Mark Koernke and Michael Messer hosted the second hour of the April 16, 2009 afternoon Intelligence Report, discussing federal permitting requirements for businesses, the structure of alternative broadcast networks (Liberty Tree Radio, Hallmark network), weather conditions in Arizona, and Canadian political dynamics including Quebec independence movements and Bank of Canada ownership. The show featured extensive medical education segments on cardiovascular pharmacology, specifically covering medications like norepinephrine, dopamine, and dobutamine used in emergency medicine and shock treatment. Callers discussed export permit regulations, Canadian patriot movements, and the Federal Reserve's role in economic crises. The hosts emphasized preparedness, militia medical capabilities, and distributed educational materials on coordinated attacks and IED awareness.
I don't know, they could have said Commissar. Right. I don't know, but Directorate is actually how most of the Soviet Commissariots are actually listed. The Commissar himself is of course what they see. Special title of nobility unto itself. Oh no, I mean a title just designating his standing with the people. Over the people. The commissioner, same deal. On the people. On their head. With a boot. And grinding it in. With steel. reinforcing. It's not just the taxes. If they don't issue you a permit, you're out of business. Oh well. As the old saying goes, come and get them. We're actually to that point. These characters watch and see what happens. The only thing I'd be curious about is whether or not they're trying to claim that you're going to be going into importation. Have you gone through this completely? I've gone through this and they basically say that if you don't get one of their permits you are out of business and there's no real requirement to prove that you're exporting anything. After all, anything you sell might be exported. Yeah, well this gets back to the whole argument that had to be fought years ago. There was a battle like this in the early 80s on this very concept and notion again. Somebody had to spend lots and lots and lots of prostitute money on lawyers. Of course they beat it down or fought it back. Of course their argument was the federal government has the authority to attack and go after anything. They said, no, no you don't because this is an in-house operation so to speak. We're not looking at international commerce. We're looking at production inside the United States, etc. and Yes, we are. We're actually passed right now. Anything else, Butter Knife? Go ahead. That's it for today. Thank you, sir. I appreciate that. And again, one more time, Jesse in Montana. It will be Kinsen. Prayers for assisting in health that way. That would be a great plus and a blessing from everybody. So for Jesse in Montana. And progonleaders.org forward slash DDTC. Thank you, Butter Knife. You're welcome. I expect to hear the music any moment here. If you don't have them, send an SASC here to PBN PO Box 194, Dexter, Michigan 48130. That's PBN PO Box 194, Dexter, Michigan 48130. And what you do is send an SASC self-addressed stamped envelope, or just send an address label and a whole bunch of stamps. And we'll send you master copies of how to find a sheet. So all you got to do is throw them in the machine, make copies, take the old big plate cutter and go, pfft. and there you go, you got four to a page. So for the price of one copy you get four handouts. Next time there's an event like this you cover everybody. Send people in all directions. Ask other people to take them with them, make more copies. Somebody wants masters, always keep the four packs uncut in a little portfolio over your shoulder bag, or in your shoulder bag, and then what you do is somebody says, boy if I can make more I would. Oh, here you go, there's a master for you to take with you, congratulations. Always provide the tools and have them with you because you never know when you're going to find a hard charger. It's going to be right there side by side with you, keeping pace. That's the kind of work we need to see done. Uh oh, we're way late now. I think it's just going into the next hour. Oh, I hope not. Hold on here a second. I'm going to double check. And Don, by the way, give out your numbers while we're just on the air here so everybody knows how to get hold of you. Thank you. And as always God bless the Republic. Back to the new world order. We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen. He s*** fires on the run. But we are on a march both day and night. Hurrah, kick him in the slats, drive him to the coast, give him a backpack full of die-bowl machines, let him swim halfway back to the spiders. Either that or throw him over the fence and send him to the Mexican chihuahuas. I didn't know that. Dream the other night that you'll understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flip lock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat. And speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, the slightest we gave. In this, the land is free and home of the brave. The freedoms we've secured for you, we hope you to always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. And this is the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold you trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled You paid for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be... Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now his tyrants trample each God given right we only watch him tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms He fought to keep what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? This is still the land of the free Guys, you're up. Okay, well, there we go. I couldn't tell. It was really soft on the sound there for some reason. Anyway, good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the second hour of the afternoon intelligence report. I am Mark Koonke. And I am Michael Messer. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters, both on and behind the lines in occupied territories, Central, Southwest, Southeast, and North. Well, ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on libertytreeradio.4mg.com, pbn.4mg.com, and we are on live 365. Then go to Liberty Tree Radio. You will also find us on AM and FM microstations, CB base stations, and alternate technologies east and west of the Mississippi, along with southern, central Alaska, and the Aleutians. We're also on the Hallmark network, 8 Colonial States, and headed towards the Golden Spike event, where both alternate and Hallmark cross over and interlock. It's kind of cool because it's in a way like when the old Watsline systems were put up and plugged in. Only it's much, much more intricate with many other backup systems. And we want to say congratulations. Remember, there is a meeting on Sunday at the restaurant for all of the Hallmark crews. Double up and triple up and quadruple up because parking is getting kind of tight. A lot more people have been responding. All of our technicians, engineers, and cooperative coordinators are going to be there. So you be there and attend. It's mandatory because there are some new announcements. Got some other companies pitching in to deal with the problem. Now. When this happens, we are going to definitely have a live broadcast of the event where all of these networks will kind of overlap. We are going to intentionally echo it out. Echo, echo, echo, three, three, three, three, different, different, different echoes for a reason, reason, reason. Get my drift. So it will be a lot of fun. Anyway, we can leave the benchmark and the work will continue. But speaking of work, well, what day is this, Mike? 16 April 2009, Thursday. Again, it is a beautiful day here, but I understand that you guys have a bad case of global warming down there. Global cooling, warming, cooling. The low parked up in northern Arizona, and it's just kind of stayed there. The flagstaff overnight temperature was 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Yesterday, they clocked winds at 58 miles an hour. It snowed in Flagstaff again and a little bit east of there out by Winslow. It was blowing dust. They had to close large sections of I-40. But it was actually, yes, the temperature I think today down here in the southern part of Arizona is only in the 70s. It got down to about 40 last night here. It was a big change from last week when we were knocking on 90s. It really turned odd. We got J-Nap doing her border thing and she's gone down into the interior to meet with Kavron and Obama gone down there today too. Of course, talking about the drugs and the guns and everything like that. I'm not sure if they have posted it or not and if it's available. But the local CBS channel at pho.com, kilo copy, I haven't checked the internet. Or they could have mentioned other things, relations doing, they had a person went down and spent a week with the border patrol or rounding up illegals and everything. They mainly paid attention to the Tucson sector, 160s along the border. And even though it only makes up pho, that's around there and there's most like something on there about a sick look at it. to 90-year-old and there was only going to report, oh, well, you know, he stood trial because he was Ivan the tailbone for Blinka. But what they failed to tell for news reports of that and they, you know, it's the accusation is the prime. They never said that he was found. They never said anything that Israel is for the documents. And but they just want to, you know, the other day we were doing the IED part talking about suicide. question was, was what would put somebody that would be willing to kind of put a little bit of thought in that and the innovations I have. I hear everybody's heard movie, Independence Days, are coming and taking us over and everything like that and to knock out their control network and everything from the mothership and all that. And remember there was this man that used to have been a fighter pilot in the Air Force, Desert in Area 51 and all that stuff and everybody thought he was some kook aluminum foil, you know, The bad guys were blowing everything up and then all of a sudden their control grid went down. But nobody could seem to get in because they were flying in all their little spaceships and everything shooting down all the fighter planes. This one guy lo and behold used the ships. I guess we could think of it and I would acknowledge this. It's only a movie. That's a prime example. A scientist, a Palestinian, in his act of desperation. He was willing to sacrifice a lot of that. Also, another movie came to the moon, The First and Sarah Connor, where the Terminator is going after him and it's the end of the movie. They are in that shelter to get behind her and they go up the stalk and the Terminator skeleton is closing in on him. He picks up the bar and hits the toes and then the Terminator hits him and knocks him down. He pulls out his last pipe and lights it. Another thing, other than movies, another observation, how many times have we read in the newspaper where a parent will run back in a limb that's in a bed and they'll get burned. There's no school they can go to. It says, oh, here's how you can risk your life. Run back into a burning building and you're going to die, but you're going to save your children and everything like that. So it's another one. And again, it may not be on the bomb thrower scale. and to do that. But on the bigger pickles, they never went to school. Nobody told them that they had to do it. But as a prime example, World War I, World War II, and Vietnam, and in our current school in the Middle East, we knew that there was a soldier just recently got the Congressional Medal of Honor. Somebody had thrown a hand grenade inside their armored vehicle and was willing, possessed somebody to do something like that. About 2,000 years ago, there was in the Middle East, his name was Jesus Christ. It seems to me when I read my Bible that he was willing to set a can have eternal life. So maybe a long, a short, there were five examples. Nobody had to be recruited. Nobody had to go to school. But when a moment came, then willing to. And again, one thing to remember is that if it was a choice being up off target or fighting in another way to make sure that you ensure casualties on the other side, you know, you figured out guys. If the idea is that you're going to sacrifice yourself and you're going to be the one that's going to have to take the bullet, why not make sure you take a whole bunch of the bad guys with you. Probably the best example is even during World War II, not just the Kamikazes, but American pilots did the same thing. If they felt they were going down, they'd make an attempt to try and make the plane the next weapon that hits the ship. This happened on both sides even though there wasn't any official program for it. It's just the idea that you know you're going to go. You've already seen enough of what's gone with what happens. The Pacific is a big place with a lot of operations. Some men just decided, well at least I'm going to get the bugger that got me. Just an example there from another direction. We have another caller though I think right now. Mike, we've got who waiting the wings. How do you do? We got you sir. How do you do? Go ahead and give it up two more times so everybody can write it down and check it out. The other link is pretty much to send us full of numbers. If you log in, you should be able to access my files. That's one thing about the U.S. Canada is farther along in several areas. Because of that, it's been reflected in some of the actions seen on the ground most recently. I don't think it's a surprise to find troops up in Canada that were out on the streets just to promote the same issue down here in America. I should say in the US, America, North America. It's interesting, we just stopped another action similar to the one that took place up in the capital there in Canada. where they wanted to put troops out on the street to actually do safety belt checks of all things. I won't feel safe if the Army is not there with a rifle to tell me that I don't have my safety belt on right, don't you know? Well, if you go to the west of Canada and Vancouver, there's a lot more stories than in Quebec here. It's still pretty calm here. Everything is behind the curtain. Well, again, we know that there's a much more... You actually have an extensive Canadian Patriot Movement west of Ontario. I believe that's exactly what they're focusing on. They know that they've got their hands full, the farmers out there, and the people that are pretty well up to speed. They know a lot of people on the other side of the border down here in the United States, and everybody's been talking to everyone. I think everybody's got the same attitude right now. Up in Quebec, you guys have always had the unique experience with the possibility of independence. I don't think they really want to flash that card too much or get everybody agitated, which is one of the reasons, like you said, it's more veiled right now. Their concern is that there's yet another element to the formula that could be thrown out on the table and it would change dramatically the overall dimensions of Canadian North American scheme that they have planned. Quebec, obviously, if it were to go independent, there are countries that would step in right away. France not being the least. to provide some measure of support simply because of old histories. You'd be surprised to know that Quebec was recognized as a nation but not as a country since 1977. Maybe you heard of that. We've had people up on the air with the Quebec movement and actually in the studios when we were in Battle Creek. I don't know how long you've been listening to us. As you know, the problem is Canada is not going to let go of the province if they can help it anyway. There is pressure put on from a variety of different directions externally and internally because of the commonwealth connection too, which is another issue, obviously with the crown. Yeah, well we still got the queen of our funny money. I'm At least I think you own your own Federal Reserve. Us is 55% of Bank of Canada that is owned by Federal Reserves. Well, I should remember, the Federal Reserve is actually ten private banks from outside the United States. There are only two that actually have any affiliate here. We've all been given the shaft on that one. It is why the economy is where it is right now. They don't want to acknowledge that. They'll blame anything else. But this whole Ponzi scam with the Federal Reserve right from the beginning has done exactly what many gray-haired individuals that were around when I was young, exactly what they said it would do, it has done. I was going to say our teachers were absolutely right. Our instructors, the old gray-haired men that we were growing up that were patriots many years ago that explained to me everything about the Federal Reserve from the business end. There are men that I used to talk to and sit down with who were there for the Depression. They were not just regular people on the street. There are a gentleman I used to meet once a year in North Campus. In Ann Arbor, he was a lieutenant to one of the JP Morgan companies. He openly talked about the deceit and the deception. To his dying day, that's what he did. He went around the country and tried to explain to people the illegal nature of the Federal Reserve, its unlawful actions, its culpability in the Depression and how it created it, and why they had to back off because everybody knew it in industry. Now we're seeing the same thing again and it's a repeat of what they did before. Unfortunately, the last time I saw the gentleman we were talking about, he was 96 and the man was still driving himself around the country at 96, doing speaking engagements at all the universities, talking to whoever he could bend an ear to. He was right. He has been proved out beyond a shadow of doubt. I will be a witness to a man who has now long gone to this earth and has met his creator that this man preached the truth every day that he was on this earth. He was disgusted with him. He was cognizant of the threat and he was correct about the threat. Another example right there. You should see the people's, the teller's faces when I tell them that Bank of Canada is a private company. They don't even know. Another piece of information I got also is Canada is not even the owner of the corporation. Canada has its ad office in Washington, D.C. When you find it at a certain website, I have to remember where, but I got it on my computer. You clearly see that the Corporation of Canada has its head office in Washington, DC. It's not the owner of its land. It has to lease the land from the Indians every 99 years and so on. I was going to say the leasing is something we've tried to teach people about. They have a hard time understanding that. So many years you have to cycle the contract back through and if they decide they don't want to, well, you better get off the land. That's why we've got such a problem with people understanding what the Indian problem is here. A lot of people see, oh the Indians will follow our laws. They are just not following. We are bound by legislation through the social insurance number, but not the Indians. Each time the Indians are selling cigarettes or what so, people say without taxes. I mean, a lifetime you could buy a pack of carton of cigarettes for ten bucks, but if you go to a convenience store it's about nine dollars for one pack of alcohol and taxes. People don't understand that. They are following the law. I think we have a friend up there that needs to connect with you, Dean from Canada. He's been a broadcaster on our network for the years. Right now he's offline. Mr. Allen, what? He's going to connect with you as soon as we can. Mr. Allen, what? His name is Dean. That's the name you'll be watching for, Dean from Canada. I think another caller because I heard another BIP in there. Who do we have? Mark, it's Michael from Indiana again. Hey, Mike, go ahead. Revisiting an issue or question from the first hour. LibertyTree.4mg website. I don't see your battle for the Republic series. Hold on a second. I'm going to ask somebody. Mike, hold on. I think I just saw Ed walk behind me. Hold on. Uh oh. Well, maybe I did. Maybe I didn't. But anyway, I'll find out more. It should be on the PayPal page. When you punch the PayPal key, go down through the scroll through the inventory, it should be in there. Is it actually by the title Battle for the Republic? It should be Battle for the Republic, the Winter War. Battle for the Republic, Dance of Swords, Battle for the Republic, Winter War, and then Battle for the Republic, Dark Anniversary. Do you know what the cost is? I'll just send you a check and have you mail it. $25 a book. That covers postage and everything. Make sure you give me a clear name so I can sign it. Whatever you want in the book, that's how it's going to be signed. How's that sound? Good. I'll just send it to no mail. Okay. It's PBN PO Box 194, Dexter, Michigan 48130. Perfect. Thank you very much. You're welcome. We'll double check on that. Ed was right behind me a minute ago. He's been running back and forth trying to take care of things in the studio. I'll tell you what, check in the chat room. Are you able to get up in the chat room right now? Not at the moment, but I can later. Okay, when you get a chance, jump into the chat room in between hours here. Nancy might be in there right now too. She can answer questions if need be. Perfect. There we go. Hopefully we've got at least things going then. How's that sound? That's great. Okay. Keep up the good work, guys. Thank you. Bye-bye. God bless. Thank you. Mike, now we have things to cover today, and I want to make sure you get everything in. For all of our students, grab your pens and paper. And we're going to be covering what today? Okay, well first off we're going to have our quick five minute lesson back to our IED pamphlet. We're going to be covering coordinated attacks. And this is another thing that I'll tell you. This thing came from, it's copyrighted 2008 Quick Point, K-W-I-K point. U.S. Patton copying of these materials without written consent. A quick point is strictly prohibited by O.W. Quick N.T. dotty Oklahoma meetup. And like I said, you know, there's the obvious, you know, the evil that is coming to get us part in here and sort of about. There's some pertinent information, you know, we talked about the IED, UX, there's also stuff we're going to be covering up, countering IEDs, pre-blast, post- other things like that. Obviously, the little guys are... It's worth it. Sometimes if you put two things, and I'm not going to read anything into it, you're not what I'm saying or maybe what I'm implying. I'm just trying to maybe expand your mind a little bit. Coordinated attacks. This is back to our IED. Coordinated attack, logical and informational operations to create... any terrain or you're going to include IEDs, full ambushes, often initiated via IEDs, vehicle-borne IEDs, or rocket-propelled grenades to stop the use of the most mostly affected where enemy can establish well-defined kill zones and secondary anti-personnel devices can be used against troops. The complexity of the terrain and or the close court eliminate a vehicle's maneuver of bimbushes can be used defensive action to deny a planated attack. The commerce are going to speed towards using a road close to that planated in the road, having a huge fire damage. And then on a nearby building, you're going to have the people come in other people position on the roof of the other building that was initially attacked. And again, you know, the government, they seem to be into this duct tape stick. And I've heard that The police are being briefed in these tactics, obviously for about us. They don't want to keep people of the hazards post. Want to give anybody any ideas here on this side how to? I'll just leave it at that and let you expand your mind on that part. Just the vaulted glitters is not gold. Just bear that in mind. Maybe there's a two-pronged reason why I'm telling you these ideas on this program, and it's for what it's worth. Okay, now we are going to change gears. We are going back to our cardiovascular pharmacology. As you recall previously, a lot of the medications we were talking about, whether it's the epinephrine and the lidocaine, those were to either to get the heart going or to suppress ventricular ectopede irregular beats that are coming from different parts of this this one though what we're going to do is we're going to leave a fed is a very in medicine that you'll never hear anybody say okay if it would only be used as a last-ditch medication usually if summer blood pressure below level and then you're going to vacation of choice would be over to only want to use A minimal amount of it for the minimum amount of nothing that somebody is going to be on for a long time. It's very cruel. So your dopamine resorts to something like levofet to get it up into those 70 to 90s. And then you're going to wean them off of the levofet. And then adrena ger is going to get the beta side and get the adrenal glands going. Alpha activity usually is dominant. And it's about 9% to about 10% beta. usually causes renal and mesenteric, so it's going to, those little muscles are constricting, so we're going to push that out in the legs and the extremities, and push that on into the central venous pool agent. So, the indications, again, it's going to be temporally used, all going to be used for tension, whereas less than systemic VESVR. So, again, it's an indication would be photogenic shock. IV infusion, it's 4 milligrams of norepinephrine, 250 of D5W, it's going to give you a concentration of 16 microbe. Initial dose is going to be 0.0 grams per minute, titrated to effects with a refractory shock. But they run this in a range somewhere between going to use a tiny torsion, it's indicated in hypovolemia, so if you don't want to It would be better to turn some more blood into the central venous pool. It is blood hydrated, or for some reason, there's trufflebilemia. We don't want to just go to the norepinephrine right away because there's a limited amount of blood pressure up. But it should not be administered in the same line as alkaline solutions. There's a very good possibility that it can inactivate them. Use with caution your myocardial oxygen requirements tissue. may result, you're going to have two grams of phenethol-E and that's going to be in 10 liters of saline into the site. If you are using norepinephrine, levofed, then you're going to have to watch that IV, IV infiltrates. Again, it can cause, so you're going to have an area where the raw medication is not being right in that portion to die. Okay, so on a brighter note, and then we're going to switch it over to to another medication called INE. And another name for medications, dopamine is kind of a generic name. Another is mechanism of actions. It's of norepinephrine, the nergic receptor related. It's a dose of 2 microgrit per minute, the renal and the mesenteric. It may not increase depending on how much you give the person it can have per minute. predominant beta-stimulinimol to increase cardiac output. You're going to have renal, vaso to greater than 20 micrograms per kilogram per minute. The indications, it's going to be hypotension of the curved cardia, spontaneous circulation. And another indication is going to be used if it's a shock. The dose is only going to be administered by IV infusion. And to mix it, we're going to have 250 of D5W and give you a dosage or a filtration of 1600 micrograms per milliliter filtration and then you're going to run it at 20 to titrate it to the desired effects. And then the initial rate of infusion is precautions. They may end up necessitating a decrease in the dosage or discontinuation of the drug. If the infiltrate may be inactivated when administered We do not want to discontinue this, its use abruptly. You always want to tapolemia before and the MAO inhibitors potentiate effects inhibitors. We're running at that. We'll have one effect. We'll have another effect. Again, what we've covered again and again, you'll notice that we've done almost every one of these medications, 250 that are out there instead of having just leaders. either badge, you might want to also have a small entity or stock. And now the next one is going to be Dubutamine or anything. Do you have any questions? No, just the most important here is that with a lot of these different batteries of medications, remember there's interaction that can take place. So we also want to be careful with what it is that's already been administered to the casualty. That is something needs to be reinforced, which is why one of the things we've talked about is a tagging system. Typically, a casualty tagging system will identify, just as you always see the doctor's office, we know, well, the clipboard, let me see his charts. Well, what they're doing is looking at the cycle, and actually everything you're talking about here, Mike, they actually are monitoring the progression, either the cycle up to use a particular battery of medication, narcotics, different types of drugs. There are a lot of things that are going on in the area. are in the medical field that have the resources on hand. We've got many people in the militia that have the ability to put together complete and full surgeries. We have three of them sitting here, to be quite honest. Everything we need, including two operating tables. All mobile, all military configured, some older equipment, but for the most part a lot of the stuff was actually pulled out of the inventory that came out of Desert Dust 1. where whole surgical trays, all of the physical mechanical equipment is in place. Now all you have to do is fill in the blanks and if you screen the people you have available within a population group, remember you're not going to have medical personnel digging ditches. You know what I mean? I guess I bring this up because of the Jericho. I call it the Jericho Syndrome. A bunch of refugees and they've got medical people that are part of the refugees and they don't have enough medical people in the hospital to deal with all the casualties they've had over a period of time. But they're going to kick the people out anyway because, well, they're refugees. Now, you know how stupid that sounds? For the very reason we're bringing up here, Mike, is what you're covering. Gee, it'd be kind of nice to have a few more people that might know what they're doing, hanging around. You know, common sense. So this is where we're passing the information on so you have the working knowledge and you can apply it when the time comes or at least in study in conjunction with what we're covering here you're able to complete the task. I think that's most critical to drive home. Go ahead please, I'm sorry. Many hands make for light work. Yes. I wonder where I've heard that before. Okay, the next medic. The next medication is going to be called Dobutamine. It's D-O-B-U-T-A-M-I-N-E, Dobutamine. It also can be called Dobutrex, D-O-B-U-T-R-E-X. The mechanism of action on that is a synthetic catecholamine. It has a direct beta-drenergic stimulator, so it's going to affect the adrenal glands. It has a potent inotropic effect and what that's going to do is increase your myocardial contractility, the less of a little effect on increasing the heart. We're going to go back into this again before we get into the EKGs and a little bit more of the physiology of the heart. Again, I have to stress this because even the learned people sometimes miss part. We're looking at any KG. We are only looking at the electrical activity. We are not looking at mechanical activity. Think of it as like a pump swimming cooler in your car or something. So maybe doing fine. You can check the electrical. Like, yeah, it's in 10 there, but for some reason it's not moving any water. Plumbing, the water isn't getting to the pump. The pump can have an electrical load. It's not getting to the pump. It can't be, it's going to have the output. Everything kind of has to be in the rate of its side with each other to frequently induces a reflex and that's at the ten, the indications are going to be heart failure of 100 milligrams per kilogram, a normal diastolic, your hemodynamically significant hypo and also proteogenic shock. Those would be the indications of why we would, dosage is only going to be administered by IV infusion and then to mix it, and now here I want everybody to repeat after me, 500 milligrams and is going to be between 2 and 20 micrograms per... and the usual dose is going to be about 2 per minute. Now the precautions, it's greater than that may induce or exacerbate your myocardial ischemia, so it's less likely to induce tachycardia than dopamine, not today, and it's inactivated when mixed with sodium bicarb, and then it's bulimia, but in a situation of your dobutrex. And that wraps covered. at the top of the hour. We don't have time to start in. Go do the mean, go do the track. But they've never been offered before in any quantity or number. We have a lot of medical items in that area for NBC defense, but these are unique. So I'm going to let you know as soon as I get data on them. They're cheap, they're very affordable, and brand new. So when I get the specs, I'm going to pass them on to you and then on to our listeners too, okay? We're all open to talk about the plan. Very good. God bless the Republic. That's going to be world order. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen, to the empires. On the run. We are on the mark for stage. We are kicking the slaps, drive them over there to the border, throw them over the fence and give them the chihuahua. Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum. They will feast well south of the border. Thank you.
