Yes. And it's true and that really is my standard answer. I know it takes up some air time and some people, well, I heard that yesterday, Don, but almost everyone hears that from me, John. Well, the good thing is that they did hear it yesterday. Yes, this is true. The whole point. You can measure up some people. You have to worry. You can measure up some people pretty quick when they look at you after you say that. John Ridgeway, you were in court here a number of years ago in Detroit, rather in upper Michigan area, and came to a conclusion in a particular case and was able to shake hands with a number of the opposition. You want to elaborate on that for us, please, John? Yeah, I was in the Isabella County Court. December 21st of 2005 and I was fighting a ticket for no insurance. I knew I wasn't going to win the case. I don't want because the words in there won't let us. Nonetheless, when the case was over, they brought me right up for sent down. I took it to a jury trial, which I didn't ask for. And after the case was over and I went up and was sentenced, fine, and went to get my paperwork. I was leaving the court and I shook the hands with the bailiff. to him, you know, sorry to put you to a problem. And I walked over to the table where the prosecutor and I shook hands with her officer kind of. And I shook his hand and said, all right, I'll do this to you. And he said, no problem, no problem. Out the door I went. And so I went and got in the car, headed home the next day to pick up my daughter at her mom's house, coming back home with my daughter and my son in the car, getting ready to go. And I was coming up the driveway. I kind of went, whoa, OK, what's this? And at first, I thought it was my neighbor's, because it looked like a Dodge Ram like he drives. And it kept coming at me. So I looked up a little bit, and then I looked in my mirror, and there was headlights coming up the driveway. So I started to kind of go around this truck, and he dodged right towards me, came right at me. And I went, OK, what's going on here? And next thing I knew, surrounded by a special gunpoint face down in a snowbank, and then taken into the state park. in Kelkaska and concerning a suspicious or familiar with Pastor Pete Peters. Oh yeah, any of you heard? Okay, Pastor Pete Peters with Scriptures for America. And a while back, back in the early part of 2005, he came out with what he called the secret weapon. And he gave this out over the internet pretty freely. You could write him a letter and order it and get a little bottle of this anointing oil. And the conclusion that the war we're fighting, we need to fight it on a spiritual level. Rather than on a physical level, on a legal level, we need to go to the supreme power that put us on this earth and we need to say, hey, we need you to help us. So he put out this anointing oil that he called his secret weapon and I believe he was in on that too. If that's his name, his name was Rick Strunk. Yes, that is. Yeah, okay. And he was in that too. And they sent this oil pretty freely and all it is is a little tiny bottle of olive oil. The instructions are to put a little bit on the tip of your finger or wherever you can get it and you anoint a courthouse and anoint sonic buildings and stations or schools or whatever you can find that you feel you need to anoint. There's a prayer on the Internet if you go to scripturesforamerica.org and the prayer is right there on the Internet and the place to order the oil is right there on the Internet. These people that I shook hands with claim to have gotten sick, gotten ill, had numbness in their hands, numbness in their fleece officer. His thing that he told as to what he felt was suspicious. He got a numbness in his mouth when he put in his chewing tobacco. Now, I don't know about you guys, but if you've ever chewed chewing tobacco, it makes your mouth numb. I didn't know that. I didn't know that. I didn't say that. It's typical of a cop. This was their reasoning for getting a surgeon coming to in the police report that's all they did was they have on the first page of that they you know it obtained a warrant to search my home to a pain this bottle of oil well when they called up there to inform the state police that lived in that county so they had to inform them they were coming up to with the warrant to search my house well then the state police the i got involved in fatherland security and uh... weapons of mass destruction team from the michigan national guard And I was met with a barrage. I could read all the different people and a little paragraph that says, as the nature of the substance was unknown and believed to be some type of toxic agent, I said that I'm not going to say any names. Inspector Lieutenant Soen's leader of Emergency Management Division of the State Police to determine the proper precautions. Now, here's the clincher on this whole thing. And this is one of the things that we've been trying to dispute, and I've been talking with my attorney about it, is these little things of intelligence. And they had one of these sitting on the desk when I was taken into Calcaska County to be questioned. And it showed a picture of me on the front of it, a mug shot. And the only place they could have gotten the mug shot was from a little run-in I had with the police up in Boyne City a few years. another traffic issue. It stated on the front of this that law biker type. Okay, now I know what I saw when I walked in that interrogating room. Nope, there was two of them sitting on the table with my mugshot on the front that militia type, outlaw biker type. And I said, Hey, I said, where'd you get that? He immediately walked over to me and I said, you know what? I said, you boys better update your file. I said, because I haven't been around either one of those organizations. Last time I was around, gathered from the outlaw biker club. quite a while since I ran a motorcycle. So I told them, I said, you need to update your files. Four years since I've been around either one of those things. They had these people about the proper precautions and it says, within a short time, it was advised that due to the suspect's militia background and the nature of the case that the EST team, the MES team, the MSP bomb team and persons from the 51st Weapons of Mass Destruction Court team of the National Guard were going to respond the search warrant FBI special agent so coordinated for the state's weapons of mass destruction unit was also in phone contact so this was all based off intelligence file that they had which I know I saw I own two eyes it was about oh I'd say between a quarter and a half an inch thick now I'm 44 years old now and at the time I was about a page for every year of your life well I never had a criminal history I had no criminal history whatsoever, so where did you come up with a half inch of papers on me? This is what I want to know. Okay? Anyway, when that was brought up in one of the hearings, a detective that was in charge of the case flat out sat on the stand and said, no, there was never any intelligence. Well, I know what I saw. I know what I saw and I'd be willing to swear. Okay, so bottom line is they reacted because they acted and basically just destroyed my life. I was actually not supposed to to be arrested, but they went ahead with a warrantless arrest. My kids then went to my ex-wife's house and of course she played right into their hand and just loved to play right along with that little game. And so I had custody of my son at the time and I was declared as a bad in jail with no evidence with a bottle of olive oil. They knew at the scene of the arrest was olive oil. But, yet, they held me in jail for 54 days. They do that stuff all day. Consequently, throughout this time, the courts played their cards right. They had me the day before I was released from jail out of Isabella County, there were my kids. At which time, they said, well, Mr. Ridgeway didn't show up. Well, yeah, no kidding. I'm incarcerated. It's the first time we've heard this. Oh, yeah. happening to a number of people not only in michigan throwing a jail and then don't do not are charges even in that all even just down the hallway let alone in another county they held the custody hearing the day before i was released now do you think they knew what they were doing all i mean i think they did they knew exactly what they were doing and uh... so consequently i was stripped of my kids six months ago i think and uh... last year uh... now as of this happening my daughter was uh... back in october of last year now had these police not reacted to that point and done what they did to me you know they could have come in sure you want to search for help search for help again up in the height you want to search for a car you want the bottle of oil here it is but no they came in with this with these militant and they run a lot and that's what they did At this time, we do have a lawsuit going, but I can directly, you know, if, because of this overreaction to the school for my daughter's death, not done this, my daughter would have been with me on that weekend because we volunteer every year for haunted houses in the Traverse City area, and she would have been with me instead of getting back to it. They hit me with everything they could possibly hit me with, and I know Mark's familiar with that, been there before. Well, here's the thing of the, um, I'm Hey, you were looking at the magic files. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, watch this. That gives you a little tougher. Just make sure you sit down real quick with it. You'll be able to get a few pages. Hey, look at that. That's really cool. Much like the prisoner bonds, he got a glimpse of it like someone once did. And we don't know they exist. Yeah. We know they exist, but they won't admit to them existing. Anyways, that's my story up to this point. As it stands right now, we are in the process of... We do have a lawsuit going against Isabella County and about 10 other people. Hopefully this thing will keep on going and will continue on. In a police report, I could flip to just about every other page and it makes reference to my militia history, my involvement with the law bikers, which I was never an outlaw biker. I was never a motorcycle. I was never a... a member of the outlaws. When the detective on the stand said, well, Mr. Ridgway's license plate photographed at a clubhouse in Elmont, I said, okay, where's this going to go? He said, that doesn't necessarily mean he was there. So now, because you're parked outside this place or you're parked within 100 yards of it, now that immediately means that you're an outlaw biker. No, but this whole thing was, they need to update it real bad. garbage in and garbage out once they get a particular idea about you, they get set in their ways. Even within the first couple of pages, they admit that they had screened the biological for biological agents and they were all negative. They go through and take them to my kids, give them to my ex, a lot of the stuff. How many children were involved? One boy and a girl? Yeah, one boy and a girl. When you weren't arrested, when I was arrested. Yeah, they that they go through that they took from my house I mean they they found a jar of jars that I had in the house that commandeered these think agents And it's you guys are just fools and absolute paranoid fool sprouting weak and sprouting rye You know I try to eat as healthy as I can even though it doesn't only work But you know this stuff was just some out of this out of this phony police tree The intelligence file that they that it's unbelievable and right now the lawsuit is still out there The attorneys had been approached by, of course, we had started out against the tribal police. And if you've ever tried to sue tribal, anything to do with the tribe, they had a little immunity called sovereign immunity. And the funny thing of it is, is I, and why did their police, why was I pulled over by a foreign police officer? That I can't figure out. That's where this whole thing basically stood on this tribal police officer pulling me over. And of course I didn't have insurance and he wrote me a ticket and took my... That was the initial contact for the beginning of the day. That was the initial contact. I was a tribal officer. You were on a reservation? I was in Mount Pleasant. Mount Pleasant was basically... Yeah, I know. Right, right. That's kind of like the... because they're getting... But again, it's not exactly because again, as you mentioned, they are sovereigns. They've owned a lot and it's been said as of late that sovereignty be targets because it's standing on the rock. I can't imagine... That would be used in the defense because nations can sue nations and nations. Nations can sue corporations. I'm certain they are incorporated also. I think they are. Do not get rid of your stocks if your stocks are in the toilet. I'm going to point this out. The bad guys, none of these businesses are going to disappear. There's two ways that things are going to develop. Number one, The company is going to be there, they've husked it out and stolen all of your money. What they're going to do is launder it back in progressively over a two year period. Here's the thing, if you've got stocks in these corps that have just gone belly up so to speak, but not gone belly up, they're so strong they just can't leave. Well, they're either going to be bought up and their stocks are still good, it's just that they're part of another consortium. or what's going to happen is over a two year period they're going to puff them back up to normal specifications and whoever hangs on to the stocks are going to make money hand over fist. Why? Well because that's how the thieves work guys so why not beat the thieves at their game. So here's the thing, get hold of your stock broker. I want you to ask for the stocks themselves. Not electronics, not a promise, that's all BS. That's just like the promise that they were going to stay in business before you invested your money in them. Now, what happens is you get the stocks in hand, you put them in a drawer, and you forget about them for two years. Get on to doing other things. Put a string to your toe and just make sure that something won't rot off. In 24 months, pull the papers back out and look to see what the stocks are worth. Oh my goodness, what will happen is, how did this happen? Where did this money come from? Well, they'll re-launder it because remember, the money didn't disappear. They've stolen it. It has been stolen. They are thieves, and the government thieves are helping to steal a second time by giving them federal monies on top of everything else. They are thieves. This is a Ponzi scam. So, you want to ruin the enemy's scam? Their logic, like Rothschild, is drive the market down. You all throw your hands in the air. Oh, better chump change or chicken feed than nothing. No, better you not let them have the stocks back. They can't proceed if you have the stocks in hand. When they double them or when they reshuffle the value of the stocks and they cut them in half and cut them in half and cut them in half again, if you hang on to them, you look at the stock options and how they revalue. And what's going to happen? Oh my goodness, wait till you see how the numbers change. Well in the meantime, rather than you fretting over it or gnashing of teeth or trading in the industry, demand the stocks, get the stocks in hand, put them in an envelope, put them under your blue jeans in the blue dream drawer and forget about them for two years. You'll be very happy that Mark told you to do this, a very simple process. build on their own and the other racketeers don't have those stocks to work with to re-inflate the system and to steal from us in yet another way. Now I don't go along with being in the stock market but if you are, this is my recommendation, it's a thing that can be done and you'll beat the enemy at their own game. The situation here, of course, well, there's one problem. What's the value of your daughter worth? Guys, look at your children and ask that question, and then you figure it out. Now, one of the things we look at is some support to help get this program in motion. However, what we're going to do is connect Dave and Randy and a few others. with this project to see what we can do from that direction. I lost my job over this whole thing and basically like I said I've lost everything my house and so anyways if somebody has an attorney that would be willing to assist he says he could then take the case on a contingency but as it stands right now he's working on this thing by himself. I don't think that the attorney is trying to sell me down the river reality is you know if somebody quits pata sometimes try to understand it from these guys's point of view. If somebody knows of an attorney in the northern Michigan area that would be willing if anybody is if you needed to Go ahead and do that because that would be useful. At least people will communicate with you with a ground letter type. There's a lot of people, that's all they do that are listening. My name is John. Just read a address. Give me a whole address, top to bottom. Oh okay. I'm going to bring up a little bit more in a lawsuit. He said that the party's the price on your daughter. We want you to give immunity. I said, what do we do here? I said because I'm not settling. Do you know one of the problems with that? Are you familiar with the way the mechanism like this works? When somebody settles a dollar amount that becomes the fixed base for any other compensation afterwards? Do the math. You see what they were doing there? And the lawyers in on that. Do you think my attorney is in on that? Well, he would know that it basically whoever usually what you do is you pressure the whole group you'll take whoever wants to opt out can opt out for whatever reason. This is what happens when for instance the networks are sued. What happened remember years ago they were lamenting because NBC caved in first and basically set the amount that they paid out. Remember when the Atlanta bombing took place? It had nothing to do with the militia. It had nothing to do with the Patriot movement. It was an ADL bombing. We know that, a Mossad bombing. Remember, there were all kinds of kosher mafia BS going on with the Olympics down there, and nobody cow-towed them as much as they wanted, so they were all whiny and wheezy. Remember, they charged and they did all this propaganda against this security guard. Remember that? Yes. Okay, well the security guard charged actually went after all three of the networks actually to include CNN so there'd be four at least and I think a few others were tagged in the process but the four primaries at that moment were tagged with the lawsuit and NBC bailed first settling for so many million dollars and because of that that laid the minimal compensation level and the basic compensation level for all the others if they wanted to settle. the president so we don't think it's any different maybe i'm a little off here but i don't think so uh... it's great for the lawyer close to your insult for legal fees so he can get around in circles you see how that works well and i'll get my money and what will you get well another bill later for more of the same and also when the time comes it's going to be what you settle with this person for $400 or $500 in legal fees, guess what? What kind of compensation can they decide to tag on to the rest if they lose all the ducks in a row? They lose one after another after another. At least it's a minimal compensation. Now there are other issues that could be brought forward. But my point is that just looking at it from what I know historically, this is not a good thing. It's interesting that this came up the way it did. This is one of the ways to try and sit a left or right out of the situation. So just keep that in mind. Now, you can keep an open mind with regard to the lawyer, but my basic rule on that one is who recommended him. Well, he was actually the only attorney that I could get to take the case. Nobody else wanted to touch it. I even called Figer. I called Jeffrey Figer's office. well course mister figers very pull much very much a political dogs so we gotta keep him in mind yet he's usually sniffing but somewhere else you know i mean but i guess they that yes like dogs anyway com there are some other considerations there are other ways this can be in put in a motion filed and at the very least everybody can be doing all the work and then uh... using the stunt dummy uh... as the uh... stand-in to get everything uh... pushed through with a bar member Okay, but remember there's a basic rule. It's the Erwin Rommel School of Law. You know the court is the battlefield. The judge, an enemy general, the prosecutor, an enemy officer, your lawyer, an enemy spy. Yes. Okay, just keep it in mind. Then you've got the tribal cop shops, and they're doing the same thing. They're not doing very well right now either. The casinos are not exactly raking anything in because there ain't nothing to rake in. It's harder for them to launder money from the Italian mafia into the casinos like they have been doing traditionally, only because if you don't have bodies coming through the door, it's kind of hard to convince people of the numbers with regard to the digits that are moving. So, that's why you're seeing all these other activities. These characters are worried about their jobs, they're worried about sucking up McBrowney points, the fellow officer routine. And of course, another quick thing real quick there, this means that you might as well just get real motivated and put a fire under your ass and start supporting the militia big time and building militia units. Ain't got nothing to lose. Everything's gained. When we're going to say that you're on the list, well you know what? Better still, build more militia units. Everybody needs to be kept putting the fire under their hind end in general. Obvious for obvious reasons. You know, they aren't going to care anyway and it doesn't mean your without their information is accurate. I've mentioned this on the air many, many times. Police state, the nature of police state is for the information to be inaccurate and for the person being attacked to have to fight their way out of the paper bag they've created. Not that hard if you got a, well, anything from a light nuke to a Even a simple pair of paper scissors will get you out of that paper bag. You just have to know when to use them and how to use them properly. I wouldn't necessarily use them in the bag. I'd be stabbing the hand that's holding it. Did I say that? Yes, I did. So anything else we need to cover with regard to the situation or anything that maybe you missed that you can think of? Well, not really. Like I say, I'm getting ready to... I'm not sure who I'm going to war with now. Am I going to be going to war with the attorney or am I going to be going to war with them? I have no intentions of accepting this petty offer, just ridiculousness. But, you know, like I say, the reality is I'm at a point where I can't find work, I can't get a job, you know, because of this criminal crap that they've brought upon me. It's just not getting any better. I did want to bring up, if it's okay, I don't know if there's anybody out there in the Oakland County area that gets the Oakland Press, but there's an article that has a lot of similar, very similar things as to my case, but it was in Saturday, September 13th, page A3 of the Oakland County Press. It's about a couple that's suing the county. abuse charges are dropped. Parents have had two autistic children and one of the people at the school used this interpretive, used a non-verbal communication method to use her father of raping her and her mother of failing to stop it. It was brought about by one of the people at the school. They came in and they arrested this guy and they arrested the wife. and he was in jail for 80 days. Okay, now this looks to me when I look at the picture, this guy is sitting here in a suit and tie, looks like a very respectful, but yet the police drug him through and they're saying that the parents of the autistic girls had a prosecute case for their own gain, exactly what they wanted. When you read this article, and if anybody's out there that can dig the Saturday edition of the Oakland Press, Saturday the 13th, out of the garbage, and read this article uh... this is what our judicial system is turning into this is what you know that we have to deal with that they can't normal crime you know if i went out and and committed a crime that's one thing but when they fabricate which is what basically what they did well that's when it's time for them to run through the ditches because you're going to burn all the witches you know the time you're down there won't be a whole lot of the worry about you know this we get to the point Yeah, we get to the point where you're at what used to be called the Malthusian limit, but in this case it's the Malthusian limit of disgust. You really don't have any more disgust left in your art, you just know that there ain't no discussion left. But rather, the only thing that's going to work is a machete, a 12 gauge ball peen hammer, that bump of the night. What's that? That's the sound of some joker dying, sir, and it's probably someone that deserves it. Yeah, the straw that broke the camel's back and the one that gets away he's going to have to be drinking to a straw for a while. You see the thing is, they're at a point, they don't really understand they are a minority. They are an absolute minority of scum. And we're at the point where, why talk? Do you talk to a backed up toilet? No, not at all. Think about that guys. Do you negotiate with a backed up toilet? Does it do you any good to negotiate with a backed up toilet? Now you might use some verbiage on it while you're cleaning it up, while you're fixing it, but there's only one way to clean up a backed up toilet guys. Got in there, got to get in there and get dirty to get it all, first you got to get it cleared and then it takes time to clean everything up and it's something you don't want to do, but you know what? If you want to use that toilet properly, In other words, it's a parable here. It's a representation. In order for things to work right, sometimes you've got to get rid of that backed up. You know, what's causing that backed up toilet. Right now, we've got a whole bunch of ring knockers that are causing some major problems and are going nutcase. Now, I've argued this. It's just like all the dishonesty with the money. This is just as easily tying into that. as it is to every other aspect of all of these institutions where the parasites have stepped in and have taken over. Or the parasites have felt that there are no breaks on the machine and that the sky is the limit. Well, there is a limit I don't think they really understand that once they're taken out of the formula, that's it. It's the end. We don't have to worry about them anymore. All of a sudden you can breathe easier. The world will change. All the psycho-babble BS is going to have to be thrown out the window with it because that's just literally another high priest of the commissars of the Soviet. That's all they are. It's getting to the point, we deal with so many of these cases and more and more people are realizing that it's not that they're even trying to create the illusion that they're being, that they're all, I think, a concern. It's all plastic. If it is, we are sinking, we know that. But it goes right on down through the whole system. I was held on $900,000 for shaking hands with public officials. I charged with three counts of felony assault, something's wrong with this system. And I think the only way we can clear up this judicial system in this country is to hold judges accountable and take away this immunity for justice. There isn't really any immunity. This is all a victim that they've created for themselves. Keep that in mind. All this BS that we're hearing about this immunity has nothing to do with the reality of this nation. That's all Admiralty Law with these Royalists who think that they're above everybody. And that's going to get put down real quick because that's all finished.
