See, my problem is that there is this war, this wage war American mentality with these sheisters. And the problem is it's the P-Brains that are policy enforcement fools, I mean the rigid fools that do not understand how they're being used. That's just why this agitates me to go in. all of the lines that he used, oh you're planning on getting to an airport, you know, go kiss my hind end. Now the best thing you can do when you're looking at these characters, just stare at them and just don't say a word. I will say that, and that's exactly the policy you have to have. Don't say anything to them at all. Don't try to apologize, don't try to explain, don't try to discuss. Well do you? No? Good. And everything that you say, the prosecutor, everything, hold on, everything that you say, the prosecutor will try to twist. period. No matter how you try to answer it because here's what the cops gonna do. Well to the best of my recollection he said, well what do you think I wouldn't try an airport? Like implying that you were trying to try and do something else or he'll try to imply or twist it that you were inferring in some way some other for wickedness or evilness or whatever. Take your pick. First of all you're dealing with a line second. You know what, you know there's a term I've used a couple times and forgive me but this hits a nerve with me because The Shaster is no better. You're in the old vehicle, it's your vehicle. First of all, let me put it this way. You know that up until the statute law nonsense that got plugged in is so far into the Babylonian law now. In the past, your car was considered a direct extension of your home. and your home of course is in violet as your castle and your car was considered the same way that it's only since the shicers of plugged all of this bs in the last ten to twenty years as police state now nonsense that they've started what you're seeing now where it will we can get past that now of course Let's go to the cops how many times if you watch which is why I don't watch it at all because it's disgusting I think that they're that the worst film I've ever seen people should be kicked off of any speed of all the people I see you see you see they should be kicked off of these these enforcement agencies of the shysters you see on cops how many times you just seen where they do the warm fuzzy thing and oh I'm your friend I'm good and then they're driving down the road later yuck yuck yuck and how they lied about what they were saying Think about it Okay, there when you are being pulled over automatically they're looking you as a revenue opportunity I don't know this is after the fact now as far as dealing with this right now You're gonna have to get a lawyer Roger. He's got some ideas There's other people we can work with on this too, but the problem I see is this number one You never let you never give authorization for anybody to come into your vehicle period They want to go get a warrant, but I'm gonna get a warrant make them work for a living But rather than going and sucking on donuts and coffee, they're going to have to actually go out and do something, okay? If they want to waste the time to go farther with that, go right ahead. You'd have the time to sit because you know what? You sit in jail for 24 hours, didn't you? Okay, well, let them sit along the road. Take more of their time up. They want to take more of yours. Nope, you're not getting the vehicle, sorry. What's that right there? Property, private. Vehicle's private too, by the way. What do you want? What's going on? Now you want to write you up a ticket for violating whatever it is on the road, especially if it's raining or whatever, you're going to deal with that later when you get into court. Now in this case, they'd write you up for a trifecta or anything? No. So they thought this was Bigger Brownie points. They just cuffed me and said that, I think he said that the gloves, and I don't even know what gloves, I think they were my Leatherman gloves. It's a two is this vehicle to work van? Yes You know what? It's time like I said anyway, you're gonna be able to beat this. Okay, you're gonna have to you're gonna have to fight a tooth and nail But once you're done you pick that sucker out and you sue him to the wall Please if I don't hear about that then shame on you, you know, this shyster knows better. They're trying to, because again, what they're going to do, they're not recording anything, they're going to say to the best of my recollection. That way they can lie. Rule number one, they're trying to figure out how to lie. They're trying to get a response out of you so that they can lie. Because it will always be to the best of my record. They're making up their own laws. That's the whole thing. No, no, no, no. I'm telling you before, he didn't make anything up. He has a list. He's been told. They coach themselves. They co-seat coach each other. They have classes on how what you want to say to a victim that you're attacking. Okay. What, what are you, when they're, when they're going out to revenue, they are given classes on what to say or how to fabricate. How many times have you heard me talk about this on the air? You've seen it yourself. They're beaten on a guy. There's six or seven of them beaten on a guy. And how many different places have you heard them say the same thing? They look around, see a camera, and go, stop resisting, stop resisting, like a robot. It's not because they thought that up themselves. It's because they were coached that this is what you say, because when you ask other witnesses, what did you tell, what did you hear them saying while they were beating on him?
