I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land is a free. and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number and you've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic. Arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republican, each God-given right. And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As Iowa key vanished in the midst from whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God-given right, we only watch and tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave, dill the land of the free? calling numbers are 512-1984. I'm not sure where Mark is so I guess you're just stuck with me for the time being and Mark comes in here so I guess we're just going to jump right in of the we usually are covering. Now today is the 19th of June 2008 Thursday. Quick notice of some shows coming up this weekend in the Arizona area. Prescott Valley is Toyota Center and there's a towmark gun show on the southeast corner of University and Center Street in Mesa Arizona. We're going to be covering for the for humans the anaerobic infection and especially in pneumonia and first stage we're going to be covering each abrasions bruises and lacerations. Alright so here we go with our first walk of an instruction of anaerobic infection and trading on pneumonia. Now your signs and symptoms are going to be chill. usually on the left or the right and it will be a non-radiating, not associated with chest pain, with a cardiac pipe. It will be 101 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit and they'll have a productive call. Sometimes it might be a yellow, it might be a yellow green, or it might be a rust color. A progression of the pneumonia, sometimes it can start with a sinusitis or and then it can go to the lungs and then it can metastasize to the brain. So it needs to be identified and jumped on of the pneumococcus somewhere between 60 and 80% of the diseases. Some of the predisposing leading to this could be a disease, malnutrition, oxygen, gasses, and maybe even a recent history of an overdose. Again, now your signs and symptoms would be chill. type of chest pain and non-radiating of 101 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit and a productive color and the sputum will usually be yellow or a yellow green or maybe even a rust color. And now the predisposing factor of viral, literary disease, maybe somebody that's recently had the flu, malnutrition, gases and as I said before, recent history of format and So PNEA, Pachapenia, and usually it would be in the vicinity of 30 to 40 normal breathing is between 12 and 20. Often times the patient will lie on their effect. If you have a, you can hear some rowls, R-A-L-E-S, and that can be like a crack sound if you would take the fluffane off of a crinkle in between your fingers, you can hear that snap, or you can have a decreased breath sound. on the one side and next to A for what your diagnosis, what you think it is and then we're going to write pneumococcal pneumonia and that's PNEUCC pneumonia. PNEUANN for our treatment is going to be penicillin G. In moderate cases it's going to be 600,000 units every 12 hours. and an intermuscular injection. 100,000 units for 12 hours on severe million units for a 24-hour period and that would be put into a night where we would run a continuous drip. Some of the things that you want to watch for, you want to maintain the air tracheal structure, possibly even endotracheal tube, tracheostomy, O2 therapy, and you definitely want to watch for your signs the fluids on the patient to maintain the urinal fluid of 1500 cc per 24 hours and you want to and that's in case the patient pick or anything then it's easier for them instead of you know trying to have a meet something that's going to be big chucked in case they vomit then it is the treatment is going to be penicillin G 600,000 units every 12 hours I am in moderate cases and in severe cases 10 million units every 24 hours IV. You want to maintain an open airway and it might entail having tracheal suction, endotracheal tube intubation, tracheostomy therapy. You want to push fluids on them, maintain a urine output of 1500 cc, urine per 24 hours and you want to stick with diet initially. Is the end of that block of instruction Now Mark, are you there? Take that as a no. Alright, so then we're going to switch gears here and we're going to first aid for dogs. Okay, now pay attention ladies and gentlemen. We are switching gears here. Aid for dogs and we're going to be covering is heat stroke, especially now because it's nice and warm. Okay, now obviously because dogs have real dense fur, the dogs can... cold than they can with heat. Now dogs don't sweat in a normal fashion and they can usually only eliminate excessive body heat by panting or sometimes they can pass out heat through down in their paws. Surrounding temperature is too high and then the panting is going to become ineffective and the body temperature is going to rise rapidly and then death quickly if the body temperature is not immediately reduced. Some of the things that symptoms are present. Panting and bright red gum, they have an increased heart rate and they have a rectal temp of 105 degrees Fahrenheit. I'll go down those one more time. They have a panting and an anxious expression, elevation, an increased heart rate of 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Treatment is that we're going to reduce the body heat immediately. Question or is there, have they collapsed vomiting? or diarrhea, say again, dissipation, vomiting, and you want to reduce the body heat immediately and evacuate them. So the next set of dogs in a coma and is not breathing, we want to reduce the body heat immediately and initiate CPR and evacuate. Now on the treatment of reducing the body heat, you want to remove the dog from the hot environment and you want to put it into the bathtub. and you want to cool, not ice cold shower, over the dog. And you want to dully to the back of the neck and the head, allowing water to tub if you can. And make sure that the dog's head is held above the water. Now, if you don't happen to have a bathtub handy, alternatively, you can use a garden dog down with it, especially if you can put it in a... And again, make sure that you don't put the dog's head underwater. If it's unconscious, make sure... no water enters the nose or the mouth. You can also a packet of frozen the head or the neck region and that's going to reduce the heat to the brain. Now oftentimes you know we've seen people in the you know the old cowboy movies fever and they put up of the neck you have your the blood vessels and the arteries your left and right common carotid and your jugular went in and out of out of the what happens is if we just put press on the head Often times the coolness doesn't penetrate through the skin and the bone to get down into the brain area. I hear the music coming in, you can go ahead and lay your pencil and paper down and when we get back we're going to continue talking about how to cool dog down. As we were mentioning before, instead of trying to put a cool cloth onto somebody's forehead or a dog to try to cool it down, oftentimes, that would treat far enough down into the brain tissue to reduce the temperature on the front of the neck where the carotid artery is going in there. It'll kind of be a radiating and cool the blood down going into the brain. Then it'll take the heat away from the brain. on back out. Also, like you can use a bag of frozen, the peas or carrot like that because of the little cubes, they'll have a tendency to pound the difference of the body to 100 degrees, lightly less, mainly high one. You want to make sure that you treat for shock if necessary and then get immediate veterinary. One of the side often times is the brain can start to cause further shock. So move the dog from the hot environment, ice cold as the neck and in the field, you don't have to have garden hose or obviously on some coat of the claw, then you can also cause an evaporative aca into the brain. Don't let it continue decided if it drops b this accordion effect three continue to, that's why you need to every five minutes to dro you want to get immediate treatment, the brain swelling. You want with this and just for John from Come on Up George. How you doing? Hi George, how's things down in that section? Oh, it's hot. You know, the thing is, you know, with this, with the H-1B visa program, you've probably been close to the field, but I'm talking to people who go, oh, I'm medical, this foreign workers and stuff and this illegal immigration is not going to affect my job. And yes, you're starting to find out that these hospitals are starting to bring an influx of foreign workers. Am I right? Oh, absolutely. Quite a few of the hospitals around here, they're just loaded with Filipino nurses. And all those nurses at our ends are out of work, looking for work. Yeah. Well, we've had a drop in the people enrolling into the nursing program. And it's unfortunate because these people are being paid top dollar. They have this one story of they're coming over here because they have a different test over in the Philippines. to be a nurse, but when they come here then they have to retest to the American standards and they get three tries to pass the test and when they're brought over here not only are they being paid their wages, their contracts, and they're getting paid to the hospital departments for a live-in, oftentimes they'll give them a car to use and now we've got these examples over here they can't nursing license and even, but there's still then the hospital will plug them into another job, you know, sweep empty in bedpans or something, continuing to pay the current nursing wages. Yes, I'm very familiar with what's going on right now. Well, someone came past English because my aunt almost died in the hospital because she couldn't tell the nurse that I have chest pains. because the nurse did not understand. And you know, this is a fatal thing. I wonder how many people die from miscommunication. And you know, it's just on Earth saying, oh, it's not going to affect me. And they're all out of work now. They came and get home health. Their daughter going out of home health age or something like that, or doing primary care nursing, house to house. And it's just wonders, I just hope, you know, they don't start outsourcing the fire department to foreign workers. Or 911. Oh, no, I've lost. Yeah, I mean, I mean, that's sad. Press one for Chinese, press two for Filipino, press three for Hispanic. And another thing, Mark, you heard about Oklahoma, the house of the state house declared sovereignty. resolution declaring sovereignty. And I heard something about that. Yes. And I just wonder, I heard there's a few other states are getting ready to do that to tell the federal government enough is enough. I'm just afraid this will spark another Oklahoma City incident. Good. You never know. I know. Arizona I heard years ago tried to hold Bill Clinton. If you do this, you know, we're going to succeed. Yeah, that was Karen Johnson. I don't know if you've listened to Alex Jones, but he's had her within the last couple of weeks talking about that 11 was an inside job. She was the one that also had said that if they had come and tried to ban firms in Arizona, then they would speak. So she's holding these people's hair, but unfortunately, she's getting all along in age. And this is her last, she's running for office. When she's out of office, she's gone. Yes, but anyway, I just pray like I say, I just hope Arizona remembers that little resolution they passed back in 1980s and applied to Mr. Bush. Oh, either Republicans. Republicans can't do no wrong. We're going to continue with our first aid for dogs here. This is the second hour of the intelligence report. Not sure where Mark is. Some of the preventative measures for heat stroke. Some of it's really a no-brainer, but we're going to cover them all anyway. Make sure that you always provide your dog with good ventilation, access to shade, and plenty of water to drink. Don't leave your dog in a car. day. And in winter, this is kind of a never thought of that one, in winter never leave your dog in a car in direct sunlight with the heater on. That'd be unfortunate to have the dog's body all tuned up to hold and all of a sudden now it's now you're treating them for heat stroke on it in the middle of winter. Now in warm weather make sure that your short-nosed dogs like the pugs have access to cool rooms and plenty of water. on car journeys and hot weather stop frequently to let your dog drink and exercise. Avoid over exercising your dog on hot sunny days. We dense cold all exercise on warm hot sunny days. Okay now we're switching gears here. Now we're going to talk about some surface injuries, abrasions, bruises and lacerations. Injuries to the skin are fairly common. Unpleasant abrasions occur if the skin is scraped on a hard surface. Bruises can develop after traumatic accidents when the blood cells under the skin are damaged and then skin cuts or laceration frequently to the feet and especially the pads that they can also occur anywhere. Now if your dog shows signs of any of these superficial injuries you want to carry out a good complete examination for any deeper damages and just as a review you want to watch for your signs and symptoms of breathing, a weak and rapid pulse, extremities and a general weakness. The signs that you want to look for signs of shock and are there any ability and if our heads evacuate, are there any pain when you touch? Are there any visible bruises? A full abrasion? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any signs of pain when you touch? Are there any visible bruises? Any abrasion? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any signs of pain when you touch? Are there any visible bruises? Any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations? Are there any pull examinations You want to now to treat these we want to flush the superficial wounds that are dirty with a plant material animal saliva hydrogen perox or a non-singing antiseptic diluted in warm water. Now make sure that you don't use a cotton ball because the cotton balls will have a tendency to just want to stick little minutes to the bare or deeper injuries. Now after disinfecting the wound you want to prevent the dog from licking it by banishing. That's what every 20 was likely going to consider. the dog's licked wounds, extent and ingredients as a mild turn a minor surface for deeper it to treat any people. Again, you want to watch for your signs and symptoms. You want to consider an unknown animal. And over those is the whole bleeding three minutes after a advantage has been a... Is breathing difficult? Is the animal in obvious pain or distress? Are the wounds dirty? Has the dog been bitten deeply by an unknown animal? Don't try to remove any penetrating objects like arrows or anything. Obviously that can act like a cork, especially if they've gone through them. And if you remove those, they can cause, try to move the dog with the article it's been impaled on. You want to banish on the side of it to help immobilize the object that's in there. And if it's not possible to do it, try to get onsite immediate veterinary help. And if this can't be... done for yourself for a possible fatal consequences when the dogs being removed from the impale. Gonna try to calm the dog, apply direct press and keep the airway open, give CPR if necessary, assume that shock is gonna, and you're gonna wrap the dog in a blanket to keep it warm and you wanna get the immediate, don't remove any penetrating objects, things like arrows or anything, it can cause a fatal internal bleeding. You wanna calm the dog, apply direct praying and keep the airway open. CPR if necessary. Assume that shock is going to occur or going to treat that ahead of time. You want to grab the dog in a blanket to keep it warm and get immediate that. Remember that deep injuries, those torn diaphragms and hemorrhages, torn organs or blood vessels without any visible. So if you know that your dog has had a traumatic accident or you see signs of while giving a head-to-tail examination, signs of superficially you want to get immediate vet. Okay, we're going to switch to the next subject here, lameness and bone is dislocated. The brain occurs when the ligament can be associated blood partially torn. Hair, knee ligament, sustains uncommon and dogs occur when muscles around the joint and all of these injuries can cause lameness and moving difficult. Trauma is the most common cause, knee ligament while simply climbing stairs and occasionally lameness bleeding in the joint. be the earliest eye coagulant. So the bones we've covered previously, lameness, formally, have a history of is there bleeding, a loss of bowel or urine control, and a bone can be self-rubbing on the bone, you want to consider seeing your vet right away. I hear the music coming in and thanks for listening. We'll be back in a couple of minutes. Listen to the intelligence report. Thank you. Greetings, I am Dr. Buell Von Schite with the White Paper Chronicles. Mr. Steve Schite with this fearless radio program is correct when he says the solution to our difficult times is to store food and get healthy. My comrades and I, the media, don't want you to panic. We, unlike fearless radio, try not to tell you about the food control legislation. Or against Katrina, the American famine. Families unable to buy food. If we told you that solution to all these problems is food, you'd panic and run out and buy a food before it disappeared. Or you couldn't afford it. News politics cover-ups government corruption you're listening to we the people radio network WTPRS Poker face poker face poker face comm support to our sponsors, please Okay, this is the last segment of the intelligence report today's the 19th of June 2008 is the Thursday Talking about lameness and moving difficulties and dogs now or some of these things over right before the birth You want to ask, is there lameness and pain, the weakness? Is there a visible bone bent abnormally? Does the dog cry when it's moved? Does it have a history of trauma? Has it been kicked by accident? The dog asks, will the dog not move it, head or neck, bleeding, a loss of bowel or urine control? And can bone be felt rubbing on bone? You want to evacuate that to the vet right away. questions that we might want to ask are a painful joint. Is the dog very tense and especially you want to call for advice? Will the dog not bear weight on a leg? Is the dog normal but still 48 hours of having a sore on its foot, broken nail or scab? I'll say those again. Will the dog not bear weight on a leg? Is the dog normal but still lame after 24 hours? Does the dog have a sore You want to consider giving your vet a call and they'll most likely want you to come in in 24 hours. What we want to do for the treatment, obviously we want to watch for our signs and symptoms of shock. Strain the dog if necessary and move it as little as possible. Obvious fractures and the dog can walk, not attempt to splint the leg. If there's no obvious track, then the dog can walk. Now if there's pain or swelling, you're going to allow a large dog to walk on three legs to the car and get immediate vetin. And then you want to gentle and you want to cradle back to the dog that has any back teeth. The dog straight is pot and you support weight in front of the shoulder and behind in the hips. If the immediate veterinary attention is not necessarily available, you want to apply your bag of frozen vegetables and joint. The swelling is over 24 hours. switch here is, is the in that area to the amount of bleeding into the affected and then afterwards, then we're going to apply the warm compress and that's going to and it's going to be any of the blood that's in that area. And then it's going to hold and if it's those of the limb, you want to give a purpose that lameness doesn't really tell us what's wrong. It reveals the damage that is causing the pain continue resting a lame dog for it. lameness is reintroduced to X, a sudden loss of by diabetic crisis by the spreading of ear or throat infection. Now in older dogs it may be due to a brain disorder affecting the balance center. It could be poisoning by swallowing human medication, mind altering drugs or a loss of bowel. Since you might want to ask if Alice and been injured dramatically, there's a possible concussion and you want to see your vet right away. Drinking a lot lately, it could be a possible crisis. There's one pupus. than the other injury. Shaking its head or scratching its ear could be a spreading of an infection. Refusing to eat, holding of its ear down could be a spreading ear infection or it could be just you know some more in body in the ear also. Eyes pick in one direction. It could be an inner ear infection. I'm saying is are the eyes looking over on one Are they not, you know, tracking your finger if you get the dog to look at you and then move your finger back and forth, toss it back and forth from hand to hand, tracking with that. So is this way looking in one direction? Okay, then that could be that there could be a possum to prevent the dog falling and injuring itself. The head injuries that indicate trauma, we want to get immediate attention if there are any signs of injury or shot. We want to examine the ears for inflammation or discharge, frontal ear infection. we want to get some veterinary help. So as the dog wants and has been injured dramatically, and that means it could have drinking a lot of water lately. Diabetic crisis, there are one pupil is larger than the other could have a possible head injury, shaking its head or scratching its ear. And it could be a spreading ear infection, refusing to eat, holding one of its ears down. Eyes are ticking in one direction. and they could be spreading ear infection problem in the brain. And our treatment is going to be we want to prevent falling and injuring itself. Head injuries that indicate any type of, we want to get immediate veterinary attention if there's any signs of injury or shock. We want to examine the ears for inflammation or any discharge. or any, you know, seeds from weeds or something down in there, foreign bodies down in the dogs here, and we covered that a week or so ago on how to examine the ears and then remove any foreign bodies in there. And there are any other signs of an external ear infection that can move to the inner ear and we want to get the veterinary help on. God bless the Republic. Death to the New World Order. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run and we are on the march, both day and night. Six bayonets, four seas, councils out of our country. Take our dogs along with them and they can help miss these councils out when they're trying to hide. Thank you very much. God bless this world. On September 1st, Boat Rescue and our coalition, Texans for Real Elections, conducted an exit poll at the Texas straw poll in Fort Worth. With almost a 25% respondent rate, we found a discrepancy in one candidate's results. Ron Pauls. We are planning exit polls for the primary and presidential elections in 2008. This is a fun and exciting process in exercising our rights as citizens. Join us as a volunteer with Vote Rescue to monitor those elections and remind the government that elections belong to the people. Become a part of the growing movement to restore elections to the citizens with hand-counted paper ballots. We are winning. Exciting progress is being made, but we need your help. See our website VoteRescue.org for our meeting and action schedule or call 512-775-3737.
