On November 20, 2008, Mark Koernke and co-host Mike discussed ammunition and firearms shortages across the United States following the 2008 election, noting that major retailers and distributors had sold out of inventory within days. They covered ammunition production capacity constraints, explaining that manufacturers were already at maximum output and could not increase production. Callers reported on foreign military exercises scheduled at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Arizona and concerns about IRR (Independent Ready Reserve) mobilizations. The second half of the program shifted to medical training, with Mike providing detailed instruction on treating head and spinal cord injuries in children aged 2-10, including assessment protocols, immobilization techniques, and emergency procedures.

He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking low to me he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations this legacy we gave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. Invist the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold you trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm. And keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be murdered. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torture of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he'd vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God given right we only watch him tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms He fought to keep what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Is this still the land of the free? Well good afternoon ladies and gentlemen this is the second hour of the afternoon intelligence report I'm R. Korky And I'm Michael Nasser. Well, ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on libertytreeradio.4mg.com, pbn.4mg.com, and we're on live 365 and go to Liberty Tree Radio. We're also on AM&FM microstations, CB base stations, and alternate technologies both east and west of the Mississippi along with southern and central Alaska. and headed towards the Aleutians. We're also in the Hallmark Net, which is located on the East Coast, a totally free and independent system now in four states and growing. So congratulations to our Hallmark systems there. That is a whole new mechanism, people. And again, creative minds. Patriot movement has it. The bad guys, they could shut half of what they want off and they'd be cutting off their nose to spite their face. Cut off the rest and they shut their people down. We continue. to operate. I need all your help in that direction wherever you can, whoever you are listening, remember better a hundred thousand little pods and nodes all over the place working in different directions than a single system where they walk up, hit one switch and everything's off. That's the goal. Our purpose is to continue to maintain freedom of speech, also to maintain our arms, to defend ourselves from the tyrant and to make sure that we win. Okay? Now Mike, today's date is... 20 November 2008 Thursday. Excellent. Now again, down to your neck of the woods, I was asking were you able to contact J&G sales today? Well it's funny that you asked because yeah about a half an hour ago I called them up and I got good news so to say. They had no coloshing to cause but they did have a small assortment of 30, 40 and 70 round magazines. They had 13,000 rounds of 303 British. They had 6,000 of one bullet configuration and 7,000 of another. They had 50,000 rounds of 762 NATO and they had 18,000 rounds of 556 NATO. Excellent. Now here again in the 303 British, they had two flavors. Do you know what the bullet weights are? I didn't write them down. Okay, another problem. Don't worry about that. Here's the thing. We've had a lot of people asking about where can I get 303 British. At this point in time J&G sales has some. Now, I can read the numbers again from what we did earlier today. I don't think anybody needs to hear that again. But just one store loan did about 1.4 million rounds in less than 10 days. Just in 7.62 by 39 guys. 1.4 million rounds in less than 10 days, one not even one of the biggest shops in the country. And keep in mind that wasn't all they sold. That's just 7.62x39. Now the good thing is, ain't no place in this country where the bad guys can walk up and roll the door shut, put a padlock on it and confiscate everything that everybody owns. Why? Because it's now out in the hands of the people. It's not sitting in a warehouse or in a gun shop where they could walk in. In fact, all you hear are echoes in most of those places, as we brought up earlier today. Classic Arms, sold out door to door, from the floor to the ceiling, they had nothing. and they're not the only ones. Classic's been around for a while, by the way. They're not just a new kid on the block that didn't have any inventory. They were smart enough and have known enough about the inventory that they... They actually piled it up beforehand thinking well, we'll sell this much now that didn't last but a few days Now the reports are many of our other friends including some who are at the last party on the beach same thing because they're distributors all the we knew already know what the industry is doing You know that as we found out about it in the last year. We've told you about it There's one major problem with this guys think about this Everybody has already been at maximum production You know, there's not going to be, Mike, a situation where somebody will go, oh, we need to turn the switch up. Mike, we need to double or triple or quad. They can't do that, people. All the machinery producing armament at this time is already at production. You can't add two more hours to the day. The machine can only run three shifts, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You're not going to get 26 hours out of it or 28 hours out of it a day. It doesn't work that way. So the other problem with that is as you hear there's a series of attrition issues here people need to keep in mind if any of you have ever been in production think about this and Mike this is true with combat troops also, and I don't you know again We'll relate to this in the medical as you run more the machinery of course is wearing more rapidly It has a certain cyclic wear anyway, okay? So first there's wear and tear on the machine. Progressively your maintenance and downtime will increase because either worn components or components that normally wear out even if they're new will progressively degrade. Number two, if you run your crews, in other words your skilled trades, say eight hours a day and you have three shifts if you're lucky, that's fine, but usually that's not the case. Instead what will happen is this, they have two shifts, one day, one night, maybe night if they're lucky. And what's going to happen is, they're going to turn around and they're going to run their guys 10 hours a shift. Okay, maybe 12 hours a shift. They may decide, hey, we'll double up people. We're going to run. When one guy's on a break, the other man's running the machine. Now that factors into the whole machine wearing out routine again too, though. For every hour you run, that means more maintenance in the future. Now that's expected. That's a given part of the program. But here's the thing. With every day that you run people at long distance, you start to build up a fatigue factor. And with every hour that you run them in excess and run them to fatigue maximum, there is a greater likelihood of failure to perform. In other words, you're going to make mistakes. You're going to have errors. Here's the other worst case scenario. You run your people to fatigue and you start having industrial accidents. Guys show up without fingers. People show up with bruised beans. Somebody sticks their hand in a machine and the machine eats it. You see, those kind of things happen too. So this attrition can also cause greater failure to produce in the long run. Or you might crank something up, but what difference does it make if the product isn't right? You see the problem there? So we're already at maximum capacity. Everybody in the industry, we've had the man right here on this program, Mike. We've had Armalite up here. We've had everybody from every element of the industry, and we got them to admit a year ago they were at maximum production. There has been no significant increase or improvement in the industrial complex in the last 12 months. So where do you think all this other stuff is going to come from now that everybody's used up everything? You see how that works? Now I qualify this for a reason, because talking to everybody else in the industry, the other half of what's been acknowledged, and I read this on the air here today twice, the industry itself is flat out saying they have no more to give. right now other than pools and pockets and even there here's the other problem with this they grossly underestimated the actual interest and consumption Everybody is being forced, even in the controlled media where they are yapping at ABC or NBC or CBS and there have been bits of that up all over the place. Well, there's an interest. They've been trying to downplay the numbers constantly for the last, what, three to five days. But that's useless because how can you claim one thing when you go to a gun shop and there's nothing on the shelf? When there's nothing left on the shelf, from the floor to the ceiling, and when basically you shut the door, all you hear is an echo. Now, that's the reality of where we are and it's not going to surprise nor should it surprise a single person in the chat room or a single person listening in the program, in the program, in the program, in the country, if you've been listening to the intel report for any period of time, we told you so. Now the reason is, as people awaken to the threat, The area of interest that you already have is now all of its resources are in competition with 20 times, 40 times, or 100 times as many individuals as were before taking interest in that subject matter. Now as each item becomes, you know, exhausted, people will turn to other solutions exhausting more of the rest of the industry. Let me give you an example. Mike, the first few days ammunition was going right out the door, wasn't it? Big time. Everywhere. Now the next thing was rifles and pistols and everything went right with it. Centerfire sold out every handgun it has. That's just one company and they're not even the biggest company. They're just a company we talk about a lot. Now after that most people thought well it'll take as is typically the pattern it'll take about a month for everybody to realize that hey if I can't get ammo I better start reloading right? I want you to go to the reloading companies and talk to them about what they have on the shelf right now in the way of powder. Uh oh! It didn't take 30 days. It didn't take two weeks. The beginning of last week saw the exhaustion of powder reserves across the board, not just at the jobber end, but you've got to remember also out at the retail end where what I would, what I describe it as like this to several people today is the epicenter, okay, when this thing happened. The retail fingers, the farthest leafs out, the branches of the tree have bits and pieces here and there. The veneer is still in place. But like an H-POM going off, the center has been consumed because everybody tried to grab from the same pot at the same time. Now the kicker to this is that in the process as this shock wave of consumption has gone from the center out There are little pockets here and there that have been touched hit and blossomed in other words Wow, look I found a pile of this in warehouse in Schmidlaps warehouse It's gone. And so it's almost like you know again I won't say it's like a dark wave moving out away from the center and the outside there are people are still going well I can go to my you can get ammo. Yeah, you can go ahead I think that's a wonderful idea. Pay $29 a box for something you can buy for $6 a box or $3 a box somewhere else. I don't have a problem with that because I think right now anywhere you can get it you better be happy, okay? But the retail outlets even, you go to a gun shop, you go to a store, and even those that are isolated or in little pockets are already feeling the crunch. Some have actually had their inventories recalled by the parent company. Hey, well, where's that stuff going to somebody else who already knows what it's worth and they're buying it? Okay, so otherwise now I don't again we're gonna touch on medical we're not touch We're gonna stay on medical today too by the way But Mike when you talk to J&G they of course gave you an overview or I mean you actually understand what you're doing when you were asking the questions, right? I just spelled it out. I had my list of things. The other day he had asked me to check on Kalashnikov's and the 303 British. This time I took it upon myself to ask them if they had 62 NATO and 556 NATO. I figured that would be a popular partridge. They were offering up the information. I didn't want to sit there and chit-chat with them too long because I know they were busy. Kind of like the other day. The first few times I called it was busy, so I kept calling. Now one of the things to remember too about the 18,000 rounds, that sounds good. When you like to have a pile of 18,000 rounds, that's a nice chunk of change there, right? Guys, that's only 18 cases of ammo. You realize that that's only 18 customers if 18 people got on the phone right now and said not even that If it was 10 people and one guy wants two cases the other guy wants three cases and somebody else says you know what? I got a credit card and the economy's going in the toilet I saved this credit card so that I can max it out and I don't care because I'm not gonna pay it back. Oh Did I say that now I'm gonna address this too guys Yeah, is somebody it's kind of like you know they had they actually talked we've talked about this for years in private circles It's like and we've to mention to this young to you on the air You say the credit cards for this reason when we get to this point in the game You throw you I don't care about my credit rating. I have none. I don't care about my credit rating I don't care about the credit card companies. I don't care about the banks. You don't care about us You see this this is what they're really terrified of what if you took their other on you know their Unrestricted credit that they've got out there which really isn't you know Hallmark to anything and you said you know Mike we need about six cases ammo Don't we yeah? Yeah, we do and it's running out pretty quick isn't it yeah it is well Mike What should we do should we go to JNG sales and buy say 4,000 rounds of 308 before it disappears Absolutely. Yeah, and guess what? What? The credit card company is going to come down the road and collect what? There's nothing to collect. We have no bank accounts left. In fact, you want to go collect something, tell the credit card company to go find that $700 billion that was stolen from us by Washington, which is actually $5 trillion, which didn't go where it was supposed to. That's the most comical part about this, is like, what? You're supposed to worry about it when they don't? If they're not worried about 700 billion with a B and they waddled it out the front door, they didn't hide it out the back, guys. They bank robbed right in front of the American people and the Democrats and Republicans were all in bed on it. Pelosi declared, well, bottom line, she declared, and there's not exaggeration, we know this is, everybody saw it on videotape. She declared congressional martial law to demand that they ramrod that thievery through the Congress. She jumped bare butt naked in bed with all the rest of those globalists and spot-swap spit and Prostitute it out with the rest of them. So let me ask you something How are you gonna feel bad about the idea that you just acquired four more cases of ammo for national defense to protect this country from the globalist and from the Osama mama ding dong click, you know with what's coming next and all they are just the other CFR goofs. Why are you going to worry about it? I know this is hard for a lot of people, but now you're getting ready to do it. We're going into war here. So if you have it in reserve like that, you have those plastic cards sitting there, then don't cry about it. And you're not going to lose a penny on it anyway. Okay? That's the most important thing to think about. Anyway, I know we're going to, oh, we're past break here already. We're going to still have we'll wait to the bottom of the hour here, but Mike now again You're going to be covering medical today anything else real quick from that end that we need to cover No, I could just give out their JG website. Oh, yes, please give it out three times and give their phone number out three times to please telephone 928 9692 WWW dot we call it jay bear in mind there is no and Very good now. I'll tell you what I think we've got a caller to do we have a caller waiting in the wings? Hello, Mark. We got a whole bunch of guys, so I'll tell you what let's go I hear a dog that could be Mike's dogs though. This is live radio. We always have fun with this Okay, let's take whoever who's our first caller who do we have I hear whoever laughed your first That would be me that's Darren Joe from South Carolina Charleston very good I was just talking about a gentleman who said that he hated you and he hated that this was all going to happen. And it really touched my heart. For me, I've been waiting for this moment. I've been living for this moment because I want my country back. And I want to speak to that gentleman and anybody else who's a little antsy about what their feeling or maybe they're having a little bit of hesitation and I just want to say to these people, these men, my brothers in America, that this moment is crucial, it's critical and if you are still having some sort of hesitation, you're still hanging on, you're still watching TV, you're still listening to the radio, you're still hoping that somehow there is something Maybe this is all just a wet dream and you're going to wake up. No, your life has been completely robbed from you and I look forward to the time when I can take it back. I want my country back. I want my country back. Exactly. Amen. Thank you, Darren Joe. And again, the reason I bring that, I understand what you're saying. This is one of the things that, you know, If on the one hand it's like you know we're going into something bad right, but the one thing to think about guys You'd even now For all of us. We're not screaming. I know we got other callers too, but you know and we do we're gonna get to everybody here, but One of the things to remember is there's you're gonna find that the weight lifts off you when the first trigger pull hits when the first first time When you hear that the exchange has begun? Then the focus is ours and the time is ours and all of the other oh I got a I got a equiescent of this or I've got to try and you know worry about that or oh my goodness I do I have my lights on is my is is the light on my on my license plate working. Oh my goodness is my safety belt on oh if I don't have that on he might come up and I could lose another hundred dollar that's all gone All that stuff is cast aside. You'd be amazed how much lighter you're going to feel. All these chains are going to slip off and it doesn't mean that we are unruly. It's that we are tired of the socialist BS that has wasted our lives and has destroyed this country and brought us to where we are right now. Lies, thieves, and parasites have brought us to where we are right now. And that's what we're going to be getting rid of. In fact, the one thing is we don't have to deal in the darkness. We don't have to deal behind in little slinky arrangements with all these slobs that have just bred all of the nonsense that we're seeing. Good men, given the opportunity to govern properly, guys, the sky's the limit. Think about it. The sky's the limit for us all. Uh oh, I hear screaming in the background. That sounds like George better either turn or shut the door or turn the mute button on. Haha, Darren Joe, anything else? No sir, you have good night. Thank you sir, you stay right there. I know you're listening. We're gonna go to break here guys. We got other callers. We will be back in three minutes here on Liberty Tree Radio with Mike and Mark. It's Thursday. We got medical coming up, so keep your pen and paper ready too. Collectors, outdoor enthusiasts, survivalists. The Army Navy Store from your memory as a child is just that, on memory. You're listening to the intelligence report with Mike DeMark. Today's 20 November 2008. It's a Thursday. Go to the Paulers. Most tricky tick here. We got Andrew in Ohio. Come on up Andrew. Hello Mike. Yeah please excuse me for taking away from medical time but there was an exercise of foreign troops out in Arizona I wanted to let you know about. It says here, I'm looking at info wars dot com, it says personnel from around the globe will converge on Davis, Montana Air Force Base from December 1st to December 12th for the largest rescue exercise of its kind. The effort dubbed Angel Thunder will involve U.S. Army and Air Force troops from Germany, Chile, Columbia and observers from Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Pakistan. Sounds like the gang, shall we say the gang's all here and it's the same mercenaries, there's another term I could use, that have been perpetrating the stuff all over the planet here but especially the Northcom operations guys. Doesn't that sound like the, we got basically the gang of three plus? Uh oh. Yeah, I just wanted to call and let Mike know that this was going on right out in his area. Great, I hadn't heard about that. Can you, that was it, Davis-Lunt and Air Force Base and what were the dates please? It says December 1 to December 12 and I'm looking at it on info wars dot com. It's in the feature articles section of the archives. It was up on the front page on Monday but it's in the archives and the featured articles on the homepage and it links to the Arizona Daily Star webpage. That was dated November 16, 2008. You know one of the interesting things about that guys is I know we don't usually I mean wars don't know any holidays either But typically military operations like that they try not to do it around the holidays usually they'll break off like wait till after the December block of instruction and operations because you've got Thanksgiving just rolling up, you've got Christmas of course coming just around the corner and you've got New Year's. And usually there's a whole bunch of other activities planned, even if they're base activities or facility activities, they're usually holiday activities. So this is rather interesting as December 1st through 12th. The 12th puts it right on the edge of the window when normally at least they roll things up and have what would be normal activities but not special operations. And this is a special multi force training exercise slash action that incorporates all of the cast of characters that have been involved with all the clandestine activities from let's see torture. I don't know why they were about rescuing people. They basically, this whole bunch of the ones, Mike you. just laugh for the same reason. These are the ones that usually do special renditions, so is that what they're practicing? Think about it. You know, grab the guy, go over and torture the hell out of him, and the list of countries they're using are the countries that specialize in torture. So, gee, I don't think they're worried too much about saving anybody. That may be couching, you know, their rescue efforts in reality, and how can they best waterboard or use the old bamboo and the, you know, the smoldering bamboo and razor blades. You know what I mean? I would expect more of that than anything else of an operation like that. And I'd question the dates as far as it would have to be at this point in time, a question mark. Everybody's a long way away from home. They're not going to easily get back to where they need to be in time, being the 12th. I mean, it's going to create a lot of mess because it's a lot of work into the holiday season, which usually that window is kind of scraped clean and left clear. This is going to be rather interesting to watch. Yeah, that wouldn't surprise me either too if they might branch off and send some of these people out there to Marana and things being that it's a short air hop from DM, which is pretty much right downtown Tucson and get on out to Marana and then from there they've got drop zones out there then they can do live fire and everything out there and then connect from there another small hop right on out to Gila Bend so we're right in the middle of a gigantic military operations area and things like that. Well an interesting one too. Actually that's one of the bases I mentioned years ago where I saw probably one of the worst air crashes I ever saw was an air collision with a couple of F4s and actually one was a Corsair II as I recall but anyway they both of the crew the crew's jettisoned but there was at low altitude and literally they parachutes blossomed perfectly and took them right back into the crash most of them had both the men burned to death. So I'm very familiar with the facility and of course, you know, they could always turn their eyes straight south and Hachuca is right there Yep, so all there's so many complexes right there near so we thank you for the heads up on that anything else That's everything. Thank you. Appreciate that. Thank you Andrew We got one more caller. You got Mike in Louisiana. We have I think we have Mike there might jump in there, please I'm just sitting here enjoying soaking it all in. I don't really have much to say, but I'm appreciative of the information. Thank you, Mike. Thank you for the opportunity to access it. Absolutely. I think we have Nancy there, too. Nancy, are you there? Yeah, I'm here. Just listening. I don't know if you got a chance to get into the IRR Reserve officers being reactivated. They're saying this is not this. At this volume, it has not been done since 1941. With all the other nonsense that's going on, they were talking about Iran today having enough yellow cake uranium in order to make one bomb. But is it for that or is it for martial law which they are also talking about, gee, right about the same time. And again, the mobilization, first of all for people, the independent ready reserve. Okay, the independent ready reserve, a lot of people either opt out for IRR instead of going, they say they come out of the active military, they'll not assign themselves or they don't take an assignment to a regular reserve unit which is federal or a National Guard unit which of course is at the state level. In many cases they'll opt for IRR and to be put in the manpower pool or The other half of the IRR pool are people who have retired or people who have left the military completely. They are out of the reserve and that's what these people are talking about here. Well we are talking about that but they are saying that next week they are going to be calling the non-coms back. The non-commissioned officers, the sergeants and everybody from all walks of life from your accountants to lawyers to gee you know. the whole nine yards are calling everybody back. Well, my concern, as I said, it's not going to be the Iranians nuking anybody in the United States, but it is going to be the Israelis dropping a nuclear device in America. The Israelis are going to be the ones doing this. I will repeat again, the Israelis will be the one doing this. If it's going to happen at all, kosher mafia, what we need to do is be watching, and again, we need to make sure that our Canary Project is in place. The Canary Project is critical. Watch the ADL. Watch the kosher mafia because what happened with 9-11? Oh, that was a total surprise. The government said nobody ever expected anything like that, nor did anybody else, except that that morning a lot of Israeli companies from their counterparts in, oh, that's right, Israel, text and also emailed their people and told them not to go to work that day. Now, here we are in 2008. I don't even look at it that way. I look at this as a cover story for getting these guys ready to go against the United States people here in the US. Exactly. Well, but the point is that what they're going to do is they'll use whatever excuse they come up with. They're going to need an incident. The incident is most likely and again, they'll try to blame it on us. They'll try to blame it on anybody but the people who actually perpetrated. And what we will see is a series of actions, but one of the most important things is from the strategic end. When they do what they're going to do, the ADL will be notified along with other assets that are from the kosher mafia end. They will flee the site. They will leave the city. They will not look back. And the most important thing that we can do right now is monitor 100% all of these operatives. As long as you're friendly and in other words, I don't want anybody to be mean. I want everybody to put a camera on their house and watch them. If they start throwing luggage on the roof or in the van and they all jump in the cars and start buggering out people, I'm not telling you to go, hey, stop doing that. I'm telling you, you know, kind of, no do as the rest of the flock's doing there. Put your people together throw them in the vehicle don't hesitate don't wait make sure you got your critters with you throw them in the car and get on down the road behind that character that's running about 70 miles an hour through the neighborhood like the other three or four or five characters you've been watching Now this happened about a year and a half ago with a couple incidents around Washington DC In fact it happened back after 9-11 with people that were riding me while I was behind the wires like they said they were in the Washington DC area remember those power outages that they had Several people wrote that they started packing stuff up and they realized when they pulled their car, their station wagon out of the garage and into the driveway that almost every other house had somebody doing the same thing because they're in government land. And all these other characters that were doing it were all these people who were ADL, they were foreign nationals, they were all people who had been told by their government or by the critters that they had perpetrated stuff with that this was not an accident, this was something else. So, expect to see a series of indicators. And those indicators, like I said, the mobilization, totally agree, this IRR issue, Independent Ready Reserve has both commissioned and non-commissioned officers and rank and file personnel in it. The IRR is a man pool table, literally a computer database, of every person that has served, male or female, despite the age. Technically, Any individual could be mobilized and called back up, depending upon the duress or need of the United States government. Mike, you can be called up. I can be called up. And especially with Mike's office. That would be, that would be a pretty good moment. I don't think they'd like us, yeah. I don't think they'd like us up there. Hell yes, son. I'll give you that. Give me that command. Oh, they probably want to make sure you're replete or something But you know what you got a whole bunch of us standing there There's nine of us that are for the Patriot movement that they call back and one of them who really doesn't like where he is You just made that whole formation ours and gave us all the hardware and technology to do it See that's the only problem with what they're doing here, and I see that as a big error on their part Oh, Nancy? Okay, I was going to say, here. No, no, I'm still here. Somebody hung up. I don't know. No, this whole thing. I'm just looking at it. Oh, you were talking about power outages. Did you discuss what was going on down in Columbus? That was the other information we had today come in, that one of the largest power companies in the Midwest, and again, this comes from the CNN News Service, that they have pulled in like 15 trailers so that their people can live on site. They're expecting some kind of major problems. What city? And this, no longer does Southeastern Michigan at least, about a 300 mile radius all the way around that area. One of the largest power suppliers, DTE Energy here in Michigan. actually buys power from from that plant on the Ohio during Columbus, but that's something else to be looking forward to in the next few months. Problems there. Well one of the things that this happened before when the Clintonistas were planning on trying to execute certain actions in 1995, one of the indicators that came up that we were able to tag because of all of our people listening on the air guys was that certain companies brought in 10-inch and set up both barbed wire and cyclone fences and created housing areas for their employees that were going to be told they weren't going home. In other words, they're not going to be given the option. What they were saying is that, and now let's tie this in with another element of this, you might recall that under several of these new executive orders, supposedly, for instance, the shoot to kill directives from the Fed giving all of these other private entities comparable authority. as mercenary companies. So the next step is, well, you got a bunch of technicians, they really work well and they know the industry and you don't want to lose them when you frag the system. So you put them at gunpoint behind compound wire and you tell them that you're going to chain them to their machinery when they do work. Oh yeah, chain them to their desks to make sure that they're operating all of the switching systems, have a security force with them to make sure they don't try to run away when they're sent out to work on a site. Yes, that's the kind of stuff they're talking about. And that'll mean the old crack the whip routine comrades. I think we've seen that before. Nobody asks how Russia ran. Nobody thinks about that. Fear, of course, eventually ran the mechanism, guys. Fear. The idea was that they grab your family or grab whoever now. That's what they're trying to plug in here That's really what the agenda is Mike I think what's into well of course we're gonna have to we're almost we're gonna have to get out of medical man by the way real quick we've had a lot of compliments on the detox formula and want to say thank you to our guys that called in and We've got to get Mike on course now so Mike. Oh my sorry Mike No, that's okay. No, it's okay because the power issue of that side right in and again, the fact that we're looking at the Midwest, one of the other considerations here is, like I've said, is urban renewal. In other words, if they have a place that they're going to sacrifice, one of the things to determine is, does it cost more to tear something down and pay to have it torn down? Or for the bad guys to have a national catastrophe slash crisis on that location so they can write it off, they get the insurance, they double the insurance? Where did they do that before? Well, it sounds like they're hardening this area because this is one of the few really good hydroelectric plants on the Ohio River. And for them to put 17 double wide trailers for people to live in to run the plant and stay there. Sounds like they're hardening the area. So we'll watch to see what develops there. Thank you Nan. And Mike, now I'll tell you what, we're going to, the rest of the time is yours. Everybody get your pen and paper out because we've been on subject. Medical is critical because we have to have the infrastructure in place. Mike, jump in there please. Okay, very good. Kind of a real quick thing here, Nancy had mentioned this deal about Iran finally having enough fissionable material to produce a nuke. You know, what good is one nuclear weapon? Oh, so you're going to launch one at somebody that has 400 of them? You don't stand a chance. So I highly suspect that. try to nuke anybody and they'd only have one available. It's been the NATO forces and Department of Defense and even the Chinese and to the degree the Russians who have talked about a limited nuclear exchange being acceptable. Not the Iranians, not the Iraqis, none of these other people because the only thing that a nuke does in their backyard is keeps you out of their sandbox. That's really what they're too what they're worried about is the idea you can't go in and rape kill pillage and burn when somebody has equal destructive force to you you're gonna have to respect them a lot more and that's what these characters really really don't like if they even existed in the first place my problem is this is what they had to wait long enough that they could lie enough about the Iranians they can plug this in You see the see the difficulty I have there fool me once shame on you know shame on you fool me twice. See shame on me So, Mike, jump in there please. I'm sorry. Oh, no, that's quite all right. And there's kind of a sideline. We kind of touched on this at the end of the program the other day. And there, I guess, there were some questions in the chat room about the depth of the things that we were going to cover. And as we had said that, you know, I don't necessarily expect a lot of people to be able to do a lot of things, but if you have a general knowledge of what to look for, then you can be able to be plugged in and to be able to help out and things like that. So with that said, I would kind of pick up here and we should be able to finish here talking about children in the age bracket between 2 and 10. Now the principle to remember in this age bracket that the level of consciousness, the vital signs and the degree of your neurological deficit are most compromised immediately after the injury, spontaneous recovery will be rapid and dramatic. In general, support measures, the airway, the bladder, and the I-V fluid are to be emphasized in the immediate post trauma period in the any other considerations of what you're going to do, whether it's an operation or anything like that. They can usually wait between two and 12 hours of observation afterward. Now injuries to the neck, putting your head injuries and being now fat trauma or from a deceleration injury, like a whiplash type of routine. We'll call them in the spinal obvious injuries to the head. So don't become all locked in that somebody's got a smashed face. Find that there's a neck connected to the and that we always need to. The coma toaster, the confused patient, is not a good subject to examine for any next history deficit. They have any, called diaphreeving, as to where they're not moving their chest, their ribs aren't inflating what we would see for them, it's just moving up and down. If they have that diaphro urinary tension, they may be the only signs of a severe damage in the unconscious patient. And any PIMSA they can use to elicit a sensory level. If there is any grimacing or a re-pointed out that you can break a tongue depressor at an angle and then you won't be wasting one of your hypothermic needles and things like that, then you're not going to have to worry about how to dispose of your sharps there. Now the patient who has a stiff neck but no motor or sensory deficit, they should have their neck immobilized in a plastic collar, and if possible, get cervical spine x-rays. Now, if the X-ray show any displacement of the cervical vertebrae, possibly you're going to consider putting some traction on that and that will help alleviate that pressure and hopefully to hold it back in. Now, if on the X-ray, if you happen to have it, and if they show any tear dropper or compression, the patient should be left in the plastic collar. anything and to just kind of immobilize that because there's otherwise other than putting the pongs in and all the other associated stuff it's going to be very difficult. Now patients who have a sensory or a motor deficit the level of the clavicle at the collarbone or an involving knee of the upper extremity should be placed immediately in the cranial pongs and connected the pounds of the amount is going to depend on the degree of the malignment of the Also just bear in mind that it's really hard to turn the person back and forth, any lateral turning of the patient from the laying on their back to over onto their stomach that can cause sudden death. So be very careful on positioning the patient. Now the supine position, that's the laying on their back is basically the safest. since it's gonna allow the free breathing. Now, if possible, you can arrange something of a turning type of frame. You can do this by hooking two stretchers together to flip the person over, and then you wanna consider turning the patient about every two hours. The cubitus ulcers are better prevented than maybe have a cervical spine injury. No way to evacuate them, and then the skin's gonna start breaking down from resting on the one place. Usually it's going to be in this real thin, like down at the base between your place where the skin is thin and then the bone is going to be a real redness enough so that person needs to be turned over every two hours and that area should be in order on their part. The injury is at the C5 level. There's going to be a combination. We'll breathe only with their diaphragm. The injuries at the C4 will be a plegia and the paralysis of the extension of both. On the C7 level, the patient will be able to flex If preserved, the injury patient who's demonstrated a rising sensory or motor level after should have decompressive laminectomy, that would be an operation on the spine, because there could be a hematoma in there and intrusion in the intramodular up in the very reliable. Really not advised in this type of... The newborn child respiratory difficulty, or become startled when stimulated may have a servo-fentry level by passing a pinwheel, watching the face, chock the pain, indicating the level of fine or not very helpful. Using a two-inch tape connected to a five should be applied to both sides of the scalp vein and as the external canal. So align one ear canal up over the head down to the other ear canal, and then that's where you're going to put the bow where you want to pull the is often necessary to establish a good free airway and a gastronomy may be required to provide any nutrition. That's a key much that if anybody wants any other suggestive reading, you might want to consider the Committee on Trauma Surgeons, a guide to evaluation of serious head injuries and that would be by surgery. And it's called the Brain and the Spinal by Springer in 1974. The title of that is the patterns of acute head injury by Williams in 1969. So, the other things are reading. And the next block that we are not going today, I'm going to give everybody a breather here before the program is over. Both injuries most likely coming up tomorrow, talking about clearing the airway obstruction of the pneumo, hemothorax, cardiac tamponade, definitive evaluation, evaluation and the management, the physical examination, mechanical management of specific injuries, whether it's chest ram, pneumothorax, tracheal, bronchial rupture, and esophageal airways. So we got our work where I understand it. We're going to go here in a second. One real quick reminder. If we suspect an injury of this type, we automatically assume immobilizing to prepare for treatment. Even if we later confirm that it's not that kind of injury, we want to stabilize right away, don't we? In other words, back boards guys, in fact plywood back boards are so cheap and easy to make it's ridiculous. We got to look at the procedures for stabilizing the patient to reduce any possible secondary injuries because of mishandling. This is critical to the survival of the patient. So we're going to cover the touch add a little bit tomorrow too. We get a chance. You'll be with us tomorrow, right Mike? Yes sir. Okay, very good. Well, we're at the top of the hour.
