Negotiators meeting through the nights sealed a long-delayed global accord early today that opens up multi-trillion dollar banking and insurance sectors to foreign competition. Negotiators revealed some snags in late night bargaining at the World Trade Organization, most notably a road between the United States and Malaysia over access to insurance market sources said. We've got it, quote unquote, WTO Director General said. He said that this was a golden year for the international trading system. It is the third accord reached by the WTO after agreements on information technology and telecommunications trade. US and European industry leaders also hailed the pact reached shortly after the WTO's midnight deadline. The deal involves about 70 countries, all of which have made commitments to open their banking, insurance, and securities market to outside firms. The President said the Accord would help ensure the United States' strong global position in financial services. Aside from paving the way for expansion of the financial service sector, the Accord is expected to create a much more predictable and secure business environment underpinned by international rules. At a time when a number of Asian countries are trying to climb out of financial straits, supporters said the deal will send a reassuring signal that the world trade system is being carefully tended to. Although details had yet to emerge, the deal seemed to promise something for everyone. quote, it's a very good deal, end quote, said Bob Vistin, president of the Coalition of Service Industries, which represents U.S. and European bank insurance and security companies. It's especially good for the growing markets and should lead to their stabilization, he said. End of article. Also another one, year two, the same day, the headline is South Korea Presidential Hopefuls, OK, Stiff Conditions on Bailout. Associated Press, Dateline Seoul, South Korea, trying to calm investors' fears. Two leading presidential candidates backed down Friday and pledged to fully support the terms of South Korea's record-breaking economic bailout. The pledges by Kim Dae-jung and Ri In-ji came as concerns mounted that South Korea may renege on conditions set by the International Monetary Fund for the $57 billion deal. I fully support the agreement concluded between the South Korean government and the IMF. Kim said in an international video conference organized by Chase Manhattan Corporation. It was a major turnaround for Kim, 72, a veteran opposition leader and the leading candidate in next week's election. Earlier this week he ran ads in major newspapers promising to renegotiate the deal. Re-representing a splinter party also said he will observe the IMF treaty in the article. Mark? Well here again the interesting thing about this is the date time and place again. Now repeat that for everybody. What year was that again? Uh, I'm gonna kind of hold out. Maybe if somebody wants to call and take a stab at it. After all. With these actions everything's gonna be right as rain. And let's see the Korean bailout was about 57 billion with a B. And that's not even one of our biggest problem states. Okay. Now, when everybody looks around, and it's kind of like the issue we're having right now, the $700 billion sellout, I mean bailout, no, sellout, bailout, same thing. You know that they're finally talking numbers now, and they're charging usury, absolute criminal usury at 19% interest on this money. People, we're going to be spending about $5 trillion for just the first part of this fumble. 5 trillion with a T. How did we get there? Mike, what you just read is part of how we got to where we are. Spending money we didn't have on people so far away that, oh well, they should have been taking care of their own problems. But instead, they pulled your money and resources, basically your lifetime, in blocks out of this part of the country and shifted it somewhere else to another part of the planet. And that's what they did. And it's not a surprise, I mean, first Korea, we have been an ally for a long time. We haven't so much been propping them up as we've just been kind of giving them the Lincoln nod because we're terrified that I think Korea would get back together and become its own country. And that is really true, people. You know, North and South Korea, the dynamic of North Korea with the bodies that it has combined with the technical prowess and industrial ability of the South and its food production. would create a free and independent Korea that neither Japan nor China could effectively manipulate without taking a black eye. And Korea has been in that situation now with a third party, the United States. Oh, the Russians have been in there one time or another too, by the way, should mention that. You need to look at a map of that part of the world and notice that even Russia comes right down to the doorstep of Korea. Even the Russian hegemony comes all the way down along the coast and plops itself right there next to Korea. The Chinese obviously are there. The Japanese are right across the coast. And now we, a country that's all the way around on the other side of the planet, has been sitting on Korea's neck for how many years? Half a century. Now don't you think if you were the Koreans you'd get kind of tired of that after a while? I think I would, wouldn't you? I think, Mike, you'd be rather fed up after a while with that nonsense. How can that possibly be? I got another interesting photo a friend sent me three months ago. of taking it a half hour after the shooting of JFK with the police barricades and cops all over the place. And interestingly, in that photograph, there is a man standing in almost the exact same place that Lee Hauswold was standing a half hour previous. And that man's name was George Bush. How did he get in Dooley Plaza within less than 30 minutes? Interesting. Any case, stock market report. We didn't do much last week. She was up, down, back and forth. It closed down on Friday. However, they gained about 400 points. Of the 2000, they lost the week before. Today, the market went up again. You had an increase of 413 points. However, I also expect it will increase again tomorrow. Tomorrow is a Jewish holiday. It's the last day or the eighth day of their sakath or what we normally would know as Feast of Tabernacles. If you remember last week they had the big jump on the 14th. That was a Jewish holiday. They will do the same thing I suspect tomorrow. The rest of the week It probably is going to get real shaky the balance of the week. I found something strange too, Mark. On closing today, it said that the gold price was unchanged. However, it says gold closed at $7.95. I have a report from last Friday's closing and it was $7.83. How can that be unchanged? Silver went up 38 cents today. Oil increased $3.50 approximately. And the oil is the one of which is most important. I know what they're panicking of right now. I found some other notes here. You're talking about the commodities markets. Well, with oil, the price being down, the United States exports a considerable amount of oil to, as you already know, to China, Israel, or some other countries, especially through the Alaskan pipeline, as a result of the price of crude oil dropping from $105, $120, $130 a barrel. It's down now to about $175, $148 today. Last Friday it was at $71. The United States government is losing. Believe this, gentlemen. $700 billion a day from what they were making at the higher prices. I think it's got these guys scurrying because they don't want it. According to what some of the economists who are in the Middle East are stating, that the Arab countries intend to drive the price of oil even lower. Yep, the Bush Administration is in big trouble. And this is one of the hardest things for people to understand is that just like the insurance companies, this is where this all started. They put a gun to people's head and demanded the money anyway. In fact, the people were like, well, I can't afford that. It's not really tangible. I'm going to have to step out of doing business with those people. Oh, no, you can't. Out comes the gun. Out comes a whole bunch of money for legislators. and every state passes a whole flurry. The more prostitute the state, the greater the number of laws to attack individuals for not doing business and mandatory business with the insurance companies. The same is going to be true with all the other aspects of the banksters and with what criminal activities they have in mind. This is why they're seesawing the economy the way it is. Even the numbers in the stock market, there is no up for the people that lost everything and that's what people are failing to grasp. There are people who are coming in from outside the United States and that are taking resources and dropping them in to buy at bargain basement, the hollow shell names of these companies. One of the things we were discussing for the last week is when GM prices were so low in Ford, is if the Ford workers really had their act together, what they should be doing is buying the stocks. instead of these foreign nationals doing it, which who's been grabbing all of this now, the foreign nationals are the ones who are buying these companies up for pennies on the dollar, but whatever dollars that these Ford workers have left, they should be turning around and buying their own company. Why? Well because once they have the majority share or even if they have any quantity of shares, they can stand on the floor when they have the stockholders meeting and start firing the people who are causing the problems for the company. They can literally re-engineer it. Now that's the best thing that Ford workers and GM workers could do right now. And they need to start focusing on it because again, oh yeah, sure it's cheap, cheap. And people would say, yeah, but there's nothing there. Well, what little is there can actually be rested from these traders and redirected. We did this years ago with CBS by buying CBS stock which is why CBS back in the 80s people lost a whole bunch of its affiliates. because CBS they rather would scuttle the ship than continue to operate with us holding the majority shares on the shareholders floor which is what we did. So what they did is they scuttle the ship in many areas temporarily thinking we were playing the market. We never played the market. What we did is we bought the shares and put them on the shelf and bought the shares and put them on the shelf and nobody traded them until we had 51 percent. When we hit the 51 percent mark is when they blew a gasket and the reason we picked CBS is because back in that day CBS was the most rabid anti-gun group of the bunch in the networks. Now the others picked up the slack progressively but the point is we demonstrated with focused resource how we could torpedo the enemy's assets, specifically their mouthpieces and take them if we wanted to. and I don't care if they scuttle them. If the enemy torpedoes their own ship because we're taking it, it makes no difference to us. It's part of playing the game. That's a good thing. You see how that works? So the same thing can be done with any other elements of the stock market. You want to see things change? If Americans out there listening that are going to continue to play the paper, and there aren't as many as there were as of last week and the week before guys, if they focused on one stock, and did not trade it at all. In other words, everybody went in, bought it, put it on the shelf, and stuck it in the drawer just like we've said before. The machine would go into catatonic brain fart real quick. That's what we need to be looking at. Ways to play and put, literally, steel spikes or steel bars in the spokes of our enemy's bicycles as they're running. Because what it does is takes the wheels off their bike and we continue to operate. That's really where we need to go with a lot of this. Anyway, Dave, you had more to report. Go ahead, please. Yes. The other thing that I wanted to touch on, I brought up before about a young man in Detroit that was arrested by an illegal traffic stop and they claimed he had possession of marijuana. So take your piece of rope, you take 12 inches of it, take 12 inch length of rope, stick it in an envelope, put a piece of paper in there with the word traitor on it, and nothing else. If you're smart, you won't put your address on it. You don't want any extra flack from them. But here's the deal. They can infer whatever they want from that word. Maybe there's traitors amongst us in the White House. Maybe there's traitors all over this nation. Maybe they're saying that you're the traitor. I don't know. Whatever they can infer, they can infer whatever they want. But if you do something so stupid as to say, you're a traitor and I want you to hang yourself. Or you're a traitor and I hope you die. or you're a traitor and I want to kill you, you will have the secret service knocking on your door. So it would be my advice to you not to do that. To just simply write the word or print the word traitor on there and send it to them. See, because politicians have two things going for them. Their power and their popularity. And if they don't have their popularity, they don't have their power. So let's take that away from them. Let's demoralize the politicians who are demoralizing us. And let's do something. And I told Jimmy if they stayed on, that the foreman would be the mayor. Sure enough, the judge appointed the mayor as the foreman of the jury. They railroaded him to no end. The cops at the trial was over, said they couldn't believe that the young man had done such a fine job. But in less than 15 minutes, they got a guilty verdict. However, they only gave him probation and a fine. Then they sent him back to the court original jurisdiction. because they said they still had outstanding warrants there because he refused to identify himself. The court dragged him in and out for three days and finally the judge admitted he had no jurisdiction and sent him back to the county jail. The sheriff looked at him and says, what are you talking about? There's no hold, there's no warrant, there's nothing to hold the guy. At 4 a.m. on Sunday morning they finally let the kid go. Now, why all this nonsense? Prison bonds. Mark has gone over this several times. Where they buy and they sell you for so much a day, they make money on you. He says they are doing 100 foreclosures a day and seizing homes all over the state of Michigan, most of them illegally. And they show you in this video street after street in detroit with homes bordered up one house after the other down the street bordered and mister pratt is saying they're about to evict me but he says this is not only the problem of being evicted he says they are going to take away my right to vote once i'm evicted and this is what is happening all over the country. This is clean across the board total wipeout at least one third is estimated of the people who were registered are no longer registered as of about 60 days ago Well, I see this report. You know one of the things we've argued for years and this is now we're at the point where before this Civil War starts this war against the by the Wars already started the dagger war has been in place for a long time by the ring knockers against America and I have argued for the longest time guys that what we need to do is step back into these towns. In fact right now there are ghost towns that are being abandoned where they're trying desperately sell houses for 12,000, 14,000, 20,000 dollars a piece. You can walk in and get five acres and a chunk of property for 10,000 dollars in places where they were talking 60,000 dollars for a bare acre only two years ago. Okay? But here's the thing, rather than fight on these pieces of real estate that are already micro-ghettos, and I'm not talking about ghettos like in Detroit, they're becoming ghettos because of the way they're being stripped of people. and they're being hollowed out and damaged in one form or another. Back off, sell everything that you can, sell that piece of property for whatever you can to get out of it, come back together and take over whole communities. There's no reason not to. There are towns you can buy in the state of Michigan here for about $130,000, which includes every business, the gas stations, two of them, 14 houses and 68 lots. We don't worry about the state knowing anything about our vote for our local elections. We deal with our own. And what his attitude is, and he has his little buddy up there from the former FBI slash ADL who's spittin' on the militia too. Well, the thing is that that's not a surprise. But it's part of the overall demonstration that they're terrified because in that piece he acknowledges that 90 percent, nine zero, 90 percent of the people feel America is going in the wrong direction. Guys, that means with their own admission, when you're walking down the street, nine out of ten people are thinking the same thoughts you are right now. That means 270 million people in the United States, we're gonna go low rather than high, okay? 270 that are that 90%. 5% of 100 million, Mike, is how much? Five million. Okay, Dave, what's five percent of the other 100 million? Five percent of a hundred million? That's ten million. That's ten million between the two guys, okay. Now, guess what? Another three million on top of that to round out that 70 million left over. You're looking at 13 million people that they'll acknowledge are ready-to-go combatants willing to fight.
