Mark Koernke discussed preparedness for winter weather in Michigan, emphasizing the importance of cold-weather gear and hypothermia prevention. He covered ammunition availability and pricing, noting shortages of Russian and Chinese ammunition and speculating on geopolitical factors affecting supply. The episode featured extensive discussion of personal weapons for self-defense, including handguns and rifles, with emphasis on marksmanship and tactical positioning. Koernke promoted an upcoming 25th anniversary event at Domino's Farm in Ann Arbor featuring alternative energy technologies and family activities, and announced militia training exercises scheduled for late August and September in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Texas. He provided detailed information on acquiring gas masks and chemical protective suits from surplus suppliers, urging listeners to purchase these items before prices increase.
A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you, we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent. Your children must attend a school that doesn't educate. and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've given government control to those who do you harm, so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. And your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery. and guns to foreign shores, and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children and fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great republic and each god given right. Pray to god to torture freedom as I awoke he vanished in the mist for once he came. His words were true, not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each god given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he'd fought to keep, What would be your answer? He called out from the grave. you We've got mildly hot. We've gotten warm, but only about, well let's see, today we'll probably count the 10th day for summer through the whole season this year. And on top of that, we've already had a very lush, we've got elderberries out there right now choke cherries uh... will go spare job the end of those were probably get enough of what i want to do with them for uh... jelly wild gooseberries when we got forms but the point is that uh... we're looking at the end of the season and but of the middle of summer these are supposed to be the hot days but at night guys in and that like uh... nicely as we said before you all better make sure you got your winter gear out squared away if you don't have the stuff you Now's the time to buy it in the surplus industry before they start to jack the prices up for winter. That's what usually happens. The winter stuff goes up as cheap in the winter and that's how we usually buy our combat gear and equipment. But now you're heading towards the winter months, you're going to see a mix of say it would be kind of unique to say the least. Make sure you got your cold weather training exercise or operation. Always carry your combat sweater. Remember, they're lightweight. Carry a set of long johns. Ain't that much of a summer here in Michigan and at night, remember? you can die hypothermia slash loss of core temperature in 70 degree weather. That sounds strange, but it can happen. Okay, in fact, remember, you get wet combined with that with an extreme range in temperature day to night. Core body heat is sucked right out of the system. Remember, point six is lower temperatures are not good for these, shall we say, cold condition. So we're going to make sure that we keep you all squared away there. Now, this is weapons Wednesday. We got a whole bunch of stuff to go over. But in the meantime, it is time to wake up. This is the morning program. Come on, you have to get out of bed, you girly girl. You heard the alarm. Let's do it now. Come on, turn the legs. Oh yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah. Oh, there you go. The carpet is there, yeah. Oh, it's so good in those toes. So you're gonna stand up now. Let's go, yeah. Oh, you're standing, oh, stretch a little bit. Oh, look. middle of the week when there sounds like they might have some nifters over there in the kitchen along with some good stuff so let's go through the door here oh yeah oh we missed the door frame that's a good one you got good coordination so come on get to the kitchen now wait a minute I was gonna say chopper but that's a different movie come on let's go to the kitchen okay we in there look oh yeah the woman she's over there the kitchen sink and she is smiling because there's something on the table for you yeah oh look at that thing but it's that coffee smell and feel those toes tingling. You have to have some more of that. Now, oh, the middle of the work week, because remember it is Wednesday, guys. You all got to get to work. It is signed by the nuclear, a nuclear would be hydrogen powered, the atomic clock. In 2009, our time here in the Midwest, the water cooler, or you could be just taking a break. But one way or another, hopefully, a waking bushy tail, we got Wednesday. All kinds of interesting things happening, of course. Now we know all about the war overseas. What a surprise. Not for the Patriot Movement. We all know what's going on with that nonsense, people. Come on. And again, Oigah, Volk, Kosher, Mafia is over there manipulating things in Georgia. The whole plastic government made up of Israeli agents. The poor Stu, who's president, he'll be the one left out to hang. Remember, it's like Saddam Hussein. When the time comes, the character will be left alone and the rest will be history. But the Mossad agents will all be running back to Tel Aviv and Haifa and laughing about how they screwed all those in Georgia when the time comes. Meanwhile, one of the considerations, as I said when this all started, is remember Russia so far has been un-fought. In other words, they've actually been laying back and not so much licking their wounds as building up better technology. Because of this, though, they also were able to build strategic and tactical reserves. Now, what this means is that, if you get to a certain point, you have the luxury of being able to sell off or move a certain amount of material for what is called hard capital. And the ammunition that we've been getting, Wolf, for instance, and Golden Bear, and Silver Bear, and Huggy Bear, and just so many of them you can't count. These other types of ammunition made the coming out of the Russian block, well, they've actually been pretty decent prices. However, they've been starting to dry up before this action took place. and we already saw a slowing down in delivery in many categories. Now, Wolf is the only ammunition guy that's been out there in any good quantity. Have you noticed that? Kind of strange? I mean, let me ask you something. Let's turn our eyes instead of looking kind of to the east when we look at Russia. And let's turn to the west and go way, way, way around across the far east too, by the way, if you go the other way, the far east. But anyway, we're over here in China and wow, here's this big conglomerate, this big monster machine that the ring knockers created. And you remember, back in the 80s and 90s, why Chinese ammunition was coming in on a regular basis and quite inexpensive as a matter of fact, wasn't it? Chinese labor has got a little more expensive for them at that end, but production has increased because of other contra other places. So, problems I have is why aren't we getting chinese ammunition chinese sks is folk rif pistol and other cool stuff like that anymore the way we were before now you have to ask two questions about there's two answers and neither number one the ring knockers major arrangement with the chinese to pay gap kinda you know not sending her because the guys you know they're not use them for toys busting them up and throwing them aside and fiddling around with them we're taking them as you know serious arms and putting them into an inventory Now, in the same mindset, but from a different direction, the Chinese might have gone, hey, we send billions of rounds to the United States, spend themselves against us. That's not a good thing. The Chinese, if they're planning on fighting in the United States. So, what you have to look at is, hmm, which choice, it might be a combination of two as far as which path was actually the answer. From this end, the ring knockers flop and spit with the Chinese threat. uh... all decided oh my goodness so they see what that uh... both sides are trying to play off in the middle about we understand that so we're arming better equipping better training better uh... we have a wide range of arms not just small arms and everybody is doing a fine job of perfecting their technologies and techniques and again one of the thing about the militia forces right now even though many of them were combat experienced a lot of them were soldiers of the busy many you know many different campaigns In a wide range of experiences with different wars, technically the militia is unthought and fresh, which is something people don't want to think about either. It's critical. Well, here's what you guys think about it. Just like you saw with Russia, they have not expended their inventories. They have not wasted material, but rather have been perfecting and building up and the deep supply and support system that is needed to win in a dynamic fashion. the american militia across the united states and the general population which makes up the militia at large uh... by the way which something you don't want to talk about but it's even in the in the corporate law of title ten that even acknowledges that the malicious all the people who are active militia is in the militia at large okay so they may at least will point to that corsade do it because they want to draft that's why they do that by the way after nothing more than a selective mobilization of limited of the militia but not a whole state's militia rather radigules mobilized that's how they use the the technique of the law to create a draft use the verbal you know the word ease of the word of the okay uh... point the whole of the militia forces across the united states people go over there at this incident or or they've got attacked that person that's always been the case in fact right now even when you have country versus country don't you have border actions Don't you have probes that take place? Don't you have, I mean like right now, don't you think we haven't killed some Iranians and the Iranians in return have probably done a few favors here about? I mean right now, you don't think, let's ask another question. People always love watching movies. What is, what are spy actions? Or, you know, shall we say, whatever we used to call cloak and dagger operations other than what, if you're old, you know, if the ethereal taking place random ways and shadows and axes and dark places. and at night and around corners. Ain't no different with what you've been saying. Dagger war a decade and a half. Far more successes than we have had failure. But the problem is you've got people who like to rub their wounds or like to, you know, vacillate and agonize. Congratulations for every one incident that's been bad. We've had a hundred, I mean, where they've attacked somebody and they've had a media in some cases where they have attempted to flat by our side. However, you aren't going to see the controlled media going, oh, those buggers in the militia. Well, a gooberman that the control press sucks up to, can you hear that? It's not easily washed off, you know what I mean? Anyway, the point is that the control press ain't going to do this while they were out there and they wanted to go kill those people, but they just couldn't get away with it. You're never going to hear them say that for obvious reasons. Remember, it's feudal resist. You'll be absorbed. They're a mouthpiece. You have to kind of keep track of. We are our own historians in this respect. That's one of the things that I do. uh... we have had many incidents where they tried to plug in another waco and it got stopped why because you are very well armed and they understand full well the bottom line is this that we are on our own real estate people we don't have to have any massive miles and miles of supply chain we don't have to apply we don't have to drop we live here we're already here that is half there where it needs to be surgically at the right time to create a The other side has to play Mobile Police State, Mobile Secret Police. And when they do that, they bring their high end out for exposure. You know what? They're outnumbered, God knows how many to one. And that's what they're terrified everybody will realize. Your strength, your authority, your brothers and sisters, your neighbors when the time comes. Not just you. People, there's been a question asked for years. And we've done weapons, Wednesdays, Hammond, well, when you think it's going to start or you know i'm going to do something when they come to my door okay well that's one of the biggest challenges is the question isn't what he or it's what he going to do when they hit the door say four houses down but it's obvious are going house to house are you know wait till they get to the front door daddy didn't train no fool here you'd be better off shooting behind and while they're busy kicking in somebody else's place before they get to the second or third as they get to the maybe the second one start picking them off everywhere you can. Remember the ones holding back usually are the base of fire. You plug them first. You start smacking them from every direction you can. You start pinning them down. It's not easy when they can kick in a door and they lose three right off the bat and they had ten and then all of a sudden they realize when they turn around they don't have them. They got three. Why? Because there's two or three others laying dead out there and of course all people would say, oh but they would do this and that. You know what? At that given point you have to decide if you want to be in the experience Alexander sold Zunita because they will because the concentration camps are coming okay you got a rifle you have weapons you have allies we have an army you fight you win because you have and you have to gamble guess what you have to put your money you want to stay free you're gonna have fight it's all there is to it now personal arms well there's an old rule guys you can't share a weapon oh here here Oscar your turn to shoot oh that good shot give me that pistol back oh okay Fred it's your turn three on a rifle three on a pistol okay well you might have to do that and you keep them confused for a bit if you do it it's been done before but why do that when we are rich in resources back again why you know oh how we burned in the realizing we had nothing to lose and if we had waited when the mass arrested with sharp objects and cudgels the wretched machine for lack of operatives would have ground to a halt well i don't plan on being there with a sharp object people in fact it's more like chaboom chaboom and wait a minute, that was still twitching, chaboom and get that truck driver too, come on, there we go. Now we got the black bus, hey, well there's about 40 some people in that thing, get them out of there and by the way tell them you got a choice, you can get a fighter, you can run like a coward down the street, guess what, if you run like a coward down the street, they're gonna round you up again. So why don't you come along with us, we got rifles, in fact take the rifles off these jackasses, these muggers we just plugged and those are yours for what look like the most able, the rest of you, come out we gotta go get some more. That's how it's gonna have to work but you're gonna have to decide and especially somebody who's already been rounded up well if they haven't wept themselves too badly they're gonna realize real quick that you know what you're right you may have just freed you but if they get hold you again you're dead meat. Fight real good. You're real hard. Know what I mean? You learn as far as trying to hide everybody would tell you well they're just gonna come look for you again. You're right. So you might as well go looking on them all. get them all it's moo season that's how it's got to work now what we need for moo season well personal personal handgun would be a nice idea would be a very good choice why well there are times when even like your personal fighting knife either a may just not want to use the heaviest weapon you got because you don't need something that big but also because your primary weapon may have malfunction and a personal handgun of some kind is awfully convenient because it's quick to deploy easy to move and even if you got a dump the whole magazine to the target that's threatening you threatening you you'll probably put him down and you can load real fast. You get motivated. The old adrenaline rush is real quick. Now, what kind of weapon? Hey, Grandpa may have, let's see, five screws, Smith and Wesson, model 10 he gave you and 38 Smith and Wesson. Guess where you already got it? You're all set. Now that's because you may want to spend money in other areas. First, if you already got a handgun, take a look at it. Look to see what its weaknesses and strengths are. Find out what you need in the way of ammunition. My God, make sure that you clean that weapon. And I want to make sure that it is cleaned and properly, not overly, but properly lubricated. Why? We've got to keep these weapons in operation. We've got to make sure that everything is plugged in and ready to use. Now, once we get beyond the handgun issue, we also need a personal long gun. That's where we're looking at whatever you can afford. Because right now, guys, as I've said a thousand times, we already told you a year and a half ago about this, by ammunition, it's going to get more expensive. If you bought ammunition, you can now see that it's more expensive. But for all the rest, you have to find what you can that will fit whatever you got. If you've got a rifle already, buy more ammunition for it. If you've got grandpa's old 3030, what? 3030 is about the equivalent to, actually a little more powerful, than the standard 7.62x39 AK round. So it's not a big deal plugging that in. Okay? It's not a bad rifle at all. And you know what? It'll get you other things. But that 1903 Springfield, that 1917 Enfield, that model 70 or model 700, I think it'll do just what it did in World War I, World War II, some guys, I don't care what anybody says. That term is called something else. Like the 30-odd sick, God knows how many people in the last century, I would say it'll probably still kill somebody in the year 2008 and 2009. What do you want to bet? You think so? when you killed that uh... elk uh... last year until that uh... let's say that that mule deer last year with your thirty-odd six to put it down let me ask you something if field and stream wrote an article said all the thirty-odd six cartridges obsolete this week would you all the sudden go all all my goodness i didn't know i would never use them four hundred sixteen mule deer i've killed over the last thirty years i've been using something far more sophisticated you know stupid that sounds And in fact, there are a lot of these goofs that are younger kids in the military doing the, oh, yeah, they got those old .306s, like, yeah, we got that .306. You know, the one that's killed God knows how many Germans, how many Koreans, how many Vietnamese, how many Chinese in the last hundred years. I don't think you're anything special if somebody points an M1 rifle at you and pulls the trigger. You're going to go down just like all those people did for the last, well, in this case, with the .006 round for the last hundred years plus. sorry kids how it works hope by the way i was what the term it's obsolete because black i read this in a man in in actually was filled in stream and then comes in and we'll get another group article like this but grossly overpowered thirty-odd sick now anybody out there is listening right now raise your hand who wants a gross the overpowered cartridge uh... what's he going to cut and now with that with language understand something this implies that i want to grossly underpowered cartridge You know, stupid that verbiage said, but you see what they're doing, they're trying to do that, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh, eh What chance do you think some goof wearing 60 pounds of body armor and equipment plus another 20 or 30 pounds of ammo is going to have on two legs against you when the time comes? You see my point? They don't really run as fast as a mule deer and they really aren't as sharp in many ways. And yeah, they do put rounds back down range, but here's the thing. They're carrying an M4 or an AK. They have half the range you do and you're able to place the bullet where you want to. So let's see, if you're looking in an armadillo and you know you gotta take him out, wouldn't shooting into the groin or the leg area be your first choice? If you wait till they're in position, they're feeling comfortable, you're settled in, and you wait and watch and the bullet goes smuck right into the upper thigh, right bow, right there, slides up into that joint area. Now you think that critter's getting up again? He's not, that's right, he's thrashing around there screaming, hollering, and everybody else, 800 yards, they're crawling around trying to dance around, because remember, it's not easy to call that junk they're hearing right now. They get to crawl around out in the middle of BFE trying to figure out A, exactly where they came from. And what they don't understand is you're just what's called a rifle picket. Six, seven, or 800 yards, you just put a combat infantry squad on the ground and they got to scramble around to figure out where they want to go. You're already over the ridge, headed off to the next ridge line. Your counterparts are waiting for one of the other fools enough to get back up. You've already taken one out of ten down. next one gets up he's going to be popped from another direction and he's not going to be hit by one, he's going to be hit by two, three or four riflemen. Marksman guys, that's the key. Remember the Confederate marksman was the most feared man on the battlefield in the Civil War. Why? Accuracy at extreme range. The man could put a bullet where he wanted to and the target he hit wouldn't get up again. We're going to break here by the way. We'll be back in about three minutes here on the micro effect. We're going to warn you all get up, come on, get out of bed. We'll be back. Silver has long been used throughout history as a way to disinfect and prolong the freshness of water and food, as well as utilized for its beneficial healing and anti-disease properties. From the Greeks, the Romans and the Phoenicians to the Middle Ages, from the first settlers in America to its preventative use against infection during World War I, silver was always known for its health benefits. Hippocrates wrote extensively about the healing power of silver, and in the 1920s the US Food and Drug Administration approved the use of silver solutions as antibacterial agents. So what happened? Why aren't you hearing about silver these days? days. For those seeking an alternative to the big pharma products and their side effects, International Health has what you've been looking for. Matter of fact, Jim Monahan here in the station tonight, or I should say this morning, although it seems like night, we've been up all night. And Jim, you've got a special event coming up here we want everybody to know about, so bring them up to speed. Everybody to come to our 25th anniversary show at Domino's Farm. You can bring it all for show and tell. Oh, that's interesting mechanical. Hey, you got stuff the steam engine running. It sets in the boat. Camping, no camping in the evening. A set of days. 29th, but you it's whenever you get there charge it all for anything quick here on that one I remember you can bring all kinds of different alternate technologies We got people were inviting from all over the state and anybody wants to come in they're invited to aren't they that's right Let's defeat the oil girl for bringing anything interesting whatever you got find out more doctor at 7 3 4 9 1 3 ump and yummy old soon we call him moly 7 3 4 or 3 3 and today we had good things before and I like the new one the old the best of the new alternative energy and things like that it's great bring it you guys you're gonna have some more one of them looks like a bike right out of the new Star Wars in the 20s it's actually the front the one steering gear in the rear in technology in place right more of a merrier I understand we're gonna have what was that boat where bring antique stuff like that there's a little pond used to take us about three had it in there torpedo boat the pod right What a submarine if you dare. The only one that's left actually is you've got the... Now wait a minute, you said, wait a minute, you said wood power. Wait a minute, does this have African Queen on the side of it maybe? No, it looks something like it. No, Catherine Hepburn on board or anything? No, no, we got rid of her. If we can find it. No, we didn't want her either. Well, that's true. If we can, maybe we'll find a nice, red-headed girl to jump in the boat with you and drown the pond and of course, the site too, because you've got the petting. for everybody listening this is a family event where everybody anybody can come in uh... you got the petting farm you've got uh... the preparing for it all but it's right next to it and there is there may be a charge for some of that now how many buffalo do they have over there right now that's twenty thirty of they get pretty good size heard so you might see a little box big and it's on the spit and it's turned out one more Oh, come on, just one, I'll take us one buffalo shot, one shot from the ridge, while we're looking at the herd. And if we move fast, we can use the Jeep. We'll be able to drag him back quick and everybody will see exactly what it was like when they were taking out the herds back in the 1800s. It'd be a good experience for all the young people. Plus, we'll have some of the native population there to worry, work, the hide, and we can probably do real rest and sausage, all kinds of good stuff. Anyway it's going to be a pretty good event. Everybody if you can make it, give out the dates and times again here so everybody knows. Okay it's Monday and Monday. You can come on Friday's just set up. The information out. People want to find out how they can set up or where they need to be. Give them the information there. Well the way we do that is we change so that people can travel through the place. We'll mark some of it off so there isn't much confusion. But the less regulation the more fun it is. And you know when people have to regulate everything. But if they're treated as and California as I recall we could just take California before we started to lose the operating video you start to make contact with them We're only running a hundred watts with my rig I had there and they still made pretty good contact So a lot of people are asking well how we're gonna stay in touch when the time comes guys There's a lot of shortwave equipment out there now it needs to be tweaked a little better fixed up But we need everybody to understand the concept so if you're listening and you're in the Midwest area here This is a fun trip where you can go event take a technology some people are curious about this is a chance to look at some of the stuff from the and actually may still be for the future with the way things are looking. If we want to get around the oil companies, we have alternate solutions. And these solutions do look around you. Everything typically that has been built, that technology put into existence. When you look at the house, and for instance, a lot of the old houses, when you drive by them, a lot of those were done on site in the 1880s, 1870s, 1860s. Well, Jim, did they have a Briggs and Stratton generator to run back then? I'll tell you what, I'm going to take care of it. to burn and move. They want to move it because they put a press size in it and they carried it. They were really looking at the same situation here. We have the ability technology. Hopefully we're going to have been asking the guys see if they can make it. It's going to be short notice, but there's a bunch of different companies or groups out there that have been doing vehicle search for years. Well, if you got something out there and you're listening right now and you're in the Midwest and you want to stop on down, remember that it's Domino's Farms Ann Arbor, Michigan. You take US 23 to exit 41 Plymouth Road. there guys in fact it's right off the expressway if you go past it you've gone past it no if you drive by your seat Domino's farms off the expressway to miss the exit you better turn around and get back to us 23 to exit for define there's no great distance and then there's of course a dusk is when we're going to be operation it's all Labor Day weekend in the evening probably act and again remember as we get now another thing we'll probably put out the announcements what frequencies any idea what we might be playing with weekend for our ham operator that's on 3950 if they don't get pushed but that's where they on usually a 50 and the 80 meter band. And for every ham radio, 39, 50. And a ham band understand it. That's like a transmission from a star. That's right. That's that 10 Saturday night they started. And Vic, a guy from out in New York, sure runs his Annette. So he's not hard to hear. Coming up again a couple times. You guys are adding to the, if you're listening, give Tom a call, 2-991. Mark did little dyslexic stuff there. 734-66. 991. We also at 734-4378. Family event, bring it to be something to do. Everybody's going to have fun. There's things driving around that you wait till it gets closer and you'll find out, you know, because there's stuff moving around and it's unique things too. Steepy, that's going to be kind of fun. And bring appetite because there is. Thank you. We're going to have you up again as soon as we can. Sound good? And that was Jan and Jan. We've got date after date after date. It's listening. Weekend, it's going to be 30th, 31st, I'm not this weekend, but the end of the month, come on Mark, the end of the month, 30th, 31st, and 1st, and it's not that far out guys, because this is the 20th of August already, okay? So we're looking at the 30th, 31st air also, as long as on the subject of dates, we better bring... We have a major military militia, so that is military exercise, This is going to be on the 27th and the 28th. It's a tactical operation with Hootari here in Michigan. We just had the operation down in Arizona, Mike Nisser's crew, the squad they had down there and the overall group. About 18 people participated pretty good, especially for a first date Pathfinder course. Everybody had a great time. We're going to cover that a little more maybe today. We'll see what happens. Next exercise coming up in this neck of the woods is the 27th and 28th of September. September. The Hootari exercise, we've got Ohio militia, Michigan militia, and Indiana, it sounds like will be participating too. It will be a SPP type operation, so here's the thing. Do Hootari, H-U-T-E-E, Hootari.com. Check out their website. And if you'd like to connect for an RSVP, then what you want to do is go to Hootari, H-U-T-A-R-E-E, at symbol, yahoo.com hoo-tari yahoo and again, uh, special activities to include a two hour, uh, tactical, uh, training session with guests. Uh, this is something that is part of the standard next, a lot of people to bring them up to speed live firing with the gas masks. So everybody gets a chance to be Arizona exercise when exceptionally well, everybody was rather fast. Found out that it's a unique experience to say the least and experienced uh... there will be a number of other exercises the virginia state malicious tomorrow and friday actually it's today tomorrow friday but advance party is there tonight uh... virginia's state meeting is friday and i guess they'll probably be working for the weekend to but uh... they chose the dates are going to be there uh... and that could be some work but uh... in the process remember that uh... you know states you know state frosty make sure you square all your stuff away when we get into these meetings we've got business to take care of uh... one good thing about the mike nesser uh... nesser's exercise the iris own operation is they had more stuff planned good that's how you want you don't want people standing around you don't want people wondering what we're going to do next the idea is to keep them hop and keep them busy and and make the best use of the time that you have where from ten thirty to two o'clock in the morning each day and got up early next morning you're right back in the field right back in the classroom They covered virtually dozens of subjects. An excellent medical course by the way too. Now we are looking at another exercise in Texas. An expanded classroom. A lot of guys listening down in the Austin, Dallas and in the Fort Worth area. Well guys, this is going to be your chance. 43rd Regimental Combat Team Colonial Marines will probably be one of the sponsors on this. They've already given a wink and a nod. Colonial Marine units will be participating. Oklahoma and we should have Mike from Arizona and a few other instructors that will be headed that way. So we will give you date, time and place for Texas and the next Oklahoma training operation because there are a series there. Now these larger cadre of trainers, you're getting a compressed course that basically, and it's nonstop, it's going to be reinforced over and over again. It's designed so that we can continue to expand the number of people who can teach because one of the problems we're going to have guys but we got a lot of bodies coming into the militia and we're going to have to get them up to speed well economy and force efficiency with regard to time is critical now i will say this you need a participate you want to pick up part of your defense in the rates not a weapon system i have never seen a gas mask kill anybody doesn't leap out of the bag and suck itself to your face and you find the guy three minutes later gasping on the floor dead you know who instead it's a defensive system however Everybody needs one. We do not have enough to go around. When the time comes, all it's going to take is one little incident. Watch what happens here. And the price of gas masks is going to change yet again. Why? Well, after an incident or as a threat projected by the controlled media, all of a sudden the mercenaries drag the price up into the outrageous range. Right now, gas masks are reasonably priced. They're a good quantity available. However, that price is a fiction to a degree because, guys, when the price shifts, there still won't be any more mass than there were when the gas mass were cheaper. In fact, there still aren't, but so many mass available. So we need to get them out of the warehouse and we need to make sure you have them. You take your pick of where you want to go for this. Get your pen ready real quick. We've got a few minutes before the top of the hour. Epicenter.com. Epicenter.com. That's one. Now, epicenter.com has chem suits, gas masks, you go check the website out. I don't know what all they have, but they're one of many that we know. Keep some inventory. Now, we'll tell you this, congratulations. We have cleaned out anything that I've mentioned on the air. Why? Well, two things. Number one, you guys have been listening and responding, but number two, there is that much by comparison to people who have interest. The words, yeah, they may have two or 300 pieces, but in two hours. Okay, depending on what it is. Several thousand pieces if we're lucky and they last a few days. Now another company is Centrifier Systems. They have gas masks, they have a copy of the M9 made by Finland. Finland does very high quality work. Rate Finland, whenever you hear the name of that country, Finland, rate it with Switzerland. The quality of their equipment is parallel with Switzerland. They standard vary the state. They have chem suits right now for $11.99. They had them for $6. We mentioned them on the air and I've got to correct myself there a third time. Guys, they had the $6 suits and you guys bought them up in less than two hours. They replaced them with what they could find, which is the same system. There's only one company that had any left. All that are left are now in Maine's military surplus's hands. Military.com, $11.99 a set. These are the Mark IV DPM camouflage chem suits. They're the paint brush patterns. And the Mark IV is a little newer system. They're sealed. Do not take them out of the bag. You can find out what the size is that is available by talking to Frank. Simple, don't worry about pulling them out of the package. Once you get them, you'll find out all the sizing information is right there on the screen. What you want to do is call 207-924-5258. That's 27-924-5258. Get a hold of Frank. They also have M10 gas mask, three for $30. They're an M17 copy. Now they have M17 gas mask hoods, $2 apiece. They have the chem suits for $11.99, $12. I always love that when they do $11.99. It's $12, okay? And they may, but they're probably out. I'm going to tell you right now, I'll mention them, but they're probably gone because there weren't that many, and I know everybody was looking for them. If you have the M9 gas mask, or if you have any of the large 60 millimeter filter system, now, Dutch, Canadian, or the M9, or the Finnish copy, had or has M11 filters for the M9 gas mask in the peanut can sealed for $4.99 a piece. If you're going to get some extra filters that way you can also for the large filter system main military is the only company we found although there may be some others but the phone quantity they have the adapters that go from sixty millimeter down to the present nato forty millimeter filters if you get the other mask or if you have an m nine mask i would recommend that you get the adapter if you haven't picked up one already but they pick up a handful when you find out what the prices you'll see why so again two zero seven nine two four 5258 and you'll be talking to Frank. If you want to check, if you're going by internet, check the website out. Go to www.main.com and see what they've got. But remember this, guys, what you see, you've got to call Frank because if you want something, it's a surplus store. They don't put everything, surplus warehouses, put it that way, not just a store. They do not put everything on the web page. None of the companies do. I don't care who they are. Oh yeah, we put a lot of stuff up there. Even Centerfire and even the bigger companies like Cheaper Than Dirt acknowledge that what they have in their catalog isn't always up on their webpage and vice versa. So you want to check both and you want to ask. Make the point of calling and asking. Don't be lazy on this. If there's something you need, they may have only 10 or 12 on the left. Maybe it's the 10 or 12 or whatever the widget is that you need. okay that's the basic rule of surplus this is not wall-e world okay this is not walmart's not k martin dot myers military surplus by the way mostly made ten fifteen twenty thirty forty years ago guys he's probably closed down i don't think they're making any more okay We've got a lot of stuff to cover here during the week.
