Summary
Mark Koernke discussed foreign infiltration of U.S. government, citing an Israeli weapons expert's admission of stealing British military equipment under Haganah orders and drawing parallels to nuclear fuel theft from Oak Ridge. He examined the Founding Fathers' natural-born citizen requirement as a safeguard against foreign agents, detailed communist infiltration during the Cold War and OSS/CIA recruitment of communist party members, and explained court procedure tactics including jury selection, discovery demands, and using state court rules as leverage against prosecutors and judges. Callers Spike and Don contributed questions about Indiana court rules, filing procedures, and challenging judicial authority through procedural compliance.

I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking low to me, said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free. and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money is spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Oh, sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the supreme law of the land. Preserve our great Republic in each God-given right. And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God given right we only watch in tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside your dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Dill the land of the good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, this is the afternoon intelligence report. And you will find us on AM&FM major stations, AM&FM micro stations, CV base stations and alternate technologies both east west of the Mississippi and the bottom of Alaska too Well today Don is well today's the in 17 that war to end all wars boy I feel safe We started numbering them after that one so we started and then we stopped you know we had World War two World War two and a quarter World War two and two-thirds World War two and say three quarters well dollars put a two by four in a sea of machine and drew some lines on it and took some out here and there. But that's not what I wanted to talk about. But if you ever see that cover, people drew a Fortune March and they messed off Page 28 in that magazine. And we're just working with their designs. To a great extent, they came from other guns. And it's not really an original gun. There's nothing out of Israel. You could say that, well, Kennedy, he did his time on the P.P. boat and it became Stein's and Bren's and whatnot. We'll go a little far into the article. This is my question. I'm going to go right to the text. forgive me, but I don't want to even paraphrase this at all. What's your opinion of the OMG, but like the light machine? I want to talk about that. I listed in the British Army at the 17 under orders from the Haganan to steal weapons from the British. I was in a special group that constructed boxing. He goes on to describe how they moved. Who should Diane? You're talking about who should Diane? Yes. Yeah. The terrorists of their time and killed women and children and whatnot. And I think that Diane, even a weapons wizard, Israel Galilee, talking about, let's just see a little scenario here, you know, becoming employed by and piety and all of that says here and listed in the British Army at the age of 17 under orders from the Hagenan and you know that just following orders didn't work for the Nazis at Nuremberg did and I just wanted to bring this to your attention. Let's transpose this because what he just described let's see well into the Atomic Energy Commission being Jewish and of dual citizenship status his job was to build pickup trucks and that could be used to drive in and out of Oak Ridge, so that he could hide nuclear fuel rods, steal them from the American system, and smuggle them out of the United States. Yeah, to a different, you say you're a Russian, one reason or another, Mark? Well, read that one more time. This is a third time for all of our listeners, because then I'll add something else. Go ahead and read what he said there one more time. Let me find Mike. Now remember, this is Mr. Galil, an Israeli, East Jewish, explaining to you how they operate. Soldier of Fortune, March, 1982. In the underground for many British Army at the age of 17 under orders from the Haganan. Let's add something else to this. Do you remember what our founding fathers established with regard to the executive elements of our government? You know, there's a reason, and you just read it right there, why it is that the person who is running for president or running for key offices needs to be an American born, not somebody dragged in from outside because you see, anything can be said. Now that doesn't mean we can't have traitors amongst us anyway because we do. But known to us, we're able to look at the pattern, the background of the individual and judge character. But, foreign national being brought in, given enough money and resources, perpetrate any perilous action for an enemy power, capture key positions or posts, and then compromise the security of an united state. ...gained a position in American government, humanly possible, to ease into other, something else along the same line. Which is exactly what FDR bragged about, though a lot of his best friends were what? it should be important to note that three of his top personnel to include uh... are at least one that was with the oss of course the the parent of the cia was an absolute card holding communist party member and be recruited right off campus remember, he went to supposedly, oh without knowledge, they went and quote unquote recruited from the brain trust of the many universities. No, they went to the infiltration sites where the Soviet socialists were permeating already and monkey screwing with the minds of many young Americans and then brought them into these positions of authority once they had the witch doctor send them in place that, oh, they must be from the university. The professor, you know, like the professor that sells snake oil from the back of his wagon, he must be a good guy. He's smarter than the rest of us if he only had a brain. Doo doo doo doot. You know what I mean? Not that he was smarter. Slider and more wicked maybe, but not, not, not smarter. Okay. And that's one of the things that's tied into this also with regard to what was discussed through the 50s. was brought up by the way in the 90s when, oh that's right, the iron curtain supposedly fell. Oh everybody in the media was really excited about that for a while until people started delving into all of the old records and all of the information and all of a sudden the controlled media shut up completely about that. Why? Because names were being named. And it turns out that people who were warning you about the Soviet socialists here in the United States that were actually, they weren't double agents, they were absolutely assigned to the other side. They have no interest in us. Every character that we talked about in Hollywood typically was exactly that, a card holding party member working to collect elements from one area to another to create a database for the Soviet. And that was demonstrated and then shut up about real quick in 1991, 92 for a reason. And approved who's who in the zoo. Today we're going to be back. We've got Don and Mark. We've got Spike waiting in the wings, by the way. Spike, thank you for being patient. Back in a minute. This is Dr. Catherine Albrecht. I've got a hot tip if you'd like to save money when you travel. Hi neighbor, we all know that knowledge is power. We've tried to give you knowledge to help you prepare for rough times. There's the worldwide famine and our country's dependence on often dangerous food imports. You know about genetically poisoned food. Two-thirds of the food is disappearing with the bees along with huge crop failures from all-time record water shortages. You know they're turning food into fuel with corn ethanol plants. If we do not control our food, food will be used to control us. Food control has been the plan historically in every enslaved population and is the plan for America. The only value of the knowledge you have to take control of your food is if you choose to get a supply while you still have the freedom to choose. Call 800-409-5633 on the web efoodsdirect.com. Call 800-409-5633. and on demand, this is We The People Radio Network. We're going to the Illinois or, well, you're in Indiana, right? Indiana court rules. Go to the Indiana court rules. First of all, it will say will. Now, if it says may, okay, typically, then that means that there's allowance. May is vague, but will or shall is not implying, it is stating that you will conform to, the court will conform to this guideline. Now, if not, then there is censure that can take place utilizing the Bar Association. specific and complain and have other parties complain to that. And yes, it does actually put black marks on their little record. It doesn't help them very much. And some people, they've actually had debarred. That's of course not good for being part of the Ringknocker societies and trying to do business as we know. The other issue is that again, if we have a, it is willful on their part, if they conceal and they do not, they have information in hand, they do not divulge, trying to block justice in a number of different forms. There's a number of ways that you can attack them and also again if nothing else one of the most common tools used throughout the states, if there's no anybody who knows it exists, is to go after their bond. Their service bond for failure to perform and what happens is you lock up their ability to even walk into the court. This is a technique that works quite well. Now some people of course have talked about using liens because you can use a lien and serve a lien against them. That's why, now I'll be quite honest, most people don't realize judges are completely susceptible to any filings. Which is why how many times have you watched in the court? You'll be told to hand your filings over to the bailiff now the bailiff or the secretary are screeners Because remember when you're serving that we've done this with judges what you do is you you give a service You know you have a service, you know like in the middle of a pile of filings And they just automatically, because they're used to the ring knockers swapping spit and just covering each other's hind end. Well, amongst this pile of six or seven filings here, you just served him with a warrant. And it's always fun to watch because you do the, no! And he realizes he's touched it because you remember, there's the old story, you've got to serve it. You've got to touch the person with it. You've got to hand it to them. They have to take it. And judges have the bailiff or they have the secretary go through everything to scream for just that reason. before they'll hand it. Watch this, watch activities in the court. This is why for years we had a lot of good people who were teaching people through what's called court sitting, where you observe the process of the court. And actually, I should have, this is something, Spike, you can do, but it's a matter of how much time you have in the day. What you do is you actually come in with a notepad and you sit in and watch the procedures and what's transpiring in the courtroom. You need a suit, go to the resale shop and get yourself just a nice plain Jane green gray. gray, you know gray blue something that's a muted color and don't forget try to find a regimental tie in other words something with you know a red base or a black base with a staggered series of colored stripes Separated by the black field or by the red field or burgundy field. That's enough like George Washington's out of the question uh... well no i would like actually you'll scare them enough when you sit in the court and you don't you're out there for anything but you sit and watch through the whole day we've had this happen many times especially with uh... one of our friends carl who was taken people in and what they will do they know carl because they know how success we've been defending you know working in the court's and i can sell and teaching others and so what they ask is what what are you here for sir and of course you're always polite will be a lot sir i'm here and i brought these friends of mine along for the concert the proper process of this fine court in its operation. Well, the thing is that, again, you might want to sit down in the court and watch to see, you know, you get a feel for proceedings and how to move forward. This is just with regard to operations. Even though they'll try to cut corners, they go through the basic motions, and that's most important so you get a feel for how you're going to have to operate when you're in the court. with regard to, you know, again, failure to divulge specific information. We're cutting a corner here on that. But failure to disclose. In other words, failure to divulge key or specific information that the prosecutor's office may have is a crime. It is a violation, contrary to what they want everybody to think. Of course, they always want it lopsided. But the bottom line is, is if they tried and if they failed to do so, example, we brought up the McVey case. When you have a vast amount of data, you know that they were hiding stuff from the defense for obvious reasons. Now, there's a number of reasons, not the least of which is they figured they were going to try and sweep this thing under the rug as quickly as they could because too much attention, too many people had had lots of time to focus on it. However, after his execution, you might recall, oh, they found 3,000 pages of information that was supposed to have been handed over to McVeigh's attorneys. Now that action of itself somebody is responsible for at the very least the chief prosecutor or the assistant you know DA or whatever It's involved depending on the kind of case you're in Well, if you really are in opposition and he was involved in failure of that type you demand to have his plays bond revoked You go after his bond failure. He will can he cannot function without the bond now There's a thing the bond was put there for that reason people forget Originally a bond wasn't provided by the people This is all where the Shysters have perverted this yet again. When a lawyer, when anybody came into law, not a bar member as we see today, but even in the past with bar members, Bond was levied against all of your property, your personal property. The Shysters had to be laughing their hind end off and the crows off in the distance were snickering all day when all these booby Americans let them get away with the idea that, oh, the county or the state or the city needs to provide the bond for that employee. Well, what protection is that? You see, the whole idea is what we talked about earlier, like, well, we brought up this thing before break and it's good that this kind of hit this way. The Founding Fathers understood the nature of scurrilous swine. They understood the nature of treacherous minds. They understood the concept of good people working within their own society and other societies in circles of influence that might try to manipulate or come into and destroy what it is that we had created through peaceable means amongst ourselves. A working society that integrates quite well, interlocks and works quite well. well part of that has to do with the whole corruption of the justice system which now of course the if we are in their big time the uh... we've got the sponsor of any number of different ring knockers from different societies that infiltrated in from their end uh... there's a whole bunch of choices that corrupted the process of the court originally that bond with against you Because if you're stealing, think about it, I don't care if you're the dog catcher, the judge, the prostitute, or any of these others. If you're stealing nowadays, the bond was paid for by the taxpayers. He's not out of thing. You know, that's like playing poker with somebody else's money. Yes. It doesn't bother you at all if you lose, does it? I don't mind losing Spike's money at all. You see what I mean? That's what I'm talking about here. That's how they're thinking about it. Whereas in the past, Well, the founding fathers pointed this out, that the only way that this system, the form of government would work, and this system would work, is if it was based upon honorable men with honorable intentions. It was not suitable for a lesser people or a people who were scurrilous of mind. Which of course, look at the scallions and the scallywags we've had come in from other parts of the planet with a different agenda, with an alien agenda. The Gopin are on Michigan. That's right, best example right there. Spike's here where you are, we're at the bottom of the hour, break, first hour of the intel report, back in three minutes. Dr. Paul is exactly the kind of president we need. Although the president is the commander of chief, he doesn't declare war. Under the Constitution, only the House of Representatives can declare war. We've never declared a war since World War II. And we've never won a war since World War II. I was drafted. I was sent to South Vietnam. The Americans were involved right in the middle of the Civil War. Very similar to where we are in Iraq. There was no peace until we were defeated and there was no army. We preemptively, aggressively invaded a sovereign foreign state. Our military asked us to be defense. But it's not all for defense. Some of us were offense. Some of us were things that end up making us hated throughout the world. We have the impart on things never intended by the founding fathers. They said, don't get involved in the internal affairs of another nation. I don't become the policeman of the world. We should keep ourselves free and unfettered from these entangling alliances in which we become the unwitting servant of other countries and other kings. in a way, okay you guys, the intelligence report and you know it's kind of at the risk of sounding repetitive, pokerface.com, pokerface.com, here comes the echo, pokerface.com. We still have Spike with us don't we? Yes sir. Here we go. Okay. I had a couple questions. Actually as much as anything, first of all they're going to ask you to submit questions for the jury, you know you have so many questions you can ask, criteria for a new trial, and of course they want them pre-approved don't you know. I just go right down the basic list. Are you a relative of or are you in any way, shape, or form profiting from this court? A relative of anyone working within this court or working for law enforcement, yes or no? No. They may not want that question answered because you see that's usually how they stack the deck. They'll either be a relative or they're going to be an employee. Well, the way you do it is start out with relatives. Second question, are you in any way, shape, or form profiting from this court? Are you in any way, shape, or form employed by this court? or any, say, auxiliary or ancillary elements of this court. Okay. Oh, that takes in a whole bunch of other people that they might try to snooker in, which the feds always do. When everybody hears about these cases with the feds, like what just happened here with the Browns, remember that the prosecutor's office and that lawyer are always sleeping in bed together. When they go behind into chambers without you, what do you think they're talking about? How can you help you supposed to be that way? Now, the thing is, What's interesting about this is that what will happen is they typically will either have now you want to have fun you can ask them any more masons. See what happens there. Are you a Mason or have you ever been a member of the Mason or the Eastern Star? Well you can't ask that question. You ask that question they're going to try and cause, I know they'll try and cause problems. So we don't necessarily have to do that. We can simply ask and what you do is pay attention and watch their hands. You know how to do that. Pay attention to their rings that's all. If it's a male individual, watch for the rings, watch for Ruby with the gold, black with the obsidian with the gold, or solid gold with the inlay, she'll have the square and the compass. And that's just simply the, that might tell you, oh, there's somebody maybe that shouldn't be here on this jury selection. Because he'll get his instructions from the high poo-ba of the judge. I do this discovery case. Now, when you do that, again, when you do that, one of the most common mistakes made is to be, now you try to be brief. You certainly don't want this to be 20 paragraphs. However, any and all documents, any and you go to I don't issue, rather than listing it in line like just one big paragraph, here's how I do it. You want it so that there's no way they can feign ignorance. When you write your filing, write any and all documents, then drop down to another line, but index it by about 10 lines so it stands out on the page. And if you want to, you can even double space it. Any and all recordings, any and all laws or statutes reviewed by the prosecutor's office that they have knowledge of. Any and you can go right on down pictures, photographs, videos, whatever you want. But I incorporate everything so you don't miss anything. Now, there's a right now, there's another reason for this. And I'll tell you, this is what you're doing by incorporating any and every instrument that you could possibly think of. Now, this is another recording devices. records of the initial complaint, records or videotapes, photographs or images of the arrest of your incarceration or your detention when they stop you on the road, okay? Because what's going to happen is by incorporating all of this, let's say that you decide you want to proceed. Let's say that you go through the court process and you lose, okay? But you want to appeal because you can continue to appeal. That's not a problem. Remember, in appeal, you have a greater chance of being able to recover certain instruments in some cases because now they're not shepherding the case, they're not writing a whole hog on the case the way they were before. And usually that's where they're stumbled up because there's the possibility of finding other arguments that you can bring in because you've covered all of the information and discovery that you thought might be possibly there. If you find that anything's been withheld, a sharp instrument for appeal, you know, for the process of appeal. Always think, always demonstrate that too and always emphasize it. Do not hold back. When writing a filing of any kind, when you find a failure to disclose or you find a specific failure, you continue to drill on that cavity. you mention it and then you go through the process and somewhere in the body of it, oh and by the way, you know, were it not for this failure or because of, you know, we have this major malfeasance based upon, you know, I'm just generally giving an idea of flow based upon this failure on the part of the prosecutor's office. I would call then for, you know, for instance, an expungement of the case, you know, the elimination of the record and the charges, you know, etc. It depends on what it is you're trying to attack. But the general flow is, remember when you're writing, is reinforce. This is something a lot of people don't do. You're reinforcing that malfeasance or that failure on the part of the prostitute's office or the police officers or, you know, again, you don't necessarily have to go after the judge right now, but remind the judge that he's obligated to follow the guidelines of the, not guidelines, to follow the rules of the court and of the state. It may be his court, but if there are no rules, then why are you there? Speaking of the rules, I bring the break. I went to the Indiana court and I'm looking at them right now, read through the criminal procedure of non-compliance, do you have any idea where that would be located? Rather than using the command something store, I know you're probably using the computer and that, but I don't, my biggest problem with the computer process with law is just like 1984, things are either missing or intentionally made to disappear or not accessible to the public, or they should be posted because the entries are only as good as the human being that was touching the keys. first best choice and I understand it's convenient but your first best choice is to go get a used copy. Go to a bookstore. You usually can find used copies of the Indiana Court Rule no matter what they are and even your federal court rules are sitting there usually too. For a used copy, probably as little as $6 to $8 and it's worth having it and I will tell you why. Something I mentioned before I remember when we talked about this months ago. he's got that's what he has on the internet right now. Oh yeah, you mean come finding a copy. That's true. Yes, that's true. I did find that as well. It was a brand new one though. They wanted 90. Oh, I know. That's what I'm saying. Try to find a used one, dog yard one. Try to find something that somebody is getting rid of, that somebody had with their uncle Bill was a, our uncle Fred or uncle Jim was a lawyer and, uh, or a, uh, say a young barrister sometime in the last few years and he quit the job and got divorced. books in to sell them and his books in there on the library which on the on the used bookshelf waiting for you to buy it so you want to look around really buy a new one I did go to the library and copy that was that wasn't there cannot be checked out as it cannot be checked out but it's not here so there isn't he's well I can tell you why women okay when you went to you when you went to search for the book what was the cost the $96 dollars okay well somebody went to the library and got themselves a $96 book I'm probably a lawyer. Now, watch the animation of the dramaturgs that you have that you're dealing with that are prostitutes. They're very bad actors, by the way. But when you watch these dramaturgs, and they waddle around, and they move back and forth, remember, their job is to draw attention away from you if they feel oriented, again, or to emphasize a specific point. When you're in the court, what you want is a copy of your state court rules in hand, which they never carry, but you will. And the reason is when you file for a specific complaint once you use the book, what you do is you constantly come back to the desk. You know, you're given your little desk space. They get their little desk space. And whenever they come up with it, when somebody will say the prostitute or objects and he say the judge upholds something like that, you know, when it's a, when you bring forward something in the court rules, you ask, you ask the same question over again, over and over again, excuse me, Your Honor. I'm a little confused here. Now, What rules or guidelines, what are the guidelines, what are the rules of this court? What are we operating under? And they'll, well, my rules, they'll say, well, wait a minute, in other words, there are no rules, do we not follow it? You put your hand on it and pick up the Indiana court rules. Do we not follow these rules in all of the courts of this state? Now you want an answer for him right there in the courtroom. I've used this a couple times, worked quite nicely, by the way. Call 800-409-5633. half a bar but you know that poker face go to poker face dot com and get some of that spike from indiana we have george waiting in the wings please do we get uh... and i both get your just as your defense lawyer would if you're doing when you're doing this inside pro perver recall pro-purpose or seizure for people understand monica defense uh... very tribunal court we're still rules important thing is to force the rules upon them and you have you're supposed to have equity with regard to all actions in the court Now real quick, I want to end the statement here where I mentioned the court rules. I make a point, and we do, on my people, the people that I worked with that taught me, and you know, again, little things that I decided would work listening to many of the other processes, working with justice pro groups that were out there, is that you want to bring that court rule book right into the court, and you want to make sure it's one of the first things, that it's always on top of everything sitting on that desk. You put it out on the corner, and you turn it so that the spine of that book is facing. towards the prostitute or towards the judge so there ain't no doubt in their mind what it is you got sitting there. I had planned on taking all these on the computer. I downloaded most of them in PDF format, you know, Indiana court rules. And that's a good choice too, that's a good option. However, I would get if you can because all of them are going to recognize the book. Go to the used bookstores. This is the first rule because, you know, by the time they're printing you actually could save some money there printing it out from what's on the shelf. But the tool, what's good is when you have their instrument Always remember, they'll try to deride something you may have as hearsay or you've already seen this, okay? Well, this is hearsay. This is, wait a minute, these are your own documents. Okay, in this case, you have a bound copy of the Indiana Court rules. Now, when you open it up, benchmark to specific statements or comments, and you read from it, excuse me, Your Honor, I'm a little confused because Michigan, you know, like, no, I'm in Michigan for me, but, you know, Indiana Court rules say, and wherever you see the word will, that is not, there's no leeway in that, will. must, okay, these are all defining specific statements that narrow the variance in the court activity, okay? This is one of the things that they don't want to talk about. Remember, you're dealing with contract. Everything in court is contract. Everything, now even when you deal when we're talking back and forth, when we get together and we converse, that is a contract. When you and I talk, we talk in a, there are given norms that are part of a civil contract that keeps everything hospitable. Okay? Now you're into the higher order of contract where all of these fictions that they've created, these 20,000 laws a year are being thrown at you with all the gobbledygook and nonsense and intentional confusion on their part, hoping that you'll be so frustrated that you can't get through the plate of spaghetti following one strand at a time or a couple of them to get to the end solution. just to reverse as the case, and this is something that I had an extensive conversation on this last night, as a matter of fact, that, you know, the average patriot sitting down and looking at this with a common sense mindset can virtually run over the average baron. The thing they have going for them is their buddy network. When you put their feet to the fire, what Alexander Solzhenitsyn did, when he was a prisoner, is he held their feet to the fire based upon their own You know, the piles of rules that they created. He became as much of an adept, in fact, he became more of an adept at demonstrating them pointing out their rules than they were possibly knowledgeable of. That's what happens when you go into the court. You're dealing with lazy people. You're dealing with two groups that have gravitated to, unfortunately, our justice system, lazy individuals. That's right. And one of the things, and I know this is not off track, but these are things I wanted to talk about, and thank you Spike for bringing these up, because on the air, there's another thing that we've had happen here in Michigan in the last year and a half. All of what you're going to see and you're going into, have you noticed Spike how it's all ceremony? Kind of like Robert's Rules, okay, but like a sick, psychotic version of Robert's Rules. Robert's Rules are confusing enough for some people at times, but it was designed to come up with a civil process. so that people could actually present ideas and we know that kind of like with the indians with the stick in the in the in the in the uh... tp where the one guy would touch the guy with a stick and it was his turn to speak and everybody else had to listen a more intricate process that we don't have a guy sitting there with a stick that taps you on the shoulder and then beat that catch on the noggin we've gone too far instead we have a series of rules that we're all supposed to learn in school which we weren't taught in school these then become an extension of the court process you know any of the The court is actually an extension of that reverse mark. Anyway, the point is, these people in the last year, and I'm serious, they started talking about, oh, we need to streamline the court process. And I heard that, and I sat right up the moment I heard that BS in one of these Sunday morning talk shows. The only thing that means, you see, they are the ones who made it complicated. But after they got everybody frustrated, now that they've got this massive business where they've brought in 10, 20, 30, 50, 100 times as many people as were ever intended for that court, now they want to streamline it so they can make more luker. So the potlickers, the Sadducees and the Pharisees, because those potlickin' scumbags can make more luker by running more people through there faster, all these rules up so that we all look the mystery of the justice system. In reality, all it is is intentional, fabricated, gobbledygook, designed to be complicated so that we're all supposed to be mystified and modified. Okay, that's exactly what it is. There are a bunch of flim-flam, man, ring-knock, and scumbag pieces of you-know-what. Code the numbering of the chin, would that be under the... Actually, it should be listed as simply a courtney, uh, process, disc-process, and discovery. It should be right there, it should be able to find it, listed as, um... It may be under evidentiary hearing. You should have an evidentiary hearing phase. So look under evidentiary hearing. I read that for what you just said. I'm not able to find what I need to write down. OK, stop before we go. OK, don't have to say any more. Here's a rule. Go back to your law library. In your law library, there should be eight forms. OK, go to your law library. Don't just go to your regular library. See if you can get to your local county law library. maybe what your community college may have one too, you're going to have a text in there that actually has a step-by-step formula for filling out every form that you could possibly need to fill out. Okay, it's for pro se slash pro per word. And in it will be, basically there's a packet. Each one of the forms are there to include a basic format, you know, in other words, how to structure filings for every step in this court case. I see. Now that's why they're illegal. Right, and you believe... there we go you'll be made they in some cases you have people who can do or call paralegal contracts and and that's usually you'll find that the paralegal it may be under paralegal referencing you know promise you're in indiana word michigan any state has little variances in how they do things because of the term that they've used is yeah how they've set their house up okay then this has to do with the ring knockers he had told me that the reason they threw my power that they call it because my they're not here to say, well, okay, that could be argued. First of all, okay, bottom line is this, you're in pro se slash pro per, okay? Much greater leniency and exception is given to your activities because you are not familiar, and the judge is obligated to assist and correct. That doesn't mean he can rule from the bench. but if there's a situation where you know again he sees it worked we know the words where he's supposed to be serving justice i know he's not the judges not the judge has a is a racketeer his job is to help that prostitute or to get as many but dollars put in their coffers as they can it but in your case because you're not a bar member he's supposed to actually you know you know i was that this is there's an incorrect filing you have to correct this now you may have sounded more current uh... more more current than you'd expect He wasn't throwing your filing out. He was recommending that you correct your filing and put it in proper process. They told me to say because I didn't have any... Well, I think my problem there... Well, that gets back to when you were in the court, what I said before. Excuse me. What are the... What are the rules that this court stands by? What are the foundational elements that make up the justification of this court existing? Is it the rules, the guidelines, the state regulations that they then have to rule on? If you present those as evidence, they're not supposed to disavow them. I know what they're doing. They're trying to deflect you is what they're trying to do. I understand that part. Could I have the honor of signing off the hour with you guys? Well, I certainly sure you can. I'll tell you what. As always, God bless the republic. Death to the new world order. We shall prevail. The Empire is on the run. We are on the march both day and night. Thank you, Spike. God bless you, Spike. Well, we're going to work on this some more. Get a hold of a copy of the Indiana court rules in text form used. That's your next mission right now. Don't spend too much money, but get a copy. Ladies and gentlemen, thank you. We'll be back in about six minutes. Don, thank you very much for being here. Thank you, Mark. God bless you. God bless you, America. On September 1st, Vote Rescue and our coalition, Texans for Real Elections, conducted an exit poll at the Texas straw poll in Fort Worth. With almost a 25% respondent rate, we found a discrepancy in one candidate's results, Ron Pauls. We are planning exit polls for the primary and presidential elections in 2008. This is a fun and exciting process in exercising our rights as citizens. Join us as a volunteer with Vote Rescue to monitor those elections and remind the government that elections belong to the people. Become a part of the growing movement to restore elections to the citizens with hand-counted paper ballots. We are winning exciting progresses being made, but we need your help.
