And that news is that anti-gun Congresswoman Carolyn McCarthy is being sued, constituent visited her offices, this is where confiscated the next day by firearms, I mean i would ask everybody to get a piece of paper and a pencil i'm gonna talk a little bit and then i'm gonna give you the case number so you can verify this you can study it you know this guy as earlier we talked historically a patriot is a person who takes on injustice when he comes across it okay it's a patriot being on a battlefield doesn't make you a patriot when injustice comes your way if you kneel down and swallow you're a coward this gentleman i would say anybody could be in this situation and if you are in this situation if you go along with it you're part of the problem okay now this individual his All his guns were confiscated, then they were in Congresswoman McCarthy's office, and he is suing Congresswoman McCarthy and the county for conspiracy to violate his constitutional rights. Talk about lawyers. When the feces hits the cooling device, gentlemen, a lot of lawyers are not there. The NRA was not there. Your local gun club, guess what? Too politically hot. They didn't want to jump in the storm. We had to go to a lot of lawyers, civil rights attorneys, didn't want to touch it. We came across a guy who said he took it for the job. justice of the case. It wasn't that easy to get a lawyer because a lot of your gun cut one, two, 6,000. I say again, area code 631-112-7. That is the United States District Court federal court for the Eastern District. Repeat it twice. Three, once again, case 07. You can call that number and ask him how to get a copy of that suit or a viewer. But basically the overview is that his firearms were illegally confiscated. He was not arrested and play filed against him. There was no search warrant. It was the executive branch showed up to all your firearms. That's what happened. Who was it that did the confiscation? The county, it was the county which was probably, it would probably be described as the local police. Here we have the county police, the way Long Island is structured, it was the county. But he is alleging in the suit also that as far as he conspired, they probably wouldn't have done that. Now, it's The county issues a pistol permit here. This individual had a pistol permit, and if they take your pistol permit, then they can't confiscate your handguns. However, they confiscated his handguns the next day and then pistol permit about two, three weeks later. So, his handguns, he pistol-permit, but always, and I say yes. So, why is this thing in the legislature of long guns? So, if someone can't show up at your door without a warrant, they say, we want your long guns. So, like I said, this could happen to anybody. A lot of guys will kneel down and say, oh, well, But this guy, that's why I said this guy's a real patriot because when it just came his way, he stood up. It was for 100,000. He amended it to 5.1 million. He's not interested in the money. He wants to make a point. When this stuff happens, you have the legal rights to do something about it. There's going to be a lot of attorneys that are weasels when it comes to really stepping into political slump. Keep looking. You will find an attorney. Now, here's the thing. Do we have the county police add the phone number for them? Well, I gave you the suit and from the suit, you know, who's named in the suit is the county the police department the commissioner two individual police officers and Representative Carolyn McCarthy, but the bottom line is is the conspiracy It's an individual thing and it's a conspiracy thing it is Speculated that this would not have happened if he didn't visit purpose. This was predicated on the visitation to her office Okay after he visited his her or there's a you know, there's a story there, but it's irrelevant take time telling you irrelevant points on the air. You could read that in the suit. But the bottom line was, if you wasn't arrested, there's no warrant, you cannot just show up with unilateral executive action. Just as a reminder, if you're in contact with this person, mention the concept of securing and now putting a lien or grabbing, in other words, demanding security of the bond that the congresswoman in this case has against her office for being involved in what is considered to be criminal activity. because that's what the bonds are posted for because you you're you're leaning against your literally it's a it's a it's an industrial lean against the physical bond that she has to post to stay in office for this very reason in the event she's involved in criminal activity this is how you hold her or him accountable So they need to investigate that because that means that that five point, you know, what is it? 5.5 million? Well, he's looking for right now 5.1 million. 5.1 million. Yeah, I would just post it against her bond on top of everything else because that nullifies her potential to legitimately operate in office. You could have, there's a water container, but also as a water container that will float, you just don't fill up all the way. Exactly. And, you know, I was thinking of like making a vest, a large vest, and having these pockets with Velcro on it so you can stick them in the vest with the Velcro, easy to carry. Actually, real quick, hold on here, one of the ideas there, think about this, this is what I was mentioning earlier, you've got many different sized water bottles out there right now, and they're cheap, like you said, they're throw away, they're literally, they come with the water, is what you're paying for, the plastic bottles are non-existent cost-wise. As we said, although it cuts too, to a degree, cuts first and really cools fast and welds everything together that it cut. It makes for a really convenient tool when you're trying to make things not work well. Yeah, people don't seem to understand how many simplistic items there are that can be used. And you know, the MacGyver thinking is what really should. The Patriots should really start thinking on MacGyver lines because everything's going to dry up soon. Well, that's one of the other reasons. Again, the Airsoft idea here is number one, like I said, even back east, you guys are, you know, I know restricted subways. You're not on the Airsoft. and the advantage of these Airsoft for the price of three magazines, you have the three basic arms you're going to run into other than the AK and it's whatever form and they're cheap. They're ridiculously cheap. They're accurate in how they perform. Then step two is understanding how to make do, in other words, improvise, adapt, overcome with regard to other tools. Now, one thing to remember about the AR-15, the HK-91, And also, of course, like the Type 66 SKS, is they all have an integral rifle grenade launcher. The standard flash hider on the AR-15 is a rifle grenade launching tube. That's what its outer dimension is very specific for a reason. The two little bands that you see that are cut into the AR-15 flash hider are not just designed to hold the blank adapter, as in one case, it is, The other one is designed for a spring so that it can actually affix rifle grenades and launch with a rifle grenade blank. Well, you may not have the rifle grenades, but down the road with a little bit of work and little innovation, which can be demonstrated from several different manuals, all of a sudden your AR-15 has rifle grenade slash or illuminating flare capability for the price of a few pennies worth of components. Even the spring itself, a little trickier. For the Air 15, the standard clicky-clicky spring that's in a regular ballpoint pin, the cheapy ones, this proper diameter for the spring that goes, it's called a retaining spring, it goes right inside the groove of the flash hider and it helps to create tension to keep the rifle grenade in place when you're in motion. Very simple, all it does is it wraps into the hole and you twist into the other, there's little hooks on the end, remember? And you've got the part that's needed that most people don't have. And by the way, the HK91, HK93 both have the same basket flash hider for the same reason. It serves the same purpose. I'm wondering if you do have any source for small foot-operated generators. You know the French didn't make grenades in a factory. They made grenade components in World War II and World War I and they were called the tomato can grenades. What you did is they sent tomato cans up to the front, tomatoes in the cans and the troops ate the tomatoes saved the cans and with another kit that was sent they were built the kit was built to match and it was all done from improvised components was done to match the tomato cans that were standard issue and the troops in the field made the grenades I mean it's that simple people don't they don't want to talk about World War One because in World War One the troops improvised from everything they've already reinvented the wheel we just got to watch to see what people did in the past and they did it successfully They developed whole mortar batteries out of artillery shells, which of course were small pop mortars, you know what they call response mortars. And they were done purely with a brass case and a little bit of explosive charge and a little ingenuity. They came up with aiming racks, usually did them in batteries of five. And these things were pretty devastating. They were called trench mortars. Most people look up trench mortar. We're not talking standard stokes. We're talking improvised trench mortars that were done on both sides and they were very successful. So there's a lot of things, what we call a potato gun. That's basically the trench mortar. That's where it came from. Well, I've seen you notice that in our culture that MacGyver-ish type of thinking is deleted basically as much as possible. You must buy from the box.
