Summary
Mark Koernke and Mike Nasser discussed military casualty reporting discrepancies, particularly regarding Korean Peninsula deployments, and criticized the practice of delaying soldier deaths to reduce official casualty counts. The show then shifted to an extended medical education segment on cold weather injuries, including hypothermia and frostbite prevention, treatment protocols, and the importance of proper equipment and buddy checks. Koernke emphasized Ron Paul's presidential candidacy as a solution to bring troops home, and stressed preparedness and community support for veterans. The episode included practical guidance on cold injury recognition, rewarming techniques, medications, and medical references.

I had a dream the other night that, well, I didn't understand. A figure walked in through the mist with a flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat and, speaking low to me, he said, we've fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave. In this, the land of the free.
and home of the brave. The freedoms we secured for you we hoped you'd always keep. The tyrants labored endlessly while your parents were asleep. Your freedom's gone, your courage lost, you're no more than a slave. In this, the land of the free and home of the brave. You buy permits to travel and permits to own a gun. Permits to start a business or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent.
Although you have no voice in saying how the money's spent, your children must attend a school that doesn't educate, and your Christian values can't be taught according to the state. You read about the current news in a regulated press, and you pay a tax you do not owe to please the IRS. Your money is no longer made of silver nor of gold. You trade your wealth for paper so your life can be controlled.
You pay for crimes that make our nation turn from God and shame. You've taken Satan's number. You've traded in your name. You've given government control to those who do you harm so they could burn down churches and seize the family farm and keep our country deep in debt. Put men of God in jail. Harash your fellow countrymen while corrupted courts prevail. Your public servants don't uphold the solemn oaths they've sworn.
and your daughters visit doctors so their children will be born. Your leaders send artillery and guns to foreign shores and send your sons to slaughter fighting other people's wars. Can you regain the freedoms for which we fought and died? Or don't you have the courage or the faith to stand with pride? And are there no more values for which you'll fight to save? Or do you wish your children to live in fear and be a slave?
Oh, sons of the Republic, arise. Take a stand. Defend the Constitution, the supreme law of the land. Preserve our great Republic in each God-given right. And pray to God to keep the torch of freedom burning bright. As I awoke, he vanished in the midst of whence he came. His words were true. We are not free, but we have ourselves to blame.
For even now as tyrants trample each God-given right We only watch him tremble too afraid to stand and fight If he stood by your bedside to dream while you were asleep and wondered what remains of the freedoms He fought to keep what would be your answer if he called out from the grave? Dill the land of the new ladies and gentlemen, this is the second hour of the afternoon intelligence report I'm Mark quarantine, but I must
One day closer to victory for all of our brothers and sisters both on and behind the lines in occupied territories, south, southwest, east, and central. All programming here is also archived. So remember, take notes. We've got Mike Nasser. Mike, you there? Yes, sir. Okay, so I'm just going to take a minute more to finish up what we were talking about before the top of the hour or the last hour. And Mike's going to be taking it from there. Now, real quick, I don't believe that our numbers are accurate. I believe they're lying. I believe that they're being concealed much in the way they always have been with our Korean Peninsula casualties from year to year.
They were in a war zone, they've been in a war zone. Korea has only a ceasefire, it's not an end of hostilities as far as the war being over or any peace agreement. All they did was decide not to be shooting at each other technically. However, any of you Korean Peninsula vets that have been over there, and a lot of you got your combat
from the 2nd Division or from other brigades or other battalions located on the peninsula, you all know that being up there on the DMZ that it's a war zone. Yeah, there's some comfortable spots and there's some places that are very uncomfortable too. We have men die there every year. Every year.
Now what's happening? How can they keep the numbers down? Well most one of the most disgusting things is this keeping a man alive just long enough to get him to Germany so he doesn't die in Iraq and you say well Technically it wasn't a calm back has will be really you won't what he loses arms and legs in his face You see what I mean if you have a problem with that. That's a dishonor. It's being disrespectful for the soldier Oh, I know boom puff it up for the enemy. Let's be honest you better all you people grown-ups out there What you six-year-olds excuse me?
Now let's work this out. Let's figure this out real quick. As an adult, look at the reality of the situation. This is how it is. This is how it works. The buggers are lying. It's just like watching this Jeffrey Tobin character, a classic example of CFR lying in motion. And it's Jeffrey Tobin, asterisk, quote, Huckabee, Paul are not serious candidates, quote.
This is a YouTube video, but it's a classic example. Right in your face, if you see stuff like that, just imagine, think it through people. It's just exactly how the rest of the CFR, the trilateralists, the Bilderbergs all work. They're hoping that we'll have a three week, three month, or three minute memory span and that's it. Give me another beer! Oh, it's a reality program! Okay, sorry. It's not gonna, oh, by the way, no beer.
So what we're looking at is, yeah, it may have gotten quieter. By the way, we'll mention something else. You're fighting an unconventional force. An unconventional force changes technologies, techniques, and tactics constantly. In order for an unconventional force to survive on the battlefield, it must be both creative and innovative, or it will not survive.
So one of the other problems is that whenever you see any kind of lull, that's reorganization, could be a training period. Again, the smart thing is when the other side spends lots of money to put lots of bodies out there, you're not going to jump out in front of the tank and go shoot me. I'm sorry, that's the type of pop-up target syndrome that everybody seems to have gotten out of video games and movies. It doesn't work that way, okay?
Otherwise, what do we need to do? Oh yeah, let's make sure when the troops come back we get them to talk to each other, they get to support each other. Do not go to the shrinks, do not get talked into signing off your soul to the CycleBabble Corps. They will kill you. They will kill you by inches chemically and you will not be the same human being. Stay human, stay away from the CycleBabble crew, join with each other, talk to each other, build each other's strength.
That's how you're gonna get the job done and that's how you're gonna survive the overall campaign. In other words, kinda like what they said in the one movie, remember, you survived the war and you didn't even know it killed him, you know? We don't wanna see that happen. So we're gonna do what we can to help all of our vets out that way. But, best thing we can do? Ron Paul for president, Ron Paul for president, Ron Paul for president. What's the best thing Ron Paul's gonna do? For all you soldiers listening out there, he's gonna bring you home. He's gonna get you over here back in the United States where you belong.
And if the Israelis want to invade Iran, let them. They want to try and go for Iraq. Let them. Show us. Show us by example. Lead. Get out there in front. But I'll tell you what, we'll be back here watching you from a distance. Call from about three or four countries later. When you have to walk across the sand, you get to a payphone three or three away after you've blown everything apart. But don't try to drag us into this BS.
Anyway, for that reason, we're getting ready to deal with a problem that will eventually develop here in the United States to what degree, and no matter what degree, we are going to bring as many of our people through it as possible. And Mike, that's our job, isn't it? Yes, sir. We're going to let you take over and jump right in there and cover the subjects that need to be covered. Get your pen and paper ready, ladies and gentlemen, and remember that we also have this archive so you can get copies of this or listen to this program again later. Go ahead, Mike, please.
Yes, we're going to cover a lot of advanced concepts. We're going to expand on queries right now, but just to kind of touch back on last Thursday, the 29th of November, I was Mike in Pennsylvania, and inquired about the MSR 8K, so I couldn't recall what the other camping store was, and I checked it out. It's REI.com. I have them, I don't prefer them. More reasons. Boons ago, they're within a couple of pennies of each other. Take it from me, use REI. I know another warehouse, a couple
recommend having one of these. They're about $150. John in New York had asked about a veterinarian and we ran down the whole list of medications today. We'll bring that into some other things and we'll get that out in the next few days. Down in the water and swish it around. It's got the little water in it. Put the chemicals in it. You could get one of those for stools in it. You can test the chlorine residual and your pH in that. So, sure. You can find these things. One of these other... You're up to date. So, you're finished.
the injury of the extremities by eyes lowering of the body temperature. It's a damp cold that's temperature freezing causes immersion or trench foot. Cold injuries are increased by heat loss by living or contact with metal which is wind chill and that's the concentration body and the surroundings. The vulnerability to cold injuries is increased. Collation is in particular disease. Psychology, what is actually really happening there
or between the cell, that means that they claim this and that's what causes a blood clot. So when this lations flows, bludging of the red, shunting of the blood, injured area to ensure the survival of the whole, it could be a combination of all of the above. The ice crystals and the injuries are super. Greenest area is often left damaged. The collaboration of cyanosis, like a minor sun bee have long term activity to cull.
years of the skin. So now your damp, your immersion, foot, numb, never been in a bathtub, can't have any feeling, red and dry on rewarming. And I hear the music coming in and we're going to continue with Crossbite. So when we get back here after a couple of minutes. And we'll be right back. We the People Ready Network. You got Mike Neser here. Keep your pen and paper ready because we'll be giving out a lot more information this hour on We the People Radio Network.

And, ladies and gentlemen, we are back. This is the Intel Report Live. We got Mike Nasser. And again, we're looking at cold weather casualties. By the way, it is cold out here in Michigan, but where we're down is 12 inches of snow, well, plus or minus. Down here where we are, yeah, a little dusting on the ground here and there. But either way, it's Michigan, and we get cold weather. Well, a lot of the other parts of the country do too. And Mike, what we're doing is making sure that if there is a problem, we're able to identify it, correct?
Absolutely, and you know it's once again back to Arizona It's not just Michigan up here over by the New Mexico border by Mount Baldy We got two feet this last week So you know it's not it can get anywhere at any time if you want to do is stress your buddy Talk to you ask them if they're cold watch he read the edema the swelling of the these after either gonna dry out within about 10 They're gonna see this over and over again during this presentation about an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure
medical emergency and it is such a drain on anybody's to have one person to go down to 80 days. That means they're going to have to have pressing changes. They're going to take off and your buddies try to be all here and then it's not only that you're going to be out of it. Look at your fingernail and swipe and then when you let them off they'll depending on the extent of the injury the body core 95 degrees and because in this
degrees, your body's mechanism, the drive mechanism to generate heat, you're going to have a consciousness, heart beat, and a decrease in your blood pressure. Now your rectal temperature, your core temperature of the body is going to be 80 degrees Fahrenheit or 27 degrees centigrade. We're a little bit shy to talk about certain parts of the anatomy. In medicine, it's time to leave your fear of these things. And when we talk about
sure everybody out there knows what we mean. The way that it needs it must be done. We're not going to put it in their mouth or anything. We're going to what is actually really going on. The pupil will be unreactive. Preventive measures, the ounce of prevention here is warm, multi-layered, closed hand and feet. A lot of the heat is lost through the ear, head, neck and shoulder. Some of the other things, the preventive measures are some of the things that contribute
fatigue, hunger, younger old age illness, fear, wind chill, and thermia and the treatment for frost, nip, frost, rewarming of the unaffected, your got warm to your armpit or something like that. So they used to talk, well, get some snow and rub it with snow. You don't want to do that. Do not rub with snow to rub it or use fire to rewarm because of the anesthetic. This method is a warm bath. Eating pads or with hot coffee.
or tea or some down in there and put the antines down. Temperature used is going to be between 100 degrees Fahrenheit and 110 degrees. And you're going to have to have another one to monitor the temperature that you're putting the effective. Since the effect is anesthetized, temperature must not exceed 110 degrees. So that's snuggling next to a wheat on the abdomen or the chest or in the armpits. Now if you use warm water to rewarm, when you
it, you need to dry it to rub it because now you're starting to peel the skin and do this to be elevated. Now in the hospital, we get them back to the battalionation patient damage tissue technique introducing levo steam that there's contraindication and the antibiotics. I read in another one that says that you don't recommend using the tetracycline or but again it's queshcycline
But make sure that you do not use outdated or deteriorated preparation because it can cause a reversible renal tubular dysfunction. And we'll talk about this with some of the problems in the buffer systems within the body on how it maintains the pH when we get back from the break. And we will be right back. We're at the bottom of the hour. This is the Intel Report. We the people. Radio network. We'll be back in three minutes.
Who is Ron Paul, the Republican candidate for president? Ron Paul served his country as a flight surgeon after the Cuban Missile Crisis. As a young doctor, Ron Paul worked nights in the emergency room of an inner city hospital taking care of everyone, whether they could pay or not. As an OBGYN, Ron Paul delivered over 4,000 babies. Dr. Ron Paul knows our health care system needs real change, where patients and doctors are in charge, not big corporations or government bureaucrats.
As a congressman for almost two decades, Ron Paul knows our Constitution is there to protect our freedom and limit government. He has never voted for a tax increase or an unbalanced budget. His record clearly shows he will cut taxes and stop runaway spending. People who know him call him the taxpayer's best friend. To learn more about this remarkable man, go to ronpaul2008.com.

Ladies and gentlemen, we are back. This is the Intel report. We've got Mike Nesser and it's a cold, well, I won't say cold yet, it's cool. It's not cold, cold. Cold is when you get into sub-zero as far as we're concerned. And the militia units train constantly in sub-zero weather. Trust me. Now, I'm not going to ruin the storyline for you, but I'll relate a little story that happened years ago. And in fact, Nancy helped to deal with this. We put a company into the field. It's one of the most bitter cold nights
of the actually weekends of the year. That's subzero weather, that's actually down to minus 45. And everybody's out there, we've checked, I told the team leaders, as I always do, check your troops, you can't inspect everybody when you're dealing with a company strength formation. Everybody's coming in, they're being cycled in for preparation for deployment, and we get out in the field. And after about two miles of motion, of movement, I hear,
And the person's doing it automatically without them realizing. So I can hear him, but I don't know who it is. I'm going back through all these snow camouflage clad troops. And I get back to a certain point, and there's a couple of young guys. I'm checking, are you OK? Are you OK? Well, I don't get a response. Everybody gets a response from them. That's what you do. You talk to them. I'm doing this quick for a reason, because we want to get Mike back up. But get to the two people that I'm looking for. One of the guys behind him, senior sergeant, says, yeah, these guys here, I was going to just call a halt. Well, we did.
And I looked at the guys and said, let me see your feet. Now, both of them, because they were in a hurry and because they'd been on some other cold, wet operations that we just had to adjust, or this spike had happened all at once, or about a few days earlier, all of their regular boots were wet. Their logic was that since they were moving in cold weather, but even though it was cold weather, that as long as they were moving, Mike, the jungle boots would work just fine.
Now somebody up north told me, oh, I was just, no, I'm telling you, I saw this firsthand. Now it's because again, uh, there, everybody was in a hurry and things slipped through the cracks once in a while. What happened is the two individuals, just as Mike was saying, that would have been, you know, if we'd been, first of all, had prevented by, you know, again, proper inspection. That was a mistake on the part of the NCO and it was driven in, you know, to him.
in charge of the squad and the fire team leader who should have been checking everybody's gear top to bottom. Don't assume. Look. Okay. But now we had two individuals who are on the edge of becoming major thermal casualties. So we had to pair off two people per person to escort the person back through very deep snow, very cold weather to get them back to the location where they could be taken back for treatment, you know, by transport.
and a good two mile march to get them back to where they could get to transports where they could actually be wheeled out. Now, why two people per person? Guys, if I send one person back per casualty and he fails at a given point, you think that one person can easily drag him through the snow? Well, you're gonna have to have two people to make sure the casualty can move, which means that a fire team plus one, in other words, six men, were taken out of service because of two casualties.
It could be worse if the casualty becomes a litter casualty, then you got four men per stretcher. Okay, you're gonna have to do that simply because of the nature of you can't run in a cold weather environment, everything slows down. You can't overexert because even the people who are your first caregivers, you can't have them sweating, you can't have them building up calories, you can't have them freezing in their cold weather gear while they're trying to save another casualty that's already been developed.
Okay, now I will say this if you have to wear tennis shoes or whatever you see here's the problem We're gonna get a situation where you will not have enough footwear This is one of the other things I have been repetitive about for decades We are not gonna have enough footwear when this thing hits what's gonna happen look at how long your tennis shoes last under daily care and wear Now what do you think is gonna happen to those tennis shoes in about six months to a year? What happens if supplies get cut off? What happens if there simply ain't more showing up?
Can you rebuild those cheap those punky ass finish shoes that came from Korea? No, you can't. So the other option is if nothing else if you have to go with the footwear you got those grandma, you know those grandma told you so five buckle rubber boots are priceless. That's why you buy those now because you can go to the farm supply. You can get them cheap. You've got them on the shelf.
that gives you extra footwear to cover and protect yourself from the environment. Even that would have made a difference with these people who tried to, you know, let fly with the wrong equipment, the wrong season. It would have then been enough to actually fork in the field, provided they keep moving. So again, proper equipment for the proper season, duh, like we don't know that. But again, it happens. It does happen because people get excited, they get energetic, they don't want to be left behind. I can give you a hundred different reasons I've seen.
or they couldn't afford it. And this is the bad part. And I'm going to warn you another thing too about another thing. You're a team. If there's 10 people or five people in a fire team or 10 people in a squad, okay. Well, if one guy is short equipment, then shouldn't you make sure that maybe it could all work together to get him that one piece of equipment that's going to keep you all working better and functioning farther?
Well, even footwear. Everybody's got to keep a constant eye out for spares, for extras, and for use. Now, I think I said enough because that gets us into what Mike's covering right now, which is snow casualties. It can simply be because you've had to spend too much time out there. You didn't have a choice. Let's go back to the old 1777 adage, bloody footprints in the snow. Well, Mike, we're going to prevent that, so you keep going, please. OK. Well, another thing, too, is that if you have just regular leather combat boots,
Try to make sure that they, you polish over time because that's going to push you and it's going to make them more open and you let them get all stuffed then they're going to absorb. Watch a little bit on pain relief, morphine and that's up to being careful not to depressions in an unconscious patient mind. There's the movement of body and by the diaphragm. If we knock out the stability that we're going to get the bowel through this, you're seeing more and more of it's a domino effect of one thing happens.
thing happens and we ain't even gotten the other thing is to use aspirin 50 milligrams every three hours is usually a some of those little pups the capillary and the thrombin the capillaries and then the bloods moving down there and it's going to cause us the swells and it's going to be a real problem we want to steer in a hospital and then we're going to maintain the nutrition and the moral some new sugar water or 20 milliliters per gram every 24 hours
It should be delayed the adage of freeze in January. July is found. Injuries are super in green tape. Caught bottom of the injury is. Let's say I'm at the ankle or something like that. For the dang green, do underneath. For the top layer to slough off. I'm going to get a systemic hypothermia emergency. Cardiac arrest. It's going to be difficult in this rhythm. That means the top.
I'll tell you what, stay right there Mike, we're going to come right back and he's going to pick up right where he left off, maybe a little before. Right here, We the People Radio Network, you got Mike Nasser and Mark. Intel report back in three minutes.

The members of the ventricle or even several relations should be avoided. Motions or other stress should be avoided at all costs. Regular heart rhythm, even with an impaired respiratory, unconscious or semi-conscious victim, generates the patient heat to rewarm themselves so they must be re-warmed externally.

Warm it, but we maintain it between. Patient needs to be evacuated immediately, but if they're delayed, rewarming can be started at hand, 113 and 118 degrees at the thermometer. You're going to feel uncomfortable
conscious the victim again can be given hot drinks and then maybe give them some warm hot caffeine as a diuretic but if that's all you have, go ahead and give it to them. In the past alcohol is underendicated but not decreased. The core of the body immersion in hot water between 113 and 118 and nothing's going to succeed if the continuous to fall body immersion may actually typical against recovery. Acidosis should be anticipated and
monitor the metabolic status, we're going to give them oxygen duration above normal levels. It can be increased by a gas massage with these nose, we're going to gravity, we're going to water down into their stomach. And as you see, we're only putting the person in a warm water bath, we're only increasing the temperature of the surface. And we're not doing anything to increase coagulants like hated if been in the
bear in mind this is not uncommon in cold injuries and we're going to support that. We mentioned before about acidosis. This should be antisemble pH in the body is between or seven point. The change in the pH is due to the acid or the alkali load by the internet. You know, you'll maintain the pH homeostasis ions, any other or anything. No several of the body buffers, but it is a singular in member before
We talked about using Tetra-Slean-Work and updated Tetra-2 mechanisms. You've got your renal, which is your kidneys system and they exist to adjust the ratio, the signs and symptoms of acidosis and bear in mind, we know this is going to happen and you must answer headed off at the path. Notice an increase in the patients. Then pH is going to be less than five to be less than you're going to need some may cause to the catecholamine these and that's the
treatment is going to be and I know everybody doesn't happen to have an amp of bicarb but the sodium bicarbonate IV is the pH in the blood. What we're going to do, we're going to add between four sodium bicarb WIV or a hypotonic over run of position and happen to have a code cart or an emergency position. Make sure that you go to the code cart and clean it out and especially pay attention to carb, lidocaine medications that you may anticipate.
that you're going to need because you're going to need them down the road for a lot of it. We're going to go any further because we're running out of time here real quick. Do you have any, a lot of people are listening or I'm sure wondering, do we have any references right now? What text would you best recommend to go to out of the work that we're doing right now? The Merck Manual, M-E-R-C-K Merck Manual, they've been publishing it since 1899. It's a world renowned recognized authority on treatment of just about anything and I've covered this before.
Mark manual, there's two different versions of it. There's a family medical guide and there's a professional. Most of the information that I call out is this for this resources medical handbook or handbook, excuse me, SP 31-91D. Give that one more time.
F.P. like Sierra Tango 31-91B United States Army Special Forces Medical Handbook. Thank you. Appreciate it Mike. We are at the top of the second hour. Ladies and gentlemen, I want to thank you Mike for being here. And no sweat Martin. We'll have you up Thursday.
Yes. Okay, in the meantime, we've got some idea what we're going to be doing here. Organize, prepare, and again, if you're not a rifle carrier, you can be a provider, people. No matter how young or old, we're all going to have to help each other. God bless the Republic. Death to the New World Order. We shall prevail, ladies and gentlemen. The Empire is on the run.
We are on the march both day and night and a ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. That's right. Kidney pads, make sure you've got cold weather foot and footwear, make sure you've got gloves, hats, and extra layers of clothing. We'll be back tomorrow, same time. Thank you for listening.
Did you read this? Chicago just became the murder capital of America. I don't understand. It's been a felony to have a gun since 95. I thought that was supposed to prevent murders. I don't increase them. Criminals will always find a way to get guns, while the rest of us are just left defenseless. Chicago authorities have seized over 75,000 firearms since 1995. And now, Chicago's murder rate is twice as high as New York City. Tonight, while you're asleep, criminals will be at work.
Not in Kennesaw, Georgia. In 1982, our city passed a law requiring every household to have a gun. It terrified the criminals, and our violent crime rate is now 75% below the national average. We sleep well here in Kennesaw. Americans who own guns prevent over a million violent crimes every year and save lives. Get the facts. Visit armedandsecure.org. That's armedandsecure.org.
