Mark Koernke hosted a Thursday episode covering military preparedness and field medicine with guest Mike Neser. The show discussed cold weather injuries, hypothermia, and combat stress effects, including constipation management in field conditions and the importance of proper hydration and nutrition in MREs. Callers contributed technical knowledge on winter gear like Mickey Mouse boots and kidney wraps. The second half shifted to firearms discussion, with detailed analysis of .223 ammunition performance versus .308 rounds, magazine capacity options, and drum magazines for AR and AK platforms. The episode concluded with basic pistol marksmanship instruction for a caller and veterinary medication guidance for emergency pet care, followed by an extended segment on kidney anatomy and physiology.
I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free.
and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent.
Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled.
You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm. And keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn.
and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you will fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave?
Oh, sons of the Republic, arise, take a stand, defend the Constitution, the Supreme Law of the land, preserve our great Republic in each God-given right, and pray to God to keep the torch of freedom bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the mist for whence he came. His words were true, we are not free, but we have ourselves to blame.
For even now as tyrants trample each God-given right, we only watch him tremble, too afraid to stand and fight. If he stood by your bedside in a dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms he fought to keep, what would be your answer if he called out from the grave, dill the land of the free?
And I'm Michael Messer.

You'll still be able to listen via satellite.
to our network in yet another form. So this is a cool solution and a simple idea. Now we have Mike Neser. Mike, are you there? Yes, sir. All right, so I'll tell you what we're going to do. We do have some callers holding over from last hour. And I think we had Mike from Pennsylvania drop off. But Mike, if you want to call back, please do so. I understand we were holding, we were taking care of callers, you know how that is. And I know that people have to leave sometimes too. So that's understood.
We got George from Florida real quick. George, jump in there, please. Yeah. How you doing, Mark? Oh, pretty good. Doing fine. Hey, Mike, another thing you forgot to mention about possible winter injuries. I dealt with this out in the desert in Port Olman as a medic. And that is, soldiers don't consume enough liquids. They get impacted. Constipation on steroids, basically. There you go. And like I say, how would you, how did, and you know, and I usually had to send them back to Garrison to get unplugged.
out in maneuvers. What would you suggest out in the field of undoing this situation? Well, about the only thing that you can do to get somebody unplugged is either a digital manipulation or an enema. It would do no good, especially if somebody's really plugged up bad and if you give them... The organic alarm systems are doing their job. There you go.
If you give them something like X-lex or something like that, then it's pushing too much from the top and you could have a bowel blowout and then that would be really bad. I would start with your enema. Now, I tie this in, guys. One of the things to remember and for a lot of our listeners, when you look at C-rations,
Even the older K-rations, the what we call C-rations in reality were again another one of the variations on what we now know as MREs. Or if you look at MREs themselves as they were originally designed, there's a reason for having all of the things in there that normally you wouldn't necessarily consume all of it. Okay, in other words, there's extra sugar, there's extra creamer, there's coffee packs. And I know that some people don't drink coffee and I understand that. But coffee is what?
Coffee is a diuretic. It's intentionally incorporated as part of the engineered food processes. In other words, everything is put there for a reason. Let me explain a policy to deal with, to make sure that this didn't happen. Everybody was regular in certain units. Seals that I knew for years would actually just take all of what they had. And I mean these guys I trained with. What they would do is take everything out of the can, put it into one bucket.
mush it all up. They take the coffee, they take the creamer, they take the main course. Guys, it didn't look pretty, okay? And they'd mix it all up, add a little extra water with it, and that's how they'd eat their rations. The logic there, actually, people go, oh, that's disgusting. Well, we've got to remember, we're fighting machines. And the very thing that you're talking about here, where a person actually, they don't have a ball movement, boy, this is not the favorite of subject, but it's something you've got to think about. If you've got to deal with 120 men, you've got to keep them all functional.
One casually means you may lose three people trying to move that one casually if it's just a simple ambulatory issue of some kind. Where, you know, you could be anything. But again, where it's a situation where you can avoid this, you must do so. This gets down to why you carry dried fruits. One of the other reasons that raisins, prunes, and other things are kind of handy to have around, and they're easy to transport.
But in the MREs and the C-Rations, there was a solution. You got to remember that MREs and C-Rations, highly fortified, they got lots of extra goodies in them. They had to take that into consideration and had to come up with ways to continue to get the body to move. Now it slows down. I'm going to tell you an old trick, and this is something I would do on patrol, is I wouldn't eat anything other than the crackers and the cheese and the peanut butter.
for long range patrol operations along with some other like a we had like a pemmican that we made and we also used a any we used dried fruits but one of the reasons is your metabolism starts to slow down now you got to keep drinking lots of water when you do this and that's most common mistake because the other half of what causes this problem not enough fluids if it's really hot you don't take enough fluids you have problems with obviously overheating on top of everything else
But the system starts to shut down because the body pulls the fluids for prioritizing, doesn't it guys? You bet, it'll shut up to save the whole. What we've got is a situation where you've got to make sure you're taking lots of fluids. If you can't do the, um, if you can't do the coffee or the tea, guys, remember, what's the other thing that was in all the MREs and C-rations? At least one third to half of them. Cocoa. Cocoa powder. That's right. Now, that was really fun when he put the coffee, the cocoa, the apricots.
spaghetti with meat sauce, okay, it's very one there, but you know, all that was thrown in, ground up together and eaten that way so that it guaranteed again it went through the system and didn't have the problem that George is bringing up. And this is an issue. The other problem is you may not have somebody on hand that can actually know how to deal with the problem properly. So you've got to be aware and we need to look at prevention before we get into the problem.
And that includes, again, even though you may not want to, because I think one of the things that Mike wants to cover here again today is going to be also the psychological effects because of stress. Either A, you're 10-stop. This creates specific metabolic changes that take place. You see different chemicals that are incorporated into the bloodstream. It creates other problems with a digestive tract, sleep cycles, all kinds of other stuff. And this, of course, ties in with, again, what's going to be your eating cycle will be affected too.
So, go ahead George, I'm sorry, this is something that is, it has to be thought about though. Yeah, you heard of the Battle of Bastion, right? Absolutely. What were some of the injuries? I mean, because I heard of those combat fatigue, it seems like you get too cold and get hypothermic, that you mentally lose it.
Well, there's kind of a delirium. One of the things, and again, this is something that Mike you covered in the last program on Tuesday also, but the biggest problem, again, kind of a delirium that sets in or what actually becomes a bump on the log center might be another way to describe it, you go in two directions. They'll either get into a catatonic state where they actually, you know, basically they think they're moving in one direction,
or they're moving in one motion or one speed in reality they're in slow motion or they're not moving at all they'll actually believe that they've actually moved their hands stomp their feet moved around or even said something to you that they never said another is where they start to get into what we might call jumble mode where you'll get them into hyper they'll get into hyper speed but they'll be responding and it'll be nonsense you didn't say that and he goes don't you understand actually so like I'm talking right now don't you understand what I'm saying in reality what I said was
I mean, that's the only way to describe it is the person will react in an off-the-wall manner, which is very obvious. Now, Mike, when we start to see these, we want to test for this constantly, don't we? Oh, yes, absolutely. And another thing, too, is like you say, sometimes when whether it's injury or with its stress, that it can go two ways. Sometimes, like you say, they'll just sit there and kind of quit. And the other time, there's another asset there, and they'll talk endlessly and give endless
They are you. Yeah. So it's a, but these are all, these are all signs and symptoms of it. And you need to stay both of you and discuss these out when we get into the combat stress. Now with the battle, with the battle of balls, one of the things, the cold, cold foot injuries were a major factor. Obviously it didn't help that all that lead and iron was flying around, but because of the deep colds, which were, they were anticipated to a degree, but the, you're looking at extreme winter.
Germany has some pretty impressive winter weather. Most people do not understand the nature of the environment they walk into and think, well, you know, it's the middle of Europe. It's like it's cold. They try to express that in a lot of the different movies. It's hard because, of course, cold also entails pain. Once experienced, you never forget it. You'll always stick. You always correct the problem before it. It becomes a problem once you become a casualty of that type. You'll always be watching from that point forward.
Another thing, speaking of that, is not anticipating the deal is in that book Bravo Zero that they had gone over there and they were under the impression that they're in the middle of the desert and it never gets cold and pretty soon they got some serious hypothermia injuries. So never underestimate the climate. You know, I would, tying in with that would call weather. The other thing here we're seeing right now, in fact I just was reminded because I just saw the Mickey Mouse boots post. I was checking this one site while we're doing the program here with Maine Military.
And Mickey Mouse boots are a choice, a good option, but remember that if you get a better piece of equipment like that, then you don't need to overdress. Sweat and moisture kill in sub-zero and in cold weather. If you do use specific equipment like the bucklabas or any of the heavier cold weather gear, remember that you have to calculate for calorie storage. In other words, you can start building heat up. You build heat up, you sweat. You sweat, you get things wet.
there do you see a convenient clothes dryer out there in the middle of the field you think it happens so for that reason we need to be ready for that and uh... look one of the things uh... the beautiful things about mickey mouse boots and they're heavy i know people do not tell me that you remember they were built for uh... for soldiers who were in the korean peninsula who had been losing toes left and right and because of this to come up with a solution of the design had been around actually for a few years before uh... uh... the korean war
but the Korean War, they introduced the Mickey Mouse boot and mass, a tremendous success at keeping the soldiers functional in the field. Now there's another little trick to this, and I want to touch on this before we go any farther. How many of you are familiar with kidney pads?
Okay, now the Germans actually issue one. I picked up a whole pile of these things for 25 cents apiece, but one of my instructors years ago said, here's a little trick. And by the way, it is an old trick from the Voyeurs. If you ever look at how the Voyeurs set up their costume when they are up, of course, in the Great White North, have you noticed how they have what looks like a cumber bun that wraps around the waist of the person?
Well that cummerbund is in reality a wool wrap that goes around the kidneys to keep the kidneys warm since they are close to the surface. In doing that it actually keeps the blood circulating at a higher temperature. It doesn't cool as quickly. So a kidney wrap is a choice. But if you use a kidney wrap, you can't use Mickey Mouse boots at the same time. You got to be careful there. We'll be back. We got Mike and George still as a guest here real quick. We'll be back in three minutes with the people radio network.

And ladies and gentlemen, we are back. This is the Intel Report. We got a lot of callers stacking up. George, anything else real quick? Yeah, as far as I can say, when I used to sleep out in the field, because I used to get cold out in the desert too, and I used to stick my canteen in the sleeping bag with me, and I used to strip down in my skivvies and just a t-shirt and jump inside that sleeping bag and have a...
poncho liner is an exit layer and I believe me I was able to warm up pretty quick and keep my canteen inside the uh, feet and back kept it from uh, freezing solid on the outside. Yep, yep especially that's one of the most important things people don't think about that too is uh, what water storage you do have there are Arctic canteens they do work but most of the time they don't get to where the troops are in the Arctic as they say. So thank you very much George. Alright thank you Mike. Okay.
Well, Mike, next we have, we got Will in Arkansas. Will, jump in there, please. Yeah. Well, the FMJ, the concept behind it, remember, real quick here, 223 is nothing more than the scaled down virtually point for point to the 30 out six. All they did, they didn't even reinvent the wheel here. They just made a standard reproduction scaled down of the standard M2AP round. The problem is the penetrator is so small,
that it works more like an ice pick. It doesn't deliver that much energy, kinetic energy. It may get through a target, may get through some obstacles, but it doesn't offer that much energy once it does. Now, in a 30 out of 6, that was a different story. The weight of the penetrator was such that even when the jacket sheared and the lead lubricated the penetrator, got through the other side, there was a pretty good size projectile still left to deliver a lot of energy onto whatever it is it hit.
Well, the problem is just scale. And again, energy behind the object. You're looking at a 17-caliber penetrator, plus or minus. So many grains, actually only about, what, 20 grains at the most? Not even that. I think it is about 16 and 17 grains of penetrator left. And the problem is that G that's left isn't going to do that much. It may agitate them, certainly going to hurt them, but they got plenty of energy left in them to come back and kill you. There is application for it, again, against sheet metal. I know there have been arguments, plus or minus.
uh... there are a number of new or new rounds available through uh... core bond for instance and core bond doesn't excellent ammunition it's pricey bought for certain application if you want a p rounds and still delivering energy past so many layers of sheet metal so many layers of denim has actually tested this way i think it's six players of sheet metal two layers of blue jean denim material and then poly gel very like a a ballistic gelatin
to test the performance. The 223 will do about 15 inches of gel plus the sheet metal and the denim in the Corbon loads. Now, the 109 Green Tip, and still, like you say, it has applications. There's places where it works. They could have come up with probably a better solution. The problem is the limitations of how much can you put into an area that's 22 caliber in diameter and can only be limited to a certain length and projectile. Right. Well, with that in mind, how would it stack?
Well, the middle case rounds, the problem there, as we know, is whether or not it's a Spitzer or a Sierra Boatail. Spitzer is a flat base, Sierra Boatail, is a bit more dynamic and mimics the standard M2 ball. Shearing still takes place, obviously just have a lead core. Not good against glass, as we've heard many, many times. It takes multiple hits. There's very specific, unique training to try and keep the rounds where they need to be to get through, say, for instance, safety glass.
like an automobile's been a problem for years with 223. Other people that jump on it say, well, my rifle will do. Well, it does now because there have been some improvements with barrel twist and certain projectiles. But the average round out there and because of the average performance of the weapon, you're going to see difficulty with the 223 with vehicles in general. But I got to remind everybody of this. The cartridge was chosen for use with the Air Force.
You got to think about what they were doing. The air police were carrying the AR-15 slash the M16E1. When they were carrying it, the idea was, here's this guy with a Molotov cocktail trying to blow up a $4 million jet. Well, if the air policeman misses the guy that's, you know, got the Molotov cocktail and hits the plane, all you have to do is walk up with a, come on guys, rivet gun and fill the hole, okay? It does very little physical damage, but against a person,
delivers a good chunk of trauma to an exposed party when you hit flesh and bone and you know again you don't get a shot with anything but the the thing is that stone never intended this to go to the infantry not the way that it did now it did go that way because as we know all the bean counters from the sixties uh... it were been committed to it for forty plus years and uh... there are some ideas that are out there in the way of replacement solutions so uh... it's a
It's the cartridge you got to live with. It still has problems with vehicle creating vehicle damage by its very nature. By the weight of the bullet, 55 grains to 70 to 73. Now I think they're pushing 76 with some of the high end stuff right now. Corebond has another solution and I would recommend take a look at the Corebond site. Okay, Corebond. And look at what they're doing. If you're going to invest in special AP rounds or special energy rounds that go through the hard targets and into the soft chewy stuff still and give you some damage.
the core bond might be a solution as an investment when the green tip is gone because the green tip is still cheaper. But yet, but right, be able to quick spot check and remember you're the only one going to see the back of the magazine. You better be the only one seeing the back of the magazine. If somebody else does it on the other side, it's not your magazine probably anymore. Okay, or is there for their bite of drums made for say the AR kids? No, nobody's done that, but I know of. I know this is not, again, this is getting a little more weapons, but the
I'm trying to think the only person who's come close there now, again, Armalite is producing a 25 round magazine now. They didn't go to a 30. And now there's a reason for this. They're trying to stay, don't want to get to the point where they cause constant malfunctions. They're looking for trying to increase capacity, but maintaining reliability. There's nobody so far that has really gone and has turned into the 308 rifles with anything in the way of a drum.
that I know of, at least not in recent years. There were some experiments back in 1976 through 81 with a couple independent manufacturers, but he had never really won anywhere. It was about the same time Acheson was doing his 12-gauge shotgun, his gas-operated model, and the 308 idea was good, but it just didn't follow through. Now you've got Mitchell and a couple other companies, and the Chinese, of course, and the Russians who have brought in different drums for the AK and for the AR-15.
I recommend at least one drum for every weapon of that type. Now preferably military. Example, if you can still find the 223 Chinese drums that are 125 or 120 round capacity, those things were made to mil-spec. They work pretty well. We've used them quite a bit. I like the idea of the drum for patrolling in when you're in what's called traveling mode.
Because you're not planning on making contact, but if you do you're focusing on firing Not on worrying about changing mags for the first few seconds well if you have an ak if you have an ar if you have a Any of the weapons will take the ak or ar drum then I would recommend at least investing in one good drum for each weapon Back in the day they were $19 apiece, and I tried to get everybody Mike you remember this I tried to get everybody to buy all these I could when they were $19 apiece
Now they're another $100 a piece or $89 a piece. You're going to have to live with the price. But I would recommend it. And it's a plus plus thing. These guys listening out there right now, hey, if they got the idea to do a drum for the HK91, FNFAL, or for the G, for instance, the M14, great idea. Personally, I think 25 rounders are enough for your 308s. 20 rounders, 25 rounders are fine. It's an MBR.
We do not want to spray and pray. Our mission is to aim and hit. Okay? Sounds good Will? Sounds good. Thank you Mark. God bless. Thank you. God bless. What are these so-called Republican frontrunners for president support? Amnesty for illegal aliens like liberals? Out of control spending like the Democrats? Nation building overseas? Wasn't that Bill Clinton's policy? Flip-flopping on the issues? What's Republican about any of that? The real Republican is Ron Paul. The Republicans are losing because they did not keep their promise to end big government at home and nation building overseas.
My record is different. Yes, Ron Paul's record is different. Ron Paul has never voted for a tax increase or an unbalanced budget. Ron Paul voted against amnesty for illegal aliens. Ron Paul voted against nation building overseas. Ron Paul follows the Constitution. Not the lawyers, not the lobbyists, not the latest poll. Learn more about Ron Paul, the real Republican running for president. Go to RonPaul2008.com.
That's RonPaul2008.com This is Ron Paul, candidate for president, and I approve this message. This message brought to you by Grassroots Efforts to Electron Paul. For the first time since the JFK assassination, we have used the Watergate mantra of follow the money, which has led us to a startling revelation on the identity of the mastermind behind the crime. This revelation could blow the Kennedy assassination wide open.

to let that happen. That's the mission, the Patriot effort to spread the message, let people know what's going on. We do have other callers here. We've got Will and Arkansas who just left. We've got Leo in Massachusetts up next. We have Leo jump in there right now. Go right ahead, sir. Yeah, well, yeah, I enjoy listening to your technical know-how, but I was kind of hoping that you could put it on a DVD or something like that and have different areas, you know.
different things that one has to deal with. I was envisioning kind of like a red-green show having a really smart sidekick also to help you too. Well actually I tell you what, go to and I'm gonna do this again this is a good point. Go to YouTube, there's two ways to do this. Go to YouTube and then where it says search Liberty Tree Radio.
Okay, that's one way. The other way is go to www.libertytreeradio4mg.com and then when the screen comes up, there'll be a line of options right in the middle of the screen, a little lower of the middle, a little below the middle. And on the far right is our video link. Go to that and it'll take you right to our Liberty Tree Radio YouTube page. If you go in there, you're gonna find a whole bunch of videos that don't cost anything.
And they're, like I've been saying, they're bridging, so designed so that it'll give you a chance to see some of the other stuff that's going on. Also, instruction. We've got a whole bunch. One of the most recent ones I'm doing is just a quick refresher on the chem suit, gas mask, and protection equipment. Boots. That's another one.
basic H harnesses suspension systems I just put that up on the site and these will all be about 10 minutes long and they give you a quick you know, you know quick instruction and overview on certain aspects of what we're talking about here and we're gonna do many many more this is not gonna be just the ones that are up there right now there gonna be many others we're adding about every week it just takes so much time we load them up on YouTube that's
LibertyTreeRadio.com
And if you go to the link, we've got a lot of other good links too. You can see some of the other militia units that are out there, some of the work they're doing. We've got people all over the country. But check out and rate our videos. I got a good thing you brought this up too Will. No matter of fact, no I'm sorry Leo. Because also, one of the ways you can help is to rate and comment on the videos. Take the time to do that because it does help out. It's another way that we move up in the ratings. When people do searches, they're going to see these pro-patriot videos first.
great deal. Everybody out there, if they pitch in, can make a difference. Just because it's rated high, it doesn't mean the person is going to be into it if they aren't into the Patriot stuff. Well, no, no, no. The idea is the way YouTube rates are show, the way they stack them. You'll see when you go into YouTube, go up to the left-hand side, they're rated in different, you can actually arrange them in different ways depending on what you're looking for. And ratings and dates, the date that they're introduced are one of the several ways.
You'll find it. Go ahead and check out YouTube. It'll get you a chance to see how that works. Try over and when you bring it, when they bring up the menu initially, look over on the left, you'll find it in the upper part of the page. I think it's five different subjects. A line bar right at the top of the page. Again, that's what we're going to be doing. We're going to buy everybody helping out in that way, and we're moving up in the pecking order. And the more people that see it, the happier everybody will be. Sound good?
Sounds great, but I was kind of hoping that you had like kind of a pot-boiler DVD to send out, you know, for a small amount. Well, we will. No, we are working on that right now. Actually, equipping part three...
We'll be up. The biggest problem is there's a lot of equipment that we're trying to incorporate, that I'm trying to incorporate. And I try to answer questions that we know are the most common, very common, not just most common, but very, very common. So that the only thing you have to do is ask questions to tweak the overall program then. So we are working on that. We're working on that right now. Sounds great. Keep up the good work. Thank you, Leo. And we have Darren from Florida. Darren and Florida, jump in there, please. Hey, bro.
Thanks for having me on. I recently bought 9mm and I went to the... but I was not about 50 feet. Does it have adjustable sights? Okay, now yes, what you need to do is bring the target first of all. If you're at a range where you're allowed to, it's an outdoor range or if you're at a private range. Or if you can go someplace where it is private, start at about 15 feet. And actually what you want to do is bench rest the weapon. Sit down, sandbag, put a sandbag on the table itself.
uh... properly grip the weapon of you know i can't do this on the air this mary we're getting a medical here today we're not a weapon but i'll tell you what we're gonna do very quickly once you have to to first of all understand how properly handle the weapon drop the magazine clear the weapon make sure that it's clear insert something to flag that it is clear in other words are there chamber spacers are stop as you can do now right once it's clear take your hand and as if you're going to shake somebody's hand that's all i want you to hold your hand
Take the handgun holding the slide and holding it from the front of the weapon. I want you to insert the pistol into your palm, into the palm and the crock of your hand the way you'd normally hold it. Bring your index finger around. Do not touch the trigger. Bring your thumb around, but remember a good pistol marksman does not have thumbs when it comes to gripping the weapon. I know that there are different instructions on this, but I'm just talking about the old school kid.
The point is that when you grip the weapon, you're going to use the force of your palm and that upper area to grip that back strap to hold it in place. Now, if you're going to use a combat pistol stance or a double two-handed grip, once you've gripped the weapon and your finger's off the trigger, you bring the other hand around and lay your other fingers over top of the existing fingers that are wrapped around the grip.
You want to take your index finger and rest it. Now there's two different schools on this, but I'm going to give you one that this will be simple. Rest your front, your left trigger finger on the outer part of the trigger guard, right up underneath the frame. Okay? Both your thumbs will rest to the side of the weapon, laying one on top of the other. Your left thumb will be laying on the side of your hand. The other thumb, with the way that it's laying, will rest. In fact, if you look, you know how you've got that little bend where your knuckle, middle knuckle is, and the base of your thumb is to your hand?
That's going to lay right on the meat of that other thumb. Now what you're doing is you're creating a series of body welds. This allows for minimal motion. Now I'm going to still tell you something right now. You're going to bench rest the pistol. You're going to sit down. Follow the procedure that I instructed. Use an X type target with quadrants. What I want you to do is then bring the weapon up, rest it, take one breath in, take one breath out. Take a second breath in, bring in the third one, halfway.
Rest the body. In other words, let everything rest into your shoulders, your arms, bring them up to support each other. Put the finger into the trigger well, of course, and what you're going to do is squeeze the round. You're going to let one round fly. Now, do not move your hands and do not release control of the weapon. What you've just done is seated the firearm. When you're firing multiple groups, especially against a single target and five round groups, you will find that that will be your stray round. Why?
because the weapon had the seat into the muscle structure and the skeletal structure of your hand. It's now rested. That would be your stray shot out of five shots. After that, and when I say stray, we aren't talking extreme, but what you want to do is keep the same sight picture and put all five rounds down range. One after another after another. Recover down, recover down. Now it's only 15 feet, which you're going to be able to tell very quickly how far off because you're going to fire a center of mass on that X.
Now, I'm not going to get into adjusting the sites here right now because this is not the day for it. But you can follow the instructions in the manual for adjusting the sites. Once you see how far you're straying at 15 feet, you bring the sites into the X and then you progressively move your target out. Okay? I think easy enough to understand. We'll probably do a quickie on that on the air by the way too for YouTube. So keep an eye out for that. Yeah, yeah. I'm pretty good with computers and I shoot and edit a lot of video.
and put that up on YouTube. That's one of my tricks.
want you to take the weapon put in your hand off hand shooting what I want you to do is close your eyes point the weapon at a target and adjust your body until it's comfortable and then open your eyes you'll be off target adjust your body so that that stance is comfortable for lining up to the what to the target itself with the weapon okay
We gotta go. Yeah, we're gonna go to break. Thank you very much. Thanks a lot. Thank you, Darren. And we still got Mike here. He's been so patient too. Boy, if we're going in 40 directions at once, this is the intel report. We'll be back in three minutes. We the people. Radio network.

Ladies and gentlemen, we are back. This is the Intel Report Live. We've got Mike Neser. And we're going to let Mike take over in a second. By the way, for our good friend John, thank you for passing this information on the mainmilitarysurplus.com. Went to the site here looking at it right now. Those look to be the proper adapters. Main Military Supply is the name of it. So it's mainmilitary.com. The thing is they've got a five pack. What I would do is ask for a sample.
But as far as I can see, these look to be the proper adapters from the 60mm standard NATO and British Resuscitator slash the M9 down to the 40mm. Now they've got a price here, and these are in the close outs by the way, so that's where you want to look for them. They've got 25 for $29.99, 100 of them for $99.99, or 5 of them for $9.99. So it's up to you guys. If you call them, you could probably get a sample.
usually places like this will do that. So if you call and request a sample, I'm going to get hold of them tomorrow, see what I can find out so we can answer this question on the air. Here's a direction to go because a lot of you have the M9 or the finished mask because we've been buying them in masks right now. Mike, take over now, please. I want you to go right ahead and follow through. We got whatever time is left is yours. Okay, very good. Hey, I was watching the TV and they showed a commercial from REI. The one
recommended getting the MSR and they said that they would give you $20 off if you have $100. So if anybody's thinking of getting one of those MSR's, this might be the time that you can save. Kind of running out of time, the deal I was going to cover. People had asked, working on that, now I do have a list of medications to give or not to give. I'd recommend that you get out a piece of paper, I have about 20 things here. List them down to the left on the one column.
for an IV solution for cutaneous infusion for to give a 0.9 normal saline or D5 L9 normal saline to give the D5 that's going to pull you where the infusion is. So you have a nausea and vomiting and they've gotten dehydrated if you want to give that. So to betadine to clean out wounds though you're going to mix that. Do not give that and you just don't want to give that to a Tylenol for a 40 pound
times a day, times two days. You would not give the ibuprofen for a pound dog. It would be two milligrams or one capsule. Yes, on both, you can give that to dogs or the universal antidotes. Lidocaine is a little bit questionable there for sure. You don't want to give that to a lot of times if you try to put a dog wound, all they're going to do is just lick them. If, say, for instance, you get an older pet and their stools are getting a little bit hard, you try some Metamucil or stuff.
brand on that tiny pinch, not a spoonful or anything like that. That's hydrogen peroxide. You're going to use it all one time. The initial part of that then it's just going to impede the skin recommended also dehydrated but they're nausea and vomiting is to use some light K-RO syrup and that's light K-RO not the heavy brown but the light K-RO. You're going to mix that 50-50 and draw that up in
and then you can put that in their mouth and they'll basically what you want to do with dogs or cats is say we're going to be mass atracing. They got bit up cut about a quarter to a half of an inch of it off like exam gloves that and then knead it around to the wound there hanging out. So you can then wrap it around pretty snugly and usually as of that then it's kind of the chip on this medicine things. The best way to start education is to get a good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
Sometimes we get a little bit out of things, and those, and they may not. It's hard to stay old, and then more in depth like we did with the injury where we went into the ice crystal fluid and everything. And the next thing is to talk about kidneys. Basically, they don't mean of our body and to keeping it in homeostasis. They have a balance between the acid and the alkali. Basically, what you have in there, little knots of vessels. They're called the lamellarus.
kind of touch on what kidney wraps these kidney pads. The hepatic circulation, that's the big artery and then it goes through the abdomen and it's off in the tremendous amount of that's one reason why if you have these be able to stay alive. Anyway back to these by a variable membrane hanging through these kidney tubules and they collect the individual urine molecules up and then tell it to the actual urine and then in the
retain the hydrogen ions and then down towards the distal end, that means the far end of these nephron tubules, depending on the pH of the urine, then the body can start ions back. Like again, I guess we're going to do our best
to bring everybody along and to develop everybody's knowledge of anatomy and physiology. And if anybody was interested on finding out, I would highly suggest getting a anatomy and physiology book and start at the skeletal system because a lot of the other, the blood vessels, the muscles and everything else hang off of the
skeletal system and a lot of them have the same names like the female artery lies next to the female bone. So if we work from there then a lot of this will make a lot more sense. Nobody said this was going to be easy. We gotta go Mike, as always God bless the Republic. Death to the New World Order. We shall prevail ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run.
We are on the march, both day and night. We're going to have you back next Tuesday, right Mike? Yes sir. Thank you sir. We're going to continue to keep people alive, keep people functional. That's your job. Learn and then process the information and make it work. Thank you Mike. Hey, no sweat, God bless you Mark. God bless this world. On September 1st, Vote Rescue and our coalition, Texans for Real Elections, conducted an exit poll at the Texas straw poll in Fort Worth.
With almost a 25% respondent rate, we found a discrepancy in one candidate's results. Ron Pauls. We are planning exit polls for the primary and presidential elections in 2008. This is a fun and exciting process in exercising our rights as citizens.
Join us as a volunteer with Vote Rescue to monitor those elections and remind the government that elections belong to the people. Become a part of the growing movement to restore elections to the citizens with hand-counted paper ballots. We are winning. Exciting progress is being made, but we need your help.
