Mark, two topics with Remington shotgun. Go right ahead, Panther Arms. Panther Arms 308, I called their classic model, it has a 20 inch barrel. You can get this weapon with the Picatinny type rails. Right. Or you can get it. It comes stock, classic A2, and guards. I was thinking. you get the right, if you're trying to keep it simple or under complication, fewer working parts, traditional upper hand guard slash sight sim system would be best. The advantage, the big advantage of the Piccinini type system with the multi or variable geometry stations is that you can put iron sights on it at your discretion and of course you can always put optics or night vision. you're looking at a 308 rifle so I would look I would say this remember there are precision sites now a lot of people say don't put precision sites on your weapons if they're going to be for field use but what you want to do is Shop around to see who's got a good set of precision iron sights that are field grade because there are field grade out there that'll take the abuse. They can get dirty. They aren't going to grit up or sand up when they are out in the field. But the big advantage would be is that you could keep your iron sights to the rear if you use the pick in any system and you have the capability to clamp on your night vision any time you want to up front. Great, exactly. Which is the other option? Part B. I'm trying to find their stripper clips and side clips. I know what you're saying, so I'm not sure of. What is the M14 mag? The M14 is the slab flat side with a sear, an indentation that runs the length of the mag that's back where the cantilever and the shoulder step is. On the ARs, they have a waffle. The AR10s have a waffle pattern if they're the early model. The later pop model are just a blown up version of the standard AR15 magazine. that's the difference so you want to walk not there a waffle pattern and they may have been may have based their magazine on the earlier air can type that was made from the sixties onto about the eighties and where those came from is holland and uh... malaysia what your malaysia of indonesia correction mark uh... no i think malaysia uh... the boat malaysian and dutch made the air can and use it as a battle rifle but that's still had contact in the pacific because of the old colonial period They built the Armalite AR-10 in a battlefield configuration and actually issued it out and then a bunch of those came back into the US as kits and a wave of magazines came in with them and they were very cheap, only $10 a mag. So if it's a waffle pattern, you know, it looks like the older AR, the AR-15 had the same type of mag for a short time and they dropped it. In the AR-10 it worked because it's a larger ribbon. It's designed to collect dirt and dust if the magazine, you know, to prevent following with the magazine. on the AR-15 it was too small. On the AR-10 it worked okay. I would try the, now the thing is, try the FN-FAL or the, if you go to a gun show, somebody will probably have the stripper clip guides for the 14s and for the FALs there. Not perfect, think about this, they might be adaptable. Okay, so they might, with just a little, you know, again, you don't beat on them, what you do is you take a pair of needle-nose pliers and you might, if you can see that they're close enough, you might be able to adjust them to your needs if there isn't something already available. the actual stripper clips then what what what do y'all find gives better use the five-round stripper clips for the typically with the 308 there'll be five rounders that's all that's pretty much what they make they'll be five round m14 stripper clips or five round FAL and the Germans made some too but you don't see them an import yet I'm watching for them because they should come out we'll see what happens I think 10 round clip I said well for the 308 I go the five because it's with 308 it's a pretty bulky it's a heavy cartridge and little be a little tough on the phone on the phone All right, shotgun, you familiar with the Remington, the 1100? Just a gas-operated shotgun on the market. Yes, okay, very good. I know they offer it in their duration. I'd take the longer barrel only because I prefer... Okay, here's the thing. The scum try to interpret everything whenever they can to go against you. If you have a 20 or 22 inch barrel, they can't say squat about it. and i like the extra rounds little more extra barrel cuz i like the extra rounds remember there's what's called a half shot load uh... company was making them we've got guys building them now for the militia units what they've done is you can take and you eliminate the size of the wadding in the charge and you can take a twelve gauge around and knock it down to a one and a half inch shell that means you can carry how many more extras in the magazine You can actually build it with a 22 inch with a 6 round capacity. You could actually carry 11 or 12 of these shortened shells. And they have the same capacity and the same energy as a standard 12 gauge. A quarter inch shell looked? Oh yes. It depends again. There are different loads. As you know, that's just purely a matter of the load that you come up with to satisfy the shoes. Actually, what I like is a mix of number 4 buck. Number one shot is okay or slash BB works just fine. Another option if you're self-loading is to go with what we call an, it's called an arcane load. What you do is a mix of number four buck, number six shot, and whatever say in a one or two that you want to go with for filler. I actually use number six as filler. And what this does is create a dynamic load with a number of different pellets hitting it, you know, obviously different velocity, well same velocity, but with different penetrating energy potential with regard to armor or tissue or bone. The one shot fits all kind of thing and it's called an arcane load. If you look up you'll find several different specs in the older loading books on how to build them. They're very simple. You use a cardboard wad instead of a plastic wad. Make up a cardboard-wad base, you have more room in the shell. If you need to fill it up with, say, if you want to eliminate some of the airspace, you can also go with number eight pepper shot just to fill in the difference so there's no slosh, as they say. Like a massive glazer safety slug coming at you. Whatever hits you, God help you when it touches, because it's going in all directions. Thank you. Yeah, 1100, excellent shotgun, 870, two of the best design shotguns ever made. I know guys love them. They're 500s, they're military models. I love the Ithaca Model 37, it's a beautiful shotgun. But the 870 and the 1100, there's no bugs, they work out of the box, there's nothing to worry about. There's no other ones either, but they're common. Lots of barrels, lots of spare parts, DTUs. Then they went to the evac, assumed evac by helicopter, but still with reasonable support on the ground. Well, they shifted back to this. They shifted back to the long-term transport concept. Because of this, the medics are outfitted accordingly. So what you're talking about here with this type of molly pack under the present philosophy, it has all of the extra carriers that you need. All of your gear, so once it's situated in the dark with your eyes closed, you can reach to a certain point on your equipment and everything will be where it's supposed to be per your ergonomic policy. In other words, what fits your chest, your body, your physical condition. Good choice in that respect. medical support people. We got a lot of people building up new core units that are medical support units. This is an opportunity for your field medics, the men who are going to be running with the troops that are going to have to be behind the troops to keep them alive. We want to be plugging holes and fixing them as quickly as they're damaged and be rotating them to the rear as quickly as we can alive. If you see a checkpoint, and it's down the road from where you are but it's within eyeball distance. Pull into the next driveway. Put the turn signal on, pull into the next driveway, get out of the car, go up to the door, knock on the door, say hi, ask for somebody, you know, is Fred there? You know, take a piece of paper with you and look at it like, well, okay, I just told that Fred Schmidlapp was here. No, Fred Schmidlapp's not here. Okay, thank you. I just wanted to check. The address is wrong then, and you make a little note with a pen. You walk back out to the car, you pull out, you go the opposite direction. See how that works? It looks to me like the NRA needs to get it straight. The right to bear arms is pretty clear to me with the Second Amendment. And they don't need to be beating around the bush and doing all this stuff like that. It really isn't the right thing for them to do. It didn't have a good rating for Ron Paul. I think we should start approaching people saying, you know, we just met, you don't know me very well, but if my Uncle ran for presidency, would you vote for Uncle Paul? Exactly. You know, Sam to Paul, I'll start doing that. And if you look at him, he looks a little bit like an Uncle Sam, and you dress him up like that. That's right. Actually, and a doctor too, of course. They're talking about people wanting to leave the country there because they're afraid of this, the Ma'is and stuff. I found two places that are good places for Americans to go if they want to avoid everything, and that's the North and South Pole. And when those get a little bit too hot and heated up, there's the place under the sea, and then the last place might be the moon. So those are the other side of the moon. So when they ask for four places, that's about the only places I can think of. everyone should learn how to make a some of the common good times and uh... because of the people shot twenty two if you can use the room all sorts of things you can get all day with a into bullets but i don't regret leaving on the shelf you can always take a car and and make a gun out of it and everybody should be able to have like 10 of those things going around so when you go into a checkpoint or something like that they just go to pieces of pipe and stuff like that that have already been tooled up that you know how to put all the little pieces of knot together to make your finished thing at your endpoint. So what scares me the most is not the US troops or the bad guys here or the UN. What scares me is the one that's piling on the payback that America is going to be getting from all the countries they want to pile on us. And I think the Russians and the Chinese really want the war to happen gives them a perfect excuse, a legitimate excuse to come after us because we've been warned and maybe it's not so much America pushing for it as it is the global blowing the whole thing because it's just like Germany everybody was at war with pretty much the Germany from Germany and just beat them down so I think that's what's gonna happen to us with the new Germans.
