Mark Koernke and co-host Michael Desser discussed income tax law and constitutional rights with guest Mr. R, who promoted Peter Hendrickson's book 'Cracking the Code' as the definitive resource on understanding the Sixteenth Amendment and income tax statutes. The conversation covered the distinction between common-law income (fruits of labor, which cannot be taxed) and privileged income (government employment, which can be taxed), the history of tax withholding beginning in 1937 with Social Security, and the importance of proper legal notice and contract principles. The hosts also addressed federal overreach, the voluntary nature of Social Security and military drafts, property rights, and border security issues in Arizona, while criticizing both major political parties for expanding the police state regardless of which held power.

His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking low to me he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations this legacy we gave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free, the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money is spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors. So their children are people. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist from whence he came. His words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God given right we only watch in tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms He'd fought to keep what would be your answer if he called out from the grave is this? I want to say hi to all of our friends also in the internet across the whole of the planet. We got friends out there in Bangladesh, people over in England and virtually across the planet. Also we're at capacity with regard to what we're doing on live 365 so if you're having a problem on occasion with a fee you might want to consider going to libertytreeradio.4mg.com, go to our website, then hook up to our chat room, stop in and say hi, and they can connect you with a mirror station where you can hook up that way. Real quick, I'm going to hit on this again, Dad, because we did this the start of the first time I was told I was overmodulating. I might be a little bit still, but it should be better. We've been having a problem with people using the VIP membership saying they can't get in. We did track down the problem with a few people, what it was. Their bandwidth on their end is lower. It's true that when you become a VIP membership, you're getting dedicated bandwidth just for you, but it's not going to improve your dial-up connection if that's what you're using. Right. In other words, if you're using dial-up, there are other solutions we're working on. And again, the mirror sites, go to libertytreeradio.4mg.com or go to the PBN site and go into the chat room from there. Either one has a chat room button. Go there, hook up, say hi to the guys, and they will tell you how to link up via our other alternate stations so that you can get a really clean signal and be listening in without any problem. Now we are going to be working on something else here, and that has to do with shortwave time, which we do need to expand upon as quickly as possible, as in we need another shortwave frequency, guys. So we're going to be working on that real quick. We may have to even just do a rebroadcast from another hour. Oh well, at least it'll get the information out so people know what needs to be done. Pass on the information, especially how to find the sheets. But I'll tell you what we've got. We've got a visitor in the office here. We've got a special guest. We've got Mr. R. here to talk about actually a subject that a lot of you have heard about before in the Patriots in the Patriot Broadcasting circles, but in this case we're going to touch in a little different direction and Cover some data that well, it seems to me. There's some Misconception or there's some confusion on so go ahead Yes, Mark. You know mark. I just can't I can't actually came over to talk to you about this and you dropped me right in it here You know what I came to talk to you about today, Mark? As you know, I drove over here and I brought a book with me. It's Peter Hendrickson's Cracking the Code. Now, unfortunately, Mark, the book is not getting the attention out in the Patriot world, if you want to call it that, that it should be getting. And it's due to a lot of misconceptions out there, and one of those misconceptions is the Sixteenth Amendment. Now, the Sixteenth Amendment should I say, conferred no new taxing power. Many have used the 16th Amendment to say that's the basis for the income tax. I want to say something right now, Mark. Back in the 80s, I was waiting patiently for a book that was coming out that was about the 16th Amendment. I got the book and I was looking at it. Then about a year later, I was exposed to the Bruce Haber case, which explains what the 16th Amendment was about. The 16th Amendment conferred no new taxing power. Unfortunately, a lot of people are going down rabbit trails when it comes to the 16th Amendment. That is very unfortunate. Mark, let me start out with a quote here from page 20 of Peter Hendrickson's book. I believe that this quote is from the Pollock case. We are of the opinion that the confusion is not inherent, but rather arises from the conclusion that the 16th Amendment provides for a hitherto unknown power of taxation, that is, a power to levy an income tax which which, although direct, should not be subject to the regulation of apportionment applicable to all other direct taxes. And the far-reaching effect of this erroneous assumption will be made clear by generalizing the many contentions advanced in argument to support it. Now that's not the best that's not the best way you know mark III was not prepared for this and like I said you drop me right into this so I'm gonna try to do the best I can here okay, that's what live radio is all about yeah you bet Let's let's take here's a better quote here you can see I had been exposed to the Bruce Haber quotes, and I can't remember them right now, and I can't find them right now, but Mr. Hendrickson has much better quotes from other court cases involving the 16th Amendment, and what I'm going to do, the best thing I can do right now is read some of these quotes, okay? Peck v. Lowe, 247 U.S. 165, 1918, alright? The court observed, again, that the 16th Amendment in no way expanded that jurisdictional reach, saying, The 16th amendment, although referred to in argument, has no real bearing and may be put out of view. As pointed out in recent decisions, it does not extend the taxing power to new or accepted subjects, but merely removes all occasion which otherwise might exist for an apportionment among the states of taxes laid on income, whether it be derived from one source or another. Let me stop here and say this, Mark. There has been a massive confusion on income, and it's interesting. Let me say this on my own here. I was in fifth grade and I went to Ashcroft Elementary School in Redford Township. And I had a fifth grade teacher there that I never forgot. And I like to say her name on the air if that's okay. Oh, go right ahead. That was Mrs. Neehoff. Oh no, that Mrs. Neehoff! She's gonna all she's gonna be angry now. Well mark ahead. Let me digress here a little bit on this particular subject Ashcroft Elementary School in Redford Township in the 60s was like leave it to Beaver, okay, and Mrs. Nehoff I will put it this way she looked better than Lee Remick Okay, and she was a real nice teacher and I remember her talking with she was talking about history one time and she went on to say that how we have the right to the fruits of our labor here, okay, and I think it went right over the rest of the class, but I never forgot it. And then when I moved out to Brighton in the 70s, I went to work at a restaurant washing dishes, okay, from one of my first jobs. And I can remember going home and telling my dad that I got a job, you know, washing dishes, you know, a big 170 an hour, you know. And he says, well, you're going to have to pay income taxes. And I said, income taxes? What are you talking about? Okay. Because I knew that I had a right to the fruits of my labor, okay. And then as the years go by and I started to become enlightened, I was searching for information all the time of course like everybody else was. And there's been this confusion on income, Mark, and there are two basic forms of income. There's the common law meaning of income that everybody recognizes. The right to go out and work and make food and produce for yourself and live. And you cannot be taxed on that. A lot of people are telling people to leave the country right now, alright? But you know something that they don't realize? Is nowhere else on this planet do you have the right to exist for yourself and not have to pay the state, alright? Right. Even Canada across the border. Even someone listening in Canada right now, okay? They don't have that right, Mark, okay? We do here, but we're not exercising it. Now the other form of income, okay, is income for privileged employment, okay. You know, I can remember hearing about, I can remember hearing Richard McDonald years ago and they were talking about the Franchise Tax Board in California and it just goes to show you how ignorant we are, how brainwashed the public has been, okay, on this matter, okay. And now Mr. Hendrickson, I first got this book about three years ago and I will never forget, Mark, I heard about it, on another network and come to find out Mr. Hendrickson lived in Commerce Township and I got my map out right away and I drove over to his house and I got a copy of the book, Mark. He was standing in the driveway when I pulled up and I said, are you Peter Hendrickson? I said, he says, yes. He said, well, I just heard about your book and I'd like to buy a copy. And that was on a Saturday, I believe, Mark. It was about three years ago. And Mark, I gotta tell you something, I will never forget the weekend that I was at home and I read this book, okay? Well, I'll tell you what we're gonna do right now. We're gonna take a break and don't hold that thought and we're gonna make sure we come right back. It's the first break. We got Mike and Mark and our special guest, Mr. R. We'll be back in about three minutes here on Liberty Tree Radio. So how am I doing, okay? Collectors, outdoor enthusiasts, survivalists. Nami comes down, slight rupture in fuel pipe 9, and somehow the pilot's headsets got jammed on the country in Western Channel! I don't know... I think we're back, but, you know, it sounds like... it sounds like pursuit music for a B-movie. We're being chased. Mike, are you still there? Uh-oh. Hopefully Mike is... Oh, right, he's still alive! He wasn't... I was assuming we were actually being run down the road or something. I expect banjo music next to that. I remember you get banjo pursuit music. It's like, uh, Smokey and Bandit. Anyway, not the dogs of Arkin. I muted it for a minute. The howl, the howl of the basketball. The one cool thing is we have, of course, the Beagles from Arizona that every once in a while, oh, and other dogs that are heard around the world. So we're not embarrassed by that. Every once in a while we need to put them actually up to the microphone. That would be a good thing. Well, I'll tell you what, Mr. R is going to continue here. Mike, you hang on around this and take it away. You just pulled into the driveway. He was standing right there in the yard. He pulled out his revolver and he said, oh, hell no. Who are you? Nah, he was real nice about it, Mark. I pulled up, got out of my car, and I said, are you Peter Hendrickson? He says, yes. I said, I just heard about your book. I'd like to get a copy. And then he pulled out the revolver. Nah, nah. Not at all, Mark. Not at all. And he says, come on in the house. We'll talk about it. And of course I didn't want to take too much of his time because his wife was making hot dogs. It was a Saturday. I do remember she asked him how many hot dogs does he want. So I found out that he eats hot dogs on Saturday too, Mark. Oh, right. Just like everybody. Yeah. Okay. And you know, we sat down and talked. He was very nice. And I bought the book there. And you know, one thing I did ask him, and something that he did was he decided to trace all the statutes. Okay. And you know, that we have a sit we have a situation of obfuscation going on where the statute is one thing and the code is another or a regulation or a regulatory agency will take off on its own on the engine which is something we've argued for years has been the case with several different elements as we see that it's it's everywhere more right from the everywhere Okay, this obfuscation is everywhere, okay, in other subjects also. Firearms is big on that, and I haven't had a chance to trace those statutes, but, you know, Hendrickson also reminded me of that, okay, that you've got to trace the statutes and the meaning of a firearm. I'll give you an example. I remember when Bill Clinton supposedly made it illegal to do gunsmithing without a federal firearms license, okay, well that's not true. Okay, you can do gunsmithing without a federal firearms license. Okay, but now I've just said something that I can't back up by telling you I've read the statute. Okay, but that is what I've been told and it makes a lot of sense. Okay, but let me get back to the subject here of income tax and cracking the code. You know, the epiphany that I had over that weekend, Mark, when I read the book reminds me of back in the early 80s when I had the George, when Justice Pro se was dealing with the George Gordon School of Common Law. and i was listening to the audio tapes of the george gordon school of common law and i was getting i was getting to the one tape where george gordon is describing how uh... charles ingles did not need a driver's license to drive his wagon down the road okay now i will never forget the time when i was listening to that tape well this i had the same kind of epiphany you might say on that weekend when i read the book okay because i had i had bits and pieces of income tax but i had nothing nowhere near what is contained in the book alright I never had the clear distinction of income as it relates to a franchised out of the realm of common right employment. I only understood the part about corporations, okay, and that, you know, of course you don't have a right to a corporate charter, and that's a franchise, and they can tax you on that, okay? Now, Mark, at this point I want to say that I'm going to deviate from the book here and I'm going to speak on my own, okay? And what I'm saying now is not contained in the book, okay? You know, this whole thing about income and income tax People have to remember that this republic that we live in cannot be altered. That's what makes the Constitution stable. That's what makes the Constitution Republic stable. You can't just go in and alter things unless you have a convention. And people have forgotten that. And this thing about income is the biggest part of it, Mark. Like I said, you obviously have the right to live and live for yourself. Unless you're involved in some franchise. Now, let's qualify that in other words, something where the system actually is directly involved and they've issued the equivalent to a letter or a document, an instrument that you've authorized. You actually have to make that instrument. Well, let's get to that in a second. Let me finish on the income part. you know if first start out with the robber barons okay they were they had been they were involved in all the railroads the government is subsidized with land so that you know the government demanded a piece of its action okay that's kinda works income tax right right and then they they were able to uh... uh... branch out into Government employees, okay, federal government employees. Also, also, residents of the District of Columbia are liable for an income tax. Also known as the District of Criminals. Yeah, because, you know, some of this jurisdiction is territorial, okay, you read that in the book here, you know. Now, I did a quick search on the internet just the other day because I wanted to find out the history of withholding. How did withholding start? Well, most people think it started with World War II, but actually it didn't. 1937, if you go on the history of Social Security, withholding started in 1937 with just Social Security in the private sector. Okay, and I'm assuming that they were able to bamboozle a lot of the large corporations into withholding. Now, I don't even know if it was voluntary at the time. I didn't have a time enough to do enough searching here. But that's actually when it started was the withholding started with Social Security. Okay, in 1937. All right. And then of course, World War Two comes along and Franklin Roosevelt pulls in a fake emergency in a sense and says, you know, I'm you know, we're gonna you're all gonna be you know, withholding for income tax is also okay and even that I I'm not positive even that was not actually lawful okay because Henriksen has Abraham Lincoln's income tax statute in here the very first one right and those same principles in Abraham Lincoln's income tax statute are apply today they are the basis of the income tax today okay and uh... uh... uh... how to say this uh... when you mark like to say you drop me into this and i'm trying to keep my train of thought here in trying to you know well each of these progressive attack what first of all the birth of the there's been a an extensive argument about linkin's activities as to how illegitimate most of the actions were a lot of them were at the congress at flat out was a in opposition to his his general action and so he virtually squint claim through executive power that he would neutralize or do away with the congress yeah and then charged and and to keep the pickle smoking mirrors He charged individuals in Congress and put them before special courts, etc. And then that was his way of... But the income tax that he levied was lawful, Mark. The income tax at the time was lawful because it was on government employees. The people within the system. Well, yes. We want to talk about a privileged work... Now, how do I want to say this? out of the common right. Common right means all the things that are of common right. Whether you're a blacksmith, a mechanic, or anything like that. We call that of common right. Going back to the fruits of your labor issue. Right, right, right. Now if you work for government, that's not common right. That's a privilege. And they can tax you. They can levy a tax on that. They're actually not levying a tax. I'm not doing justice to the book here because like I say Mark, I was not prepared. So I don't want people to take, I get the book for yourself, but what I'm trying to say here is they don't even levy the tax. They levy the tax I should find that quote here. The tax is not on the amount of money you're earning. I'm going to have to drop that part right now, Mark, and just go on to something else. You dropped me into this, and I'm trying to do you justice here. I want to read another quote here from another case if I can on the 16th Amendment. The Treasury cannot by interpretive regulations make income of that which is not income within the meaning of the Revenue Acts of Congress. Nor can Congress without apportionment tax as income that which is not income within the meaning of the 16th Amendment. Okay. Now another one here and that was a Helving versus Edison Brothers stores. Okay. 133 F 2D 575, 1943. Another good quote here is, prohibited the complete and plenary power of income taxation possessed by congress from the beginning from being taken out of the category of indirect taxation to which it inherently belonged and that's a southern pacific versus low 238 f847 that particular case actually was significant and used in a number of other uh... cases afterwards that were quite close to it as a reference because again with the railroad companies in many cases were because of actions that went into the courts especially in the federal courts most of them were railroad cases that were benchmarked for virtually every aspect of both taxation and property rights issues across the board. I'll tell you what, stay right there we're going to go to break. This is the Intel Report. We will be back in about three minutes. You got Mike and Mark and we got Mr. R here as a guest here on Liberty. I want to add anything that I can add to what he said about the fact that you guys are just on the American side. Geez, I don't know how... You know, it's so terrible that you don't know how to... There is no way to be a leader in Americana except you guys. You got to control it. We haven't we haven't any chance you Naturally things happen like at the Columbia University and at the other mother colleges No, it really it's When I went to school, I went to school at the University of Southern California Let me explain something to you when I went there. I went there When there's a fella in control of the college, I mean, I mean, he was the boss man there. If anybody had walked into his office and torn down the picture and did excrement in his, uh, uh, uh, uh, no, in his, uh, waste paper basket, or had written lewd words on his uh... the pictures of his family we as members of the college would have kicked the goddamn hell out of this organization I can't understand how it can happen in the United States of America that this can happen and there aren't enough Guys of your age to go up I don't get it said you go to the school or not you can't stand to have this happen Oh Christ, I'm not I'm not I'm not trying to talk for for clapping I'm trying to talk for you guys you better start thinking it's it's getting to be regard them dickulous if you guys don't start thinking is men We're gonna have a lousy country Jesus I I have had the chance to be with guys who are with things and against things. And you know, Christ just try as a... as I try as a human being to listen to both sides of everything. But there's no both sides anymore. They're just trying to wreck our goddamn country. It's time for you younger guys to take over. I don't know what the hell to do. and ladies and gentlemen we are back if you don't recognize that yes we should have been some beeps maybe in there but that's actually a recording of john wayne addressing uh... college-age students uh... most several years core courses been long gone now too and it's interesting that the very common that he made is a situation well that is exacerbated itself and what we're seeing now we're looking at flat-out Soviets. The characters that he was talking about that were in the colleges, meeting us now at everybody. I know the unwarm fuzzy version of what happened back then. And by the way, I don't use drugs, didn't use drugs, and so I got a really good memory. I remember quite clearly back then exactly what was going on. The other side would prefer that we not remember. You know, in other words, that way they can put a smiley face on it? Well, here's the problem. Those characters are now on the edge. In fact, it's 79 shopping days till the rest of the tyranny is plugged in with the Soviets on the supposed left side, coordinating with the Soviets, the slash Neocons, on the supposed right side. In reality, they're all one and the same, and there's not one of them. Now, one of them that you have heard that is talking about tearing down, if supposedly they're opposites, we just had a big police state plugged in. Well, no we didn't. In reality, back when the Clintonistas were in and before that, where Gay Bush won, slash George Bush the first, when they were in, each one progressively did something, right up until the point where they left. And then the big debate was, oh, if you don't vote Bill Clinton in, then all those things that George Bush wants are going to get passed. And as soon as Bill Clinton came in, everything that George Bush wanted was passed. Now, when the Clintonistas left, everybody said, oh, we're going to get Hwergi too in there. George, George too. The emperor continues. Guess what? And it's going to be totally different. Was it? Everything that was proposed in 1995 by the Clintonistas was plugged in by the Busheights in the Adventure Park 2. It continues. Now! How many people want to do any betting about, well, the new change is coming in? Change would mean to me that we're going to drop the police state, get rid of homeland security. There aren't going to be any free speech cages anymore because all of America is supposed to be a free speech zone, right? That's correct, Mark. I seem to recall that. Maybe I misinterpreted that paper we had called the Bill of Rights. I could be off, though. Now, with that being the case, None of the above is happening. In fact, we just had Pelosi strip bare butt naked along with Hwerigay Bush, jump in bed together and steal $700 billion in base capital that of course is all frivolous numbers. We understand that. But the point is that those numbers are going to become $5 trillion in debt. And today the character responsible in the middle of his conversations on television, people saw this all over the country and all over the world, he couldn't say one sentence without grabbing the drink, the water and gulping water down because he was perspiring, he was antsy, and he was nervous as hell because people are looking at these characters now with the glasses on. and now they see the alien parasite for what they are. But here's the thing, they're talking about coming back for another 700 billion digits. Now, where do they, at a given point, and this is where my problem, the whole problem of this is, guys at a given point, Mike, you're hearing this out west, I'm sure just as often as not, but people are going to ask the basic question, where the hell is this money going to come from? Mike, out there, you got a whole bucket of money in your back pocket there I missed? Yeah, oh thank goodness. We'll throw some this way then now That's the whole point guys ain't nobody out there the whole country we've driven in lines across countrymen speaking all over the US here recently and My problem is this I have gone through dozens and dozens of towns that are ghost towns absolute ghost towns and these are not like small businesses like one or two maybe a couple hundred people in them. There are towns we went through in Texas that the side streets are shut down, main street is shut down, the business side of town was shut down which is what we were driving through where even the Walmart was supposed to be and it was rolled up you know tighter than a popcorn fart. Everything shut off everything already not just shut off but the stores were empty. That takes a little more time. You know usually the store shuts down and the inventory kind of disappears No, we're talking every place. We've gone. We're seeing this people So this is the next step this is where again There's there's a lot of a lot of what we got to ask is this because we're going into a war And one of the reasons I want to bring this up, and we're going to let people know about how you hold this book, once we get done with this, we've got to make some major decisions, and they have to be intelligent once. And most of it is, we have to teach people how our system is supposed to work as opposed to the nonsense about how people think it was supposed to work. The big area here is this interpretation nonsense where they start twisting things farther and farther and farther from the center to the point where it's like following a ball of spaghetti, which is really where it wasn't meant to be that way. Our system is supposed to be very straightforward with a series of checks and balances that is is understood by every man and woman that wants to crack the book open look at it can they do that right now no market you know you know i haven't done the book justice but you know there are certain legal principles that he describes in the book that he reminds people of like proper notice okay uh... you know in the past uh... uh... people would ask what is the nature of the charge and and you can get that or a your at this point mark and i mean i want to mention something else that i've heard about her and that is that is a law course called juris dictionary Okay, and it's available at Jurisdictionary.com. And it's been, it was created by Edward Graves. And I recommend that people get that. And I'm serious, it's about $200. But it is well worth it. It will teach you how to go into court and enter evidence and go in there and basically, you know, do what you need to do. Okay, I've heard Edward Graves interviewed, especially I've heard him interviewed concerning the abortion matter. And he has some arguments in there that nobody has ever thought of before. Okay, the man is a good man. In fact, he referred to himself, others in the legal community as a rogue attorney. Well, he wants to help people and that's what this Juris Dictionary is all about. It's a law course on DVDs and CDs. But also, cracking the code is available from Mr. Hendrickson's website called Lost Horizons, plural, lost horizons.com. Alright, and you actually do need the website to go along with the book Alright, and you can go to the website right now and you can see the refund checks there mark I think the number last time I checked it was over 3 million recovered alright and like I say Mr. Hendrickson is the first person alright to recover all of his deductions alright Let me and let me add something else here mark the only thing that Mr. Hendrickson has shall we say invented in the book is the is the affidavit with which you rebut the presumption of the W-2 that you sign under penalty perjury that you say you are a taxpayer. There is an affidavit you can download from the website that you use, which is the first part of the process. You download this affidavit, you have it notarized, and there's a place for witnessing the signature, and that affidavit gets stapled to your W-4 form that you fill out for your employer. And while I'm at this, Mark, The big thing here is are the custom definitions. Employer, employee, Have special meanings in the IRS code. They do not mean the common law meaning that you would think they mean okay, right? That's how this thing has been functioning and like I say the only thing that mr. Henriksen has invented is that affidavit and it's very good affidavit Okay, that's what you start with okay on the withholding situation Okay, and you know my frustration here mark with the rest of the you know For lack of a better term Patriot community is that they have not picked up on this information in the book. Okay, you know, I you know I by revealing this mark i'm gonna reveal how how little work i actually have done but you know i remember calling the golden means society in nineteen eighty one on my lunch hour because i heard about them on mark scott show okay negative it was peggy christiansen i believe i i can never cause it look i've had enough send me your information okay They were well-meaning people, but they didn't have the whole story. And somewhere along the way, Mark, we now have some patriot organizations that deal with income tax that are more like the American Cancer Society. They don't want to find the problem. They just want to continue the way they are. And I'm not going to mention names or anything like that, but a lot of people can figure that out by looking at the fruits of their labor. By their fruits, you can recognize if they're good or bad. the only thing you should be using right now is cracking the code it is it is uh... really is the the the the end of the line on this matter okay as far as as far as the information of income tax okay and can you imagine how scared the politicians would be right now if they knew that people figure this out okay because you know even your arst you know I right now mark I'm all I'm so frustrated with the federal government forget about the federal government and concentrate in your states you know I'm saying I think I just banged on the desk here and I wasn't supposed to oh yeah sounds like Beecher from Star Trek again But you know, even your state representatives can start, you know, the withholding situation of all the businesses out there, you know. We get into the other thing of federal jurisdiction. You know, the Eisenhower Report on federal jurisdiction, everybody can pull that up on the internet, okay. They are bluffing all of the businesses out in the 50 Union states, bluffing them into this fact that they have to make you sign a W-4. But that's part of this whole again, the idea is intimidation through perceived coercive force. Yes, you remember here about 10 years ago when there were a couple organizations that were dealing with withholding? Okay, Thurston Bell comes to mind here. And then of course, Richard Kinzanin. Okay, now you know, Richard Kinzanin, with this material here, if Richard Kinzanin had had cracking the code, and if he explained to them that he did not have income, income, he would not have been prosecuted. The key to this mark is income. You don't have income as per the income tax statutes. And that is the key to this whole thing is income, the two definitions of income. even what even one state representative could could could uh... force the attorney general or or if somebody out there like myself if we get the study jurors dictionary we can file a lawsuit against the attorney general to force him to inform employers all over the state that they do not have to withhold they're not required to withhold their not withholding agents well that gets into a case remember that we've we've said many times before that i think there was a great deal of success success with them that was with taco bell Yes, because Taco Bell, for instance, could not have... On a Social Security number. Right, exactly. Yes, I have one of those. The minute I heard about that, I went down to Taco Bell and I got one of those applications, Mark. I still have it in a file at home where it says it's voluntary. But, you know, now that you mentioned Social Security, let's bring something else up here. You cannot be... You know, your basic property rights, you cannot be forced to contract. And I always knew that from basics from George Gordon. So I always had these conflicts with Social Security because I worked with a guy who was a fireman. And, you know, they weren't taking Social Security out of his pay. at the Highland Park Fire Department. And this was in the 80s, you know? And I didn't have the whole story yet, but it was always that conflict. And then there was that conflict with, you know, if you incorporate, you're able to claim all of your expenses, okay? And that was one of those big conflicts right now, it was right in front of you, you know? You don't have any expenses on this withholding situation when you're a quote unquote employee, okay? It's just a sad situation and we need to start pressuring our representatives because they're going to be very embarrassed to find out that they are really incompetent. They don't even understand the fundamental law of the land. Social Security is completely voluntary, Mark. It's totally voluntary. Well, again, that's one of the things. There's a question here. I know we're going to go to break in a second. And Mike's still here with us. Question for the radio guest. Wasn't there a 1938 Supreme Court ruling that established uniform commercial code as the law of the land? No. That's the whole point. I just want to bring it up. That's the question. It's Erie Railroad. Now, that Erie Railroad case, by the way, was to try and stretch the district of criminals out across the whole of the country. That was the agenda. And that's something they attempted to do, but it was perception. The problem is this. As with most of the situations, the idea is to create a change in how people look at the issue by creating the district courts and other district elements, keyword district. They pull that saran wrap out and try to develop it, but it still comes down to individuals working with the Washington DC core, the 10-mile square, just simply as employees that are extensions of that. Mark, let me say something. I'm not a newcomer to this subject. I'm not doing myself even justice here that being you know dry drafted I drafted you in here in a moment Let me say this mark. Let me say this There's a lot of these arguments out of the past like the uniform commercial code You know, I'm not really qualified to speak on that but stay away from it. Okay, that's my opinion. Okay, hold on right there Okay, we're gonna do we're gonna go to break and that's the UCC issue There's some stuff that we've we will get into in another time We're gonna give out the numbers one more time. We got to cover a few more things So we're gonna let you go after me bring you back. This is the Intel report back in three on LTR Mike and Mark Phew! Call 360-906-8369 or go to GunPartsGuy.com Remember, if you don't, you won't stop me. and ladies and gentlemen we are back this is the intel report last block for this two-hour block uh... last segment here are real quick uh... closing statements you're gonna make sure we give out the contact numbers again yes yes lost horizons dot com okay plural lost horizons dot com and uh... that's uh... cracking the code by peter hendrickson and i want to say something here mark uh... i cannot recommend any other material to use on income tax but cracking the code forget everything else that's out there and use cracking the code. Otherwise, you're going to find yourself in trouble. And that's all I have to say on that matter there, Mark, is just go with cracking the code and read the book. Let me make something else here. About two years ago, I was at a meeting hosted by the author. and he stated at that meeting, this was downriver, that if you didn't think you could do this, that is to say to fill out the forms and even recover three years of back taxes, that there were attorneys getting involved in this. Okay? Okay, now, attorneys don't get involved in something that's not statutorily correct, okay? That means this book is accurate, okay? And the next step here is to get some of those attorneys on the air here and say, yes, this is accurate, okay? But nonetheless, that was the statement the author made, that attorneys were getting involved. That tells you that this material is rock solid, Mark. Well, what it is is that, again, we actually had this happening with guys behind the wire who were using the information three and four years ago, so about three years ago. They already had contact with individuals outside who were plugging the court cases in. There have been a lot of requests for further information. Plus you got to remember, behind the wire it's like a monastery. Everybody has lots of time to study. So going through the statutes and going through some of the books that people never crack in the law library are what we were using too. So you don't get into that. I really have to emphasize this. This material is not getting the attention out there in the Patriot world on shortwave radio everywhere, okay? And it needs to get more attention because there is no better issue than to show, to be able to throw all politicians out of office right now and to show them all for being incompetent while they stand by, our state politicians stand by and watch the federal government come in here and rob us, Mark. Rape Robin Pillage, okay? Well let's tie this in real quick here. I'm going to let you go for now. Sure. But one of the things that we've got to remember about this too is, and I really do believe this is why the intentional pickle smoking mare's nonsense is being thrown on Mr. Hendrickson is still involved in a court case. He was in federal court, Mark, about two years ago, I think it was. And the federal judge ordered him to refile his 1040 form to indicate that he was a taxpayer. Now this is basically the judge ordering you to stand on your head when I tell you to. and now he's going to the supreme court because he went to a a a a a a appellate review on this matter and and the appellate review agreed with the first federal judge alright so now he's on his way to the supreme court and you know this is getting absolutely no attention at all alright it for for for those federal judges to do that mark they're nervous okay they're extremely nervous that they would pull an action like that which is which could get them removed from the bench i guess my question would also be have they published to date in every tier that he's been into at the federal level have they published or have they made the court cases unpublished? I don't know Mark, I don't know. Unpublished would tell me. Sure, sure, sure. If they stay, what we've mentioned this before, in court cases at the federal level when you know you're in the right, what will tell you real quick is when they unpublished the records. Absolutely. Because after all, if it's frivolous and doesn't make any difference, it would be in the books, you would see the case and you'd see where the failure is because they print that all the time. failures are printed in any one of these courts. So for somebody to say, well, it's because they're trying to save space. No, it's not. It means that whenever you see an unpublished case, the argument is correct and the judge is typically going against what is the actual binding elements of the law, the way they're supposed to be in place. Well, you know, Mark, in closing, let me say that this book If I want to make a comparison to other income tax material out there, and I'm being kind to that material, this book is like the transistor compared to a vacuum tube. That's really not a good comparison because both of those things actually worked. I can't think of anything else right now. The only thing that does work is the truth. The truth is in cracking the code, Mark. Give out the numbers slowly, the contact, two more times. Lost horizons dot com. That's Lost Horizons dot com. and the book they're asking for is Cracking the Code. The complete title is Cracking the Code, The Fascinating Truth About Taxation in America by Peter Eric Hendrickson. uh... one of the things that we'd like to do is sit all of our people down from all the different schools and actually get them to discuss and interact this is one of the long-term projects well let's put this way we're going to war probably they're going to be trying to take then do bad things the american people were going to do bad things back to them and when we're all said and done we're going to sit down and decide war how how we're going to deal with cleaning the table off because the table needs to be scraped clean you know what there we go one more thing ahead can i say something else about property rights and mythology uh... you know this that this talk about the conversation of gold okay it's ridiculous right it's absolutely ridiculous right uh... That was a house resolution in the 30s, okay? But when it comes to actually coming and taking your gold, that's like taking your property, alright? And people have to see that for as ridiculous as it is, alright? That is absolutely ridiculous. That's unlawful as it is. Of course it is. Of course. Of course. Okay? I mean, if someone comes to your door and says, I'm taking your gold, what are you going to do? Okay? Well, I think the general attitude right now... Yeah, Mike, what would you do? Give them the lead. Yeah, of course. We'd give them something heavy. I think that's the problem they get right now. The message has been sent with what you just saw happen in gun shops across the country and all over the nation, every state of the union, let's put it that way. Everybody understands that it looks like they're coming to steal private property. And my attitude on this is that the ultimate and final in that particular argument is this. flesh and blood. Sure. They're coming for flesh and blood. That's next. Mark, can I say one other thing? The draft. Okay, the same thing goes for the draft, okay? There's never been a draft. You always volunteer, alright? George Gordon tells a story about Ziggy in the 60s, okay? And the draft notice, once you have registered for the draft, the draft notice is a subpoena, alright? You must show up, alright? Now I'm going from George Gordon here. and you must show up. Where they get you is when you don't show up. So you of course you show up where they tell you to, but you don't volunteer. Now they're going to brow beat you for a few hours and then they're going to let you go. That's what people need to remember. You can't be forced to do anything like that. There's no such thing as the draft. They get you otherwise, if they had the right to draft you, they would just tell you to show up at this building and point a gun at your head and say you're going in the army. They wouldn't make you sign a document, and they wouldn't make you take an oath. It's a contract, that's how it works. That's the bottom line. It's still under contract, which is in the 70s, in the post-draft period, that was the thing they hit everybody with while you signed a contract. They actually came into the sphere in the military, that's how they would constantly hit you. Mark, when I was in high school, they came into high school illegally and registered us all for the draft without the knowledge of my parents. This is in Brighton High School. Which again, that means it's a non-binding contract because you were not an adult. Absolutely. I'll tell you what, real quick here, because I can hear the hounds of Arizona. We've only got a few minutes. Mike, down there in your neck of the woods, what's been developing there with the border? We heard that there was some noise in the last couple days here. Something about the Mexicans again crossing in another location? Well, there was a big shootout down in Nogales a week or so back. They confiscated hundreds of thousands of toys coming up from Mexico. They didn't say where their country of origin was. I suspected they came from China and were offloaded down there and then trying to smuggle them in here. A lot of dolls, Barbies and brat dolls and things. Wait a minute. And they were at a firefight over Barbie dolls? Yeah. A barbecue over... I haven't heard anything really cooking other than that they were all high-fiving and the other day about they had deported 79,000 of these people, but no, unless they're closing it up, I noticed that when I watched the news, they want to talk about the slum stuff no matter if it's on ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox or anything like that. They all seem to be talking about the same things that really don't matter. But there very well could be something going on here that I don't know about. the world. and we are on the mark for a game tonight. Thank you, Mike. God bless.
