Because we scraped the table clean and we have been, we've embraced liberty, we have been free. now ring knockers don't like that and so we have a whole bunch of pirates brought in the eighteen thirties actually started almost right away to try and do it and i i know all the arguments trust me read all the cool stuff that's at the collegiate level about the arguments about the constitution and declaration independence bill of rights etcetera because they know there's stuff going back and forth about the republic but the bottom line is that they that's it still didn't work the way they wanted they couldn't get their fear into this nation. Or in some college class, well of course in the collegiate environment, the teachers are the first that are captured, I should say the teaching positions, and then they plug in the agenda that way. It came my turn there They said, you know, we're off the ticket and they said how do you plead? I said, well, I don't know how to plead on this I feel it's an in fact plane. Yes 50 CC scooter have but i think that will go from here well actually i would ask for jury trial on this i would ask for jury trial first of all he obviously is criminal action involved here i'm a little confused that the law is very straightforward now if you're gonna say if you're going to file first of all a statement of fact do not serve file just a a um... the process okay i'll a an affidavit uh... statement of fact generated statement of fact and every time that you generate uh... say a new argument this is something you really hate reinforce and refile everything else that you've already filed okay but the first thing you need to file and present as a statement of fact is the other state guidelines period can you make sure that you send these now here's another thing send it and i i know this is going to cost a few because the few pennies but it's worth it uh... with certain filings is i was sent it certified the prostitute er and to the judge that that would be they can't claim that they didn't get it my court date? Oh yes, absolutely. I would send this before the court date because, and also again, you're going to be requesting a jury trial by the time you're done. You don't need, this is very straightforward. The judge should even allow this to proceed. The problem that we're all running into, because it's not just me, I've had other people, no they didn't. They secured new, you know, that DMV will read out, you know. It doesn't matter. The state law does actually say that it has to be under 25 miles per hour, 2 horsepower, you know, that's what the law says. But the BMV website says we'll be treated as, conformed to, we'll be treated as. And I brought that up today too. Right, and wording is everything. Now here's another thing is, I would make a point of, when you write a pro se brief of this type, actually a statement of fact, one of the other things is it would behoove the court to dismiss the impact you're at your quite you you you expected dismissal because this is a waste of the court's time now all you're doing is buying time and all they're trying to stretch it out to buy time before they have to agree with you if you remain so one of the one of the first things you want to do is you've make a you you specifically in writing request that the charges all be dismissed period and you present the argument as a statement of fact Yes, and then you generate a statement of fact to reinforce that as a second document anyway. I would do this separately because when the time comes, they cannot feign ignorance. They know full well and would present as evidence. Our items, for instance, pull it right off the Department of Motor Vehicle website, print out both the page before and the page after. The reason that way you can show, you can demonstrate where it is in the site. And what you do is specifically note, okay, page so and so, whatever it is, align so and so, and then you identify it in your statement of fact, but have as evidence a printout of what it is that you found on the DMV site. I don't have the MCL right here in front of me, but in Indiana it's no different. So always keep that in mind. It may not be with this case. If he did sign it then don't worry about it. But the first thing you do is you hit them by invalidating the document itself if there's no signature. Step two is, again, since you're not just going to roll over and let them hit you with a fine, because that vehicle that conforms to the state requirement, the state limitations, in other words, it's only so large, you're traveling within a specific speed, again, they're fabricating it. Did they hit you with a radar gun? He never proved it. Well, that's the whole point. He probably didn't. First of all, and again, yeah. He never did either stop because I've got speedometers on both bikes. And on this one particular day, I was going down the road, not even, I just left the sign. To dismiss, do I need a form for that or? Actually, just now, if you go to your local law library, or your local library, we should have a little law library, there are actually basic forms. Now you can go to the, if you go to the county clerk's office, they'll have filing forms there that actually have step by step. All you do is follow the instructions for filing. Just come down and ask them. There are basic filings because you're going to have to pay a filing fee, of course, and that registers it with them when you do a filing. The important thing is always remember to make a judge's, what we call a judge's courtesy copy, a copy for the prostitute and a copy for the court. and i was in the next one to be safe that way they can't say that they want you know that i didn't have enough copies to go around i mean i was there and brother to me and not enough as they say you have to have one for the county court to that he freaked out one to twelve four or five depending on a one like a certain amount extra one but that's me now you don't have to tell you what you want is one for the prosecutor a courtesy copy for the judge one for the court before the county court support for copies of everything and of course retain a set for yourself obviously No, it's a token fee. Depends on what court you're in or how much you're looking at. $6, $8, $4. Sometimes there's not even a fee so much as just you have to get it. Comes to long term, you're going to have to look at that another 90 days or another year without a license. There will be fines, $2, $3, $400. You're right. This is a cash cow. That's why I didn't get a lawyer. I talked to a lawyer friend of mine. I said, you know, do our lawyer for this? And he's like, you can't afford it. You know, he knows where I work. He knows all about me. It's like you can't afford me You know, you don't really need me. They shouldn't even know let this go. They should have dropped it as it is, but I'll tell you what Let me see. I'm sorry to interrupt you But the whole thing that the whole reason I went about it the way I did because it says right here rule number 3.8 special reconfers abilities of a profit the prosecutor in a criminal case shall refrain from prosecuting charge that prosecutor knows is not supported that's all the cost right it's been spent actually it's a frivolous action on their part they know better it's actually this one of my to save the court's precious time one of these comments that you make as part of this part of your filing for a uh... request for dismissal to save the court's precious time that could be better spent in other activities more in line with our justice system and the concerns of the public safety best of this case be dismissed for obvious reasons based upon and then you show the dmv why are you based upon the evidence of uh... posting warrior public statement your statement of fact and but you're going to reinforce it and based upon uh... evidence you know presented by you have exhibit a exhibit b in each one of your exhibits is each one of your documents or instruments you're going to show that you've copied off and you've demonstrated where they come from you know what website whatever no they don't have a choice no no no once they get into this battle all instruments on your part you wish to file or legitimate Always. Don't ever forget that. Don't let them baffle anybody with any BS, anybody out there listening on that. Lawyers will do that because they're trying to corral you into selling you out. No matter budget, as you can see, the SKS is most probably reasonably priced of the three. None of those, I pick up any three of those, any of those three weapons and carry them in a moment. Yeah, the SKS to me, most people are scared when I carry an SKS. Only in that I don't know what it is about that rifle, but for my total structure, I can pick that weapon up on out. And I know that somebody will say, well, it's not a 300-yard rifle. Well, I still, I've had a lot of fun teaching people how to use the SKS. I wouldn't change it. I'd leave it in its 10-round configuration simply because right now, especially looking at all the other problems we've got, The SKS in its 10-round configuration works beautifully. Stripper clips are available. It is a fine rifle. The one you're probably looking at is the M66 Yugo, right? No, I hadn't listened. Not nothing in particular. The centerfire, probably the one centerfire has is the M66 Yugo as far as I recall, and I've got the catalogs just to my left here, as a matter of fact. Okay. That is an excellent rifle. It does have one one or two small internal variances in engineering but nothing that's significant, it was just their way of manufacturing. I wouldn't change the rifle at all. It has a spigot grenade launcher on board. The sights are perfect. The weapon itself, very well engineered. If the stock is too short, there are spacers that you can buy from a number of different companies. I think even Centerfire has them so you can extend the stock a little bit to make it a little more comfortable with regard to the length of arm. Right. Now the AK, every day of the week. There's nothing wrong, I don't care what configuration AK it is, they all work. The big thing is, lots of mags. If you commit to the AK and it's 7.62x39, or if you get an AK-74, start picking up mags and just keep picking up mags. Because magazines are the key, that's what you're going to lose. The problem is they drop. The FNFL is an MBR, main battle rifle. It is an excellent arm. It is probably one of the primary arms. Of course, we do have in the militia effort, we have many M1 Garans, many, many M1A's, the copy of the M14, many F and FALs, and quite a few G3s, HK91s. The FAL falls right into the category with all of them as a very reliable rifle, economical to run. And then if you're looking now, again, budget wise, hey, the SKS is the cheapest of the three. It's very reliable. It's not that it's a junky weapon. There's no such thing with the S-Kiss. It is a very reliable arm. I have never had, I will say something about the S-Kiss, and I have shot so many rounds, I can't count them. It's in the millions, okay. Government provided lots of ammo from me years ago. But I have never had a significant malfunction with an SKS ever. I can, I'll tell you that beyond the shot. In fact, I have never had, and I mean never, and I've used, I've used S-Kiss as you'd be scared to pull a trigger on. One of them was a battlefield pickup, came back with papers that looked like, you know, had been stuck in a rice pail is what happened. And externally, it looked like the sands of time had eroded it. Like somebody just, I mean, just literally just, you're over again. Foreign chamber on the inside looked just like it came from the factory. Full function flaw. I've seen the worst of them and everything in between. Now, again, there are people that say, well, it's a light rifle. In its category, it's exactly what it is. It's a carbine. fits in that niche of fighting a reliable rifle, you don't want to be pulling the trigger and just spraying and praying. You need to hit what you're aiming at and you need to focus on accuracy because the ammunition just ain't going to be there in the future. So the SKS is a good option. That's a good start. Let's do it in waves. If you don't have much money, go the SKS first, put it on the shelf. Once you can afford and you can build up a reserve, it's your choice. Either go with the AK family of rifle. with the Romanian or the whatever. They're the cheapest right now and still reliable and standard for the AK mags. Or you could go to the FAL and whichever way you go, just again, magazines, extractors, firing pins. Make sure you got spares.
