Summary
Mark Koernke discussed preparedness, constitutional rights, and historical parallels to the American Revolution on April 17, 2009. The show covered upcoming Oath Keepers gatherings on Patriot's Day (April 19), network expansion plans for Liberty Tree Radio, and personal reflections on drug culture and government deception from the 1960s-70s. Koernke drew connections between historical hijackings, 9/11 inconsistencies, and current political threats, then shifted to medical and tactical training segments covering IED response procedures and cardiac medications including isoproterenol, amrinone, and digitalis.

That's right. Ain't no sense in running because you'll only die tired, so congratulations. Kill them all. Get rid of them. Do it now. And that'll be the attitude. That's what the other side really hasn't understood yet. And even if they talk about it, you've got to remember they're training all their people to be pop-up targets, for us to be pop-up targets. That's how they're supposed to think. that we are all we don't understand. It's just like watching that 2020 piece. It's based on the idea that none of us are smart enough to figure out how to do things. Look, if we don't have them trained professionals around, we just don't know what to do. Oh, kiss my Rs. I get fed up with a lot of this stuff watching through the week. That's why at Friday it's like when I look at all this dribble, it's throw it out the window. I mean, bottom line is, no matter how you plan, you're going to be probably, one time or another, you're going to get stuck face to face with them simply because you've got no choice. You're trying to exfiltrate and you just didn't get... you couldn't dance fast enough, kids. Couldn't turn left, couldn't duck enough. Their thermal works, your technology works. You block it to a degree, you dance a little more, but at some point someone makes contact and you've got to use the weapons you bought the way you planned on using them. and he will deploy. It doesn't mean you have to tell everybody what's going on. Some people are going to have a clue what other people are doing and that's true. This will all be ironed out after we get past the opening phase of conflict, just as it did with 1775. Guys, while Lexington and Concord was going on, let me ask you something. What else was happening in the colonies with regard to fighting? You know, we focus so much and it's true we have to because that was the spear point where everything came together. But when I ask people that, it's just like when Lexington and Concord ended, How many men were on the ground? What else was happening? The British didn't just have one garrison in the colonies. We were fighting all over the place, randomly. Of all the movies, which I don't like because they used all these Soviet terms, there's a movie called Revolution with Al Pacino. If you can't find it, see if you can track it down. Revolution with Al Pacino. The imagery that they project was much more accurate because it wasn't as profound or phenomenal, but the actions were very accurate on the personal end with regard to fighting. It doesn't get a whole lot of hoorah because it was a unique and odd like dark movie, but it's called Revolution with Al Pacino. It's one of the few movies done in this in-between period with Hollyweird about the American Revolution. Take the time and watch it because some of the ground battle actions that they show there were very apropos. They were completely accurate. In fact, even incorporating the Indians into the war the way the different tribes participated on both sides during the revolution. Another thing a lot of people don't talk about. I'll tell you what guys, we're at the top of the hour guys. We're probably going to hear the music in a second. Go ahead, Dave, what else? Yeah, I've reduced this down to EML format so people will be able to read it easier without having to go to the PDF. But I've also included the PDF link with this. It will be posted at LPR in about 30 seconds. And that will be in our Yahoo! Group page, correct, sir? Yes. Thank you. Appreciate the report. Thank you, Dave. Bye. Don, we're at the top. God bless the Republic. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. We are. Who robs? Take them to the slats. Take them over to the border. We're going to the Tawawas on the other side. Tawawas robs ours. We moneys them. That was the whole problem. And people tell them they don't know the next one. He likes the whole thing. He can rule the Lord down there. Thank you, Dow. Nice it. A figure walked him through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. And this is the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children and your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now his tyrants trampled each God given right. We only watch him tremble too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Do you love the land of the free? Well, good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. This is our of the afternoon intelligence report. I'm Mark Kornke and I'm Michael Nasser. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories south, central, east, and northwest. Ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on libertytreeradio.4mg.com, we are also on pbn.4mg.com, and on AM and FM microstations, CB base stations, and Ultra Net Technologies both east and west of the Mississippi along with southern and central Alaska. and the Aleutians way over there. You'll also find us on the eight Hallmark State webs along with Tennessee, Kentucky and we're headed towards Cleveland, Ohio. Yes, I know it's a barren wasteland like downtown Detroit, but still we're headed that way and we're going to be linked up with Cleveland very soon. It is most probable that we're going to see the golden spike driven between three networks and three alternate systems to the internet. in south eastern Ohio. And this is going to be really cool. We're going to actually do a little like an echo chamber thing. We're going to let it bleed a little bit so you can hear the feed from the three different nets when the time comes. It's going to be a lot of fun. We don't know where exactly it's going to be yet, and we will find out more after Sunday, which I'm going to get into real quick here now. Sunday is a definite meeting at the restaurant for the Hallmark team on the east coast. However, they're asking that everybody double up, please. It's a double up, triple up, quadruple up because there's only so much parking. There are going to be some special guests there. They've got some technical people that have signed on now that are providing a whole lot of hardware people. It's another company that got burned by the globalists. What's happening is more people are plugging in and are realizing we've got to have this stuff all up and ready for the war. So, the fantastic thing is we have another alliance member that is bringing us new systems in addition to all their old hardware because we use everything for both of these subsystems that are out there. Actually, from both the alternate and the Hallmark Network and I guess Group 3. We don't have a name for them yet, but they're a new pod and they're part of the restaurant team, but they're out of Ohio. So congratulations there. But Sunday, 5 o'clock, it will be both meal and a major meeting. Be there and if at all possible, make it mandatory for your people. Now also, party on the beach on Saturday, party on the beach on Saturday, party on the beach on Saturday. We're probably going to have a bit of a get together on Sunday, Mike, which is the 19th. But before we go any farther, what is the date today? 17 April, 2009 Friday, year zero. What's the weather looking like down there where you are, sir? Well, it's popping up. We still have a little bit of clouds here and there. But yesterday, I think we made it up to 71. And I'm sure we're in the 80s today. And most likely by this time next week, we'll be up in the upper 90s. Excellent. And again, up here we had beautiful blue skies. I understand we're going to get rain by Sunday, so the barbecue stuff might be indoors. We'll see what happens. But at the very least, we're going to try to aim for that because the 19th is Patriot's Day, the original Patriot's Day. And we have a lot of work ahead of us here, but it is the 17th. And this means it's two days, one day away from almost, a little farther, but More than 24 hours, but not much, away from the midnight ride of Paul Revere as we know. At this point in time, everybody is preparing, the companies and businesses are settling down. It's after all the end of the regular work week, although we know that everybody worked on the weekend for the most part except for Sunday. Obviously, Sunday was the day of rest in America at that time. and the businesses are settling in. Farmers are going back with their wares, picking up their hard-wearing goods that they traded for their commerce in terms of grain, wheat, stored apples, whatever they still had. The last of the stored apples are probably being used up right now out of the barrels from the last season. They're a little soft, but they're still firm. They're still usable. And the market is trading in whatever it can. The fish have all been sold if they're lucky. And everybody's going home for an evening meal right about now and waiting for the call from the back from the kitchen so they can get in there and partake of the end of the work week meal. Usually it's something a little special on a Friday. But it's the colonies, and they're two days away from the shot herd around the world. That was the day when we cast our seven caliber lead ballots into a bunch of British regulars. They cast ballots back into some Minutemen. The vote was taken and the war began. We are counting down the hours now to history. We want to remind everybody this is part of your heritage and part of your history, so you should take the time to look into what is happening around the country. Mike, something interesting here. Have you seen the Oath Takers and the website for them? No, I have not seen the website, but I have heard about their get together up in Lexington. For everybody listening, what's fascinating is if you get a chance, if you're listening and you're within reasonable driving distance, and you're a prior service or if you're a peace officer, if you're with the military at this time, of course that's an issue that you might have to deal with separately, so I understand you might not be cautious there. But for all of the men and women who have served in the past that are not putting up with any of this nonsense, The oath takers are going to be on Lexington Green on April 19th, year 2009, slash year zero. They're going to do them proud. They're going to do their honor proud and this nation proud because they're going to retake their oath. They're going to remind everybody we are not globalists. We have taken our oath to the Constitution and Bill of Rights of these United States, which is the property not of the corporation and not the property of a bunch of little ring knockers in Washington, D.C., but rather is the property of the American people. We will stand for it and we will fight for it. And you know what? I don't care what goof we have, whether it's some Kenyan Usurper or Biden, the gun grabber and the promoter of the execution at Waco, whichever of these goofs you're talking about, these characters are not going to have their way with regard to the destruction of America. We are not going to surrender real estate. We're going to end up having a fight over it. I know that. We have a lot of nonsense going on. The Texas governor has found religion and all of a sudden is talking about Texas sovereignty and Texas that it was a state, you know, nation before it was a state. This character was sucking up to, you know, the Mexican president so deep his ears were brown and you couldn't pull him off from between his legs with a crowbar. That's how effective the vacuum was. Now, all of a sudden, he's found that, well, you know. What they're doing is they're doing the insurance policy thing. One way or another, they're going to try and twist this so they can crack open the front porch and the front door. That's what Texas is. For all you Texans listening down there, you all better gird yourself and get ready to deal with this problem. Because the 50 states, which are nation states, we understand that, of these United States. are all going to have to hang together gentlemen and ladies or our liberty will be destroyed not just from the traitors from within but the usurper in Washington and foreign forces from without. And that gets into something I've repeated many times on the air and I'm going to do it again. All of the armies of Asia and Europe cannot by force of arms take a drink from the Ohio River nor lay a track upon the Blue Ridge Mountains. If this nation is to fall It shall fall first from treachery from within and then force of arms from without. Wow, what are we seeing right now? So I think we all know we're gonna have to do Micah's. Fish rust from the head down. Yeah, exactly. We got a lot of work ahead of us, but another thing I want to touch on, and Mike's gonna be covering medical here and I'm gonna get him on track quick as I can, but something else here real quick and from the last hour. You know, I'm 52 years old. When I was going to school, and I remember this like it was yesterday, and by the way, I remember because I wasn't using any of the stuff we're going to talk about here in a minute, but I don't... Hey, anybody else who did it, if they're still breathing today, congratulations, okay? But, I know a lot of guys who drove a lot of Formula Ss, Chevelle's, and they're no longer with us. A lot of Mustangs, they're no longer with us because they imbibed in a lot of strange things. And, or, well, hey, Novas, they were really cool. A lot of them were wrapped around trees later on, too. But it wasn't just that. There were a lot of things that killed people back in that day. But I remember, like it was yesterday, when I was told we were talking about cocaine. And I remember people screaming in my face that cocaine is not addictive, it's psychologically addictive. Now Mike, do you remember that argument? Yes. I listen to that and I'm thinking, you know, okay, guys are smoking weed and all that. They're pretty laid back. They're pretty cool. I mean, really, what do you have to fear from a guy who's on marijuana? Who's smoking habit? He's pretty... He's going to eat your refrigerator. If you run a college campus and you knew guys that were... You had a dorm and you had a refrigerator. The reason you put the padlock on is because if you had your own refrigerator, it's not because you're worried about people stealing your food just because they want to steal it. It's because somebody might get the munchies at the wrong time and the goodies you were saving for this Friday night pizza fest, they'd be gone, man. That's all there is to it. However, on the other hand, if you had a guy who was up on Coke, he was great for running around in circles and getting a whole lot done. But he also could become really agitated and aggressive. There were a lot of other problems and really irritated if he couldn't get the next fix. The Class VI store is where you go on post and everything in the way of liquor had no taxes on it. Most of the soldiers went to Europe and knew about Liebfer Milch. The only reason you saw a lot of these foreign wines coming into the country in quantity is because you could go to the Class VI store and whatever it was, we got it at cost. Everywhere in the system you could buy it from the Class VI store at the price that they purchased quantity of. So, Liebfirmilch was like $1.25 a bottle for dated wines from Germany, which back in the day weren't really fancy because the Germans weren't doing much wine, but Liebfirmilch came out. So, drinking was something that you saw all over the place. But cocaine, that was a unique problem that developed out of nowhere. But my attitude on this is that they brought cocaine in because they first needed it, they realized everybody was getting too mellow, so to speak. Now, even opium, and I have no use for opium because I know the addiction issues with that guy and all of these drugs, okay? But opium, at the very least, until the guy really needed his fix, If you start to get shaky and really had a problem, otherwise, pretty laid back and kind of mellow. The guy would do his job and basically could focus and then he'd go back to finding his hit, finding his connection and be a little opium denner or whatever. He'd be back to work the next day and as long as he could make some money, he'd get in his dope. But cokeheads, whoa, man, dudes, we're talking chimney blowers. And we watched these cycles, and if you, of course, were part of it, you didn't pay attention because you weren't looking at it from outside. But I'm talking scientifically, just looking at the cycles. Look what they plugged in with cocaine. Look at how much destruction came from that. And then, not just cocaine, but how many spinoffs of cocaine. Because as cocaine became less available or has become available, they were looking for other types of highs. industrially generated, that would create more efficient addiction. aggressive addiction which would create other tweaking issues with regard to pressure from below, pressure from above. Not the least of which is with pressure from below is you have a more aggressive battery of drugs that you can get people doped up on. You can get them to do all kinds of things if you choke off the supply or if you alter the formula, etc. And we see this with you know crank, crack, all the other stuff. I mean variations on the theme, etc., etc. But back in the day I remember just like it was yesterday, people would scream in my face, it's not addictive! All the while in the next few minutes turning right around and getting all shook up because they couldn't get hold of their connection on the phone. And I mean it was like, okay this is kind of strange. It's like screaming about how it's not addictive but then immediately hitting the phone and hitting the phone and beating the phone and breaking the phone because you didn't get through to the connection because the guy really wasn't too concerned about whether or not you could get that cocaine you were after. And you were getting really upset. And that upset part turned into a lot of tantrums and a lot of belligerent actions which then turned into violence. And then I'd have the same person or they'd have these people in debates when I was in college screaming at me all about, you're all crazy, you're crazy, that's all eviction, there's no eviction there! Again, I would sit here and watch all these responses. I'm going to say this for another reason because I've been around this and my attitude is, as well, what a person wants to do, a person has a choice to do there. I'm the guy that always used to come out and scoop people up. You know what I mean? Mike, you know what I'm talking about? I'm the guy that usually drove because I'm the guy that wasn't doing anything. There would be a whole backseat full of, I mean, zombies. It would be like, can you do me a favor? I would be the person that everybody would be coming to when you go to some kind of party and somebody invites you over and all these other people tell you about how this stuff wasn't addictive or didn't affect them or whatever. I'd be the person to help pour them into the back seat or pour them into the back of the truck and we would be driving them over to the other side of campus or over to their house and pouring them out of the car and making sure that they weren't laying in the snow bank face down with their legs up. Several we had to go out and hunt down and find because that happened to them. I had to be the one that would still be cognizant of reality and would watch the end result of all of this. Now I'm not ridiculing because all of the people get defensive and I'm just going to say, let me remind you, I was there. Okay, when the people would go, it's crazy because it turned out that what they thought was cocaine that they got was something that other than that because the Drano that they snorted along with the other stuff they cut it with was kind of caustic and so the person was going into insane mode. And we would have to hold them down and get them to the hospital after I was called over because we would say, Mark, you're OK, aren't you? Yeah, well, I can't do these things. He's like, well, if you can drive, I'll hold them down. We've got to get them to the hospital. And so we would do that. And then there would be this discussion by the people who called me to say, well, can we roll them out and leave them on the front porch? Can you imagine that, Mike? Only because they didn't want to answer the questions about, well, what happened to him? What was he doing? You're followed by the emergency room deal and you toot the horn and roll them out and drive away. Yeah, roll them out and let somebody else figure out what's wrong. And of course the problem there is first they have to figure out what's wrong. See, that was the problem. As I was telling you so earlier, you expect to see them alive the next day. And this is where, again, through patience, and I have a lot of patience, I used to have more patience for this, now my problem is those same people who are, in many cases, a lot of the fringe elements of this, where people who are these ultra-radical, these ultra-liberals who would be rabid about you because, well, you're this or you're that or you believe you're conservative in this idea, and you turn around, you're supposed to be acquiescing to them. but they would always go rabbit in nutcase any other time when they weren't doing the dope about how and were in a court this is that you know they're so much more superior because their minds work above everything that you are doing you know that kind of thing and i've listened to this and i'm seeing the latest pack of reason bring us up mike because i see the latest pack of these now i feel it is a very common college campuses and i see the same yap but in the or the same arrogance in the night attitude with no working knowledge of what it was like physically when we were going through all of this. We saw all of this firsthand. It's like some kind of laboratory. The history book says, I heard all about this and I know all about this because I read it. It's like, back up here. We were all there when this happened. The reason I get into that, because I'll parallel this with another thing I had to comment on the other day here. I was reading something and somebody was telling all about how old. It was just so like they read all this stuff about the hippies and the peace love dope days. Now Mike, how old were you? I'm 52 years old. You and I are the same age, aren't we? Oh, that's a shock. Yeah, that's scary. But because of that, we all lived through that period, didn't we? Was the 60s and the 70s, as you recall, were they really just like peace, love, dope and there was no really weird or violent stuff going on at the time? Were everybody just floating along in tie dye with love beads and basically doing the yoga thing and floating three feet off the ground? Oh my goodness, the world just fell apart with the hippies left, don't you know? Oh yeah, there was no violence. Like you mean the riots in Watts or the riots in... 49 other places. some of these characters from that like the White Panther, Black Panther days, which became the Rainbow Coalition and all this because they were right here all through the area where we are and all through the Midwest and California down where you are in Arizona. And what's interesting is the reality is like for instance, Puerto Rican Liberation Front, 8,000 bombings that they were responsible for in New York, 20,000 bombings overall over a period of say three to five years at least and I know that they were concealing some of the numbers there. I know this from personal experience from briefings we received and also from other experience before getting into the military because of the radical underground elements and radical, quote unquote radical, throw that out. They were just underground newspapers and magazines and stuff floating all over the country guys. Even from radical, and it really was, FM micro stations when there was no FM radio. That's where FM came from. FM was Gorilla Radio in the United States in the 60s and early 70s created to formulate an alternate communications hub that was all over the country. It was created by radio geeks who came back from Vietnam. So, I'm trying to connect all this stuff together. This is a history that they don't want to paint. The weather underground, the students for SDS, Students for a Democratic Society. Oh yeah, they were a real peace loving bunch. Hell, they're part of what actually orchestrated the confrontations that became Kent State in many different ways. There are many factions and they're not the only ones. Those are just the big pimples, the big rise points that could be noted. So when I listen to this thing about, oh it's only these radical people who are talking about the Constitution, they're all crazy people. It's like, wait a minute. It's another reason I get into this. I'm sorry, I'm going to eat it more at the time than I can. But one of the other things I'll tie in is this. It's like when they talked about 9-11, they said, oh Mike, we were just totally caught up. We didn't know anything about hijackings. Now Mike, back in the day when you were younger, if you bought a ticket, let's say it's 1970. Somebody said, we are going to fly to Miami and it is 1971 or 1972 or 1974. If you bought a ticket to Miami, didn't people make jokes about, I hope you enjoy your trip to Havana? Big time. Why was that? Because it was a daily occurrence about planes being hijacked to Havana. Again, you know this and I know this. We have to jog everybody's memory about the free trips to Havana. There were up to 117 or 119 aircraft that were hijacked at any given time. They were standing on the tarmac down in Cuba because Cuba wouldn't release the planes right away. There could be twin engine local commercials, there could be L-1011s, there could be 707s, there could be DC-3s. There were DC-4s and 5s that were stacked up down there. Those were the ones that had the tricycle gear that were up instead of tail dragger like the DC-3. All those planes were down there because they had been hijacked from the United States and run down to Cuba. So there was a whole group, there was an organization. What are those boys that run our aviation, their flight controllers and everything? What organization is that, Mike? That's the FAA. Whoa, do you really have one of those? And they're really anal retentive control freaks, aren't they? Big time. So they knew all about this. They created a whole standard operating procedure for dealing with hijackings based upon what? Decades of experience. years of experience, especially during the 70s and into the 80s. If not in the United States, let's extend this. How many big planes were hijacked overseas for what became very dynamic and very dramatic hijacking experiences? Multiple planes bombed. How many people remember this when they brought a bunch of these 707s together and remember the hijackers popped the bombs all at the same time? Remember that? Boom, boom. It's a picture, an image, that was even on video where you see the cockpits of the planes, you know, popped out during while they're on the tarmac. Okay, the Canary Islands, 747s. Does that make a hint? Does somebody remember that? Do a little history research. So all this BS about not knowing about procedures and why it is that when you have any plane that goes off the radar, any plane that goes off the transponders, and now I'm leading to why it is you can't make me believe anything about 9-11. If you tell me that you misplaced one plane in the air, I'd have to say, boy, you had a bad hair day in the FAA. But when you want to try to make me believe for even an instant, that four aircraft could be hijacked over American airspace and that not a single thing was done about it for an hour, then that was planned. That was not an accident because I just took you through the whole history that we physically remember. We have in our data banks, Mike, you're old enough to remember this yourself just like I do. But apparently they're counting on the goofiness and the fog of time to screw with people's minds about these things just like they are. The younger people don't have the tangible experience to plug in with it. Well, we're historians to a degree and so we will help you and we'll remind you. Anyway, I wanted to bring it out because they all came from this whole little thing about, oh, the cocaine. And I would say this, that our president, when he was a pilot, who was supposed to be flying Delta daggers to all Delta Darts, Delta, you know, Delta daggers, Delta daggers. Anyway, when he was flying for the air guard, he failed us. He was involved with this stuff. They still let him go right on to be El Presidente, even though, again, I'd say there were some management problems there because of some of the issues, what he was connected with, in more ways than one, not the least of which would be Skull & Bones and the others. I had to go through that and touch on that and see and show you how these things, how they cyclically connect, how they bring you full circle. Because of the living memory, how it is that everything, all this stuff doesn't make any sense and is contrary to anybody who is using their mind. Now, we are going to use our mind a little more here because Mike, you have a whole bunch of stuff you want to cover. So I want you to take over, please jump in there. And then we lost Mike. There we go. The dogs are going a little buckers here. Go ahead and jump in there, please. Yes, you know when you're talking about Jorge, we can't let him totally off the hook as opposed to our current president. In his book, he talks about doing cocaine. But it seems like nowadays that we are told endlessly that if we're doing drugs, especially It was 50,000 people do a stupid thing, it's still a stupid thing. Okay, call in number, I know we haven't given this one out and I've gotten a couple of requests that we don't give it out quite frequently enough. Call in number 218-486-3600, 218-486-3600 and after the message your PIN number 437-9296-37. few things to cover in Afghanistan. I guess that there were two of them. One, the big one was pretty close to there was another one. Last I heard there were 20. I kind of questioned this. I heard this on the BBC, but they said that the area was so remote that there was no roads leading back into the area. I guess it was along the Afghan-Pakistani. But then when they did, I was really shocked that they recorded it on the Today show. And then they were showing footage of collapsed buildings in people searching through rubble. They showed him signing this, but nobody told us what the paper was. But they showed that footage. I guess that was implying that he was signing these papers, not to saying that they're not going to prosecute him to the next Asana. Does that mean that everybody that had been prosecuted and sent to prison before them, a presidential pardon, you know, like SP fully England and all the rest of the people in the military sense say is OK and it's not torture unless we say it. So if he's really not just the higher ups. That's a bald face lie on the face of it because they already have Mitchell into the Middle East. I know that they showed it yesterday that he was over here talking to the war criminal, Shimon Perez. Then he was over here meeting with the palace. Now, I'm not sure if he was actually on the West Bank, however that may be. But during this interview with one of the Palestinians, and then they had a split screen, and they're showing pictures of Shimon Perez. I always notice that whenever any of these Middle East envoys ever go over there, or some of these senators have any of these meetings and anything like that, why is it either the first place or the last place that it's always with the Israelis? I guess they have to go over there and get their marching orders. Next deal is about this Homeland Security director document and the military and terrorism. I guess they're starting. It's not that all the military are terrorists, but it's just that because they've been trained in these things, They come back and they could be right for a program today on one of the other alternative broadcasts. They were looking at the PDF file in this p-originated back and about. So, this is nothing. This is more than the information to implicate the righties and when the righties are in power they'll release the information to implicate the other people. In Thailand, I guess you got the red shirts. I'm not sure which one it was, but it's best of my knowledge. One that had been ousted by Prime Minister Shinawata. His car was ambushed today. They were at least, was undergoing surgery and they had taken a bullet out of his head. I'm not sure what's all momentarily showed the vehicle looking like Swiss cheese and everything. So things kind of hopping over there in Thailand. So I hope you're not planning on going up. We're going to switch gears here. We're going back to five minute lesson about IEDs. This is encountering IEDs pre-blast. Number one, security. You need to maintain 360 degrees security. Scan close in and far away and down low, 60 degrees. Scan your immediate surroundings for more IEDs. Move, if you want to move away, minimum safe distance and adapt to your IED on that. You want to IEDs using optics while the area off. people out of the danger area don't allow anyone to enter except one report using the nine line IED UXO. We don't have time for that nine line report but listen to the Intel report nine line things of cautions about this items. Got any wires and a lot of instructions. Side line we're a little bit less than from our meetup. If you need to contact Alfie at alphioomegetraining.com. Alfioomegetraining.com we've got a lot of things going on. Rain or shine, now obviously conditions I've mentioned once again the other day that it snowed up in Flagstaff. You get a little ugly up there, but I'm kind of hoping that this low is going to kind of mosey on out. We have still basically about a month before it goes. You turn off the main, we don't want to trip. I'm just concerned with some of the people's or passenger, they might not be able to make that six muddy road. We'll have a month. I got some people on the ground up there that are going to give us spot checks. of the road itself, mind and everybody that's listening also. I know I have my listeners out there. We've already got three alternatives in passing the previous ones and you can get this information at alphioomegetraining.com. Then you'll get further and either go off the hill on I-17 headed towards Flagstaff. There are some places out in that area where we can conduct training. So it's all going to depend on the weather and the of, the as it is. Very good. Now we are going to switch gears one more time and we're going to cover over a couple of medications. I understand that this sometimes might be a little bit difficult for the untrained medical type, everything like this, but no matter what level your understanding of medications is and medicine and everything, at least you'll take some notes and maybe expand your mind on a couple of other aspects. that we're going to cover over here. Again, we've only got, let's see, one, two, four medications to cover. Today, we're going to call it Isopre, T-E-R, also by a trade name, it's called Isoprel, I-S-U, the mechanism of that anabated two stimulator. Inotrophic cardiac muscle, it has also, it's going to increase the hormone, we're increasing the contract and the heart, the result, we're going to get an increased cardiac out. in mind that it's going to increase your myocardial oxygen consumption. So we're planning on using this medication. You need to make sure that you've got some O2 running so that the heart muscle needs that extra oxygen by administering the isoparous. So you're going to automatically expect in your myocardial oxygen. Basically also with the mechanism of actions, it's vasodilation. What it's going to do is your diastolic and your mean blood pressure is going to be or increased due to cardiac output. Now the indications of why you might want to choose to use isopress a refractory as on the monitor, the EKG monitor, a refractory. I mentioned this and we're going to get to that, but I'll put in a space and it's DE and POINTES. It's very similar to ventricular fibrillation, but it is not. The next indication would be as a temporary It's usually until a pacemaker therapy is available. It's going to shorten the QT interval and it prevents bradycardia. It has a low dose for somatic bradycardia, and this is after you've administered atropine in your pacing or your dopamine and epinephrine. It's kind of a third line medication when you've tried other measures. Now the dose that you're going to... for So in case if you have a patient and you needed to get a little bit more cardiac output or the heart rate and things, it can precipitate or induce or exacerbate dysrhythmias or it can exacerbate that. So be very careful on that. It can also have a cardiac, it means the heart rate is above 100. Again, it's going to increase your myocardial oxygen consumption. Not indicated with hypotension. cardiac arrest and you want to use it with extreme caution in symptomatic bradycardia. Okay, the next one is the name. Amrenone is the generic name or the chemical name and I'll spell it as Inocar. Now the mechanism of action is that it's got an inotropic that is going to induce some effects, the doses related to the cardiac output, your preload, your dose. you want, it's going to be between 2 and 20 micrograms per minute. And then if you keep that above 20, you're starting to get into tachyindications. It's going to be for the CHF, your diuretics, vasodilators, your conventional inotropic and the inochor. It's not necessarily your first line medications, but sometimes other ones, then we might want to have those available. So it's just going to be 0.5 two to three minutes per minute infusion. We want to titrate that tube that's going to be titrated to the effects we desire. The IV infusion range is going to be two to 20 micrograms and this is one of the few rare exceptions. You may exacerbate your myocardial ischemium ventricular ectopede, ventricular tachycardia or VTAC. If you want to use this one, hemodynamic monitoring is going to be really essential since it's changes in your central hemodynamics may be substantial in the absence or greater your blood pressure. And then it's also incompatible with a water pill. Some people take that. The next medication, Digitalis, E-I-G-I-S, sometimes it's referred to as the mechanism of action is it's got an inotropic and then that's going to give you the contractility is going to be increased. down your AV conduction in the electrode on the top of the heart down to the bottom of the heart. It's going to slow that down. We'll kill a response for cactiocardia and abbreviate that with T about a week or so. A lot of times it's not uncommon for people to have a visitor on atrial fibs.
