I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught, according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay attacks you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors. So they're children, all people. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom bright. I want to remind everybody, the Russians are using a number of different weapons. They really haven't done away with the AK-47 in the standard configuration, AKMS. There's a new AK-100 or 102, 103. There are many variations, but the 7.62x39 is still out there in pretty good force. 5.45x39 is out there because obviously that's a Russian standard that they developed and brought forward into the industry. those things have been kind of cheap and you've been seeing them come from wolf. Well, as you know, wolf is kind of drying up and was drying up. I'm not surprised, a lot of people have been buying it up first of all, but from the job or end, there's a trickle of the ammunition coming in compared to what they were getting before. They had plans. They understood the threat that was going on and so they used it accordingly and will continue to do so by the way. I want to stress this for everyone that You know, there's only one direction you're getting any bulk ammo from right now and everybody's been kind of pampered to that and that's W-O-L-F, which is in R-U-S-S-I-A. They want to do the working to teach you a lesson thing. You got Conda Sleezy Rice, you know, the street walker for Bush, you know what I mean? For the areas that the... Well, I was talking to my husband last night. Oops. I was talking to the president last night. I can tell you the day she said that if I go back in my notes. Exactly. So of course the comments they're making right now, of course, is that they're going to change. Well, one of the things to remember about getting the Russians would be to economically tweak the situation, guys. Well, one of the directions I can do that in and it serves more than one purpose is to cut off the ammunition supply. I won't have to do that with any administrative law as far as going to the Congress. What will happen is they'll just tweak it through the Batfaggot division and also through whatever they want to do with state. What will happen is it'll get pulled up on the docks. It'll just sit there on the docks until Hades freezes over and when they're done They'll laugh about it and release it after they ruin a couple of companies here and there and that's what happens guys what happens when you have this big note with the bank for say three million dollars worth of ammo and Somebody holds it up on the dock for six months while the crews interest when you should have been able to sell it You know five months earlier Somebody's got to make that payment and if it works down to me and you when we finally get the ammo hey one isn't it? That's right. The cost is going to go up from that direction and nothing else or the company is going to go out of business and the inventory is going to sit there and limbo. Finally it gets out in one form or another because some other parasite buys it and was usually one of the buddy ring knockers. In the meantime availability is going to go down so I would recommend as I have said take advantage of getting what you can while you can but do it in an intelligent manner. In other words pick the calibers that are cheapest pick the ammunition up then buy a weapon that matches it on a weapon down that will match your price, your sticker price. That's how you get a look at it. There are a number of options there. Now one of the things we're working on, we have a couple of other projects that I guess we should upgrade on right away. First of all, we have a 20 round mag Sega slash Bell May 308 project that is in motion and We will probably have the prototypes in final test phase. I understand project was started a little over six weeks, seven weeks ago. And everything has been, you know, the initial testing was done with the prototypes. Everybody's happy. Phase two is that the combat models that were going to a couple of different training exercises beat out of them. And then after that we're going to be making these available. They are steel, 20 round mags. They will work with some, but not all of the Sega models. And they will work with all of the 308 Velmae models. Now a lot of you don't have Velmaes out there, but for those who do have the 308 Velmae, these are beater mags. These are going to be heavy duty. They're field grade. They're designed so you can actually take that Velmae out with 20 round mags, 20 round mags. 20 of them at a time and actually be set up like a B.A.R. man. Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. The advantage, you got the right kind of firepower to match the weapon, because the rifle is a beautiful design. They'll make some of the best quality, they've built some of the best quality arms on the planet, and they parallel with, for instance, the Swiss, that were that level with regard to quality. The problem is they were cut off very early on, obviously because they were competing with the Chinese, when the Chinese got their favorite status. And so what happened is Velma was cut off, several of the other competing companies and the Chinese AKs were allowed to come in. Now they're good rifles, there's nothing wrong with them, this doesn't mean all marketing, the others are inferior. No, no, they're just the difference between driving a Chevy and driving, say, a Cadillac, that's the difference. In other words, if you want the Cadillac of AKs, the Velma AKs are in that category. The otherwise, the Chevy's run just fine, and you know what? The Oldsmobiles and the Buicks run forever too, so don't worry about it. They all work just fine. Variations in the AK that are out there are all of the AK family of weapons, all of the nominee hundred million around the planet. Doop, should tell you something right there. Now, with regard to ammunition restrictions, We know there's some stuff going on in several different state legislatures for our friends in New York do a quick search We understand from a couple of different statements that were made over the last couple of days that there's possibly some stuff They're trying to swing through the New York legislature. So everybody needs to pay attention to that Also, we have and we're gonna get hold of Larry Pratt on this too. By the way, we're gonna have him up. Hopefully Dom I think next week's a good time again, don't you? I'll work on that, yep. So we'll bring Larry up, but also there's a lot of rumorations about them trying to pull some nonsense down in Florida in light of the fact that they just, of course, overturned or threw out a lot of the other laws. Let's expect something to happen down there. And the reason is because of the Stormfront issue going on. the FEMA, FEMA potlickers, as they've done in other states already, will be looking at trying to take the weapons there. Now, this is going to create some confrontations. They'll get away with it initially, oh, and then the state will fix it after the fact and say, oh, we need to make it our right that if there's a national disaster or a state disaster, you have a right to your weapons. Yeah, but what's that going to do for the people in the meantime that all have their stuff stolen or carried away by the, uh, me and them? uh... who then for instance break it right there remember they did that with a lot of people that be the damage to weapons are destroyed them in front of the owners so that's what you can we can look to see happening down in florida i'm gonna warn you right now we've got all the grandpa's and grandma's know if they're evacuating take your arms make sure you take your food make sure you take your jewelry because the even black uniforms are going to be stealing Not just the guns, trust me on that, they'll also be stealing a lot of other valuables when the time comes. So let's make sure that that does protect your, you know, protect that which is yours. There's the best way to describe it. So look to see what's happening down there, Florida way. As that develops, of course, we know other parts of the coast may be affected by again, storm activities up and down the coast. Same warning order should go for anybody that wear the shore. If the storm shifts, I'll be ready for that. So don't say you got caught off guard. I didn't know. We have militia formations all up and down the coast, especially in the Panhandle area. Some of our listeners right now have organized in the respective areas. Well guys, this is where you're supposed to be prepared. You should be rubbing it in with your neighbors, perhaps doing a quick handout. It's not that hard to do. Do a quick printout on the computer, things they should be prepared for, things that they should have ready in the house. Get out through the neighborhood, say hey, just as an idea, you might want to do this. and give them a checklist of things to do. You'll be creative. That's your job locally. We shouldn't have to do that from the national end. It should be done at the local end. And people should be talking to each other about preparations, not for the storm. Here's the kicker, guys. Preparations for after the storm. Oh, what do you mean by that? Well, okay, let's go right down the list. The roads are damaged or blocked, okay, because of debris. Everybody should be ready to step out, step forward, clear the debris, sweep the streets. Everything should be ready to go. Junk in the front yard should be piled up towards the road as quickly as possible. In other words, mess with their minds. They expect everything to go, oh, it's the disaster area. Now, I don't care what anybody says. It doesn't make any difference if the garbage is laying in the front yard or if it's out by the curb. What is this doing? It's changing the environmental condition right off the bat. You're showing organization. The other thing is remember, after a storm like this, guys, the most common threat with regard to road operations are roofing nails. Roofing nails will show up on all of these secondary streets, I mean literally everywhere, a couple of our people. In fact, one of the trucks that you see in the Battle for the Republic prequel that we did, The one truck in the beginning was actually set up with run flat tires and that truck was used in one of the hurricane seasons and literally by the time they were done going down one street the car looked like it had studded tires. The truck did, okay? Now it didn't run, it didn't flatten because the thing that truck was set up with solid foam tires. However, one of the things at this point out to everybody as was originally stated, mentioned was that using it as an emergency service vehicle, which is what the militia units did use it for. It was able to get places other vehicles couldn't, but one of the things that it immediately was recommended to have on every emergency vehicle, but also in every home, is a stiff, bristle push-pull. Why? To get the roads cleared before the emergency vehicles have to show up. Alternate energy vehicles. So there's going to be some other alternate technology there too. Steam and gas engines on display all through the weekend. It's free admission and free camping. Now there's no hookup, but if you all want to come and camp, if you want to bring your family, there's all kinds of other activities going on too. And yep, you have a little buffalo herd there, although I think it's more than 30. Jim said 30, and I think I think it's up around a 50 count right now. In fact, a lot of animals, there's a petting zoo there. You can bring the munchkins and there's a lot to see, plus there's food available there. And actually they try to feed everybody. They actually feed everybody while they're there too. So you never know what you're going to run into. At least there's going to be a big cauldron with both. However, she hasn't been sentenced yet. In fact, the judge did not sentence her today, which is today was supposed to be. They postponed the sentence until the September the 10th and put her in the county jail, just like they did to her husband on August the 1st. And they're going to be holding both of them until September the 10th. Sort of ironic, isn't it? When both of them have to be in court tomorrow. for a hearing and they are supposed to be in another court hearing next Monday. Basically, you're going to get two default judgments. No, they're telling them they're not going to transport them to their court hearing. Oh, no, they won't. They have never done it before. They've not taken them to the hearing and they just... Isn't that a prisoner's right? Huh? Isn't that a prisoner's right? absolutely but this is happening numerous times not only to nancy and and uh... can't go in it it happened to at least three other people i've talked to that they were held in fact one of them was sitting in a jail cell outside of the courtroom when a case was brought in which he was it may be funded they went ahead and had the case and the court record reed and they found the halls but they couldn't find the defendant so i default judgment was entered me fit in a jail cell right outside the courtroom. Unbelievable the nonsense that is going on in this case. And I learned three hours ago that the federal judge who is sitting on this case, he happened to be on vacation I guess or something this week, but he's out of town. some other federal judge jumped into this case and has now issued orders to dismiss the case and through the entire federal proceedings out of court. And he has no authority of jurisdiction to do this, and yet that has happened several times in the state court, which is why they went to the federal court. He dismisses the case? He dismissed the case? He absolutely dismissed the federal case. Isn't that what you want? No, we want the state no these are federal case hold on guys. Let's back up and qualify this these are federal cases that are charged against the judge It's a boomerang thing, yeah. And what's crazy is one judge recused himself on Monday because he'd been served a federal subpoena as a witness, but this other judge today proceeded, said she didn't care that she was a defendant or not. She was going to hold her in contempt for violation of probation. Yet she's never been sentenced and never had a trial. But they're arbitrarily going to try to just ram road and force these people and her husband, while they've had him unlocked and changed, and they slapped him around a little bit, they got him to sign papers and confessing to the crime as charged. Isn't that lovely? And they were supposed to have a jury trial a month ago, and yet the trial was denied. They were not allowed into trial. I don't know what to do. There was some members of the militia that were present today during the hearing. I haven't got a report back yet from those, but I think that's probably going to prove to be very interesting. I was looking for the judge's actual statement that she made a month ago, which is an absolute shocking statement to come from a state circuit judge. absolutely brow beaded these people to know and uh... i don't know what to do mark or or they're both sitting down county jail without bail without bond supposedly both in violation of probation which had they've got a little bit before they ever got sent and can was not in court today for something they claim that they sent him two weeks ago so they sent him i guess in a Star Chamber court where nobody could see or witness. Oh, in absentee him, that's what that right? Because they've had him in total control. Well, what this comes down to is what we talked about, the one judge, the female judge, has got her panties twisted to begin with. She should have recused herself, we know that. There are people that are familiar with the case, with the something that is, you've made all the proper filings and obviously some of there's been swapping and ring tapping. It's not ring knocking in this case. One of the only other options is the automatically judge who's vacation or community went on vacation, which is probably not the case so much as they be transferring it over or she are the ones who, you know, so what are their filings? What are the filings you're waiting for right now? I'm waiting right now for a copy of the federal court. We called today about the filings and the district court kept denying that they even had a copy uh... of the judges ordered to dismiss the case and cincinnati end up talking to the chief judge of the circuit court uh... down in kentucky and uh... the chief judge adjusted justice of the circuit court has no knowledge of this case whatsoever let me read you twenty eight section twenty two eighty four sub b sub one it says upon filing of the request for three judge court The judge is to immediately make determination of whether the case can be heard, and if it is to be heard, immediately notify the chief judge of the circuit court. The chief judge has never even been notified of this case, and this case was filed on April 4th of this year. What's immediate mean? Five months, six months, a year later, and he still doesn't even have knowledge of it? And it states in subsection 3 that a single judge can only proceed, can do all proceedings except for the trial. He can issue temporary orders. He can issue various hearings and determinations. However, he cannot appoint any magistrates or masters or anyone to examine it. He has to do it personally. and the chief judge has to appoint two other judges to assist him and he cannot remove or issue permanent injunctions. He cannot enter judgment on the merits of the case. All actions must be referred back to the three-judge court for a final decision. The judge had stepped in here, his name is Sean Cott. I don't know who he is or where he's at. The judge that was actually sitting on the case was out of Flint. I got a feeling that Mr. Cox is probably in Denver or in Detroit. And this is not good because he has arbitrarily signed an order to throw a case out. And the law specifically says that he has no authority to do such. Only the judge who has assigned the case can do it. And he has to have the consent of the other two judges to dismiss the case. Not good. Well, all we can do is proceed with what we've got. I've left a message for them and they said they'd get back about seven because they were tied up doing some other stuff. About health charges and Tar Baby syndrome on the grand jury. that the issue spike is that there's been charges been filed over a month ago with the u.s. attorney's office and with the fb i neither of them have done anything to lift the finger and the federal court has dragged its feet on issuing an injunction they never issued the riddick hapius which was filed with them in fact the riddick hapius has still not been heard it's been on file for two months still not heard i see i'm sorry about that everybody in Detroit is passing the buck. We're dealing here with a Costa Nostra, FOCA. This is Mafia. The district attorney, his last name is what? Scavona? Scavone? Yeah, you know, Al Capone? Does that have any ringing in your ears, folks? We're dealing here with Mafia. Now, this isn't the only place where they do county here. I mean, just all they had to do was walk them across. and uh... a guy here locally uh... i just read the paper yesterday he had a suspended license from and he was right about that they pulled him over and got a lawyer well that's what i was ready to break my hair out there That's what they've done in every one of these cases that have gone on now for three years in this case. They've been browbeating, intimidating, threatening, harassing these people to no end, forcing them to plea bargain. Nothing has ever gone to trial. Only one went to trial and they stacked the jury. The guy tried to get some of the jurors dismissed before being biased because they happened to be related, somebody that worked in the courthouse. And the court says no, all the jurors stay. stacked jury. And when you read the transcript of that trial, it's absolutely mind boggling because the guy proved himself innocent. He did it without having an attorney and the court ordered the jury to find him guilty. Of course, that judge now has refused himself because and hired an attorney to defend against the lawsuit. Well, we're going to have to lock and load and run the ADL and this bar locking people like us up. Much you can do. You can't fight them in It's been no fun in the rules. I would like to read to you what Judge Helen Brown read or stated in a courtroom in extreme anger back on the 18th of July. Now they dragged Ken Galena in the courtroom in chains and had Deputy Sheriff standing around him, you know, threatening him. And they had one standing behind Nancy as well trying to intimidate her, plus the bailus there. Both of them were in fear of their lies. No witnesses, I think, other than two family members were present. They cleared the courtroom so nobody would see what was going on. And this is what the judge stated. The public defender representing them motioned the court to dismiss or to strike evidence that was unlawfully searched and seized by the police department. No warrant, no probable cause. The cops actually broke into the home and did an unlawful search and seizure. And the judge immediately called a sidebar with extreme anger to the public pretender and told him this quote, it appears your client does not realize the grave danger that she is in. You make your client understand that I am doing them a favor because of their age and their poor health. You tell her to accept the plea today. You're going to send both of them to prison on Monday. Now under the threat of duress and absolute screen pressure from everybody in that courtroom, they forced both of them to sign a plea bargain instead of going to trial. They both came there for a trial by jury, but yet the judge would not proceed with a trial by jury. Same thing they did to me when I said I would be there as myself to defend myself and when they waited till the court tried to intimidate me and I never did say, yes, I will be here in my own. You know, gentlemen, I don't know what to do in this case. It apparently, of course we know that Wayne County has been corrupt for years. Look at how many women, it's not meant to walk the streets of Detroit at nighttime especially or walking alone because what's the greatest fear in Detroit for a woman? Being raped by a police officer. It's a pretty bad situation when you've got that type of law enforcement mentality. He had one cop put her in handcuffs and then followed her breast. And he just thought it was ha ha funny and there's nothing she can do about it with her hands cuffed behind her back. And who's going to testify? My buddies here aren't going to say anything about what's going on. They didn't see anything, didn't hear anything, and they don't say nothing. Yeah, the three monkeys over there, you know? They're not looking for us. but you can only get hit with the stick before you turn around somebody's teeth out. The one of the other issues that we haven't brought up before that I need to point on this case Nancy lost one house and she's lost eight houses so far about to lose a ninth house on next Monday. If she's not there to defend it she's gonna lose it. The And this house has no mortgage on it, never been a mortgage on this house, but yet they are claiming that there's a lain against the property, but they've never produced one document. Not one piece of paper has been produced to show a lain against this house, but it's something that the court has concocted in conspiracy with a law firm. And here's how bad the law firm and the courts are operating. One house that they took from Nancy already has been brought back by the law firm. sold by the same real estate company and a mortgage company picks up the mortgage to the new buyer this has been done three times on one piece of property since nancy lost it they bought sold and mortgage and foreclosed three times already since they took it from her same rowdy's involved it's a racket in how many other people out there who were and I looked it up in Michigan Records and it says under assumed names and the name says incorporated as part of the name. But it's only an assumed name. It's not even a corporation. This isn't saying that. Nobody's investigating, gentlemen. It's unbelievable. And I've talked to at least six other victims of people who had their homes foreclosed and mortgaged in Wayne County. Same thing happening to them. And they were ready to come forward in the federal case to testify. There is again where we're going to have to, because for the moment it is on the federal activity, but we're going to have to see if bodies have been put in place. The power of attorney situation already established, correct? Yes, both Nancy and Ken established power of attorney. I convinced them that they needed to do that two months ago before they ended up being thrown back in jail again. And sure enough, within I think two or three days after Ken signing a power of attorney, he was thrown in jail. And they tried to put Nancy in, but they just couldn't get enough to put her in. They did it today. But yet on Monday, the judge recused himself. So there's two judges, three judges now have recused themselves, but this Helen Brown refuses to step down. She's out for absolute vengeance. Okay, I'll tell you what we're gonna do, Dave. Thank you for calling in. We're gonna follow up on this tomorrow again, and we'll do what we can there, okay?
