Mark Koernke discussed massive ammunition and firearms sales in the weeks following the 2008 election, emphasizing that the mainstream media was suppressing data on the scale of civilian purchases. He took caller reports on local gun shop inventory (including AR-15s and Mini-14s in Florida), then pivoted to an extended analysis of the JFK assassination, arguing that the official Lee Harvey Oswald narrative was implausible based on ballistics, weapon choice, and security protocol violations. He noted the Masonic symbolism of the route through Dealey Plaza and referenced suppressed photographic evidence. In the second hour, co-host Mike delivered medical instruction on chest injuries, hemothorax, pneumothorax, and cardiac tamponade, including procedures like chest tube insertion and pericardiocentesis.

A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking low to me he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations this legacy we gave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold you trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic and each God given right. And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God given right we only watch in tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? And good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, this is the second hour of the afternoon intelligence report. I'm Mark Carkey And I'm Michael Messer. both east west of the Mississippi, southern and central Alaska. We're on the new hallmark net on the east coast and I think we have a fifth state because there are a bunch of little states right there as you guys know tied in and I got an announcement in the mail today which by the way I didn't bring to the booth here but a fifth state was added I needed to do that last hour and didn't so for all you guys listening on the hallmark network the whole hallmark alternate network a totally different system for some of our young kids out there and for some of our engineers who've been doing some great work I want to say thank you the idea is to come up with as many different well shells as we can different ways to get the broadcasting out where people can hear it Mike today's date is 21 November 2008 Friday very good and we have been of course ultimately busy here all kinds of stuff going on and It is interesting to note that the bad guys are definitely in high gear. They're doing a bunch of stuff that as we kind of touched on this last hour, that tell me that they did not truly understand the depth of our success. But it is reflected in what we are seeing in the way of a response in general across the United States. Hello? Now a lot of people, hold on caller, wait there, we can hear you. But a lot of people that are out there listening right now remember that They're only given bits and pieces. It's interesting when you go to YouTube guys There are local articles on the weapons sales, but not the information About the overall picture of what actually has passed through the doors of all of these gun shops How many how many rounds of ammunition you know today is the wonderful age of the computer guys How difficult would it be to give us accurate numbers of exactly how many tens and tens of millions of rounds were sold in less than 11 days? How hard would it be to tell you exactly, Mike, how many bolt-action rifles? Because I mean, come on, how many? There's only so many FFLs. There's only so many distributors. There's only so many wholesalers. And they're part of the FFL network, by the way, you know, Federal Firearms License. So in the overt public realm, they don't want you to know about what the actual response has been because they have to try and convince you it's futile resist, you'll be absorbed, you're all alone, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. Now the other half is to brow beat you with its feudal resist the Borg routine remember every time the Borg even when they got their arses kicked Every time they get their arses kicked. They would still repeat that it's feudal resist resistances feudal you will be absorbed blah blah blah blah blah Okay, you will be assimilated Now, they would say this even as the cubes are being cut up and they were being fragged and sent off to oblivion. Okay, why? Because they're hoping at some point it might catch on with a few of you and you'll do the weezer routine and just shrug your shoulders and fall off to the side. Well, that's not what happened with any of us. And in fact, just reverse, a lot of people have plugged in, okay? All of them have. Now, we got a caller here real quick. I'm gonna let her come up, cause you gotta remember we need to use the mute button. Anyway, who do we have? This is Linda and Mike from Ocala, Florida. Hey, how you doing? Go right ahead. Pretty good. Mike wants to give you a report. Uh-oh. Go right ahead, Mike. Hey, Mark. How you doing? Very good. I just wanted to pass along to some people that are up here or down here in Florida if you're anywhere around the Ocala area. There's a pawn shop called the Nell and Pawn Shop. I was in there today. They have four ARs and one mini 14 and they're all in the $700 to $800 range. So somebody's looking for one and they can find him there. For the next day or so probably. Yeah, in fact usually it's like water hitting the skillet. Now that's located where again? It's in a little town called Dunellan, Florida. It's southwest of Ocala. Spell the town again so everybody will know where to look. It's D-U-N-N-E-L-L-O-N. Denellan. The epicenter or like an explicitly it's like a nuclear blast or like any conventional blast in the center are the distributors and the wholesalers and they have evacuated completely of everything guys Literally, I mean it's just gone And now the stuff has gone out and there are little pods like this little pawn shop here that I would look at like little combustible points. Now as the wave of consumption rolls out from the distributors, it's going into the shops like this or going out into the retailers. People are going, well I can still get fill in the blank thinking that they can because they haven't checked a place two days ago or three days ago or within five days. They have in many cases even been near a gun shop maybe in two or three months and don't have a clue what's going on. So again, if we get a chance here, there's five light 223 rifles, carbines, four AR-15s, one Mini-14. Any ideas of Mini stainless or blued? Uh-oh, I think we lost our caller for a second. I know you guys are there, I can hear ya. Oh, we have more than one, oh, I'm sorry. Well, I'll tell you what, let me double check this here. Again, it's Denellen Pond Shop. They have four AR-15s, one Mini-14. I think our caller's gone. No, there we go, okay now Real quick on that the mini 14 the mini 14 that was listed there is that a stainless steel or a blue rifle any idea? They're all blue. Okay, so it's regular ARs and it's a blue mini. Okay, because there are people who want to know the difference. That's good. Okay, so anybody is looking for another mini because, hey guys, I did a survey on mini 14 mags. Gone, gone, gone, gone. Oh, Mike and gone too. I hate to say it, but I called, again, we're trying to give everybody the information we can. I'll put out some other in a little bit here. Anything else, real quick, before we let you go? Did he just let down Mike and Chris saying hi and waiting for that stuff, if you could check on that? Very good. Well, the other thing is, I know that the mail is bogging down. We should have been thinking about that. It should have been there sooner, but we got holiday mail too now, so we're trying to get everything out we can. Plus, we just sent a bunch of stuff with a couple of our truck drivers today. So it's dropped in other areas, it'll get closer before it gets in the mail system. Okay, just put it on your list. Okie doke. So we'll be found on the right list this time. Bye bye guys. Bye bye. And I think we have another caller stacked up too. Who do we have next? It's George. George, jump in there please, go ahead. Yes, you know when you were talking about the last hour, have you heard about that rancher of Michigan who will not let the The Department of Agriculture on his property that chipped his cattle, the check for tuberculosis, saying, if we chipped the cattle, you've got to keep track of tuberculosis and all these cattle diseases. Yeah, well, the excuse is they've got to remember Michigan is a parasite with federal money. And what it is is the, you know, Granholm never saw a government teak that she didn't want to jump on and start sucking on right away. He's like a very bad unweaned calf. You know, you got the cows that are older that have a tendency not to know when they're supposed to stay away from those things and that's the problem. They've got all this federal money they've tied into. They've brought the parasite, the bigger parasites in. Now to commit, you know, what they're doing is they're trying to cower everybody down, pardon the pun, but they're trying to cower everybody into doing this and a lot of people are saying, no, no, this is not a mandatory thing. You're just trying to do this through a racketeering operation. and that's true with everything we're seeing here in the state. That's why they're driving whole businesses out of here. The same thing that they were going to do this, and by the way, I always love it when the parasites stab the parasites. Pfizer was here in Michigan. They got all kinds of exemptions. They got all kinds of money. All of a sudden they turned left and jumped ship from Michigan completely. And I think it's because the parasites in Lansing to include the same one who's got this cow chipping thing going on, Granholm, she was going to backstab them, turn around and stick them square between the shoulder blades before they knew how to hit them. Problem is they were aware of their surroundings. Now the farmers, they've been screwed, excuse me, screwed for a long time here across the whole of Michigan because the representative who unfortunately became an icon in Lansing He got so old that he really wasn't stepping forward and doing his job in the Department of Agriculture. They put another character in who's an absolute lack. He doesn't know his job, has no clue what the hell is going on. And again, the only thing he's looking for is federal tip money to suck off from. They'll run these programs in stupid ways. They don't care if they're efficient. They don't care if they do anything that's useful. The idea behind it is they'll be absolutely fanatic about enforcing the minimal standards so they can get more bucks from the government. They never do the whole program. They'll just do part of it and it'll always be slipshod and it'll always be partially applied. And the only person who gets hurt is the farmer or the small businessman who's trying to stay above water and you're driving him into the mud. Well Mark, tomorrow is November 22nd. I think the day that JFK was assassinated. And tomorrow is the end of Fed Rally. One is in Houston. I think they're in cities nationwide. I'm going to ask you a question. You talked a lot of riflemen. You probably talked about G.F.K. You think it's still possible that one lone gunman, Lee Harvey Oswald, from the book depository can fire off three shots with that kind of accuracy? I'll tell you, that's one of my little favorite projects because for many years a lot of the guys know that I trained as a rifleman. I collect all kinds of... You used to be able to get Carcano's guys for $7 apiece. Think about that. A $7 battle rifle, you could get ammunition for 2 cents a round. Okay? I would sit a person down. I have a factor of the model M1939, 6.5 or 7.35 Carcano. I will give you a stripper clip. Okay, actually a man-lincher clip with 6 rounds. We are going to load the rifle and I'm going to let you become familiar with that rifle by using 15 rounds out of one 15 round box It comes in I'm sorry comes in three stir-per-clips per box. So what am I talking about there? Needed to come on mark 18 rounds per box. Okay, we're gonna let you familiarize with it first I'm gonna sit you down and I am NOT even going to make the target move. I'm gonna Map out the distance which we've done many times on the range. I'm gonna put you on flat ground And I want you to work that Carcano action the way somebody claims that they could, or they claim Oswald did, and I want you to make that do, that rifle do in the same amount of time from a sitting position in total comfort in the same way that he did with a moving target moving in an angular direction with a rifle that had a scope that was not rigidly fixed to the weapon. Now my rifle will not be scoped it will be iron sights, but that doesn't make any difference because I want you to focus on accuracy now It's a take it's a tech driver if it had the right sights and even then the problem is still the Carcano is a very course action Most people if they haven't handled that think it's going to be something like your you know Uncle Fred's deer rifle, okay like a 3040 Craig or a K98 Mauser or a model 70 or model 700 It ain't none of that at all if you want to really do a little research go to a gun show seek out a 6.5 Carcano and ask to work the action a little bit Okay, you'll find out what I'm talking about So you can try to get to that level but either a and this is not very likely boy We had some guy who was really lucky with that thing Or the bottom line is you had more than one shooter the shooters probably aren't even where really they always tried to promote I think that they were in the government building actually to a degree behind at the base of Deli Plaza And the reason is people forget that most of the buildings there were actually empty or were inactive at the time and were an optimal location for something like that. And they've got to remember even if you do release information they always try to misdirect or they try to redirect, you know, the data so that you'll spin off in a direction. And again, it's a situation where the crime scene is how many years old? But one of the other things that helped me to just finalize my position that absolutely wasn't just Oswald if it was Oswald at all And I don't think it was either. I think it's the McVey scenario again Reverse it we always called Lee Harvey McVey for that reason with with Dili Plaza until you go and see Dili Plaza you really do not understand What they're trying to make you believe And from a security manager's point of view, I was trained at USACS, US Army Intelligence Center and Schools, as a 94B Intelligence Analyst, as a 96C Counter Intelligence Coordinator, and I also am a Qualified Security Manager. There's a title for that, by the way. And I've taken every course you can imagine that was available through Fifth Army, through First Army, and also from USACS, US Army Intelligence Center and Schools. Now, If you have a man you're trying to protect, and here again it's the Holy of Holies, it's the big executive one, okay, the big guy, the big kahuna. First of all, they plan out their entourage far in advance. They don't just bebop in a town and say, hey George, hey Mike, let's go bebop around the Daley Plaza there, what do you think? Okay guys, come on, let's go. Well, you want to take the rag top or let's take the hard top. Let's take the rag top, a little cool. That's not how it works at all. They plan months and then even in some cases years in advance for activities. Nobody is caught by surprise. The one thing that is the biggest telltale indicator that this was done from the inside is that at the very last minute they altered the untaraged so that it turned onto Dealey Plaza and turned right on the base of the capstone. That's a pyramid right there guys. It's a capstone pyramid. When they turn right into Dealey Plaza it makes no sense because it puts the vehicle at risk, number one. And then, when it makes that turn that's bad enough. But then they make a greater than 90 degree turn. Look at the road that the limousines on. Now if you're a rifleman, let me ask you a basic question if you believe that Lee Harvey Oswald is the one that did the shooting. Number one, where would you shoot from if you were in the book depository or suppository as we always joke, as opposed to the other locations that are available? The bottom line is you would have shot when they turned the corner and made that base motion. Why? Because if the driver stops, he's in a kill zone. If he tries to back up, he's still in the kill zone. If he tries to move forward, he drives into the kill zone. Now the other problem with changing this path at the last minute with Kennedy the other problem with it is guys Dealey Plaza is an amphitheater when you see a map of it It does not do the site justice If you drive a man through the middle of Dealey Plaza and you wanted everybody to wave and see the president. Hi, Mr. President. How you doing? Hi, Mr. President You want him to go right through the center of Dealey Plaza because it's an amphitheater and on both sides the road pitches towards the middle of that pyramid So everybody would get to see the president equally and you can still get really close and everybody could wave and smile and cheer Here's the problem and I don't care what anybody says the masons who were who orchestrated the assassination and murder of that president Took John F Kennedy to the center of the pyramid to the base cat of the capstone Took him to the eastern side of the capstone. This is all Masonic ritual They took him to the base of the capstone, drove him to a particular location on the capstone which represents a degree, and they shot him there. That's why they did it the way they did. George, cover your mic. Yeah, sorry. You know the thing is, Discovery Channel proved it wrong. I just a remote controlled car with a watermelon there shooting at. Yeah, that's an idea. You know the thing is, but... You know, but what I can say with Kennedy is like that Federal Reserve, would they strip the power of the Federal Reserve? That's Executive War 1110, I think that it is. Right. Well, that's the reason he was killed, yes. And the problem is, like I say, you have all these would-be sitting there going, oh, it was Lee Harvey Oswald, and you hear him demonizing Jim Garrison, who I think was the only person who bought an actual case of John F. Kennedy to trial. Like I say, but it's still, you know, even like me, I'm not an amateur rifleman, but boy, I couldn't make that shot. Well, the problem is you probably could make, you could make one out of three, and even maybe more than one out of three, but the problem is when you look at the environmental conditions, look at the type of shot being made, also the angle of approach to from where the shooter is, the altitude. Now, this creates a radical change in the overall physics of any engagement with a target like that. Doesn't mean that it couldn't be done, but here's the problem, the weapon choice. The other problem with using the Carcano guys is this. That doesn't mean people didn't die with a Carcano rifle. There's a whole bunch of people that tell you that fought in Italy that got shot by the Carcano, and some of them aren't going to tell you today because they got shot dead on a doornail. Okay? Any rifle is effective. You give me the rifle, I'll make it work. But understand its limitations. The other problem is this. In 1963, or 62, or whatever year you want to talk about when supposedly that rifle was bought, do you know how many other firearms were available that were of comparable size but far superior quality for the same price? I'm serious. I mean, if you, the problem is they count on people being stupefied because again, you take the database out, people don't know. People aren't supposed to know. People are firearms, people are firearms ignorant to begin with in this country to a degree and the public fool system has helped to do that. Then you take, you know, the lack of credible thought process with many and it's easy to baffle everybody with BS, especially the farther you get away from the event. And that's one of the other problems that I have with this is that if you look at from logic, okay, and granted, somebody say, well, he's a crazy guy. He shot the, you know, whoever. No, they actually said he was quite methodical if you believe all the stories that led up to the idea about how that happened. So being a methodical individual, how would you perform the task and what tools would you use out of the toolbox? Also too, besides the Zapruder film, are there other films, shots taken at different angles that haven't been released yet? Remember that if you have an older copy of the Zapruder film, you can actually watch the car stop in the kill zone. Because even though they scratched out the brake lights, and this is a fact that used to be shown, they don't show it anymore, while in the original Zapruder release, they actually scratched out the brake lights so that they could not be seen being activated. But the problem is there are little banners on the limousine, If you pay attention you'll notice that the flags come down to zero. They're fluttering in the wind and they literally come right before the shooting takes place. They are brought into the kill zone and the flags stop. They actually come down to rest. Pay attention to that. But here's the thing. There are, yes, better films than the Zabruder film. They were all locked away. They were supposed to be. And I remember this when I was in college. There was all the hoopla that only months away they were going to open up thousands and tens of thousands of dossiers. And we were going to see all the still photographs. And we were going to see all the videos that were done that were films. They were movie films. And Mike, did we get to see any of those? Not a one. Did you ever see anything other than that? Other than the Zabruder film, Mike? Nope. Well, what happened? I saw some pictures in Life magazine, but other than that... Yeah, what happened? Where'd they go? Oh, oh, that's right. They locked them all back up and extended the date, didn't they? Now, why would you do that? Now, there's all kinds of things, even with the pictures they had to allow, which, by the way, was for the sake of sacrificing. Being able to show the sacrifice is part of the brag that the ring knockers use in the long run when they're trying to recruit other nutcases. Okay, now it doesn't mean they got away with it completely because there are other power factions involved in the government at that time and that would lead me to the whole issue about the case with the money. Let me give an example and George brought this up, the changing of the currency, United States notes. If you ask anybody that's a collector they will tell you that those United States notes were printed 1963 and released in 63 and then withdrawn. I have personally seen a 1964 United States note. Now this means, this is very important because this means somebody in the system didn't listen. And we had different presses running at the time, and we had different people in positions of authority running at that time. Somebody didn't push the right piece of paper to somebody's facility or somebody's complex didn't listen to what they were told to do, and these United States notes continue to be printed without interest bearing into 1964. But if you look at any coin collector's text and I can take you right to the wall where the where those bills are sitting right now and they are Kennedy United States notes, but not in 1963 they are dated 1964 and in fact one of them is a $50 bill which is I've also been told several times well they never released any of those yeah, okay? Well then let's come over here this guy's collection. He gives classes on the subject take a look at this So even the information we have is based upon what we could glean from a destroyed or distorted or intentionally faltered database. See, that's the problem I have. I'll bring this right up to a present day. If you're not given all the data, then you can do the Weezer routine about how it's futile to resist, and we don't have this, or you don't have that, because you are given an askew data stream. Once you plug all the rest of this stuff in and you start asking common sense questions, then all the official BS doesn't fit anymore. and that's true with the Kennedy assassination. George, we're going to let you go because we're right at the bottom of the hour here, okay? Well, God bless Mark. Thank you, George. Appreciate your calling. Have a good weekend. All right, you too. Bye. Okay, bye-bye. And we are at the bottom of the hour, so we're going to take a break here in a second. In the meantime, Mike, what are we going to be covering real quick here? Well, we're going to be talking about chest injuries. All right, so you stay right where you are and when we come back Mike's going to pull us into that realm, but I've got one more little announcement and we're going to have to stick to it. It's about AIM Surplus, give you the data, but we're going to go to break. We'll be back in three. You got Mike and Mark. It is Friday and it's the Intel Report on LTR. I noticed I was watching the BBC this morning and on the They pointed out that thousands of supporters of Muktada-ar-Sodar were marching in the streets and they congregated at that historic place where the iconic pictures of the statue of Saddam was being pulled down. You remember that? That's the night before they had flown in all the Chilabi supporters and had their little mock demonstration there that was purely staged. I question that at the very beginning when I saw it in a city of three and a half million people that was supposedly just liberated. Why were there only about 150 people there? I figure if the city was liberated, I've seen pictures of liberated cities before and the streets are all lined and everything. Why was there such a small turnout there? The only thing that I actually saw in any of the other local media was showing this fistfight that they were having in the Iraqi parliament and the debating of this bill. The only one I saw mentioned it or saw actual things. There was also a couple other interesting things. BBCNews.com mentioned the National Intelligence Council report Talking about the decline of the United States, it's going to be totally gone by 2020. There will be an upsurge in wars, revolutions, and diminishing. There's a food and water, and China and India are on the rise. Also, an interesting report they had about the Russians going into India. Extreme violence by the security forces. Their BTR 60BTs and BMPs rolling in and thousands of troops Another thing I mentioned last week, about 11 days ago, is that it is Raul Grijalva from down in Tucson. I guess he's being kicked around to be the next secretary of the interior. There were two tunnels discovered underneath the border down by Nogales. That's in the border city down at Arizona, Mexico. Best but not least, there's a Gun show this weekend at the Atlanta State farmers market. It's I-75 South of Atlanta It's Saturday and Sunday the Atlanta State farmers market I-75 South of Atlanta Mark I'm doing 30 things at once as you can imagine here, but real quick I wanted to make this announcement guys get your pen and paper ready and keep it ready because Mike's gonna be covering medical here like immediately like right now AIMSurplus, AIMSurplus, AIMSurplus.com, www.aimsurplus.com. They have a limited amount of stuff. The list is so easy to look at on their webpage, it's ridiculous. Okay, it's very short because they resupplied, but that ain't lasting. However, they do have a couple things here, guys. A lot of you have 8mm Mauser rifles. You either got grandpa's rifle he brought back from World War one or grandpa's rifle that came back from World War two or something somebody picked up here in the last 10 to 15 years of the last five years There's just some you go mousers available. Well the Romanian 8 millimeter mouser. They've got its 1970s. It is in five round stripper clips 340 rounds per can for $99.95 plus one penny shipping Everybody here with that how that works. It's Romanian 8 millimeter 1970s in stripper clips, those are five round stripper clips, 340 rounds for $99.95 plus one penny for shipping, one cent. Now, this is really clean stuff. It's in ham tins. It's in the standard East block ham tins. It's 792 Mauser, 8mm Mauser ammo, okay? If you have a Mauser, here's a chance to get ammunition ready to rock and roll. The other thing they have a quantity of, hopefully we're going to clean them out. A lot of you guys have been asking for Tokarev pistol mags. I know they've been a problem. Well, they got a whole pile of them in. Half that pile is gone already or more. For $7.95, they have a whole bunch of the Tokarev pistol mags. If you have a Tokarev, you need at least six mags for that pistol plus the one right up the tube, okay? So get more mags. And if you can afford more, buy more. Our goal, get all this stuff off the shelf and get it out where the troops need it. Now, here's the phone number, 888-748-5252. 888-748-5252. That's 888-748-5252 or 513-424-9960. That's the regular ground line. 513-424-9960. They've got other things there. They've got dragon offs. They've only got about one quarter of what they had. They might be sold out by tonight already. But they had dragon off sniper rifles. Two mags, one mag in the tube, the mag pouch, cleaning kit, the scope mount, the scope, and the rifle itself. And it's a regular Romanian dragon off. They don't have any spare mags. You're going to have to go to center fire somebody else for the mags, for extras. But they do have a little bit of ammo. I think it's silver bears what they said. And otherwise, they're going to have to go three or four places to get everything you need. But there's stuff out there. 888-748-5252. Give them a call. Tell them you heard about them on the Intel report anyway. Help us out that way. Now, let's settle something real quick because I know in the chat room, guys are going back and forth. But that's what the chat room is for, by the way, so everybody can do that. And run lots of lines with all kinds of going back and forth. All the people you hear on the networks, I'm going to clarify something here. Before anybody knew about the idea of doing networks the way they are right now, okay, years ago we started doing radio. Okay, we started doing shortwave. Shortwave we thought, well we can do more. So we started looking at satellite when nobody knew what the hell satellite was and we started doing satellite. Anybody remember Eagle Radio Network? Well, Eagle Radio Network and Republic Radio International are the parents of all these other networks you see out there. I don't care who they are. and John and myself and one or two other people behind the scenes, everybody, we all did this, we started looking around the country, who do we have that are good voices that don't have a national venue? They had a local venue, they were doing local stuff in like, Alex was working down in Austin. We had Jack McLamb working out west. We had, I think Jackie Pertrude is another one most people forget about sometimes, but we had all kinds of people running all over the place, but they had just little things they could do here and there. They had local AM or FM stations, just one. What we did is we created a national network feed called Republic Radio International, RRI. and RRI became the mother for all of these other little spin-offs of spin-offs of spin-offs that you've seen people. And every one of the voices you hear out there, with the exception of only one or two, or three were originally brought up online nationally by us we are very familiar with all these personalities we are very you know again i'm satisfied that they're doing something i disagree at different points were supposed to we don't have to be a hundred percent everything however i will say this that everybody better be on the bandwagon now with supporting the militia we have supported the patriot effort in every way we can I think it's wonderful that you're knowledgeable about all kinds of cool stuff. Okay, that's great. I'm an historian. I love history. You come to my house, I can keep you reading for years, for decades. I have more books than you will be. Most libraries, I got them from the libraries that tried to burn them, okay? So the point is I'm very cognizant of the mental efforts and the resources involved when it takes to do programming shit Excuse me, forgive me We have done this for years and we built up and did 24 our broadcasting We nobody knew what 24 our broadcasting was in the Patriot effort. They were hoping they could just get an hour out let alone 24 Okay. Now it's a reality because we've made people think outside of the box and Because of that we have all these other voices and personalities. Well right now people the war is upon you We're gonna try and keep as many people alive as we can you can be in denial for a little bit longer But here's the thing you got less than 60 shopping days till the the other side decides whether or not they're gonna plug in the trip to Valhalla, okay? That's how they're going ape shit crazy on the other side excuse me again, but they are going they're nuts They literally are the nuts they are they're socialists how can what can I say it used to be I'd try to be nice about that but now I consider that a Oh, you know, that's one of those spitting words, okay? Ah! Socialist. And those suckers, they feel they're gonna buy a bunch of gun whores, kick in doors, murder people in America, and plug in their fantasy power trip. We're going to knock down the fantasy power trip real quick, but to do it you better all be on the same page. And I don't want to hear later how I didn't know or I thought, oh, I made a mistake. No, there's no reason. And I don't even want to, you don't even want to apologize when I discuss it. We aren't going to have to even acquiesce, per se, except do what needs to be done to be physically prepared. That's what we emphasized and we've emphasized for years because we could do it economically and not be, would not be a burden. Now by waiting and by some people Retarding that process and I have a question about that that element by retarding the process of getting people prepared Oh, don't don't look crazy. Don't I'll kiss my hind end. When does my enemy ever apologize or tried to be nice to me? Why should I be trying to acquiesce or? To that man gonna do you any good guys. They're still gonna hate you and they're gonna laugh about the fact you tried to kiss the rumpus Okay, so that that's not the root Right now the root is focus on the mission. Focus on the task. Get the job done. Work together. Start talking about what we need. All of these elements and all of these tools, everything that we've done. Do you know how many different sideband networks we did simultaneously? How many different elements? And as far as big goes, I'd say 23,000 to 24,000 FM stations we have had online and all the work that we've done, which other people have picked up at different times, I'd say that's big enough, especially for the Intel report and all the other stuff that we've done. Okay? So again, that's not, in fact, I can't even measure because my problem is if the control media isn't our venue. to be obtained without any formal type of operation. Now the initial evaluation and the therapy, first off is we're going to clear the airway obstructions by positioning the patient. And we're going to encourage them to cough, now if the patient's conscious, and performing any nasotracheal suctions or inserting an endotracheal tube if necessary. Ventilation can be improved by stabilization of a flail chest or application of an occlusive dressing or both. The next step is going to be the correction of the hemothorax by a thoracentesis. That's basically we're going to stick a needle inside the chest wall and draw out the blood because if it continues to accumulate, whether it's air or blood or both, it's going to start putting pressure on that lung. It's going to cause that lung to collapse and then the lung is going to start putting pressure on the ascending blood vessel going into the heart, the ascending vena cava, and then it's gonna reduce the blood going in, so that's gonna reduce the blood going out. So once again, we have a cascading domino effect here of things. One thing goes bad and it affects something else. Now the correction of the hemoneumothorax by a thoracentecis may relieve the physiological distress in patients with intrathoracic injuries that are not responding to any of your initial resuscitative efforts. Usually there's time to confirm the accuracy of your clinical assessment by a chest x-ray examination before initiating any procedure directed towards, excuse me, by evacuating the plural space. primarily a thoracentesis must be done urgently to relieve any increasing pressure in the plural space. With the patient with attention pneumothoracic establishment of a closed drainage by insertion of a chest tube permit, the objective observation of the magnitude of the air leak and the rate of the blood loss. We can use these as determining factors of the need for a codomy. That would be an opening the majority of the patients are closed. I know we throw these terms around and sometimes it's all mystifying. You've mentioned some of these things before about chest and cardiac tamponade. We're going to cover a little bit more of those in depth. Go to Google Video, type in Chest Tube, and watch how it's done. It's not rocket science. If the person's condition is worsening really rapidly, I think the whole video is only about 10 minutes long. And with the proper tools and the proper knowledge, and you are viewing it, it removes the mystification from this, and you can see see how it's done and it's rather simple with a limited amount of equipment available. But if you go in there not knowing and not caring, then somebody that gets a automobile accident or a gunshot wound or something like that and these things are required and then we can be running around like a chicken with our heads cut off. So I highly recommend to just at least become familiar with the procedure of inserting a chest tube and go ahead and watch that video a couple times. Yes, it appears the patient's a little bit discomforted. But as soon as they get it in, they get a bunch of goop coming out and all of a sudden his condition improves significantly right there with just the insertion of a simple chest tube. Now with acute cardiac tamponade, so just a little bit of anatomy and physiology, you have the heart itself and then around it, then you have a sac. the pericardium that has fluid in there and that helps cushion the heart as the heart is beating itself. Sometimes with automobile accidents where somebody's chest has hit the a scaring wheel or a severe blow to the chest that can cause bleeding within the pericardium and then that is going to put pressure on the outside of the heart and then the heart is not going to be beating properly. And one of the things that you're going to notice is that the two blood pressures instead of being 120 over 80 all of a sudden these two numbers keep getting closer and closer and closer together. We put that together with the history of the patient that they were in an automobile accident. Their chest obstructs the steering wheel. They can't breathe. Their blood pressure, the two points are getting closer and closer together. So there's a very good possibility that these things are going on. The cardiac tamponade, of course, we're going to suspect these things because of the nature of the injury. The diminished, ethical, The impulse unresponsive pressure is going to drop. We've tried to do these things by clearing the airway and clearing up the hemoneumothorax and still nothing. They're still hypoxia. And then we're going to suspect they're starting to suffer from a cardiac camp. produce any noticeable enlargement of the cardiac silhouette on the chest x-ray. And one of the things that you're going to need to be able to do is a pericardio-centesis. That's again that you're going to use about a 10 to a 20 cc syringe with about a 6 inch needle on that. And you're going to push it into the chest, into the pericardium, and draw the fluid off. And that usually will clear up the problem. The cardiocentricity should be performed on the basis of a reasonable clinical diagnosis suspicion of what you're seeing going on combined with the history, the falling blood pressure, the not clearing up of the hypotension and anything like that. Now, your definitive evaluation of the management, your physical examinations is going to include a thorough determination of the extent of the chest injury as resuscitative efforts are going to result in a clinical stabilization of the patient's condition. So as you're starting to resuscitate the patient, you're evaluating them and seeing if your efforts are fruitful and then you're going to start to see the stabilization of the patient's condition. And then you're going to inspect for any chest case, the symmetry of the chest, the paradoxical movement of a section of the chest wall to indicate that they've got a flail chest. Any subcutaneous emphysema of the neck may be indicative of a centrally located major airway disruption or of an esophageal tear. The subcutaneous emphysema, you're going to start to see the neck bulge out and it's going to look like a weight lifter's neck, so to say. But when you push on there, it'll sound kind of crazy. It will feel that way and that's the air that's accumulating, it's leaking from the lungs into the space underneath the skin. It feels kind of like if we put crushed ice under the skin. So when you push on there with your fingers you'll feel this crunching kind of a feeling. That's a real good indication that you've got a real serious problem. You may have a closed injury, again it could have struck the steering wheel in an automotive accident. Somebody's got a severe blow to the chest. Somebody fell off of a ladder or something and they've struck their chest. And then you're going to start seeing these things in the subcutaneous emphysema, things like that. Again, they could also meet your airway disruption. It could be in a soft, a geotear or something where the fluid or the food goes out of the mouth, then it splits. one of it goes into the trachea and then the other one goes on down into the stomach. The chest wall itself, it could be in the esophagus itself as letting air as tissue. Any subcutaneous emphysema, the lateral chest wall is going to suggest that they're where the sesema is located. So if it's in the neck, you're going to suspect that it could be the lungs, esophagus, but if it's around the ribs, really going to suggest that there's been a rib fracture. The rib has actually gone in and punctured the lung and created a one-way valve. So as you breathe in, the liver is escaping through the one-way valve and then it's accumulating in the set of physical signs of the peritoneal irritation may point to a significant thoracic abdominal injury. Now the discovery of a weak femoral artery pulsing and low blood pressure at the lower extremities may be the only clinical signs of a traumatic injury of the thorac aorta. The experimental x-ray examination should be made to confirm any of the clinical findings. So again, you're not going to, of course, we covered this yesterday, the head and the neck injuries and things. Sometimes we can see these things on the outside and we get locked in and focused on just that. If there's other things going on, then you might want to consider taking the blood pressure cuff off and putting it on their leg and seeing if there's something going on there because in addition or absent from any injury to the trachea, the esophagus, the damage, the aorta, then it could be leaking out and then you'll see a drop in the blood pressure down in the lower extremities. Then you're also not going to get any femoral artery pulsation. You're not going to be able to feel the artery there in the groin. Mechanical ventilatory assistance with or without oxygen enrichment, now that can be required for a variable period. Tracheostomy is not advisable initially unless there is an upper airway obstructing that you might encounter with a frac that is real rigid. It's not like a spaghetti tube or something, a brony type of thing that has really firm cartage on there. somebody's gotten a blow to the neck, trachea can actually, it's not going to just set a rigid. The proper insertion of a soft correlation, now a frequent determination of any arterial blood gases is essential to which the oxygen therapy and any of your ventilatory requirements stand. A lot of people don't have an ABG machine, but there's other ways that you can do that, draw on a special of the arterial blood gases to see if they're nice and bright red. Tell you to do that too frequently. There's usually going to be a pretty good hematoma associated with the radial arteries or stuff. But then you can also other things like the cyanosis and the level of consciousness of the patient to see if your ventilatory assistance of the patient is really helping out, side-line. Now the treatment is going to be directed towards the main group of your life sustaining physiological levels. of the arterial blood oxygen saturation using the lowest possible inspired oxygen enriched mixture. So don't just crank the O2 way up. You want to keep it down to the bare minimum. I hear the music coming in. We're going to continue this block of instruction on Monday. Thank you for being with us and have a safe weekend. Only one car can occupy the road at the same time. Mike, are you going to be available to stay an hour away from here? Now I've got the prior commitment. Okay, well very good. We expect to see you on Monday. Make a benchmark on where you are with instruction, please. So we overlap by maybe about a couple paragraphs to be safe. How does that sound? Plan. Okay, thank you for being there. It is Friday. Be careful. Ladies and gentlemen, we'll be back at 8 o'clock.
