So it's medical Thursday and communications, of course, but we have Michael Nasser here and Mike's going to give us an update on what all has transpired and how they've tried to do exactly what we expected. Cover up this story about Mexican military personnel operating and of course, sort saying against Americans as far north as Phoenix, Arizona. Mike, jump in there, please. Okay, for those of you who are not familiar with it, we covered it yesterday, but just in case you missed that, and for all of you that are familiar, this is just kind of a recap from the Arizona Republic website. It's AZ sent the headline as Man Killed in Home Invasion Drugs. Somewhere early in the morning on Monday, this article is on the 23rd of June 2008. Heavily armed individuals, body armor, come into some guy. Now there seems to be some discrepancy. Was he shot outside? Was he shot inside? Some might have known was he shot inside? Didn't want to bleed on his carpet that I don't know. But anyway, they had the police just happened to be in the area. The detect special assignment unit. And this was over way on the west side of Phoenix at 83rd Avenue. It happened to hear the gunshots and found that the gunfire found the, uh, the went inside. They found the guy that shot numerous times. They counted over a hundred grounds of various kinds of ammunition used in the house. Prehanded three gentlemen, SAENV, 24 year Manuel Garza, age 19. Prehanded and mentioned of just, there's no triple W. Triple W's. We have a gentleman here in town, the Grand Ole Washington DC House of Representatives. He did about, I don't know, somewhere between 10 or 15 years in the House of Representatives. up in the Phoenix area. He's rather well outspoken about the illegal alien problem. He's not politically correct. He has no problem calling him that. All these touchy feely names. An Alliance secretary launched hits the military, launched hits squad in Phoenix. On there you can hear his name and made sure that there was somebody that wasn't. He's working for the comm, dated, 20, very launched hits in Phoenix. Question, are they still in there? they'd been in the military, you know, is pretty sure that Mark Spencer, he's the union representative for the Feds get out of here plan that they had also somehow intertwined in with this nation decided to ambush the police. So I don't know if they were just going to lay there and wait and then start shooting at them or they were going to use that to get out. I'm not exactly sure how much ammunition they had. They, they said that they had underground. I don't know, was it 200, was it 2000? I have no idea inside the house. I guess if they were planning on ambushing the police, anybody with a little bit of military training would understand it would take a little bit more than 100 rounds. So I'm not sure on that aspect. Don't play the numbers to try and make it seem warm and fuzzy. In other words, upplayed. If they were attacking anybody, let's say you had If they wanted to go after a person out there and they wanted to puff things up, you'd have two bricks of 22 ammo, which everybody knows takes up less space than the size of my foot, okay? But all of a sudden it'd be, he had 1000 rounds of ammo! but when they want to downplay it they'll try to well well it could have been or we think well uh... any other time they'd be a you know they'd be puffing the number whenever it whenever possible but through political correctness in this situation well maybe a hundred rounds or you know et cetera et cetera it was probably much more uh... and the other interesting thing is the later interview that they did that was with the uh... representative from the police union is that correct Well, his name was Mark Spencer and I'm pretty sure all it does is just stay on this website where it's a link to there. You can click on it and listen there. It just says JD interviews Mark. I'm pretty sure he's the former police. Now he's the union rep. So it's he's one of the representatives from the rank and file and they're not hesitating because I know what's happening or in situations like this where they've re-engineered it for the political correctness it was a man american maybe we also if these were three americans they'd be running and for dropping at the mall been telling you all about every particular point of the evil black weapons that it's all don't worry about the guy was killed it was just three mexican military personnel but why worry everything's fine go back to sleep in other words that's about the problem i have with this is again uh... that's why we're focusing on it and i know what you would go over the whole thing with me Supreme Court right now. Okay, let me comment on this. Whatever they're doing with the Supreme Court is pickle smoke and mirrors. Does everybody understand that? Let's look at it this way. Look, way off on the horizon, there's this gleam of sunshine that came through the cloud. Yeah, one on the foreground, there's this tsunami called the New World Order Click CFR coming into the political arena with Osama bin Laden and the chipmunks, Hillary the Hutt or McLean. And I'll tell you what, you see that little ray? Watch how quickly it goes and disappears. Does everybody understand this? The idea is to try and get everybody to go back to sleep. They're desperately pulling anything they can. The Supreme Court hates the Second Amendment. They hate the American people. They're globalists, okay? They're going to play a little game here and there, but watch and see what happens. Here's the kicker on this. They play this game. They pass the thing in, and what they do is they throw this little piece out there. Everybody goes, oh look, everything's fine and I guarantee the NRA is doing the rawr right now. But remember, the NRA, these are the same people that gave you the Veterans Disarmament Bill that went behind closed doors. And we still, and we're going to have Larry Pratt up here, he might call in today for the program, by the way. The call-in line should be open. But again, he's going to be busy. I know he's doing another program actually this hour, so he's probably tied up there. But as we pointed out, we had Larry up before, he said, no matter which way you go, because of the way this was worded, this may be a lose-lose for the firearms owners. And the reason for that is that the way they've worded it, they'll be able to twist it to the preference of the gun grabbers. And that is something everybody needs to understand. But here's what they'll do. They're going to yap it up like this, the planned opposition left and right, the meat puppets on the left and right, make their noise. Everybody goes, oh. Oh, everything's safe now. Look, a silver bullet. Meanwhile, they're already prepping for what's coming after this election, or even as this election takes place. And in the confusion, after they murder and kill people, kicking in doors and doing all the other BS, and people go, why? Well, their logic is, why? They're doing this because they figure they'll have caught you on the short step. Everybody will be waiting for all it's gonna be warm fuzzy time peace love dope look they told us every smack I got hit with a board right in the face how this happened Oh, what a mist. Oh wait, I just took it Oh Oh, one more time. Hey. And then, of course, afterwards, the dust will settle and maybe they'll have to back off of here. But how many people will they hurt? How many people will they kill and murder before people all of a sudden rise up again and go enough is enough. See, that's what happened when first Ruby Ridge and then Waco took place. All of the same potlickers and scumbags you're talking about right now. So I hate to burst everybody's bubble on this, but I hope you're staying focused on the game. Like I said, well there's that little real light web, let's all focus on that! The only real light is going to be Jesus Christ returning. That'll be the best real light you can find from the sky. Everything else is all pickle, smoke, and mirrors. The reality is the enemy's on your front door. Look, look, you know, don't look out on the horizon. Okay, we are going to make a recap of gunshot wounds, the treatment, treatment of shock, and just start that off. Okay, now, depending on the type of gunshot or the puncture injury, whether it was caused by a projectile or for fragmentation, now especially if you're going to have the shock or not only the hole, but the pry, the, but then the, you're going to have the shock of the bullet itself is going to remember to chair an entrance and an exit wound, the injury itself. we don't have enough time to cover every individual or it's an extremity, the abdomen, the thorac cavity with wound, if it's always going to check for an entrance and an exit wound, and first we're going to immobilize, going to above, going to have, going to be shocked. So your treatment is we're going to stop the bleeding to try your different pressure points, so if the arm pit doesn't work, then we'll be tourniquet somebody's home of a thoracic. recognizing the signs and symptoms. So I'm going to anticipate the shock and we're going to treat it initially to and from slipping into a deep case of shock. The ignition of shock, it's a breakdownation that the testing is going to be hypo. It's going to be cool and the amount of initially they're again, they're going to be excited. It's going to be elevated and as they start the other things initially it's going to be elevated and then it's after they've started to lose a larger volume of blood the dominant is and then they'll just collapse. We want to take it, call fear in breathing oriented those again the abbreviate these T right initial and then put a hinting off something and then put an arrow pointing down so initially the pulse and then after the drop down. Initially it's going to be up So we're going to write initial pointing up then looking down. One is going to be B.T. initial pointing up and then down. And then you might want to also put in parentheses especially adult. We were talking about some of the signs and symptoms. We already talked about CPR BP Now we're going to go into a couple of the other things that you want to watch for agitation Flushed they'll have that pale flush look to them dyspnea, D-Y-S-T-N-E-A, dyspnea, difficulty in breathing, disorientation, coma, bleeding to death. Some of the other things that we want to do on the treatment now is obviously, or most likely, gonna be laying the patient down. Now, some of these things can be contraindicated, especially if they have a head or injury. A lot of times, the people may be more comfortable in a sitting, they should if they have a chest. Well, obviously, if somebody has a head or we wouldn't want to elevate the legs and get all the blood running through their legs when we're trying to control the bleeding out of the head with the airway. Because if they've got a serious, then when we tilt them, they're going to start pushing on the frame and then it's going to be more difficult. We're going to have them lie down. We're going to elevate the legs. We're going to make sure that we maintain a good IV. You want to start that ahead of time. And especially remember what we talked before about the blood pressure initially it's going to be rise, everybody's all excited, oh no, oh no, what's going on? And as they start losing a lot of volume then their blood pressure is going to drop and you're not going to have any indication that in one minute they'll be fine and the next minute their blood pressure will be plummeting. And I.V. right now, their blood pressure... Quick, a lot of people are listening going, well I.V. I'm not going to be doing that. Yes, you may be doing that. Let's emphasize this. Remember, for instance, a lot of the Pennsylvania militia units have medical personnel that have the same kind of experience that Mike does. Policy with those units is to carry an M16 magazine pouch that's had all of the liner cut open. In other words, there's little dividers. They're taken out. And on each person, they carry a bag of saline. or whatever else, expanders, and butterflies, the whole nine yards, and each person is carrying that, not necessarily for themselves, but so that you're carrying volume of equipment out for the medic so that he can start IVs on patients as quickly as possible as needed to get expanders back into the system. So even if you don't know how to do it, I mean, there are people that do a better job. I've seen people that give people bruises like there's no tomorrow from not being able to hit a vein. But there are other people, once they're trained, they are masters of the trade. So, we're going to be looking at putting volume back in, contrary to just the conventional. I know a lot of first aid courses talk just about initial response. And that's another thing real quick before we go any farther, Mike. We're talking treatment right away, aren't we? Absolutely. We're going to be concurrently treating not only the wound, not only the possible fluorescence in the patient, the pulse respiration, blood pressure, and we're going to initiating all these other things, the IV, the O2. the person warm, elevating the, and everything. You're going to see, you pull in, usually there will be a congregation or everybody will want to come around and see what's going on. And the old, hey get back, give them air and stuff. What you want to do is plug people in, hey you start doing this, you start putting, go over here and start the IV. Or somebody else is going to go look, it's another thing we'll get to in a while. Don't become obvious wound that he has in their arm. have another hole down in their leg. They may have another hole in their abdomen that's hidden concurrently. All these things are happening simultaneously and you're going to have to do a head examination. The point there too is again, example is you know, a fighter team or a squad, a follow-up team behind an assault unit. You've got casualties you're treating. Automatically everybody should understand that if one person is treating casually, the medic or the designated corpsman or whatever, that the other person can be treating for shock, which again takes a task away from that person so he can focus on doing a complete inspection of the casualty, top to bottom. Now a good example of this, real quick, and I'm going to let Mike jump right in here the rest of the way, but if you go to our Liberty Tree Radio YouTube site and you watch, there's a video called Ambush. It's part of the Battle for the Republic series. It's called Ambush. What you will see there is a friendly unit assisting another unit that's been hit that's part of a series of vehicles. When you watch that, pay attention to what the corpsmen are doing, what the medics are doing, responding to the casualties. It's done intentionally. It was designed to point out certain tasks that need to be done. Any time you can alleviate the medic from secondary activities, We're going to be able to recover that casually that much faster. We're going to get that much more done and then we can move on to the next person because we've done everything that we can for that person. We've got them stabilized. Now the partner system takes over. Remember, in fighting units, one man is designated to assist that person and stays with them to evacuation. the reason we take care of our own. We want to make sure that there's an onset of eyes and ears. Now that can't always be done this way. Sometimes you have to cluster your casualties, which is preferred. You know, the old term medic is not used the way it was in the past, right Mike? We want to make sure when we're moving forward and we mark the casualty, we get the casualty to a point where the medic is safe, secure, and isn't going to take a bullet because otherwise somebody else is going to have to take his job and the problem is each person does have better specialty training, some do than others, and the medic that you have is basically a field doctor. Keep him functional and all of you will stay alive. So we have to protect him as a critical asset. And there we get into shock. Again, all of you can be dealing with that initially very quickly, marking the casualty and moving with the assault unit and allowing for a follow-up recovery unit to do the same thing, which is how we engineer a 1, 2, 3, squad or fire team group. You'll have the first assault maneuvering with the second but the third team doing follow-up either to supplement casualties or to assist with casualties and the stripping of the enemy. The stripping of the enemy just of course is one of many routines for the third team. Its job is to just like a fish take everything off the enemy put it in our troops hands. Anyway, go ahead, Mygos, please. Okay to continue with the signs and symptoms of shock. Education, flush, dyspnea, disorientation, coma and death. So the treatment, we're going to lie them down, elevate the legs unless it's contraindicated either with a head or a chest wound. We're going to maintain an airway. We're going to start an IV. If you have oxygen, four to six liters per minute. We want to keep the patient warm. After they started losing a lot of volume, they're going to start chilling and then start to shake. And we want to... We want to control the scene. We want to plug people in. Don't just chase them away. Now on this, we had mentioned this elevation of the legs. We don't want to just put something under like an alice pack or something underneath their feet because then you're going to have the feet elevated. Then it's going to bend at the knees, down to the pelvic girdle, and then it's back. So it's going to kind of make a kink in their What we want to do is bear in mind, depending on the injury in the area that's injured, we're going to have to be able to evacuate them. So we're either going to put them on a stretcher, put them on a thing like that or a board to prop them up. And then what we're going to do is once we've got them on that, then we're going to elevate the foot of the stretcher, unless it's contraindicated with either a head or a chest wound. and then that's going to help more of a smooth flow up enough to feed and bend in at the knees and then bend in at the pelvis. Don't become so for one object that maybe only takes the work your way down each upper extremity. You're going to feel for moisture or any deformities. Down the leg, check the abdomen. If possible, roll them over real quick. Make sure that there's no big red stain in the back of their shirt or anything. Well, I'm actually calling to continue a discussion that we began a couple of days ago, but since we now have a decision in the Heller case, maybe it's an appropriate time to discuss it. I mean, it depends on where you went. Because there's the... Like I said, I wanted you to call in early in the program because we'd like to make a whole hour of it. That's the whole thing. Oh, oh. First of all, real quick, with regard to the idea of the government engineering things, and tweaking, first of all, we didn't have this in this country until the Gun Control Act of 1968. The Gun Control Act of 1968 includes the mental health issue. Now there's only two countries that use that as a way... Really? Yes. Gun Control Act of 1968, but here's the thing. And the reason I want you to go there is because they have an excellent book on the Gun Control Act of 1968. Okay. The GCA 1968 is an exact copy of Nazi Germany's 1938 gun laws. Not kind of, not sort of, it is an exact copy. Word for word except... Word for word and what they did is they took the German version There's a whole story to this. This is actually a booklet everybody needs to get a copy of because it shows literally the history of the Gun Control Act of 1968. It's interesting that all these people support this thing and it is the epitome of what we were supposedly fighting against in World War II. But I'll just abbreviate this real quick. There are two countries that use the psychobabble routine to disarm the population. Germany? under national socialism and the Communists under Soviet socialism throughout the SSRs to include all of Eastern Europe. In the United States, we did not have a problem with this mass shooting nonsense until certain elements of the cycle babble crowd pushed Prozac, which was the first genetically engineered drug in its family, of a long group that have caused nothing but hardship for the American people. 66 million prescriptions per year are issued for a drug that supposedly was for a minority of the population and was only supposed to be for extreme cases. And they were able to do that because mental illness exists. No, they did it because they fabricated mental illness. In other words, I'll give you the best example of this. Homosexuality was always listed as an aberration and is an illness. until specific liberal elements realized invade a specific trade called psychiatry and psychology, both a joke, and what they did is they engineered the processes of re-editing and shall we say redefining the battlefield. Now all of a sudden being a patriot is a mental illness. If you haven't been paying attention to this you need to go to the, all the psycho-babble industry have their publications. Every month they publish more. The latest illness, if you're a pro-patriot, if you're pro-American, if you believe in liberty, you're now considered to be mentally ill. Now, would that be a matter of time before that's in the next DSM? Yes, Pete, what would happen is this. What they'll do is they'll make it sound warm and fuzzy. Oh, we need to control these terrible people. Well, here's the problem with that. For instance, Virginia Tech is a big CIA spook and cooke operation to begin with. It's just like U of M. I worked with U of M for 18 years. There are more CIA and NSA operations through the whole complex of school buildings that you can imagine. I can take you to each building, tell you what's in which building, what office, what technologies they have. They monitor the phones, they have special projects going on all over the campus. Virginia Tech's the same way. Not only that, but the cameras are totally, the sites are totally cambered. This character shot a bunch of people, walked off campus, nobody stopped him. and then turned around in this totally controlled environment where all the rodents and lab rats are disarmed and he walked back in knowing the rodents were all disarmed and did the dirty deed again. Now I have a question as to how he did that in the first place, but here's the thing. Traditionally in this country, if somebody started something like that, another American stomp on their hind end would be done. In fact, the example is, as I pointed out before, years ago, Before the Purdy Prozac shooter and the others, there's a little lump right there where there was the spike and then it began. And it's always been in peaks and fits and it's almost like it was shut off with a light switch. Before that, if you asked an American, what's the most common mass murderer that you can think of if you're over 50? Actually, I have to be over 50 now because... You know, a lot of people have to have their memory jogged. And the first one is, well, there was the tower shooter in Texas. But a lot of other people, if they're old enough, know that there weren't any incidents that were waves upon waves like that. Instead, the next one would be, and the most common answer I get from people who are old enough, is the spec murders in Chicago, where the guy went in with a butcher knife and murdered a whole bunch of nurses, one after another after another, with a butcher knife as they cowered under their beds and waited to be killed. Room after room after room, he went through. Now, what changed in the formula? The federal government, knowing that Prozac was a specific problem child drug, and by the way, they just lost a court case on this last year where they tried to bury the evidence. The Food and Drug Administration knew that a vast preponderance of anybody who was put on Prozac would have either suicidal or homicidal activity because of the nature of the drug and its effect on the conscience and the subconscious mind. So, if somebody, somebody would say, well, we gotta, we have to go to the politicians, you know, it's kind of like what Anne Rand said in Atlas Shrugged. The politician, you know, the main character says, well, I'm not gonna come to you for the solution because you caused a problem, they said. And the president goes, well, you go to a doctor if your leg was broken. And he turned right around, he said, not if the doctor is the one that broke my leg. See, that's the problem with the argument about, oh, we need to have more legislation. If it was orchestrated or if it was allowed to happen in the first place, you do not punish the rest of the population nor manipulate the political agenda by turning around and telling everybody, this is why we have to get more gun control. But that's exactly what the liberal parasites are doing, and they know the situation, and they know all the information I'm talking about and more. So as far as passing legislation, not at all. Because I understand the politics and the nature of the parasite and where they're going to go with this, which is mass murder. And that's not an if, that's only a when. I'll take my, I'm sorry Mike, go ahead. If somebody was driving up the freeway and they were speeding, do they pull that one person over and give them a ticket or do they just pull everybody over and give everybody a ticket? Right, exactly. And the problem is that, here's the problem, I'll take my chances with the population armed over taking my chances with a police state with only them with the guns because every place where that's happened, mass murder ensues. because the police state gets away with murder with impunity. I take a risk with my liberty every day. Okay, I take advantage of going out to the mailbox, possibly getting hit by the car, but you know what? I'll take my chances. I'm not going to pay for somebody else to go get my mail for me. It's the same with personal defense. The problem we have is everybody's done this. I'll buy somebody else to protect me. Even Columbine High School. Here's the best example. Columbine High School. The guy was standing there and watched them go in. The only man allowed to carry a gun was that quote-unquote trained professional. And the trained professional wet his pants and hid behind the car and said, I saw him entering the building and I just didn't respond. Well then guess what? They went into the laboratory, the lab rat den, and they killed all the people that they could. But even that story's a lie because we know the cops killed some of the students. So all the professionals, yes that was the last lawsuit they just settled with the Columbine shooting. And here's another thing, and we're going to leave a few moments, it's what I'm saying Karen, we can open a whole cornucopia here of information. Over the years, years ago when I did radio in the 90s, two years and a year before Columbine High School, I had women calling in on the air and going, Mark, what's going on in Columbine High School? And that's like me asking Karen, what's happening in Bangladesh right now, today at this moment? I'd say, well, first of all, where's Columbine High School? And then these grandmothers would say, well, my granddaughter goes to school at Columbine High School in Colorado, and they're giving them these suicide classes and death classes and these death cult classes, and I've got a portfolio that's six inches thick of stuff that was sent from one woman alone. The poetry books that they were pushing that they had the students do after their death classes made Edgar L. Impose seem like a ray of sunlight. Okay, this is just before. Now even six months before I had another woman calling, he goes, Mark, there's something really weird happening at Columbine High School. And again, we heard about the school, but we still, I go, are you in Colorado? And it was like, yeah, there's this really weird stuff going on. They were giving these like death classes, like the lifeboat drill. You got 16 people on the boat. You only can keep 11 of them alive. Who do you kill? That wasn't how do you keep everybody alive? It was always who do you kill? That was the whole thing Columbine High School was a lab rat facility Just like the just like Virginia Tech is a lab rat facility. It's got CIA NSA all over it Anyway, Karen we can open this up again.
