People, the grand jury has just entered their decision about a half hour ago. He was found not guilty on six felony charges brought against him by the Internal Revenue Service. Well, gee, huh. Three hours. Ain't that sweet? The jury said not guilty. However. Good. The U.S. Attorney has turned around and three other felony charges that were penning against them. They got the jury to switch them from being felony to misdemeanor charges and he's been found guilty on three misdemeanor counts of failure to pay. They did to me. And they're trying to get him now for about $11 million in back taxes. But it's not a felony. uh... you can bet westley it probably is going to appeal this issue so at least he's not facing jail now and uh... it makes it a whole lot easier for him to do an appeal and uh... go after these guys like only had a tie at the time they tied for eleven million dollars of his funds they can keep him that way for two three years interest of the money that they want to think we can have each other talking over each other you guys six years they can hold them funds now on him is what they're doing by died by getting these misdemeanor convictions from the jury but crap against the wall some kind of stick and they basically said well you know what we'll let you get away with felon has nothing to do with right and wrong it never has and start to keep your eye out but i don't know what the news is going to do it i know there's some spends already coming uh... one news media was asking the it prosecuting attorney will how can they convert felonies in the mess amina uh... it's like a good time to know that He didn't plead down and they should have just been acquitted on all charges because there was all felony charges against him.
