Parking is not enough for the amount of the crowds that they have there, so I'd highly recommend that you get there. They're jumping pretty much all day. There was a little lull at about 12.30 to 1 o'clock when they let the judges off to have some lunch. But other than that, they're jumping from about 8 o'clock in the morning until sunset. The next issue, just an observation, I'm sure everyone has heard about General Colin Powell and his appearance on Eat the Press this weekend. Kind of interesting, I listen sometimes to the left. I listen to the right on the local AM talk shows. I haven't gauged the left's clips of what they've played. Now there's some of these people that their program runs for three and four hours. Now Powell was only on for 30 minutes so they could actually play the whole thing on there and really wouldn't put a crimp in their style of their program. But I noticed that they're constantly just playing little clips here and there and trying to poke statements and things. And the one thing that I noticed from the right is that He made some comment along the lines of about the information that led us into the war that was contrary to what the intelligence community has said. I noticed that from 24 hours a day that none of the people on the right are touching that at all. All they're doing is going, well, you know, he's only voting for Barack because he's black. and socialism and he's this and he's turned his back on John McCain and everything like that. Because you see their programming has to do with we went into Iraq for the right things because of weapons of mass destruction and mobile chemical labs and ties to alphatic and ties to 9-11 and aluminum tubes and everything has been proven wrong. to admit it from somebody that was in the know. I just noticed that they've all shied away from it when in all actuality they'd have plenty of time on their program to play the entire thing of the interview on Eat the Press. That was kind of interesting. Also, here on Channel 8, now for the third subject, on Channel 8, that's the PBS station and they have some local issues that they were talking about. And they had this one thing on here, this segment talking about the census that's coming up in 2010. It's quite interesting. They had the doctor, somebody or rather, who's in charge of the federal government of the Census Bureau talking about it and he was at this meeting. And as I recall, the meeting was in LA. They had a woman up there on the dais and she was speaking to the Hispanic community. I didn't touch her first name, but her middle name was Saul, S-O-L, and her last name was Gutierrez. She was telling about how it's so important that we have to start indoctrinating. She didn't use that word, but that's what it was. Hispanic community on coming forward and everybody being counted, no matter if they were here legally or illegally. Then they'd take her words and then they'd ask Dr. So-and-so in charge of the census and he'd say, well, you know, and then they'd vote the Constitution and say it's the federal government's job to count the people every 10 years and then they'd go back to her and then they'd play another clip. She was talking about, oh well, we have to count everybody including the illegals. It's odd that they want to invoke the Constitution. Then they said, why do we have to do that? It's because of money so we can get our share of the money from Washington, DC. It's implying that it doesn't matter if you're here legally or illegally. that we're going to get more money just because of the base number that's been counted. And then she says, and then the other reason is the representation. So if we have a higher counting of the Hispanic community, then we're going to be able to elect a few more representatives to the House of Representatives. So it just struck me as odd that they wanted to invoke the Constitution. And then sit here and talk about the illegality, illegality of getting more money and getting more representation because of inflated numbers of illegals. I hear the music. And it's interesting to note that when Hamilton was at the Constitutional Convention, there was a point where they said they politely acknowledged that he was there, politely acknowledged that he could speak, and then everybody politely ignored him and went on with their business because he started talking about the same BS he'd been pushing all along for the, you know, to re-implement the monarchy. That doesn't mean they didn't do it. quietly in other ways people because we all know about the Bar Association what that is you can't lie to us about it we know we have the glasses on there but to have a good old colon in there jumping in like that Mike certainly it is true the other issues again the the fact that they were lying but my problem is trying to say that the demikins were babies on this one because the demikins and republicrats all rode on it together there were only seven men who actually stood their ground and said, there's something wrong, this whole thing stinks, put the brakes on it now. If we put all those people in uniform and surrounded all those crooked, scurrilous swines in the banks and at the stock market and arrested them immediately, we would have saved ourselves a lot of pain, wouldn't we? We would have frozen everything with our accounts on the up instead of on the down. Hey, that would have been great. Yeah, we would have saved millions and millions. I'm selling you all I'm gonna throw my yamakone here why? but as it is We went after Iraq a country that had absolutely nothing to do with 9-11 Nothing, and I knew that these goofs were gonna start this well. Well now that we're there. We got to stay no no no no no You know, that's like the old, you know, the old, that's a fun-time artist doing this BS, you know, where well, once I got you into this thing, you just can't back out. A lot of people did not go into uniform. And they probably would have because progressively, you know, friends and relatives come back and said, hey, why don't you put the brakes on that and kind of move in another direction. Now we know both groups of people are out there listening right now. But the bottom line is that we know that we're not in Iraq for any reason other than stealing the oil for the Israelis and stealing the oil for the Israelis. Oh, by the way, did I say stealing the oil for the Israelis? I'd ask a basic question here. How much oil do you think that we have as gasoline that you've pumped into your car that came right from the Iraqi pumps? That came right from the Iraqi pumps? Yeah, zero, zip, nada, none, no more, and none, none, none. Okay, that's it. Now, you may have gotten a little trickle at seven times the cost when they took it through the Anbar province, ran it through Jordan, and sent it to the Israelis so that those scumbag pot-licking bottom feeders could steal the ass gasoline and then ship it out in different forms, including his bunker oil or whatever, at an outrageous profit. In fact, at a ludicrous profit, it's kind of like this little comment here most recently about the 1,000 bunker buster bombs to Israel. Okay, guys. They're saying that they're selling them. Really? I hate to tell you guys, we aren't selling them, Jack. They're stealing them. Okay, some scumbag, the bottom feeders we have here, the potlickers here, are handing them over to the Israelis so that they'll have other weapons to use on the United States or whoever when the time comes. Because that's really what the agenda is. They'll be using them against us, not for us. They're going to be using them in some way, scurrilous, not positive. They're going to try to drag us into a war in the Middle East. We don't need to be in. Oh, wait a minute, we already are. in one of them, gee, in a war we don't need to be in, in a place we shouldn't be, where there's nothing but sand. You know, Mike, like we were talking about that article the other day, where yesterday, where we were talking about $57 billion plus or minus that we had to send to Korea. And we send 600, let's, here's another number, let's start tacking these on. And these are not like little numbers. We spent 600 billion dollars in stolen money that went to Georgia. Okay, the state of Georgia to set up the scam there. 600 billion. How did we benefit from that? There is nothing we got from Georgia. Nothing. And even in the long run, for what pitiful little military value it will have for a very short period of time, nothing. The Israelis on the other hand, oh they're raking in the cash big time. Why? Because they're manipulating that situation. All these others, the money is going through their hands. In fact, what's really comical is this, we're still not even our money. The Israelis have been demanding euros, guys. They've been demanding euros because our dollar is not strong. But wait, they're the jackasses that help to make the dollar weak. The Israelis are the ones that have put us into this fiasco. They're the goofs that have been, you know, again, manipulating from behind the scenes like so many others. So then all of a sudden, our money, the same money that you and I have to use, isn't good enough when they come with their buckets of begging and they expect buckets of donations. Instead, we've got to go somewhere else, get euros and hand them over to them. Hey, go kick rocks in front of somebody else's door. Get your honey dead out of here. Seriously. No doubt there will be differences in the future. But the burdens of global citizenship continue to bind us together. A change of leadership in Washington will not lift this burden. In this new century, Americans and Europeans alike will be required to do more, not less. Partnership and cooperation among nations is not a choice. And it's been one that the New World Order Click has hated all along because even when they have created the fabric of the bond, as we know, and from behind the scenes they yuck about how and laugh about how they manipulate everybody without us knowing it supposedly as far as using this as bondsmen and collateral for all their buffoonery. The interesting thing is possession is nine tenths of the law. And they still have not been able to destroy the mindset that yeah you can have all kinds of cool stuff you got on paper, you can pull stuff out of the ethereal air and try to claim that it's whatever. But the bottom line is that we own ourselves, we're armed, we're effectively able to protect and defend ourselves, and we will, no matter who we are in America. Now that they hate. Not just see the images and then their propaganda, but hear about what's actually happening and how it's happening. Because we can map it out for everybody. That scares the hell out of the other side. Yeah, another thing, last night you and Nancy was talking about, you know, 253,000 people taking off the voting rolls and stuff. You know, that put you and you together. For me, when my county here, a machine of my people that weren't registered, that's why I didn't get on the, I just thought of that last night when you was talking about it more today and stuff, you know, because they're going to go to vote and they're going to realize, hey, And you know, I'm not registered to vote, and they've been voting for what, 50, 60, 70 years? Well, the thing is that they're not with the new system, the new national ID card, all of this control freak nonsense is going to be plugged in so that they'll be able to manipulate the vote that much more easily utilizing the Diebold slash electronic counting system. In the past it would be harder. There were more ways to follow up and do double checks on the system, triple checks on the system, again called checks and balances by the way, so that they couldn't just walk away with it. But now, Like with everything else, they need that keystroke slash delete button to be right there where it can be used or shift. In other words, well you vote, but you didn't vote for who you thought you voted for. You know what I mean? That'll be the other half for the ones that can vote if they're allowed to. Well, that's what I'm saying to re-register now too, Mark, because it's 30 days before the election. Right, they're saying that the one thing that Nancy picked up on here was that the other part about this they were saying that oh they're gonna try and get this done before the election. How? They can't. It's too late. In fact, the problem I see is that the notorious for being the, shall we say, knuckle draggers that they are, the bureaucracy in the state of Michigan ain't gonna do the job. They just aren't gonna get it done. Well, also the law lawful or illegal but it's also that you know you got to be registered to vote 30 days you know. Well what they're saying, a lot of people are screwed. What they're saying is that a lot of these people just they haven't had the they don't have the system the process in place and that's been half the battle and now they're you know we're looking at three weeks out well actually less and we're up on the election. I think it's two weeks from today, isn't it? Right. I'm saying less than three weeks. We're looking at today as the 21st, so we're looking at a little under two weeks. Two days, too. Yeah. Yeah. So with that being the case here, there's no way they're going to do it in time. And we're not the only state with this, by the way. You're hearing about this in Michigan on the Intel report. This is happening in every state where they have the national ID card BS plugged in. That's what they wanted out of this election. They wanted before the selection, in fact they're going to try and pay off as many people as they can. Oh by the way, the illegals will be voting, I guarantee it, and we won't. The illegals will be voting left and right and up and down and the rest of the Soviets that they're plugging in. One thing that when people, certain people aren't allowed to vote, they're going to be awful upset Mark. You know, there's going to be a race riot, no doubt about it. But you know, this is going to start, all hell's going to break loose. Well, I'll let you go and get back on the show, but I just thought I'd throw those two pieces of info out for you. You know, let them die. You know, rock village and stuff, you know, we could, you know. We may have to help them and drag them screaming and kicking over the ledge and then ask them to demonstrate, you know, and flap real hard. December 31, 2009 before we tried to get organized to counter this, because they've already come out and said what they're going to do is they're going to count the illegal aliens because the Constitution says they have to, and so they can get more money and then they can hire more representatives in Washington, D.C. so they can get them to lobby for more money. As you recall last week we were covering the resuscitation from shock and trauma and we went over a little schematic at the top we put in a box, reduced circulating blood volume. Now we're going to cover over that again, but right now we're going to discuss the metabolic effects. Now, a normally perfused cell, they utilize glucose in the glycolytic and citric acid pathways to form the energy through adenosine triphosphate. Now, without oxygen, pyruvate is transformed anaerobically into lactic acid. And then that accumulates and results in acidosis. Now the amino acids and your fatty acids that normally would enter the oxidative pathways for energy production also accumulate in shock, compounding the metabolic acidosis. And then with the oxygen deficit and the acidosis, it eventually is going to interfere with the cell membrane function. And then you're going to have intracellular potassium is going to be lost. And the sodium in the water is going to move in the cell. And that's going to be producing cellular edema. So now you have a better understanding of all the way down to the cellular level of what actually happens. through a reduced circulating blood volume. Now for all those that weren't listening last week or if you missed a few of the blocks, You need a piece of paper and I'll run down a little schematic so maybe everybody learns in a different way. So have on your paper and have enough where you can have about 10 lines here. At the top of the paper, you want to put in real big letters, reduced circulating blood volume. Then underneath that, make a little arrow. And then the next word is going to be sympathetic response. And then underneath that, then you're going to have another little tiny arrow. And then the next word we're going to put there is called peripheral vasoconstriction. The peripheral veins are going to start tightening down. Then there's going to have a little arrow underneath that and then the next term is going to be decreased tissue perfusion. And then another arrow and it's going to be hypoxia, H-Y-T-O-X-I-A. And then another arrow, it's going to be acidosis, A-C-I-D-O-S-I-S. Now off to the right between the decreased tissue perfusion and hypoxia, I want you to write peripheral pooling of blood. Then from the decreased tissue perfusion, you make a little arrow connecting that to the peripheral pooling of the blood. And then from the peripheral pooling of the blood, then you make a little arrow pointing towards hypoxia. That's like a little triangle there. Then on the left side, I want you to have a half of an arrow, and halfway through the arrow I want you to write hepatic dysfunction. That's H-E-P-A-T-I-C, hepatic dysfunction. And then continue the arrow and write cardiac, and that would be on the left side. And then also from hypoxia, make an arrow that points towards cardiac depression. And then from acidosis, drawing the line upward, diagonal, up to cardiac depression. All of these things, the hypoxia and the acidosis contribute to cardiac depression. And then drawing the line up, cardiac depression, then we want to have in another good-sized box, a decreased cardiac output, another arrow going back up to our reduced circulating blood volume. And then also back on each side where it says, peri-pooling of blood. I want you to draw an arrow from there back up to blood volume. So you can see in a different way how everything, once you have a reduced circulating blood volume, how that's going to contribute to the sympathetic response, to your peripheral hypoxia, to acidosis, to cardiac. And then once you've got your decreased cardiac output, then you're going to have, and that's going to also contribute. So not only that you have a volume loss and blood loss, decreased cardiac output is going to compound that because now the heart muscle is starving for oxygen and of acidosis, then that's going to just as another sideline here about the the cardiorespiratory response. Now the intense sympathetic response during the shock is going to increase your cardiac output, the rate and the cardiac control in addition to increasing the peripheral resistance. going on there is your body starts to lose the blood, it's going to send a signal to the heart to beat fat, then you're also going to have the peripheral veins in the artery start to constrict to the main venous pullet because cardiac, so cardio perfusion occurs primarily during diastole, then when you take somebody's blood pressure you have the systolic and the diastolic beats, it pushes blood, the body, and then between time that it is, then the blood enters into the right coronary artery artery and the circumflex artery and that is the arteries that actually feed the heart muscle themselves. Then what's going to happen is because of the heart is increased in its rate, then you're going to have tachycardia and then that's going to be pressed to myocardial perfusion. You're not going to have that pause between the beats. and then that's going to start resulting in the myocardial acidosis prolonged shock. So the metabolic acidosis is compensated initially by an increased respiratory, then it's going to help eliminate the carbon dioxide, which is going to help pull down that metabolic acidosis. But then profound acidosis combined with the hypoxia, both primary and secondary to the decreased myocardial perfusion, it's going to result in a myocardial depression, irritability and susceptibility to arrhythmia. So you can see once again is each one of these systems, whether it's the hepatic system, brain, the lungs, all of these things are contributing. So once you have this domino effect of the reduced circulating blood volume, then the brain sends the signal to the heart to beat to happen is then the heart, because it's beating faster, it's going to take an increase, make an increase need for oxygen, but the blood is not getting there because the blood is not being led into the coronary arteries, and then that's going to start building up acidosis within the heart muscle. It's how initially then when the heart starts beating faster, you're going to start breathing faster. It's going to help throw carbon dioxide, which is going to slightly reduce the acidosis. But eventually the profound acidosis combined with the oxy as your low oxygen and primarily in secondary, that's going to decrease the myocardial perfusion. So you're not, the heart muscle is not getting the oxygen blood that it needs. And then that's going to cause the heart and often its ability to pump effective. It's going to make it irritable and then it's going to make cardiac arrhythmias, whether it's Atrial tachycardia, sinus tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, you name it, or start throwing PVCs more frequently and trigeminy, bi-geminy. And then usually then if you get one of these, it hits on a T wave where the heart is transitioning back to pre- preparing for the next beat, then it can very easily go into ventricular fibrillation. And if you don't have a way to defibrillate the person, then they're going... I see that we only have a couple of minutes here. We'll start on this. We'll run into it as far as we can. Now, about a word on the choice of your replacement fluids in your hypovolemia. Now, the... Your first line should be your crystalloid solutions. Now the initial volume replacement with normal saline or ringer's lactate provides an effective intravascular expansion. Now there seems to be some theoretical advantages to a buffered salt solution. Turns about accumulation of lactate, but it's not been proven clinically that's really important. The diffusion of non-colloidal salt solutions out of the intravascular spaces is relatively rapid so that a volume of up to four times the amount of blood loss must be infused in colloid solutions to restore circulating blood volume. So say for instance you have a patient that has lost 1,000 cc of blood, you need to be prepared to put in at least four liters of either normal saline or ringers lactate. it's desirable to maintain a hematocrit above 30%, but at these values, the oxygen carrying capacity can protect against further hypoxia, and then the dilution of the hemoglobin, that's the molecules that are actually carrying the oxygen, is going to be a limiting factor in the volume of crystalloid solutions to be administered. In other words, we're diluting the blood out so much We're going to have to consider something else to be used to replace that. And now here's the warning here. There is no place for salt-free, crisp, solid solutions. And that means water or D5W in your primary resuscitation. So if somebody is suffering from a blood loss of hypovolemia, your primary fluids that you're going to select from or normal saline or lactated ringers and especially if you're anticipating giving somebody a blood transfusion, blood must be transfused. Put it in LR or you put it in D5, it's going to coagulate in the tube and then you're going to have a really problem. Somebody's going to throw a fat emboli or pulmonary emboli and then the patient's going to die on that. We're getting right to the top mic so I'm going to have to cut it right there if we can. Now here's the thing real quick, in a lot of the Pennsylvania units and even in some of the Virginia units, every person in the squad carries a butterfly and carries solution with them guys in an M16 mag pouch.
