Summary
Mark Koernke and Donald Betcher discussed the Ruby Ridge incident, focusing on the death of Deputy U.S. Marshal William Degan and allegations that federal agents murdered him rather than Randy Weaver's family. They covered H&S Precision's use of sniper Lon Horiuchi in advertising, criticized federal law enforcement tactics, and discussed preparedness topics including horses as pack animals and food sources during economic collapse. The hosts detailed emergency communications procedures and operational security protocols for their listener network, including standardized forms for incident reporting and coordination among militia and patriot groups.

But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm. and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the supreme law of the land. Preserve our great Republic and each God-given right. And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke he'd vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God-given rite, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Is this still the land of the free? Well, good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. This is the afternoon intelligence report. I'm Mark Kornke. And I'm Donald Betcher. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines at occupied territories west, southwest, central and northeast. Well ladies and gentlemen you are listening to us on libertytreeradio.4mg.com, pbn.4mg.com and we're on live 365 then go to libertytreeradio.com. We're also on AM and FM micro stations, CB base stations, and alternate technologies both east and west of the Mississippi, southern and central Alaska. And we're also looking way over there on the east coast at the Hallmark Net with six going on seven. Cross our fingers that'll happen this weekend. States covered in the colonial part of the country, the original core states. Well, Don, today's date is? Hey you guys, it's 11 December just past five here on the east coast. out there on the west coast you know pretty much the middle of the day you know we've touched on this a couple of times i want to do this right at the front mark uh... we've had people call us and bring this to our attention and we've had uh... the other ongoing things along the same spotlight like you know the hunt for but you know what you guys uh... someone called a while back mark and said hey how about that uh... one particular company what the name of it may got a picture of one more you keep their advertising their guns Someone else called me today, Mark, and put a moniker on that company, give us a target to shoot at. That company is H&S Precision, the city south Dakota, their phone number here, and you could flood them with phone calls. But there's not really a point to it according to the, hmm, I talked to somebody in sale and advertising sales portion, not the guy standing there behind the counter. And he said that in the year 2000, HS, no N in there, no slash, no HS precision, a gun in a series of guns, a number of products for the FBI in the year 2000. And time as they were being evaluated, Lon Horiyuchi had something to say about them. And somebody there in advertising just looked at it like a guy in the FBI said, this about our gun. So they decided to put it on one of their advertisements. Now, he didn't address anything about pictures of Lon standing looking in the other direction, you know, when you can clearly still see the gun. We've had a lot of calls about that over the years, and we'd like to disassociate our self-official line from you guys. I just thought I'd, you know... Hey, they seem to have felt... My problem with that is, who is it in the shooting industry that doesn't know about Lon Hariuchi? You know what I mean? I'm sorry. If you're talking precision riflemen, that's a black mark on any of the men out there that are supposed to be doing the right job. Not that I can think of too many of them doing the right job anyway right now. If they're in the system, they'd be willing to kill women and children in their homes right now. They'd be laughing about it back in the locker room, just like that son of a bugger did when he did what he did. They all chuckled about it. If they thought it was so terrible, why the hell did they name the base camp after they know they murdered or camped Vicki? Tell me about those professionals those parasite bottom seat feeding pieces a tripe Because if supposedly they felt aghast at that one of them would have walked over and ripped that sign down and thrown it over in the in the creek But they never did So ain't none of them got guts there to stand up for that matter. He's his his hind and shed a bullet in the back of it real quick. Oh Yeah, long hooray uchi lead the way pop pop pop boy It's terrible when that point man gets popped like that of course see that was a whole thing about this BS from beginning deacon The one who was sent up there was a whistleblower. Most of the times when these cops are in these types of situations, the ones they're sending in are being sacrificed. And he was murdered not by anybody on that ridge. He was murdered by the federal marshals that were with him. And that was proven in court. I want to add that to this every chance I can. Does everybody understand this? That this was proven in court by forensics officers who were brought in. that he was shot in the back by an M16 by another bugger who was right there behind him who probably took careful aim and dumped a full burst into him guys what the scum did is they ripped the gear off him after they dragged his corpse back of course they took his gear now guys you gotta remember he was wearing nylon combat web gear and body armor after they took the gear off him they took either like a steel rod or they took a piece of dowel and tried to poke everything in backwards. In other words, he was shot from behind. What happened? Let's go through the whole scenario before we do this. Let's picture this. The scum are up on the mountain and the dogs go after them. So they run. They run down one of the logging roads and they take up a predetermined position. They'd already picked where they were going to set this up. They already had to set up locations. You always do this when you're in a patrol. They say, if this happens, we're going to go to here. If this happens, we're going to rally back here. If this happens, we're going to set up an ambush or whatever here. And so what happened is they've got Sammy and the family friend chasing what they think are something to eat. The dog is going after him. It's a family dog. Best dog of the bunch. Smartest dog of the bunch. And what they do is they go back to a V in the logging trail, basically. There's a spot where there's some woods. And it's in a V formation. And Deacon was up in front. He was the point man up front when they ran down the trail and jumped into the wood. He was up front, and all the rest of these characters were behind him. But here's the interesting thing. All the rest of these scum suckers were a click. Deagon was assigned separately and had been reassigned from where he was out of Washington because he was a whistleblower involved in specific corruption cases. And so what happened is they made sure they were given the high sign that if you get him killed off and you make it so you set it up with the rest of this that hey you're gonna get brownie points and pats on the head. See I want to know who the other buggers were that were up there. Okay, because those are ring knockers. This is what we always say. You want to follow it, find who the ring knockers are. Oh hey, watch their hands and you'll pay attention. It's the same click. And what happened is he was murdered. Well, they shot him from behind, their own men did. And then they tried to claim that he was shot by Sammy Weaver. Okay, the problem is this. When bullets pass through nylon and ballistic armor, they're being passed, there's heat exchanged. Remember that? Plus, you have the same problem you have with any object. When a bullet passes through it and it's malleable, it stretches in a certain direction and typically holds part of that signature when it stretches. Let me give you an example of this. How many people have seen street signs that are shot at? There you go. What do we see? We know you can tell. Is there anybody out there that's so stupid they can't figure out which way the bullets are traveling? There's probably a few. mostly work for the government and become professional witnesses. Right, other than that, here's how it works. A bullet passes through the metal, stresses the metal as the bullet stretches the material, and then finally it ruptures at a given point, fractures. This all takes nanoseconds, okay? Now, the bullet passes through and we have this very obvious signature. With nylons and plastics, they have another problem. The heat transfer also melts the plastic. Even with body armor you get this. There's a certain amount of calorie exchange and you get a Hydra shock effect plus you're getting a thermal effect which welds the plastic to a degree. So what happened is this. They tried to take steel rods and you've got to remember this stuff had his goo all over it. I mean this guy had been shot at close range. He's leaking all over everything. And what they did is they tried to poke sticks back through the holes to poke the projectile pockets back in the opposite direction. And in courtroom, an honest man came forward as a forensics expert and said, this entire kit has been tampered with, and here's how they did it. Oh my goodness. Now that was seen by all the jury that was trying both Randy Weaver and the family friend. So that didn't bode well for them. But here's the thing, guys. That's the kind of shysters you're dealing with. And when Hariuchi went up there, that's what his job was to cover up. That was his primary mission. Go in there and murder everybody if they could. In fact, his job was to try and execute everyone so there would only be one side to the story. And he, with all the rest of these characters, all the rest of these shysters that went up there, don't tell me they didn't have an idea what was going on. You're making a big mistake if you give them any benefit of any doubt, except for this. Do not doubt that they knew what they were doing and they knew what it was about, and they would have helped murder him, Deagon, just as quickly as any other. Okay, the rest of it, all these potlickers are the same kind of bottom feeders. Now this is the same thing that happened with the Scott Woodring case. This is the same thing that's happened in many other cases. It's argued that Gordon Call's case was the same thing. The sheriff tried to put the brakes on it. And I'm sure that the sheriff... The feds killed the sheriff. Yeah, the feds killed the sheriff, executed him, and then of course tortured and executed Gordon Call. Now, again, don't make any mistake. Don't play the ignorant part about, well, maybe it was just a night. No, it's not. This is like the sickness we have right now in this country across the nation, guys. It's the problem we have. People are doing the, well it's just that one. No it's not. You have a whole bunch of lying, treasonous swine, these bottom feeding parasites that have permeated the whole of our system and we didn't get the sharp sticks, we didn't get the bright candles, we didn't get the sharp knives in the drawer. We got the dull, rounded, cruddy ones. That's what gravitated to these positions. A bunch of goofs. Rubber, lift, plastic, parasitic, mouthpieces for whatever globalist is standing there for the moment. And so that's what you're going to be, well good thing is that's what you're going to be fighting. And they aren't really good at fighting either by the way. They're slobs. They're great when it comes to putting a gun in the face of women and children. But they usually wet their pants and we'd realize wait a minute retirement ain't gonna be collected and all the attaboys from all those jokers back at the office ain't gonna do them no good now they're gonna put their life on the line. You've got to think how many bullets, Lou, bear that in mind and now understand that those people in the FBI that gave the orders to send those people out there to Ruby Ridge thought that Lon, son of a Japanese general who used to enjoy turning Marines and stallions into Gildings and that's all I'm gonna say. But Mon did such a good job there at Ruby Ridge. He got a little promotion and by the time Waco came around he was in charge of all three sniper teams, Mark. Yep. Same monster, different day. And they patted him on the head and thought it was wonderful that he had murdered a woman with a baby in her arms. That's an example of the creatures that are presently coming back into power because, by the way, this click and the next click, they're all the same in that they were the ones who participated in that. So if everybody thinks that well, they're just going to come to know they're not that there's gonna be a change No, they won't it's gonna get worse The only change is that they're gonna turn they're gonna tweak things up and it is for another reason I and down the doves got some things we have to cover so we're gonna get to that in a second here But real quick, you know the more I look at this what this comes down to is Like we were talking about the bitter nutcase down there at MIT that was talking about killing 80% of the population What it comes down to is we have these sick one foot on a banana peel and the other one in the grave parasites that are so bitter that their life is ending and they're so hateful of this country that before they die they're desperately trying to ruin and destroy it because if they can't be kings or lord over it then they are going to destroy it and take it with them so to speak. Well you know what? I say rip that hand out of yours, kick him in the head and make sure that the son of a bugger plunges straight to hell as fast as possible. That's it for screen fall and you know what sooner the better Because all of these that's what the problem is here guys You've got these nutcases that are as hateful as they could possibly be there's to say they're they're they're sick They're hateful of the idea that other people have life and for all of the BS they bought into for all the little ring knocking Spit swamp and BS. They're dying just like everybody else And they really hate that idea. They really do because they're bitter. In that bitter, sick, twisted mind, those are the ones giving the orders to these other incompetence because they're fellow ring knockers. Oh yay, oh yay, oh yay. And they just, well, after all, they're supposed to follow orders because the big kahuna, he would never go insane. Or wait a minute, maybe he's just part of a whole bunch of that are insane. They're worshipping death, they worship destruction, they're not builders, they're not the people we need in any position of authority. In fact, they're the people we need kicked down down the road. I think we need to put them on an island where they can lord over each other. I really do. I believe that that is a solution. We pile them all in one place, we back off, and we come back 20 years later to see how much is left, or if they could even survive for any period of time. Right because other than that all you'll be seeing is executive letter openers every night flying and it'd be about three or four or ten less every morning and After a while they'd be expecting everybody else to do the work and everybody'd agree to it while everybody else pulls out their executive letter opener Stabs the other one in the back because they all got the same kill six out of out of out of 20 people in the lifeboat drill remember that one Well, if you got 20 people in lifeboat and we're gonna tell you can only keep 12 Who do you kill? Well, everyone will be thinking they got eight other people. They'd have to finish off But fortunately, they'd be on an island all by themselves where eventually they would run out of people to stab. Of course, it'd also starve to death. That'd be a good thing. Anyway, the point I'd like to drive home is, again, how this attaches. One element to the other, and you see this over and over again. Now, we do have a couple things to cover. We've got Funeral Tomorrow for Bob Borne, that's coming up. We do have the basic information. We need to put that out so people will know where to go. We also have, let's see, we have the co-op information that's going on in the chat room hopefully right now. And I didn't plug in there yet, guys, so sorry about that. But we also have that to cover. We're going to touch on that again. And also, The emergency communications procedures text the basics what we do what we've established in the past and how we need to expand that in the in the in the very near near future like right now we're gonna be working on that too, but Don we want to cover a couple other things here with technology because this is important then we're gonna get everybody pay attention trying to teach you a few things because well Well, I'll tell you what instead of doing that We're going to break Oh, we're not ready yet. Well, that's okay. So it said, Dom, take it over, please. Well, if we're- Nope, we're good. Go right ahead. Okay. You know, we, we, one of the things we do is give you mile markers, like this is closing Dow Chemical and the Steel Mill here, or, you know, the textile factory there. Those are city folks, Mark. You're, you're kind of on the edge. You, you know, you live in two worlds. You could be in the city in a moment, a little small town in relatively moments. When you sit on your front porch, it appears as if you're in a rural world. That's almost unique in America because it seems like you're either in the city or in the country. The people in the city are going to have their own problems as they lose more and more jobs. There's a bail-out coming for the auto industry. The people in the cities are going to have to look at the water and the water heater as something that Gee, I wish I would have bought a water filter before I thought about drinking that water because that's all that's left. While on another thought on cities and country, here in Michigan it's been for a good long time a good long time meters on wells. And if they brought it to a vote, I'm certain the people in the city would say, well, I pay for my water. The people in the country should pay for theirs. And they'd vote for that meter on the well. But there are plenty of people, and I'm trying to show the polarity here in different aspects, but the people in the country would say, you're not putting a meter on my well, and that may very well be the trip wire. See how they can bring about division like that. But at the same time, the people in the country are, you know, to a certain extent, subject to the availability of jobs just because there are some people who will get in their car and drive 40 miles to their factory job in the city. And you know, if they've still got it, it still pays for the gas. I'm trying to offer up the distance between the city and the country and in the city when things get bad if you read about, you know, like Warsaw, if you caught a rat, it went on the dinner table. If you caught one of them Warsaw rats, probably the rat was kind of skinny too. It went on the dinner table. And if you take it back and you share it with the crowd, well the soup, big old pot of soup, might have tasted like meat that night because there was a rat in it. Five gallons of water and a couple other things and throw a rat in there and it's almost like you got meat in the soup. These are historical facts. And you can read in other besieged cities where literally, we mentioned cannibals a while ago, people ate people in the cities. People ate people inside castles that were besieged. This is historical fact. You know, when Stalin, great groups of people that he did not wish to either become German slaves or be turned against because some of those people would have picked up arms against the Russian government. And many did. And he pulled them back. One of the things he ordered was, you burn your houses, you kill your cattle, you burn them. You make them useless if you can't bring them with you, you make them useless to the enemy. This is what happens when armies move back and forth across a given land. But my point here is, and I've met a number and talked with some people I've known for a good long time and others who've just been passing because I've tried to lead it that way from, you know how sometimes you can lead a conversation mark, you know that. You want to go in a particular direction so you try to move it in that direction. point here is, and the basic thought line, the difference between eating the city rat, you know how cheap horses are right now? There are plenty of people who have had a horse around them all their life and they can't afford to keep it. And you can get a good horse down in Texas right now almost for free, almost for free. If you have to, and I was talking with someone on the phone today about this, and this isn't just a thought line common to Michigan, because he mentioned the same thing. There are people talking about, I'm going to go get me a horse. and you know came from a loving family and all of that. Think about this you guys, it's like giving your dog up and it goes over here to a, like giving your dog to a Korean. Oh I know he's going to a good home. Well they're really gonna like him. They'll really like him, you're right. It's coming to the point here that people literally are talking about well if I had a horse in the freezer and a deer and a couple others, I'll have meat as long as I've got electricity at least for a couple more years. And this is open talk, you guys. You can talk about putting a horse in the freezer, but now I'm going to have to ride this horse to the other side of the brake, you guys. The intelligence report. I'm not talking horse sense to you here. We kind of are. We'll be back on the other side of the brake. And take a moment, you guys. Do what you got to do, but you might want to take some notes when we come back. Collectors, outdoor enthusiasts, survivalists. The Army-Navy Store from your memory as a child is just that, a memory. Well, you know, I'd jump up and down and yell it but here I keep reminding myself So go there get some hey great Christmas Eve phrase Stocking stop again a good horse in Texas right now about $200 and plenty of places if you take them to auction you pay as much for the tests and this and that and People are taking horses to auction and finding out what it's worth and basically leaving them there the auctioneer makes $12. Well again, there's better things to horses. You know that? If you have to eat your horse, you know, the thing in the particular movie where I think they let Clint Eastwood out of jail and they give him his gun and he says, where's my horse? And well, what do you think you've been eating for the last six months? I didn't see a refrigerator. Again, he wanted to ride his horse away. Where's my horse? If you can come across the horse and keep it generally, you know, Nature out there is generating enough to keep the horse going if you don't have to throw too much at it. That's hard to do in the winter time. That's why people roll up them big rolls of hay and bales of hay. I understand that. Person again in Texas, the Mexicans along the border on the other side are building their own little cavalry. The little Mexican militias thing to death. What about Mexico? I'll save that for another whole lot more. Let's be honest here. It can move a whole lot more than a person. and can stay, you know, in that basic motion a good longer and if you can come across the horse and keep that horse alive might be a good thing right up a horse you guys if you're living out there in the country and I know that the people living in the city are thinking man all this going on about horses and telling me I'm gonna be eating rats but you know what if you have to go first falls dead and there's food he did his job didn't he? I don't know Don that seems like a waste of a good pack animal you know I understand and I just talked about it didn't I Eddie? I know But again, you know, beef stopped. Well, there's an old saying in the new cavalry, as we used to be joked by the old cavalry, remember when they became mechanized. And he goes, yeah, these jeeps are fantastic. And the old cavalrymen used to go, yeah, but you can't eat your jeep. You can't even boil up that letter to you. So that's one of the things to remember. Well again, the basic rule is bicycle units, horse units, and light cavalry of any kind or light animal support of any kind travels three times as fast and three times as far as infantry in the same day. So keep that in mind. There's the basic formula. One to three. Okay, leg infantry can travel a set distance of 20 some to 30 some miles a day. Pressing them, you can go farther. And if you have horsepower, literal horsepower, instead of an automobile, if they cut off the gas, what difference is that going to make to you? That's right. Right. And the advantage too, again, there's the packing animals is not that hard. Working with packing animals today, there's a lot of resources available. A lot of it's private manufacturing done all over the country. Not only do you have horse, and horses if they're cheap, if you're seeing them for a couple hundred dollars, you know, it's like goats and everything else right now. Of course, we're in winter in Michigan. Now this time of year, people are trying to give animals away because they don't want to have to feed them for the winter. And for us, like we've done before, we've got a couple of rent-a-goats right now. We aren't renting them, we're just taking care of them. But I needed an area, I wanted it cleared out. I mean, I wanted it cleared down to the nubble. Now I'm going to tell you guys something, you get a couple of goats, or even if you get a horse. Think about this, have you got acreage that you wanted to clear? Let's say that you're thinking about farming or gardening again, but man, somebody let it grow for like 10 or 15 years. Have you got brambles and brush and grape vines and everything else built up there? You want to deal with that? Get yourself one of those four hoofed or four cloven hoofed critters. Yeah, stick them in there and that fenced in area, fence it in and leave them there. You'll have people wondering how you did such a fine job of manicuring that piece of real estate. And you know the important thing? The animal's doing it while you're doing something else. You're busy over you could do be working on the house you can be you know doing whatever and the critter gets right in there and anything and everything that's tasty and nibbly as long as isn't two two by four size well also make sure you fence off you know whatever you want to keep right the other thing is they'll eat everything it doesn't mean it was what it is so if you got something that area you don't want to hang on to you better make sure it's secured but other than that the big thing is that again right down to the fence row it'll look just like a golf course when you're done as far as the animal can reach height wise and and anywhere on the ground that they can get to it will be cleared off and nibbled down to golf course, heith green. And one summer they'll have paid for themselves in the price you would have paid for gasoline to mow that lawn. Weeeeeeee! That's right, break out the chainsaws. That's right, and you'd have to fight your way through it. You know, think about all the, everybody goes, man, that'd be a lot of work. Well, all you got to do when you're done is bring out the old nipping shears and the branch trimmers and you kill off the difference in about another old 20-30 minutes worth of downtime along the fence line or whatever and you're done. except that during the season you also have fed the animal in the process and so it's a symbiotic arrangement, it's really cool. And I've done this for years, we've actually had pieces of real estate here, the only reason they look the way they do right now after a couple decades is because they had brought the goats in, tethered them in, cleared up the fence line and it totally changed the environment. Now any of you out there listening with a horse is the same way, you don't have to They don't have to be fed top grain and better they be fed something than to be stuck in the, well, let's see, dog food, kitty food, or your local Chinese restaurant. At least you got one real horsepower. And worst case scenario, if it comes down to it, you know, it'd go great between a couple of burger buns too. Yeah, you'll be saying a little pink here. I remember him. Let's remember something too, and this is true for everybody who's not familiar. You know, Canada's laws are different. People go, well, Canada legally sells horse over the counter. And a lot of horses that are here in the Midwest, there you see all these horse trailers headed towards the Canadian bridges. and But everything else on the horse, just like everything is rendered down. But they sell horse steaks in Canada. They sell horse burger in Canada. And for them, it's like, well, it is a, you know, it's big. Yeah, lots of meat. Very ready. Actually, it's, and again, we can't be sure. Here's the other part. Let's add this to, oh my goodness, nobody wants to think about it. We can't be sure what's been in that hamburger. You're right. You know what I mean? Oh, that hamburger's a little sweeter. Does that come from Canada? Yeah, that was a little sweeter, a little tastier, a little whatever. I'll bring them in to McDonald's the next time you're up in Canada, eh? All right, guys, I'm going to shift this conversation if I can, because we're getting into a little bit of humor there, and we've got to get talking about operational security. Yes, as a matter of fact we're going to bring up tonight, and that's why I'm on the mic right there's a little thing here real quick we brought this up yesterday and Actually, this is critical because there have been a lot of questions by our friends in the system about OPSEC operational security But also emergency response now When you hear us talking about emergency response and people go, yeah, but we've got to get something up. Well, yes, it's true. We do. We do. We need everybody's help to get it done. We literally just had a run of the system last week with Dave from Hautari. Yes. And everybody responded real quick. In fact, the mechanism is in place. What we want to do, and we don't have any problem with doing it, is expanding it. OK? Now, the way it works is, and there's a series of workbooks that I did years ago, basically, what they were, they were based on operations in what we call a BIC and a TOC. These are your command and tracking centers at the company, at the battalion, the regiment, the brigade level, all the way up to division. Basically, it covers everything from intelligence collection, to security operations, to cooperation, to interactive liaisons with the Air Force, et cetera. In fact, it's basically your field office. Now, you don't dance around like you see in the movies with everybody pulling their hair out and going, oh my goodness, oh panic, oh what do we do? Oh wait, I need to think about it at the last minute. Heaven forbid as a soldier I would ever have any SOP involved, right? Well in reverse, it's just reverse of what you see there. It's very dull, and this is true, I mean it really is. There's not excitement so much as there are choices that need to be made, and these choices are determined by the type of action. Now, with the emergency response text, which by the way I have it in front of me here, you take a binder, one inch, two inch, or three inch, and you put on a spine of it, emergency response, or just put emergency. Pick a color you like, but I'd make it a color that easily is different from everything else you have on the shelf. Now, when you make these binders up, and we're going to make the forms available so that everybody will be on the same page, oh pardon the pun, the reasoning behind this, guys, is that when we do this, if you call up, there's going to be a standard procedure. Okay, why is there a standard procedure? So there's no miscommunication from one person to the next. Now I'll give you an example. I'm going to go right through this real quick, guys. Emergency communications. Uh huh, you want me to be the caller? I mean that would be a good way to show people. Oh yeah, let's do that. Okay, ring ring, ring ring. Hello. Hey Mark, I just got some information here. I'm on the scene now. We've got a rig going on in Southeast Michigan. Okay, confirm. Is this a physical contact action? Not as of yet. But they are in motion? They are in motion. Okay, first of all I have a series of questions. Be prepared to respond. Are you at a secure site? Do you have a telephone that is accessible beyond what you are using now? Yes, I do. Okay, very good. Now we are going to start with a first step sit rep. Identify caller. Your name is? Edward. Very good. We don't hear that again. Fridge midlap. There we go. Item 2, our contact number presently is? 555-555-555. And your secondary contact number, if that becomes unavailable? 777-777-7777. Address for the operation or activities taking place? 1313 Mockingbird Lane. There we go. Okay, return telephone number. Where will I return a call if we respond? the above number or the second number. Very good. Number five, back up a return telephone. Again, I need a second telephone number separate from all of the numbers that you've given, please. All right, 3838822. Very good. Now, the next thing I do, and this is a check, I'm reading off a checklist by the way guys, so this is how it works. Item 6, sounds weird but it's not, because anybody can be sitting at this desk and have to do this. At point 6, I turn, inform other people at the office. Now what this means is I'm going to turn to all the other people and inform them after I've taken the information. I'm not going to say, hey everybody come here. Instead our first step is we don't know how long this person is going to be on the phone. He could be cut off or she could be cut off at any moment. So we want to go right down through, identify caller. Number two, record contact names. This includes getting numbers and information as are available right there. Address, in other words, location of contact. Return telephone number. This is the phone number that's presently being used, but a backup return phone number, or could be a phone number that they choose to use, the backup phone number, number five, is assuming that the first contact number will be destroyed or will be inaccessible. Number 6 is for in-house use in this form. In other words, inform other people. You write down who has been informed. So in other words, you are keeping a running list as another element of the staff come in or as you mobilize people into the office as we do. Then what is going to happen is we are going to know who needs to be brought up to speed. Read this form and you pass it off to them and you don't have to waste more time. They understand the form. We're still in contact with our individuals. This is a SIT report standard form 1B. Number one, who are we looking at in the field? Who is it that you're making contact with? Alphabet agency moving at a friendly. And what was the type of formation? What type of organization? SWAT type. Okay, where are they located at this time? Massing outside the building on the road. And when was this activity taking place beginning with initial contact? Initial contact 6am. Very good. What were you doing? How were you observing this? on third neighbor on the block. Very good and are you observing, are you able to videotape or audio tape any of the activity going on? We've got video cameras running right now. I just sent my son into the backyard with another camera to watch from the treehouse in case anything else happens. At the time while you were doing that, now this is number six, what were they doing? Were they noticing your activities? Were they involved in other actions? Were they focusing on the objective? They came around to the neighborhood, knocked on the doors and told everybody not to come out. And if they didn't come out, of course, the sad, the usual day, if you come out of your house, they will shoot you. People think we're joking about that. No, no, no, no, no. Well, anyway, that is a basic speed sit rep form 1 and form 2. OK? Form 1A and form 1B. Now, here's the thing. In office or where you're sitting, and this is a policy, this is how our procedure works, guys. Let's put it this way. Number one, emergency notification text. This is a page. Now, you follow each one of these step by step and you go through each step, but if you can't finish it off immediately, for whatever reason, if there's a reason that you can't complete it, we're going to explain in a second how you perform the activity. So here we go. Now we've gone into the workbook, proper. We've got the forms dealt with. Identify. First of all, A. Now this is for me, so I know what I need to do. Identify caller and record contact name, address and return telephone number. Ask for a backup return telephone number through another party if possible. Inform other people in office. Now that's a compression remember of the forms that I just went through. B, ask for a complete sit rep. That's of course the B form that we just went through which includes who, what, where, when, what were they doing, what were you doing. Now section C, Request caller to make contact with other local party or parties to do immediate confirmation of action. Give number for other support groups that may be in area of operation. Check LTR phone list for possible militia, support, militia contacts, rebroadcasters, etc. Item D. Identify local law enforcement agencies, request contact telephone numbers, and do an information request as a news agency. Example, LTR or PBNS both will work. If you are a man, your name is... Now listen what I'm saying here. We're going to cue you exactly what you say. If you are a man, your name is John Turner. If you are a woman, your name is Joan Frank. Now why am I doing that? Guys, why am I doing that? If we all call and we call, they're going to hear the same name over and over again. Remember, cop shifts change too. By using the same consistent name with response, they're going to assume it's the same reporter calling in at different times. You see how this works? When somebody says, well who's on the phone? Well, the person says they're John Turner from PB&S. Oh, okay, I heard about that guy. Check the log. Yeah, he's there. You see how that works? They're not going to go back through the audio tapes. They don't have time. They're typically lazy. That's fine. Either way, we don't care. But if you're a woman, Joan Frank, okay, there's another reason for this. When you call up, if you use another name, someone said, well, we already have a PBN reporter that's called Joan Frank. And that's a flag for you that, okay, our people have already made contact. Good. Now we're going to do some additional reporting. Note, remember that you are calling from the news desk of LTR or PBNS. Second note, record name of officer or administrative contact and any other numbers and individuals that they are willing to give out. Agency always deny that an action is taking place. Right guys? Well, there's nothing happened here Don. Now, bottom line, this is number E. When you get to the bottom of the page, pay attention to this. At this point, if there is no confirmation, repeat A through D as needed. If confirmed, then proceed to next page. Okay, well we got everything we wanted out of that, so we're going to go over to page two. Emergency notification procedures, step two, this is second page. Incoming phone contact, action confirmed. Using LTR Special Report or PB&S Special Report, do a quick sit-rep on the network. At the end of report, give a date and time benchmark. Example, 10 January 2008, 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. This will help keep people informed during the broadcast. Now why am I going to do that? Ed, think about it. You know why? Because how many times have we rebroadcast something and people all of a sudden get into panic mode because they think it just happened? They hear a rebroadcast. So we give it a benchmark whenever possible. because we're not perfect at the other end here. What may happen is you do a rebroadcast, somebody put something in there because it came out as a PBN report on the air and other people are immediately going to load the phones. Now I don't have a problem because that shows that people reacted properly. Not so much reacted, forgive me, but respond. In other words, they're going, uh oh, I heard this on the radio. So you've got to remember to date your report when you put it up on the air. That's right, so 10 January, for instance, 2008, 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Confirmed. Okay, now we're going to step B, identify and update next live broadcaster that is on the network. In other words, if we have Cordy up at, say, 9 to 10 o'clock, As she comes up, we're going to talk in her ear as quickly as we can and give her a sitrep physically while we're also sending out an email. We may send out a fax. It's whatever is necessary to get the person up to speed. We also try to, and of course we would be using emails and burst transmissions on all of our emergency radio networks to get the data out as quickly as we possibly can so that everybody is on the same page. and you read off exactly what's reported to you. You should all have one of these binders set up. In fact, that's one of the things we're going to be taking care of. PBN and LTR on both sites will be putting it up there also on a third backup site. So there will be, if one goes down or gets hit, it will go. We'll talk about that, I guess, in the next hour because we're kind of running out of time. Right here, last but not least is section C, inform other support groups. Well, okay, hold on here, better do this way. Identify an update. This is B. Identify an update live broadcaster that is on the network. Give SITREP and any contact numbers to the broadcaster. Use fax list or email list to get a hard copy to any and all network broadcasters that may be available within the next broadcast segment. Item C, inform other support groups that are on phone lists as available. Send SITREP with updates as available. Inform area Patriot and Militia units as needed. Priority numbers listed below. And then we have, of course, attached sheets. Now, if you're a micro broadcaster, you need one of these in the station. If you are a CB rebroadcaster, you need one of these in the station. Even if you're an internet broadcaster, you need one of these in the station. And, now the reason I say this, is you need a physical form and you can also put it in as a program that would be a subroutine that you could shoot out as an automatic email. Again, we'll use the computer systems until they fail, but remember, we base this upon all of our systems being used. We use shortwave, we use 2 meter, we use 20 meter, 60 meter, 80 meter, fax, conventional phone. Phone trees work excellent for this because it gets the information out fast and if everybody has the same form, they all get the same information. That's right. The idea is that if you have to call it to someone because that's all you have and because that may be all that's left, When you're using the phones, by using the form and you're writing down only what has been given to you word for word, there is no embellishment. That's critical, there will be no change. Because you know how it is, maybe you used to have that thing in class you used to brag about, I'll tell Whisper into Don's ear, and Don whispers into Sally's ear, and Sally whispers into Ed's ear, and Ed's ear, et cetera, et cetera. By the time you're done, the idea is the person stands up and tells you what, the last person tells you what was said, And the first person's job is then to stand up and tell you what was originally said. And it's two different worlds almost always because people interpret. This eliminates interpretation. By the way, what I am doing, what we're talking about here, is what you do in the military. It's concise, specific intelligence reporting. No rumor, there's no need for it. However, again, we're counting on, and this is the old Rogers-Rangers rules, guys. There is a line in there that says you can say anything you want to the locals or to the ladies when you are out there at the pub. But when you are talking to a fellow ranger or a fellow officer, remember you never lie, you never embellish, you always tell the truth because an army is counting on your eyes and ears to win. Okay, so again, think people. We don't need, in fact, just a reverse of all this, oh my goodness, what did you hear? That's not how it's supposed to be at all. In fact, let me put it this way. It's like an air traffic controller. You know, any pilots in the same way, we've always had this conversation. Guys, a pilot can be plunging to his death. It doesn't mean they don't panic or they don't get excited at one point or another towards the very, very end. But they're going through and trying to do everything they can to save themselves and all the people they're responsible for. The air traffic controller will speak and try to keep the man as calm as he can too. He doesn't need to contribute to the catastrophe. And, if possible, maybe there's something they find at the last minute, the last moment that saves them. But the point is, he's not going to hear screaming. The men are going to stay focused or the individual stays focused and tries to work with the person to keep them alive. That's what we're going to do here, people. So we do have a system. We are going to help you with it. I hear the music is always, God bless the Republic. Death to the New World Order. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. But we are on the march both day and night. Hurrah. Fix bayonets. Stay focused. Stay calm. We're going into a war, people, but we're going in to win. And that means all of you need to do your part. We need a lot more people pitching in to get that done. Thank you, Don. God bless you, Mark. God bless you, America. Collectors, outdoor enthusiasts, survivalists.
