Summary
Mark Koernke and co-host Donald Betcher discussed weapons preparedness, militia training exercises, and federal legislation threatening gun rights. The show featured a field report from Mike Lewis on a Texas militia training exercise (WISHA) held near Tiwetaria, covering live fire drills, camouflage effectiveness, and cold-weather gear requirements. Callers Tom and Spike reported on HR 6257, a Republican-sponsored bill to ban various firearms and ammunition types, and discussed ammunition availability, rifle calibers (17 HMR, .22 rimfire), and air rifles. The hosts emphasized the need for cross-training in militia units, proper equipment loadouts, and preparation for anticipated federal enforcement actions.

A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free, the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. And your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God, get the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God given right we only watch in tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave is to still the land of the free? Well good afternoon ladies and gentlemen this is the afternoon intelligence report. I'm Mark Kornke. And I'm Donald Betcher. I'm not even going to ask but they've got a new program set up, Hallmark in three of the colonials right now. They're working up there towards Maine, I understand. We'll find out more about that as soon as I visit that way very soon. We're going to be over in the Pennsylvania end pretty quick. So we will say hi, and they're going to probably show us and go, hey, look at this. Anyway, Don, it is a special day today. Hey, it's 19 November, you guys. And if you look on the calendar, you'll register this one. So if you listen real close, one in the chamber, the slide is closed. The well is full, and it is Weapons Wednesday. You got one? If you don't, you should. Come on, you need to heavy 45. Actually, a very good choice, 1911, and there are still some out there. Another thing I'd point out is when all else fails, guys, that funk you just heard could be done with a number of different cartridges, if Don needed to. All the spent or busted cases that have broken rims, broken throats, cracked throats, say 30-06, 8mm, 7mm, most of the other standard rifle cases, can be cut down to the length of a standard 1911 case. They can then be reamed out, double-checked for size, and properly trimmed. And then guess what you have? Why you have a home-built 45 case and not only that but what's really cool about it is guys Rifle cases taper inward and have thicker walls at the base. So you actually have a stronger 45 case that can actually take a higher pressure if need be Remember you can load blood ball Everything you need to make a 45 can be done, you know, from improvised or can be rebuilt easier. Why? Because it's big and lunky! I love that big and lunky toy. Actually, it's not a toy at all, that machine. But, you know, it's one of those things where it's like, man, you just can't beat them. I mean, I know there's Glocks and Glock guys out there. We have some even in the chat room, and I'm not deriding the Glock, yes I am. But, uh... Yeah, but lay it up from upside somebody's head and see what happens. That's true. We've got to remember the Glock, there are many incidents where people weren't paying attention. They tried to use a pistol as a billy club and then come back to shoot somebody because they came up with a knife and all they got is a pistol grip and the lower frame sitting in their hands. The rest of the weapon is somewhere on the floor sometimes. Got a little lighter there. Yeah, that's not really a good thing. Whereas a good old steel 1911, especially a long slide, You wrap somebody side to head they're gonna know about it usually it gives them a little bit of a lasting memory like they're old. It makes me think of an old and I've told this story on the air but not for years you guys. There's a weatherman in Detroit you would recognize his name he's not up on the air anymore I'm not even certain he's alive I'll have to talk to my friend his son and they used to go shooting together my friend and his father the weatherman as he got older you know he took him shooting since he was like six years old Mark. I won't mention any names, but as he took him to shoot and got older and he turned into his teens and he, the weatherman one day took a .45 1911 that they'd been shooting for a while and he says, here son, you can have this. And the young boy, young man, he was in his teens, early teens, he says, pop, I don't think I could, you just hang on to that, I don't think I could ever shoot anybody. And the weatherman said to his son, okay boy, if you can't do this, upside their head. You can take some Mr. 99 centi can ultra flat black and paint the thing and you know what she'll be a little rattly probably as to what actually that's optimal with a 45 to be quite honest in this original form because it was designed to have little sloppier tolerances because of combat conditions. Mud and blood and gut. That's right. It was designed to take the worst of everything and continue to function. That's most important and people say, well, we're not going to experience that really. Oh, tell me about it. Watch and see what happens here, people. What? Most of the people mark that are going to fight in the cities. Yeah, that's another thing. You know, the bad guys are trying desperately to channel us and it doesn't mean we can't fight in the cities. In fact, you know, this is something where they're they're trying everything they can to get us to fight the way they want to. I'm going to tell you right now, you people out there listening have to determine the battlefield. That's how it works people. Now, my problem with cities, nice places, great places to visit if you're living there, also a great place to leave when things kick in as soon as possible, if not before. One of the things is you can't eat bricks and board. Okay, cities notoriously, you get into an urban environment, you're fighting in an urban environment, how much stuff can get cut off from where you are? How much maneuverability do you really have? Have you noticed they want everybody boxed up into those conditions? Now, if you diversify your ability to fight, and this means the ability and the knowledge of how to operate in the cities and then immediately transist to Well, that's right rural conditions or you know extreme wilderness conditions why well that way you're a what's that term we like to use a mobile combat force Yep, now is a tasking and multi-skilled. Yeah, we go We're not that we're not limited like the other side is guys. We got the thinkers. They got the stinkers We're able to an improvised adapt and overcome. We're not fixed into a very narrow channel But here's the thing the bad guys are They keep getting lower and lower IQs, they keep getting narrower and narrower brains, okay, with less vision, and they want to desperately try and throw things into a single, you know, single digit battlefield, so to speak. Just... All the vial, Mark. The guy that's listening paid by the government is saying, uh, why does he talk about us like that? Yeah, well... But it is interesting, see for years they did this. It's just like the whole thing about the Middle East. You know, in the 80s I could show you college texts that will describe the whole process of how they came about to fabricate the condition you're in right now. Now, they are behind schedule. Do you know they wanted this much sooner? And so everybody that worships their little pea brains on the other side, you always have to ask the question, if they're so bright, why do they keep fumbling the ball? If they're so powerful, why do they need to do this old one step here and little pit of lair? If that's the case, and they're so powerful and you're worshipping these devil masters here, because that's what they are, Satan worshippers, then why are they waiting? I mean, just do it kids. You know, have you noticed that everybody does this older or so part really then well, we're why aren't they doing it? I mean after all it's a feudal resist you'll be absorbed blassey splee now that same the same thought line mark runs in the house bill. What is it? 6257 HR 6257 they're gonna ban everything but our slingshots and those let them do it. Yeah, let them do it You know, we've said many times on this hour. We're not gonna start this They're gonna be the one push us to the point where they started. And if they run that bill in and want to come and get them, And when that when the time comes again the guide is people you're supposed to be prepared to engage Effectively fight neutralize and strip the enemy bare butt naked. Yep. Okay good stuff. We got that's right In fact the kids will have some great stuff. Oh look cuz not everything the other side is carrying that I don't I don't necessarily want it But you got all the young guys that are gonna need gear and equipment. Yep. Look another mp5 little small Give it to the kids. Oh look to wait two more sig p226 is all my good Got three of those. Give those to the kids. Oh look, hey little HK93 here. Wow, you know the girls might like that one. Give that to the, give that to your, your, your girl over there. There you go. Nice weapons, but we got better. Okay. But we'll take the ammo. I mean, we need that. They'll have to have the mags because everything they got on the other side are all bugger mags anyway, guys. I mean, the oddball stuff looks really cool. Have you ever thought when they're out in the field and they run out, where are they going to get spares? Where are they going to get extras? I mean, ain't nobody. I mean, on the other hand, of course, they are 15s. We overrun them. We can absorb them into the system because we're very diversified. On the other hand, they come out with, you know, whatever exotic arm they choose. And when they're out, they're out. Then they're going to start negotiating and telling you how you need to surrender because they need to talk because they're out of ammo. See how that works? That's when you take advantage of the situation because if it were the other way around, they would kill you. They wouldn't even bother with a bullet. They'd just ban at you. Run through the ditches and hold them all down. Absolutely. And what happens when things really get serious and they go to raid somebody's house and the neighbor cuts off their supply line because they're not bringing everything they have with them. All of a sudden, their stuff becomes ours, and uh-oh. Excellent. And Mike, you're going to give us a PBN field report on the exercise this last weekend with Tiwetaria, Texas. Now, how did things go? It went real well. That was the WISHA training exercise that we've had in Texas since 2001, 9-11 from anybody. We had guns and we were not going to let them. We had people from all of Texas, we had people from from Dallas, Wichita Falls, and Houston come to it and several other places in between. Very good. Now, a couple things here interesting. You did have a number of different elements that you were working with with regard to specific goals. Give everybody the basic overview of the training cycle for the weekend. We had everyone assemble their gear, practice patrolling, scouting, and deep innovation. Now again, you also did have some live fire activity. Oh yes, we certainly had live fire. and a long time militia organizer in Texas, John Roland, came and gave a speech. Very good. Now, the reason I bring it up, because this is Weapons Wednesday, there were certain problems that developed with certain weapons, weren't there? Yes sir, one individual one that is nice, .223 rifle would not work very well with wolf ammunition with the steel case, .223. Was there constant malfunctioning? Yeah, every few runs it would jam. Failure to feed or failure to extract? Some of both. So in other words, now here's one of the things, now my other question is this was the new Wolf Grey Ammo and Steel Case 223? I think it was the latest issue Wolf. The graphite's... It was 223 in Steel Case. Right, it's a, it actually, we've seen quite a bit of this used. Now if the chamber's absolutely clean, if everything has been tuned a little bit and worn in, the stuff works to a degree until you get a little carbon build up with certain firearms. With other weapons there seems to be again. This is one of the things we've talked about with ammunition guys now We're gonna have to route ammunition to the weapon that it's that that needs it in other words Two two three a K's will eat the steel case ammunition all day Another one that I think would be very shall we say Well be less persnickety Amazingly enough is the day we rifle Years ago we started experimenting with the Daewoos when they came in. They're the Korean 223 rifles. They've got an AK gas system with AR-15 internals and AR-15 mag. Anybody who's got the Daewoo should be able to handle the steel case also. The extractor seems almost identical in function to an AR-15 and I know that still cases with an air 15 you'll be experiencing extractor wear and extractor breakage so with either one of those rifles I would shoot still case ammo is less for his order only. Right and again the problem there is but still with all of them buying more extractors more of the tits more the recovery springs I'm sorry guys the buffer you know guide the spring guide All of those are critical, especially with what we're looking at with ammunition issues, because we're going to go through the brass case ammunition real quick. Once we start getting into significant firefights on a wide front, looking at several different campaigns simultaneously, you're going to see brass case ammunition progressively drying up in favor of, well of course we're lucky you're capturing more, and as we know that's the plan, is continue to consume off the bad guys. But you're going to have a certain amount of steel case ammunition that's going into the inventory So we need to route it towards the weapons. It will be best served in In by spirit yes for every weapon you got now that gets into another thing here, too Well any other first of all during the live fire phase anything else unique or exotic any other problems that jumped out? One individual is wearing his his brand new set of a ACU That's the new air army camouflage patterns got a lot of gray and light coloring in it, and it really stood out the woods I don't recommend ACU in Texas at all. Well basically it became a shoot me uniform. Yes sir, yeah. And having our little unforced exercise, the thermal detection lenses worked very well. It shifted color on the green uniforms. These remained the same so the green uniforms would stand up for people with the chemical detection lenses. And they're definitely at advantage. Very good. Now one of the things when we're talking about this new this camouflage guys we're talking about the digital One of the things is that it the digital might serve under certain conditions, but it's like any other situation with camouflage camouflages are Regionally oriented our state oriented and seasonally oriented Let me give you an example. Let's look down south down there where you are Mike. You got some red clay You got red soil. You got a lot of sand and grit different locations, right? And the old Eastern has a lot of pine trees, so it stays pretty green all year round. So the russets and the greens are actually good choices in color combination. Yes, sir. On the other hand, when you get down towards where Mike Nesser is, who is one of our regular hosts, he's down there in the Arizona Flats, down, of course he works up into the mountains, but you're looking at savannah tan colors, earth greens, loams, the color shadings are totally different. Now up here where we are, we got the extreme of everything. Right now we're looking at, in fact I can wear, I've got some right here, it actually is the Russet gray and white tiger stripe with black and because of the limited and Don you know what I'm talking about we have flash snow cover all over the place we got a little bit of snow here and it's already melted a little bit so we actually have the same basic shadings in the field because we've got leaf color underneath and the sand browns and the you know the tans and all the russets and all the colors you can imagine And this makes for some really wide color variations that most people would think, well, I don't think that's going to work because they're used to this conditioning of camouflage uniform must look this way. Now, we're the militia. We do not have a table of authorized equipment, and we're not beholden to any central quartermaster. So in our area of operation, to help gain an edge, especially in the shoot no shoot environment, shoot no shoot situation, First of all, we're going to have to make sure that the bad guys can't see us. Now if they wish to be seen, that's fine by me. And to make sure that your people are more successful, you want one or two of those shoot me uniforms because you put those guys up front. It makes the other guys hesitate. If they see somebody looks just like them, we know that those are bad guys we're facing. They have to think just a moment longer and that'll be the time you need to plug them and put them down. So deception is part of also the process of camouflage camouflage works in many arenas in many ways now Mike Other than that weather was good. Everybody squared away Most everyone realized they didn't dress quite warm enough for the camp out that night So that was that was a good experience for them Now as you know we have we've kind of stressed this for a long time. Let me point this out again and this is for all of our new listeners also when building up your backpack and your combat load. A lot of guys are carrying butt packs okay very good choice. You're gonna have to do the search around for them as you'll notice guys things are becoming harder to get in general. The old M1956 type canvas butt pack is nice. If you can't get it, try to find one of the nylon copies. The military made a nylon copy for a period of time and then walked away from it again towards some of the molly gear and all the other stuff we see now. But if you're going to load up a butt pack, one of the things you want to put in there is your woolly pulley, your combat sweater. You don't have to wear it all the time, but roll that puppy up tight, tight, tight, rubber band it so it takes up the least amount of space, and put that in your combat load along with a couple, like a pair, a complete set of long johns. Again, roll them up tight, stick them in there along with all the other gear you're going to be carrying, and you've got limited cold wear protection that's another layer. for exactly the kind of situation you're running into or at the very least if you're going to be going with the butt pack and the backpack, you know, you're going to be carrying combat load in the house load, throw at least that stuff into the backpack and keep it there year round. And there's a reason for this. Mike, your altitude is about average, right, for Texas? Yeah, usually about two to four hundred feet. in the eastern half of the state. especially at night. having a prepack system with some cold weather gear on board that's not too, I mean we're not talking arctic wear, we're just talking wool clothing, such as the wool shirts or the long johns combined with the wool woolly pull over sweater, it gives you a layer to help you to operate more efficiently. And there's a critical reason for this too, you gotta remember, you can handle the first one or two nights, and you will begin to acclimate by the way too, you'll get used to the colder environment. But remember that your performance levels go down. If you are fatigued and you begin to tire, then your alertness drops, then your ability to respond drops. We want to try and maintain a higher level of performance for the longest period of time possible. Doesn't mean you aren't going to be fatigued. It just means that there are things we can do to protect you from fatigue. So that's a good point. Thank you for bringing up cold weather gear. Just a little bit extra glove liners. Spare socks. Another set of heavier winter grade socks. Use layers of clothing. Otherwise, did you get wet that weekend? No rain. No rain? That wasn't a training exercise. We got lucky. Thank you, and that is another good point is wet weather gear Our policy with our units is to carry two ponchos one on the butt pack at least and one on the backpack There's another reason for that because the way we use the housing system way we use the US Pup tents and again, we're gonna have to do a video forgive me. I keep saying that I just talked to Ed beforehand There's a bunch of stuff we're going to be doing this week while we have time. Even if we don't have time, we're going to make it because ideas, things that need to be presented. We have the tools, we have the resources, we're just going to have to get it done. So watch for the YouTube videos to be posted here very soon that are going to be an expansion of our how-to schedule. You know, how to get things done, how to pack, how to configure, how to assemble certain things that if people seen in the surplus industry that they don't realize can be used in many, many more ways. Okay? So Mike, otherwise were you satisfied with the performance? To get people out again. We don't need to be hiding from anyone. We know they're coming after us and we're going to be ready for them. Yeah, it's not like, okay, here's the thing. It's not like everybody is going to tell you all about the red list and the green list, the purple list and the chartreuse list and the burgundy list and all the others, right? Right. So since we all know we're on them, what's the threat other than the idea? You better get really good at responding to put them down and make sure the dogs stay down, right? Right. And the only people you'd be hiding from since everybody believes that they're on this list and that list and the other list are your allies. Hey, wait a minute. That means that kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it? Right. The Fizna who all of us are, if we hide, we're only hiding from each other. That's right. And again, they're hoping for that. So it gets down to the whole idea that get organized, you better get your time in now while you can. Now we do have, of course, this training exercise that Alfie Omega is putting together for January. Hopefully you're going to be able to make that, right Mike? Yes sir, I'll be there. And I'll tell you what I would ask you to do. You've got a whole core of individuals that participated in this exercise. I would ask that you personally contact them and ask them to participate in that exercise with Alfie, please. Okay, I'll do it. That is a priority. And the reason I say that is because that's in your ballpark. Yeah, range of carpool, range, you know, coordinated. Many hands make for light work. Fuel's not as expensive as it was, say, two months ago. Everybody was calculating $5 a gallon. Now it's below two. So, all you gotta do is collect enough pop cans, scrape up enough pop bottles, and Don, I think they should be able to get there, right? Oh yeah. And we really appreciate your YouTube videos, Mark. I've been recommending all the new people watch your videos and download them. The person who showed up at the FTX, all your videos on a DVD disc. and I will be handing out a copy to everyone that attends our next FTSX next month in December. Well, you're gonna have to answer that for yourself, but you know what Mike Lewis has got a couple answers for us here we go Mike. Yes, sir the way we're doing our Texas militia now We're only gonna have four ranks. We're gonna have they have number one the rank of support personnel number two the rank of fire team member number three the rank of fire team leader and number four the rank of squad leader and if you want to be a fire team leader show up with your fire team you want to be a squad leader show up with a squad and We've got to know how to all work together and work with anybody we run across. And very important here too guys is also to cross train in every category. I know people don't realize when you watch the movies a lot of them are emulating what was the school of thought for all of us when we were in service. And one of them is once we were soldiers, the one Mel Gibson did. And the way you see them express how they were training is how we were taught. In fact, where you end up, it was a policy, guys. You know, when the guys are coming off the chopper and they said, bang, you're dead, what do you do? And everybody's like, ehh. And he goes, bang, you're dead too. Hey, that's how we were taught, guys. What we would do is we would actually be in an exercise and operation. And this was consistent. That what would happen is the first thing they'd do is say, you're dead. You know, oh, nope, sorry game over. Y'all, I was all prepared. I was all excited. You know, you're a casualty either you're wounded or you're KIA and they would designate her say, okay, now what do you do? And I worked as an RO, I was a radio operator a lot of times. All of a sudden, everybody, I mean, it didn't happen to me every time. But my point is that the job of somebody else was to take what I had and use it, okay, to figure out how to make it work. Now, we did that anyway. Though, in fact, policy, for instance, unlike what you see with Hollywood, where they do this constantly, as a radio operator, I would trade off. I would go from being point man to being RO to being a pathfinder to being a paceman. And the idea behind this is that each one of us had to perform each of those tasks to stay, you know, for the unit to function. Now, a combat attrition takes place, guys. What happens when you lose two people? You had eight, ten men, now you got eight. Somebody's got to replace their skill. That goes back to the movie We Were Soldiers Once and Young. You will learn the job of the man above you and the man below you. That's right. And that makes a whole lot of sense. And that's what you're talking about, isn't it, Mark? Yep. The idea is we've got to have that discipline, people, because if not, the other side is going to be comfortable. And we are not going to let them become comfortable. This is not a you know, look, you know, I got my cure a Tom's waiting in the wings Don you're right here. Let me point some out You know, I did something like I said and to me I came in and I thought about it again It's a benchmark in our time, you know in the studio here on the wall ahead all of our Ron Paul stuff Okay, I'm very I don't I cannot say anything bad about Ron Paul period I don't care if people are lamenting because he stepped down. Well, let me point something out All the Ron Paul stuff is off the wall now Okay, and in its place along with some other updating that needed to be done are all of the information blocks that we need so that we can provide you people out there with the technical information to find what you need in the way of arms equipment, whatever. It is the nature of the time now that we are in that there is no more discussion about gee what protest are we going to be working on? That's that's finished. The protest is in a totally different direction. You get the drift? The protest is in a totally different direction now. That's how it works, and because of that All of you, I ask, because I love you, okay? All of you. You're all our fellow patriots. You're our brothers and sisters. You are our men and women in arms who are going to make the difference. I ask that you focus now upon the trade and the art that many of you have been a part of in the past. And the art of war is something that you do not lose. You may have to, you know, redress a few issues because you change with age. But you all out there know that if you've been with the artists and you've been in the trade, that you don't lose the skill people, you just have to address getting older. Well, and the idea is to make sure the other guy doesn't. So that's where we are now. And for everybody out there listening, Mike, you've done a fantastic job and I want to compliment you because you have stayed focused, you've done your part, and you've got good people who are around you who are doing the same thing. Now get a fire under their butt and motivate them, okay? Yes, sir. You're an inspiration to office, Mark. We know you'll never quit. Nope, in fact my goal is to be there for the very last action when we put them down and then we try them I want to be there for the trials guys. I want all of you to be there for the trials I just we don't just want to win I want to make sure we put this down in history so that none of us ever forget and At least for as long as we live there's nobody that's going to be able to feign ignorance about what happened here. Yep Yes sir, we know freedom is not free, it comes at a price and we're certainly willing to pay it. That's right. So here we go, we're into the dance and we're getting ready. We're all breathing for it now guys, I'm stretching there. Oh yeah, those muscles are going. Oh boy, they're about 30 years older. I'm going to let Tom get in there. Okay, thank you very much Mike. Thank you. God bless. God bless. And we got Tom, for Michigan, Tom jump in there please, you have a report for us too. Yes, if they can look up a, and I got the name. from Illinois, Republican Florida, Republican Michael Ferguson, Republican New Jersey, Representative Chris Gooden Connecticut. It's even got shotgun, I think people better look this up and they better start getting their guns after magazines and they're going after single shot shotgun. Okay, now back to the whole Henry guns. Well, Tom, do me a favor. Let's start from the top to bottom. Now I want everybody to listen here because first of all, give the build number again. H. And the sponsors are the sponsors are the written out first of all this is a house bill that's when you see an HR for everybody listening it's a house bill HR 6257 these representatives that you're going to list these are the sponsors of the bill in other words these are the people that you know are responsible and are the the meat puppets that have been brought forward to push this thing through now give the name and The state that they are from again, please Okay, Representative Mark, Republican Ili- Le- L- E- T- L- E- H- T- I- N- E- N, Republican Florida, Republican Michael Ferguson, Republican New Jersey, Representative Christopher Shave, Republican Connecticut, Representative Michael Castle, Republican Delaware. Again, Representative Mark, Representative Republican Ellen, Representative I- Leeton, probably L-E-H-T-I-N? E-N. Don't worry about it. Okay, we know here's the other thing real quick. What's the date for that legislation? What is the date for the proposal? What was the date of proposal for the bill? June 12, 2008. So this now here's... What I'm saying is that Republicans are getting a jump on this. Oh, this is... First of all, this goes through a process of committees, etc. And here's the problem. This wasn't done by the Democrats, was it? No. Not one of these individuals, of course they're all rhinos, Republican in name only, they're all Soviets, there's no doubt about that. But you're talking Illinois, gee what a surprise, that's the Semebam ding dong click. Florida, probably from Southern from Miami I would assume. New Jersey well, that's communist central. That's where where our commissar comes from in charge of Homeland Security slash heartland security Connecticut Wow, there's an interesting question mark there We're gonna have to put a because I know they got problems and Delaware. Well, yeah, they're sold out too So those two are those two are not surprised but interesting I would assume that let's see Hmm Where would the what districts would be the most liberal in Connecticut and Delaware? I'll have to double check the map on that one I think I could pick them out pretty quick. Just look at the cities Anyway, this this spells out Clintonistas, Clintonistas and Clintonistas right off the bat The Ferguson is from New Jersey. That's Chertoff Chertoffville slash No, wait a minute that be Chertoff grad. Oh, I forgot that has to be the name of it now I'm The Democrats are going to do it. where it was introduced and if it'll be tacked on or if it'll be written to some other piece of legislation because remember they can do that also to get it through that much faster because its life span varies depending upon when it was introduced and of course what the cycle will be for the Congress. So we'll see what happens. What they'll probably do again, they'll claim it's for efficiency. They won't allow for a discussion or argument over the issue and they will violate the law. early, very early decision that said any law that is repugnant to the Constitution is null and void upon its inception and cannot really be enforced. Right. And the people have no obligation to obey it. Right. Apparently, these people that you mentioned, Mike, didn't hear about the Supreme Court decision in the springtime. Well, another thing they're not supposed to pass any, you know what fact, law, and that means going back. This is what I just wanted to put the news out, Mark. We're going to have to see what the Creteans are going to do. Well, let you guys go, Mark. No, I was going to say, thank you, Tom. And again, Keith, keep us up to speed on this one, too, if you guys. Everybody pitches in a little bit from different directions. It makes a big difference and helps us out quite a bit. I want to go and see if there's one like this in the Senate, too, because usually there is. Well, another thing I would recommend, and I'll remind everybody, there are usually anywhere from one to three additional parallel bills. So be ready for that, too. I'll let you all know. Thank you, Tom. God bless you, Don. And, Don, as a matter of fact, we have another caller. We have Spike in Indiana. Spike, jump in there, please. How you doing, Spike? I'm good. How are you guys doing today? Oh, still breathing. A gift from God. Yes, I still, I'm hoping that same gift keeps coming to me too. I just, I heard from there in Michigan talking about the bill and I figured out all and let you guys know I have that posted. at theintelligencereport.tk if you'd like to read the entire bill for yourself. Very good. You can go there and I have the new Hautari live fire training video posted there on the site as well. Lots of good stuff from Dave. Yeah, like he said last week, they did, somehow they got in there and they took off the temples of Baal. I put the updated version up for him and I hope they like it. Excellent. Because I do. Well now, again real quick there, give everybody information. If they want to check out the website, where do they go? Give it out two more times. Go ahead. The intelligence report dot TK. The intelligence report dot TK. It has a lot of the archives on there from here and it also has a Cordite Country Archives now too. It has its own separate page and everything. Cordy's been sending me articles. I've been posting them up on her page there for her. If you can all check out that information, she does a lot of good stuff with herbal cures and stuff like that. It's all kinds of different stuff. Excellent. And again, remind everybody too that whatever, if they want to, they can copy off-site. You have a decent archive system set up by what I understand. And anybody who's looking for particular information, if we don't have it right there, you can also ask questions and we pitch in, right? Yes sir, you can email me, ask me whatever you like. If I can't answer the question, then I'll forward it over to liberty at provide.net and see if you guys can answer it. Oh great, more work for us! I had to forward a couple emails to you. Some people wanted to get in contact with you. I think they thought it was your website, which it is basically yours. I just run it. Appreciate it. So I've moved it on and I've forwarded that stuff over to you and it might have been a little bit too late because they were wanting to come to the party on the beach that weekend. Okay, where are we going to go? I basically, go ahead. No, that's okay, go right ahead. I just, I basically told them, you know, this is, I'm the administrator for the website. This is Mark's email address. I did forward it to him. He might be busy. He might not be able to get back to you right away. I still have the directions that you gave me to get up there so I can post those for people that need directions on how to get there. and I'll have to dig that out for him. I won't post that on the website. If you email me, I'll send you the information. Right. It's not like the feds don't know where we are. I'm pretty sure they know where we're at. They sent the National Guard or the Air Force A-10s here enough to know where I am. We don't shoot at those for a reason because you see we can't let the bad guys know how many of those pilots are ours and we don't want them to let the bad guys know when they're flying how many of those pilots are ours. You mentioned that I had a Cajun last week. I think it was Wednesday last week, right after I put that back up on the website, I think. Something, I wasn't outside to see it, but very low over a place where I work. I see him flying by all the time, but not that low. I mean, it was so low, it was shaking the building. And I told people, hey, guess what? They're flying over trying to let me know. They're watching. And they go, oh, you're crazy, man, huh? You're paranoid. Yeah, you've been saying that and everything that I have told you was going to happen, and you're still thinking I'm crazy. I told you they stole all that money from the stock market and they weren't going to do what they said they were going to do with it. Now they come right out and admit it and you still tell me I'm not. I love that part too, it's like they've let everybody and said, we're not gonna tell you what we did with it, and we don't have to. And we stole it, what are you gonna do? Ha ha ha. And everybody's going. No, I think slapping them, not to death. Okay, here's the thing. I think if you slap them enough, eventually you see they come to their senses. Notice I didn't say beat them, I said slap them. I think we just need a good set of gloves and you just keep slapping them. Because you know what? It's the only thing that's going to work and eventually like my old drill sergeant said, although he had either a two by four or a baseball bat in his hand about every minute, okay. And he said, this is my undizzing stick. And he goes, at a given point, all of you are going to be dizzy at one time or another, and I'm going to make sure that I have my undizzing stick on hand, just in case. And nobody ever wanted to test that undizzing stick. But on the other hand, in this case, we've got a bunch of dizzy politicians, and they really need to be slapped back to their senses. I think that would be... I think it would be very appropriate if we just got everybody to line up guys. I mean, how long could they survive a million sla- um, could they survive a million slaps? If we lined up every American who's disgusted and put these guys into a rack and said you get to hit them just once? Oh, now you're talking about 90% of America. Oh, yeah, there you go. One night on a tenet with a lineup. But I think, you know, we'd actually have to have them rest for a bit because we want them to survive. We want 90% of America to be able to walk up and slap them in the face. That's really what this money go clean up all the chickless. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, you know, that's a no no no No, no, I think like I said you got to draw these things out They'd like to do the reverse with us and we're just gonna make sure that they're undizzy when they're done and then we're finished with them We're gonna put them on the little barge out to little island and they can all play parasite and backstab each other until they die of old age a lot of them That's a good idea. That's leading me with a question as an engineer. Wouldn't it be kind of fun to design a new lamp post? Everybody wonders, what's that hook for? Here's the thing. You know you haven't educated everybody properly when after a few years there are people who have to ask, what's that second hook for on the lamp post? Or that little platform that when you pull the lever falls out. Well, that's a Washington DC lamp poster, huh? Yeah, yeah, so we call a politician post. We had to install them back in, oh, I think it was 2014 towards the end of the war. And by the time we were done, we got a lot of use out of them, but we just want to remind everybody, so it's part of the standard procedure. It's a Washington DC lamp post. It's mandatory now. We use that to show them the light. That's right, only once. Now, since it is weapons with me, I did have a weapons question for you. I was looking at a rifle, it's called a 117HMR. What might that be? Because it didn't give the caliber in the description. A 117HMR? Boy, that's a good question. What is it? Okay, describe it. Physically describe the rifle. It looks like a 22 and I thought maybe it was a 17 caliber. Oh it probably is okay then yeah it's probably just add that to model designation for what is one of these new 17 caliber tapered shoulder rimfire cartridges I would assume. It looks really nice. They just wanted too much money for it for a 17 caliber. I mean, I'd rather have a 22. It's got a little bit more punch to it. Oh, I think yeah. The caliber is fast though. It is. You know, guys, what they did, I don't know if everybody remembers this, but you know, we used to have that before years ago in the sixties. The Germans pushed that cartridge really big, a variation on it. And so did Remington and Winchester. They both made rifles. A lot of guys who are rimfire collectors know this. And it fell out of vogue by the 80s as far as trying to find a lot of the ammunition. You can find pockets of ammunition here and there. Now the biggest problem with it in its present configuration is think about this. There's a lot more 22 even though everybody grabbed it all. Man, it's gone in certain places. 22 got sucked up like a vacuum cleaner. Okay. Ambleman.com has none. Okay, Center Fire System has none. That 17HMR seems to be really popular with squirrel hunters. Right, it's a great cartridge, but if you're going to apply it, keep in mind you better be buying the ammunition like there's no tomorrow. And I'm serious, because there will be less of it around than there will be the 22. In either case, they're rimfire or ammunition, so you're going to have to buy a good portion of the inventory yourself to make it secure. But the 17 caliber is newer, so it's kind of like the same problem that the, oh, let's say the Italians had with their 7.35 Carcano. Everybody forgets it. Before World War II, a lot of countries tried to shift towards newer cartridges. The 7.35 Carcano was an exotic caliber. trying to take advantage of the same base cartridge and opening it up a bit so that it had a little more knockdown power, more energy at greater range. Now they didn't throw the cartridges away because obviously in the middle of a war you aren't going to throw ammunition out the door however the 6.5 caliber 6.5 Carcano stayed dominant and the 7.35 was kind of retired to second line use or to other forces Within the Italians inventory because it was so new and it was there was so little of it and it was easier and cheaper to stick with the vast inventory of existing you know at weapons and cartridges that were available and and that forced them to proceed with the earlier cartridge rather than make the later. That's going to be true to a degree with a 17 caliber. You'll see it fall off if both Remington, Winchester, and Federal are pressed to try and make up for inventory loss, and we know that they will be. They will prioritize on specific calibers and negate certain other calibers. So if you're going to do the 17, it is a beautiful cartridge, it's very flat shooting, it's in the same vein as the earlier 6mm that were made or the Let's see what were the others in rimfire that were exotic 4.5. I think it was 4.5 millimeters what I'm it's jumping off or 4.7 and That basically was the counterpart the the 40 year old counterpart to the 17 that you see today So if you look in the old NRA books or if you're looking at any old rifle collecting books Especially where rimfire ammunition weapons are concerned you'll see that this is a reinvention of the wheel And in fact, somebody's bringing up 5mm rimfire. In fact, that's probably the case because the Germans had one variation, we had another, and we pretty well became dominant in that specie of rimfire for a number of years. I've also seen air rifles, and some of them they're... They're not your average ordinary air rifle that you would go you know down to the Hardware store and buy they're like really high power high velocity air rifle. Oh, yeah Oh, I have no problem in fact with those the big thing is you can buy moles for the projectiles and I if you're gonna buy the air rifle buy the molds you can run those rifles forever That is an excellent. That's an excellent choice and they're perfect game getters and for training purposes ideal for rifle marksmanship experience We got to go guys. We're at the top of this hour Spike, thank you for coming up. Oh, you can just... Okay, there we go. I'll tell you what. Let's do this together, all three of us. God bless the Republic.
