Mark Koernke and Nancy discussed Liberty Tree Radio's operational challenges, including generator and solar power costs, email management issues, and the importance of sharing complete content rather than excerpts. They announced the Rally for the Republic in Minneapolis featuring Ron Paul, Jesse Ventura, and other speakers, noting the event's massive attendance (approximately 130,000 people with only 3,000 seats remaining) as evidence of widespread support. They promoted the 25th annual Jim Monahan Antique Engine Show in Ann Arbor, Michigan, featuring steam engines and alternative energy demonstrations. The show included updates on Nancy's legal case, detailing her incarceration in Wayne County Jail with kidney problems resulting from police brutality, her husband Ken's detention in Clare County without necessary medication, and ongoing federal court proceedings involving concealed documents and improper service of process.

There is a PayPal account for donations that helps to keep us up and running. Those bills keep rolling in. It costs money to do this, folks. That's the reality of it. There's the Live 365 server and of course our server on this end, our ISP through charter and of course the phone bills and the electric bills and all that fun stuff. that keep us up and running. Getting that stuff paid on a regular basis. Every month they're there going, hey we've provided the service. Right now you're running off a generator at the homestead slash studio aren't you? Well we are. We're running off generator and solar power. with a generous donation of Mr. Monahan and Worna. I want to say thank you to those people again for all their help in trying to keep us up and running and keep things going. Running the generator, it's about $40 to $60 a week in gas to keep those things up and running. So that's something that we've got to do, keep it going. So that's what we've been doing. That actually amounts to many times more than the electric bill. Not many times as far as multiply, but sometimes it's going to come up to more than what your electric bill usually is. No, not really, because it takes with the number of computers that we run to make sure this is up and running. No, actually not. It's about the same, oddly enough. But it keeps us going. Sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on how things are going. With the solar panels in place, it's been less. But as we get into cloudy, rainy weather that we're looking at ahead here, that's going to change. Because once it clouds over, we're not going to get that much energy out of the sun and into those panels. That's a concern. It's a real concern. It's been an interesting time learning how to do without that excess. To me it's like camping. I love camping. But there are drawbacks, obviously, and necessary. Running off battery power. We've gone through a couple of automotive batteries that we've had to replace. And golf cart batteries are really the best for holding the charge on those and running them in succession so that you've got the energy to run for four or five hours just on the battery power lawn. Because sometimes you wind up doing that. You know, answering emails and things of that nature. What you've got, it takes a couple of hours now because they've reformatted the email accounts. I'm going to say almost all of them, Gmail, Yahoo and our provider has gone to this format that I hate it, it's abysmal. It was so much easier before to go through when it was a lot faster. But everyone's gone to this and I don't get it because it's not any faster, it's slower and you're spending more time doing the same amount of work. Almost double the time doing the same amount of work you could do before. With as many emails as we get, it can be a real drag. Trying to sort through everything, sort out the spam and the duplicates. Because many people come up with the same thing where they forward you information that you already have. I understand for some people that that may be their only source through that forwarding. But when you get 15 of the same message forwarded in comments and stuff, that gets to be a bit much. But enough complaining about that new format. Well, you'll have to recognize it real quick. But as it clutters through. This is one of the things, and I know it's not Communications Tuesday, but this is one of the things that Mark says a lot. If you're moving something, move the whole of it. If you copy our tapes, the things we send out don't have copyright on them. Do they? No. So if you copy our tapes, copy the whole of it. Because if you don't, much like a judge might do one day or a persecutor, two sentences out of two and a half hours completely out of context all by themselves. You see where I'm going with that many times. If you're taking a segment of it, you're not getting the full value of what's being said because typically what Mark will do is end yourself as well. You start at point A and you go successively, A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and these different points, and one builds upon the next. And if you jump, you know, skip around, you know, and taking a segment and take A, well I like A and I like F and I like, you know, G and I like, oh G, let's see, L and P. You're missing the building blocks along the way. It's like taking someone that has basic arithmetic and try to jump them to algebra or trigonometry without having the things in between. You have to have those building blocks in order to understand the end result. Well, again, everybody sees the world from their own little angle. You know what I'm trying to say here and I'll example it. You might see things that are pertinent in an article or in a series of communication or whatnot. in this instance, you know, an article that is communicated. Someone else might see paragraphs that you thought, well, why should I put that in there? Someone else might glean good information out of it. Not to mention, if you take this right back to the front of this, if you include the whole of it, and someone starts to read it, and oh, and then they glance down to the next paragraph and the next, and they recognize, I've read this before, I've already, you know, I have to commit a dissident to my computer and I can just delete this save for the person who sent me, you know, if you wish to keep that information. So see how that makes things more efficient too. Right. In a number of ways. But they keep the same title as far as email calls. They keep the same title. And as a response to it, we usually have a RE and then whatever. You know, that helps but still the time that it takes to, you know, when you've got 15 of them. Yeah, you've got to wait for everything to download and it's half as fast as it was. Well, not only that, but when you go to delete them, because you only need one, right? And if you get to the last one that has a response to all these others, then you've got this email that says, it is so long because you have everybody else's response to what it was before. And sometimes it gets silly with some of the responses. That's my own pet peeve, so to speak. What I want to do here, real quick, I have a couple of announcements to go. before you get into that I gotta step on something there because I've talked to you about this before off Eric and I've talked to dad about it too a lot of what those are is that you guys are signed up for mailing groups and what you're not getting is you're set up to automatically receive the mail so when somebody posts something on the mailing group you get it sent to you and because you opted to do that back Then you know you get all these emails and you get the responses to them and everything else right exactly and there's no way you can really shut that off without going and Dropping from that mailing group or changing the options at that mail, right? It's just this one of those things that personal preference on your end And you just got to go and deal with the options back there. That's one of the things like you're not tech savvy and That's one of the reasons why you have to read and know what you're doing before you get into it. This is an arena, a sports arena. They are in Minneapolis. The tickets are on sale at ticketmaster.com or 1-866-448-7849. This is the rally, the Liberty Rally that Rob and Paul are sponsoring. The announce gets of course is Congressman Ron Paul and MSNBC's Tucker Carlson, Governor Gary Johnson, Governor Jesse Ventura, Congressman Barry Goldwater Jr., Americans for Tax Reforms, Grover Norquist, they have the country star Rocky Lynn, Constitutional law expert Bruce Fine, Presidential historian Doug Weed, It's not W-E-E-D, it's W-E-A-D. Rockstar Amy Allen, if you haven't seen her video on YouTube, you need to go there. It's really awesome. If you want more information on this, www.rallyfortherepublic.com. We have It's a lot bigger than what he was saying. It's probably more like 130,000 and they've got 3,000 seats left. What does that tell you folks? They're lying to us about the vote. They're lying to us about the nominations and the voting during the primaries. We know this for just doing a head count of friends that voted for Rand Paul. There is no way the man did not take the districts that we're looking at here. The numbers don't jive with what they're reporting. Oh, he didn't get any. You only got three votes. Well, gee, I know eight friends that voted for him. So what do you mean? Yeah, the numbers don't jive, folks. They just don't jive. The next announcement I have here is the Jim Monahan Antique Engine Show. That's at Domino Farms, the activities field in Ann Arbor, Michigan. There is a Friday set up, if you want to set up there, starting on 29th. The actual days are from the 30th through the 1st. So August 30, 31, and the 1st, and I'm trying to see, I believe it's 9am, but he spends the night out there, so whenever you get there, that's it. You can actually camp out on the ground if you want to bring a tent, set it up. It's a good time. He feeds everybody that comes out. It sets up a big campfire on a tripod and a big cauldron like we were talking about in the last hour to cook. Coffee and fresh corn and potatoes and all kinds of stuff. But who feeds everybody lunch and then later that night dinner on Saturday. So you're more than welcome to come and again on Sunday. So, you know, as people start to break down. But there's all kinds of stuff. As a matter of fact, on the Liberty Tree radio, if you go to one of our YouTube sites here, hit on our favorites, you will find pictures, a quick video that was done from the tail end of last year's show, just a few of the things that were there. And technically, usually there's a gentleman there that brings catapults. Which is kind of cool because they start robbing things out. They also do the telegraph. He has telegraph set up there. The radio vans are set up for 2 meters, 10 meters and ham. So the ham radio. He has an array that he sets up there for so you can see how to set up your antenna line to receive and send. It's a neat thing to see and it's a good educational time if you want to take the kids out. And see about the alternative from the steam engines, you know, for me that's the thing. The steam engines there because you get into some of the older stuff from tractors to the caliope, the steam organs, the steam generated, oh goodness. saw, wood saw, saw mills, yeah, yeah, portable wood amounts to a portable saw mill, sure. Yep, they have that there. Oh goodness, there's so much. They had bolt motors run on steam, single piston, those were neat because those were done in stainless steel. Beautiful, beautiful pieces of work. You know, I'd hope to see this. I know I'm dreaming here, but the General is making the steam engines for automobiles. That would be awesome if he could come up and present what he has to show people how they can take their full-size trucks and cars and do a steam engine using multi-fuels underneath their existing car hoods. Today, I know Mark had talked to a gentleman in Missouri that was doing that where you could use a little cross state of Michigan that 100, 120 miles for 2-3 bucks. That would be great. I would really like that. Yeah, that's fine by me. Well, what they were saying was it only takes a minute to charge to get it hot enough to create the steam to move on down the road and do 50, 60, 70 miles an hour. Wow. Yeah. Talk about awesome. That means to me that's exciting. That would be something to see if it shows up at the 25th annual. This is, you guys, the 25th annual. Monahan and Peek Engine Show. If you want more information on the hard line, ring that bell. That's 734-991. The guy that picks up the phone will probably be Tom Stockton. Again, verify this number here. Yeah, 734-662-991. And that's at Domino's Farms, you guys. They are driving down the expressway there and the heel of your thumb, you know, Michigan. Everybody has that map of Michigan and you look over there and you look again because dang over there, there is a herd of buffalo. There is a herd of buffalo. You know it's neat. They have a couple of radio stations out of there now. One is one of their, they have got two different towers that really stand out. One is like a lightning bolt. It's shaped like a lightning bolt and the other one is a star which they light up of course at Christmas time. It's kind of different but it's sitting out there and of course there's the Leaning Tower of Pisa. His brother Tom who has his own dominoes but he brought his shirt out many years ago for a VW bus which I'm sure he's still kicking himself over. He loves the Frank Lloyd Wright architecture. You'll see a lot of that around there. But the Buffalo is a dead giveaway that you're close. But it's just off of US 23 and Plymouth Road. You get up on Plymouth Road off of 23, head east a half mile to Earhout Road, and then go north a half mile. to the site and you'll be able to see the petting zoo barn there and that's right where it will be, it's right out there by the petting farm. I think he's going to have his boat out there, I don't know if he's got it functional this year but he's made his own steamboat, it's been on the Huron River so we're going to get that done. So he's been busy, busy, busy. But that's always a lot of fun. Come on out and Enjoy the weekend. If you live in southern Michigan, I know that people aren't driving far for vacations or whatnot or even weekends before. This isn't an hour off 15 minutes from Detroit. No. It is. If you're listening in Chicago, it's only a few hours away from Chicago. It's about five hours from Chicago. It's about 45 minutes from Detroit. Toledo is not that much farther. You can reach down pretty far into Ohio and say you guys are only a couple hours away. Toledo is an hour. It's a quick drive and it's straight up 23. It's just off the expressway. Hard to miss. Hard to miss. That's for sure. Goodness. I do want to get out there. Ed and I went over to the printer today and we picked up another printing. We are going through these manuals like crazy, which is wonderful. It certainly helps to keep us up and running. For your donation, these are the thank yous that we are offering right now. That is PM8, which of course is PM8. The is how to start and train a militia unit, the PM8-94 for $5 plus six stamps. And then PM10, which I have a rare, militia field manual, the standard operating procedure, it's PM10-8. That is $7 plus six stamps. And the anti-armor, yes, we do have them back in stock here. $5 plus 6 stamps. And also a must have for those of you that are trying to improve your marksmanship, the Colonial Marine Militia Rifle Marksmanship and Data Book keeps track of your progress as you are out there shooting from week to week, keep track of how you're shooting. What it is you are doing differently and how things are working out for you. That's $6 plus 6 stamps. Every penny of those really goes into helping make sure that we have things like gas for that generator and to help pay down that electric bill that we have to take care of. Keep things up in the water folks. That's where it's at. We really need your help and appreciate everything that you do to help us here to make sure that this is online and get the information out. These will help you progress in the militia and in the Patriot Movement. You've got to be ready because you know it's in the wind. It's here, folks. It's staring us in the face. If you read the book, Patriot the coming collapse. And it's staring us in the face, quite literally. Everything, you know, is... that we're looking at. A lot of the building blocks are falling into place. It ain't by accident either. Nope. And you know, sometimes I strive to practice proper English, Nancy, but I repeat, it ain't by accident. No, it's not. It's by design and once you realize that and who's behind it, you've got to take a look around. Who owns all the newspapers, your media, and many a thing? It's Sony. Standard Oil of New York and who's that? Gee, the rocker fellers. Deep in the sea, deep in the jungles, the right to the intelligence report. We'll be back in just a few minutes. The intelligence report is at the bottom of the hour here. We are back. I'm Nancy Cornke. We have Don Betcher. I'm talking right now to Mike from Louisiana. Mike has some information for us tonight on the Ron Paul Meetup Call for tonight. How do we join into that? How do I what? How do I call in to listen to that meetup call? Here's what you do. It's really good for the folks that have unlimited long distance. A dollar one in area code 605-475-8500. That's one, six, zero, five, four, seven, five, eight, five, zero, zero. And once you've accomplished that, they'll ask you for your code number and all that. And here it is. 5, 0, 9, 2, 9, 8. And you don't even have to push the pound key, though. And that starts at 8 o'clock Central Time. There'll be a few on there, 15, 20 minutes, I guess about five moderators. So, if you get there a few minutes early, it's okay. They usually have some speakers, different ones. I know that they've been given information about, if you remember Bob Schultz's redress of grievance thing, sometimes they'll get an update on that. Well, every time they get an update on that. Anybody that is interested is welcome and invited. 475-8500 and the pen code is 5092984. Again that's 5092984 and that starts again 9 Eastern 8 Central. You know what I read out of that number Nancy 2984 in another thousand years we're going to be doing this again. Oh my. You know what I mean? Instead of 1984? Yeah. Because... You know what I'm trying to say you guys? The founding fathers said they expected a revolution about every 20 or 30 years. And it wasn't to change the government. It was to bring the government back into rain. And that's everything. Like pulling back on the reins of the horse and saying, whoa! The horse isn't listening. So you got to hit the horse upside the head with a brick. You just don't really want to shoot the horse, you know? No. Because he's useful. much as our government should be useful. And we were to go through the process of bringing a bill forward to get it passed. And one of the things, I just thought, well, you know, off the wall stuff. Oh, gee, well, let's make it mandatory that everybody has to buy, has to wear the socks with an American flag on it. Right? It was a silly thing, but that's what he did. But when I think about it, what have they done with insurance? They're forcing you to buy a product, whether you want it or not. And the thing that my teacher said at the time was like, oh, somebody's got stock in flag socks. And it's like, oh, OK. And how much of what the mandatory purchases think that we have to buy, have to have, and have to do in order to continue our regular daily lives? When you think about it, there's quite a bit there. Now, you want health care insurance in order not to child neglect or whatever. We want to take care of the children or families. Do you want to be mandated by the state that you have to purchase through social medicine? their brand and this much if you don't need that, if you don't have enough money to buy it, then gee your children are going to be snapped from you, you know, snapped away. This is something that we can very realistically look forward to if we're not careful with social medicine as well as you know, and the thing with the insurance. You know, whether you want it or not, before it was if you had insurance, great. If you didn't, guess what? You're going to pay. They're going to sue you for what you have if you're not insured. And today it's your insured, no-fault insurance, and if that person doesn't pay then they get penalized. However, everyone else gets penalized because they're not purchasing and having to cover for that no-fault insurance loss. Yeah, which is which isn't hot not to pick goes into the uninsured motorist fund right? Yeah, right like Al Gore and his Social Security lockbox you want me to tell you another good joke I mean, I know there are some people out there roaring laughing on the floor now because they know what I'm talking about. Yeah Yeah Unfortunately, there's some like me that night laughing. I know you know I don't make enough money out there folks to it's not a laughing matter You know, you squeeze another nickel out of me, I'm not laughing because if it's not necessary, it doesn't get purchased here. It's just, you know, I'm that tight. It's just simple. In order to keep things up and running here, no. Every purchase has to be scrutinized. Do I need this? Is this necessary? I'm putting off medical concerns because I don't have the money to do it. That's the bottom line. It's a tough thing to admit, but there are things that need to be done that aren't being done because it's just not there. The economic climate right now is not allowing me to take care of the day-to-day business of just maintaining the body. So this is where we're at. And bringing that up, we have put it out there. We do have the PayPal donation button on the website, Air at Liberty. If you're listening, you're there. You have that ability. Even $5 helps. So if you have that ability, it'd be great. We would greatly appreciate any help that you can give us at this point in time. Paper works in, everything is supposedly settled with the fed, with the ATF, but we're waiting for the response now. I haven't heard anything in like two weeks and this was supposed to be done deal. It's like I want to get this over with. I want to get this done and I want to close that chapter and move on with life. They're dragging their feet now. I just need to move forward at this point in time. I would like to see LTR be bigger than it is and go further than it has just because we need to do that. We need to do that here. People are out there. People are hungry for the information. Just like you're seeing with the Ron Paul rally. They've got 3,000 seats left in an auditorium, in a stadium that seats over 100,000 people. That's awesome. And that was a week ago. I am excited about that. That is so wonderful. I wish I could be there. It's one of those things if you have the chance to do it. Do it. I don't know how many tickets are left, but if you can make it there. Make it a standing room only event would be I mean, for the news to ignore that would be a tragedy. If you are going, I've got to tell you this, if you're going, take your camera, please put it up on YouTube. Send us a link here at libertytreeradio.com. Please. I want to see this. I would wish that I could be there so much. But that being a holiday weekend, I know that it's not possible. It's one of our what we call black out dates at work. Just for it all, forget it. You're working. It's just that simple. No, holidays are... No, you're not getting it off. Just plan on being here. But that would be some place to be. Oh, I know. I know. It's one of those things I want really bad, but I know I can't have it. It's just one of those things, but that's the way it is. So deal with it. As I do that a lot at work, I growl a lot. I'm going to think of it when I get frustrated. They laugh at me. I don't cuss. I growl. Oh my. Yes, I have quite the reputation there. Oh goodness, one of those duck and rungs he's gargling again. So yeah, one of those frustrating days today. But things that we've been doing, hopefully everybody has learned from this one for Ron Paul. If he's got that many people there, think of how many people are supporting him from around the country that can't afford to go, that can't get the time off. What does this tell you? Considering that they consider every phone call that they get to represent about 250 people, for every letter that they receive, they know that represents roughly 2,500 people. Now, to have this many people supporting him, coming, taking off from work, and going to an event like this. What does that represent for the number of people in this nation? How many more? And you take that hundred thousand people and you multiply that. Each one of those. And figure just, you know, for the sake of argument that that represents a twenty five hundred with just letters. Well, I'd like to see these numbers, but it begs the question. You know, we've jokingly said that Bama Lamma Ding Dong goes someplace and a crowd shows up and McLean goes somewhere. I look at this number, you multiply 2500 times 100,000 and that's not the full capacity of this arena and they're about sold out. How many people do they figure feel that way, believe in the message and what kind of, wow, that many people to back the message. You know, whether they believe that he could be elected or not. But he has that kind of a following, solid following. We have a real campaign. Hello, how you doing? I thought so. You know, wait until Ron Paul on the third of September receives a nomination on the floor of the Republican Convention and you got 50,000 people outside campaigning and rallying for Ron Paul. You only got about 2,000 inside. I don't think so. They're going to have a real hard problem. Well, from what I'm seeing, okay, you said that all the 3,000 tickets were sold. The picture of this arena is way bigger than what you were talking about. But they may only have a portion of it sectioned out for Ron Paul's use too. Yeah, this is true. Because it may not be the main arena. There may be a basketball type court arena. Well it says center. I don't know if the target company has paid for both basketball and football. I don't know enough. If anybody out there knows that, please let me know because the arena that I'm looking at is huge. It makes the U of M stadium here, which holds about 100,000, look tiny. I would think all these rednecks out there would take an opportunity and go here for the convention because they might even get a chance to have a picture with Gee, the ex-governor, wouldn't that be something? Muffle man. Well, did Jesse Ventura, I tell you what, the policies that he brought to the state, hats off to him, he has done a wonderful job in Wisconsin. With Jesse being at the convention, that is going to rattle some cages inside that Republican convention. Well, that and Governor Gary Johnson too. These men are also part of the Liberty Club. There are about 15 or 20 representatives that are part of that. more politicians that are constitutionally founded, that understand our constitution, that study it, and know what this country needs. We've got to get back to basics here. We were talking about years ago reading, writing and arithmetic, getting back to basics in our schools. Well hello, we need to get back to the basics of our Constitution and our Bill of Rights folks. Very simple. Nancy? Yes. I wanted to change subject. I wanted to bring you up to date what I've got for today here in Detroit. They were able to speak with Nancy in Detroit. She is presently in the Wayne County Jail. They only got to talk for one minute and they were cut off. However, she did say that the Wayne County Jail was well aware of what was going on in the federal court. She got medication today, the first time that she has been locked up by these idiots and gave her medication. However, Ken has not been allowed to call. in over a week and he sent a letter they got today and it was sent on Saturday and in it he said that when he left Wayne County they gave him medication and he took it up there. Now that he's in Clair County they're refusing to give him medication again and he said in the letter that he only had one of his needed medication left and he didn't know if he was going to get it refilled or not so if he He probably ran out on Saturday which means he's been now four days without medication. Sorry, these are the bozo's. I'm sorry, forgive me folks. But these are the clowns that were dealing with this before, denying him. Do you have the numbers for the Clare County? Oh yes, I do. I was surprised at least that Wayne County was given medication. They've learned. There's enough active people in Wayne County they don't want to deny. In Clair County, the Clair County Jail number or central number for the Clair County Sheriff's Office is 989-539-7166. That's 989-539-7166 and the fax line is 989-539-3131, or no excuse me, 939-9331, 989-539-9331. The sheriff's fax line to his office is 539-5721. The sheriff there is Jeffrey V. Goit. The chief jailer is little Timmy Tyson. Don't forget that name, Chicken. the person at the desk basically. You have to understand that the sheriff is in charge of that jail. The negligence of duty is most definitely, and I know he has on his desk a copy of the rules and guidelines for prisons and jails. I have no problem whatsoever calling him and reminding him his duty because if he does not, it is if he does not follow through. It is a federal charge and his butt can go off to the federal prison for not. They're still not giving Ken the breathing machine that he's needing. Wayne County never gave him the breathing machine. They just gave him medication. Typically they won't. If they had a handheld buffer system, that would be one thing. But the machine, because of the electronics, They're afraid somebody's got to build build build some kind of weapon with it Which is ridiculous when you need it to breathe. Yeah, oh my Nancy with her kidney problems that she's got she has a serious kidney block problem She was still bleeding recently in fact. She was hospitalized about two or three weeks ago, again with the bleeding of the kidney. So it's not good for what they're doing. And the reason of her kidney, folks, the cops, about five, six months ago when they put her in jail, they beat the living tar out of her and the kidney punched her and they ruptured her kidney. And she has no money to be able to get the surgery she needs. Now she is right back in the hands of the people that injured her. The judge said she was going to hold her in jail until they can sentence her sometime around September 10, for violation of probation. She has not been tried and sentenced yet, but yet they are going to hold her in contempt for violation of probation. That's the charge. And how did they figure she violated probation? Because the court ordered her to go see a probation officer and to fill out a whole bunch of paperwork to sign up for probation. She decided not to go sign up for probation. Why should she sign up for probation when she hasn't even been tried and sentenced? That doesn't make sense. They are forcing people there and they brow beaded her and her husband. Her husband was in change when they tried to force them into this pleading. It's not good at all what's going on. The question for asking Wayne County, what judge is in charge of that case? The judge's center there is Helen. Helen Brown said she didn't give a damn if she was a descendant or not. She wanted Nancy locked up. The reason she locked Nancy up is because they had until yesterday to file their answer briefs to the lawsuit. She has 10 days in which to answer the lawsuit. Four of them have filed. Four briefs were filed. Two of them are totally bogus. One of them is a joke. I'm going to give you something, OK? There is a Brown that is very, very close in, has bribed their way into public contracts in the past. And I'm wondering if Judge Brown perhaps is involved with its And Nancy has to file by September the 2nd because you got the holiday weekend. So she's got until September the 2nd to file her answer briefs to all these things or she defaults and defaults judgment. However, some other judge stepped in two days ago and entered a judgment against Nancy arbitrarily and capriciously. We just found out what the grounds was, got the paper about two hours ago. It is based upon a petition that was filed by a joiner party and has nothing to do with Nancy's case whatsoever, is the grounds for which the judge has dismissed the case. It is the same garbage we went through two months ago. There are five plaintiffs that filed suits against these people. The judge two months ago tried to throw Nancy's case out based on a motion filed by another plaintiff. It doesn't work. That plaintiff's motion has nothing to do with nay- they're separate cases and separate suits. And it's absolutely mind boggling. I'm looking right now here at over 70 pages of documents that have come across tonight that came from the Federal Court that they were concealing. We had knowledge of, let's see, we had knowledge of 15 documents being filed. There are actually 33 documents right now on file at the Federal Courthouse that Nancy never even got a chance to look at or see. Never got service. They just went and arbitrarily filed these documents and never gave her service. Two of them even got a wrong address on the process. And there's no mistake in that. That's done purposely. Absolutely done it purposely. It was returned by the post office to the federal court as address E unknown. Yet they are claiming that that is grounds to dismiss the case because she didn't respond. Which is what they tried to do here when they came in here November 6 years ago for the SEC. You refused services. No I didn't. You know, Mark's address changed. His legal address was now with the state as a guest. So, you know, we never got anything here and there warrants were no good because the property had changed hands.
