Not cheap mercenaries selling out to petty dictators under UN control, the colonial marines are there to protect and defend the Constitution and Bill of Rights of our nation. Not a globalist agenda for world domination. For more information, send a self-addressed stamp envelope to... Yes ladies and gentlemen, we're back. Today's date is the 16th of October 2008. It's the Thursday. You've got the Mark and Mike, the second hour of the intelligence report. And Dean, you're coming in good. What else do you have to add about that information about the NAFTA superhighway, please? I'll try to give it quickly. I know you're quite backed up. Thank you. Along the right-hand side, there was a little star, or a little insignia of sorts, reading the NAFTA superhighway coalition. All you have to do is look these things up on the web. I hope that those scanned images make their way well to you, Mark, and I hope that they've been forwarded onto the floor with as well. And I hope somebody out there has the resources better than I to combine the two images so that you could read the document in its entirety due to the fact that I copied it from a newspaper. So it's much larger than a standard 8x11 sheet of paper. But the thing is when you've got a thing that admits it's an after super-highway coalition, Well, it's kind of tough to say, no, it's not NAFTA, it's not free trade, it's not a North American Union. Well, it's kind of staring in the face. So it's either you're going to have to put your head in the sand or admit it. And I think that it's by the time that these folks admit what they're doing, if they don't want bloodshed. Or they're all quite the vindication as well. Very good. And by the way, Dean, are you still bogged down a bit, or are you going to be able to do any radio with us here? the Yes, sir. Just thought you'd like to know the stock market closed up today, 401 points. Amazing. All this up and down roller coaster. In fact, it was really interesting this afternoon. At quarter to 12, it was 129 points down. And at noon, it was at 62 points up. And then at quarter after 12, it was 189 points down. Oh wow, what a bounce. Nice roller coaster ride. But the thing I've noticed with it, it closed today at $8972.26. $8979.26. But what I noticed again today, they're pumping this because gold fell $44 an ounce and silver fell $0.64 an ounce. Gold today closed at 804.10 and silver at 961. They sold futures again today to pump this market back up is what they've done. And again this was in a particular window. All we need to do is look at the spike in the silver and gold market to see where they're addressed desperately trying to push it that way. The interesting thing is again this is the paper. This is one of the things we've been warning everybody out. Do not let go of any of your silver or gold period. hang on to the bullion, hang on to the currency. What you need to do is, if any does become available, and it's not, then it needs to be scooped up and needs to be tactically dispersed around the country yet again. More of you that can pick up every ounce you can pick up means that's another ounce the bad guys can't manipulate. And all they have left is the paper to play with and that ain't gonna last. This right now can only go so far with regard to even that kind of activity and progressively as they do so, if they're forced to release any hard currency, real currency, not the BS paper, don't go anywhere near that and don't think about purchasing it. Futures don't work, okay? In fact, what they're going to do is they're trying to bolster their own mechanism, selling to each other, to themselves, and then throwing the fictional numbers into the machine which still isn't stabilizing the stock market by the way they waited later today That's the only reason the numbers are up for the moment. They'll be down again shortly. They're going to rise up down quite a bit. Rise up a bit down even more. There's still a progressive staggering roll downward. They're not making any significant gains. And I would ask the basic question. If anybody believes that somehow they're getting ahead, I want you to pull somebody up here on the Air Force and have them come up on the air and tell us how much money they've made, how they've made money hand over fist in the last couple of weeks. I want someone to come upon the air. I'd like to hear it and we want to know what their portfolio is. I'd like to hear about this. You notice that's the problem. You aren't going to hear, well there's people winning. The people that are winning are a very small clique that are house members. The general population are getting their butt beat. It's that simple. So go ahead Dave, anything else? Yeah, the issue is hopefully people don't be foolish to buy any of this bond paper for the futures of gold and silver there's nothing there i've had some friends two days ago when tried to buy i know it's monday they tried to buy some gold person gold and silver and the dealers are getting a terrible price they got they were four kurt junk They had to pay $14 an ounce for silver on Monday. And it shouldn't have been because the market was below $10, but yet they were charging $14 for junk silver. So again, the spot. Now again, the chase on the spot is going to go up tomorrow. It's going to be probably comparable to whatever the drop was. It may do it about two or three burps. But unless they try desperately to pump something in on Friday again, which by the way, every second Friday, not every second Friday, the last two Fridays, they've basically done this to try and make the numbers smile only to have them, you know, basically throw water on a skillet. As soon as it hits, yeah, there's a bit of a burp. He sits there and spittles for a little while, you know, and then it's gone. Okay? Yeah, and for losing 2,000 points last week, So far this week they are closed out right now today. Even with the 400 point gain they got today, the stock market is only up 528 points from what it was closing on last Friday. So even with the 400 point they got for the jump today, they are only up 528. So tomorrow should prove where they are going to go. They have long ways to just get back to the board from what they were. I'm really concerned with Ford Motors. $2.50 a share folks. Now's the time to buy 100 shares of Ford if you want it or maybe they'll just crash it out too. Well, Ford is one of those that again what they're going to do is they're moving, they've been wanting to. We've had these rumblings from our friends who were with Ford headquarters over many years here. The rumbling has been that they've wanted to move the headquarters to Brazil. There has been an inner fight on this and it has been a problem for quite some time because needless to say it's supposed to be an American company and if Ford would leave I wouldn't care if they folded tomorrow. To be quite honest there isn't going to be that much left or other American companies can come up and online and Ford will I guess go the way of the dodo so to speak along with these others because their shadow companies aren't going to last very long either. If the parent company can't survive, the shadows are just exactly that. They're like dust, they're smoking the wind. As soon as they're hit, they're gone. The other thing that's going on right now is that Sweden and Great Britain have been nationalizing their banks. Paulson, what was it, Monday or Tuesday, he stated that he was going to follow the lead of Great Britain and start doing the same thing in this country. Great Britain last week nationalized the Bank of Scotland. The Scots are not very happy. They tried to nationalize the Bank of Ireland, but the Irish are still fighting to prevent them from nationalizing that bank and taking it over. Well, part of that falls in line with the whole idea that you've got the kosher mafia banks that are the ones that are trying to absorb the national mechanisms and make them supposed national banks. That's not the case. This is centralization from outside of the respective countries. Ireland has been resisting a lot of that anyway. Again, Paulson, take a look at the shysters that we have that are proposing all this stuff to begin with. Coacher mafia. definitely immersed up to their eyeballs in foreign treachery and betrayal and they're going to continue to demonstrate that. Now one of the most important things we need to do is make sure we don't get caught in the undertow with regard to being involved with their banks as they screw America as they mess the rest of the program up. So if you do have money in the bank and it's in one of her large block I would recommend that you break it out of the bank progressively in increments so that you choose smaller denominations. Do not use 50s and 100s. Try to go 20s, 10s, and 5s, and 1s. You need some change. Make sure you've got quarters, dimes, and nickels. That sounds strange. It's not because there are two purposes for that. You can be putting coin on the shelf that may accumulate value as a collectible item as coins. Number two, the same currency. can be spent anytime you need to spend it. And again looking like the natives. You don't have to be wealthy and pull out a roll of twenty dollar bills people. You want to look like everybody else and have to use a five and three ones and six dimes and a couple of quarters and oh heck I gotta make things work. Okay? Tell you what we're gonna do. Dave you stay where we are. Mike you still with us? I need to go Mark. Okay, thank you very much Dave. Appreciate that. Thank you very much gentlemen. God bless. Bye. That was Dave. Bye, Mark. Dave from New York Special PBN Report. Yeah, Mike Nisser here. We'll be back in about three minutes. Bottom of the hour right here on LTR. Don't you understand what I'm trying to say? Can't you feel the fears I'm feeling today? If the button is pushed, there's no running away. There'll be no one to save. We're the world in a grave. Take a look around you, boy. It's bound to scare you, boy. And you tell me it's like a wagon. I'm sitting here, just contemplating. I can't win the truth, there's no regulation. Handful of senators don't pass legislation. And marches alone can't bring integration. When human respect is disintegrating, this whole crazy world is just too frustrating. And you're tensing in red china, then take a look around to some Alabama. Or you may leave here. Well that was a blast from the past. This is the second hour of the intelligence report with... Mike, Mark and Barry Maguire, The Eve of Destruction. It's kind of strange, it always reminds me of Bastier's book, The Law. A lot of times you can tell how truthful something is by how old it is and how it still remains the same. And that song that's got to be at least 40 years old and it's just as true today as the day that it was pressed. We've got a couple of things going on down here in Arizona. First before I talk to you, is there anybody else that has called in? Is there anybody out there? We're clear right now. Go right ahead, Micah. Okay, very good. A couple of things that have come to the attention here. It was in the Phoenix New Times, and that's phoenixnewtimes.com. It was along about a month ago or so. It seems to me it was the 13th to the 18th of September. And there was an article in there about some election shenanigans. I try not to draw any conclusions. I'm not a big fan of the new times, but every once in a while even a broken clock is right two times a day. But they have this article in here. We had three Democrats that they're running for the Arizona Corporation Commission. Corporation Commission, I don't know, they get paid well over $100,000 a year. They're not associated with the House representatives or the Senate or the governor or anything. But it's a group of four or five of these people and they make decisions on, say for instance, the power company wants to raise their rates or somebody wants to do this or do that. So then the corporations have to go. through their presenter plans and then they give them the okay. Well we have these three Democrats. Let me see, one guy was no joke. His name was Paul Newman. Another one's name was Kennedy and I don't recall the last name. But they were running as quote unquote the solar team. They had produced ads. calling themselves the solar team. If you wanted to get solar energy in Arizona, you had to vote for all three of them. It didn't do any good to vote for just one. You had to vote for all three of them. Well, there were two of them that applied for some taxpayer money to support their their candidacy to support their run. It seems to me they got about $40,000 apiece to match the funds of what they had raised to run the thing. There is one clause in here. It's an amendment to that. The amendment they call it the Millionaire's Amendment. In case you If you had someone that was independently wealthy and they were able to fund their own campaign, then you were able to fall into this millionaire amendment clause and then you were able to get pretty close to a quarter of a million dollars. So he did and they did and they applied and they got somewhere over $400,000 to run their campaign against this other guy. And then the state started sniffing around and then the federal government got in around there before I skipped right over it. I'll bet you a bazillion dollars. You'll never guess what the federal judge named in Phoenix, Arizona that got handed the case. Her name was Rosalyn O. Silver. You remember from Bob Stewart's claim to fame. Anyway, she got involved in it and I guess there seems to be some shenanigans. The report didn't actually go into all the whole details, but they have been trying to serve subpoenas on these people to have them come down and make statements. For some reason, they keep avoiding the process server. I do know that they are still on the ballot. Now I don't know if the ballot has been printed up beforehand or any of these things and so their names are still on there. I don't know if they've been removed. I don't know all the rest of the particulars. I haven't seen a follow-up article. But what their big downfall was, was yeah, they may have been able to have this millionaire candidate run so then they could apply for these extra funds to oppose him. But their big downfall was then they started producing commercials by all three of them as running as a team and then clearly stated that you had to vote for all three of them. But when I saw Revlon Osilver's name on there, I knew that there was a snake in the grass somewhere. So she's kind of put it on hold in this clause, but she can't overrule it and said something along the lines of, well, she'll wait until after the election until she makes a final decision on it and everything like that. And one other thing that's going on down here, we have our Sheriff Joe Arpaio, the America's toughest sheriff. and you love to hate him and hate to love him and everything. Well, it seems to me his deputies served a search warrant in Mesa, Arizona today at about one o'clock in the morning at the Mesa City Library in the city complex and arrested several people. It's something to do with our employer's sanction law against hiring illegal aliens. So it appears that I'm not saying that the city of Mesa was hiring illegals. But they might have contracted this information out or the cleaning contracts for the library and the city complex out to somebody and then they were hiring illegal aliens. You've got to turn the lights on and you've got to get those roaches wherever you can and whenever you can. That's just a little bit of what's going on. On that clean elections deal, it seems to me it was the issue from the 13th to the 18th of September. You can find some more information at phoenixnewtimes.com. Mark? Well, interestingly enough, this character keeps running along this judge, but as I understand it, there have been situations where that same bottom feeder has actually been under investigation. or should be right now. So interesting to see how they twist that particular case. Another thing real quick, any information, since you're down there on that neck of the woods, what's going on with the border right now with regard to any Minuteman projects, etc.? Has there been anything that's come up and online there? Not that I've seen, not that I've heard. I know that there were some things that were planned. I know Chris Simcox, they usually have their month-long deal in October, but I haven't heard anything in the media or nothing about that. Maybe that the media was always giving them too much free publicity, so maybe this year they decided to ignore them. But I don't know what's going on. I know the temperature has gone down, so when the temperature goes down, they stream across the border like there ain't no tomorrow. I haven't been down to the area I go to lately, but it's usually overrun with water bottles and clothes and backpacks and tennis shoes and the whole nine yards. The only thing I haven't found there is dead bodies. They're underneath all of that. Maybe I just haven't looked good enough. I'm going to say they're underneath the debris. You know how that works, Mike. They're not up above. Yeah, that's for sure. Well, interestingly enough, We're laughing but we're not. In other words, guys, they're such a pile of debris. Most people don't understand. We've always asked, where are the eco-freaks on this? If you were out there with a shovel digging in the wrong ditch near your house, the eco-freaks would be out there running and raving and having a protest. You show them these spots that look like the dark side of the moon and they just sit on their hands. Oh, well, we just have to understand. Yeah, well, we understand completely, you two-faced, double-standard pieces of tripe. That's exactly the problem. And we understand completely. And I'll tell you what we're going to do, or, go right ahead Mike. No, I was going to say the nice thing is I can go down there and pick up all the backpacks, the little book bags and everything that I need. So, you know, I don't even have to go to the garage sales and buy them. What they do is they have a clean pair of clothes. They hike for about four days across the desert. And then right before they get to civilization, they take off their dirty clothes. They put on the clean clothes and they dump their boots and their shoes and the backpacks and their half water bottles and everything so I can just go down there and pick up all the relatively brand new backpacks. Sometimes I can harvest them. But there's a lot down there. Anyway, you were talking about this Judge Rosalino Silver. It seems that I had really become focused in on her when we had the Bob Stewart-Modi Griffin deal. Then I started looking back through some of my old newspapers and it became national publicity. Some of the TV evangelists jumped on it. But we had a mayor in Gilbert, Arizona that had proclaimed the Bible Week. First the judge said that it was okay. Then she reversed her decision. Then I guess what it boiled down to was that there was some Holocaust survivalist survivor didn't be mayor of Gilbert proclaiming Bible. And then lo and behold then that turned out to be Judge Rosalind O'Silver. And then there was something else to do with the corporation commission. One of these shenanigans that somebody had pulled. He had, I don't know if he had taken a bribe or got some kickbacks or whatever, he ended up with a sizable amount of money. She was the judge. Now you see, this is where I'm confused. If this is happening in the state of Arizona, you would think that the Arizona courts or the county court to handle it or something. I'm not so sure how the what the mechanism is that the federal government gets involved, but she was the one that upheld his record fine for what he had been doing. Then there was something else not that long ago she was involved in, too. It seems that, I don't know, I hate to go out on the limb, but I do know that there were There's going to be a couple of three Supreme Court justices slots available and it wouldn't surprise me one bit that if Judge Rosal and Ossover gets nominated because she sure has been getting quite a few controversial cases and coming to the quote unquote right decision on all of those over the past ten years or so, made quite a name for herself. But I do understand, and I don't know, this is just a word on the street, I didn't see no medical records, but I know that with all the publicity and with Bob and with all the pressure and the people, you see they like to carry out their business with just a couple of lawyers and a couple of prosecutors and the defendants and stuff. They don't like the posty impact. daily of people watching them do their deeds and stuff. So I understand that after Bob's trial she had to step down for a while and she had suffered a nervous breakdown. I think she would do the hospitalizing. Good. Let's hope that that continues. I actually recurred. Stay right where you are Mike. We're going to break here. This is the intel report. LTR Liberty Tree Radio back in three. And that was Carclaim, by the way, you heard coming up there. Tell you what, we've got some time left before the top of the hour here. And Mike was here to cover medical. What do we have for the last block here that we can take care of to bring people up to speed the rest of the way in medical arena? OK, very good. The last couple of days, we were discussing resuscitation from shock and trauma. We're getting pretty deep into it and we can have a little short block here. We can talk about the endocrine responses. As we mentioned the other day when Nancy was on, that yes, I understand that we're going in this real deep. But what we have to understand is that It's not just somebody who has lost a significant amount of blood and we're going to whoop a bandage on them and pray for the best. There are certain things that are really going on in there and you need to have a better understanding. You may be cut off from your medical support. You may not be able to evacuate a person. And if you can understand what's going on down at the cellular level, then you'll be able to understand and anticipate what's going on. So just as a short block in here, we'll talk about the endocrine response. Now just as a little bit of anatomy and physiology, you have up in the underneath the brain is the pituitary gland. That's the master gland. And then it sends out hormones. that stimulate the other organs in the body. And then on the kidneys, then up over top of those, you have the adrenal cortexes. And so then the pituitary gland sends out the chemical, the hormone, that that goes to the adrenal cortexes and then that can release the Adrenaline, the fight or flight mechanism, or then it can also release another mechanism. It's called adrenocorticotropic hormone. We'll abbreviate that ACTH, the release of the adrenocorticotropic hormone, and then also then your antidiuretic hormone, abbreviated ADA, then your your blood pressure has dropped and now you're in a hypotensive crisis. then this is going to result in the renal retention of sodium, chloride, and water, and then with your potassium loss, and then you're going to have a decreased urine volume. So one of the things that we've discussed of how to gauge how effective your re-perfusing the person with your IV solutions is going to be of the, your increasing of your urine output. Now that's one mechanism there of the endocrine response. The next one is then you're gonna get a release of epinephrine and norepinephrine from the adrenal medulla and then that's going to produce a peripheral vasoconstriction. The vessels, the blood vessels, the venules in your arms and your legs are going to constrict And then that's going to push the blood back into the main part of the body, into your main venous pool. And what that does is then that's going to help maintain the blood pressure by decreasing the volume of the vascular space as well as by the intravascular. And now the problem is with prolonged peripheral phasoconstabilism results in the accumulation of acetic metal that are getting an acid buildup in there. And then the next thing is, is then you're going to get a hyperglycemia. You're going to get a high blood sugar. That's going to develop during shock and has generally been attributed to the cogenolytic of the corticosteroids. So when the corticosteroids and the epinephrine are released, then that's going to increase the blood. Now, there's been some studies demonstrating the depression of the insulin secretion in shock imply more insipid. to be also some. It's not only that the blood is being squeezed out of the pore, it appears that maybe there's also some decreased, depressed, and then that's going to contribute to it. The next thing we'll talk about is the metabolic effect, cardio, respiratory, and then after we've kind of been about what is going to be your best decision of your replacement fluids. But just kind of to maybe to get it into people's minds, if they have a piece of paper, start up at the top and write in big letters, regulating, regulating blood. Directly underneath that will draw a little arrow, and then the next step is going to be a simple, and then another little arrow directly underneath there. There's going to be peripheral, other little arrow underneath that to lead to And then there's another arrow, and that's going to be hypoxia in content. And then another little arrow underneath that is going to be acidosis. So you can see with the reduced circulating blood volume, then it's going to trigger the sympathetic, which is going to trigger your peripheral vasoconstriction, which is going to be the decreased tissue perfusion, which is going to trigger hypoxia, trigger the acidosis. On your little schematic there, the right side of the decreased tissue perfusion and between there and the hypoxia, then we can write and then we'll have a little arrow running from the decreased tissue perfusion off to the right there pointing towards the peripheral pooling of blood and then from the peripheral pooling of blood another arrow running back to And then another big arrow running up to the big box in the top that says, reduced circulating blood volume. Run that arrow from the peripheral cooling of the blood. It's kind of a vicious circle that we get into. Once we get a reduced circulating blood volume, all these things like dominoes, they start triggering each other. And then on the left side of it, from the decreased tissue perfusion, Then we're going to draw an arrow to a cardiac depression off to the left side of that. And then also then we can write an arrow from hypoxia pointing to cardiac depression. And then another arrow running from acidosis to cardiac depression. And then in the midst of those arrows, we want to write in hepatic dysfunction. hepatic dysfunction. Your hepatic circulation is down in your abdomen and that's a real big circulation that goes between the liver and the kidneys and the adrenal glands and everything like that. And then drawing an arrow upward from where we had cardiac depression, then we're going to have another big box that says decreased cardiac output decreased cardiac output and then an arrow that goes from decreased cardiac output back up to reduced circulating blood volume. Now that everybody is thoroughly confused, all I'm saying is you want to really avoid the reduced circulating blood volume because you're just going to have this whole cascade domino effect of everything's going to go wrong and if you don't have the proper things your bicarbonate or something to to pump the person back up your your your you're never going to be able to revive the patient and that's that's the odds on this truth mark now here again uh... with regard to uh... Any of the support systems like this? What specialized equipment should we be hanging on to? I mean, for instance, I mean guys, come on, stethoscope obviously, pressure cup is another thing. What other tools should we have in the kit for the more advanced individuals going to be doing the overseer tasks that we're talking about here? I'd have some litmus paper because we're going to need to test the urine for pH. We're going to need to test the blood for the pH. We're going to have to have a good supply of lactated ringers with no sugar in it at all. We'll get to that in the choice of the replacement fluids coming up. But your primary expander in blood loss is going to be lactated ringers. Second choice is going to be normal saline, but we really have to avoid D5W and your other deck strand stuff. We'll discuss the mechanisms that are going on in that in a later block of instruction. I'd have some litmus paper. I'd have a way to draw blood, maybe a syringe and a hypodermic needle, not just some little finger prick. type of blood sugar tester. You might want to also consider having a way to test blood sugar like a diabetic type kit. Definitely have some lactated ringers, the tubing, the catheters to infuse the solution, blood pressure costethoscope, thermometer, a watch.
