Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? And most people don't know this because they always talk about the Great Depression. However, leading up just to the Great Depression were a series of burps in the economy. Now these births in the economy that took place were manipulated. Yeah, yeah, call them corrections, or shall we say manipulation. In other words, somebody wants to rake in all the dough, but also you're going to create what we call a Ponzi scheme, a confidence scheme. Now with a confidence scheme, you have to show crisis, but you have to demonstrate solution, and the solution makes everybody feel warm and fuzzy. so what happened is uh... everybody was watching jp morgan and his little quick who by the way they were acting alone they weren't the only ones don't try to say it's the road goals robert barons because they're all old bunch of robert barons involved mostly kosher mafia from the international banking and who are manipulating the federal reserve and the money support happened is jp morgan every time that there was a major roller coaster dip in the uh... stock market jp morgan and his friends were there to boost the uh... stock market back up and everybody looked over there at the little you know the area where they sit in the exchange and his window was open and the curtains were back and he's down there lording over the you know giving the wink and nod and lording over the situation and everybody put their money into it and the economy the not the economy but the stock market itself oh this happened again and lo and behold everybody got used to looking up there at the Emperor's chambers in the Coliseum oh did I say that all to fight more money into that stock market Well, guess what they did in long term and yet don't look long term. Oh, that was an evil word. Shoot that man on the corners of long term thinking long term. Long term was five minutes. 15 minutes. That's right. Little gerbils. And basically you got these little gerbils running around on the stock exchange. You know, and you've got the emperor up above and the phone is up and the phone is up again. And guess what? The roller coaster hit yet again. And the roller coaster hit yet again. Oh, this would get to be fun. You have a little dip. A bunch of people commit suicide, but a whole bunch of other people pick up their property and run with it. Okay? And so all of a sudden, there came that day in the fall when there began the dip. And well, this was more like, you know, from high altitude, you hear that screeching of the wings as the air passes below them. And everybody looked for the pilot who was going to put the thumbs up and you know what? There wasn't even anybody to go thumbs down, Don. Oh, everything just kept falling. JP Morgan was nowhere to be found, along with the Rothschilds and the Warburgs. Instead, well, everybody else got to ride that airliner right into the ground at maximum speed with no possibility of pulling up. Because even if you did pull on the stick, the force of the air underneath the wings was pretty well. lock and everything and over, locking them into place. It was a very harsh and terrible crash. Is that the term they use, stock market? Crash? Well, now we zip forward today and we've had a series of banking burps. These banking burps are quite unique in that first of all, like the Ponzi scans of old and as we've seen before, at the same time while the stock market was doing what it was doing, the banking system was bumping in the same way. And somebody came out and they propped it up for a bit. And they said, oh, don't worry. We're going to change the rules on this. And then we're going to change the rules on that. And of course, we'll throw a big wad of fictional FRNs at it. This was Elbet from the Federal Reserve. Oh, lo and behold, that happened about once, then twice, then two, three, three going on. All of a sudden, injunction with that horrible, terrible, wicked crash we heard with the scratching of wings. the screeching of wings, the scratching of metal, and the busting of frames. The banking system followed with it. But here in this whole bunch of banking mechanisms that we passed laws against years ago, and that we used to regulate with a whole bunch of laws that were all frivolous BS. Why? Because, Don, after they got everybody to put their investment, their life's investment, into these nonsense operations, One at a time, they kept telling everybody that they needed to drop more and more of these mechanisms that were the safety valves and the check valves and the relief valves to make sure that the boiler didn't go or that the plane didn't nose in the ground. Well, you know what? We are seeing the same effect right now, aren't we? First, they bailed out one, then they bailed out another. Oh, but don't forget, and as I have asked many times on the air here, where did all the money go that they stole? Where did all- I mean, guys, if somebody says, hey, uh, Fred, Frank, Al, Phil, I just checked the books, then we're missing a few billion dollars. What? Oh, okay, I'm sorry. Let me- wait a minute, I was off by a decimal point. It's tens of billions of dollars. Oh, okay, well, I hate to tell you guys, by another decimal point now. You're the guy prying the window open, so- keyword twenty three stories up open anymore quick grab a chair playing meat today they're not going to fall on their or that's right they leave their their quick fight is easy when the problem is guys that uh... here we are looking at the edge a you know it's kinda like ariana the end of the world as you know as far as banking goes but here's the thing this is nothing new there is not a single thing going on right now that your grandfather and your great-grandfather would have told you about right now because they're the ones remember who said I will never deal with a bank again and you know what you a lot of the people know you're not alone brought into this all the banks are safe why because there was a mantra in Hollywood and there was a mantra from all the talking heads who were who were supposed to lie to you which is part of the Ponzi scam And people took their money and put into higher and higher risk institutions and mechanisms that they were told right off the bat by many other people, don't get into this. Only if you can get out of it. Or to lose it. That's right. Only invest what you know you can lose. It's like any limitations in the gambling casino. Now, it was just like putting your retirement into the stock market. Remember when they started that? Oh man, I'm making money hand over fist. Oh man, I'm making money hand over fist. No, somebody else was making money hand over fist. And at a given point, all of a sudden, about two years into the process, when they came up with this nonsense, like all other banking operations, when they hit the two year mark, they re-engineered the program accordingly and dumped everything the way that they wanted. carried that money off, I will ask every time. Those digits didn't fly off into the universe, they didn't spin off the planet. Somebody pocketed that, and when your bank goes under people, you understand that. Know who to hang. Know who to hang. Because somebody stole it. It didn't just walk away. Criminal minds are involved. Criminal minds both in government And out of government, and a lot of these other people know this, but they're all rubbing elbows, swapping spit and thinking that it's okay, you won't figure this out. Now Dave and Ken have been working on some problems here for a while. but at least you're out and free, correct? Correct, yep. So I'll tell you what, now Dave, go ahead and Ken, you guys worked together on this. Let's give everybody an update on when all has transpired with Ken's case. Okay. We've been working on a case for here since, I mean, we're helping with Ken here since back in April or March and they have bounced him in and out of jail like a rubber band, you know, or a bouncing ball. And Every time they put him in, the charge or non-charge have been just absolutely frivolous issues. Two months ago, or back in June, they put him in supposedly for violation of probation on a charge and he had 90 days or something to serve. He served his 90 days and they still held him. They put him back in again for some more stuff. But it's just been an ongoing battle. Basically Ken and his wife who were involved in some bad land deals or mortgages and foreclosures. They decided to take a vengeance against these people and the mortgage holders or called holders a mortgage, in most cases we have not been able to find yet the copy of the mortgage that they claim they had. They were parties who were foreign corporations, and anyone that knows law, a foreign corporation can only have standing before court as a plaintiff if they register with the state. In the state of Michigan, unlike most states, it's the Department of Labor that they have to register with instead of the Secretary of State. So therefore, for them to bring an action against Ken or his wife, they've got to have standing. In most of the cases, there's been no standing. That's one issue. What the other issue that got really more complicated is almost every case that's been brought against them has been by the same law firm, the same judges, the same cops, and it's a ring around the Rosies. One house that Nancy lost in one of these bogus foreclosures. In fact, it's not even a foreclosure. They're supposed to take a foreclosure to a circuit court and they're taking them into County Court and they're bringing them as a landlord-tenant argument. Since when does the mortgage-er or a credit company being the landlord? It doesn't make sense because they're trying to get around the so-called law of having standing. So they claim to be a landlord. And it's been an ongoing issue. But the worst of it has is that when they try to resist the and fight the court case in law and go to court to fight, the cops then arrest them, throw them in jail, and then while they're holding them in jail, they hold this crazy king of court and they enter a default judgment and seize the property. Then once the property sees the cops all run out there, they steal their furniture, their clothes, their appliances, their jewelry, cell phones, computers, cars, trucks, they seize everything and then one of the little pine, little local officials or people working with the police department takes everything over in his yard and has a yard sale. Something's wrong. This case then was then appealed or not appealed but actually filed a criminal complaint into federal court for RICO against the state courts for fraud and misrepresentation and and theft of property a whole nine yards. There's 95 charges in all and his wife's complaint to the federal court. Well, a federal judge on the 19th of August jumped in on the case. He was not assigned to this case and he dismissed the case with prejudice. And he said that the case had been heard and all the evidence been viewed and finding the court, the case is now by dismiss. One, he was not the judge of the case. Two, it was brought under Title 28, 2284, which requires only the circuit, Chief Judge of the circuit, can appoint a judge to the case. So therefore, the Chief Judge of the district has no authority to appoint Mr. Judge Cox. The next problem being, he had no authority, first of all, to do it. All the evidence has not been submitted. Five attorneys have filed on the case since the judge issued this order filing evidence into the case. Five attorneys. Now, if all the evidence was heard, how could he enter a judgment saying the evidence has been seen? The case is dismissed. That's total fraud. The next thing is, two of the defendants are former law partners of the judge that did this. And at least six of the defendants are personal friends. This is conspiracy to commit RICO in a federal court. I've gone to the U.S. Congressional Judiciary Committee and the U.S. Senatorial Committee, and I've filed criminal charges against the judge for his action in this case because he has taken in total violation of what the Congress has done under Title 28-2284 in order to stop this nonsense happening in state courts They set out certain rules and regulations in federal court to put a stop to it. Here is a state judge that moved to federal court and he brought all the illegal operations. And it gets further. The district attorney bragged last Thursday before all the news media how she won't tolerate perjury or fraud or any of this nonsense in her jurisdiction. But it bothered her. Is she not prosecuting the people that are involved in this action because there's a whole lot more charges involved here than what there was with the mayor of Detroit in the charges that are there. We have Rico here. Not only we got Rico, we got sexual molestation, aggravated salt and battery, and the list goes on. On robbery, grand theft, and I mean, you cannot believe the list of things that are in this complaint. and everyone all the way to the federal court has turned to deaf ear. Now here again one of the real important things guys is Nancy is still locked up. That's one aspect. We do have Ken here and again Ken explained everybody you did a bunch of bouncing around as we know with regard to getting you back where you needed to be at least for the court. Of course they did everything in their power bungalow as we know but When it was all, everything was said and done, they let you out of the jail. Where did they drop you off? I was up in Clare County and they dropped me off at, you know, in Dearborn, Michigan at a corner, that's their deal they had. They just got you a drop off sign and they had to get a ride home there. Okay, and you're a donut shop, right? Yep. Kind of like a cop bait spot is what we can assume. That's why they pick the donut shop. You had to pay attention when it was near a donut shop. I should have told you right there. The flag should have gone up. That's got to be pretty close. Yeah, there it is. Yep, there's the donut shop. See, so, but again, out in the middle of nowhere, so to speak. And interestingly enough, didn't give you a chance to contact anybody or get hold of anybody before they did that nonsense. Greg Pound, who's a writing candidate for sheriff. down in Paddles County, Florida, went to, was invited, was on the guest list and everything, has an invite, got his name tag and everything, and he went to his GOP event that was gonna watch the convention on big screen TV, whatever, and the Congressman Bill Young's wife went up and asked Greg a question. He didn't know who Bill Young's wife was, and he said, why are you running for sheriff? He told him about how to prosecutor the corruption of the prosecutor corrupt the sheriff the corruption of the courts and he says when I'm Sheriff I'm gonna clean this stuff up I said I'm gonna get rid of the yellow fringe flags in the county and basically she ran back and told the sheriff and he signaled for two plainclothes deputies acting as Hilton Hilton she got employees saying you got to get off the property. You're not allowed to be allowed in here. And basically, uh, Greg refused, so they arrested him. So he goes down, he gets, goes down to jail, he refused to sign paperwork, and when he released him, he refused to sign anything. So the point of point is, psychologist, and he's been, he's been confined for like three or four days, and he just got out a couple of, uh, hours ago, but while he was in confinement, they tried force medicating him. When he was in jail, they said, you got high blood pressure, here take these pills. And he knew that there were knockout pills. And like I say, this guy was a critical prisoner. And is this anything new? Has this been happening to Ron Paul candidates around the country? No, this is, well, this is not just Ron Paul candidates. This has been happening for quite some time. What you have is usually some piece of garbage that is a psycho babble commissar. And that person's job is to run around the state. And I'm going to tell you right now, it's the same run over again. Like this, some female, it was a political whore up here, and her job is to run around the state. It's going to lie about everybody and anybody that she could. Now, she got into the right courtroom with the wrong person, one of our pro se people. And they got her hanged and fired. But it was interesting because the goof was so arrogant that, and again, they all are. I mean, we have seen this over and over again. In this case, same situation. You need to start suing their hind ends right off the bat. Go with the two characters, the arbitrary action. In fact, I'm sure Dave right here. We have another person who's dealt with it first. There's a book. This book is written for each of the states. Michigan did the same thing. In fact, it's to attack pro se and pro per individuals. coaching the judges on how to attack them and the most common way is to try and sucker them into taking some kind of psychiatric evaluation. I'm going to own your house, I'm going to own your car, I'm going to sue your... People even need to talk, you don't need to discuss about anything else. Bottom line is, do you understand what the word litigation means? I think that's the only thing these people are listening to now and I don't care if they think you have no immunity. You are trespassing right now. You are going to be sued. You're going to lose your house. You're going to lose your car. And we're not going to be nice about it. And if you have a bond, you're going to lose that too. That is the only attitude we need to have in this situation. But again, this is using the cycle babble crew to try and manipulate or screw with a lot of the people that are out there like this. We've seen it in every state. Florida's It's got to be just as bad as Michigan was at one time and still is in different points. However, we've stomped on it several times with these characters and they've fled. Or what's happened is we've set precedent. A whole series of cases, dozens and dozens and hundreds of cases, have been overturned because of the actions of some of our pro-per people working in that area. mark where the nine oh now i know what you're talking about you know the first time that this this actual meeting of judges to place in shatner to tennessee was 1994 or 95 and it was aimed at putting the pro se litigates of Tampa out of business because we were causing them great heartache. We had gone from being just pro se litigates of Tampa to being pro se litigates of Florida and then we had become in 1991 or 92 we'd become the the post-a-litigates of America. We had over 10,000 members and they wanted to trash us. I would became the test case for them to do this cycle babble nonsense on because out of 156 defendants that they went after the post-a-litigates they threw me in a psycho ward and said I was crazy uh... well three years later the state attorney was still standing there saying the about your honor but but but your honor and seven thousand pages that i buried them with and they said or paper terrorist you gotta stop these people and mark is right we have finally learned how to sue these guys and when there are several cases since nineteen eighty eight there's several federal supreme court rulings that have come down which says that they are if they act outside of the law or without jurisdiction you can sue them in their individual capacity. You can't sue them in their official capacity and most of the people make the mistake of bringing the action into a state court. You must enter or do an initiation of an action in federal court because once you go to a state court and then appeal to federal then the jurisdiction is very limited in what the scope the federal court can deal with. If you start it there, they have a broad scope in which to work from to sue public officials who have violated their OSIV office. But you know the strange thing? I talked to a guy who got his kids back after like about five years with DCF. You know how he did it? He used the Admiralty laws. He figured out how to flip Admiralty law in their head. That's correct. John Alden, Randy Lee, and myself, we worked on their admiralty law jurisdiction in 1994, and we broke the federal code, and we broke them so hard on it, they end up changing the federal rules of procedure. In fact, it apparently, the pro se movement has been doing so well in October of this past year, the Supreme Court of the United States has rewritten the rules of federal procedure. I had to go back and reread the entire section of rules because it's not the same as it was. Some of the basics is there, but they've renumbered, rewritten, removed, and some of the stuff is just plain disappeared and there's no notation for it. So it tells me they're not publishing all of the rules. And if you're supposed to go to court and defend yourself against and then you're, and they're requiring you to know the rules, how can you know the rules if they're not publishing it for the public view? Well, if Florida did get ready to pass laws trying to copyright the laws. Well, they always copyrighted the laws. That's one of the things to remember. Most of the laws are copyrighted in an alien jurisdiction. They're in England. All they're doing is following through on what we warned everybody about with corporation, where they're going to try and make it corporate policy. They're not really passing laws. It's all just corporate policy. One of the elements here with regard to the federal, the Supreme Court, has to do with the idea that they have even altered the structure by which you have to make presentments to the Supreme Court and this to try and make it harder and complicate the process so that fewer people could address the issue of justice when it comes down to it. Florida Statutes Annotated. Not the standard book that they want the public to read, but the lawyer's annotated edition. Yes. Turn to chapter two. If you look in the standard set of Florida Statutes, chapter two is only two paragraphs. So you can see what I'm talking about, them hiding the law from the public. If you look in the annotated statutes, it's 16 pages of law in Chapter 2. How can you defend or prosecute against a, when you don't even know the basics of the law, 16 pages versus two paragraphs. that the state is withholding from the general public's view. They don't want you to know the law. You depend on that. This has been consistent, by the way. We have found that in either A, now in fact, how many... Well, we've done this so many times on the air that we can't count them all, guys, where there are laws that have been passed. They have been put into federal code. and then unpublished from federal code. It doesn't mean they aren't still there. It doesn't mean that they aren't going to use them on you. But you aren't supposed to be allowed, you aren't being allowed to see what is in the book, what is on paper. and or there are ways to bury it. Now one of the other tricks and this is why again you know what happens is this a lot of us all get together and understand we follow a spaghetti strand and we go through the whole of the law and we follow every strand that's there and we know it better than the enemy. So you know what they do? They turn around and shuffle the numbers. Now why do they do this? Well here's how it works. Number one A lot of times, many individuals have done packets to teach you step by step with minimal time what you need to do and what you're filing against. Well, by shuffling the numbers up, the racketeers slash scammers in law are making sure that nobody has a pattern that they can use to effectively and repeatedly attack and defeat their system. because the system is intentionally convoluted. They are witch doctors with a bone on their nose, wearing a grass skirt, and dancing around with an obsidian knife and somebody's heart in their hand at the top of the pyramid. They are witch doctors. That's all that they are. We are not talking justice, we are talking scam. And that's why the numbers are altered, and that's why, again, they're protecting and concealing a whole series of lies that they have generated. Part of it is the psychological nonsense for the attack from that direction. Now by the way, real quick, because I know we got Mo waiting. That individual will say anything, will absolutely lie, and will if need be try to fabricate data. I'm sure you are aware of it that this Wednesday, the scientists around the world, they are going to try 27 kilometers under the tunnel, a special experiment. They call it large collider, end of the world for God's own particle. And we have to see what is that. A hair drone is the name of one of the types of particles that make up an atom. These skinny bits of energy will be propelled by giant magnets around the corner circuit at almost the speed of the light. Now what is collide? What they will do when they meet other hair drones direction at the same great speed resulting explosion will create 100,000 times the sound apparently. Fully it will only happen for a moment in an area a billion times smaller than a speck of the dust. Actually, now we see what is Big Bank is. Is what they're ever trying to recreate. Rather, weapons at really their universe was created by an explosion 13.7 billion years ago. For the tini moment, it is believed everything was molten plasma. Everything we see around us. The hope is that remarking the moment in many scientists will be able to see things that are invisible now. So basically, they're playing God now, the scientists. in Geneva. But this Wednesday, this experiment is going, but actually the collide will be happening in October. I mean, they are starting the experiment and they're beaming the things and the instrument actually is 100 tons collider that they're bringing down and then, you know, they're putting the beams as I mentioned earlier. And then in October, we will see what will happen. But many European scientists and people in Europe, the human rights organization, are trying to stop the Collider being turned on because they fear it may create a black hole which would certainly violate our rights by searching the planet in two. Well, we don't really know. For instance, the chance we produce a black hole is That's called the Super Doomsday Machine basically. It's what somebody was discussing before that if they make the mistake, it's a compounding consumption of matter. If it goes into a black hole scenario, somebody goes, well it's only a spec. Yeah, it comes two specs, which absorbs four specs, which absorbs eight specs, which absorbs not specs anymore. So I understand what you're saying. That's one of the reasons that that particular collider project was actually killed here in the United States. Do you remember that? I wasn't sure about that. Originally, it was originally the tunnels. You remember, in fact, I'll remind everybody back when Homeland Security, well, heartland security became Homeland Security, the Collider complex down in Texas, which was, of course, already tunneled. The tunnels were already cut. They spent bill and that bubble, I would assume hundreds of millions on cutting the tunnels, the donut. What they were saying is, well, we've got to find a use for it. So they came up with some goofy idea that they would build a homeland slash heartland security training site inside these tunnels. And if you go back through time and news week, there were little blerp pictures of the facility, or at least a tunnel, where they've been in it before. It's a massive complex. But apparently empty because the project was never completed. Obviously, in Geneva, as we know, the rest of the program did. They did go forward. Any more, Mo?
