And, uh, or they just avoiding this because, you know, Obama, if you go to his church and their mission statement, well, we're gonna, we're gonna bring you the troops home, but we'll bring them home by Christmas. Nobody's saying what Christie, like everybody was going to do about Bosnia and everything. I see it on the, on the horizon. They're planting the seeds right now to somehow make us think that it's all for these humanitarian needs. They're shifting. You know, when, when. The Republicans in power, they always exert their power throughout the world and when the Democrats get into power, they always exert their power through humanitarian needs. They were seeing more and more in people, but they never mentioned anything about Zimbabwe that was the breadbasket of Africa that was alleviating the comp, but when the Communists came in and took over and now everybody's starving and then all we do is see images and Zimbabwe and the Democratic Congo and everything. Just be aware of people. They aren't bringing the troops home. They're just going to ship them from Iraq over to Africa. And just kind of a sideline, though, I don't know, it was about six months or a year ago, I went to a briefing by General Duchy who was the intelligence, and they're the general in charge of intelligence for CENTCOM. And he made a big presentation about the war on terrorism and all the that he showed up on the his PowerPoint presentation. They weren't just over in the Middle East. It was a big chunk of Africa and Somali, Sudan, the whole area in there. So they're they definitely got their eye on there. They're just going to show and as we kind of mentioned a little bit earlier, I don't know if anybody's listening. Wesley Clark, I guess he was on shapers for this weekend and he had said something about the POW and everything behind to be president and You know, it's odd that you listen to the right wingers. They're all out here. Well, how dare you attack John McCain? He's a war hero and everything. And then the left wingers, well, you know, he just said this. But what we have to understand is, you know, what General Wesley Clark was in charge of NATO. And as I recall, they did a lot of bombing over in Yugoslavia and Bosnia versus Ovena. And if anybody remembers, these humanitarian things that they were doing there, what about that train that they bombed? Oh, that's right, they didn't bomb the train. They were only aimed at the bridge that the train was going over. And when they released the film, they had sped the film up three times than the film actually was to give the appearance that the pilot, the munition too early, and by the time the train came flashing in, Field of view it was too late to divert it and stuff and you know 27 people died and then if that be the case after he had bombed the bridge and Just unfortunately there was a train coming on it Why did he fire two more missiles on to it? And then the car factory that they bombed and the cities that they bombed and all the deployed the uranium that they littered the area with but you know I'm a little confused so when we get somebody like work out here and all the rush limbo's of the world trying to defend him about, oh, his statement and everything on John McCain attacking him. Maybe we need to pick a comeback and see what Wesley Clark's record tries him to make. You know, you can delegate and when they were rich, you know, I would like to see a quote unquote Middle Eastern terrorists come over here and I was only bombing the bridge. I didn't mean to bomb the train. I wonder how far that type of defense and they would say it didn't. So why is it that it seems to be quite a come out here and make apologies on a bridge that a train was on and then after that then he fired missiles. Mr. Clark also remember is another part of his history is goes back into the 90s remember who was in charge of Fort Hood. And remember this is a person who like many others has been a little one of many little golden boys it says. I do not trust Mr. McCain at all because not even paying attention to that much of his record. Let's say that I didn't know anything else other than what I've known from being younger. McCain and himself, this is what we're talking about this, it's the old story about the pot calling the kettle black. Clark is just as dirty as Mr. McCain is. But it's just that McCain, even if I didn't know anything else, I already know his history from my personal experiences with instructors that I had. And so, no, I know that he's no different from Osama bin Dangdong or Hillary. I mean, between the three. But Clark is in the same category with those three. It's on energy and pushing and thinking about the state sovereignty thing. And my energy plan to Oklahoma was, if you ever decide to drill, that they do the Green Bay Packers model. If they're ever to do it, that each citizen in Oklahoma get a share in this company. And in a way, they from trying to, because I really believe I'm in states just drilling it as you tell them. Well there again, that's one of the things that historically when you're doing intrastate, not interstate, but intrastate activities, there's nothing the Fed can do about it. They would like to, except for the areas that they've claimed as federal land like, you know, national parks, things of that nature. But beyond that, there they don't have the authority. It's only when the states have been foolish enough to intertwine themselves with the federal activity interference and as long as everybody stays clear that type of action they'll do fine. We have the ability still within the states to do this it's just something you don't want they don't want. Well I like Charles Keyes plan he's like well instead of you collecting taxes we'll collect the taxes and we'll decide what we'll give our state treasurer will get to the federal people Oklahoma for the income tax and give him pennies on the dollar with strings attached. Exactly. Well, that's one of the things that, again, everybody's starting to figure out. And even Ron Paul, as we know, he's talked about this for years, the whole idea that all the money gets collected, it goes to Washington, and they dole out pennies of your dollars. And of course, everybody else gets a chunk of the change, mostly middlemen, that have nothing to do with anything that will benefit anybody other than the Cayman Island accounts where their money accounts rest. And that's exactly what we're seeing. So the states need to, well, if some of them are going to start stepping in more because gone on the money binge or the government teak binge for long enough, some of them did not buy into it completely, all those others are so immersed in it, the Fed will do everything they can to fight to keep them from getting away now. That was the purpose behind all of this. The idea behind it was to set it up so that when the whole program is plugged in, there wouldn't be, when everybody realizes that the program is plugged in more publicly, there'd be no way for the people to get away, to escape from the chains. I think that's changed because of the Patriot effort, despite what everybody thinks. A lot of people have been listening, and they're now learning. Oklahoma, this is the second time that they've come up with landmark legislation that is critical to the overall environment that we're living in politically. Remember just before, and this is the only dangerous thing here, just before the Oklahoma City bombing, it was Oklahoma that passed in the House and the Senate legislation stating that they would not in any way shape or form surrender their sovereignty and that if the federal government was going to try and hand over the sovereignty of the nation, the state of Oklahoma would have no choice but to secede from that mechanism, that contract and union, and go in, you know, to an alliance with other fellow states to protect the sovereignty of these United States. That happened just before the bombing, which is why we argued that's the reason the Mossad and government elements bombed Oklahoma. It's the most critical aspect of everything that had to do with why the bombing took place from the political end in that direction. There were other reasons they did it, but that was the number one right there because it had just passed and people were in motion. Well, you know, also two reasons why I'm right now doing this movie about the 17th Amendment, because I'm reading about state legislatures around the country live it about the law to see three units goes development on their trying to take over the city water through inflation and all these treaties and it's like the state have no right or suffrage i mean the senators are often a different world they don't represent their state governments no more well i'm in bought off is what's happened as we've been we've said for years they're being paid off by specific interest and if the interest is a multinational corporation the majority of its activities are now outside the United States and they have no interest in our country with regard to preserving our sovereignty and our national identity. This is why you're seeing this happen. Now the big thing is they don't have it all. We've always argued if they have it all go for the gusto. Just do it. If supposedly its people resist you'll be absorbed. Plug it in. Now at each step, just like what happened down in Texas, where the people have found out what's going on, they've gotten a bloody nose. Now, they're trying to amoeba their way around that again, but we're going to have a lot of open discussions about this issue with Texas and with the other states involved because I think the most critical element of this when you talk about foreign influence, how in the hell does Spain have any right to a single dime of American money coming off American highways that you and I paid for? And that's what they're proposing, these re-colonialization slash occupation of the United States by these ring knockers, swap and spit back and forth. And this is from the peninsula. Oh, I'm sorry, you all know it as Spain. But another peninsula campaign against the American people. And all done with traitors in government. They have no right to our property. They have no right to our roads. They have no right to our people. They're going to try to imply it and we're going to have to shoot their hind end out of here again. But it's re-colonialization on a massive scale. All these people are going, oh, it's globalization. No, it's not. It's just as everybody says, the massive plantation syndrome and the Spanish are going to be the first ones here, which is rather interesting because they've been in the background, guys. Indiana, right here just south of Michigan, that's the institute governor there, handed Highway 80, the turnpike, 80 slash 90, over to the Spanish. A cash cow that's worth twice its value every year in revenue that comes off the road. Now you can tell me... They turned over to lottery systems too. State lottery's over to these corporate corporations too. Here's my problem with both of any of these. Okay, what kind of business managers do we have? What kind of goofs would you have if that's what you consider them to be? That they're selling off the cash cows that make money. Okay, if you have a business and you're in distress, don't you sell off the distressed or damaged or questionable operations and keep the core of your operation that makes money so that you can continue to make the business run? Instead, these goofs have done just the reverse. They're taking all of these massive profit-making tools and handing them over to alien slash enemy occupation forces. That doesn't make any sense except for one word, treason. There are traitors involved in treason. Even like CSX railroads gonna be signed over to, I think, Spain or some foreign company. Today we're going to be covering aspiration pneumonia. Some of this information can be found in the United States Army Special Full Handbook. And some of the predisposing factors leading to aspiration pneumonia, alcoholism, overdose, drowning, vomiting, and facial trauma. I say again, alcoholism, overdose, drowning, vomiting, and facial trauma, bleeding, facial trauma, you know, driving in your car. You hit something, your face goes forward, hits the dashboard or the steering wheel, you got that blood seeping back down, you're knocked unconscious and that's the easy that that can happen that way. Quite often the right upper lobe is a common location for hash and pneumonia. Basically what it is, it's either from the facial trauma, it's draining the blood and the bacteria down your throat into your lungs. from overdoses or drowning or vomiting where you're actually bringing the contents of your stomach up through your esophagus and then you try to take a breath and you suck that down inside your lungs. Some of the signs and symptoms are cough, meling, scutum and pleurisy. We've covered pleurisy and pleuritis in some of the last lessons that we've covered. Most of the agents that are the causative agents would be streptococcus. Pestlecoccus pneumoniae and I'll spell that S-T-R-E-T-T-O-K-C-C-U-S word T-N-E-U-M-O-N-I-A-E. The next one, the species of it would be the Pestlecoccus. The next one would be Fusobacterium species. And the last one would be Bacteroides fragilis. I'll spell this as T-E-P-T-O. S-T-R-E-T-E-O C-O-C-C-U-S and I hear the music coming in and when we get back we're going to continue this then make sure you have your paper and pencil handy and we'll cover the soap format. BAC, T-E-R, I-U-M. That's the species of that bacteria. And bacteroides, we can abbreviate that with a capital B period. And F-R-A-G-I-L-I-S. Ferroids fragilis. Your treatment is going to be amphenicol or clindamycin. Now bear in mind these are very, very powerful antibiotics. C-H-A-M-T-H-E-N-I-C-O-L. And the other one is Clindamycin. C-L-I-N-D-A-S-Y-C-I-N. Now, during this event, the three things can definitely occur. You can have asphyxiation, where you're going to have airway obstruction. You're going to get aspiration pneumonia. or you're going to get chemical pneumonitis and that's basically as the stomach acids are going to be inhaled into your lungs. Our soap format, S, is going to be a witness event. You're going to see the person vomiting, choking, they'll be cyanotic, and they'll be in severe respiratory distress. Vomiting, choking, cyanotic, and severe respiratory distress. Your observations, there's going to be possibility that there's going to be vomit around their mouth and their nose and the patient could be anywhere from alert to in a coma. The vital signs, the temperature might be elevated, pulse will be elevated, respirations will be elevated and labored and they'll have poor breath vital signs. I say again temperature may be elevated and instead of that writing elevated we can just write an arrow pointing upwards. Pulse we're just going to write a P, a dash, and an arrow pointing upwards and for the respirations we can just write an R, a dash, and an arrow pointing up and next to that right labored and then underneath that then we'll just write core breath your appearance in our OAP format next to A, your appearance, your diagnosis will be aspiration pneumonia. Your plan, that's the P and SOAP, is we're going to clear the airway. That is your primary concern. You might even have to use, do the Heimlich maneuver. Now if the person is conscious, we're going to encourage them to cough and to clear their airway. Some of the other Biotics that might be effective depending on the bacteria could be cobra myosin or gentamicin so cobra myosin P O B A M Y C I N and gentamicin is spelled G E N T A M Y C I N and they would be 80 milligrams IV or IMBIB times a day, every 12 hours, BID, buy-in day. And also we can use penicillin G, 2 million units, IV, Q6 hours. Penicillin G, 2 million units, IV, Q6 hours. Now the best treatment is prevention. If somebody is debilitated for some of the previous things that we've covered, alcohol is drowning, the facial trauma, obviously we're not going to be giving them any food or liquids and we're going to try to keep the head elevated between 30 and 40 degrees. Now a way to text their gag reflex then if they can cough, can they gargle a small amount of water without choking? And if they can't then they're considered a high risk so we're going to avoid giving them anything that is going to to take this problem. These are just some of the things. So as a quick review aspiration pneumonia, we can get information about this from the U. S. Army Special Forces Medical Handbook and also from other more specific like the Mark manual or aerobic infections. Basically some of the predisposing conditions would be alcoholism, overdose, drowning, vomiting and facial trauma. Chances are it's going to be the right upper lobe is a very common location for this to occur. I hear the music coming in.
