Summary
Mark Koernke discussed militia training preparations, equipment maintenance protocols, and NBC (nuclear, biological, chemical) protection measures. He emphasized proper magazine inventory management, load-bearing equipment configuration, and the importance of gas masks for family preparedness, addressing misconceptions about surplus masks and advocating for affordable solutions like the M9 mask. The show included caller segments on grand jury procedures and citizen oversight of government corruption, with Koernke stressing jury nullification as a check against prosecutorial abuse.

I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked him through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free. and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame You've taken Satan's number You've traded in your name You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm And keep our country deep in debt put men of God in jail harass your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths. They've sworn and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Both sons of the Republic arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land. Preserve our great Republic in each God-given right. And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom bright. As I awoke, he vanished and missed for once he came. His words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trample each God given right we only watch him tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he thought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Dill the land of the power of the afternoon intelligence report. I'm our country. We're also on libertytreeradio.4mg.com and we're on live 365 then go to Liberty Tree Radio. You will also find us on AM&FM major stations, CB and AM&FM microstations east and west of the Mississippi. UltraNet technologies, that's ultra net technologies. There are systems, so pay attention. You may have friends that are working in certain circles. We know who you are. And you're having a lot of fun with some of the cool stuff that we have available to our disposal and to use at our discretion. So for anybody out there that's listening in those modes, why thank you, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you very much. And it is Friday. Be careful out there. I know, well, 6 o'clock on the East Coast here, Eastern Standard Time, about five minutes after. Pay attention and be careful on the way home. And again, we want to make sure that once you listen to our program or after you're done listening to our program today, maybe it's on the way home driving. little snow out there, a little ice on the road. Take it slow, better to be there a little later than to not get home at all or be in the ditch and take two, three, or four more hours to get there than you expected. So we want to make sure that you get there safe. And so you can listen next week when the time comes. And of course, WTPRN is here 24 hours a day. So you can go to our archives. You think you're going to miss something and pick us up then if need be. We have had a lot of good work going on during the week, especially with communications and also with militia activities. So the different units that are out there, both in Virginia, West, up and coming, a multi-state exercise that will be taking place in February. I know there's a lot of work that goes into this. Most important is to have everybody ensure that they mind their Ps and Qs, especially with medical support. We don't lighten the load up on anything. We make sure that when everybody's going out in the field, you will fight so that you fight as you have trained. It's that simple. If you don't have it, you can't play with it as they say. And you've got to be carrying the combat weight that you're going to be expecting to carry in real life. That way you're used to it. Everything works, that your gear is fitted properly, that something if it needs to be adjusted, adjusted in training is much better than your combat situation. You're the truly as minute men when you grab your gear and you head for the door, your gear is already squared away and ready to go. Also, how tempting it is. This happens constantly, but I'll remind you guys, go check that equipment out every once in a while and make sure everything's working. Let's see, I'm working in the garage and I have a problem with the drop light and I just broke the second light bulb. You know how that happens. Remember that guys? You got the drop light. Okay, well wait a minute, what are you doing? Oh, my web gear is hanging over there on the wall. There's my angle head flashlight. Hey, that's awfully convenient anyway. So you go get the angle head flashlight. You use it to get the job done. Yeah, you're in a hurry. You gotta go pick the wife up. Oh wait a minute, the kid's gotta come from school. Or wait a minute, you guys are gonna go out tonight for a movie or something. So everything gets thrown over on the bench or gets put away in the toolboxes. Up the run's just fine, you back out and you shut the garage door and you don't think about things for a bit. But here you head out for the weekend, you're on a training exercise and you realize you reach for that angle head flashlight and it's not there. Or wait a minute, where could I have... I know where it is. It's in the toolbox with all those really cool tools. Now it's not doing any good out in the middle of BFE right now, is it? So, the two things that are a solution. Number one, if you do borrow something off your gear, make sure you put it back. Here's a better idea. If you really like that angle head flashlight so much, and most of us do, why not go out and buy two or three more and put them in the shop. That way you're not going to be tempted to take the one off the gear. See how that works? Go buy some extras. False fails. Go to the Chinese junk store where the dollar store is. They got piles of throwaway flashlights. Grab a few extras, lay them around everywhere in the shop where you think you need them or whatever, and that way you're not tempted to take that piece of equipment. The same is true with your combat load with magazines. What is Mark's basic rule about magazines? More is better. More is so much better-er, you know, better-er-er, that, well, I'll tell you what, if you've got a combat load of so many magazines on your web gear, Maybe you need to keep buying mags until you have just as many sitting in reserve on the shelf or in an ammo can. Why? Well, there are two advantages to this. Number one, when you go to the range, instead of pulling all your web gear apart, if you're just going to be taking the rifles and you're going to be looking more politically correct, then those magazines that you have in reserve can be cycled in for use with range operations. Okay? Now there's another thing about that since this is training when you're on the range This is where you use those five round mags that you said you really don't think it'd be you know perfect for combat This is where you use up the old tenet and ding mags that you know a little tired Maybe or you've had a problem with and you had to fix them or adjust them a little bit You know to make them work, right? Take your stuff That's you know That's not first line and use that for your training magazines on the range and wear them out On the other hand if you're gonna do this which I would It would be the optimal situation, buy as many mags as you have that are normally in your web gear that would be in all of your mag pouches, and use those that you have off the gear for your training operations at the range. Now, meanwhile, your LBE, your load bearing equipment, is actually set up with all your mags topped off everything ready to go. Every 30 days, now you can do it more often, but every 30 days what you do is you drop every round and all those mags carefully. First of all, let's go through the mark process. We go to the dollar store, we pick up a big box of cheap throwaway nylon or plastic gloves, okay, the surgical gloves, inspection gloves, safety gloves, they could have got a thousand names. If you have latex or nylon, it's up to you. Some people can't handle latex, so they've got nylon ones out there. They're just clear plastic. They're kind of, you know, actually, they're a little thicker, really. But anyway, we want you to put one pair at least on. Two pairs would be best. Now, there's a reason for this. We're going to try and keep all of our ammunition as clean as we possibly can. We want a clean room environment for it, for all of what we're working on when we're working on arms. Why? Well, first of all, your body oils are corrosive. You don't think about it that way. But your body oils have salt in them and other minerals that are not conducive to happy brass. And happy ammunition, or even for that matter, happy weapons parts. So when you're handling ammunition, what we want you to do is double glove. That way you can have a layer that can get dirty. When it gets punky enough that it's causing problems where it's actually getting something else dirty that might be fairly clean, take off that outer layer. We can put a second one on. Or if the task is almost done, we peel off the dirty pair of gloves. We still have the second clean pair on, so it's not slowing us down. OK? Now, we shuck all the ammunition out of each one of those mags. We take the mags that have been on the shelf unloaded, and we load them up. to and I mean years loaded. Just for the fun of it, you know, in other words, the ammunition was to be used anyway. We've dropped them in the weapon. We've taken them pop, pop, pop, ding. And amazingly enough, everything worked just fine. So that kind of is a testimony to the quality of 1911 A1 or 1911 magazines made by the US Department of Defense slash the War Department from World War II. different companies. What I mentioned the last hour about manufacturing. All manufacturing has, you know, fits and peaks, so to speak. There are times where there's a changing in who does a certain process. There's somebody who thinks there's a better idea for making it out of a different material. And so you can see quality variance in what it is that you're using. I don't care if it's the pencil you used to write on your paper today, or the pen that you're using and think about it. Just what you've seen in variations there. Well, with metallurgy, it works the same way. Rather than take a chance, why not come up with a program that's friendly to your equipment, allow you to be better armed in the long run. Because by now having a reason to have that second set of magazines on the shelf doubled up your capacity, it's more likely you'll have what you need in the long run when magazines, more magazines, and wait a minute, oh look, I went to the gun shows, I always got $10 for AR-15 mags or $11 or $6 or $8. Oh, I need more magazines. One of the things that I have said for a long time for a lot of our friends, they know this is every time when you go to the gun show, always have say $20. This is one of the ways to do this because usually you have a budget for your fun, you know, your fun experience of the gun show. Take and set $20 aside specifically to buy magazines for the particular weapon you have. This is your weapon flavor. Okay, whatever it is. If you got a 45. a Browning high power, an M1A, I don't care what it is. That $20 is designated so that every show, no matter which show you go to, gun show, you're going to buy magazines for one of those weapons. Whatever one it is that you have or have of many, you have to buy magazines for one of them. This will allow you to continue to build up your magazine inventory, but it budgets you so that you're spending your money in many different areas because you have to build up progressively. In other words, you, oh, of course you have to make a choice. You walk in and somebody has a buy where they're, my wife said I got a zone, Hillary Clinton doesn't like weapons, I want to just suck up and be politically correct. Now you don't argue with that man for two hours at the gun show. You go ahead and pick those weapons up from him, because if he's verbalizing that right now, he's going to wet his pants and he's probably going to hand his weapons over when, you know, they get the chance to try and take them. Instead, you take everything you can with whatever resource you have and if you've got a friend you can call right away, you make sure they show up there too, buy their weapons, get their ammunition, pick up their mags and ask them if they have more that they still have out in the trunk. Okay? Seriously guys, don't argue with them, don't debate with them. It's better that that person be disarmed. Okay? It's that simple. In fact, look at it this way, chances are you'd be a resource for the others. Those things coming to the gun show, Like an SKS walking in over a guy's shoulder. No, he might not be just wanting to get rid of because they told me Hillary doesn't like guns and I need to be politically correct. You know kissing between the cheeks and I ain't talking to the ones up front. The guy might actually just reverse. He might just have a few extra rifles and his logic was, hey, I bought this one. It was $56. I'm gonna bring one of them in and pay a higher price. That's the nature of good sound investments and the investment in economics. Now he may offer it to you for a very nice price. go ahead and pick it up. Now there's another rifle to go in your inventory. He's still happy with what he's doing. He's probably got other lots of other nice things there. But you get a good weapon out of the deal. It's not in the administrative world. So it's a person to person sale. This is a positive thing. It's a Liberty rifle. And everybody is happier. He's got resources to buy more mags. You have now a rifle that you can use. Now you have to stock up with all the other goodies to make it complete. Both parties came out on top. Well anyway, we're going to our first break. This is the intel report. We are alive. Friday, we'll be back in about three minutes and we the people radio network. And it took us eight years, we got rid of the problem, we scraped the table clean, and even as we did, it was already another war going on, another competition, another way to get the, to try and get the ring knocker buddies in here with their banking system and all their other scurrilous trite that's used to enslave or to ensnare or indenture the people. This was a seesaw battle back and forth, it always has been, always will be, that's the nature of your liberty and how valuable it is. and how greedy the buggers are on the other side. Okay? We are going to let that happen. Draw on the line. There ain't no second chance on this one. An all or nothing game. Everything you're doing now. Every aspect of what you're doing for nothing competition. They're competing to see if they can like the devil, you know, make them a deal with the devil. Remember, the sly one is always trying to twist things. The promise is a promise, but there's always a catch, and the catch always stumbles the whole trade up. and puts it in the favor of the devil. It's for the children. After all, you'll profit. After all, you'll get somebody else's stuff and it won't cost you a thing. After all, if you just help us kill the Iraqis, you'll get oil cheaper. You see? Little deals with the devil that accumulate and add up and cause greater cost and greater misery. At the behest of the ring knockers and the devil worshippers, people. Well, in general, we've got to stop that. We're going to put it... We're going to stop at deadness tracks. It's going to happen. It's not an if. They're going to try. At some point, they're going to get stupid. You just know they are. Any of you soldiers out there, you can feel it, you can touch it, you can taste it, you can smell it. I can too. You know what's in the wind. Now, when they decide to go stupid, that's when we are not going to react. We are going to respond. So let them try that. Let's just see what happens here. The whole point is that with all of the situations developing the way that they are, We have a unique opportunity here to share before that happens. And that's one of the things that we are doing right now. We're sharing technical information where we can so that you don't make the same mistakes twice. Actually, you don't make them before it happens because we're going to show you through experience what it is that develops, you know, how things develop here at this end, how we can make it, we can perfect things to the point where you don't stumble up, you don't make any mistakes, or you don't make as many mistakes. It works out for you, trust me. The axiom that I've used for years is learn from the mistakes of others. You won't live long enough to make them all yourself. And we see this many, many times with just things from reloading to how to set up your web gear, how it is to organize the formations, rules of the road with regard to passing on orders or instruction. There's a number of different steps, a number of different areas where We can tweak the individual, we can tweak the team and in the process everything runs more smoothly or everything we succeed at the task. I think that's the most important way to describe it. What I've said many times in Holly closed letters, victory, our goal is to win. Well, and with that being the goal, we're going to again continue to instruct you to the best of our ability and to provide the information that's necessary to get the job done. Now. Where you can go for that? Well, if you get a chance, as I've said several times here, and I'm repeating again today for a reason, I'm looking at militia live fire training, January 12th, 2008. Just letting it run here on the screen in front of me for a reason, because I said, you know, it's found in CD, we have it here on CD hard copy. But if you get a chance, go to our site and take a look at the videos that are offered there. You're going to see that a wide range of people are actually training. You're also going to get a chance to be given some instruction because there are different things that are being done there. to again create a bridge or a method of filling in the blanks before we get to the next, say, major instruction course. And I think that's what's going to happen with equipping part three. You're going to see a major step up in it taking advantage of new technologies with regard to what we've been able to find for editing and for enhancing so much dry is the idea of state and state very narrow. And for a reason, as you've seen, if you look at equipping one and equipping two, you'll notice that I will try to stick with the basics. A lot of people say, well, why didn't you put this, or why didn't you make it more elaborate here? There's a reason, because again, this is very straightforward, very simple material. It needs to be maintained at that level. It needs to be very simple so that you, here's your choice. This is how you do it. This is what you do. Stick with this program, and everything will work just fine. Now. We have a lot of other tweaking that we are doing with advanced technologies that we can access. This includes, and what I'm talking about is say for load-bearing equipment, look at some of the changes there. Now, I don't see that they're essential. My personal choice is not to use a vest, but it may work for you. For me, with my experience and also with the idea that I might have to change the geometry, change the configuration of my equipment, For me, the Type 56 Webgear with other combinations of equipment on it actually work quite well. In equipping 1 and 2, the basic gear that you see is my equipment. The stuff that I have used or that I'm using at this time, I've added or I've changed if there's something that I like that works a little better for because of the changes in weapon systems or changes in technology with regard to radios. Well, even the lighting, but also because I might find a better personal arm or if you want to add to my gear. you're able to do that with the basic web gear whereas the vests are a little more particular they're very narrow in some ways now that's not a bad thing because you've been tailored equipment for certain weapon system so let's say for instance i'm putting a five ten program together i'm gonna put five weapons on the shelf or ten weapons on the shelf and i need to um... i need to set it up so that you know that that vests or that piece of equipment supports that weapon well there's some inexpensive vests that are very well constructed right now that serve that purpose When I pick them up and I load them up, I know that they're going to, you know, I give you the vest, you've got the gear, you've got the mags and the pouches, here's the rifle, here's the chest pouch, or here's that assault vest. Everything's ready to go. All you do is put it on the person, adjust their girth, down the road they go. Congratulations. Now, another cool thing about the vest is that obviously they can quickly adjust to go over body armor, which is going to have to do the ratio with you troops who are better equipped. Also, as you collect equipment, one of the cool things about the vest, which is a plus over the adjustment time it takes for the older style web gear, is that you all loosen up a few things. You open up the blouse, you slip everything over top of the armor that you just captured off that bad guy who's laying on the ground bleeding now, and guess what? Cinch everything up and head on down the road. So there are different solutions for different parts of the country, different programs. We're trying to offer all of them. But go to our YouTube site and check out the videos that are there. It'll give you some ideas. And hopefully you'll answer some questions you've had about how things work. Because we're going to be expanding on that more dramatically as we go. I'll tell you what, I hear the music. We're at the bottom of the hour break. Wasn't that Bill Clinton's policy? Flip-flopping on the issues? What's Republican about any of that? The real Republican is Ron Paul. The Republicans are losing because they did not keep their promise to end big government at home and nation building overseas. My record is different. Yes, Ron Paul's record is different. News, politics, coverups, government corrupts. You're listening to We The People Radio Network. WTPRA. This is the Intel report, and we're back live. It has been a long week. A lot of good things happening out there. Thank you to... The kids again down there in South Carolina, they're from the fan handle, they're doing some great work, little more than expected because they're expanding the system even more to help all of you out. So there are people who are sacrificing their personal time. They could be doing a lot of other things, they could be ignoring the problem altogether and just going on doing frivolous things, but instead helping to build up and strengthen the Patriot effort. There are many ideas, there are many concepts out there. Pick a direction, more than anything else, I should ask this. Just pick a direction. You'll apply yourself to a particular solution. Be it the web gear, be it your weapon systems or whatever, and people are going, do you think this is right? Yes. If it works for you, it's right. Okay, it may... Here's a rule in basic special forces operations. If it's stupid and it works, then it's not stupid. Each of us are going to have to find different solutions based upon the resources that we have combined with the formula of what's available, which is the biggest problem. And I know that many people are coming late into the game right now. This is not a surprise for those of us who are experienced in what I warned about for many, many years. They're coming in later in the game. They don't have everything they need. They're going to have to make do with what they've got. And they're going to have to make sure that they've got enough for the family to take care of, you know, whoever else might be in their team. Everybody's going to have to work together on that within your specific organized formation, be it a family unit, be it a group of friends that got together, be it a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a, a Just be patient, sit down, come up with a plan. This is the hardest thing. Sit down at the kitchen table. Don't have to do much. Doesn't have to be a massive briefing room or anything like that. Just sit down at the kitchen table with everybody and map out an agenda. Where it is you want to go, what it is that you need, what can each one of you bring to the table. In other words, each one of you that usually is with a group has a special skill. Guys, each one of you in your areas might have something from your industry that can help to deal with your overall problems that you might be able to access for little or nothing or free. So go down through what it is that each person can access and has available through their job and through all of the other connections. And you might be surprised at what, through a little brainstorming, you come up with. And again, this is, you know, a kiss, keep it simple, stupid. You don't have to be super intricate on this. Now there's one area where I keep hearing nonsense I want to address right now. I have heard for years, we've got burgundy adhesion, this was years ago, there were all kinds of different names for technologies that are supposed to just go right through the gas mask filters and destroy the filter. There's been different names and there's been different comments made. Now, for those of you who don't understand the value of a gas mask, or the fact that even if it doesn't work for hours on end, you're not supposed to be standing there staring at the enemy in the environment. You should be, if you're stuck in a situation where they start to apply chemical or biological ordinance, the idea is to make contact, engage and overrun the enemy or again, break contact accordingly at your discretion, at the choice of whoever it is that's making your decisions. And to get you out of the situation, one way or the other, either to overrun the enemy, neutralize the threat, and then move on to the next target through the danger area, or to break contact accordingly and outmaneuver the enemy and then move on. In either case, a gas mask of any kind is better than you trying to come up with any other solution. Even if that gas mask only worked for 15 minutes or half an hour before it was compromised, That's a hell of a lot better than you doing this. While you're listening to the program and telling me all about how you don't need a gas mask, I want you to take two good deep breaths. I want you to let that third one, bring that third one in and let a third one out. And I want you to look at the clock and I want you to take that last third breath now that you've oxygenated your system. And I want you to hold it and watch that clock while you're listening to me talk about gas masks. Now while you're holding your breath, you're starting to feel comfortable initially, but you know there's a little tension in the chest there. Yeah, you're thinking maybe, well I could just hold out a little bit longer, it's not that bad, it's not that bad. Wait a minute, wait a minute, I want to let that air out. No, I want to take another breath in. You're getting a little uncomfortable, I'm feeling a little irritation in the throat there, my eyes are getting a little fuzzy. Oh, well, wait a minute, well I can do it though, this isn't so bad. This isn't so bad. Well, some of you right now in the time it took for me, they didn't take enough of a breath and they're having to let it out. Well, guess what? The agent just got you the rest of the way. Now, for those of you who are still holding your breath and might still be conscious for another minute and a half or so, my point is this. If the gas mask and the filter work longer than the time it took for you to hold your breath, people, it's done its job. Okay, so any of these people giving me BS, about how the gas masks don't work. I hate to tell you, those people don't know what they're talking about. Now, carry the mask, carry it with the filters, carry an extra filter. How hard is that to figure out? The time it took for me to say it, you have to deal with that. Possibility of chemical ordnance? I need only take you back to 1993 and you watch national television on April 19th when you saw the Davidians attacked with a massive chemical ordnance display. Now, they didn't have enough masks for everybody because although they did have some, they didn't expect things to happen the way they did. Well, let's assume the worst and we won't be disappointed. So rule number one, Mark is going to tell you yet again, you need a gas mask for family members. Did I say that slowly enough so that it sinks in? I'll repeat it. You need a gas mask for family members. period and 10% overage. Now there's a number of solutions and now don't listen to this BS about how these other surplus masks are no good. Again, I will remind you, do the Hold Your Breath program. You hold your breath for three minutes, I'll put the gas mask on, let's see which one lasts longer. Okay, now there are different grades of filters. You need to do some research if you don't understand that. Mark can't... I did... We do cover this in a series of tapes. There's a two-tape series that we have right now that's available, working on re-editing it actually, that covers every conceivable system that's out there. But in the meantime, there's plenty of information and plenty of resources to go to. Ignore the profiteers who are trying to tell you, oh, the only thing you need is a $300 or $500 gas mask. Brand new. Yes, that's true. I'd love to have a brand new mask right out of the box. Unfortunately, that's the whole problem, was that dollar amount mentioned. $300 per mask. Okay, let's turn around and look at the kitchen table here. There's three, I got three children ages 9, 12, and 14. Mom's sitting there and I might even have my mother-in-law or you might have your own mother and dad sitting there and you got to outfit them. Now, if we do the math there, do you think you're going to be able to afford that? Probably not. So instead we're gonna have to come up with a compromise solution so that we can outfit everyone. One person with a really good gas mask and then we have to wait a month before we can afford another one isn't exactly a good option. See what I mean? So there are many battle-worthy masks out there. Now the thing about gas masks is think about this. In fact, I'll tell you what, go to James military. James has got all kinds of technical information provided all over the planet. They're Intel collectors now they cover every subject they cover radio equipment. They cover chemical protection They cover food you name it. It's there I want you to do a quick survey of what gas masks are in service with these militaries that are all over the world and there's there's a hundred plus militaries on the planet people Okay, do you think they all have brand new equipment? As a matter of fact, only the primary producers like France, England, Germany, and of course Russia and the United States, Chinese are kind of behind us. Behind us only in market. They sell just as much, but they only sell within limited markets, say in Asia, and of course they sell themselves. The point is, most countries count on the great powers to produce their NBC protection, nuclear, biological, and chemical protection. When the US gets rid of something, everybody else can get hold of it, we'll buy it. Now here's what's comical. Foreign countries can buy our gas masks, but the American people can't buy surplus gas masks because they buy regulation, they have to be destroyed. Ain't that special? Foreigners can buy our gas masks. The American people can't get them from the government who, by the way, your tax dollars paid for them, remember that? That's how special they are when it comes to thinking about the American people as a perceived threat. That's how it works. Now, for that reason, you might find some American surplus laying around out there. You know how it gets here? It comes from another part of the planet. No way! Yeah, what they do is they sell it to surplus companies outside the United States from other countries that have received our goods for free, and they bring the stuff back in. and they sell it to you over the counter. Your tax dollars at work. Ain't that cool? Well anyway, we're going to give you some solutions to NBC and also where to go. We'll be back in about three minutes here at We the People Radio Network. The average person can't do that. There are a lot of inexpensive solutions. Centrifier Systems has got the finished copy of the M9 gas mask. I know where they get it from. I have seen all of that inventory. There are hundreds of thousands of them on the shelf right now, okay? They are a good mask, they work just fine. They are sized, they are metric sized. Take a look at the number, you'll find a 1, 2, or 3, or 4 on the mask itself. They use a standard 60mm NATO filter to mainsupply.com. The adapters to go from, that's mainsupply.com to go from the 60mm down to the 40, so you can use the new NATO filters or you can use the old NATO filters, one or the other. The advantage there is that you have an option for both, but it is an inexpensive solution. It gives you a decent mask. It comes with a carrying bag, the whole nine yards. Use it as is intended. And for those of you who are military, you know you can't share a gas mask. Okay, it's just like sharing a rifle. If you have to, you can do that. But even there, guys, the other side might figure out after a while you're a few weapons shy. So Let's make sure we carry extra arms, but let's especially make sure each person has a gas mask and at least one spare filter. You get more sophisticated than that. That's great. Do the research. You figured out we have a series of tapes you've done in the past that are out there amongst you. Share them. Make copy have generated that we have sent out to anyone that anybody has picked up to help the programming. Make copies and share it. We didn't make it so it could sit on the shelf on the shelf. but we don't want you to lose your master so make make copies on DVD whatever you're going to do or VHS and get them out to your allies get them out to your friends help them to teach they were designed to be a training aid okay uh... the thing about gas masks is whatever source is really master find remember the israeli master made in germany the german masks are fine there's belgian surplus out there there's check-in east german surplus out there it all works The Chex were the cutting edge NBC people, troops from the Warsaw Pact, so much so that when Hwerge Bush wanted to invade this second time around, remember who he drew on? He had Chex chemical ordnance units out there, okay, for a reason. They were bought as mercenaries. I mean, they were cheap dollar specialists, so to speak. But the Chex were out there, and if you look, you will notice the very gas masks like the M10M, which is available in surplus. The very masks that they're being sold in surplus are the masks that the checks use. Right now, there is no difference. And even if they had their, if they aren't used by the checks, they sell them in the rent revolution market to other countries who need more gas masks that have a military that need masks to help complete and round out their troops, supply and support. We get a bleed off from that, which is what happens to the market here in the United States. We just got to understand limitations or again, the specific things that can be done to upgrade the masks for, you know, to deal with specific threats. The average of what you're going to run into initially, because the other side knows when you pee in the pool, both sides get hit. There is no such thing as a user-friendly chemical ordinance or a user-friendly grenade. It knows no ally. When a grenade goes off, if a bad guy is right in there amongst the good guys, they all get it, people. When you use chemical ordinance, it's the same way. It gets everybody. So the problem with it is, everybody has to be outfitted properly or it defeats the purpose behind using the chemical agent. Well, CSCN is very common. Light mustard is going to be expected. And that's not a good thing, but obviously, I think it's one of the more aggressive agents. And it's modern form, by the way. It's in the latest form. But also, just capsium oil. OK, how many of you have seen pepper gas, pepper spray in a number of different forms? It can be used in, the capsimol can be used in a larger dispersing agent and for that reason it would kind of behoove you to have the mask ready to go. It alleviates all of that problem. Remember, you're bad guys if you pay attention on the battlefield, they're going to mask up before an attack. Oh, that's right, because they're going to be given a warning order to know that when they're going to use the ordinance they want to be prepared so that that ordinance doesn't affect them. Now, here's another thing. as you overrun the enemy, and, uh, guess what? He's carrying his gas mask. Now at the very least, if you're all worried about whatever the threat is, try not to shoot him in the gas mask bag. Okay? Why? Because now that gas mask is yours. Now you have all the goodies that go along with it. You have his decon kit. You have all of his antidote technology. And now it goes on your side so that you carry it with you. Now that doesn't mean you throw out the mask that you're carrying. You take that and very carefully you unsrap it, roll it up, and you give that to another man who doesn't have anything. See how that works? We don't waste anything, but especially when we overrun the enemy. As I said before, I'll take the food out of his mouth if I thought the food was a problem, because I know if he's eating it, the chances are it'd be safe. And it's the same with any of the equipment he's carrying. If he's carrying it, it's designed to protect if it's defensive. a very threat technology that our enemy plans on deploying. This is a trick that was taught to me years ago with regard to understanding chemical deployment and how we did it in intelligence. We watched the Russians to see how their new decon kits are set up to pay attention to what their new antidotes are that are in their basic kits and what their filters do. Hey, that's right. Just take it off them. If they're going to get hit with it, their equipment's designed to protect against it because they want to go through that environment and come through to the other side of the battlefield and kill you. Okay, it's that simple. Got two callers. We got George and we got Will. George, jump in there, please. That's okay, go ahead. We got Will too. Yes, I'm sitting there trying to rack my brain because I call my state senators, try to look up the statues on grand juries. And I'm trying to figure out how we can get access to the grand jury. My friend Greg. Well, a grand jury can be called by, actually the citizens can call for a grand jury, and it's to petition forward to the judge, but the problem is that the prosecutors have been made the gatekeeper, and they shouldn't be. In fact, the prosecutors are specifically bent in a particular direction. Most court systems, the prosecutors have become the parasites that are actually usurping the grand juries, manipulating them. However, it is something you could still petition and demand that a grand jury present be brought forward and demand that the grand jury review an action. That's one of the options. I'll bring Dave up. Let me see if I can bring him up Monday and we'll address that issue. He's more familiar with Florida than anybody you're going to talk to because he has operated in Florida from the legal end quite extensively. Yeah, because some people say because we got a grand jury that serves for a year and it's like somebody, people say you can go prevent evidence to the uh... form of the grand jury exactly what you do the jury is supposed to be free-standing grand jury is is a free and separate entity they are supposed to ask their own questions they cannot be directed by the prostitute or that or isn't supposed to be involved in any of that but what happens typically if you'll try to come in and influence and manipulate the grand jury to include even the members themselves trying to extract them if they start to look like they're intelligent So that is something that can be done, but we'll do. We'll address that. It all remind me. In fact, I'll make sure it's done and I'll be talking to Dave tonight. Yeah, but is a grand jury supposed to be served as a purpose as a citizen being out government corruption and the right exactly designed as a gatekeeper. It's a, they're supposed to be the gatekeeper of the court to make sure that the court, nothing goes before the court that truly isn't a crime. The problem is that the people who have been conditioned through the ball warship type of, you know, bar, you know, process that we have now as opposed to the traditional process of gatekeeping by the grand jury to ensure that these illegitimate, frivolous, or non-binding unconstitutional actions that they're not brought forward. That's really the purpose behind it. They're supposed to be intelligent, unknowledgeable, the Constitution of both the state of Florida and of the United States, and that's the litmus paper for everything that's done. And they can also judge the law, contrary to what they try to tell everybody. If they look at the law, that was supposed to be our last check and balance against bad government. And it's the same thing with the regular jury box. Is somebody... The same thing, but... Yeah, but with the jury box too, you don't tell anybody anymore. You just go in there and put a monkey wrench in the machine. Otherwise, they'll try to get you off. That's the best way to do it. It's just you be the dissenting vote. When you see that something's wrong, you be the dissenting vote and force that verdict out. That's the only way you can do it. You don't try and tell anybody, because you've got too many rodents and rats, snitches and spies nowadays who are going to try and make brownie points and suck up. Yeah. To the bad guys, of course. That guy was fake dumb. Right. I'll do it, George. Let me let you go. I'm going to bring Will up here real quick. Alright, thank you Mark. Thank you George. And we got Will from Arkansas. Will, jump in there please. We have Will there somewhere. Might have lost Will. That's possible. Oh, I'm sorry about that George. Anyway, Will, if you can, call him again Monday. I promise we'll bring you up right away. I know how that is. Can I get on the subject and I start talking? Well, we are at the top of the hour just about. And again, on the grand jury, quick point. When you get on a jury or you get on the grand jury, don't talk to anybody. Don't show them your citizen's rule book. Read your citizen's rule book very carefully. You look at the case. You make the judgment. If it looks like they're trying to railroad somebody or ramrod somebody through and you know it's wrong, it's your job. Just tell them no. When they ask you why, because you know he's not guilty, it's your opinion. Kiss my hind end and stick it. That's the best you can do nowadays. You got too many other shysters, especially with the Prostitutors Office, who are going to try everything they can to make their kill because they're making brownie points because they're profiteers. Has nothing to do with justice and everything to do with them profiting and making money. Anyway, ladies and gentlemen, as always, God bless the Republic. Deaths of the New World Order, we shall prevail. The Empire is on the run. We are on the march. We'll be back Monday. First thing, so stay tuned here though in the meantime to We the People Radio Network. Five for now. On September 1st, Vote Rescue and our coalition, Texans for Real Elections, conducted an exit poll at the Texas straw poll in Fort Worth. With almost a 25% respondent rate, we found a discrepancy in one candidate's results, Ron Pauls. We are planning exit polls for the primary and presidential elections in 2008. This is a fun and exciting process in exercising our rights as citizens. Join us as a volunteer with Vote Rescue to monitor those elections and remind the government that elections belong to the people. Become a part of the growing movement to restore elections to the citizens with hand-counted paper ballots. We are winning exciting progresses being made, but we need your help.
