Summary
Mark Koernke and Michael Nasser discussed geopolitical developments including Israel-India military cooperation in counter-terrorism, the Mumbai attacks, and the Zimbabwe cholera outbreak affecting neighboring countries. They analyzed economic indicators showing job losses and ammunition shortages across the country, covered NBC (nuclear, biological, chemical) defense protocols and decontamination procedures using improvised materials like garbage bags, and addressed concerns about Obama's creation of an unofficial presidential office seal in violation of federal law. The show included market reports, inventory updates from military suppliers, and detailed instruction on chemical agent behavior in field conditions.

He took off his three cornered hat and speaking low to me he said, We fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from Tyranny. For future generations this legacy we gave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. But Tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone. Your courage lost. You're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught. According to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press. And you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he'd vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God given right we only watch him tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? And good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, this is the second hour of the afternoon intelligence report. I'm Mark Wernke And I'm Michael Nasser. both east and west of the Mississippi along with central and southern Alaska also on the hallmark net six states on the east coast. Mike today's date is... 8 December 2008 Monday and of course it is a very busy day today as we've said before Most everybody at the job or end is out of almost everything and what do they say? Well, we're out and he asked about mags and they're out when they asked about weapons not a surprise But there are a lot of things other things going on and Mike even do a little research here with the little escapade over in India I say, and over there in India, we've had some interesting developments with another country being tied in. Oi, what a surprise. Please tell us. It starts with an oc and it's not ILA and it's not Ilan. Well, you know, kind of, you know, to give credit where it's due, I listened to some of Alex Jones' programs last week and he was setting up some of these questions about Israel over there and the Zionists and something about some guys wearing some purple wrist bands and things like that and some of the other questionable things about the guys only had. They claimed that they had their blood specimens that had amphetamines and cocaine and LSD on board and you know it's kind of a classic type of attack here. I was monitoring another enemy frequency this weekend and they were talking about issues in effecting the Middle East. The person said, Dateline, Delhi, India, Israel is going to send troops over to help India trained their forces and everything. He didn't give a source and they didn't give a date of when the publication was, so I figured I'd do a little bit of research here. I just typed in, I think it was Israel, India, counter terrorist operations or something in the search engine. I came up with an article, kind of an interesting date, it didn't sink in until I got home here and was kind of reviewing it. The date is the 15th of September 2008. That's just a tad bit longer than a month before the attack on Mumbai. That happened right around Thanksgiving. Okay, so anyway, it says here it's from the website is www.israeltoday.co.il and the date is the 15th of September 2008. The headline is India asks for Israeli help fighting Islamists. Israel has turned to Israel for assistance in fighting Muslim insurgents in the disputed Kashmir region according to Israeli media reports this week. Israeli General Avi Mizra, head of Israel's ground forces command, reportedly paid a visit to Kashmir last week to assess India's counter-terrorist efforts and the preparedness of Indian forces. The visit ended with a proposed agreement under Israel will send teams of commandos to train Indian soldiers in counter-terror tactics and urban warfare. It goes on and on in there, but that's kind of the gist of it. I have another one here. There's no exact date, but the article is copyrighted of 2002. It's Asia Times Online. The URL is www.atimes.com. The headline is India-Israel Link to Pakistan Plot. It talks in here, there's this group, it's called the Research and Analysis Wing. It's abbreviated by the acronym RA. It has been learned from highly placed intelligence sources that India's Research and Analysis Wing in Israel's Masada are collaborating to train several hundred militants to be used in an attempt to destabilize the administration of President General Pervez Musharraf. I found that interesting. If you listen to some of these people, you get the impression that this is happening right now. I found another one. It's quite a lengthy article. It's 15 pages long. It's called India and Israel, Dawn of a New Era by Dr. Kumar. The URL is www.westerndefense.org. I think there was another one in here. Let me flip 15 pages of information here to get to this. Yes, here's one. Now, this is June 26, 2002, Asian Times. It's atimes.com. 26th of June, 2002, India and Israel united in defense. There was a scat of other ones, but these kind of just drew my attention that the person that was reporting on this made it sound like it had just happened. So that kind of demonstrates quite a bit of a long-term deal going on here. And yesterday, or excuse me, sometime last week they were talking about, I called my representative Raul Gohalvan was asking them about this WMB report, and they gave me some bogus website. I tried a lot of different, I think it said, prevent weapons of mass destruction dot I couldn't find anything. I tried dotcom dot everything else and I couldn't find that. Now I did find, I eventually found the original article, but I found some kind of conflicting information too. There was one that still lists that. It doesn't say The word weapons of mass destruction is not spelled completely out. I have one here. It's GanttDaily. G-A-N-T-D-A-I-L-Y dot com. And it just says, the release of the report which is available at the panel's website, PreventWMD.org, comes the same weekend as that. But I couldn't find any I have any true thing on there, but eventually I tracked one down here and it says it's preventwmd.gov. It gives the appearance of the government a report by the .gov, but down here at the bottom after it says the Commission on the Prevention of Weapons of Mass Destruction, Deliferation and Terrorism. I read down here all the way at the bottom and it says to purchase the report proceeds from sales of this book will benefit the Citizens Foundation USA, PCF-USA, a volunteer-driven nonprofit organization that funds schools and educational programs for underprivileged children in Pakistan. The schools are designed, built, and operated by the Citizens Foundation, which is one of Pakistan's largest nonprofit organization in the educational sector. 2008 PCF school units, including afternoon shifts serving 60,000 children. uh... pcf dash u.s.a. is in is important illinoisian as a tax-exempt five oh one c three organization i found that was kind of interesting and uh... there was also another week they they give this uh... semblance of official demand here but uh... i guess the uh... chairman was uh... bob graham and the vice chairman was uh... jim talent go over to her i got several reports here And the one it points out that both of this Bob Graham is a former senator and the other one this Jim Tenet is a former representative. So they give the impression that they're... Up and up here it is, the commission led by former Florida Senator Bob Graham as chair and former Missouri Senator Jim Tenet as vice chair will brief the vice president-elect along with incoming secretary of Homeland Security Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano. Ah, doesn't it make your heart warm Mark? Well, I think we're going to see a long list of scavengers showing up progressively. And your soon-to-be former governor didn't do your state any good. Our soon-to-be former governor didn't do our state any good. So I don't think they're going to do our national government any good. What do you think? Yeah. One other thing too is, you know, the deal is we've been talking about it a lot over the months and especially these last few days about Zimbabwe. Once again, They've been ignoring it for 25 years, especially when the cholera out broke back in August. But every day, the Today show on NBC reports on it, and yesterday, right before Eat the Press, they called Robert Mugabe a dictator. The BBC reported on it this morning that the other African leaders are calling for Robert Mugabe to be arrested and stand trial at The Hague. I'm not sure if it was for war crimes or crimes against humanity or everything. But then on the Today Show, they had kind of a puff piece about it. And of course, they're pulling the heartstrings of the Americans because they know that we all bad about sending money to save the children. But now they say that it's really not cholera. As I recall, in the past they used to call Rhodesia the breadbasket of Africa. And so Modabi came in and drove all the people off of their farms and now the people can't even feed them. That's what we get. I want you feel warm and fuzzy. Well, it is a self-management thing right into oblivion virtually a spiraling aircraft with the wings gone tail section gone Mike I think all I hear is the whine of the motor as it exceeds conventional RPM simply being pushed by the Air Force, you know the air pressure through the Already incapacitated engine the other half of that screaming is the passengers on board and you know behind the pilot. Mr. Mugabe Yeah. Most people thought it was the screaming on the way now on the wings sheared off long ago. There's not anything There's no noise screaming from the wings there people they're already blamed and wreckage behind them They're just waiting to scut into the ground the rest of the way well Don't worry with Osama Mugabe on the in the wings waiting to do to America what they've done to Zimbabwe Road Asia hey guys the sky's the limit with regard to the kind of wreckage they can create here and Would point out somebody did this Mike on YouTube by the way real quick There is a video, and forgive me I don't have the name right in front of me, just do a search for militia and then or gun grabs. Obama shows up there somehow. They've got it listed under several flags. But lo and behold it turns out that per United States Code, you know, the rules of the corporation, and don't forget for all these ring knockers, they're men of laws, not of men. Well, except when it's the right toady and they're all told to suck up because under United States Code, basically Mr. Obama has committed a felony by creating a fictional agency and a fictional instrument that mimics a US government institution. You know, we've got this office of the president-elect. Have you seen that little seal? I finally got a chance to see it. And oh yeah, this is shades of things to come. This is Mugabeism in phase one, where he created his own little, you know, office, and he's created his own little seal, and everybody was all so happy to throw that out in everybody's face. But I'm sorry, there is no office of the president-elect. It doesn't work that way. But under Title 18, they had the whole listing there. I didn't even bother writing it down. It's like, it's true. He's in violation of the law, but who, they won't care. They won't do anything. The FBI is sitting right there and they're great at beating people's heads in. We covered last hour how the Department of Agriculture is busy going to someone's home, stealing all of their food. Okay, that happened up in the Cleveland area here, just the last day or two. Well, guess what? Mr. Obama is sitting right there in violation right in front of everybody and I don't hear anything about any FBI agents going over to the door and you know we brought the SWAT team we got to arrest you Mr. Obama we're going to put you in jail for this gross federal violation blasey-spley. You don't hear anything about that at all. Hmm. Yeah, men of laws, don't you know? No, they aren't. They're just the toadies like the rest. Parasites all. Anyway, the office of the president-elect with Mr. Mugabe there, his counterpart is already way, way down the road. The one thing about this, has there been any more discussion as to how far this cholera outbreak has gone beyond the border? It can't stay contained in Zimbabwe. not with a river contact the way it is? No, there's no word other than that they're trying to keep the people, they're treating them at the border, there's thousands of people, they have some squalid refugee camp, I think they said they had 10,000 people there that they're trying to treat, but the Lampopo River is contaminated, but they said that the the death toll is now approaching 600 but it was on Friday when they said it was the death toll was 565 and it was almost up 100 from the previous day so that was three days ago so I suspect that. They did say that they were interviewing a doctor and this was on the BBC I think it was last Thursday or Friday and he said greater than 90% About 90% are coming from Zimbabwe and then he talked about I think there was 1% that had come from Mozambique and another 1% had come from Uganda and it was real tiny tiny person on the nation so by and far Now the reason I bring that up is because of course we've got several borders there. The bacteria knows no boundary. This is the problem with biological weapons guys is the nation states know no, they don't know those. They don't even worry about it. And in this case, my problem is how many individuals have slipped across the border at one point or another by boat in whatever way. and are out into another environment, okay, where they're making contact with other people. And that's something that could this, this should never have happened in the first place. But there's no great outcry about containment and neutralization of the threat in country because remember, but we have a caller, I understand. But real quick, Mike, explain to everybody one more time. Cholera, what are we looking at symptoms-wise and what are we looking at with regard to degradation of the casualty and then also treatment? Okay, basically, and this is one of the things that raises a question in me, that it's usually associated with coastal regions, fishing. and people will eat contaminated fish or something along those lines. The signs and symptoms of use, vomiting and diarrhea. You'll, you know, if you get food poisoning, you'll be sitting on the toilet and then you'll turn around and vomit in the toilet. But this, you'll be sitting on the toilet and you'll be vomiting at the same time. And it just will not stop patients who like that and masks and gowns too. They can be easily by coming in contact with the infected, it progresses rapidly. Basically what you do is aligning of your intestines and you lose all of your electrolytes through your vomiting and diarrhea, then without the electrolytes there and everything like that. So it's usually rather rapid. And basically the first aid would be to start an IV rapidly and to re-infuse the electrolytes into an IV. point because you can't have people. Well, NBC policies with regard to contaminant, the material, it can be clothing, bedding, it can be the material that are used to evacuate whatever it is that's coming out of the patient. Those all have to be treated with extreme care and the refuse and debris must be disposed of as biohazard. This is critical to overall containment. It's quarantining. Quarantining can be done, but it means discipline. And that is one of the problems that we have a lot of people thinking, well, I can fudge or we can cut corners. When it comes to this type of response, it is critical that you follow the rules. You follow the guidelines. If we're going to continue to treat and support casualties, you're going to have to maintain specific standards. Now, one of the things I would point out, and you'll know I've said this for years, this is one of the reasons that garbage bags are part of our NBC defense system, and most people go, garbage bags, they're so simple, they're so crude. Guys, most everything we have in the way of chemical defense is basically throwaway. Okay, and one of the things that the Russians did, in fact Maine they list them as last-ditch. They're not last-ditch, they're first to grab equipment. They have basically a cheapy, looks like a Chycom plastic rain cape, and a set of absolute minimal, like throw them on quick gloves. Those are designed to be your fast response, quick to get on so that you've got some protection in place in phase one. Then progressively you escalate. But if you had to improvise, well guess what? Everything you need, except for maybe going over to the hardware to pick up duct tape, everything that you need to create containment chambers or decontamination areas or transfer points where you're trying to keep the people, create, shall we say, baffles or chambers. Everything you need is in the grocery store shelves or in the hardware. The VisiQueen and the duct tape comes from One Direction. Your powdered bleaches, all of your containment vessels such as plastic bags of different thicknesses and different types and sizes give you the ability to fabricate if you didn't have anything else to fabricate what you need. Don't be embarrassed by that. You know that's fascinating I've noticed this guys, and I'm going to say this to everybody the the bad guys ridicule anybody for improvising Well, why do they do that because they want to keep you in the box? Improvise adapt and overcome if it works, and it appears to be stupid then guess what if it works. It's not stupid I've seen this over and over again. They try to do the, oh, you're using these garbage bags. Let me give you an example. Here's another one, Mike. Remember when they did the movie The Day After? And they got the bodies, massive quantities of casualties, right? And they show the spot where they're digging the holes. And as a backtrack inside the soundtrack, you hear the guy going, we're all out of garbage bags. I'm sorry, forgive me. I ruined it. We're all out of body bags. And this other guy shouts out, well then use garbage bags. Well I hate to tell you guys, other than the fact that body bags make really good winter cold weather gear, uh, sleeping like, light, light duty sleeping bags, they really aren't a whole lot different from being nothing more than a garbage bag. I'm sorry, it's just the way it works, okay? Except they're really really well sealed you can have stuff sloshed around inside a body bag and it won't leak first per se But what would the difference be I mean to be quite honest if I'm dealing with large casualties I might not want to put those body bags in the ground because I have other applications for them Whereas on the other hand, the garbage bags are awfully disposable. Okay? It also works with NBC, Nuclear Biological and Chemical Defense. Throwaways. Think throwaways. We're going to be back in about three minutes. We've got the bottom of the hour break. I think we have a caller and Mike and Mark will be right here for you. We're going to continue about three minutes on LTR. Collectors, outdoor enthusiasts, survivalists. Well, we have Mike and Mark here, but we have Dave with a special PBN report. Dave, jump in there, please. Yeah, good evening, gentlemen, or afternoon. I guess still where some people are. Anyways, we haven't been on here for the New York Stock Exchange for the last few days. It just keeps going up, up, up. Today's closing on the Dow Jones was 8934.18. That's an increase of 298 points over what it was last Friday. The crude oil closed up today also at 43.97. Wow! That's $3 and something over what it was on Friday. Gold shows it closed at $754.30. There's where I get into a real problem because last Friday's closing was Well, that was last Friday's closing. Today's closing was $771.40. However, when I look at the balance sheets, it says gold unchanged. US dollar versus Australian, Brazilian, British pound, Canada, Chinese, Euro, across the board, everything down the list again except for Mexico. A slight difference there in the Japanese yen, but everything else, $0.0000. This is a poker game, folks. If the market went up, or the goal went from 754 to 771, how come it says it's unchanged and there's zeros across the columns? Somebody has to be a loser and somebody a winner in a poker game. There are no, when you've got zeros, somebody played with the market today as they did on Friday when we had zero zeros. Showing the playing of the market? Well, here in Rochester, the Democratic Chronicle laid out 60 employees this past week, including several of the top executives lost their jobs. One of them being the longtime sports editor of the newspaper. Gone, gone, gone. He'd been there something like 30 years. He got a pink slip. I didn't get a chance to do a retirement. PayTech, a telephone communication service here in Rochester, also laid out 60 employees. And I forgot, there's some other manufacturer here that said they're going to be laying off nearly 1,500 employees over the next 60 days throughout their services, not just here in New York but in other locations. The government released over the weekend its unemployment figures for the month of November. And they are now saying 533,000 people lost their jobs in November, bringing the estimated unemployment rate to 6.7%. nationwide, but we know that's only those who are on unemployment insurance. What about all those who no longer collect unemployment insurance? Hmm, 533,000 people lost their jobs last month. There's why we're showing the stock market because every time this thing goes down, down, down, there goes jobs, jobs, jobs. And one of the things to remember too here is that we've actually got a, Dom is going to cover this, we will be covering it at the 8 o'clock. We have a series of announcements with several companies here in Michigan and the job losses are in the thousands. That's announcements that have just been made. So we're talking hundreds from different companies all not just not just the auto industry by the way the auto industry has been hit but other elements of our production capacity here in Michigan have been zapped big time and they're being announced right now and this is before Christmas guys. Remember we've still got the doldrums that big block from January, February into March and several people including the bankers who know better they've been making the comment well we'll wait and see. what happens in January, things will turn around in January. Guys, nothing turns around in January in the American economy. Nothing. Period. Zip zero. Nada. No. That's just common sense. Anybody in the industry knows you got this big gasp right here. Now an interesting thing, Dave, if you go to YouTube, watch all of the gun ban, gun, space, ban, space, Obama videos, where they have bits and pieces from all over the country. And every one of them starts with the same thing, although there are many copies of the same. But they all say, well, no, the car sales are down. Appliance sales are down. DVD sales are down. Television sales are down, but there's one area where the sales are up, up, up. And guess where that is? Firearms and ammunition. Key. Well, Walmart does not have any 12-gauge ammo here. Other than a few boxes of 3-inch magnums left and some birdshot. There are no slugs, no buckshot left here whatsoever in 12-gauge. They have some 20, and I think I counted about 18 boxes of 16-gauge left. on the rack. Basically they had quite a good selection across the board as far as other ammunition, both pistol and rifle. However, it was three to about nine boxes each. That's it. Yeah, and again as expected we're going to see a progressive inventory reduction or they'll discontinue as they go, which is another step. Most everybody is out across the country. That's one thing that we've been touching on all day today calling all the different contacts I will remind everybody again for those who are listening who may just come up this hour main military still has some AK mags some AR mags and they have select rifles where other people are absolutely and completely out so if you need those main military want to make sure I give this out as many times we can 8 7 7 6 0 8 0 1 7 9 That's 877-608-0179. Give Maine Military a call and find out what they've got left and available, but the prices, he hasn't jacked the prices up or anything. Everything stayed pretty much where it is. Stuff that he's got are things that he ordered before the election. And most of those, 50% of it's gone, and he's replacing as he can, but as he said, it's not likely there's going to be a whole lot on the horizon. The warehouse is empty. What's on the showroom floor is all that's left. So I'm a Walmart stuff what what I'm looking at when I was there on Thursday night what I was looking at what they had just got in the last week's shipment because Most everything was already gone. So this is a fresh shipment that they have in It's almost gone as well and a lot of stuff in the sporting goods had red tags on them Sellout closeout no longer going to be carried. They're discontinuing carrying the the What do you call them? The fluorescent sights for shotguns, rifles, slingsnaps and straps. Black powder rifles were marked down on red tags, close out. A lot of camouflage equipment was red tagged, close out. Bow and arrow equipment, close out. They're emptying out the inventory. It's the end. Well, the thing is, take advantage of it while it's going that way and you can grab it for less. It's brand new in the box. Hey, that's that much less wear and tear on it. It'll be good for that much longer in the field. I tell you what, Mike, I know we got Mike there. Mike, real quick, did you, were you able to contact J&G sales today? No, sir. I just wondering only because they're the one I did talk I talked to him last weekend But I didn't you know the last Friday, but I didn't get a chance to spot check with them today And I know that they have been busy. They're no different from everybody else So we'll keep everybody up to speed on that you'll be with us tomorrow so you can do a little quick report on that Anything else Dave? Yeah, I just wanted to say thank you Mike. I might as well throw in one here I got a lot of flack over the last week from this but Isis Ray at your favorite British corporate ration that happens to be somewhere in the Middle East, I think, but it's incorporated in the British crown. But people don't seem to like to hear that, to know that it's a corporation named after the fine deities of Egypt. Yes. And again, that's more than just symbolism involved with that. That demonstrates who these characters in many cases are actually worshipping to. What it is that they are embracing. The sun deities, Isis, Ray, and El, that is, El is Horus, is better known for. But people don't realize what they have done to our holy scriptures and they have perverted the scriptures and spoon fed it to us in the way in which they have done. And people don't realize the gross mistranslation that has been fed to the English speaking people. I'll tell you what... and the supreme court heard both cases last week that was before them on the first and the fifth but they have not released yet their findings in regards to his being qualified to be a candidate for the office of president and as far as him claiming to be the president elect office the election doesn't take place until the fifteenth of december there hasn't been an election of the president of the united states yet Not until the electoral college meets on the 15th. Then we have a president elect. We don't have one yet. I saw his symbol. It was right there on the podium. Semebam Dignag wouldn't lie. He was boasting change. Look at the change we've had. Everybody he's hider. All the same old lackey. We got change all right. We have a coup d'etat mark going on right before your eyes, folks. is today car and the only way to deal with it is to repel the pirates who are trying to jump over the borders repel borders gentleman repel borders okay gave appreciate thank you thank you god bless mike until we got time left uh... nbc Okay, you just mentioned something about Repel the Borders. This weekend, the local NBC, they're having their three or so people come in and they have a little debate on Sunday. This one has been Representative Gutierrez. He sat here and they were talking about JNAP going off to Washington and everything. And he made a comment that the fence is dead. So, anybody thinking about what's going to happen to that $1.75 billion to build the fence across the bottom southern border, the fence is dead, people. That means that the Israelis are going to steal the money in their pocketing is what's going to happen. Because you know the kosher mafia is the one who was tied into that whole thing, that whole fiasco set up. And the fence is dead. Well, let's see. That means that as land is back on track and not a surprise for any of us. Is it now? No, not a bit. That's another thing too. We were discussing this off the air when Dave came up and the, you know, everybody's thinking that, oh boy, this economic downturn, it's going to be good because the, uh, soft of the border group is going to go back home and, um, no, they're not. They're not going back. They're coming in here in bigger numbers even though we passed the employer sanctions bill and the economy is tanking. There is more and more of them coming in. They're not going back to their... Beloved countries down there. Okay, enough of that. Now some of this other information now just kind of a recap. In the last couple of weeks, let's see, we've talked about fitting of your protective mask. We've covered donning the M17 mask. We've talked about sounding the alarm, maintaining and cleaning your protective mask, and maintaining and inspecting your protective mask. So, this next block of instruction is going to come out of FM 3-6, and that's FM 3- called the Field Behavior of NBC Agents. And we're just going to kind of kick this off. Some of these things that were covered, but as a recap for the new listeners and things. We're going to run into this. Now, the field behavior of your chemical agents is going to be dependent on a lot of different things, your weather variables, the wind, the temperature, the air stability, the humidity, and the precipitation. Now, the influence of each one of these variables is going to modify the situation, and it's going to also be locally influenced by the topography, the vegetation, and the soil. how chemical agents, they can appear in the field in a lot of different forms, whether it's a vapor or aerosol or a liquid. And now to understand the impact of chemical agents on the battlefield, the soldier must understand how these agents are affected by the weather and the terrain. Now some of the basic characteristics, first in the small particles are carried by the wind. Now while any larger particles in the liquid droplets, they're going to be out of the air real fast. and then they're going to be quickly deposited on the ground. Now a lot of agents give off vapors that form a vapor cloud. Now the speed to which the agent gives off the vapor is going to be called volatility. Now, agents may be removed naturally from the air by falling out. Large particles fall out much more quickly than the smaller ones, or by sticking to the ground and vegetation, or by being removed by precipitation. So if the rain comes along, it can wash that stuff down out of the sky. Now, once deposited upon the vegetation or the ground, the volatile agents can then be re-released to the atmosphere for further cycles and then they can travel further and they present a hazard until they've been sufficiently diluted or they've been decontaminated. Now during the approximately the first 30 seconds, the size and the travel of the agent are determined primarily by the functioning characteristics of the munitions or the delivery system. After that, the Travel and the diffusion of the agent cloud are determined primarily by the weather and the terrain. Now, as an example, in high temperatures, volatile agents produce high local concentration of the agents. But high winds and strong turbulence are going to reduce the concentration and increase the area coverage by more quickly carrying away and diffusing the aid concentrated. It would be if it was not a cold and not a real hot, but a kind of a medium relatively. Other things that we're going to do, the education and the characteristics and the different stuff, other kinds of things. There's just so many variables. And once again, kind of we touched on this in the beginning of the program of about we're not being told or then we could be manipulated with the fear of the unknown. And that's kind of what we're trying to do on this program is we're removing the fear of the unknown. We're reaping the people. And as Mark had mentioned before about the bio-hazards and the NBC about the garbage bags that they throw away, there's a lot of these things utilized in protection that are not going to contaminate. Whether it's a uniform or a mop suit, pretty much anything is carded, it's going to be buried, and it's going to be left behind. And that's why it's so important you are not going to try to decontaminate any of these things, whether it's an old, it's become claw, one of the things is mentioned is the garbage bags are also just a nice piece of the size of a poncho. That coming or a helicopter, spit out something, mask on, get underneath your poncho. And after the quote, peel the poncho off or your piece of plastic and get rid of it. Go around with you, try to decontaminate it or anything. You want to get rid of that stuff. And then if you have your garbage bags, you can throw all this stuff into a garbage bag. and tie it up and then you can bury it and then move on. And then more also is a biohazard, biological. So in the next few days we're going to be going into a little bit more of this. We're going to develop a little bit more of masking, unmasking, the eating, the drinking and all the different aspects. Well one of the other elements here to remember again we were talking about disposables is even for containment, I mean at the very least guys, you've got all these material that you're going to be wanting to isolate and separate. You've got to have something to put all this stuff in. My policy has been to teach everybody for years to carry three to four large garbage bags in the backpack, two or three in the butt pack in your utility pack on your load bearing equipment. And the reason, and plus small ones, is that they're tools. You can do so much with them. The military creates what they call, and all countries have had gas capes. We used to have one that was a gas cape slash hood. I still have a bunch of them. I think I probably got my co I'd say about 30 and We pop one open. I actually used it back in the day when I was running the get the Chemical test chambers in the military Because we didn't have enough chem suits I didn't want to waste those because they were harder and held to get so what I did is I used the World War two equipment Just to create a combination suit using the m17 a two with the hood and the gas cape which I then adjusted accordingly so that it was slit at the top and then cut arm holes for the thing and it actually helped to protect a good portion of my person from absorbing more of the CSCN when it's in pelletized form and you're using it in concentration inside the chamber. Guys, it's so simple it's ridiculous. These things are designed to be very user-friendly. If you have to improvise, think the same way. It does not have to be super fancy. Most important is, well the old ones, World War II ones, guys, what they did is they actually had a little plastic, back when plastic was harder than hell to get, they had a little clear plastic area up at the top of what was basically like a big sandwich bag that you threw over your whole person. And the idea behind that is that you actually could have the whole thing on. You didn't have any arm holes or anything. You just put your mask on, put that thing over everything, and you're able to move and walk around with it covering you temporarily. Now that was under the logic that you were going to see higher irritants like mustard gas, mustard one, mustard two, or mustard three, and other agents that were possibly out there that would be expected to be deployed. And immediately they would be, in many cases, skin irritants. So it depends on the... conditions in the battlefield also former experience and we've seen all of the above mentioned that we've been talking about way of NBC threats used at one time or another some people say whoa not radiological I don't know about that we got a whole bunch of troops contaminated from desert dust one and desert dust to with the depleted uranium issue so I'd say radiologicals out there is a threat and basic decontamination had they known the basic decontamination policies would have protected them from a percentage of the contamination that took place or from the damage, the residual damage later. The men just didn't know. They weren't told. They didn't think it through. And part of that is because they weren't instructed by the command. They didn't have an established standard operating procedure that was pressed upon the troops. And that's why we have a lot of these DU casualties on our side and why we're seeing DU casualties all over the battlefields where we've been. Personally, I can understand why they'd hate us for an indefinite period of time. That radiation's going to be around for an indefinite period of time. So don't say that radiological even is one of the things we haven't seen before. It's already with us. And by the way, let's not forget, we're the only country that officially dumped two nukes on somebody in anger. Okay? So we have used them before. For that reason, expect to see them used again. To what degree is determined by how well prepared we are. The better prepared all sides are, the less useful these types of weapons become. Keep that in mind. That's why I've argued Government's not providing you with gas masks But we're providing you with a direction so that you are ready for that threat I should tell you what they plan on using on us. We got another caller We got about two minutes before we go at least so who do we have for a caller? I heard a beep. Oh, I just be a friendly visiting that's possible to Hey, one thing mark is you just mentioned that we were the only country that popped a couple of nukes.
