So they've got to do some pruning and trimming just to call the fruit a little bit, save the trees. Anyway, it is the middle of September kind of day. We have a couple of guests. We have John Ridgeway and we have Jeffrey Hills. Guys, you there? Yes, we are. And again, what I wanted to do for all of you that are listening, we got an opportunity here. First of all, John, you go ahead and where do you guys, I know we got Jeffrey up, so Jeffrey, you're familiar with the situation with John, right? Yes, correct. I was with the Emerson Review newspaper in Frederick, Michigan. And also, I'm a personal friend of John. I've known him for quite a few years. His activities with the Patriot community and then with his religious activities, which coincided with mine, and even with his children, I was sometimes granted the babysitting duties. John and his ex-wife and his children. And we've enjoyed many a good conversation and a lot of laughs over these. All right. So again, what we're going to do here, John, go ahead, give an overview and kind of bring people up to speed who have just heard about the, actually are not familiar with your case. Again, just an overview, give them a timeline, give them an idea of where things have gone and where we are. You know, bring us up to today. How's that sound? Okay. Well, I was the one that was arrested for shaking hands with public officials with a Bial of oil, turning into a little bit of a fiercer. Bring in Jeff on boards, because Jeff, the process of, I've been getting a lot of emails. from some of the listeners. At that time, John had been fighting a traffic ticket and a no insurance ticket in the Isabella courts. And she said that guns on them dragged him out of the car, sights on his first shaking hands. Stan, how annoying an oil bottle that the neighbors. The night progressed to take care of the children and then they were took. John at that time had custody of the children because of that problem because he was a militia member years later. And I've also sat psychologists that psychologist said take his children, make activities, also his alternative medicine. $900,000 bond, found out I think it was a couple days later. They had military states, I'm not sure of tests that were done. A friend of ours who had copyrighted laws called me and he asked me, he said, you know what, I talked to a friend of mine, I said why don't we videotape this. Prior to that, I had went there and moved to the neighbor's house, actually it was a Jeep, they call them, they took it from the neighbor's, which was another car price. on top of the cup. It was videotaping. I was going to shut off the hot water, do a videotape of the house. I started to take and cut the paper and put it into an evidence baggie. The baggie should get it save a lot. I turned the camera up and there sat to the top of the Jeep back and looked at the paper and I got on top of this total shop because I'm a graphic artist by training. And as a volunteer investigator, reporter for the Emerson Review newspaper. George was a neighbor of mine. became in Crawford County, Michigan, corrupt coffers prior to all this. But I did not see a bottle on top of a bottle. We were around and looked at each other and said we couldn't understand why the bottle was put up on top of the cup. Decision to call his attorney, I spoke with his attorney at that time, and also a law professor at issue. Let's time something real quick. First of all guys, supposedly this was a yuck yuck yuck bottle. I mean you can buy all into the world. Why would you leave the container anywhere? Well, you see that... Now, here's the... I mean, from the police, from the law enforcement, I mean, no, I'm just saying, like, this is facetious. I understand why they would plant it. If you were doing, if all these agencies, think about all the goofs that are involved. You had tear upon tear of bottom feeders, you know, raking in the dough, sucking in the gravy, and all of them show up. And now you've seen, let's look at CSI, let's look at all the other BS programs or the FBI series. When you have a guy out there meticulously, not only doing a dab, but collecting every component of the containment vessel of what is supposed to be an at material. I agree. That in and of itself demonstrates just how frivolous and how much BS was actually involved in this garbage. This is stuff we've seen before, but this is another example of it right here. Now, the option is they on site, you know, for whatever reason, because they were doing something the Batfaggots did down in Georgia, which was, remember, they called it, it's called planting evidence, but in the courtroom they called it sight and. A question I had because I'd went over there and I snuck the car back together, almost of it. I never did find a vial in the car. And then after I moved the car to his driveway, I go back and to the top of the car. i'd talked to john why he was in jail and said did you have to in that correct on all the took was the capital involved that state that in the police does that make any sense well i you know i did not find that bottle of the car when i do when i went to in order told me that she was upset because i thought that they built but i think the bottle was froze because it was land but i never found the bottle so the bottles back up on top of the car that video still remains buried in the bank of pbc of how the bottle ended up back in the car and then ended up on top of the car is running question that. Again, so from this point, at least you, again, you did the right thing. One of the things to remember for all of our listeners, before you touch it, in fact, it's a good idea if you can to have three people present. One person operate the camera and the two individuals to stand as certifiable witnesses to the evidence. We probably should have gone over this. We've gone over this years ago. But one of the tricks is to get two other people totally disassociated. I've done this several times. And when you're recovering property or going through a site, what you do is you actually have the two people stand there. You start videotaping before you even approach the vehicle. You approach the vehicle as you recover it. You have at each step, for instance, another little thing, have a tape measure or a yard stick handy. Sounds simple, and it is. Yard stick is a consistent bit of measurement. And if you're going to start from the vehicle looking at the vehicle, you start from the outside in. And of course, it'd be key points if there's damage, dings, scratches, bullet holes, whatever. What you want to do is hold the scale up and then photograph both still and with the video tape and then work your way into the vehicle as you search it because one of the policies we've had is when the enemy has gotten hold of a vehicle, the swine, just as we said earlier, will do site enhancement. That means planting evidence for future use. They did this with Bob Starr's case. They literally planted garbage there because there was nothing illegal on his property. So that's one variation right there. In this case, now you've gotten to the point where you recorded the information, you again recovered the file, but let's just say the first time around, having moved the car, you went into the house too, correct? Went through the house itself. What was the condition there? The condition of the house, they didn't kick in the walls or anything to that. You could tell it had been pretty much ruffled. They had gone through as much as they could possibly go through. Me and the other person I was with, we went down to the basement and shut off John's water heater, turned it to the vacation setting, and tried to lock the door. The door had been, I didn't think the door was really as stable as it should be. I think that's probably About the last time that I was at his house after that, you know Someone else was doing some of the maintenance on it keep making sure it was okay because they lived a little closer But that but the house had been you know You could tell them and but the you know, the aspects of this cases is that there was a police profile 70s I guess it was called the red file and These files even yesterday there's been evidence that these files are popping up and there's there's these long term investigations that are always on running with anybody that's in township land rights people that are in in the tax flight some federal authorities I guess to show the Northern area yesterday one of the clubs in the Northern area each photographers were different hats and so John was arrested because of activities his recreational activities because according to John and One of the papers that I saw my name and address and driver 37 I believe under one of the motorcycle in the northern area that I was never a member of, did come out in the trial that his license plate was. He told me the night that he was arrested, they left a file on the table and him a militia allegedly a lawsuit filed this issue and then that magic's not been able to find this. And so- Well, one of the reasons now, the reason the red files will be denied is because what they did is they made them available, you know, technically to everybody, everybody had a chance to run out and find out whether or not you had a red file. And then, and this is years ago, this goes- 77 I think was the first 82 or 83 was the next player. They tried to lie and deny and deny but they got pressed and finally they took the cookie jar all the way up to their armpits and sold knowledge it but there was nothing that said it was and I argued this years ago I said there's nothing that says it was done away with. All of a sudden you can look at the files. Denying and they're not going to allow access to beyond that. Memos which had my name popped up in the ID. Here's all these into windows. It's handwritten thing copies and Well I think we need to make sure that everybody gets a file. In other words, pick 20 names out of the phone book and flood the suckers, flood the other side, you none date them. That's one of the things we've argued for years is, you know, the mistake we're making is for everybody who's trying to do the Scatter Dodge BS, you know what, instead throw crap at them left and right. It's vegetable oil. A Asian jail, outlaw biker 10 years ago. People that... Question, what did this just happen? Where was this care? I mean, where? People that weren't identifying themselves? According to what the individual told me, they would not identify themselves. Well, then I'm sure the other thing I'm asking is, hey, turn your head left and right. What? Smile for the cameras. I'll find out who you are, but you know what, that first of all, I don't give a hoot about your files or your golf cart. You got a choice. You either get you're hiding out by the road or you meet Mr. 12 gauge. Are you threatening? No, I'm promising you're trespassing now. So get back out. I don't see any ID. I don't care who the hell you are. But what you've got, his name was popped up again. The phone call on this issue. Here we are on the road. We've been brought forward. Northern Michigan. Anybody that has this happen, I'm going to start from one direction. Guys, we've got too much technology that's so cheap it's ridiculous. Hell, you can go out to a junk store and get cassette record about a dollar for a cassette record. MP3 recorders that are sitting anywhere in a room and you'll hear everything they say. You can get cameras now right off the shelf at Meyers that will pick up as well as you and I are talking on this phone. But now we'll videotape everything in the room so that there ain't no way anybody's going to miss anything. And I'm saying this for a reason. If somebody says that somebody showed up with a golf cart full of images, I want to see pictures and I want to hear their voice. Okay, I'm going to say that right now. Now my problem is this. A lot of people listen to this programming. Beware. What some are doing are creating disinformation, perhaps, to create confusion amongst the Patriot effort intentionally. Some of them are just goofs, and I'm not saying one necessarily here, but there are goofs out. And for the other side who do this BS to make everybody do the Oh my goodness, it's terrible. Hide! Ain't no hiding. And if we really do believe what they're saying, then, well guys, I'm going to repeat what I said every time John's been up here. John, you better get involved in the militia effort big time. You ain't got nothing to lose and everything to gain. Down the road from this incident, there were identified federal marshals serving a subpoena. And then these two were reported to be more accountant likes which would not show ID. That's all everybody needs to remember and I think we better stress that with this person or anybody else that says that well we should open up good Well, they can stand out there by the road with their golf cart and kick rocks Absolutely, especially when after they do leave you receives a phone call and then that supposedly there were two identified federal marshals that served a subpoena for On a case which is a tax case If you go to the Department of Justice site, you'll see where there's 12 there's twelve groups now that are being indicted for the tax schemes and alleged tax. Well, let's get down to that. Go ahead, I'm sorry. Okay, so, you know, this is pretty much where this is coming from, but, you know, at the same time, you have individuals that are pulling out paperwork that won't identify themselves, and here you've got the big suitcase red file. So now you've got identified police officers on one side, and then you've got, you know, two assembling accountants on the other side trying to, they're not showing ID, which are, you know, to me it sounds like they're trying to stir the pot. You know, they're shaking the tree, they're whatever, whatever the term is, you know, for shaking the files out in front of somebody so they can get some incredible evidence or whatever. I just want photographs and voice prints because we got to know who's who in the zoo. And I'm going to remind you to remind everybody up there the same thing. Cameras are cheap. In fact, if they're they aren't showing the ID they're getting pictures taken right in front of them Well, you can't do that. Well, I'll still and turn your head sideways. By the time they got that far, going five miles an hour, they were out of fuel and they didn't have any fuel to buy anymore. And this time they told everybody to stay put, most of them except for right along the coast. And only about 40 people drowned whereas last time about 150 people dried a dehydration on the side of the road out of gas. Gee, let's see, too much water or not enough water? Yeah. Not a good situation, is it? But here again, the 40 people that drowned probably had been thinking a little more, wouldn't have drowned in the first place, that's the one problem. But that's still half the casualties without doing anything other than everybody just staying put and doing things sensibly, right? Yes, sir. Everybody who's any sensible and bought canned goods and stepped to the store before they saw the hurricane coming. but from prepared people that the National Guard came up and they were giving out a ration of one MRE per person per day or one heater meal per person per day. But the law enforcement and the farmmen, they got several cases each. And I was friends with some farmmen because I helped them out on a fire one time about my house. They gave me two cases, but those go to my strategic reserve. I'm not going to eat any of them. Especially when you get MREs. Doesn't mean you're missing or mentioned you bizarre to see the date. Don't worry about it. The basic rule about MREs As long as they're stored, the cooler and dryer they're stored. Dry is just for preserving the boxes. But as long as they're stored cool and especially out of light, guess what? They're good indefinitely, literally. There is no technical expiration date on MREs. They seem to all be heated. They're created for the commercial industry, not for the military. Okay, and they seem to all be heated mills now too. You put the water in and it makes a chemical reaction and heats them up some. but I had to interest the guardsmen that were giving them out. I told them our unit doesn't wear these ACU, your uniforms stand out too bad and they were showing me how they're all velcro and how neat they were and they were wearing suede desert boots with four thumbs out in these piney woods around here and those desert boots will soak up water like a sponge even from the morning dew and camouflage and jungle boots. I had a real good conversation with them until they said, well just what is your unit? How do you get jungle boots in woodland camouflage the guard the nation other tell me how how good their their uniforms were over in iraq as well i don't understand this uh... national guard you guard this nation uh... as our nation it uh... having thing to do with iraq they didn't attack us the phone cabinet they call it what would you do you know how to get work jungle boots and in woodland camouflage that's a militia rat is made people would leave their immediately okay okay mister bill no problem yeah okay Well otherwise, everything secure in your area of operation? I've seen him work from morning to morning at the casino and measuring carpets and installing carpets. That guy worked. And because of this, it's totally... I've seen people loose in this Patriot movement. It's like the HBO John Adams thing. to me it seems like a pretty good movie documentary docu-drama and the founding fathers you know they they lost they lost their family they lost their their homes their lives their property their freedom their you know but they knew they knew the ballgame and John knew the ballgame too but with the people that I've met in this in the 20 some years or more that I've been marching he's one of the he's one that's lost some of the greatest things. And there is no end to this. If you look in the cowboy days, you know, you watch old movies and you get out of prison with a felony and they hand you 50 bucks in silver and you're gunning a horse. Now they lay this felony tag on you and... Now here's a question real quick though. Now he was charged but he was never, there was no guilty verdict or anything found, correct? Well he was found not guilty on the Holy Oil. But what they had done, they went through with these warrants and it was one warrant after another warrant after another warrant and they had found a stun gun in a lock gun case which was inoperable and also a small amount of marijuana. So it wasn't enough to even roll up a joint. and it was just something that John had found in the field and they considered an intent to deliver manufacturing and intent delivery. The cannabis law and that, I mean as soon as they found a National Guard and got the lasers on the children and dragging them out on a $900,000 bond, which we reduced, he walked out the door. When they did all this, was there what was left on paper that they charged John? John, what did they Were you found guilty of anything? Is there anything that they were able to do? I contested the searches and the court-appointed attorney that I had and the charges they brought up against me in Calcaska, she put together a very well-written, love it Judge Murphy up there, he decided that the police acted in good form. Rubber stamps? This was on a rubber stamp search, well consequently this puny little amount of me with this manufacturing charge. And of course the judge knew that he had to protect his little soldiers. So if he would have thrown the case out and if he would have said that they didn't have just cause to go in, then they wouldn't have been able to hit me with everything. Well wait a minute. How many days did you serve in jail? 54 days in Isabella and then I spent. Okay, and after they were done with the charges, if supposedly they charged you with, how did they find you guilty of it here, did they? Yes or no? Yes, they did. Well, who did? No, I ended up... they found that they found the stun gun in my faith state pride open a faith they was an operable batteries that they had been in there for i don't even know how long and uh... and of course the small amount of marijuana but when the judge throughout when the judge allowed it in his evidence amended to do by the attorney was to just take the plea to the marijuana and so that i wouldn't take a weapons actually the way it reads is you're not supposed to move it around they can actually they can sell them you're just if it's on private property i'd not there's not even a restriction there but i have to double check that that's how the law used to read the way it is if it's on private property it's irrelevant right well you're moving it around which when you're moving it around and you weren't moving it around it obviously was inside a safe but let's say that uh... sitting there and it's it's inactive uh... technically i'd like to tell you this one most comical sad parts about taking gimmick you know some not just stun guns any piece of an intimate object that they incorporated they fabricate for these issues would take about fifteen minutes with what you got in the house to make another one i mean literally make one night one by one i mean the stuff's laying everywhere the technology's laying everywhere especially for that type of the system wave was there was two or three they were just rubber stamping all became a hotel right and it would then go get the warrant which is totally illegal but the judge you know and once the judge allows it in Then it's allowed in. I mean, this is only a fingernail scratching, and it's not a surprise. I mean, we've covered these cases all over the country. First of all, it's going to get to the point where somebody's showing up with a golf cart with a couple of files. They're going to find two empty suits and a case with nothing in it. This is what's going to happen. Down the road, what's going to happen is they can pull this nonsense for a while, but the world's changing. It's very obvious the economy is being attacked from outside. These shysters in the suits aren't Americans anyway. They're all belligerents working for the Admiralty out of England. We know that. We know the lie. Most of them are spit-swapping ring knockers. They're all lying sacks of crap from the word go, and that's the nicest I can say. They will lie and they fabricate lies. We have to remember, first of all, to look at them as nothing but enemy combatants because they already perceive that they are at war against the American people. Now, the only thing they are terrified of is that everybody will look at them that way and realize it and understand it, that not a moment goes by when they aren't trying to figure out how to steal, lie and cheat. That is their sole existence. Everything else is irrelevant. The people that used to, that I would meet that came through the Emerson Review, if you're not sitting in a newspaper like the Emerson Review, and if you're sitting downtown at the Snow Job, you're not going to see it. But a paper like the Emerson Review that's willing to take and print, what is it? When somebody comes down to the Terry helicopter, flew over their house and they had an estrational cramp, now they're going to lose their life, lose their job, they're going to lose... It is insane. I'll back up a little bit. One of the most common mistakes made is, first of all, I care not what title my enemy tries to put on me. I think one of the biggest problems and mistakes we're making is anybody who is going along with that racket are people that we need to exclude. See, that's one of the mistakes that's being made. The Patriot effort is large. It's massive. The people that have been affected are a massive group. Eventually, you get to the point where it's easier for all of us to band together and start kicking their goofs out of the environment. See, that's the most common mistake that's made. You can run all over the country. I've gotten this issue because I'm hearing people now that are saying they're going to flee to fill in the blank whatever country. Or, well, it's not so bad over here or it's not so bad over there. Well, that's all a crock of BS. I can go to communist China and find some really nice little niches where for a while they wouldn't bother you. But like we said, the problem is somebody shifts a file and all of a sudden the old abacus goes this way and that way and you're on the new list of 20,000 for extermination. Guys, the quality of the photography is comparable to some of the nicer VHS tape machines that were done years ago. and for about $67 to $80 that guy sitting out there with a clipboard is not working in a vacuum anymore.
