I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and, speaking low to me, said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land is free. and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the supreme law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom bright. Wow. The first week is gone and we're heading into the second already, guys. And it is medical and communications Tuesday. We got Michael Neser here with us. Mike, we're going to be finishing up where we left off the other day when you were here. Right ahead, please. Okay, I hope everybody's got their paper and pencil handy. We're going to try to finish up what we had finished up on Friday. We had dropped off we were talking about extremities after we've gone through all the rest of the assessment. Again, it's look, listen, and feel. And we're looking for symmetry. Symmetry. So we've got what's on the left is what's on the right. You have four extremities, and you're going to assess each one for at least. You're going to start at the top of the arms, and then you're going to work your way down, checking things, the capillary refill. It should be less than seconds now. more than three seconds. We're going to have to look to find out where the restriction is. Check the forearm. Look for bruising, discoloration. Check the upper arm. We're always going to be checking, comparing it against the other. What's on the left should check. Ask them to squeeze your hands down in the legs. We're going to check in the femoral area. We're going to check for things like five more changes. Firmness. Retain. If there's any blood, it's coming down in the femoral area. It could be coming from the abdomen and could be migrating under the skin and it could be so just because in one leg, a femoral artery or with a femoral vein, it could be coming from the abdomen. Eventually, lose a peso and a front pain thing is why we're checking these things over and over again because if you don't catch the changes by reassessing over and over again, the patient eventually, you're going to start falling behind and then you're going to have to start to catch up. Usually most it's about 120 over 80. We try to keep this or equal to 100. So normal sinus rhythm is 60 to 100. For women it can be below that. For some people that can maintain a heart rate that are less than 60, 100 we want to ask ourselves why. Is the patient scared? Is the patient injured? Try to find those things out. A respiratory rate is between 12 and 24. Sometimes if the oxygen saturation on the respiratory rate is going to increase. If any of these numbers are off, you need to really find out why. Between 96.8 and 99.8, the number is anything of 100.5. Don't really be super concerned until it reaches this level. If the temperature is elevated somewhere above that, 101.5 Fahrenheit. Then we're going to consider things cooling evaporative cooling. I'll bring that that temperature down. Initially you put your vital signs every 15 times an hour then if they step it down to every times an hour and then if every stop any changes and then we're going to plot them on the spot see the changes and then we're going to head them off. Now here we go this is the very end of it and this is the one of the most important contact. Hey how are you doing? Now they've answered a proper check, then you're going to go out there and make hand contact like you're going to. And then while you're shaking their hand, then you're going to take your other hand and reach around and check the radial pulse. Then you're also going to be checking their skin, their temperature and the moisture of the skin. And then we can also check the cardiac function, their pressure, their hand, your front down and blanch their nail beds and check that he's done so much in just higher skin, their paw, everything like that. Again, so and we contact with the person, we've assured them their cardiac function and then after you've established those things, then you can start assessment and then after that then go into your tertiary assessment. One, two, three, four, ahead to total and the second assessment. You want to make eye contact, ask them how are you doing? And if they answer appropriately, they've got good neuro checks, you're going to reach out to shake their hand and your other hand, you're going to come over and check their radial pulse, your skin, the temperature, the moisture. You're checking their cardiac function, their blood pressure to see about the pulse, if it's fast, and then move finger on down and blanch there and check your capillary. That's pretty much it for right now for just the numbers, second assessment. So these are Again, remember that everything you're hearing here on the air is going to be recapped to a degree, but has already been covered in the other exercises that you were a part of, correct? That is correct. What we're doing is, if you've been listening to the Intel report, oh, and one other thing too, it's not only that, but if we've covered over some of these things, it will on wttrn.com, you can go to the archives and check that out. But yes, absolutely, we started off in Oklahoma, last year, or no, excuse me, earlier this year, we did more of it here in Arizona. And then we're going to be building on that back here in Oklahoma. You can have one for your medical information, one for NBC information, and then maybe one information you might want also give us a black bag to keep that in there to keep the rain off of it. The most likely have two hats, a booney hat and a baseball hat. Nobody will be permitted on the range without a baseball hat. And that is going to be firm. There will be no exceptions to that. We make sure that you bring your Swiss seat rope, protective mask, the dollar store, bring a right hand gun for a bit of training and make sure that you bring your compass spiral notebook, baseball hat, your Swiss seat rope, protective mask, a cooler hand gun from the dollar store on a compass. Here we go. All right. Hang on from the dollar store. Uh-oh. Hey, I'd like to find those dollar stores. Yeah, there you go. That's for sure. Well, you know, we can call those toys, but we can also use those as a training aid. And then if they get broken, then we're only out of the dollar. And yeah, sure. If you want to bring one of these airsoft things, that's fine too. But the nice thing is, if we're using real firearms for some of this training, that we will be using real firearms. But for some of it, it's just a little bit safer that way than if we're moving around and there's some unsafe things, then we can correct that. And, you know, I don't care that how many times somebody's taking the magazine out and jacked the slide and reassured anything like that. And just alleviate all that. If just everybody has a seven or something from the dollar store and if it gets broken or anything, OK, so I'm out a dollar. OK, we'll be also remember the duct tape will fix it in a second. it's broken, it's just going to get patched up real good. Well, it doesn't have to look pretty, it just has to be a simulator. That's what it's for, different tiers of training. Now, this is something we try to explain again. I know we've got Dave waiting in the wings. Be patient, we're going to go to break here in a second too. But real quick, when you see different elements of training in the video, remember, guys, it is, we go from the basic classroom to some form of training aid instruction where you get to visualize from an overview using toys, simulators, or whatever. It can also be hands-on phase, which is the next, where we go to using simulators so that we can walk through the process. Then you graduate to the actual instruments that are going to be used, and then to advance processes utilizing those same weapon systems, et cetera. That is the progression. That's how it works. And, you know, it's just amazing what's going on in this county. And, you know, I just believe that if people don't do something, nothing's going to change. You know, I claim that verse in Psalm 94-16 where the Lord asks, who will stand up for me against those who do evil? Who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity? If people don't stand up, it's not going to change. It's just a situation. Go ahead. Real quick, Greg. In this case, they kept you for how many days? Actually, what they did is they arrested you where you were actually you were invited. Okay, everybody involved, you had your, you already had your card, everything was squared away. You went to a, it was a big screen showing of the convention, correct? That's right, it was a big Republican party up to Hilton, here and Coach seen me and I knew at that point right there, he was just, seeing our open forum that we have, I've been able to expose what the guy's doing. It's just like, the very same day they wrote the article up in St. Pete Times, another police sheriff officer, wrote a memo off to the sheriff's department exposing Coates as being a liar and he might be able to deceive the people but he's not able to deceive those that work with him and so forth. And they put that in the paper. The very same day, it's just amazing when you read those two articles and you see, what happens is this man is running a scam on the people of Pinellas. But it's not inside the system, no, it's because of the dumbing down of America through the television. They just don't, I mean this guy smiles and he just waves and you know it's just, but people don't realize what happens is that people have people of integrity and character. I mean, following Paul's place, he pours and still people's kids. And this has been the motivation for me. I mean, I've been through some things here that have been, they're motivating and pushing me to a place where I have to do something. I can't step back and do anything, stand back and do nothing because if I do, Again, what happened here real quick, for everybody who's listening, they took you to the county lockup, but then they sent you to the psychiatric facility, correct? Exactly. What psychiatric facility did they send you to? Well, they have PEMS. It's called, the place they call PEMS that is state-funded. They stuck me in there, and I was like with a bunch of zombies. These people were all on drugs. They didn't know who they were they just walked around in circles and they they bring them in there and they put you on this drug routine and They tried it with me. They told me my blood pressure was up and I said well if I feel my blood pressures get out of control I'll just start doing some push-ups and sit-ups start running in place or whatever and but the problem is is I mean They wanted me to drink out of their containers and stuff I wouldn't do it I wouldn't eat or drink anything that they gave me because I know how they work They split this stuff in people's in their drinks or in their food and they wake up and they're out of it. You would meet them. This is the very thing they did to my wife when they took our kids. My wife was arrested, taken to the sheriff's department. She called me from there and told me what happened. And what happened was getting the kids restrained or replaced against me and my wife. We couldn't go over and see the kids. So my wife was over my aunt's over in house and said, do you want to come see your kids? And my wife wouldn't turn down and see her kids. She's never been separated from her kids. This is about a month not after seeing her kids. She gets over there to see the kids at the house. And lo and behold, the mother-in-law called her own daughter and said she's over at the house seeing her kids. And then she's get... And they take her from the house down to the sheriff's department, lock her up. She calls me from the sheriff's department in a booking unit. Then the next time I talked to her, she's at PIMS at the psychiatric place. She doesn't know who she is. She can't even sit up. I said, what in the world happened to her? What have you, what have you been giving her? And they had it like that for three weeks. It's perfectly fine at the point. And that's, and as I watched them drug these people up, I mean, it was just, it was just, it's just pitiful what they're doing for money and what they're doing to people. We have a- Well, it's worse than that. You're dealing with wicked minds. These are people that there is, we're eventually going to have We can't do anything we can peaceably, but I am of the position. And again, this is for a lot of our listeners who have called in. I have watched this cyclically run last 12 to 15 years, but it's gone on longer than this. There are men who were incredibly peaceful. The gentleman I know, his name was Mike, but this gentleman was an encyclopedia. Literally, he was one of our collegiate pro se people. What happened is, his attitude, he had two tours in Vietnam, he was an officer in Vietnam, served for a number of years in different capacities. He immersed himself in the law. And his logic was that we know so much about the law and we are better than the other side at being able to do it that we will just beat them through honesty. At a given point, what they said, you know, what it is is he basically went into the court, was a piece of bottom feeding tripe that was wearing a black robe. And he went through the exact thing that they just did with you. And I asked Mike, I said, are we going to let this happen? He goes, oh, no, no, you can't do anything. We've got to be peaceable. We've got to understand them. Oh, violence is not the solution. And the next time I saw him, he couldn't put two of those words together. Oh, yeah. Now, his mind has never. What point do I allow allow for this type of murder to continue? That is my problem is every time we've built up a phenomenal, you know, people of knowledge, go exceptionally well trained. It's amazing. We have had these machines. We built these machines of people that have come together and what they have then done is they violate all laws. They violate all rules and they begin this systematic attack utilizing these commissars. And, Ted, this is why people do not understand. This is why they don't do movies about Communist Russia. Because Soviet Socialist Russia is how they operate it. It's just now they've got another pharmacope to pull from. genetic engineering has moved forward. And now they can virtually fry your brain. You're better off just, well... There is one, there is basically only one option, we get to a certain point, and it is true, but I would prefer that everybody kind of reign in a bit, work together, because when it happens, we need to do it all at once. Let me give you a subroutine on this, I've brought this up as a subject many times. There's a guy that went crazy, didn't go crazy, he just got, he had enough, he got fed up. built a beautiful armored tractor and went after the bad guys. Okay, he destroyed all of them. They were destroying his property. They were destroying his business. He took them out and then in the end he was killed. My problem is this. We need that man not to build one tractor to build a hundred armored vehicles. So there's a whole bunch of people out there that are of like mind but don't think they're alone. And you know you're not alone Greg because you got people around you. But we got to stress for everybody else listening that like Greg you're not alone. When we lose our freedoms, when we can't have our kids, we can't keep our property, we have no rights to speak, no rights to present evidence in court. to a trial by jury. I mean, we're just, we're in big, big trouble. And it's, it's real simple. I come to conclusions because we as an American people have become weak. We have become a weak people. And it's just as I see it as being under judgment. And, and I mean, if they can do this kind of stuff, what they did to me, when I tried to tell the officers what was going on, people just don't believe me. If I didn't have people on the outside that I knew that were supporting me, because I'm not going anywhere, you are not, these people, I said, listen, you are not going to take my kids from me and try to force me to run down the street. and try to get me to be afraid of you or whatever. I don't care who you are, how bad you are, or what you're going to do to me, I'm going to stand there and for the life. I'm going to give my life for my children. I'll take it for now, but God help you when the time comes. Amen. You know what? Officer Jack McLam on the Heartland, Greg Everston, said Saturday that the reason Pat Chillman was murdered They said friendly fire, but we all knew the generals were lying and so did the troops. But what he was going to do when he told them, he was going to come back and head up the anti-war movement. And his brother said that he was That's why they killed him, is because he was going to stop the anti-war movement, I mean, head the anti-war movement. Well, here's something else to think about, people. That is what they did to Pat Tillman. Our suicide in our military is just outrageous. It's something like a thousand a month or something like that. I can give you a more detailed report later, but the most important thing I want you to know, they tell our troops every single day, according to Jack McLam, Officer Jack McLam, and you can call him in Idaho, but they tell our troops every single day, you are to go in, you are to take your pistol, and you are to blow their brains out. They don't want to murder innocent men, women, and children, and that's why they're suicide. That's an opinion, but I know that that's what they're telling them because that's what Officer Jack McLamb said. Now, you have some other people calling, so I'll let it go at that. But I'm outraged. I have been since that someone was murdered. It took a marksman, a sharpshooter, from Vietnam, what do they call them, specialist, No darn it, now I forgot just a minute. Well, he said that it would take an M16 to hit a man and they had the same place three different times before he fell. They wanted Pat Tillman dead. Now that's, you can talk to Officer Jack McLellan, he's more involved than I am. I have been dealing with this mental thing you're talking about for 40 years and what they do is exactly what you're saying. They torment and torture people with drugs and witch cracks. I'm not kidding you. And it's horrible. Oh, this is, first of all, we have covered this too extensively and we have saved, we've gone in and physically had to extract people. I mean, we've done it through a number of different ways and we've served the paper on them. They've tried it, there's a standard book that's been printed, Dave from New York, of course, we touched on this when he came up the other day. standard book for procedure for virtually just trying to railroad a person. It has been printed and generated and shipped all over the country. It is part of why as far as I'm concerned, there's there are just scurrilous bottom feeders. They're the work. This country is it needs to be straightened out. But if we do not understand before we get into this what we want, then we're going to be right back in the same ball of you know, the same ball of worms almost as quick as we hit the ground. Go see an attorney. get a sufficient statement, get free of civil rights, regain those civil liberties, and then they're back on their side of the fence and they can't do a lot of this crap they're doing. I'm kind of kicking around and maybe seem to be having a lot of talk about the training up, the training in Oklahoma, the training down in Texas. Maybe we can discuss a little bit about the different types of training and how we're going to come up with training schedule and the responsibilities and planning and things like that. Maybe to give some other ideas to people about how to do that. But then again, I'm open for suggestions. We can stick with medical or or any number of things, which I would kind of like maybe touch on with some of this training stuff. And tying that in will be also the medical training schedule and the medical processes because people are definitely interested in this. Our job right now with what we're doing is we're expanding on our support arms within the militia. First of all, we need to train the trainers. That has to happen faster because we're being flooded with personnel. Many of the militia units, the special trips I've been making now, are just to remind people or kind of get them back on course in certain areas because they've been a little flustered because of the numbers. They're getting waved with bodies. They're getting, you know, twice, three, four times their strength. Well, guys, we warned everybody about this. As more people are burned and more people realize what's really going on, you're going to see a force expansion here. All of you have to be trainers. common problem, I argued this years ago, everybody has to be involved in forest multiplication and you're going to have to have a plan in place. Virginia experienced this, the Carolinas are experiencing this and they're going to get it dealt with very quickly. We're going to see working with each of these states that as we expand the program, the inter-cooperation is going to have to be there. We hope to have the 43rd regimental combat team, Colonial Marine militia, as a training element in Texas coming down to visit. So that's being prepped right now. Oklahoma is critical. There's stuff happening all over the country, Northwest, virtually every point of the compass. So we're going to focus on that, but we're going to bring Mike back on Thursday. We're going to have a number of callers, of course, coming back. Greg, tomorrow with us.
