What they will do, rotate different assistant prosecutors in, and they will claim that they're ignorant of something. And again, remember that if you claim you're ignorant of the law, the average American is not allowed that whatsoever. The only person that's allowed that is some whore lawyer. The bar members are allowed to say to the judge, oh, I'm ignorant of that, Your Honor. Excuse me. I wasn't involved in that. Now, if you and I were to say that in any case or any instance about any aspect of the case or the law or whatever, then they would tell you that that's not relevant. You're obligated anyway. To ensure that they don't try to play a fast one or play again part of the fire baby process here when you're dealing with a shyster's office that has a whole pile of hanyaks that they can throw in as the system prosecutors, you need to make sure that you file copies of your filings and when you give a courtesy copy to the judge, always. sure that you have a copy that goes to the prostitute, always. But in addition, make copies that go to each of the assistant prosecutors even if they are not in the room. The ones that have been involved in your case. Because what they'll do is they'll try to tag team. This allows them to obtain ignorance when in reality they're all perfectly cognizant of what's going on. I have seen this many... I had copies of the affidavit of a day that said, well, you don't need to do that because has already made copies of that and put it in the... Okay, well, as long as they cannot, this is one of the basic rules of filing when you're working in the court in this way. You add more names to the list, make sure that they're specifically made out to that person, and that way you know that they have been served with a document in its entirety, and that way when they come forward, they can't try to buy time. They wanted to take a text from him because it was a valuable collection of poems. He knew that in the communist regime, even in the Gulag, it said technically as a prisoner you're allowed one book. Now the book was banned by the communists, but one of the communist commissars wanted it for his private collection that the rest of the peasants couldn't possess, of course. And right up to the end, before they sent him into the machine, this character kept trying to pry it from him, trying to get it from him. Now he could have killed him, but he wanted him just to surrender it and hand it over as part of a power gesture. And Solzhenitsyn said, no, I'll take it with me. But what you need to do from this point forward is every time that you go into that courtroom, you make sure that the Indiana court rules are right there with you. The one group of people that are fully cognizant of their intent, destruction of the American liberty, of our justice system. are those pieces of gutter type that you see in the court that you just experienced. And especially, again, they put all these rules in place. Go to a used bookstore and get a copy, even if it's last years or the years before edition. Walk that into the courtroom and make sure it's right up where everybody can see it. Make sure it's on top of everything. It's out in front of everything. When you sit down at the desk, you want to make sure, moving around a little bit, open it up and look at it, make sure the cover is kind of pointed towards the judge. And the next time that judge makes a stupid statement like the one you just had in court, you want that person to explain how, when you had the right question, where in this book, where did you pull this or how did you pull this out of your hind end? Where in this book is that covered? Because, you know, I'm sorry, I just, this gets into a whole issue. Go ahead, I'm sorry, please. chronological case summary of the previous case history that I mentioned in my motion to dismiss. Now here's one of the things I want you to do with that. When I want you to do with that that that comp when he's on the you want to put him like if you're going to continue the pro se you know a pro pro se whatever term we used to use basically defending yourself.
