Mark Koernke discussed the deliberate concealment of law and legal codes by government authorities, examining how statutes and rules of procedure are intentionally obscured through complex indexing and redefinition of terms. Callers including Dave (a pro se legal researcher since 1989), Spike (from Indiana), and Rebecca (from Oklahoma) explored the corruption within the court system, the redefinition of constitutional rights into privileges requiring licenses, and the role of sheriffs as chief executive officers of courts. The show addressed whether constitutional and political remedies remain viable or whether armed resistance has become necessary, with Koernke arguing that while peaceful solutions should be pursued, citizens must be prepared for conflict as the founding fathers were.
I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, we fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent, although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors, so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores, and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the supreme law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God-given right, and pray to God to keep the torture freedom bright. As Iowoki vanished in the midst of whence he came, his words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now his tyrants trampled each God-given right. We only watched him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Dill the Land of the First. on and behind the lines in occupied territories, north, south, southwest, and brn.com. That's We the People Radio Network. We're also on Liberty Tree Radio dot 4mg dot com. AM&FM major stations, station, CB Bay stations, and ultra net technologies both east and west of the Mississippi. And well today is Monday. We're getting rain. Up here in Michigan, it is the eighth September already guys. The first week is gone It is by the atomic clock 604 in the afternoon from New York, Dave you still there Yes, good afternoon mark. Okay, Dave you stay right where you are. We got a number of other callers here too We got spike from Indiana. Let's bring spike right up there with us to jump in there spike Just wanted to back up what set of books they show us and ones that they don't I was a whole bunch of code that I've never seen before and you know how much I dug through them started looking through the Indiana code here already knew but there was always getting through the list you know I'm like wait a minute I was on the General Assembly website and I just either search bar and oh there it was you couldn't find it any other way you had to do a search for it. In other words it wasn't generally available. There you just you had to list it in the actual. Right in the index and this is consistent across the board people and we've tried to explain how scurrilous this system is now and it again it's not an accident this is what this is. why we had a- you are seeing what we're talking about right now the corruption that you are seeing in the system is why we went to war now one of the things that happened between before 1775 is that there were Americans who were designated to get to the docks before the the bar members did or before the crown policy members did and their job was to buy any law book that hit the docks every law book they could find or get their hands on, which is why today the scurrilous swine want to make sure that you don't have law books. They've made them the same corporate interest, the same swine bottom-feeding touch that we shot out of this country by the end of the American Revolution. Because first we decided, okay, we're going to understand the whole ball of wax. We're going to stand on our left leg, bounce around while we spin our right leg in one direction and we pat our tummy and we roll our eyes in a counter-clockwise circle. That's how goofy this stuff is. And what happened is we got better at bouncing on one leg and rubbing our tummy and rolling our eyes than the characters that were supposed to know how to do it did. And so what happened is this. Progressively, they tried to conceal law. They tried to hide the law. They made it illegal for you to see what it was that you were being charged with. All of these things progressively to try and protect the racket. Now today we see the exact same thing. And step by step, this is a can of worms that we can spend hours and hours on. But again, in the initial phases, the journal societies of the colonies, the people of this country, decided that they better understand the battlefield and they should be better at it than their enemies. Because of that, they tried to make it more confusing. They changed numbers, they altered papers, they made books, they created two sets of books, they cooked the books. You know, in any of the situation guys, when you see a situation like this, you're dealing with a criminal slash devious mind. Now would you deal with somebody like this in business? You would not. How is it acceptable to have to deal with bottom feeding scum like this with regard to a situation that is life and death? And I'm going to say something right now. Somebody would say, well, all they're going to take is two years of your life, or all they're going to take is time. Time is irreplaceable. I have laid this down many, many times. For all of you who think that, oh, the taking of your time or the wasting of our time in the courts is nothing, I want you to reach into your pocket and give me a handful of seconds. Anybody do that out there? Can you give me? I'll be happy with just one. Give me one second you can attach to my life. You know what? Not one of you out there can do it because there ain't one of you out there, although there's a whole bunch of nutcases that are, you know, globalists that want to be there. That God want to be. Okay. There is not one of them that can do it. Now they can steal, but they cannot give. So with that being the case, it is most important for every one of you listening that you decide that we are going to protect our lifetime first to the best of our ability, up to and including using lethal horse to defend ourselves. Why? Because it is a God-given right, not given to you by the state. The Bill of Rights are not something that's given to you from the state. What it is is just a reverse, people. that the Bill of Rights enumerates the chains upon that restrict them so they don't violate or come into our area of liberty. And that's really where our problem is right now. When you hear about nonsense like this, first of all, common sense, just like, you know, Spike, you're using the computer, right? Yes, sir. Data in, data out. Now, if somebody enters an in, we can get it out. That's how it works. Why would you make it overly complicated and how is it that it could be concealed in the first place? We have what we call an index. The index should provide us with a very specific notation showing us step by step what is in the inventory. And yet, what happens is, in order for us to find the rest of the story, we have to make special steps or special jumps or stand in our head or whatever we want to do to accomplish and get hold of that data. Dave, we've seen this at every level though, haven't we? We've seen it local. state in federal especially when it comes to the state and federal rules and procedures if you go to the indexes indexes are coded they they don't give you any plain simple instructions of where to go you got it you gotta go to this phrase or what if it's this you gotta go over here or if it's this you gotta go over there or well if a doesn't fall the beach falls and if he doesn't play go to jay and jay doesn't play go to q Come on, how many hop skips, jumps, and hurdles do I got to go through to get the answer that I'm looking for? That's the language of Babel Day. Exactly. That's the way the rules of procedure are set up for the court and then they tell you, well, you got to know these rules if you're going to proceed. Now here's the comical part about that though. Now you think about this, guys, for all of our listeners, how many times, how many of you have sat in the court and a lawyer can tell you, oh, I'm ignorant of that. Your honor, I'll have to do some investigating. Oh! Now you stand there the same person say, I didn't know that this law existed. I didn't know I was breaking any law. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. How many times have you heard that BS? And yet the person who's supposed to be competent, the person who is supposed to be the expert, He's going to turn around and say that, you know, vain ignorance and of course while he gets the pat on the head and the slap on the rump, so to speak, you know, and squeeze too because they're a little strange. Okay, that is a fact, guys. I mean, how many times will you see this in court over and over again? However, you come into the court, they're going to do everything they can to viciously violate every aspect of what are the core responsibilities and rules. Why? Because their first rule is to protect the racket. Notice I didn't say business this time. The racket. and shame on them for doing it, but on the other hand criminals gravitate to positions of power. Power corrupts, absolute power absolutely corrupts. As we go step by step into this pit, more and more people are going to see the need for why we need to clean the slate off. We need to scrape the table clean. But in the meantime, we're going to point it out and show you how it is you have to stay abreast of things. And if you are going to get into this battle, you must be completely cognizant rolling pins underneath the back which shift it left and right, move it around. Go ahead Dave. In the current rules of federal procedure, anyone that's working in this, they need to go back and read the rules, but what I noticed that was really intriguing is that in Rule 81, it gives definitions of certain terminology. Some of the definitions have been changed or altered. However, the words which they have changed or altered the definitions by are cloaked, such as the term state. It says, over pertaining to the District of Columbia. Well, what District of Columbia? If it's referring to states, then how can they be part of the District of Columbia? Well, if you know the law, then you would know what they're meaning because when they use the term District of Columbia, they're referring to statutes at large, or 16 statute large, page 419, February 21st, 1871, which was the creation of the corporate district of criminals and its 10 sub territories or sub districts. And therefore, when it refers to states, it's referring to states as being territories of the district of Columbia. And that's how the word game is being, you know, what do they call it, wordsmithing? That's what they're playing with in the redefining of the terms. And when you look at the definition of the United States, all the definitions of the United States have to do with the territories. And when you list them, it talks about Puerto Rico, Guam. So if you don't live in Puerto Rico or Guam or the Merit Islands or the Virgin Islands, then you're not part of the United States. part of the corporation of the United States. Oh, the corporation of the United States. And you've got to look at these definitions. What I'm really concerned is, in my temples of bail, I've always hammered them with the definition of 81F, where it defines the term officers of the court. It's missing from the rules. Rule F is just not there for public view. They have not defined the term officer of the court. It's missing. One of the reasons for that, again remember, because the corporation has continued to extend itself out, we have, and this is one of the reasons for instance, as with Ken's case, Ken's not with us right now, but one of the things that happened there as we've done many times, to file a RIC from within the cell, from within the lockup, all you have to do is hand it to a bailiff, or anybody who is in a uniform who is a turnkey and technically they are an extension slash an officer of the court. So the court has been served. Now the clock is ticking the moment that that paper goes into any official hand, any technician, anybody, doesn't mean you're missing if it's a private or if it's a corporal or if it's a sergeant, whatever. And the private would be just a regular sheriff's deputy. It makes no matter. That individual is an extension of the machine, the mechanism, and so they're all equally responsible. See, they love that power freak thing, but they hate the idea that the artwork responsible is tied into it. And that's what they're trying to rewrite, and that's what they're trying to throw in the toilet. They want all the power, but they don't want any of the responsibility that goes along with it that is expected with our jurisprudence, but is something they're trying to deny. Tell you what, we're going to go to break. We've got Spike here still. We have Rebecca being so patient in Oklahoma. We'll be back in three minutes and we the people at Radio Network. In column versus the city of Chicago a 1906 I'm sorry I don't have the case number before me, but in that case, the court ruled if we allow the city of Chicago licensing of a horseless carriage, how long before the city of Chicago would want to require one to ride a horse or walk up on the streets? With a license. With a license. Now here's another one. This is more recent. Murdoch vs. Pennsylvania. This is found at 319 U.S. 105. No state shall convert a liberty into a privilege. License it or charge a fee therefore. Is that not what they're doing with bicycles now? Is that not what they did with an automobile? They have converted a right into a privilege, required a license, and then charged a fee. And yet the court has ruled they can't do that. You sent that to me too, the email. Yes. And I wish I could find the site of Chicago. I've been going through my papers and I haven't found it. But that case has been used and cited down through the years since 1906. And it's still valid because it's still being used in Supreme Court rulings. And people just don't realize That's what they are doing. They're taking, you know, we got the cars. Now let's go after the motorcycles. Now we got the motorcycles. Let's go get the mopeds. Now we got the mopeds. Let's go get the bicycles. Then we're going to require a horse. We got a town here in New York that the mayor of the town said if the Amish ride their buggies through the town, he would have them arrested for littering on the streets. Well, you know, they were laughing all the way to the bank the first time they thought up them carbon credits. We're going to charge them to XLA. That's right. Exactly. And every tree is meanwhile going, thank you. Oh, and by the way, tree doesn't get any money compensation for getting rid of the stuff, do they? How do we go about charging the trees? You know that one. They'll do that with a chainsaw. You did a great job the other night on WTPR in there on the rule of law radio. i hope they get you back up there again thank you very much. Randy Counton also last on Friday night too, I don't know if you caught it last night or Friday show, they also discussed the issue that who is the chief officer of the court and I forgot what state it was but one of the young men that came on there he cited the state law in his particular state and it stipulated right in the rules that the sheriff is the chief executive officer of the court. Folks, I will tell you also, the state of Florida, the chief executive of the court in the state of Florida, is a shower. Therefore, these so-called executive officers running around issuing citations are acting as judicial officers. But wait a minute. Maybe they are judicial officers acting as if they were executive officers wearing a badge and a gun, going in disguise upon the highway and in premise. To what? Cause deprivation of rights. Exactly the mission. I'll tell you what, Spike, we're going to let you go. Okay, you guys have a great show and God bless. Thank you, sir. And very patiently we have Rebecca, who has been waiting in the wings from Oklahoma. Rebecca, are you there? I'm a first time caller. I've listened before on my way home from work. And when I came on to listen today, I hadn't heard any of the specific conversations other than you were making comment about being in the second phase of the revolution and talking about what do we need to do now. And I called in based on just that one simple statement. And so I might be, you know, detouring a little bit from the specific conversation, but I thought I'd stay on and say what I had to say anyway. No, that's good. Actually, I'll tell you what, if you hang on, because we're going to go to break here in a minute, I'll let you address something about that. See, we've gotten to the point, and Dave has been in this for a long time, there are men and women that are gone from us now that have passed away, who are in this fight through the whole of their lives from a legal end. And these were giants, as far as I'm concerned, in pro se and pro pro. And they're not even the first people to do this. The reason the system has been restrained and contained is not because of lawyers and not because of the bar members. It was because of two things. The American people themselves who have learned, you know, the ropes, so to speak, from the legal end. And I'm going to say it where most people don't, the fear that they might get their hind end shut off if they were stupid enough to try and follow through on what they're doing now. And that's really where we are. The one thing I would say is this, and I've gotten to this argument, oh, trust me, we've had heated discussions that go back for decades on this. See, my argument is I understand, and I accept the idea of Dave and all the other guys, and even I have done it, we have filed inside the enemy's court. But I'm going to point this out. The courts that we have now have been worse than captured. They have been turned into sacrificial altars for alien gods and these creatures are wicked. Now let me ask you something. You know, let's say Rebecca, you, me, Dave, and a small army of militia come into a town and find a ball temple with a big owl there with a copper ladle with the entrails of children that have been thrown into the fire onto the copper ladle to divine the time. and we walk into this temple of doom, so to speak, and everybody stands there for a second, and after we've shot their hanging on of it, somebody goes, wow, this would be a great place for a church, wouldn't it? That's the problem I have with the argument about supposedly taking what we have in place, supposedly taking it back. There is a point at which you literally have to disassemble the bricks, salt the earth that it was on, and walk away from it. Right. And that's really where we are to a degree. We're fighting a series of holding actions now. And we can teach them a lesson, but my problem is we're at the point where everybody needs to be just as equally prepared to fight to defend themselves because it's the only thing these creatures seem to listen to. There's only two things. The idea that they are going to have bodily harm done to them because it needs to be done. or the idea that they're going to lose, the one thing that they worship, which is mammon slash wealth slash cash slash stolen property mostly, because there are thieves to begin with. Do I think that we can do anything with a ballot box? I think that where we can do things with a ballot box is locally. I think that even there we still have the possibility for influence. But I would put my money more towards the idea we're going to war. And for that reason, we will fight every action we can. I will support these people who are doing their part now because they are helping to hold the line, to buy us time so we can be better prepared for when we have to fight. Can I give you some idea? Yeah, can I comment after that? Absolutely. You stay right where you are. And I think what we're going to do, we're going to go to break. This is the Intel report. And we've got Rebecca and we've got Dave back in three. the plaintiff or defendant in a lawsuit? By and on demand, this is We The People Radio Network. This is the Intel report just past the bottom of the hour. We have a long block here now. We've got a bunch of callers too, but Rebecca had a response. Rebecca, jump in there please. Oh, hi. Well, thank you. Yes. Some of the alternatives before possibly going back to how we responded back in 1776. And in fact, Patrick Henry said this after the Constitution was ratified with the Bill of Rights. That's when the two-party system began and they came to him because they were, some of the states were already wanting to see from, you know, the federal states. Yes, they were. He said to them, yeah, go ahead, but you better do it constitutionally. And I think the reason why he responded that way is because they had just been through the war and I think he recognized So, maybe that wasn't the correct way of responding. And what I've done is I've read the anti-federalist papers, and what was amazing to find out was that everything that Patrick Henry was stating and the others were stating in the anti-federalist papers were experiencing today. And it was based on the fact that the Constitution itself, without the Bill of Rights, was a very bad document. I agree with him and his statement that we have to try constitutional means because throughout history You know, violence begets violence and the Bible says so. And he said the kingdom of heaven is experiencing violence and the violence take it by force. And if we try to change things that way, I just don't think our results long term will be any good just like what we're experiencing today. Well, okay, real quick here on that one. Just remember this. Number one, without the re- in fact, remember, this is always my favorite quiz question. Remember, the war did not start in 1776. It started in 1775. It started 16 months before the Declaration of Independence, and it was cast, the boat was cast with a one ounce ball of lead. And that's one of the things I know we have a hard time with because there's an issue, at what point do we say enough? And that's when I, on the one hand, in fact, even the founding fathers, even though they went to war, There's an excellent series that just came out. I haven't had a chance to see it, but I've had other people say it was very well done. It's on John Adams. Have you seen that? No. It was even touted. It was weird because it was touted in the post office, which I thought was very strange. I saw that. Yeah, I didn't like that partnership necessarily. Yeah. What was interesting is there is a comment made about the Fairfax results. Every step of the way, Before we went to war, the, in fact, there was before the Fairfax Resolves, excuse me, oh my goodness, before the Fairfax Resolves, there were the suffix results. But each of these was a redress of grievances doing exactly what was required by law. Now at a given point, as we see now, and this is my problem with this, at what point do I say that it's acceptable for them to grab Rebecca and waste 10 years of her life because somebody fabricates an action against them and against her and puts her in jail unjustly. At what point do I say when they do that to 10 Rebecca's or 100 Rebecca's or 1000 Rebecca's, nay, I would say they have done this to millions because I'm I've been keeping track of the numbers. My problem is that they have they've they've understood the fact that we are nice. Mark is not first to choose the sword, but Mark understands at a given point, if we do not cut the slats off from underneath the enemy, what they will do is they will nibble you to oblivion. Now, I'll give you an example, just as a quick point on that, and I understand still the idea, we will try everything in this, what I qualify my statement with, but here's my thing, I will qualify this statement that I will support everybody that I can to come up with a peaceable solution. provided in the same breath each of those people understand that the founding fathers even as they did that also prepared for war and that everyone needs to cooperate in this because it is part of the counterbalance of the threat of war from a police state or a central Soviet type or monarch type or whatever term we want to use a central control freak type government now I'll tell you of all the people myself, I've done a lot. But Dave, how long have you been working at Prose and Proper work? Since about 1989, became very active in 1991 when I joined with the Prose of Tampa and we created as a result the Prose Lady. They were about a 30 member. I was associated with several. We all went on and became about about 300 people within about a two month period. Right, now here's the thing, also you were involved nationally too because, now I'll abbreviate this for a second, I just want to qualify where Dave's been coming from because Dave's immersed in the law. I will tell you that. I have 45 years of experience and education. I have been studying law for over 45 years. Now here's the thing, Dave we've had great victories haven't we? We've had phenomenal the whale of whale of victories we've had but they're few and far between and in the process Well, no, we've had many well, I'm just my point is this there have been also the same in the same breath The enemy has turned around and repeatedly ignored its own rules Which is what we're dealing with in Michigan right now They have totally ignored all the rules of procedure rules of evidence rules the Constitution, everything has been trashed in the last two weeks in the courts in Detroit. Well, it's not the only one. My point is this, and Rebecca is still there, so I'm not trying to over talk to her, Rebecca, per se, but I want to qualify this. At a given point, you start to realize as you get older that they have intentionally eaten out your substance. I have lost $150,000 and two homes because of what the government did to me. Oh, but successfully held ground in a way you'll have in my life. Yeah, you're... So I've taken a bullet, I've been test-whiped on consciousness, I've been beat seven times, I've been thrown into state prison three times without due process, without trial, without conviction. I have no criminal record whatsoever, but I've been in state prison. three nine-pack hidden in state prison is the best way now here's my poor yeah i've been put in solitary that's work and that he spent the last two months in solitary confinement just like they did to me and i want to thank you people for calling in at the sheriff and harassing for ken's sake he finally got his medication the last six weeks he's been in prison they gave him his medication otherwise he probably would be dead Now, with that being the case, my question again is, at what point do I consider it acceptable to sacrifice how many of these people? See, I'm not going to be mean. In fact, you'll notice right now I'm incredibly calm because I know some people who will scream and holler at this point. Let me answer a question on the Bible, too. Hold on, hold on. We've gotten to the point. I'm going to—wait, wait, Dave, because this is my argument. We are no longer speculating on the concept of torture. You now have it as a word that is spoken in the vocabulary of the American people in the public venue. We now have talked about, even though we described it, we have seen troops in American soil and they continue to increase. At what point will everybody have to say enough? No, it should not be when the very man we're talking about, Patrick Henry, said, are we to wait until there are soldiers in every home? In reality, that was already happening. And while we could, I guess, wait to that point, one of the things that the Founding Fathers did, as Andrew stood, they were fighting also a war of prevention. We are at a point in a very significant crossroad where either we fight, we terminate this enemy with extreme prejudice because if we do not, they are the most wicked of creatures who will murder. They will murder you either immediately or, and it's just as bad, Rebecca, because I have seen this. They will murder you by inches over years and they will eat out your substance. I do not consider that acceptable. I know that we have good people in this country and I need, first of all, we need those good people to step forward and they do need to be on the firing line with politics and they do need to be in business. But here's the problem. The other side has stacked the deck intentionally to vilify and attack every individual that does that. We understand that they're willing to take their lumps. There's a lot of good people that have. However, the reason I want them in place is because we cannot allow for a vacuum, nor for insanity to ensue once we win. Because unlike other countries, the American Revolution had one thing at the end of it that other wars did not have. and the French Revolution certainly had. And that was the very thing you're talking about, this tit for tat revolt over revolt, or shall we say murder upon murder. Well, we did something different because we had had 10 years Christian revival in the United States in process leading up to the American Revolution. At the end of the war, we incorporated justice tempered with mercy. And I feel that we should have to do the same thing again. We will have to deport a whole bunch of people. We could, if we wanted to play Soviet, do what they plan on doing with you and me. Because don't make any mistake, there are scurrilous minds thinking about mass murder in America. I don't make any bones about it because it's not an if, it's just a when. I'm sorry, go ahead, Rebecca, please. Is it break, though? We're gonna go to break, yeah, but got to. Stay right there, and I know, guys, there's a couple other people waiting, Ron in New York, and Bob in Idaho, but Rebecca, we come back. Yeah, I know, I talked a long time. We're going to come back, you can go ahead and finish up and then we'll get on to other callers. How's that sound? Alright. Stay right there, Rebecca. This is the Intel report. We'll be back in about three minutes here on We the People Radio Network. And I have a big old black fuzzy thing sitting here helping me in the phone. With the value of the dollar, risks of inflation, geopolitical uncertainties and instability in world financial systems, I see gold going up much higher. I belong or I attended a pro se group in Oklahoma since the early 2000s. I myself have never had a case to process, but I've attended because I was interested. I've been involved in politics for quite a long time, ran for a county position here in Oklahoma City. But I never knew before where the power lies. But Ron Paul exposed where the power lies with the people. If enough of us can get involved at the local level, we can affect it all the way up. And it's called precincts. And you just talked a little bit before about how county sheriffs had a whole lot of power. Somebody... Absolutely, yes. Okay, well then all we have to affect then is the county which we live in. And the precinct chairs and vice chairs have control of the party at the county level. And so if we could follow through with this precinct project, it is all politics, law and politics. It can't be separated out. They can't. If we divide those two and separate out the judicial from the other legislative or executive that we've lost. And I believe that people that are individually pro-says fighting in the court systems are fighting battles and winning, but we need to win the war. And to me, the power lies in the political process if we could all get involved at the precinct level and take back our county, because we can do that. Do you know, real quick here, you know what, Rebecca, do you know that just before the Oklahoma City bombing took place that your state was the state that passed the first anti-UN resolution that was binding, that was inside the country? Do you know that is the argument that that's why you were bombed, why Oklahoma was bombed? It was not done by the militia, it was not done by the Patriot Movement. I know that. My point is... I'm very familiar with the Committee of Five who's going to report, okay? I know this personally. The thing is, I agree with what you're saying because we've done this many times. I could put a person on until last year and the gentleman passed away. Literally, he took this state, politically, four different times during four different presidential elections. He literally gave this state to Ronald Reagan when he worked with the Republican mechanism. And I've sat down with him for many, many, the equivalent to years of time. And this gentleman would be the first to tell you, and was, in fact, even as he passed away, he said, the point where we are going to turn around politically is gone. Now, I'm not, that's just George's position, but George is a man who grew gray in this cause. And he stayed in politics all of his life. But even he said, and I would just remind you of this, that there comes a point in time where it is obvious that they are playing you in a merry-go-round. Now, we need you to do what you're doing. We need the precincts controlled. We need the sheriff to be informed because there's going to come a point when this conflict takes place where life will still go on as the conflict is taking place. My biggest concern, as I said before, is the vacuum issue. Because people are thinking there's going to be a single silver bullet, so they're waiting for it to happen. And it is going to be a multi-tiered effort. It's going to be every one of us doing our part when the time comes to maintain our form and forms of government. That's really what we're focusing on. So I agree with you as far as the concept. However, I would ask this, that every step of the way, whenever you're doing anything, that you promote the militia, And that you promote the idea that we must be armed as individuals to protect our common, in the common defense against the state. Because the state in the end has now become the greatest enemy of the people. That which was created by us. Now Ron Paul had the right idea, but Ron Paul has even stood there in Washington and remember what he said. There are men behind me in those chambers who are trying to destroy the rest of the Bill of Rights. He knows. He can only say so much. So Mark's going to be the whipping post here for a lot of people because I only ask this. I will support, and you know this if you've listened to our programming for a while, I will support every variation and effort to try and come up with a peaceable solution. The founding fathers did that. Therefore, we must follow their blueprint. But we must be just as readily able to immediately defend ourselves from scurrilous minds and individuals who would try to take our life's time and our life's time is the most precious treasure that we have across the whole of the experience that we will be part of. Rebecca, we actually did this in 1989, the precinct thing that Ron Paul's talking about. Oh yes, it will be. We took over most of the counties in the state of Florida and were able to maintain control. Even Miami, Dade County, we seized electoral vote in the precincts and we sees that the majority of the precincts and got control of the county's i was even a member of the county executive board during our executive one of our executive meetings and a lawyer walked in the room punched me right into the nose while I was sitting at the at the front desk and I said you can't do that he says I can do anything you want and he says nobody here is gonna testify against me you get out of here we don't need you anymore they did a coup d'etat in 17 counties in the state of Florida they came in with force and in dade county they even brought the police in and dragged all of us who were elected officials out out of our precinct and then they arbitrarily appointed replacements. On this note real quick, and it's now, I'm not discouraging you, first stop, before we get any further I'm going to say something, I'm not discouraging you, but I want you to understand before you get into this, because here's what happens, many people who participate think that the other side will follow rules, they will bring the state police in, they will bring in thugs. or they will bring in individuals who are part of the party politics, which are both Democrats, they'll bring Democrats in to beat on Republicans. I've watched this in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, California, Pennsylvania, the whole, all the states. We've covered it on the air. But if we are prepared, if you are already prepared for this and understand it, and have the counter force in place so when they try to play their thuggery, it does no good, then you will be able to hold your ground. In fact, in California, we could take a whole program on just this. We turned a constitutional convention around that they tried to start in Florida. We beat them. We have beat them administrative. We have done this. And what they have then done is violated their own laws. Now, sometimes it's been so gross a violation that they back off because we catch them when we turn the light on it. But what we must be ready for is balance. If you're going to do this, I'm going to tell you right now, we need to make sure that the militia element is in place, the ability to defend yourself, and to cooperate and interlock with each other so that nobody is isolated, because that's what they'll typically do. Example at the national level or state level, what they've done is we'll get in there, everybody, a lot of people are older, what they will do is they will reintroduce and reintroduce and reintroduce and reintroduce after they've lost over and over again a vote. And then they wait until you're exhausted or people leave and they do it again. Go right ahead, sir. We experienced County Convention this time around. We were the ones that did it. Yes, exactly. We were the ones that did it. They were trying to renege on the platform we had developed because, you know, Ron Pollers were kind of a majority and were able to put some things in there. uh... and i think they were just a man i don't disagree you know i really don't disagree with regard to being prepared for the worst but familiar with all of that too you know what they do not follow you know i know that criminal uh... will do our part together all that so yeah that and i appreciate the first time i've been on I finally done it and I feel good, I'm comfortable. Okay. And I great the conversation, thank you for the conversation. I appreciate it. Bear back and call him when you get a chance. And again, we got to let you go because we got Ron and Bob who have been so patient. Hopefully we can get them both up. You bet. Thank you. Bye bye. Ron, jump in there from New York. Quick. Just to rewind here, I was waiting to hear the definition I was going to give. He was going to define an officer of the court and it always seems to happen. So if you could just restate what the definition of an officer oh the officer the court is the fine in the temples of bale the book that got me thrown into prison the federal rules of procedures state that officer court a collector or a director of the internal revenue service or eight trustee thereof but and they have omitted it now from the federal rules procedure so now how do you know what an officer the court is if you get the definition is no longer there to define the term And that's not an accident obviously because again it helps to connect tissue, it makes you understand what the overall machine, what it's built to do, and who's actually manipulating it from what levels. How I learned that is I went back and did the archives in Florida in 1994 and everybody was after this 13th amendment thing. And I actually found the legislative annuals, they were buried away in a hidden corner in the Orlando Library. Most other law libraries had already removed them so you didn't have access. And I got copies and I copied out a page of stuff in there besides the 13th Amendment. It was 1822 and 1824, the legislative annuals. And in those annuals it talked about the the sheriff as being the tax collector and he got paid a percentage of whatever he collected and the judge he was the tax assessor. Yep. He's the foreclosure officer. That is his job to take custody of the property. That's why the lawyer puts his hand on your shoulder when it comes time for sentencing because the lawyer is handing over the incompetent property to the court as a corporation to transfer to a holding warehouse called a prison. Nice, that's what they're doing me right me at sir David Andrew at Rochester dot r r dot com if you want a copy of the temple of ao Ron you can get ahold of him in fact the wrong you probably get the number from Dan if he pulls you down real quick We are at the top of the hour Bob from Idaho, please forgive me Can you call back first thing tomorrow? And I swear that we will bring you up right away Bob from Idaho calling again, please as always God bless the Republic Death to the New World Order. Thank you, Dave. You're welcome. Thank you, Mark. Good evening. Did you read this? Chicago just became the murder capital of America. I don't understand. It's been a felony to have a gun since 95. I thought that was supposed to prevent murders. I'd increase them. Criminals will always find a way to get guns, while the rest of us are just left defenseless. Chicago authorities have seized over 75,000 firearms since 1995. And now, Chicago's murder rate is twice as high as New York City. Tonight, while you're asleep, criminals will be at work. Not in Kennesaw, Georgia. In 1982, our city passed a law requiring every household to have a gun. It terrified the criminals, and our violent crime rate is now 75% below the national average. We sleep well here in Kennesaw. Americans who own guns prevent over a million violent crimes every year and save lives. Get the facts. Visit armedandsecure.org. That's armedandsecure.org.
