Just shoot it out around the country so everybody knows what's going on. Who, what, where, when. Okay? When you do a video or an optical survey of any kind like this and you're going to pass the information on, Just like you see a grid showing the general area of the state around Galveston down in that area to show everybody where that is. B, blow it up to show the general complex or facility, the island, the peninsula, whatever. Last, the concentrated civil population center. It may not be all people. It could be also a bit of a wild district. If there's a plant growth, whatever, that's not relevant. We're more concerned with. the road grid and the area that is actually occupied by human beings. Keep that in mind whenever you're surveying something like this. And we're interested in whatever detail line mapping we can get to do an overview so people are able to understand the restrictions or limitations that may have prevented the bad guys from invading right away. In other words, if they want to come into an area, typically they just sweep and they don't talk about it. In this case, Sounds like what's happened is they've got limited access either because it's isolated they could have cut the bridges off so the bridges don't exist. Well that means they got problems right off the bat. Also people have flat out said no we're gonna protect ourselves take care of our property we're not leaving. Hopefully they're communicating with each other in their community. Is not part of the community and security are alien invaders or buggers that want to come in and bully everybody around. the female police are there. You remember the female police, the ones that beat Grandma down? Well, I want to plant that memory and just make sure we don't forget that. Now, Mike, you got a number of things to cover, so go right ahead, please. Okay, very good. The other morning, we were on the micro effect. We were talking, it was September the 11th. We were talking about the boarding and lo and behold, later on that day, there was a pretty extensive article on page A, one above the fold on the Arizona, 2008. Now I know when we talking I had thrown out a number of eight hundred billion dollars and that seemed to be a pretty outrun some of the stuff that I've seen not quite I swear that somewhere along the lines I heard that number I know that it wasn't eight dollars because they've already pledged billion to it the may be into question and I'll but the other thing is some of the things that came out into the article initially they had pledged one million dollars that's And now it's averaging out to $7.2 billion. So wouldn't it be just cheaper to hire a bunch of border patrolation them every mile or every half mile? $7.2 million. Boy, we could build some gold and diamond encrusted furs and everything along there. Do the math, the south a little bit longer than 1,900 miles. There was also some of the things that they had talked about. The tree huggers had wanted to delay this saying that there weren't any of these made in all these things. There was a big flooded water was back. There was no way to get in and out and it flooded everything down there and the big to do and the tree huggers are using that as the you see I told you so that are flying with some of these to Billy come out here and documented place where other places I did mention in the article that there's quite a few different numbers on it. It said in the Arizona Republic site, the initial cost $20 million for the $253 million to put an article here out of the Jerusalem Post, the 22nd LPIT, the Israeli firm, Kohl's not in the contract to build the fence. And there was, you know, it's talking in there and it threw out both $1 billion, the Bravo dollars. technology and another one that was to the it seems that every time I look at a different news article the money seems to grow and it's you know always a different number and it's different pieces oh it's the initial cost was a million now it's seven point initial cost was 20 million for the virtual fence. Now it's 253 million just to develop it. And then they sit here and you have to really read it very closely to where it actually says how long the fence is. But if you look at the headline, it makes it seem that, oh boy, they're going to be able to complete the fence by such and such a date. But if you look at actually their actual numbers, there was 135 miles had pleaded before 2006. 206 completed between 2006 and present and 329 miles by the end of the year. For me, I have no idea of how they think that they're actually going to get 329 miles a year. And again, it's just every time you get another article that's always a different thing from the article in the errors mentioned, the contract that we know mentioned, or about the Israeli firm lying it, and the on-the-air examiners and the computer altogether. Now the Arizona Republic says the link in the chain is about the computer terminals to tie it all in and then it's back to let's beat up on Boeing and then there's absolutely no mention of that. I called the reporter twice from the Arizona Republic to list my name, let my address, let's see the information that I had and the call back and as you can you know you see it's our local affiliate TV station that I call them up and point it out I give them the websites and they'll be talking about the southern border fence and there will be absolutely no mention about the Israeli firm. That's kind of a comment. Maybe I do stand corrected in the $800 billion from the lines I swear I've heard that. I know for a fact that couldn't have been $800 million because as I said before, they've delegated that Congress has already the appropriations to supply $2.73 billion and that's And again, if you read this article, one is to do this segment. Another one is to... And again, there's no money for the upkeep and all parts of it. It's already being washed out and bypassed and knocked down and everything already. So I don't know. So that's kind of just as if anybody wants any information azcentral.com. The date of it was 11, step 2008, and also out of the Jerusalem. September 2006. I did a search one time after I had already had the article. I was over at somebody else's house and they were asking me information about it. I pointed this out and they looked at me all skeptical. I said, oh, you're an overtook search engine. I just typed Israeli firm combination of those and boom, it popped up. Number one article on the search engine that it showed the information is out there, but obviously some people get their best too. is not really getting out. And you know obviously we need to ask ourselves with the at least the out here with computer savvy or something like that that would be able to companies in this country whether it's Litton or it's able to make thermal imaging cameras or night vision equipment in firms that would be able to supply the networks that would that we have to go over here to a long history of their dealings with the United States whether it's carrying out now care if the tax or spying or any number of things and chances are the technology that they're selling us for millions if billions of dollars or that we either gave it to them or they stole it. I don't know why we have to turn around and are good allies that why we have to turn around and buy this stuff. Realization at the end of it. And so now what we're going to kick off on here, cover over some things, conducting it, meta training, training. And a lot of this has to do with just basic, I don't mean basic training, like going into the army, generalized training, the mission is, but this will kind of be a little bit more medical training. It's obviously we're going to have individual and unit metatimes, any type of training, we're going to start teaching the individual skill and training. Generally what we're going to have a fourth Is it's going to be one, is the planning phase? Is the resource phase and then the evaluation phase? Obviously it's pretty so that we're going to do, what's the mission? You know, is it going to be an offensive? Is it going to be a defensive? Is it going to be medical training? Is it going to be training? That's going to be the planning phase. Items going to be needed to, that's where the rubber meets the road. We're actually putting together the planning and the resources and then we're actually doing the training. evaluation phase. Training is a continuous process. Training hiring next month's resources, evaluating and conducting today's training itself, continuous process. Some of the things that you want to do are identify your objectives. What do we want to do? What's our goals? How are we going to get there? You know, then the other thing that you need to do is evaluate at what level the troops are at. The troops, but again, now we're doing on medical personnel, we need to evaluate where to train things that the people already know. What we want to do is give them, and again, you know, we're not trying to turn everybody into medics, but everybody needs to know. So then the next thing is, is what we want to do is we want to arrange for the training a time and a place, and then we're going to arrange for also to have the trainers there to train the people, our resources or the managers and the dressings. and then we're going to have a time where we're going to have maybe a classroom and then we're going to have another time when we're going to have a pre-training outline. I'll cover over that in a little bit of paperwork. We need trainers accountable for the preparation and the implementation. There needs to be hands on after we've gone over that we have to have some time for hands on and then they're going to be pre-tested in case there's a misconception. And then we want to build the training. We don't want to start off talking about brain surgery. We want to start off real simple at the stick anatomy and physiology. And then we can move up to some of the advanced anatomy and physiology and it's advanced. There's an IVs and needle decompment of the chest and everything. It's something that we're not going to be covering on the first day. Sources for information are the American Red Cross and EMT. Do you have an EMT in there or get an EMT book? somebody that's been in the army a 91 B10 or the US Army Special Forces Medical Handbook, a Merck manual, communicable diseases, you can also get a lot of this information off of the internet. Then we need to have a test. We need to have both a hands-on type of test and then some of the things we might also want to develop a written going to and then actual alternation or advantage or splint. Another some of the things that you might want to think about in developing, just kind of throw them out here. People need to go down and donate blood at least one time. You gotta find out what your blood type is. You need to go down and sign up for a free CPR class. Do some training on somebody else's dime. That done, get that under your belt. The other things that you want to do about breaking it down. What we're trying to do is just imagine, if you're gonna eat a cow, we're not gonna stuff the cow in our mouth. We're going to cut the cow up into little small and then we're going to cook it and then we're going to cut it up into small bites. Then we're going to put it in our mouth and chew it until it's in even smaller pieces. And that's the same way we're going to do the training. We're not going to start off and just inundate people with lice it up just like that cow. And then after we got it into slices, then we're going to make it into smaller bite sized pieces, manageable. Now some of this stuff, the anatomy and physiology into the system. the cardio pulmonary muscular system, the nervous system, all these things moving on themselves, all of the other, and once again, the commander needs to hold the trainers accountable for operation and their implementation. We've got a couple of the training exercises both on the East Coast and West Coast I've got some individual Sorting that we have to do to meet the Carolinas I'll be all in that direction in about a week and I will probably be in Pennsylvania pretty soon here, too So guys keep an eye out because I'll be visiting that way stuff that needs to be accomplished is gonna get plugged in Now would that be the case well off the grid girls comm off the grid girls comm grid complain about the problem people without presenting a solution we are presenting you with solutions they're going to come up with answers our mission, well actually the goal of the medic is to keep our fighting strength our overall force strength up to that they have to be properly trained now to train them requires repetition and consistency One of the most important things is when Mark is saying something to another medic, if I'm a medic, we want to make sure that we're on the same page that we know what we're talking about. Difference between life and death. So Mike, you got a lot more to cover here and this has to do with training the trainers, correct? Absolutely. Just a word here about the paperwork, which I touched on before. There's some people that they might say, well, you know, if you know your information well enough, there's no need for a training outline. myself see this as just a and it's by the people that are too lazy to go ahead and develop the training outline and some of the reasons why we need this so we can follow the outline it negates the need to add lib it is going to eliminate the there I was story when to me eliminate the need to develop the training outline over and over again if you will to reinvent the wheel a place where it can be updated. We can add information in a central location. We can add resources down at the bottom. There's a place where it says the training resources. If we find something better, whether it's a flipped training aids, we can add those on there. So then when we get ready to conduct the training, then we flip the medical training and it's what it's going to be. And then down at the bottom beside them, the next thing is, it's going to help move the cloud. We're going to be able to present more information and the short it's going to duplicate. training anywhere. I can pada. It can be duplicated or if you have a trainer that's planning on being a trainer and they turn up sick or they're delayed for a reason, then that information is not here today. So we're going to skip over that part. It's going to standardize the training, something that we had touched on when we were up in flander dies, repetition of the training, whether it's in Texas, Arizona or Michigan anywhere, we're going to all be training. information over and over again. One last thing is communications. You want to maybe develop a communications plan so the medics have their own frequencies so the medics can communicate to medics in another area or the medic can communicate directly to the battalion aid station so he can give them a heads up. Well I have three patients and they're just sending them your way and they should be there an X amount of time in a lot of different areas. So you need to of communications plan and implement and communicate between each other and for the medics to pass on information up to their Italian aid station, the MASH hospital or on YouTube. Go there, go to their website, they're about medical training, pay similar attention on the YouTube, going on there. And that pretty much wraps up this block of instruction on another day or two, individual and collective to the Eastentia. Need to be followed by the leader. the training as a leader training, each one of those downs now to develop the situation phase and actions that you have to ask and then a way to evaluate the mission kind of in-depth information. I definitely know that we don't have enough time to cover that today so we'll get off for another day. Maybe we'll touch on that on Thursday. Well, again, one of the things of training and instruction is consistency in language, making sure that everybody is on the same page so that they know what, you know, again, when you're trying to express something or just something, each man will understand the other person's or woman, other woman's or man's words when they're especially calling for assistance over a radio communication system, a single communication system of some kind. One of the cool things is, yeah, we could even use cell phones. This sounds weird, but it could be used. My problem is that any radio and cell, I mean, we understand limitations of radio. First thing somebody's gonna say is, well, they could try to trace everything. We know that. We don't turn the equipment on unless we're actually gonna use it. And there are particular conditions where we may tell the radio operators, the RO's or the medics, use the radios only at certain times and phase of operation where there ain't no doubt anybody's gonna know right where you are. Otherwise we have good operational security with regard to signal communications and keeping the systems shut down. Omnidirectional, if there are transmitters that are being used, are used minimally and with minimal power output. That's another thing. However, just mentioning the cell phones. Remember, one interesting thing, we have cell phones with cameras. I could take a picture of a casualty, a wound, I could actually get right up and really gory. And actually, take a picture of a problem I've got and send it in a timely fashion to another person in a crisis situation. Not bad, guys. And I guess technology is finally caught up with that joke. of sudden now they can actually hold the phone up by the wound and we can actually see what's going on. Also one other thing too, I just want to touch on a mutual friend of Alfie's in mind that lives down in the Houston area. I called him up yesterday, I know he's been busy, I've been using Alfie as a middleman and he sees good, he's got you know food, water, generates no big deal, he's just kind of sports and that's pretty much it. But the only thing that he was was missing was this he had no idea what was going on in the rest of the world because the only information that they're getting on down there is about the hurricane and the damage here and the damage there and there's absolutely no news flowing in. So you people definitely if you're in a similar circumstance you need to have a shortwave radio or something or you can acquire information from on around here. Getting a shortwave radio, a good reliable one, maybe even getting some batteries in the solar panel where you can actually recharge the batteries over and over again. You're going to need about two or one to have in the radio while one is being charged and one is operating a stand that way then you don't have to keep going down here and buying more and more batteries. And that was one of the things that he had everything that he needed. Life had made some bean dip so he'd gone down to the convenience store to get some of their bean dip and standing there watching what was going on as there was a big line to get fuel. The only other thing that the people were buying were cases of beer and soda from the data chips. That kind of shows where the people's priority is and everything like that. That's right. The beer is high protein there though guys. Remember that? Carbohydrate supplements and that kind of thing. Yeah, right. Okay. Fluid diet. Yeah. Fluid diet. Easy for them to continue to operate. Minimal time wasted and disposing of waste when you're done. No, the only crisis that's being created is who this are the potlickers from FEMA coming in to cause problems again Wow, what a surprise same old, you know, same old game different day Again, the crisis issue all they're gonna have to implement martial law that tells me the chances are the people said you know what? Take your bugger butt right on down the road there You want to screw somebody else go screw somebody else but leave us alone. We're doing just fine and we're doing better without you We know you're trying to steal stuff because that is the other problem Here's the thing if they stayed there and they try to leave with their property now The if you ever seen the pictures of the communists when they were occupying You know towns and you know the guys come people are coming along and they're grabbing their clothes and pulling at them like, you know leeches and and they're pulling at him and the woman's trying to move away and they drag her towards him and they, you know, take her bread and they take her bag and hopefully they don't take her life but that wasn't on film so you can't be sure. But that's exactly what these potlickers with FEMA and a heartland slash homeland security like people, bottom of things come. So they're going to be doing the old, you know, police state BS right there, you know, demanding that they get on the ground and yada yada yada yada because again, they are at war with the American people. That's the whole issue here. They're at war with the American people. They're training for combat operations to kill Americans. They can't think any other way. And especially if you're in your home and all the community together, here's the kicker. You've got 250 people, they're saying probably it's 250 families, could be 250 individuals. Either way, the population group is, you know, fairly good size. They all have pretty well probably experienced with the weather conditions. They've seen this before in many cases. They held out. Obviously, the houses are intact. They're not swept off and across the bay and over on the other side of the land you're on land mass, major land mass. So there's no real reason to pester them except that you've got these jackasses that are you know trying to practice what it is they want to implement on the rest of us. So in the meantime, first of all, this gives everybody a chance to see what's going on. I would recommend if you can get messages in or out anyway turn on the cameras. Turn on the cameras. On the cameras. The very thing I was talking about, the little mini cameras in your pockets, the cameras that are security cameras, make sure they're battery packed up. Make sure that everything is set so that we are able to evaluate our enemy's actions for future neutralization. Remember, this is Battlefield Intelligence people. These potlickers are coming in. The comments made there about, oh, they're going to kill off humanity to save the Earth. Now, what does a planet serve? I mean, let's put it this way, the Ulster idea. If nobody's there, does anybody hear a tree fall, you know, that routine? Yes, the planet would be there for the sake of itself, but what does it do then? The very fact that we exist, interact, and do what we do as humans is the only reason it's critical. Even for the power freaks, they really do understand this. What good is it to lord over something when there ain't nobody to pay attention to go ooh and ah? You see? That's part of the problem with being power freaks, is that it's like, yeah, okay, so you've got everything and what? Remember Plato's Republic, some of the issues with regard to the idyllic splendor and yet the twiddling of thumbs and the rotating of thumbs because they just didn't know what to do with their time. Okay, that's kind of like what you're looking at here But the latest thing with Davey Earth stood still is exactly what I expected and it's gonna be some kind of BS global warming thing and lo and behold Global warming cooling global cooling warming. It's all part of the propaganda and the agenda It's a mindscrew program murder people to save the planet kill people to save the planet Kill 80 or 90 or 100% of us to save the planet for what? Okay, if we're not here, then who's gonna know and who would really care? Oh, wait a minute. Oh, that's right. The ones that are telling you all about how they want to kill off a whole bunch of us, they plan on being the ones lording over whatever, well, ruins are left. That's their idea. So I'll tell you what, them first, let's get rid of the problem. But again, pay attention. Turn on the cameras. Turn on the cameras. Turn on the cameras and get every feed out any way that you can. You've got satellite. You've got all kinds of uplink technology out there that we've organized. We've got all kinds of other systems. The alternate is in place. Remember, we need a SITREP for the particular area of operation that we're interested in. Mapping becomes sophisticated, people. Remember, KISS, keep it simple, stupid. We don't need a video of the map. We just need flash images, pictures of the maps. Saves on storage time. People with older computers will still be able to receive the data. Everybody gets a quick update on the area of operation and the area of concern. Okay? Now this gets back to another issue, prior proper planning prevents piss poor performance. That includes everything from medical support, combat engineer, and maintenance and operations because we don't just fight, we know how to fix it.
