Summary
Mark Koernke discussed the Ron Paul 2008 presidential campaign, focusing on the New Hampshire primary recount effort funded by patriot supporters and criticizing mainstream media coverage of election results. He addressed the Veterans Disarmament Bill, condemning all senators who voted for it and urging veterans to support Ron Paul. The show included extensive caller segments on ammunition storage, preservation techniques using dry-canning methods and formaldehyde, and discussions of older military ammunition quality versus modern imports. Koernke also promoted militia training exercises scheduled for the weekend and encouraged listeners to rate and comment on Liberty Tree Radio's YouTube videos.

I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and, speaking low to me, he said, we fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free. in home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free, in home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? O sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the midst of whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God-given right we only watch in tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep What would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Dill the land of the dream the other night that well I didn't understand a Figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. And good afternoon ladies and gentlemen this is the first hour of the Afternoon Intel Report. A little bit of time we needed there, things been going on. This is the Intel Report, one day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories, south, southwest, east and north. when you're listening to us on We the People Radio Network at wtprn.com. That's we the people radio network, wtprn.com. And you also find us on Liberty Tree radio.4mg.com. We have an FM major stations, FM micro stations, CV base stations and alternate technologies east and west of the Mississippi. We're also doing all we can to provide secondary systems. A lot of new research being done I've got a couple other projects there. Yet another sphere of technical interest. We're going to be surprising you maybe next Monday. We'll see what happens there. But I want to say thank you again to the girls down in the Carolinas and to the Panhandle for it because they've got some work they're doing right now that's quite unique with the alternate. But we're working in another venue. So other satellite systems are available and some stuff that's just sitting around. And it's going to be part of our quirkopia, our quiver. all the many arrows of radio that we have available. Other things that we're doing out there. Well, it is Friday. We've been pretty busy setting up training exercises for the weekend of here. Plus Michigan, wanna remind all of the militia units that are training and in other parts of the country. We're out in the field, we have an excellent safety record. Let's maintain it, make sure that you pay attention to what you're doing. Remember, you're gonna be live firing this weekend again. Field exercises involving specific technical training, so instructors, hopefully everything will go well. I'm reporting on Monday. So if you get a chance, go to Liberty Tree Radio's YouTube page, Liberty Tree Radio. LTR's site first. Go to LibertyTreeRadio.4mg.com. That's LibertyTreeRadio.4mg.com. Thumbs up right there. There's a little bar in the middle with a number of listings. Well, go to our video. So YouTube that way, and you can check out our whole page. Got our new video from last weekend's training, Militia Live Fire. If you get a chance, check if you want to, make it your favorite, and to really help us out, go to the site, bring up our videos, look at them one at a time, and then rate them, and also comment. We appreciate both. But again, rate them and comment. You'll notice if you go to certain subject matter, for instance, the listing that flags these videos, right now, most of our combat tactical militia videos that have been done for YouTube are in the top 20. In fact, we're number one by rating. And I think number seven and number nine and jumping back and forth, 13 and 15 and whatever. So check them out, find out that we're, you know, because of your help, which is why we asked you to rate the videos, because of your help, we're moving ahead. And that way when somebody's looking for information on work people, not the enemies, not channel 50s, not channel seven, not ABC, NBC or CBS, they're seeing our videos and finding out exactly what the militia is doing and getting a chance to see how they truly perform. So a lot of good work. Now it's Friday, it is the end of the week. We also ask again if you're on your way home since this is the new programming that we do. Well pay attention beyond the hood because as we know other people out there aren't and they're thinking about other things. Think about going to a movie, maybe they're just thinking about getting home. But they're not thinking about the process in between. And unfortunately, two physical objects cannot safely occupy the same space on the planet. So if two vehicles try to occupy the same space, the situation is uncomfortable for the occupants. So be careful, pay attention. When you do get home, then you can rely. Until then, drive defensively. What's happening out there on the planet that is good? Well, I'll tell you what. I don't know now. I've heard, I've been receiving a number of emails, of course, the good news with new hampshire first of all it was there wasn't going to be a recount and in reality up until uh... yesterday they look like there was a little bit recount new hampshire however though the effort was made uh... working with the attorney general's office and uh... gentleman came forward with the money walked in and laid it down on the counter within the deadline i think the reason that uh... they actually the uh... Attorney General probably said go ahead or you know like well yeah you can come in and do this as long as you get in here by fifteen hundred hours slash three o'clock is because I believe that he thought it wasn't going to happen. In other words the money just wasn't there. Remember that there's the money amount is put there as much as anything just to be an obstacle so people wouldn't ask for a recount and logic is that in the past for the most part people won't do it. I mean simply because they didn't have the money. Now of course he probably also thought Especially in this day and age with the economy the way it is people gonna do ha ha ha I think you kind of underestimated the potential for the people who are out there all you guys did a great job Congratulations, the money was already there But somebody did walk in bring the money forward to get it in before the deadline whatever the arrangement is so that that's taken care of all we can say is Thank you. I'm gonna do something else. This is one thing that Has to be pointed out a lot of our people out there grossly underestimate their own potential and the success and the resource of the Patriot effort. It is a combination of a large number of people from our country that got together that accomplished this. Every one of you did a little bit. We spread the word, let people know that it was available in different ways. I faxed everybody that I could. I mean, that's one of the many ways that I could help out. And rather agitated when we found out that the PayPal people had flummoxed the account the way that they did. I still have a problem with that because of the way that their bookkeeping is set up. Because again, if you have an account and you have material coming in from outside that account and one transaction is a problem, well, I hate to say it, but that transaction would be normally isolated and the rest of the transactions continue with the account. Otherwise, your bookkeeping, your administrative problems would be just phenomenal, which of course would create the kind of problem we just had with trying to pay a certain entity to, you know, do in a timely fashion. If they hold up the account and there's a deadline, which of course was the case with the initial attempt to the Ron Paul recount in New Hampshire, then they couldn't have done worse. They couldn't have done more to damage the process. Now the good thing is, obviously in the attempt to get things worked out, it was done. They got around that obstacle that tells us that we need to plan, you know, again, accordingly for the future. Because it was a very convenient system. It would have been desirable for PayPal I would think to stay with the process because We might have to do this in more than one state so they'd be handling a whole bunch of cash So because of what they did a lot of people are deciding to vote with their wallet and that in mind and with that there on the board I know that people are talking about actually Adding PayPal now then I guess we'll have to look at the overall story after go back through and see what all happened But that is a solution because remind them that maybe they need tighten their ship up genuine accident or ejecting genuine oopsie because of the contract arrangements or whatever to fix it but I don't fix it for the customer, especially our people, to get the job done and this put at risk numbers in New Hampshire. Past that point now the deadline was met, there are money where the mouth is and now the other side is going to have to open up the books. An interesting sub point on this, whatever number they came out with, 55,000, 65,000, 27,000, My problem with it is, for the most part, with the exception, I don't know who they're paying here for this, that most of the election process is done with volunteers or with staff and personnel who are already paid for, I mean, most are not. I mean, most of the election process is all volunteer work, people. You don't get paid for the work that you do. It's just, everybody, you know, congratulations, they've had each other in the back. They do their job, they go home. when they're done with the election. When they recount, the same volunteer groups typically take over. So that arbitrary amount that they pulled out of their high end of $55,000 or whatever is just that, purely designed to be an obstacle. And again, it's one of those ways that they're trying to slow down accuracy in the election process as much as anything. The government employees are already paid for it. Your tax dollars pay for them every day. the People who use Cardivite know about the pollutants in our body and want them out. For over five years, Cardivite has proven itself time-tested. Here's Dr. Mattson, a naturopathic doctor's thoughts on Cardivite. In our mind, there isn't such a great big mystery to disease anymore. I'm just a basic tenet of yeast in the gut and metal, and the liver covers at least seven to eight percent of the diseases that we've seen. When we do our program, you know, in herbal formulas like Cardivite, and you see someone who could barely walk up a hill now going for regular jugs. two months later we know we're doing something right. It's a well thought out formula. I mean the idea of it working on yeast and metals both at the same time and liver function is dead on. You'll find I think that it'll work more than just on heart problems and circulation problems. It'll work on other problems as well. Be the resistance. Tell your friends about BraveNewBookstore.com. Well gee, you know, it's vice versa. Well, it's interesting. We had, of course, we've had some interesting developments with what happened with New Hampshire. And again, I'll remind everybody, even as the things are developing and some people are going, oh my goodness, look what happened. It's like, yeah, look what happened. All these young people are learning more about how the system is racketered. That's what we want. That's what we need. Don't be under motivated. Now, just in reverse, we've got a whole bunch of states we've got to work on to get round Paul into office. And we also have to show these students up on the other side. We want everybody to see what they're like, what they're about, how they operate, how they try to intimidate, how they manipulate. That is the whole point. When we try to explain this in the past, feel... ...the conspiracy theory or that's just crazy. Well, I'll tell you what. Watch and see how this works, because there has been a phenomenal response from people all over the country. And what happens is, you know, not just any given state, we're seeing great response with Ron Paul. Even if we believe part of the numbers, let's say that in my attitude is that no, he, you know, in some states like Michigan here, you've got other people that obviously had a foundation. But to say that McCain took some major chunk of Michigan, I'm sorry, just like to say that McCain took New Hampshire, the Hillerite, you know, was doing legitimately. These are examples where you have these political hacks who have, I'm going to, I mean, amongst themselves, they do this because they're trying to be yes men. Okay, so they'll say, oh, I can give you a Michigan or I can give you the other one from New Hampshire goes, well, we can we can make it work in New Hampshire, you know, that kind of thing. Those bit the behind closed doors. We want people to see this. I really think all you young people need to because you see, we are in a head on collision with the UN, the New World Order, the globalist, the Council on Foreign Relations, traders, the whole nine yards. We're in a head on collision. Now, in the meantime, we're in a toe to toe race. Now you've got a lot of work ahead of us. We've got a lot of good states that are highly motivated. They're right there ready to go. Ron Paul is moving ahead. Yeah, you don't know this. Ron's staying focused on the mission. He understands politics. He's been in it for a while. For a fact, you might recall he's got gray hair for a reason. I think part of it was because of the very job that he selected as much as anything else. That can give you some gray hairs real quick. When you start to see from the inside, you think it's bad watching from our direction? Imagine having to go to that cesspool Washington and walk through that stuff every day close up. Now he has to be, you know, again, he's a statesman so he makes the point of not letting them drag him down, okay, instead he's stepped forward and he has been a witness constantly. I mean if anybody has done, you know, a yeoman's, a yeoman's, it's been Ron Paul, he could have just sat on his laurels, done what everybody else has done, you wouldn't have noticed him. I mean, as it is, what makes him stand out to the thinking man, to the thinking woman, is the very fact of his performance in Washington, despite all of the other shysters that are around him. He could have been a Chuck Schumer, of Chucky the possum Schumer. Whoa, look at a sleaze that is. He could have been a sellout like Arlen Spinkter. You know, look how he lied about the Kennedy assassination. He could have been like all these scum sucker senators who just let the veterans disarmament bill pass look at all those little lights oh yeah by the way don some of them are running for president so you know that you don't want any one of you if you're a veteran everyone those senators those characters running that have the word senator next to their name every one of them voted for the veterans disarmament bill to disarm and to to vilify the american uh... veteran in this country to attack disgrace the american better so that means that thompson and Hillary and take go right down the list. They all could have put a book put the brakes on this. You didn't hear them jumping forward. They have a they have a soapbox right now. Here's something. Every one of those pieces of feces have a soapbox that are senators that are running right now. Did you see any of them jump up and go and I need your help right now. I'm running for president. And one of the most disgusting bills that I have seen is a bill that is that is laying waste to the rights of the American veteran. Did you see Mr. Thompson jump up there and do that? No. Did you hear any of them up there do that? Ron Paul talked about these things, but not the rest of those pieces of gutter trite. That's why we call them rubber. That's right. So, you know, again, for anybody who goes, well, yeah, but so-and-so, really? Did you hear Mr. Rumdum do that? I didn't hear him do that. In fact, I think Mr. Plastic himself, well, Mr. the Olympics, I'm... My problem is, you know, he... He just, looking at the eyes and the physical response, plastic. Well here's another example, Mark. You know, a number of things are... There's another one right there. Oh yeah, in particular his... He was at the Hanoi Hilton and unlike most people, for him it truly was like the Hanoi Hilton. He had to do without brunch in the afternoon sometimes. He had his three meals and plus a day and snacks, I'm sure. And other things, other snacks. That's the problem I have with Mr. McCain and all of the, and again, He didn't jump in the way of that bill to slow it down, did he vets? For all you guys out there listening, for every man out there that's a veteran, you need to rally every other man out there that you know who served in uniform. You need to get behind Ron Paul and get every one of them behind Ron Paul. For you men who are in service right now that are listening, you need to do the same thing because at some point you're leaving uniform and all those other shysters just set you up for a fall. I just, you know, I guess my problem is I don't, you know, I'm not, I've got enough of a memory. Did I go back, like say, when my training started in the 70s, and Mr. McCain's name would come up constantly amongst rank and file. uh... you know senior n c o's and we'll you know who would be served in vietnam and with officers would serve in vietnam who were instructors and trainers and most of my my uh... instructors in particular is obviously survival escape innovation were all vietnam veterans who had served time in the hanoi gilbert been been p o w's for a number of years one gentleman you know maybe jock my memory in this could i had forgot about one one of the gentleman had been a p o w don in the korean war And then went to Vietnam and what happens there? Guess what? He got popped a second time towards the middle end of the war and served for a period of time as the POW in Vietnam. Because he was involved in combat, deep combat operations. As a younger man, you know, the Chinese conflict, you know, overrunning the troops left and right, he got snatched up at the later part of Korea and then came back, got out of the state in uniform, stayed in service. and then got hit the second time while he was in Vietnam. He fought, he served three tours in Vietnam that I know of. Of course, served his original enlistment years ago in Korea, complained and said, well, I'm staying out of the military. He's going to take his weapons and I'm sure they're going to try and do it, but it ain't going to happen with him. He already knows what it's like to be behind the Iron Curtain, real Iron Curtain. Well, we're at the bottom of the air at break already and this is the first hour of the intel report. It's Friday, so please be careful on the way home if you're listening on one of our micros or regular stations. Remember, it's a little slick out there, especially in the upper part of the state of Michigan, but all over the north, it's cold. So, be careful. We'll be back in three minutes and we the people radio network. Ron Paul, the Republican candidate for president. Ron Paul served his country as a flight surgeon after the Cuban Missile Crisis. As a young doctor, Ron Paul worked nights in the emergency room of an inner city hospital taking care of everyone, whether they could pay or not. As an OBGYN, Ron Paul delivered over 4,000 babies. Dr. Ron Paul knows our health care system needs real change, where patients and doctors are in charge, not big corporations or government bureaucrats. Lighting the fires of liberty with your host Michael Fadnarik from 7am to 9am central Monday through Friday only on We The People Radio. up there where it needs to be numbers wise and I don't think it's going to be a problem. If you need to find out more about the Veterans Disarmament Bill, go to www.gunowners.org. That's www.gunowners.org. Go away Gun Owners of America website and check out what's really pressed to say. And remember also, I ask if you can take all your friends to We the People Radio Network's site, then go to their zero nine thousand eight a week ago and I want you to do is pull up our 5 p.m. program that was our weapons Wednesday program with Larry Pratt I want you to all take the time to listen to that program again please I want you to listen to what Larry says because Larry has worked in the beltway extensively he's gonna he's got people who are stepping forward just as disgusted as we are with what it is we've seen happen for all of you veterans that are listening, I need to have you listen to what he says because I'm just gonna real quick, quick abbreviation. As he pointed out, it is the agenda of those nutcases that are in Washington, every veteran in the country. Larry deals with the Senate and the House constantly, and this is the air, this is what they're pushing, this is what they, well, after all, ha, ha, ha, what are they gonna do? That's the attitude that some of these fools have. Ha, what are they gonna do? Well, I'll tell you what, you start putting at risk the American veteran, especially and that is what they're doing they're going to create situations and they're hoping to do this so that they can get veterans killed because that's the only possible way they're going to disarm everybody is put a gun to your face now a lot of soldiers have already had that happen so as far as the idea with these penny waste politicians these cowards that oh my goodness that's going to terrify them you know you know what's going to do it's going to teach them exactly who the enemy is and they're not going to react the soldier is going to and soldiers responded in very narrow and specific ways when their life is threatened. It's that simple. Now they may have to thrash and kick a little bit to get to the primary weapons, but what's going to happen is there's going to be a showdown here. All these fools, especially in the Senate, who thought there was only 100 idiots out there, that they're free and clear of what's going on here, just the reverse of the case. One of those characters that has the word senator next to their name that was running, every one of them is directed. responsible for the Veterans Disarmament Bill. They helped to get it passed without a count vote. Therefore, all 100 of them cooperated completely. Any one of them could have stepped forward and stopped that. They could have done it as a group. If supposedly they're for the veterans, they could have stopped at any time. Instead, they thought, what are they going to do? Because I got a real good understanding of what the veterans are going to do. We've got callers. We have JD in Kentucky and then we have Rob. So JD, jump up there if you can, please. Hey, hello. Kudos from Kentucky. I got a question for you and I hope you remember Eleanor's call about 10 years ago up in Taylorville, Kentucky. Post reference to ammunition when it's supposed to be good or bad. As long as it's kept dry, it can be cold. You mean it's getting really cold? After it freezes hard, and it freezes for a time, would it be good? Oh yeah, there shouldn't be any problem with that at all. In fact, I was taking into consideration with the construction during what are called the thermal tests that are done for military ammunition, but specifically for US military ammunition. Unless you've got it really, unless there's a real moisture problem, and there shouldn't be, if you've got any kind of ammo cans or if you've got it stored in any original wraps, even if it were, say, exposed to the air, but still You know, it kept dry and, you know, kept out of a harm's way as far as water goes. It should be fine because it's going to be freezing and thawing progressively with the normal temperature cycle. Now, if it were something where it was in a heated area and then you took it outside and you have moisture buildup, then you're going to have some oxidation. And you've seen how brass breaks down. So unless you have some very obvious telltale signs like bluing or greening, you know, like green, you know, green oxidation, Now I would say the ammunition is going to be okay. Now if you do have, if you ever do have this problem, brass oxidation, unless it's a rupturing or a blossoming from inside the brass, in other words around the lip of the bullet, or if you see blossoming and expansion around the primer where it looks like it's rusting from the, oxidizing from the inside out. If it's outside, it's just blemished. However, that will still cause a problem. You've got to be careful. You could fire it, but you're probably going to lose that piece of brass where the oxidation is, like around the lip of the case. It may weaken it, and what it would do is it'll probably crack. After you fire it, when you extract it, you'll see the crack. But otherwise, the ammunition can be stored at cold temperatures without any... should be able to store indefinitely at cold temperatures. As long as it's an ammo can, that would be your first best choice for any kind of long term, say, cash storage. Another trick here, and let me give you a little hint, you can buy dry canning systems. Buy a one gallon, in fact they're making a can head what you want, but you buy number 10, one gallon cans. You can buy brand new lids, and you can actually can anything you want in that one gallon can. Now, if you want to put ammunition in there, you could load that can just like you would a military ammo can. Car use some cardboard standoff to you know, I was wrapped the thing inside with a single layer of cardboard Put a cap on the top and bottom make it cut it out with a circle Put the cardboard liner in put the piece of cardboard on the bottom put your ammunition inside put the little cardboard cap on Then put your brand new lid on it use the canner to run the lid to seal the lid shut and now you're doing the exact same thing that the army did years ago when they made those ham tins that everybody used to buy or as far as the car And then with one of the tricks, I don't know how many people have formaldehyde available, but formaldehyde could be used. You can also use CO2. Anybody who's familiar with dry packing, you can use CO2 with a little copper wand. You put the material inside, you take the little copper wand, put it all the way down to the bottom of the product, no matter what it is, if it's rice or corn or if it's vacuum-packed equipment. You hit the little nozzle. You use a little nozzle release system. And what you use, you pull the wand out. you're running a CO2 all the while and then you slide the lid on, you've purged the oxygen from the can. Another trick is if you had formaldehyde, whenever you've opened, have you ever opened a can of Chinese ammunition? Oh, I'm sorry. JD, have you? I've vacuum packed different things like that. Yes, I have. It works great. Okay, you ever notice that smell that comes out of there? It's like, wow, that's kind of an interesting industrial smell. It smells interesting, it doesn't smell really bad, but it's unique. Well, the thing is, what they do is they take a couple of drops, literally just a couple of drops of formaldehyde and put it inside or drop it inside with where the ammunition is. And what happens is when they close the lid and they seal that ham-tint shut, this formaldehyde actually works as like a disacant. It neutralizes all of the oxygen in the can. creates a neutral environment so that there's no possibility of breakdown. Oxygen, well obviously water is one of the catalysts, but oxygen, the oxygen molecule is what helps to promote oxidation slash rust in all metals. So once you purge that, you've got an indefinite storage life. The powders, unless, again, unless there's moisture that compromises, in other words breaks down the metal and gets past the canner of the bullet, or gets past the primer cap. If everything is done right, it shouldn't get past there and compromise the powder inside. Now another trick for weatherizing, let's say that you're going to reload, we've talked about this before. Another trick, guys used to use fingernail polish, but basically what you want to do is paint, and again you use a very light, fine paint, there's a number of different types that can be used. Paint the where the bullet makes contact with the front of the, with the, with the, the throat of the case, uh, lack or paint the primer around the seal. What that does is create a weatherizing seal for two reasons. Number one, for field use. So if you are, if you are used carrying it in the field and your web gear gets wet, it doesn't, the moisture can't permeate or get through that seal easily. Number two, the very question you're asking, long time storage. It has to preserve it that much more efficiently. about lacquer build-up especially on lots of wolf ammo and AKs and so forth. Yes, well you wouldn't lacquer, actually you'll see this if you use US military ammunition, they use a red seal, especially on 308 with a 5.762 NATO and remember the old 30 out of 6, they always use the lacquer seal for the primer and for the cantaloure. Alright, thank you so much. Oh, kiddo, thank you. God bless. God bless. Good bless. And as JD from Kentucky, we're going to go to break here and then we're going to come back and we got Rod from Texas already called in. This is the intel report, back in three minutes. Remember the fifth of November. Mike Nesert and I are going to be putting together a formulary with all this stuff that he's talking about, which we're going to make available to... The other thing too, we're going to carry one at an eight ounces of cheesecloth. It can... zinc oxide can be used as a deodorant, can be used as an antiseptic wipe or a hind end wipe, especially if you have hemorrhoids. Most people don't know that... Napoleon lost Waterloo because he was having a hard time riding his horse because his hammer were inflamed. About the AR-10, I've got an Armalite AR-10 with a forward assist and a 20 round mag. You can't beat it. I recommend anything other than that. Bushmaster made one or still makes one. I think they had some problems with it. I actually modified it to was used in Afghanistan, the AR-10. Now have you tried, have you experienced, Armalite has come out with, in fact we've had the owner up on the air, I don't know if they're out, they were supposed to be out by now, they should be, they're making, Armalite's making a 25-rounder and they're making a face-feed 25-rounder. This is when the band was still on and you could send in an M14 mag and they modified it. to fit the AR-10 and then a really nice dispens of those. At the time I think they were like 79 a piece but 29. Wolf ammo again, you know, do you know if it still made it the Tula Munitions? Well I think Tula is still operational. The Tula facility? Yeah. Yeah I think it's still operational. It actually goes back to the time of the ZAR. I heard a story, I don't know if it's true, but I heard that the reason the second generation of Wolf ammo was quality is they're making it too possible because we know that they're, well, number one, the Russians are trying to expand. They're doing like what, you know, what Don has talked about with the Mount Seitung during, you know, the Korean period, actually during Vietnam, where they doubled their production. They're trying to increase their production base. They have other manufacturers, just like we've had other factory operations in the US, that have been given contract runs, and they're not as experienced with the tooling or with the processes. That's possible. Now, I still think part of it is they're just cranking the stuff out, and they're trying to keep up with an increase in demand because they've been given the market. Plus, they've also been told that they don't worry about quality control. The US government's not going to restrict it. Now, there's some new polymer-coated stuff that's out there that's being done by Wolf. I assume that is because there were so many questions about adhesion with the steel cases. So this was their other solution to the problem. And it seems to be the dominant next level of import. There's a number of things that could be happening when you increase production. Of course, you're wearing more machinery out. Steel case and the process of steel case production does wear the tooling out faster. They may have tried to get more money out of the existing machining, which is a big problem. And again, they're just going to have breakdown and buy new and replace it more often be the best thing to do trying to keep the market. The other is again quality and variance because the guys are tired in the factory running them too many hours a day they got so much crank out. I think that they're actually getting part of the market not only with us but you know that they're selling to Iran you know that they're selling to other countries around the world and that's probably taking a chunk out of their you know their their processes too. ragged. This happens in every industry like this especially where it's a very technical industry, very specific, and there's only a handful of people that are actually doing the work because of the nature of the industry itself. One other thing about older ammunition, I'll let you go. I bought some McCrean war era Lake City, Hornaday match. Yeah, well part of that, you know what, remember this is something I experienced years ago. Where I got most of my 30 out of 6 ammunition from was a gentleman who was a national match shooter who had probably close to a million rounds on the shelf that he collected. And one of the old tricks on the NM courses for years was since match bullets were all outrageously expensive and you know people wanted to be frugal. What they would do is use M2AP bullets with their custom loads or just use standard M2AP and it was consistently more accurate. So in general, I'm mentioning this to people out there, that's the only problem with pulling the trigger on all this cheap ammo when we had it is like, man, I hate to waste this. I'd like to find something less expensive. that's what's valuable because it's a unique grounds we tried to save much respect we could but experimenting i found that he was absolutely right and then i ended up with probably a couple or i'd say twelve thousand rounds of his out six that he custom loaded all talk of talk about a male driver load he was using uh... saint louis nineteen forty two brass uh... military primers but he was reloading the brass and he was using pulled into a people it's purchase from somebody else and he was using an IMR powder. Those rounds, in fact there's a bunch of them still out there somewhere, I know where they are, they're somewhere. That was some of the most accurate reloaded ammunition using all military components that I've ever seen and could outshoot most everything else that I've seen that was civilian-run. Well you and Osama Obama ding dong have a good Martin Luther King Jr. holiday, okay? We'll talk to you later. Thank you, God bless. almost at the top of the hour. We're getting there. The hour went by quickly. And it is a good point that newer isn't always better. It's hard for people to understand, but it's just like, you know, I'll give you an example. Don, we got these thousands of Swiss boots, and everybody that picks them up goes, hey, they're heavy. And why is the leather so stiff? Well, because it's good leather. We're so used to flimsy and cheap, and we've been conditioned to it that we forget what quality is. and what quality is all about. And it's true, it's in everything we've done. But I've noticed it because I guess I grew up always scavenging all of the antique stuff and using it until it wouldn't be used anymore. And especially when I was going to school because I was working on so many different things back when I was in high school even, I would collect all this stuff that people were getting rid of. And so you have a different standard of material that you're working with. And then as I started getting into all the present day technology, as I was forced to change some things over, it's like, doesn't impress me. Doesn't work anything like my good stuff. What the heck is this? Just the difference between comparing a dollar store type, well, minimal products, say hand calculators, we'll go into electronics, hand calculator, $19.95 or $19.74, and the dollar store calculator today, yeah, it's cheaper, but you know what? It lasts as long because well-made, quality down, they're made faster like everything else, the machines are run as quick as they can. don't worry about performance with regard to the product, their logic is, well you'll just buy another one. She was, you know what, your money and your time is worth something, so when you buy it, let's make sure it works to the best of our ability so we don't have to make it again for a while. Well, we will be very soon. You see, now that'll be the question for all you frequent fliers after a while. Am I flying an older American aircraft, or am I flying one of these new Chinese pieces of junk? Well, sir, oh it's a fine Chinese piece of junk. I mean, it's a fine Chinese aircraft, sir. Yeah, okay, yeah, there's a three screamer on the way down okay, take three breaths Well anyway, we are at the top of the hour for the first hour ladies and gentlemen. As always, God bless the republic. Death to the new world order. We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. We are on the march for day and night. Ooh Ron, together we're going to put Ron Paul and the presidency. Thank you to the people who stepped forward in New Hampshire and got the job done. Very good, very well done indeed. Thank you Don. Thank you Mark. God bless you. God bless you America. Did you read this? Chicago just became the murder capital of America. I don't understand. It's been a felony to have a gun since 95. I thought that was supposed to prevent murders. I didn't increase them. Criminals will always find a way to get guns, while the rest of us are just left defenseless. Chicago authorities have seized over 75,000 firearms since 1995. And now, Chicago's murder rate is twice as high as New York City. Tonight, while you're asleep, criminals will be at work. Not in Kennesaw, Georgia. In 1982, our city passed a law requiring every household to have a gun. It terrified the criminals, and our violent crime rate is now 75% below the national average. We sleep well here in Kennesaw. Americans who own guns prevent over a million violent crimes every year and save lives. Get the facts. Visit armedandsecure.org. That's armedandsecure.org.
