I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free. in home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free, in home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right. And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom bright. As Iowoki vanished in the midst for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now his parents trampled each God-given right. We only watched him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside and dreamed while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Dill the land of the free. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. This is the second hour of the afternoon intelligence report. I'm Mark Corne. and I'm Michael Messer. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories west, southwest, east. Ladies and gentlemen, you are listening to us on We the People Radio Network at wtprn.com. We're also on LibertyTreeRadio.4mg.com and we're on CB Bay Station, alternate technologies east and west of the Mississippi. Thursday, so it's Medical Thursday here for us. You only got Mike Nester with us. Mike, how are things looking down there in the great Southwest? Hey, great. We got a front moved in. It's dropped from 97 degrees down into the mid 80s. We got a nice breeze and it's very pleasant. It looks like everything's stabilizing down your way a little. You guys are probably breaking out the, let's see, breaking out the sweaters because we wouldn't want to be too cold there now, especially in the 80s like that, lower 80s especially. Heaven forbid. to worry about. We start getting used to that 100 degree temperature and you get a cold snap and then all of a sudden it's down to 80 and you're like, man, where's my muck luck? That's right. Well, interestingly enough, again, the weather is pretty decent here at Michigan. We do look like we're going to get some rain. We do need it. And this is happening across the state. They had a beautiful day yesterday, so we can't complain. And the weather has kind of graced up from the south-southwest and from the south direct. Choice on every once in a while it's got to have any should so we can continue to burn. to, you know, pot-ass opponents who are going to be able to burn things. That will say thank you to Zussman Ackerman, actually with the doctor. I've been very patient. With regard to a couple of projects we had going on the East Coast, we are looking at bullet manufacturing for the .50 caliber, just a standard M2 ball round. Nothing, no AP, no tracer. But we are looking at producing bullets, standard production, a copper jacket, lead, tin, and an anomone core, appropriately dimensioned, US military spec. We're going to see how this project works out because it's donated machinery from three different locations. So everybody be patient. The doctor is in just like our Dr. Ron Paul is trying to help the country. We have a lot of other good men that are working as doctors to help build up our Patriot armaments plugged in and ready to go. Obviously going to try and choke us off from outside the United States. There's no doubt about that. We're going to need medical support in place. We're going to need manufacturing in place. All of you out there looking at reloading. I cannot I've stressed this enough, I've mentioned it many times, get your reloading equipment now. I don't care if it's nothing but simple lee presses. I'm not saying that they're the worst in the world, but obviously there are different grades. Well, lee presses are the Ugo's or Horizon's or Chevettes of the reloading family of equipment. They're good equipment, they serve just fine, they're not fancy. Don't beat on them or anything. In other words, treat them nice and they'll treat you nice too and do a good job. Now you want to get better, there's RCBS, Dillon, you've got any number of different independent companies out there and there are 50 reloading presses and standard presses of all types. My recommendation, step one, get an O-press. You'll find out what that means real quick. Doesn't mean you're interested if it's Lee or whatever. Unless you can get a real great buy, sometimes the Lee C presses are still out there in one of the traditional kits as they call it. And they work. You've got to be a little more careful there because you don't want to have to grossly oversize something. You might put a little stress on that C system. But an old press has two supporting armatures that hold the dye in place. General, good for many, many years. Our CBS rock chucker is a variation on this. It's a single stage press. It's been around forever, still being made available out there around the country. old presses if you buy one of those and then let's say your son buys one of them and then you have a good friend like Mike here and he buys one of them well you guys can all get together and with three presses Mike what can you do you can turn out a bunch of bullets and make it your own little factory can't you you bet production line assembly what you want to do is have that you know one song remember by Pink Floyd money That way you get into the pace. Pick music that's going to put you in the pace with what you've got to do to get the job done. And pipe it into the reloading room and away you go. Of course you can. Put Steve Boss, Carl Quang, Poker Bass. You've got the music militia out of Kansas. We've got Johnny Philco. There's all kinds of good bands out there across the country. Plug their music in and really get inspired. But either way, we need reloading up online. We need our medical support up online. water purification and water production. In other words, being able to do volumes. One of the things we did years ago, guys, give you a little, a lot of the water purification trailer mounted units were coming through the federal auctions from the 70s and 80s. Looking at them and saying, wow, that's a nice trailer, I want that. And so what they would do, Mike, is they would, they wanted to get rid of the water purification unit because they didn't know what to do with that, right? So usually we'd be standing there in that little motor pool like at Sulfurage and the others and hey what are you gonna do with that? Well I want to get it off here but I don't want them to complain. I'll tell you what hold on a second let me draw let me pull my truck up to your trailer which we did let me slide that unit over onto my truck and let me give you five dollars. How's that sound? Thanks all we wanted was the trailer. Okay and then of course the well the little unit went on down the road and it was made to disappear into the inventory where it's now sitting someplace else safe and it's not the only one there were many we always watch for that because there's a lot of equipment people one of those cool army trailers but they a lot of times didn't want the important things are in the back you know like five hundred gallon uh... water or fuel storage tanks they want the tanks because he's for the ad-on tape these want the uh... the uh... trailer specific these were the uh... ad-on palletized where he dropped them in, they bolted them down, and that's where they sat. Well, the guys wanted these cool boxy military trailers because boxy would look cool, and everybody knows they look industrial. And so what they would do is they would, uh, also we'd wait, we'd watch, they were doing, they were scratching their heads, and they're looking around, and they're thinking, well, they could leave it there, but then if you do, you kind of PO the guy that's in the yard because he's got to move it around or figure out what to do with it. and uh... they'll let you do it but it's not a good thing so i can't point out what is going to have to a lot rather than just leaving that thing here we just like that over on my truck there or my trailer that trucks mine i just bought those three or four you slide over there and we'll take it on down the road for you people that attitude you gotta have nor course to accumulate the technologies that we need in different ways now we want small we don't want big we need small things small and think many it comes to transports and equipment. That doesn't mean we won't grab deuce and a halfs and five toners. We have, hell we've got some of the prototypes of the present cab over engine trucks that you see in the US military's inventory. We got them first. We got them after TARCOM had them. And in most cases with two or three hundred miles on them because they were the prototypes. They were the base models. Everything else was built. The cool thing is a lot of those are already in service with us. And what we need though is small ambulance packages, quarter ton pickup trucks. Here's an idea. A lot of you are looking for, how can we set up a mobile medical unit? Hey guys, just down the road here, I looked at a, Mike, I looked at a, let's see, it was a 20 foot double axle. I think it was a Winnebago or it was a Win-Stars. It was a Win-Something trailer. And I stopped and I was like, man, I'll tell you what, this thing is perfect. $500. for a beautiful obviously in steel stored inside trailer all the entities on board well that makes an awful nice toable command post or toable medical support site or toable dental office start thinking this way there's a lot of equipment like that on the market of course there's also a about a four hundred dollar uh... pay but another house for some of these and might Yeah, exactly. Makes a great combo ban. Only anything you want to crave, you want to turn it into. But we're not talking beat up. There's stuff out there right now because people are trying to move things where you can actually access a beautiful piece of equipment for little or nothing. And you know what? Use it until it's abused. In other words, until it's destroyed. The other side destroys it. Well, you know what? You got very little into it. They spent millions. You spent pennies. Now, with medical support operations, especially, we need aid stations, that's one of the, and they need to be mobile. We need to look at tentage, only because eventually with the trailers and a lot of the other equipment, it's simply going to be offline. Also, it may just simply not be transportable into the areas where it's needed. Off the road or off the grid systems need to be put to place right now. Let me give you a little hint, a cool idea here. How many of you have golf courses around in your area? Mike, have you got golf courses out there in that sandy lot area where you are? big time retirement out here there golf courses over the place isn't that crazy but don't where you are it's crazy for i'm sorry they shouldn't be green they should be brown the golf courses should match the battlefield terrain that they're in if you know what i mean the scotch would be i think the scots would be disgusted you know they use sheet pastures because they remote nicely and of course sometimes your ball hits something oh my ball's not white anymore now it's brownish and greenish Well, the thing is true that down there in the southwest, you got more sand, gravel, and you do have a little bit of green growth. But they sure do squander a lot of water on those golf courses, don't they? Big time. They waste a lot of water. Well, the other good thing is because you got a lot of people that have more money than brains, we don't complain about those people when they do stuff like this. Example is, if you watch you'll find that a lot of these people when they first showed up they got regular old pull type golf carts. You know the caddy cart for the golf club bag right? If you watch and you keep your eyes peeled, and I do constantly, you might find something like I just found, what yesterday, a completely collapsible golf bag kit. Now this is where actually it's a two wheel dolly, lapses into a kit only about three and a quarter, maybe three and a half feet long. Beautifully spindled wheels on their own races. Okay, nice tires designed to go a little cross-country or at least down the road guys These would make awfully nice infantry carts kind of like what they made for the airborne troops in World War two and into Korea and The ID behind us is these things completely fold up. They've got strapping systems in place If you want to change them so that they'll fit for instance medical kits Medical bags or ammo cans. Well the crossbar are you typically like a yoke? Okay. Now that may still work for the type of carrier work you want to do. You just want to add to it. You can put a basket type system with nylon around the carrier points, which are a frame. There's tie down straps the whole nine yards. Total cost free. Why? Because all the... Everybody was laughing because I have one of those. I need one of... I need one of the latest name brand French midlap models. Well, you want them to get that new French midlap model because you can get their old one for free or for a little of nothing. So keep an eye out because these little utility carts for transporting equipment, being able to move around in like even a little prepared compound area does make a bit of a difference. Hey guys. If you've got to throw them away in the process down the road someday, they cost you nothing. We'll be back in three minutes with the People Radio Network. WTVL. earlier about transportation, small increment things, where we can get into variable terrain and to be able to transport our stuff. When we're talking about medical supplies, you're always going to have to have a lot of extra. We're going to run into dressing changes every 24 hours, needles, syringes, gloves and everything. You are not going to be using these things because obviously you start using some of the stuff and you're going to get cross-contamination. in your gonna be in a world of hurt. So right now while you still can make sure that you stuff on all your good dry goods your 2x2's your 4x4's your iPad's, your damn gloves, the dermic needles, syringes everything that you can probably lay your hands on if you're having trouble. Turn to some of your veterinary supplies, medical supplies, some of this stuff that's below on the internet. And so definitely, and after you've got your kits, if you've got one of the little folding golf carts, you can make a medical kit where you can pull your stuff behind you if you're going to be setting up some fields or if you have it in a trailer and then have it broken down as to where you're not going to have all your equipment in one thing. You're not going to have some but IV solutions. And another trailer with John, you know, a tentage and another one with just camouflage nets and another one with You know, your wet goods like alcohol and betadine and things. You want to try to break this down so if you lose one trailer, you're not losing a significant of everything. A few IV solutions and some tubing and some IV needles. You lose one, and suddenly you've lost all your syringes. And I know we kind of covered it the other day. I'd like to flesh a bit more about some heat injuries, especially now that the temperature is starting. I know before when it started getting cold. long before the patient know we're going to some heat injuries where I reviewed that we did the US Army special about heat cramps and these are caused by its body your signs and symptoms of voluntary muscles usually your lower legs and things bash about with the arms and legs drawn up and the skin is usually hot and moist you're having to take care of under the towels using any acute cases that's only going to make the problem worse lean animal is the question then that's going to be caused of dehydration. Just a note here, the house of prevention is worth a pound of cure and I'm making in general this doesn't apply to the whole bit of unrestricted edema and the hard planning on some hot operations. Just go ahead before and in the morning on your breakfast and then that's going to, then you're not going to start so used to this keyword here. Your signs and symptoms of heat exhaustion, you're going to have profuse sweating and pale skin going to be headaches, mental confusion, vertigo, in coordination, drowsiness, extreme weakness, see a nausea and vomiting with visual disturbances. These are in the abdominal muscles. Dermatians, there's going to be, if you take your orally, if abnormal or slightly elevated, they're somewhere between 100 and 101 degrees. They're between 140 to 200. And the blood pressure is usually going to be a little lower. With heat exhaustion, sometimes you have a differential diagnosis of heat cramps. of your plan is going to be, of your treatment is you're going to remove the patient by mouth, you're going to give them 1,000 to 1,500 cc of IW normal stay with IV and starting an IV. Relation may be required, you can give them stayable and on extreme conditions you might even consider giving them an IV injection of .000 of epinephrine, void in the immediate red shock, body heat regulating mechanism. your signs and symptoms, your observations. There may be early signs of a headache, dizziness, mental confusion, weakness, nausea, urination and diminished or absent sweating, heat exhaustion and heat stroke. So your heat exhaustion you're going to have profuse sweating and then as the body sweated out all of its fluids, then you're going to have hot and even be bright, dramatically sudden with the collapse and the loss of consciousness, red and dry and the is markedly elevated somewhere between 100 and 600, 100, you think about momma there's a post. to oral thermometers because these are usually only the true indication of the body's core temperature. I hear music coming in. You can go ahead and lay your pencils down. We'll continue this block of instruction. We'll finish up with the heat stroke of the signs and symptoms and the treatment. And then when we finish that up, we'll go into our first date for dogs and maybe a little bit about NBC from 3-6. Thanks for listening today. Happy May Day, May 1st, 2008, Thursday. And again, share time with all the work that we do here. So again, it'll be a little bit of time, but we'll have another new one up pretty soon. Also, real quick, we have Swedish M39 combat shirts. They're OD green. They're a pullover, long sleeve with a V-neck, that buttons, and a regular collar. Okay, end cup. The shirts are OD green, swish pattern, means they're a little different green from our standard US green, but not much. Very comfortable shirts, obviously 1980, 81, so old school manufacturing, not the China sport garbage we see today. The Swedes and Norwegians and the Swiss do great work when it comes to their clothing. Anyway, M39 shirts, there are two sizes, Metric 37 and Metric 39. Metric 37 is small to medium. and I mean comfortable for a large. Anybody who's a large can fit 10 at a time. This simply makes it easier for us. Plus you're going to want, once you get it, we'll find out, gee, I wish I'd ordered more. So let's not worry about that. If you pick up 10 shirts, it's $10 plus $6 shipping. $6 shipping is the average shipping across the country. Maybe a few pennies more in the very far places, a few pennies less, but not much. Anyway, 10 shirts, $6 for shipping. Send a checker money order made out to Nancy Kornke, K-O-E-R-N-K-E, to PBN, P-O-Box 194, Dexter, Michigan 48130, again that's PBN, P-O-Box 194, Dexter, Michigan 48130, these are OD Green shirts put down M39, I've already worked you can mix and match them if you will however you want but if you can't do it in groups at 10 it just makes it easier for us and for me when it comes to sorting stuff out. Okay, so for every 10 shirts, it's $6 shipping. That's why it's $16 total for 10 shirts. The sad part is that the shipping that really is expensive nowadays. We can get the equipment. The problem is moving around the planet shipping it from point A to point B costs money and it's not getting any cheaper. So this is the best we can do. and still provide you with some pretty decent equipment. Mike, you've got some of these shirts, don't you? Yes, absolutely. And you know, for $1.60, a well-made shirt, a long sleeve, good, heavy shirt, it's a smoking deal. And again, they're tactical equipment. These are tactical colors. It's designed to pretty well match with everything. OD green. A lot of guys, if you're looking for something to wear under a commando sweater, probably the most common. A lot of guys have the V-neck commando sweaters. This is the shirt, basically the pattern you should be wearing with that. with a commando deck. And then again, just regular clothing to wear around. A lot of guys are wearing them at the meetings, wearing them around as work shirts. That's up to you guys. But these are good clothes also to put into the pack. Now, one more time, 10 shirts plus $6 shipping. So it's a total of 10 shirts, $16. Small to medium or medium to large. You got to tell me what you want. Size of metric 37 or metric 39. And in addition to that, remember that if you want to do a money order or check, make it out to Nancy Cornke, K-O-E-R-N-K-E, you can send FRMs, that's fine. As soon as we get the order, we turn right around and shoot it out. We have a number of these shirts on hand. When they go on, they're gone. I will say this, there won't be any more because we got the tail end run of whatever was there. We are going to have a bunch of other odds and ends items pretty soon. The shirts make it simple. Okay, that's all you gotta remember. 10 shirts, $16. PBN, PO Box, 194, Decker, Michigan, 8130. Make the check or money or out to Nancy Kornke, K-O-E-R-N-K-E. Now, Mike, you jump in there. Let's hear the rest of the story. I always wanna do that in radio. We're in heat stroke. It's really, really, it's the steering down. It's going into shock breakdown of the body heat regulating mechanism. Your key sign and symptoms. and dry. There's no more. They sweat out all there to try to cool the acid in the blood to be normal or elevated, but in very deep. The body temperature is usually markedly elevated between 106 and 110 degrees. And then as the patient's condition worsens, cyanosis, and that's usually a blue in the skin. You see the blueness in the lips and circles around the eyes. The serious condition that the patient is worsening is going to start becoming shallow and irregular, pulmonary edema, swelling of accumulation of liquid in the lungs. You'll start hearing it with your stethoscope, predation and defecation, vomiting, hemorrhogenic tendons, it means they'll start bleeding from the disturbances in the muscle tone, jaundice and meningitis-like symptoms and then they'll include, become very rapidly if the patient survives until the second when somebody has suffered some severe signs of heat stroke. This is going to be heat stroke and of attack is that you're going to lower the body's temperature as rapidly as possible. The body's temperature is high, the greater the threat of permanent damage or death. Clothes are the mercim in cold water if you happen to have a cup of ice water if possible. I'm using that though. Available, you're going to wet the patient with ice or water remedies. And again, you're going to have to have your rectal thermometers and you might want to consider having several of them. because I don't want you to use this. And it's going to be with that patient. It'll be monitored closely. And the one with temperature 2 degrees. I'm going to dry the patient off, come up in blankets, because then the temperature by then, now that you've got it into the normal range of where the body can start regulating its temperature, even reach as low as 94 degrees Fahrenheit before it's to rise again. If the patient's temperature below 97, be prepared as again, rises to 97 degrees. and you're going to need to continuously monitor the body's temperature and the heat and cooling continuously monitor the patient's temperature every 10 minutes, the eight hours. We had the left off treating heat stroke, heat shock. Initially, after you've got the person cooled down, you're going to consider starting an IV, not as a second choice, a ringer's lactate. You're going to want to infuse between 1,000 and 2,000 CVs initially. Adjust your subsequent IV infusion, and that's going to be determined by hourly urine output. Turns out a moisture won't rehydrate the body properly. The kidneys are going to fail. down, but now they've gone into kidney failure. The kidneys have to have a good thing to keep them keep them running. And after they've ran dry, just when you've lost your prime on the pump, there's nothing you can sit there and wish and pull on the starter is going to get a gumption in there to rehydrate the person to start banging those kidneys back. Important recognize that the heat regulating centers, the heat injury environment, herded regular intervals and one attack of heat stroke is going to an individual. So the main thing is the pound of cure is debilitating disease and it's just going to make that person more predisposed, more heat stroke run into that. So we're going to recognize the signs and symptoms. Switching gears here real quickly, we got just five minutes left. The other day, first thing right now, we're going to try to finish that part of it up. It's been a felony to have a gun since 95. I thought that was supposed to prevent murders. I don't increase them. Criminals will always find a way to get guns, while the rest of us are just left defenseless. Chicago authorities have seized over 75,000 firearms since 1995, and now Chicago's murder rate is twice as high as New York City. Tonight, while you're asleep, criminals will be at work. Not in Kennesaw, Georgia. In 1982, our city passed a law requiring every household to have a gun. It terrified the criminals, and our violent crime rate is now 75% below the national average. We sleep well here in Kennesaw. Americans who own guns prevent over a million violent crimes every year and save lives. Get the facts. Visit armedandsecure.org.
