We don't know yet. We won't know for a while. But the bankers don't care as long as they blood suck their money out of the people. Payrolls won't be met and many other businesses are going to be hurt dramatically and progressively. But other banks are also tied in because of the fractional banking system. Fractional banking system means that all these little buddies and ring knockers could spend money or slip money back and forth from one bank to the next much, much more than they actually have. Understand that. So we're in a situation now where things are in flux. It's that simple. There's another term that rhymes with flux. We aren't going to say that on the air, but you all know what that means. Okay. And has to do with, um, well, in the cattle industry, it's called being serviced. Okay. And houses are, well, you know, they get serviced. in some ways good for us. Great for the farmer who's trying to make more cows I guess. But anyway, point is the system, the racketeers are starting to pull the plugs in certain areas. There's a whole bunch of stuff tied in here people We had checks and balances in place because of now it doesn't help that we have the Federal Reserve system They're all thieves anyway, and they've said the Ponzi scam to fail. That's the thing we've got to understand. The banking situation with the fractional banking system is an extension of that. These shrivels up in your wallet and evaporate. In fact, it's happening in your bank accounts. That's if your bank accounts still exist and if your bank is still open. Anything critical we need to know first? Nothing critical other than where I told you before in regards to Wells Fargo and Washington Mutual Banks are both in serious trouble. Locally here we have the number one office for Washington Mutual and they have within the last three weeks laid out for probably about one third of the employees. There's over a thousand people work at this bank. and which means they laid off somewhere around two hundred or more have been laid out possibly three hundred uh... in the last three weeks and they have gone from twenty five dollars a share on the stock market down to around five to seven dollars a share in uh... wells fargo which is nancy's problem a civil matter which was turned into to a criminal matter by the police illegally acting in behalf of a a bogus bank wells fargo who doesn't even hold pro anything against her but they've made bogus claims They're in the same boat. They've gone from $25 to down to $16 and they're falling. And as Wells Fargo's for people who want to bank with Wells Fargo, they have $386 billion out in loans and mortgages, but they only have $1.2 billion in assets on hand. Tell me how much longer they're going to be in business. So this is another bank and this is one of the things that we touched on before. This is like what happened out in California. It's what we saw with the bear hunt back east already guys, Bear Stearns. Remember the bear hunt? Anyway, they did. And Wells Fargo's in the same boat. So what they're doing is they're pirating. Remember these characters are under admulti law, which is privateering slash pirate law of the sea. It's the best way to describe it. Brought inland inside the into the United States. It's an aberration. It's against the constitutional mechanisms of the United States. this and this is part of the invasion law that they were using to try and retake this country through hook or crook to give it back to the crown. We aren't talking the king of England, we're talking the crown British mile and the slavers there that want to re-indenture and have been trying to re-indenture the US. We still have a situation so Nancy I want you to go ahead and everybody grab your pen and paper and pay attention here. We need everybody's help with this. Okay, I'm from in Wayne County in Michigan and my husband was forced into doing a plea with this, the thing that Dave was talking about with this house issue. And so what they did is they put him on a probation thing that he could not live up to because he had to do work for us with this community service three days a week and he couldn't have a job. So basically this judge who we ended up filing a federal case against because of all these violations he did, The judge has him up north on a probation by-lace and it didn't really occur. He trumped it up. So we have a bedroom case against the judge, so he should have recused himself instead of hearing Ken's case that day. But instead, he went and he sent him up north way up four hours of us. And he's up there and he's being in isolation. And he's not getting any medical treatment. And he has some serious medical issues. He needs his breathing machine while he sleeps at nighttime so that his heart and his breathing don't stop. They're refusing to give him any kind of medical treatment. He has high blood pressure problems and they're refusing to do anything for him. Now they deem that he's talked to me long enough on the phone because he's been up there three weeks now, so now he can't even call me until I prepay the phone calls, which it costs about $15 to $20 for every phone call for 15 minutes. At this point, I received a letter from him yesterday, which is his first letter in three weeks, and he said he's really, really having a hard time with no communication. ask of everybody is that if anybody could send him letters of encouragement and answers to the dailers up there saying that they need to release him because he never signed him. So they've only been illegally holding him because he never signed anything when he went in there. And then also because this judge should have not heard the case and should not have sent him up there, somebody needs to wake up and ends up having some sort of medical problem and end up in the hospital. But his name is Kenneth, K-E-N-M-E-N-S. The V is in girl, L-L-I-N-A. The square he's at is the Clare County's Dale. The address is 255 Wayne Street, 255 Western Michigan, H-A-R-R-I-S-O-N, Michigan. The zip code is 48625. The sheriff or the Dale is 989-989-39. And the sheriff is only in about five. The Dale is open 24 hours. And maybe if they got some encouragement, and they might just check out our papers and they might let Ken go rather than to keep illegally holding him like this. So I'm just hoping that letters of encouragement to him would really, really help him as he's in solitary and can't call home now. I'm not sure what else to say. Dave, do you have anything else to put in? Yeah, the other issue is there's civil matters going on here, as well as criminal issues being taken place at the same time. They're going to be transporting Ken down from the jail on Thursday to face more charges in which they're going to attempt to badger him again into plea bargaining. and he has had several cases that have taken place while he's been there and they refused to allow him to appear in the court just writes down he he failed to appear He has to have a legal brief filed by next Monday with the federal court and that's why they retain a name because as long as he's in jail, they won't give him pen, paper, he has no way to do the legal brief. Well, just hire an attorney. No, they don't want to hire an attorney. You don't have to do that. And that's what's being hammered here. And basically the court has secretly appointed a public pretender to represent can't without his knowledge and that's the only grounds in which the sheriff can even hold him because the law mandates you have to have somebody book you in. You have to have a signed fingerprint FBI card. They don't have any of that stuff on file. And I talked to the lieutenant in charge the chicken, Lieutenant Tyson, and he admitted that they don't have any of those things. They said all they got is an order signed by the judge. The judge is a defendant in this federal action and they're trying to stop the federal action from moving forward. It's total corruption, folks. all for the purpose of enriching a bank and I guess whatever the bank's paying the cops and the court. I got a case in Atlanta that I worked on and I now have written documentation where Wells Fargo through a third party paid $1,800 to have a case rigged and get it closed without going to trial. It's happening everywhere. Real quick here, what most important is we're going to double, we're going to do this again before we go to break here in a minute because we're right at the bottom of the hour. And the commander of the jail is Lieutenant Tim Tyson. T-Y-S-O-N. Just like the chickens. I tried talking to his man and he hung up on me. He wouldn't even talk to me. Well, that's expected there, guys. We know what they're going to be, especially when you start. They do the, oh, well, we're just doing our, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, right. Well, I'll tell you what. Well, he was doing his job, clique. Yeah, torturing. Yeah, again, well, again, they have no medical support. All they're trying to do is, again, plug it in. And basically, what they want is a waiver so that they don't have to worry. You can claim, well, you're just our property now. Well, right now, he's not anybody's property, and that's one of the most important things to remember is that they plug that in so that then they can just say, well, you know, all we did was what we had to do because he just released himself to us. And that's when they torture people in jail. You just made a good point, Mark. He is nobody's property. We did not give a jail number for this guy. He is not listed on the jail registry. He is not booked in. He has no jail number. He no prisoner number. If you check the state Listing, you won't find that he is anywhere on their roster. He's right now basically being held level. And it's Claire County Jail, C-L-A-R-E County Jail. There's no listing for this guy. And it's total violations of Supreme Court rulings. So I don't know where Michigan is at, but it's definitely lawless. Well, we're going to work on this. We've got other people that we're in contact with that we're trying to plug in that will be connecting with Nancy that are a little closer. Also, you guys can work and coordinate together on this project. And if anybody would like to, Nancy, is there a number anybody can get ahold of you at if they need to? And as soon as he got done with the hapiest, they took the pen and paper away from him. So he can't even write letters. The one that Nancy got, apparently they gave her a pen long enough and then taped stuff away again. So he ain't like you, Mark. He can't sit there and write. He's got nothing. Right, and even there, the thing, well in solitary, here's the thing, he's supposed to be able to have pen and paper, even in solitary, they have access to commissary, it's just a commissary list. Lockups, you have the exact same commissary list as anybody in the regular lockup, it's just that I mean obviously you're a square box for 23 hours lockdown. In reality, is out time, I'll tell you this how this works, this is what these lighters are up to. Your out time is usually down the hallway in another square, blocked in area with no light, no windows, nothing in many cases. And you stand outside of your cell for 45 minutes to an hour. Part of that time is if you want to take a shower, then they'll allow you to take a shower, then they jam you back in your cell. So that's the reality of how it works. Now, you've got to, you already have to be decided that you're not going to let them break you on this when you get into this situation. Plus, again, like I said, hey, you know what? Peace and quiet. Of course, in the lockdown, so where I was with Insolitary, the two of the kids were absolutely bouncing off the wall and it wasn't a whole lot of quiet there. But you've got to learn to focus. That's the most important thing. You've got a Bible? That's a good start. It gives you a chance to read and stay paid attention. Most people don't know, Mark and I have talked here about the envelopes. Under federal law, while you're in jail or prison, it doesn't make any difference. It's mandatory for the jail or the prison to give the captive two envelopes and sufficient paper and two stamps every week so that they can correspond. He's not getting it. He's got one letter in three weeks. Also, the federal law mandates that you are allowed one hour per day, five days a week, even if you're in solitary confinement, to access the jail law library. That's been denied also. This man is being tortured. He is not being allowed any of his rights that are guaranteed under federal law. These people just have no total disregard for life whatsoever. and the man is sick, he has a bad heart, he needs medication, and he needs a breather, and they have refused to even let him see a doctor without talking about his medication. But even if they weren't, even if he were to sign in, what happened Nancy when you did that? What they did with me is they put me in a cell that had glass windows all around it, and I was right there out in the open like it's through. And then my toilet was right there by the front of the glass window with all these men walking by. And I was expected to use the toilet on display for all the men walking by. And they would not give me anything, any privacy. Yep. And they would not give you medication either, would they? Right. And no, yeah, no medication. They made fun of my medical conditions and didn't do anything for me, even though I signed. And it got to the point where when you were done, you actually were, you had a problem with bleeding internally? Yes, so you see here again What's going to happen is these characters are a bunch of pop look and scumbags to begin with as far as I'm concerned They're dirt bags. We're gonna put pressure on them from whatever direction we can we need everybody's help out there to do this again It's one of the several things that you can do can help with. Okay, I've been here recently notified of where we can access advantages and compresses. I have not been there. I'm not exactly sure what they have there. The site is Spruce Mountain, S-T-R-U-C-E. And in the name of cover and nut, the last few minutes that we have here, the program will talk a little bit about the medical supplies. outfitting a medical kit. For the individual medical kit in your small pouch, either a compass pouch or your compress pouch, you can put a large compress in there. And also, I've seen some packages that you can get in. It's approximately the same size of your large compress. It comes with four smaller compressors in the same size of package, triangular bandage in there. And you can put something between the two. Sometimes you can find the band-aids. There's about four in a little. plastic sealed pouch in there, but you can sandwich them in between the large compers and the triangular bandage. The next thing I do is the larger your first aid kit individual. It's approximately four by two inches. Comes with a rigid plast on the inside. It's up to you, but I usually toss the rigid plast box that wears holes out in the corner. And when you start taking things out of it, then every round in there. I prefer to get a large one gallon Ziploc. put in some 4x4s, some 2x2s that are individually wrapped in sticks, some iPads, 3.0 inch base bandage, a 3 inch cling that's an Elasti-sized gauze roller bandage, some package of sterile, maybe some exam gloves, small piece of moleskin, and 2 inch stuff, and then flex about a 4x4 in there, then you need to get a set of tiny pair of scissors, we call them iris scissors, you only got a blade about a half an inch long. little miter of hemostats and then also then you want to get a tether. Open up about a foot and a half of your 550 cord and pull out just one of the individual strands on one end, a loop on the other end. You pass the manage scissors, your iris scissors and your hemostats and then pull that up tight and then lift up one of the Alice cord, the other loop at the end of the tether, a foot and a half of your tether cord. around the bandage scissors and then insert those in behind the Ziploc bag. You'll have there and you'll have almost stopping the bleeding scrapes. I had your three inch ace or your three inch cling and use your exam gloves. And then when you get down to the nitty gritty, then switch over and switch over. If you get size of a pole in the center to fit around, use your two inch tape. Either in a first try, I kind of prefer a canteen cover. You can use a 160 bag of normal saline, or lactated ringers, your tubing, a tourniquet, you can have your whole IV kit there in one thing. Individual medical kit on your small pallet, having two of them, having one towards the front, one on the back of your gear. So in case you fall in there, then we can use the package off the dress, that wound, and then when you're rolled over, check for an exit wound, and we can use the dress on the front of it. If you've got a back wound, as your first aid to get out your large comp for a triangular advantage. On the back of your, it has to be carrying your gear. And so some of the other things that you might want to consider having a first aid for handy for your own ospreyne, some acetaminophen or the trade name is pylanol, for headaches, bringing down fevers and things. Consider having some water purification tablets, and times on the tan team, they've got a little pocket down there. side, you can put these in your iodine tablets in that, or also seen it taped onto the adhesive tape and taped that onto that so that's handy. I'd also get a fits in your pocket, the 3x5 stock, the one that's far ado is then we're going to get a pence for treating patients, blood type, add in the patient's continuity of training injuries instead of having to start trying to figure out what's going on. They look in the pocket, they find the information and they know already what the major complaint is and what the treatment has already been started on here. So format. I hear the music coming in.
