Mark Koernke opened the show with announcements about surplus Swedish military long johns available for 50 cents per unit plus 10% shipping, promoting the 5-10 program for outfitting militia fire teams and squads with tactical gear. He discussed his book 'Battle for the Republic: The Winter War' (Book 2), available for $25 signed copies. Caller George from Florida discussed voting with his wallet, making calls for Ron Paul's Iowa caucus campaign, and noted support from law enforcement officers concerned about federal mandates to fill jails. Koernke addressed NAFTA's impact on rural economies and the closure of oversized county jails. Guest Michael Nester provided medical training instruction on applying topical medications, airway management techniques including cricothyrotomy and tracheotomy procedures, oral pharyngeal airways, and oxygen administration methods for emergency field medicine.
I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low to me, he said, We've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free. and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. But tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled. You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn. and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave? Both sons of the Republic arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic and each God given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the midst of whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame. For even now as tyrants trampled each God-given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Dill the Land of the First. One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories west, southwest, northwest aren't listening to us on We the People Radio Network at wtprn.com on AM&FM microstations, AM&FM regular stations, and CB base stations east and west of the Mississippi. All of our guys over there in eastern Ohio with the big stations and also in Virginia, West Virginia, and the Carolinas. Of course all our microstations are across the planet. We're also in Galaxy 25, KU-band satellite and alternate technologies for the day, so keep an eye on your systems. I want to say thank you to all of our friends helping with the alternate. We have a number of things we're going to be covering today, and we have Mike Nesser here. So Mike is going to be putting on a variety of different, well, should we say, key bubbles of information. Keep your pen and paper handy. If there are any questions, of course, we're going to give out the call-in number right now so people can call in. 512-646-1984, that's the ground line for unlimited long distance. If you have long distance, you can save the station a little money there. 512-646-1984 and 888-024, that's 8. Ground number, if you've got unlimited long distance, is 512. 1984, I used to remember, but especially, the first one is always easy for me, Mike, because, well, 888, that's easy enough. 202 is Washington, D.C.'s area code. And 1984, well, we know all about the book. We can get right now, at least part of it. So, again, it has been a busy week. Today is Thursday already, and it didn't take long. I've got articles that have got to go out to our friends with one of our magazines and plus a newspaper article, which is pretty well squared away. So for all our friends listening that are working in the printing area that might, yeah, well, my orders, that article mark for us is going to take care of it. Well, it's more than one article, actually. I got several done, so we got a little bit of a backlog. So we'll be ready there. Also, real quick, and this is a fact, we have a lot of long johns. Mike, you just asked about that before we came up on the air. Long johns, well, this is kind of a stereo program. Well, actually, we provide a lot of material support for all of you out there where you need it. Some of you already got them, but we have thousands of Swedish Long John bottoms. They're virtually new, but they're, in other words, surplus. They've been stored. We've been sorting and going through tons of them. These things are excellent quality. This is not the Chinese junk like you're pulling out of the wrappers today, people. Trust me on this. There are about five different designs as far as the style. I have found some, Mike, in this pile that are from 1934. 1937, 1939, and 1941. So these are antiques, which is kind of cool. But the really important thing is that it's cold weather gear. A lot of the stuff is newer. There's a number of different Swedish manufacturers. These were contract military long johns. The price is 50 cents per unit plus figure at, let's see, 10% for shipping because, and again, just you figured out 50 cents plus 10%. The reason it's not going to cost too much for shipping, but I would recommend if you can buy 10 of these at a time. The reason I say that is because there aren't going to be any more when these are gone. A lot of the good surplus like this is disappearing. Get a package deal on everything that was sitting there. Right now everybody's thinking, hey, Long John, this would be nice, especially when you look outside like where we are. We got 12 inches of snow in one day. here right now. Plus we got the Sub-Zero Arctic blast out of the North Fitness right now. So we got snow and we got really cold real fast. Well anyway, if you'd like to get hold of some of these long johns, and yes we have them in all sizes from them. If you got a person who's really long and really big, we can fit them. If you got somebody who's shorter and smaller, like if you've got a number of children, this is a cheap way to come up with some really nice equipment for you ladies. We know how girls get cool and cold and especially never have good circulation. Well, this will help to deal with that problem too. And again, these things are really nice. Nancy looked at them, Mike, and what we believe is that these are, because they are an Arctic type, we're Sweden, Norway, Finland, those countries deal with the Arctic Circle with cold, wet, and extreme weather. That these have a cotton-silk blend, very, very nice pieces of clothing. And again, you don't just wash them and they fall apart like the china stuff does. You know, and where you wear it, it wears out in all the points where it normally does on the knees and the crotch real quick. Nah, not with this stuff. We're talking very, very well made. But anyway, figure 50 cents an item. Let us know how many you want. Give us an idea of sizes. And again, don't worry about it. We will have pretty much every size you want. With confidence, I know this. For we move tons and I'm not exaggerating. Anyway, designate size. It's 50 cents per unit plus figure 10% for shipping. I would recommend at least if you could do five, well, do 10 pairs. That's not a big deal. Obviously, you can see that it's not a big expense. But the advantage of it is this. If you want in cold weather operations, and I have, Mike, you have two, to have multiple pairs means you can change outer and drier. A lot of you guys, if you're carpenters or plumbers, that's who have been buying up a lot of these most quickly are people who work in trades where they got to get down there, either down on their knees in a cold, wet environment, or they're outside and they're exposed. Will the clothes get dirty? Well, rather than having to worry about, oh, I got to get these washed because I only got one pair, you can have multiple numbers on the shelf. If you're combat infantry, if you're working as militia, if you're out there in the cold, it works the same way. When you can change out your clothing, you stay healthier, you stay drier. for morale, okay, the whole nine yards. Well, this is gonna be allowing you to afford to do that. 50 cents plus 10% shipping, send it to PBN PO Box 194, Michigan 48130. Again, that's PBN PO Box 194, Dexter, Michigan 48130. Send a checker money order, make them out to, use a checker money order, make it out to Nancy. K-O-E-R-N-K-E or send FRNs, that would be fine. We're still shipping stuff out in all directions from boots to uniforms and gear. There's a lot of other equipment that's been packed up. It's just a matter of getting it to the many post offices that we use and we use more than one. Warn everybody, don't worry about the return address and the names in the return address block. That's designed to maintain OPSEC, Operational Security, so what's on there doesn't necessarily mean anything. And we usually have some fun tongue-in-cheek, and you may notice if you've received packages from us, it doesn't take long. As soon as we get the material or the resource in so we can ship it, we ship it to 50 cents per long, John Bottom, and from small shorts, small shorts all the way up to extra, extra large and very, very long. So we can handle a lot of people who normally, you know, they'd have a hard time finding the right size for a good price. 50 cents plus 10 cent 10 percent shipping PBN 194 Michigan 48130 and there will be other items that are available progressively but I made a deal on these things couldn't pass it up it's one of those situations where beneficial for all the parties involved our troops here in Michigan A lot of guys are now a lot warmer, a lot of girls are a lot warmer because we've made sure we distribute them out as quickly as we can. Don't want them sitting around, don't want to have to worry about them being damaged because of storage and want to make sure they're in the hands of the people. With the cold weather, it kind of reminds you that you need these things. I'd say that long johns are kind of a needful thing, aren't they Mike? Absolutely. And you know I would also recommend is even if you would wear a medium, it definitely works your way. other than family members, but to get some small noise use them maybe down the road is part of it. That's one of the things also that for the people are doing the 510 program, this makes it affordable for you to put additional gear into the packages. The 510 program again is where we set up every you, not me, I do this already. You set up a pod whereby you can outfit and equip five people tops to bottom. Everything from cold weather gear to underwear, long johns, pants, uniforms. Web, gear, backpack, all the accoutrements that you can get your hands on that are extras to include socks, you know, hats and helmets if possible, hats at least, helmets are a nice plus. But the idea is that you are able to outfit five people. Then once you achieve the five person goal, switch and build up another five. That gives you the capability to support the 10-point program as an entire squad. tactically deployed material so that when somebody shows up if they're bare-butt naked in a matter of minutes you throw them one barrel or a couple of five five gallon buckets full of gear and lo and behold the next thing you have is an infantryman ready to run. Now that's a pretty decent package. Now you include a weapon system with that you've got yourself a soldier. So the 510 program, it is a supply and support mechanism at the tactical level designed to support our tactical formations, the basic building blocks for the militia and the basic building blocks for any army, the five-man fire team and the 10-man squad. And that's why I'm doing a lot of these projects the way that we're doing them. Another thing real quick, and I got to mention this this hour too, I know we got a couple callers waiting on the line here. And we got to get Mike on the project. I'm taking more time, I should. Battle for the Republic, The Winter War. I haven't mentioned this to everybody, I said you ought to mention this more often. Okay, I'm going to. Battle for the Republic, The Winter War. Book 2 has been done. The latest copies from the printers. Book 3 is at the printer. I probably should have picked it up yesterday or the day before yesterday because that should be finished. However, Battle for the Republic, Book 2, The Winter War, which is part of the second book series that I've written, is available. It costs $25 as a donation. That includes shipping. These are signed copies from this end. I make sure that what I want you to do in a list of these instructions, if you would like a copy, sign to you or sign to another person. I ask that you clearly print out the name of the person. That's the only thing I ask when you make an order for the book. Cleanly print, no print or type, the name of the person so I can sign the book over to that person appropriately. These are customized books in that respect. They're not like the general production books that are done by a lot of other people. Each book is part of a special run that is limited because the next printing is going to be mass printing is going to happen here pretty soon. And that's going to be a different format book too, which I think I like the way we're doing them now. I like the way we're going to do them in mass production. But anyway, $25, post paid. These are signed copies of Battle for the Republic, The Winter War, a great read right now because you're going to feel it. Again, send the $25 to PBN, P-O-S-T-E-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S- box 1 9 4 Dexter Michigan for 8 1 3 0 again that's PB and PO box 1 9 4 Dexter Michigan for 8 1 3 0 it's $25 that includes shipping it is a donation you send the donation to make it out of checker money order or send it as FR ends last name KO ER NKE you send it the mail get it to us as we shoot the books out as quickly as we can in fact usually it's the same day within a few hours make sure everybody's got the text, read it, use it as a bit of an instruction manual, that's what it was designed to be, and I think it's an entertaining read in the process. But we're going to take a break for a minute, we've got caller stacked up, we've got Mike Neser, we'll be back here and we the people radio network in about three minutes. George, jump in there, please. How you doing, Mike? Mark? Yes, happy New Year. Hi, happy New Year. You know, the thing is, you talked about the other day about voting with your wallet. I went and bought a flower champagne New Year's Eve, and they wanted me to swipe my license. And I said, sorry, I put the bottle down, I went down to store and went out and bought it where I didn't have to swipe it. Voting with your wallet that way. I don't really think it's government But anyway, last night I made 100 calls to voters in Iowa trying to get them out the caucus for Paul and trying to convince the Meetup members to do the same. Start calling New Hampshire, we start calling some of these states and getting these people to the polls because we're going to need that momentum when the election comes to Florida. Actually, New Hampshire is an important point because I think we can really slap them a lot more than most people are anticipating with regard to the round-paw effort. And what it's going to take is everybody all over the country. New Hampshire is not a very big state, obviously. But it's amazing. A lot of people do know people on the East Coast. All they got to do is make a call, drop a letter in the mail, they've still got time for that. And it would make it with a, hey, by the way, here's some cool information on a guy you need to vote for. Pass on the Ron Paul information. That way, saturate the environment. It really does make a difference. And that, in conjunction with the actual written information that's being distributed along with the audio and video advertisements that Ron Paul's doing are going to help a great deal because they reinforce and reinforce and reinforce and we are using the tools that are available like I was saying the last hour. The many different tools that we have. There's a lot of Ron Paul videos. Right now I'm shooting stuff that my youngest just did, my youngest son, and also copies of the stuff that was just handed off to us, Paul like a man for all seasons. These are going down to my parents and to other people we know down there who are in communities where they play with other people and bring them up to speed. We know people all over the country. Now we can focus our resources accordingly using programs like this and rather than complaining, oh, they're not giving him a fair shake. We're not worried about that. We're going to make a fair shake. We're going to make sure that everybody knows about Ron Paul utilizing our tools. and then doing person to person work. If every person, just like you said, just contacted 10 people, well, let's put it this way. There's two, three, four, okay, let's say five million people. Times 10 people contacted, how many millions of people are you talking about? See, so the force multiplication, or at least the possibility to plant a seed and contact a person is gonna create a very dynamic cascading set of numbers. But here's the other part about that. And Florida is my favorite example, by the way, because Florida years ago, we had a woman down there, several, not just one, but we had many people down there that when American Peril went around the country, down in Florida, there's a woman, she went out and bought a whole bunch of VHS machines, did 3,000 plus copies in a matter of one month of American Peril and gave them out. It was her own motivation. Nobody asked her to do it. She, we did tell everybody, if you want to copy it, go ahead and copy it. And people did just exactly that. well but the point is that when you contact say those ten people you know and when uh... george of those are marked those are mike does her alice or fredder loyd when you contacted to those ten people you don't know which one is going to be just like touching gasoline and that person's going to touch two thousand people six thousand people can be adopted or could be a dentist could be a carpenter could be a person who makes contact with thousands of people each day and is highly motivated because they see the advantages of having a Ron Paul as the statement for America as opposed to the rubber-lit politicians out there. That's the dynamic of this. You don't know who the next shining star is that's going to just take off of this for miles beyond the effort. When you pass the baton off to that person, that next runner is your sprinter. And he may do even better, or she may do even better than you can do, because of the points of contact and the resources. So that's why we need to do it. there's people out there waiting to find out about what's going on they just haven't been touched yet because people are doing the well i'm going to try and hide it or i don't want to drop away you know what we're already on a list they're already drawn fire they plan on murdering us we ain't got nothing to lose everything to gain as long as everybody starts to realize that they'll be doing fine graduates answer Another thing too, I even found out that some law enforcement officers are coming out for Ron Paul. It's not usually your young guy, it's the older seasoned officers. And they see the federal government coming in and actually telling the police to invent crime, to get people entrapment because you won't get this federal extra federal money unless you keep that jail filled to maximum capacity somehow. and they see the uh... federal government coming in and and turning their department upside down and you don't like it at all yet another words revenue in business opportunities that's like uh... we had this happen in michigan here we've got a number of locations of north and india both in the upper part of michigan and in the up where we have a very small population by comparison to the central cities and they built five hundred man their five hundred bed of county jails they have is 25, 40 or maybe 50 prisoners at any given time and half of them are temporary, you know, like intoxicated drivers who need to be, you know, cleaned out a bit before they, you know, send them on down the road. So what did they do with the other, what were they going to do with the other 450 beds? Well, ain't a whole lot they can do with them, but now they've got to heat all those buildings. Now they've got to try and maintain the lighting. Now they've got to, and the problem is ain't nobody to put in them. Now that doesn't mean Uncle Samuel didn't want to put somebody in them. But the problem is that the money rolled back when all of the shysters rolled in to steal the money and take it overseas, you know, for the nonsense we see there, and because of it, well, now they don't get that extra federal cash cow to take care of the lights, to take care of the heating, or even to put the manpower into the lockups. And so they're crying now, we need funds. Well, sorry guys, at the local level, there are no more taxpayers today than there were 10 years ago or 20 years ago. And yet, in fact, just in reverse, people are fleeing from the rural areas and some of the areas because the industries have been destroyed because of NAFTA and GAP. So now they have even less revenue to work with. Now they're talking about shutting all of these brand new, real fancy spiffy lockups, shutting them right down and contracting what few prisoners they have out to the next county because it'd be cheaper. Kind of sad, but it's the nature of the creature when it comes in from the federal end and manipulates local, which is what they're now seeing in a more realistic sense. You're actually using their glasses, putting them back on, and they're not rose-tinted by any means. Anything else? Yeah, I ever talked to somebody who knows you and he told me that you've been confronted by police officers trying to throw every threat at the book and you just stood there real calm and you called us bluff many times. Well, it's happened to me, yes. Well, actually, when I've been around the country helping our friends in different ways, they've experienced this firsthand. It's one of the needful things about standing on the line in the management mechanism that I was in and have been in and I am in. part of what has to be done sometimes. our year. We are seeing a massive number of people come up to speed because they're involved in larger groups that are unique with regard to why they got involved. The good thing is that they have their perspective, but they're now acquiring all the other information about all the other information that we've been talking about for years that integrates them, that makes everybody understand that threat's common. See you at Georgia, I gotta let you go, cause we gonna get Mike up on the air here, while I'm on him to take over for a bit. Alright, God bless Mark. Thank you George. And of course we have Mike Nasser, and this is the intel report where the bottom of the hour break, Mike comes back, he's got a lot of subjects to cover, and we're gonna let him run with the ball. All right, ladies and gentlemen, we're back here at the Intelligence Report. I hope everybody who's got their paper and their pencil handy. This is Michael Nasser, and we're going to take over talking about some medical things. First off, we're going to start off with a five-minute lesson. And we're going to be talking about applying medication or ointment, a lot in PIPLA, aptly commonly known as a Q-TIP. One of the things of what we want, what we're going to do, and what we're not going to do, we are not going onto our finger, whether it's gentamicin or trace them or do is then whether that you have the right patient and the right going to get out our cotton this is after one of the ointment all put enough on there and ate that too because what you're going to do is then you're going to find out that for some reason somebody has an infection that they just put them in it comes to the inoculated lid you want to set it with the thread to set it down whatever's on the surface appointment like a gentamicin you have that too you especially want this because you'll you'll use the tube might turn around and know what you're going to do with it. No sacconeal and everybody's got the same effect. And run that to the wound side and if you need some, and then you're going to stop there and then go ahead and dress the wound. The ligaments are tended to your lungs and when you breathe, and you set a glass down, what happens when you breathe the diaphragm that is a muscle. It's a nipple of your rib cage. The muscles that are between a concentration gradient and it causes changes to the pressure gradient and force. We're also going to do is because this also the movement of blood. The blood comes ventricle to the time arteries carry blood but in this special generated blood comes in, it brings. Ambient air is usually about 20% oxygen. Now that you have those lungs now. So I always want you to remember are the A, B, before you try to stop the bleeding, you must inject a line collar bone. What we used to use is what we would call a hyper-exconscious. So to do that, after you've opened up the mouth, put your ear, neck, or at least way down to their mouth, that you look down to here, might want to get something and retrieve it that you used to talk like that. And Mike, real quick, we're talking about, now there's something you brought up as a significant change. Traditionally with a trike, for instance, you would normally feel right to the top of the sternum, identify the airway and then come up a bit. I think about what was it, two fingers, or traditionally is what we're talking about, just below the larynx. If we're looking at trich nowadays, are we still using the same location or are we as a standard going up all the way around the neck? So that would still depend now for a cricothyroidotomy you'd be right by the Adam's apple but for a tracheotomy you would be much lower but the problem is because you have the parotid and the jugular veins in the neck then if you're going to be cutting on where they would commonly put a tracheotomy in and there's a side note on that. If you have a hot one to do, it's almost better to use a scissor and Adam's apple that goes in there and then open them up, open it up, and then you don't have that risk of an artery. And then you've got a real problem. One of the things that, again, the reason for using the scissors is so you can easily, you're physically identifying each element of the tissue that you're going to have to deal with. Going to make the mistake of, like you said, clipping a significant part of the circulatory system, which is what we're worried about. And this process again slows you down too. I think one of the biggest issues as you said is staying calm. And it's really hard I know because you're dealing with casualties who in some cases are still physically feeling pain. They may be expressing it. They're going to have to be subdued perhaps or controlled because again you've got to deal with the patient as quickly as you can because of the risk of again air loss, body fluids, slash bleeding. And of course, shock, trash, slash other trauma issues can be brought forward because with shock comes a whole battery of other problems that you have to deal with. Which you're going to have to deal with anyway. You should always treat for shock. That was the speed on the A, B, and C. The airway, you had to let it not let it sneak up on you and then you've got a whole lot. And there's numerous types. We're going to cover those in the... Ed, please, continue. We left off, do not place your fingers in someone's mouth. going to do is get a tongue over the tip and you're going to put that side or the other with the hemostat if somebody's got a chewing gum or something arrangement in a minute handy and if you look at them Jay they have a little flambe marked on the side of their mark to the teeth of the ear, their cheek to the teeth to the teeth of the Jay and you're going to let that in as you get towards the back of their mouth then you're going to turn it with grease of their neck. After you've inserted the oral pharyngeal look, manage an airway, there's a certain few other things like theotomies along those lines, but find them in any of the plus or gun shows, get a good sub-somebody, then you can close in there and then they're going to cut the air off and then you're going to have to figure which you usually do and then if so, and then they'll open up their mouth and then you can start again. Don't worry, they'll pass out eventually. That's exactly right. The regulator you want to have it's familiar the are they the moxagistic and everything in there that you needed it was disposable seen one of those in years but I need to know existed it's handy especially if you're of so the nasal cannula is the nasal prawn they'll be mouth breathe and you may have these over into their mouth and they'll oxygenate the patient somebody has facial trauma and nose and there's a lot of blood in there something like going to be able to use your regulator and then just have the nasal prongs running in their mouth. It ain't no big deal. They've got the operation and you know you can get some fancy O2 machine or something like that. Usually watch it or not and usually it's two liters per minute is the four. You don't want to give them a little bit too much oxygen. that can backfire on him. That's critical there. Well, Mike, thank you for coming up. We'll be with us next Tuesday. Yes, sir. Well, thank you, sir. And as always, God bless the Republic. Death to the New World Order. We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run. We are on the march, both day and night.
