I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free. and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children won't be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic in each God-given right. You can pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God-given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave, dill the land of the free? One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines at occupied territories south, southwest, east, and north. Now, we got Rod and Hov, we got a number of callers. We're gonna go to our callers right away here, but first, Mike, as long as we have time, what are we gonna be covering today? Today we're gonna be covering the examination of the head and neck, examine the chest, abdomen, and limbs, the tail, the anus, and the genitalia, skin and coat, changes. until I got thrown into the dog pound, a low rent dog pound, and after 24 hours, finally got it. You know, that really changes your psychology. I just wonder how many of these people who, when it comes to shove, they're just gonna, you know, capitulate. Well, let me explain you something. My favorite example of this is what happened with the Oklahoma City bombing. Mike remembers this, a lot of the guys are out there. I think you might have remembered that right after the Oklahoma City bombing, first it was Arab terrorists. Then they decided they wanted to attack the Patriot Movement in general. Now I argued from the beginning when this happened that this whole thing was a setup. A branch option, in other words, whichever they perceived to be the greater threat or need for the moment, they would plug in. Now I believe to get a lot of the fools in the agencies to cooperate that they lied to them initially and used the Arab terrorist nonsense as the scam to get them to do what they did. Some of them. Not all of them, but some of them. Now, the Mossad was involved directly in the Oklahoma City bombing elements of the ADL, elements of the federal government, mostly ADL members, people who were the kosher mafia to begin with, but other individuals who had other agendas that were fellow travelers. Okay? Now, the third day out, actually the second and third day out, we were still on the air on shortwave. And I talked to John, and we said, John, okay, what are we going to do? He said, well, what do we want to do here? Okay, we can either, you know, stay the course, or, you know, in theory, if somebody wants you to believe this, well, somehow we're going to just roll to the side and supposedly the bullet's going to miss. That ain't going to happen. So, you know, it was we, our policy was to stay the course in all of these actions. for obvious reasons because there's no dealing with the enemy. Had we done differently, I believe if we had, if we tried to do the, oh look, we're nice, we're not as bad as you thought we were, please, please don't beat us as much, then we'd all be dead today. Be quite honest, this police state would have been placed in 1995, but instead, for the few days that we had short-wave before they cut us off, and the Fed cut us off. Everybody admitted after the fact when we survived all of this, At the time they said, oh no, no, no, we did this of our own volition. No, they didn't. The Fed and the ADL came in and threatened people left and right all over the country to try and get them to independently perform in some way, which they didn't. Well, what's interesting is this. We knew that by the end of the first week they were going to try and they went from, you know, for instance, Oklahoma to all of a sudden Michigan to Decker, Michigan. Mike, do you remember where the next place was where they went after Decker, Michigan? No. right here to my doorstep. All of a sudden it was right here in Dexter, right here at this doorstep, right where I'm sitting right now. Took seven days for him to propagandize the thing and twist it to wherever they wanted to go with it. Now, it gets into a story all by itself, Rod. But I'll tell you something. Where there was a point where everybody, say Saturday night and Sunday morning, realized something was up. Some people, they literally wet their pants and roll sideways and oh no, a percentage. A lot of other people, Forgive me. A lot of other people, a lot of other people stepped forward and some of them were the least likely people you could imagine. What I have said before, I am a first-hand witness to response, not reaction, response. One person showed up here in her Sunday best, her best clothes, okay, her church going to church clothes with her sidearm strapped on. I'm not going to mention the person's name. But she came up, she says, I've been watching television this morning. And you know what? I got this funny feeling they're gonna come down the road here and they're gonna try and kill you. You know what? They try to get past me before they get to you or your family. Well I said first of all, don't worry. We've got our own ideas of what we're gonna do, but I'll tell you what. You stay right here for the minute and I appreciate your help. Well another person who showed up. Now this person I expected. I mean he's been there for every fight. He's a good man, he's been a good man, he's still a good man, strong in the Patriot effort. And he put his money where his mouth is. And he did the same thing. He showed up. He said, you know what? I don't know what's going on. But I've been watching the news this morning, and they're angling something. Something's going to happen. And all of a sudden, another person showed up. Even my oldest sister, who is not really heavy into politics, drove all the way up from halfway across the county, pulls in the yard, says, I don't know what's going on. And she said, just like she was, I don't know what's going on. But they're trying to pull something right now. I'll tell you what, if you guys need to, you just come with me. Oh, no, no, that's okay. I'll tell you what we're already in motion. He got troops all around the area We're watching the shysters now now rod you gotta remember they put a shyster even across the street in the woodpile with the controlled media with a camera To get ready for the event Gradually one at a time people showed up now some I said I'll tell you what I don't want you here certain people I didn't want here because they They were they would be good people in a fight, but they served another purpose. I did not want them exposed But these people came out of the woodwork and had been with me had known us for many many years and showed up on the front door ready to fight Now there's a lot of other people who like you said well, I'm gonna do this one The people some of these people I've been told before guys that oh you don't want to deal with them because they're not as pretty as those other people are they're not as Articulate as those other people. You know what those people are the ones that showed up. There's a lot of other people said don't trust those people They're the people that didn't show up Okay, now they were real sheepish, you know, about a week later or two weeks later they came out of the woodwork again or a while week later because they realized what happened is this a whole bunch of us 90% of the Patriot militia Dug their heels in fixed bad. It's turned faced off and said, you know what my fault your fault Anybody's fault whoever pulls the trigger this war goes That's history. I lived it. I saw it firsthand. It was right here at my doorstep Now we walked away actually we stepped away from this but let me point this out like that cameraman across the street Most of you have used a wayback machine. Let's go back to when they went up to Decker, Michigan. Before the Fed knew where they were going, supposedly. Before the county knew where anybody was going. A cameraman was in the brush line, kitty corner to the Nichols house, waiting for the festivities to begin. How did the controlled media know where to put the camera? When nobody else supposedly had any working knowledge of what was going on. Why? Because they wanted to film the fabricated conflict between the Bufu idiots and the ATF and the FBI and the patriots who were ready to defend their homes. See how that works? Then what they were going to do, the ADL, the kosher mafia controlling the controlled media, which you've all seen now how it operates, first up with Ron Paul, their job was going to be fabricate the things, stir it up from both directions, and then step back and play the, you know, no longer be the man in the middle and let everybody go to town. Now even the feds had to step back to a degree and ask some questions about what was going on. A lot of police officers and sheriff's deputies did the same thing, but what really counted is all the people who did hold their ground, who did step forward, who did not drop their arms, who did not wet their pants, and who at that moment in time made the decision that if we were going to fight, it might as well be now. So, Rod, it's not all the people that are the naysayers or all the people that are like, well, kind of into this. The core people are what count, and there are millions of us. I am one of the few Americans in the Patriot effort who can boast that I have traveled virtually millions of miles and between myself and the many friends who traveled with me in many forms. And by the way, under a hundred different names, okay, under hundreds of different names. And everybody listening, there's people out there who know exactly what I'm talking about. We traveled the whole of the country and I have witnessed millions of patriots across the nation because I have spoken to millions of patriots. And we're talking 20,000 here, 5,000 there, 30,000 here, 7,000 there, 200 here. I'll talk to 40, 50 people in a room, 20 people in a room, 10 people in a room. That's the effort that I made to build help build up this this Patriot effort not for mark for us And I've seen firsthand I've witnessed it. I know what you're concerned with and a lot of other people I guess the thing is that's what I've said before seek out one good person You right now rod need to do this all of our other friends listening. We got we got rich. We got Jeff We got in Mike's here with me, of course Every one of you each day need to look for the the response of one good person that you've seen, that you know in the community, or that you know that you've developed a friendship or some camaraderie with, then you need to develop that person to be that other extension of you. One of many extensions of you, which are the Patriot effort itself, which are the militia. That's how we're going to grow. Everybody's wanted love speed because we have had quantum force expansion many times. Speed has allowed us to make greater contact with true hearts faster than anything, but it also means that you accumulate a certain percentage of people who are treating this more as a hobby than they are as a war effort. Now, expect that. You have to acknowledge that. I'll go over the history of the American Revolution. Lexington and Concord. Okay, when Paul Revere made his ride and all of the men made their rides, okay, you know what happened? You hear this? The regulars are coming. The regulars are coming. Paul Revere and his guys went through town. And remember, Paul didn't make it all the way. Their other men had to complete the task. The tattoo was sounded in Lexington Green. The whole of the militia organized. There were over 100 and I think it's 140 some men that were at least registered on the rolls. At three o'clock, actually at one o'clock in the morning, they mustered. Everybody said, well, the British aren't here. So they all went back to their house. He said, okay, we're going to sound the drum and everybody come out real running out of your house with your rifle and with your kit. and we're gonna stand and we're gonna make a statement. Well, you know what? The British came in, they made the noise, and when they saw the sound of the tattoo, guess what? Not all the militia stood on the green. In fact, there were a whole bunch of people missing. The very thing you're worried about, Rod, there were a lot of people that were right there, right there on the doorstep. The green faced every house in the community, and people watched from their doorsteps as their brothers died. Now, they were ashamed after that, I'm sure, but it happened. Each one of you is going to have to be the person who hopes to cultivate and build the Patriot effort. It can't be just Mark. Mark can talk and I can fill in the blanks for you to degree and we have a certain amount of fun here. And even when we do, remember I'm still dead cold serious. We have been on the firing line and watched this thing develop and we have saved you several times. Several times. Run up to the line just exactly as they did in the days before the American Revolution and when the bad guys have come out puffing up, we've explained to them that we would kill them. We would engage them, destroy them, that if we meet them on the battlefield, the only thing I asked was, what are we going to do with the dead and the dying? And what are we going to do with prisoners? I had one look at me and go, what are you threatening? I said, no, you don't understand. I'm going to repeat this again. What are we going to do about the dead and the wounded? And what are we going to do about prisoners? Now, all of a sudden, the world changed because they thought it was going to be Billy Badbutt time to come out there and have some fun so they could high five it back in the locker room. Well, my plan is they weren't going to make it back to the locker room. In fact, we're going to go back to the locker room in their place and clean out their lockers. That's the attitude all of you have to have is free men and women against the tyrant. If you do not, then you are not free. You have some chain shackles, some shackles still linked to your ankles, something still attached to your wrist, something still around your throat. And the problem is this, we don't work for them. They're supposed to be working for us. And yet we have this lording over mentality, this complex that somehow their feces doesn't stink, ours does. When in reality a lot of them that are chosen are the lowest, like you said, lower than pond scum. We don't want to give pond scum a bad name, it serves a purpose. So the feces that pond scum produces, okay? It's that simple. Now we're going to have to decide at a given point how free we want to be. Whether or not we want to keep our liberty. I think it's very close because that's been the biggest question just as it was before. But people have to understand, time goes on. If we get past the date, well we stop something here. We're probably going to end up with, this is the most likely scenario. The bad guys are going to panic. Whenever they perform a dastardly deed like 9-11 or Oklahoma, whenever you see those pimple events, those high peak events, they are not response, terrified reaction on the part of the enemy when they perpetrate these things. Now here's what's happening across America. Just look at the Ron Paul effort in and of itself, how many people it reaches, and across how many different strata or spectrums of this country that otherwise they felt that they had isolated. That is why we truly believe in the liberty message, our liberty, our freedom. Okay, but liberty is the key. Freedom is a benefit. Okay? And that's hard for some people to understand. Liberty, our liberty interest is guaranteed it's God given. The moment that we were born, the moment in fact, once our parents brought us into this world, we have a liberty interest that of course continues to grow. Now, as a child, we have to be nurtured and we have to be monitored, and not by the police state, not by the nanny state, by our parents. Our nation did a fine job of rearing a whole bunch of Heliums that did a great job on this planet of building this country. It has had problems ever since we have let the socialist parasite snap its jaws onto our throat as yet another link, like a chain unto itself but a living, sucking blood, curdling organism that is destroying the lifeblood of this nation, consuming it and destroying it. That's what we're facing right now. And we're going to have to deal with this at some point. Now, I don't want to wait till I'm another—in fact, let's put it this way. We already did walk up to the line. I'm 50, I'm gonna be 51 years old this year. Ain't getting any younger. You know what? What are they gonna do? Threaten me with heaven? And I know this for a fact, you know, Mike, I'm 51 years old. If they try to grab me again or do something, I'm gonna have to kill one of the buggers at the very least to keep a promise. Okay, as it is, I put one of them under me the last time. Most people don't understand the whole situation there, but I did, in fact, unarmed, I'd say I did pretty good considering one underneath and two other ones that were there right there on the ground too, okay? But the next time around at 51, they are going to try and murder me. I have to understand that. Now, that doesn't mean that you hear Martin going, two of my kids going, oh my god. Instead, just reverse, I'm an adult. And all of you better start looking as Americans as adults at this issue. You have to be ready to fight. We must clean this country out. I don't care what panty waste comments my enemy makes. You know what? He's dirt under my feet. When the controlled media does their little yapping BS from now on, bottom line, I just want to know who said it because I'm going to remember them and they're on the list. Any shyster that opens their mouth against us, just pay attention to the name and confirm who it is. Because we're going into a ground war here eventually. It's going to be a hell of a mess. Now, let me walk through strategically, we're going to lose one third of this country. Not people, real estate. Phase one, we're going to lose one third of this country in one form or another as far as occupation goes. We've already seen part of it. Mike, you're down in the forefront of what is part of the invasion arena right now. No, you've seen it. You guys are living it. It's there. Now, my problem is this. We go in an open conflict. Imagine the variances in the battlefield. What's going to be taking place? The occupation elements that are with the kosher mafia in New Jersey and, for instance, Boston. What an insult that is to have the kosher mafia manipulating everything that they do there. uh... they're like the a d l palace in uh... washington d c is symbolic of their occupation of the u u s capital uh... these shysters are going to have pods that they have more control over but they're not going to have control over ninety percent to ninety five percent of this country even in the early phase they will hope to police actions to try and oppress the population upper cenage they will which is robs concern is that people are going to wet their pants i believe that half the nr a would hand their weapons over heartbeat Half. At least. Okay, half. However, the problem is this. For the half that they take, well let's look at that number. There's at least a million. Let's say that only one-fifth keep their weapons and the others wet their pants and hand their weapons over. Their Colt collections, their Winchester collections, I think a lot of them would just, a lot of them would just hand them over. They'd stand there with a flintlock rifle and put it over their head and under it from my cold dead fingers, but they wouldn't stand there with an M16 or an AK47 or an M14 or even a bolt-action Springfield rifle and say from my cold dead hands. You see the problem with that? And now again, that's not an insult, that's just logic because when Rod asked this question, what have I physically seen? I have seen people who have shown a great intestinal fortitude and I have seen people who had to face the reality of what was going on and they did not stay the course. Expect that. Instead of this, oh my goodness, and this disheartening, it's not disheartening, it's human nature. Some of these people will choose at a given point though. Something will break. Something will catch hold in them. Don't be discouraged by that. Some people, for them, it's hard. I mean, when you, with each step, I guess, and I've explained this to all of my students this way, when you are learning as a patriot, just as the people who are in the Ron Paul movement are finding out about the reality of the politics of America, and it is not anything new. We've watched this in 30 years of politics that I've seen close up and in your face. But it's like, at every step, it's not, it's a series of steps. It is steps. It's like I said, each step. But the step is not walking up. Each step you have to reach up over your arms, hop up a little bit, grab that ledge, and you have to physically exert yourself to get to the next step. You have to grasp it and embrace it and then face it and understand it. You have to use the energy that you can muster to get to that next tier. And then when you look around, you think, oh, I've made it to the top. And you look around and you realize, oh my god, there's another step. I don't know it all. I thought I understood all of this, but I don't understand all of this. I need to know more. And with each step you realize that there are so many more integrated components to what should be your knowledge base, which is called maturing people, what they used to call in the education system, the process of maturing, of realizing and looking around and understanding your environment, what you're living in, or what you're a part of. That's where people are at different stages, which is why the blessings that we have of the communications for the moment have allowed us to hyper accelerate and teach so many more people about what's really going on. Now, it's still, for all of that that I've explained, why I brought that up, great technology, it's still you listening to me right now, changing one person's mind. That is, not changing, teaching. We don't want to change, I don't want to re-engineer it, but teaching a person so that they will be the next person standing with you when we double our numbers. We have these parts of things never intended by the founding fathers. They said, don't get involved in the internal affairs of another nation. And don't become the policeman of the world. But California is a different story only because for the moment I would rather save the families we need for the fun situations where we have a greater connection to California. Although I spent a few years in Montana, I came to New Hampshire as a member of the Free State Project, liberty anarchists and Now again, the one that's most important there is I chuckle only because you know, you know, how anarchists work, right? It's from the organization to end organizations. The food, because they feel it's hopeless and they don't. We all have our own flavor. As for me, I don't carry a drive to travel. And if I, and I guarantee that if I ever feel a need to permission and some change it for the better, our victories, we had one of the early movers. He got involved in the real ID rallying would not have anything to do with each other. I'm all united. Performing in all of these functions beyond and in fact make no mistake about it for the very reason that you mentioned because there's one argument, not an argument, but let me bring a discussion to the table here that I've had till two and three and four in the morning because, and this is with militia people, but it's also with people who are in the Patriot, administrative end of the Patriot effort and it is where you got to bring them together, is the vast people, it's okay, We all agree that we've got to get rid of the problem, which of course is always the issue. But we have to also decide. Well, in the meantime, we have to have all the operations to maintain civil society in place. So we have to be ready to teach people how to function and interact as quickly as possible. We can't do that last minute. We have to have everybody cognizant of all of the elements that we're fighting for. Our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, our Declaration of Independence, our state constitutions, good local government. We're fighting for good local government. I will end up waging war over the idea that good local government is the best form of government. The government that governs best certainly governs least, but Jefferson even said it this way, and our states were established in this way with counties, under the premise that a man should not govern any farther than he can see. But once government gets beyond his sight and beyond his grasp, it will become venial and oppressive. It will have the opportunity in cover of darkness or behind closed doors to become an aggressor that will take more and more and more, and that is exactly what we have seen. We have to have the regimen in place. We have to understand. In fact, even if we fail, here's one of the things most people say, well, I didn't get what I wanted. Well, I'm sorry. That's how the system does work, too, to a degree. We are going to have to make the effort. We're going to find out how things are manipulated. At the very least, it's a learning experience for this reason, if nothing else. And this is why I like the Ron Paul campaign for people who are complaining. OK, you all got a chance to see how things work. You just see where things were wrong. And everybody will say yes, and they give me this big long checklist of what happened in each of the states with, you know, with, I'm sorry, with, with the Lush and Tampering, faulty machines that were not faulty, they were built that way. They were built to be dishonest. Now, with each one of these, you now have a list of grievances, just as the Founding Fathers did, that we have to place upon the lap these creatures that claim they want authority. Now, if they do not respond, and we have done everything peaceably in our power. We are obligated to have physical force to defend that right, to defend that and those liberties which are being abused. Now we aren't going to start the war, but we are going to start cleaning up progressively different parts of our states, and we are going to occupy them just as we should. We have a place on this planet, they tell us that everybody else does. I'm a breathing human being, Mike's a breathing human being, you know, guess what? You found a place, you've got your piece of real estate, and it's interesting, it's in the very place where this whole thing all started, you know, a couple hundred years ago. At a given point, we're gonna have to pick a piece of real estate that we're gonna hold, we're gonna put the oil on, so to speak, just like when you have a big barrel of water. It only takes one drop to cover everything. It's exactly what the corporation did to us, we're gonna have to do to them. We're gonna have to pick pieces of real estate, we're gonna have to do the best we can to come up with a good civil mechanism where we all can live peaceably. somebody from outside is going to be stupid enough to come in and try and take that from you. Someone is going to be dumb. It's that simple. The P-brains are chosen for the task. And at a given point, we're going to have to decide, is that beautiful flower that you've created worth fighting for, that blossom? Now, I think everybody eventually is going to say yes, because once you get a taste of what can really happen in this country, as opposed to all the corruption that they have helped to intentionally promote, and there'll be no going back. That's how this revolution started in 1775. People had already started to reorganize. That's why Concord was the target of the, of April 19th, actually, of April 18th, April 19th, 1775. It was a patriot community. It had a liberty poll at the end of the city hall, right in front of the city hall, there was a liberty poll that was erected by three men who said, no more oppression here. and the Liberty Pole was erected and it was a symbol that we hold this real estate. That's what people don't talk about is our own history and they've got to take this out. One of the first things that the British troops did when they occupied Concord is they grabbed axes and the commander ordered them to chop down the Liberty Pole. First, before they went door to door, before they put guns to the head of wives of men that they suspected of hiding arms. The British did this on that day. But it took, first of all, to choose a piece of real estate. Now, California is such a patchwork, and I've argued this, that it's not wise for 166,000 beautiful children to be put at risk at the hands of swine who care not for the children, but are power freaks. We need to pull them out. They are the flower of our next generation because these are homeschooled children who are motivated, they're excited, they like to learn, they're energetic. That's what these socialists hate, our energetic human beings, which is what all of us can be. We are builders, not destroyers. We enjoy life. We do not worship death. That is the difference between our enemy and us. And that's what you're fighting for, I think, too. I believe that that's the whole reason that you've moved the way that you have, right? That's exactly right. Guarantee, you'll be in very good company. There's 166,000 families that perhaps need to shift because that would be a hell of an influence, wouldn't it? Pick one place... pick one place and make it ours. Pick one place in every state it will have to happen. In California, I consider the occupation to be too heavy, only in that I would rather it be A and B on the battlefield. And I know there's people in California listening to this, Mark, you're giving up on California. You know we're going to fight for California. Our dependents need to be in a more secure environment. Now, some people then say, well, if we put everybody on place, they're going to bomb us no matter what. Okay, everybody saw Waco. Everybody, how many people forget Waco? I mean, I didn't. I had to turn from the screen. I am ashamed that I did not step forward, but I swear to God I will never let that happen again as long as I'm free. I swear to God, I will tell you that beyond a shadow of a doubt. I am absolutely embarrassed. I'm ashamed. For that reason, you and any other person who's willing to step forward as Americans and keep your chin high, keep your eyes straight, don't hunch over and breathe free you do that, I'll tell you what, you're gonna find you've got a whole world ahead of you and a whole lifetime ahead of you that you're gonna enjoy instead of a being grand doll, it's gonna be sunshine I don't care if it's a cloudy day, it's in your heart it's with your mind that's what's gonna make it happen Amen! I'm Ron Paul and you're listening to We The People Radio Network. a fact that is correct with the respective states were they still under constitutional guidelines but there are two problems with that number one with the with the dick act the organized the overt what we call the active militia was transferred an authority i feel legitimately by the way to the fed now it's really an interesting twist most people don't understand all the variations and how things progressed with the national guard Example, the National Guard, the states respectively, can produce their own officers. They can, for many years, they were simply, can be assigned, or traditionally could be assigned by the governor directly. Typically what would then happen is the commission of that officer, the recommendation for the commission of that officer would be sent to the Congress. Congress would then authorize the commission under the active militia, Title X United States Code, and create a new uniformed officer, but here's the problem. He would not be technically with the militia anymore. He would be with the active regulars. That's one of the key things to understand about one of the corruptions of the militia clause. The states still had, although progressively this has been packed out, like everything else with gradualism when the CFR is involved, in the initial stage of the DICK Act, The National Guard was still completely under the control of the governors and was financed by them accordingly and equipped by them accordingly, etc. They took advantage of excess material that was provided from usually the federal arsenals, but they were able to buy their own, and most states did arm themselves and buy their own equipment. However, the enticement of money, as we always know is the corruption point. What happened is, progressively, well, you want these new rifles, or you want the Gatling guns, or you want the artillery, or you want... Well, to do that, you've got to sign more of your operations away to us. Centralization. And because of this, this is how they wheeled their way into the States to the point where now we have the National Guard in wars of aggression overseas in a situation where they should have been staying inside the United States for national defense. to defend the country if it truly was attacked. Now, we've mobilized the citizen soldiers, the locals, out of the states respectively and out of the continental United States to operate in a war of aggression to basically kill Arabs for the Israelis. You can try and breathe whatever other life into that fiasco they want, but that's really what it is. That's a war of aggression. Now, I'm giving you an idea of the significant change in the histories, and I've got a gentleman just in my north here who saved a whole collection of the War of 1812. In the War of 1812, right here where I'm sitting, the regular forces came in with a large militia contingent and fought the British out of the Detroit area across to Windsor. The next phase of the operation was to invade Windsor and the Ontario Peninsula. We did this. We successfully fought back British regular forces and Canadian militia. And fought them to a standstill initially, ran them across the river, uh... once you're across the river on the heights you know on the ontario side uh... we eventually faced off against a bunch of uh... black watch retirees who formed another militia formation along with british regulars and kicked them right across the peninsula at this point the regular american army army officers declared that well this is a chance for us to invade and take canada we're going to go on a spree militia commanders stop them and said well well well well wait a minute Our job was to kick the British off of American soil. We have no contract nor any interest in invading and controlling Canada. That's another country. That's not ours. We're defending our nation. Our ambition is not to take from somebody else. And so even though there was much argument for about a good two to three days, eventually the regulars realized that they would have no support from the militia forces if they moved in a war of aggression and occupation. so they withdrew across the Detroit and settled themselves in for control of this side of the water for the rest of the war, pretty much. That's an example of a classic, that's the classic divide between the state's militias, slash the National Guard as we would call it later, and the regular forces and their ambitions. Part of the purpose of the militia was to maintain this kind of check and balance against possible usurpation or overzealousness. Now that doesn't mean that everybody was perfect in the militia, and that doesn't mean that everybody was bad in the regulars, but what it does mean is that we know that power corrupts. And so what they did is they targeted the key element here, which was to control what they knew were the state check against abuses by a central federal government and the militia, just like everything else, like we've said, was the key to this. Just like now, even though they've got the militia, the National Guard under their control, which is a minority by the way, it's a minority military force, the general population grossly outnumbers the National Guard and grossly outnumbers the regular forces. Well, the governor still has another resource that you don't hear very much about, and I think I should mention, Jeff, and for all of our listeners, there are state defense forces in most of the United States separate from the National Guard. Now, in most states, the force is between 20 and 27,000 select designated men, former prior service, some may have served and retired from the National Guard or from the active reserves or from the regular army. They are part of a state defense force network that is still under the direct control of the governor of the respective state. at least 27 states have state defense forces intact that are in their original formation. If the National Guard were actually mobilized to leave the state, state defense forces have a very, and have always had a very specific mission of protecting the state respectively. Now beyond that is what we call the militia at large, which is all of us. As long as rigamortis hasn't set in, and up until about the age of 43 to 45, Militia service was pretty much mandatory after 43 to 45 depending on the state some lower dates some some later It was optional most men did not opt out to participate in the what is called the militia at large or the unorganized militia The militia formations that have come about in the 90s actually go back before that and I can attest this because I helped build them I may I we created them. Okay, very quietly and very systematically to the point where we were able to counter what you saw in the 90s and The militias that you see now are formed exactly after word for word, structure for structure, troop for troop, after the formations created in the 1765 through 1775 era. We have full, just as, we're just as legitimate as any other military force on the planet. And we have, we are steeped in the history of the United States, whereby the American people themselves are their first and best line of defense. Okay, now the governor would like to usurp that power, and to a degree the governor could call upon everybody if need be, provided it was a legitimate action, but one of the mistakes made is that if the governor is involved in, for instance, a cooperating with an invading force, let's give a classic example. Canada is used as an occupation force, Canadian forces are brought in in conjunction with NorthCom after a Supreme Court ruling that the right to keep and bear arms is not an individual right. The interpretation of the CFR members combined with, that are in government, is that now this gives them the excuse to go after weapons. They have already authorized, as of three weeks ago, the use of Canadian military force, a United Nations force, to go against the American people in conjunction with other foreign national forces, Mexican Marines, Dutch Marines, other United Nations assets that are already in country include about 47,000 plus German troops, 27,000 were acknowledged when 9-11 took place that were guarding American bases and facilities. Well guess what? The governor decides, well, I'm going to cooperate and call the state defense forces and I'm going to tell all the people that they need to, that we're going to form state militia thugs, okay, to go confiscate everything and go door to door to help out. Or we're going to call on the National Guard, we're going to call on the state defense forces to participate with the Canadian military that will work as a coordinating force for confiscation of arms in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana, and other states. Well, that is an illegitimate order and one of the most important things to understand that they've tried to drill out everybody I've noticed again is that it is the obligation both of the private, the sergeant, the lieutenant, the captain, the major, the colonel to contravene and to intercede in the event an illegitimate and unauthorized order. In other words, something that is contrary to the body of the law of this nation is given as an order. Now, I was taught this as a soldier. In fact, they made great pains to try and explain to us the whole concept of orders and how they're given. And this goes all the way back. I'm going to jog the memories of some of these young men out there that are now in their 50s and 60s. This goes back to the whole MELI massacre incident. I know it rubs a sore spot. But one of the reasons is that what happened is, supposedly there was a miscommunication in the chain of command. And because somebody said, well, go take care of this, go take care of them. That's how they basically said it. That somebody said, well, that means go execute everybody. Well, we know how that worked and the rest is history. So from that point forward, illegitimate orders will not be followed. In fact, before that it was the case. They just wanted to try and press the limit on it. Get my drift there, guys?
