin with. They know this and they're hoping and that's exactly what's going to happen. Some fool does like what you're talking about there where that was the latest agenda thing. Oh, local incident need to have, you know, need to have publicity. We desperately need to find more revenue and money. Send us more money from the state and from the Fed. Here's how we'll show that we need it because look at the incidents we're having. Well, in reality, it's all fabricated. They lie, they're flat out going to lie, and then they're going to get caught with their proverbial memory gland in the ringer, you know how that works. Or basically their arm and the cookie jar all the way up to their armpit, and the lights go on. Now, most people go, well, let it ride. But I'm going to tell you something, don't. Find a lawyer from outside the area, tell them to go after them tooth and nail. Well, I already talked to Fyger and Associates. What do you think of them? There's other lawyers out there, but Fyger might take it. Be careful, because again, he's gotten it with publicity. Most important is this. Can you get, I'll tell you what, can you reach into your pocket, or can they reach into their pocket and give you those 36 hours back? No, they're not going to be able to give me anything. It's not just the time of jail. Mind you, I've been away from my 7-year-old son and my 18-year-old son. My animal is my home for over 20 days because I could not be at home because of the alcohol and the fire or contact order with my son. Did this all come from this? Yes. Oh, absolutely. You just take them to the wall. Take them to the wall. And do not let up and don't give them any mercy. They had no problems with all this BS creating all these problems for everybody You know what the only thing that's going to shut them down is when they have no money to operate It's the same with dealing with anybody else in these systems on by the way even with the other This is for Tom who's listening to if at all possible you can get the names of the individuals I would look at suing them individually. This is something we're discussing today about these gun shows I'm gonna look at it. I know this sounds I'm not sewer crazy. Okay, trust me, but here's the thing guys they have not learned they're proceeding the police state the commissar wannabes it go after the individuals who are going to be done to go after the individuals who were willing to move forward on this another thing is that the prostitute is obvious obviously got involved in this initially and a lot for a thing yet setup now they got a plug in they got a problem So, and what they did is they threw everything back. Oh, just take it. Oh, boy, you're not even on docket. Now, I would be, I will warn you about something else with this, and I know, forgive me, I'm bouncing around. But another thing to remember is keep an eye on the court record and on the court postings for schedules, because they may have you off the docket, they've given everything back, but all of a sudden, out of the blue, they can throw stuff off on a tangent, set up a court date, and you don't know anything about it, and you fail to appear. If there's another... ...to send you out something in the mail by law... Oh, yeah, sure they'll put it in the mail. Listen, this is an old prosecutor's trick. These dirty pieces of scum are like this. And if it weren't for the fact that I've watched it happen over and over again, I've done pro se work myself outside here in the free world, and I've watched them as they have done this over and over again. They will claim that they will set a court date, then tell you the court date's been canceled verbally, When in reality the court date is actually scheduled and their logic is not only is it scheduled but you're the only person in the docket. And their logic is that you've already been told that you're not going to show up. Every time, in fact when you're involved in court action it depends on how serious you think they are trying to bite you. What you have to do is go down and check the docket every morning to make sure that they haven't scheduled something in. and you ask for a copy of the docket if at all possible and you put it in a log book. That way if they try to alter the record you have a notarized copy of the court docket. I have watched them do this over and over again. It doesn't mean they may do it with you right now. But I'm telling you from personal experience, I've shown up in the court and they're all standing there and in the wings was the prostitute who then disappears because, oh, well, wait a minute, failure, the only person that's going to fail to appear is now the prosecutor and then they'll claim, oh, the date's been canceled for today after all. And I can go right out to the wall, find the information, my name's on the docket, I made a point of being there, I wasn't supposed to be, that ruined the scam. Now, they will try it one more time because they think that, well, maybe he won't catch on the second time. But then they realize you're eyeballing them and you've got your eye on them and you're keeping your thumb on their neck. Now, in your case, in this situation, like you said, the amount of damage here, first of all, the abuse or the typical abuse we see, what you describe, we have been watching in the upper facilities in Michigan for years. And at different times, we've had to deal with them in the court. And we've won in the past in many instances. What I would remind you of is the fact that as long as they have funds and resources, they won't just do it to you, they're doing this to other people too. The sooner they have less money, the less likely they're going to continue with these types of operations. But as long as they feel that they can do it and then people just let it slide, they're going to continue to do it again, and again, and again, and again. It was very inconvenient and I had touched down on my medical problems. They're too vast to even go on with what I'm here about, but I'm still having problems. This was, like I said, the 31st of March to the 1st of April, April Fool's. I'm still having pain from it. My body is still in shock from laying on concrete for that long. Yes, ma'am, if you were listening at the bottom of the hour, I gave some specific instructions on procedures that you need to go through, and those you can all be done without an attorney. It's just a matter of filing some paperwork and proceeding. In your particular case, there's a particular federal court case. Tresser-Vant v. City of Tampa, 741, Fed 2nd, It is the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia. It was a 1984 case in which a man was arrested under some bogus charges for a traffic violation supposedly. The federal courts awarded him $65,217.39 for every hour that he was falsely imprisoned by the City of Tampa Police Department. It has been held that $70,000 is not unreasonable that you have been held. If you have been held 20 days, you are talking over a million dollars that they owe you. You can bill them for that and you can make their lives really miserable. They are trying to find somebody that can actually take and bring a suit, but attorneys can't be trusted. They usually cop out when you go suing public officials. Again, remember, what is the value of a moment's worth of time? Well, I've said many times here on the air, reach into your pocket and pull out five seconds and give them to me. Can you do that? The federal court is now ruled that it's worth $10,000 a second or a minute. That's pretty good pay. It sure helps. $10,000 a minute is what it's worth. It is called Tresservat versus City of Tampa. It is 741, Fed 2nd page 336. 11th Circuit Court 1984. It has been used time and time again in cases of suit and federal court against public officials. It is getting their attention. In some places people have collected. I know a former judge just got $400,000 down in the city of Atlanta against a a police captain of the city of Atlanta. The judge basically got kicked off at public officials in general. He lost his bench and he is now going after public officials. He says, I'm going to clean out corruption. And he is suing them all. And that's nice to see that it's beginning to happen. Some of these guys are being knocked off their pedestals and they are not going to get away with their tyranny any longer. That's all I have.
